Ashley Mastrangelo: Whoa, whoa, whoa. You mean to tell me that I’m teaming with…
After pausing a minute and thinking about the situation, Ashley sits down on the bench in the Diamond’s locker room and settles down.
Ashley Mastrangelo: Well, I mean, that’s not sooooo bad. Who do we face?
There’s a muffle from the other side of the camera as Ashley’s eyes light up.
Ashley Mastrangelo: So let me get this right, it’s me and Mike against the COO of this company and the Diamond’s Champion?
The camera nods up and down, reaffirming what the young lady in view has mentioned.
Ashley Mastrangelo: Wow, that’s huge. A win like that could mean wonders for my career. To have a win over a man who is one of the most decorated champions in the history of all of wrestling, and the current Diamond’s Champion of which I inspire to be.
Throwing her shirt on over her sports bra, Ashley continues getting ready to leave as she focuses her attention on the Diamond’s Champion.
Ashley Mastrangelo: Normally, after all that has happened, I would feel bad for you Jess. I would pity the situation that you’re in because to be honest, you have a master manipulator and a psychotic weirdo hot on your trail with evil intentions. There’s an issue though that causes me not to feel so bad for you…IT’S YOUR FAULT!
Folding up her ring gear, she sets it all nicely in her bag before zipping it closed. Reaching over and into the locker, she pulls a bottle of water, twisting off the cap and taking a swig before setting it down on the bench in front of her.
Ashley Mastrangelo: The moment that you even inspired to be champion, the target was on your back. People looked at you and said: “Oh look, it’s the weird ditzy sister of Jessica Reed trying to be a real wrestler.” Then you made it worse Jess. You went and showed that you have a great sense of ability in that ring that few can rival as is obvious by your status as Diamond’s Champion. That though, made people want to beat you even more. That not only primed the target on your back, it drenched it in bold fire engine red color to be displayed for everyone else to take aim at. Not only are we taking aim at you honey, we’re aiming with cannons, or in the case of your two stalkers, a lead pipe, and it doesn’t matter if you deserve it or not, or if you did something or not, it’s coming your way for the plain and simple fact that you have that gorgeous accessory around your waist. This week, I have my chance to make a huge impression, I just hope you’re ready for it.
The scene fades as Ashley picks up her bag and walks out of the locker room.
