First and foremost, the Bad Girls’ Club is just another crappy reality show on television, and the Mean Girls movies started by being headlined by Lindsay Lohan…both will burn your eyes beyond any semblance of recognition. That said, this girl I know would like to have a little fun with some mocking.
Like OH EM GEEEE you guys. The “We’re better than you” siblings have struck again. Watch them sit there and banter back and forth as if anyone is actually caring about what words come out of their mouths.
It’s funny though. I’ve said this once before, but if you look up and down the roster, we kind of have a High School atmosphere around here that kind of makes me laugh.
There’s a cute little giggle. Everything she does just kind of warms my heart…wait…you didn’t hear that. I’m a big tough wrestler with no heart…
There’s the gothic looking girl in Amber Richards, there’s the pretty little blonde in Ana Valentine, and there’s the so called “popular girls”. At least that’s what they think they are. Then there’s the so-called “freaks” in Eternity. Then there’s the girls who go about in their own direction, not caring what other’s think of their actions in Alice and me.
I didn’t think about it that way. There truly is diversity on the Diamonds roster.
Going my own way is what has allowed me to get allllll the way up to the point of which I stand…one right turn of fortune away from having that lovely Ruby Title. One of my goals here is in reach and I don’t care what kind of girls are in the ring with me, I’m going to try my absolute hardest to win that championship.
She holds her arm out as if she is holding that championship in her hand and begins to stroke the imaginary title belt.
I’m not crazy for wanting the belt and wanting to treat it as if it were my child. That’s how important winning that title is to me. Just because you see it as a mere prop just shows how dedicated I am to this business as compared to you and that parrot you bounce ideas off of like one would bounce the ball on a string off the paddle, which is quite a coincidence because neither has an IQ.
Being the awesome boyfriend that I am, I happened to have that ball on a string connected to a paddle and handed it to my carefree loving girlfriend.
Thanks for this awesome new toy, I shall call it Ayla.
She starts swinging it from side to side, the ball hitting the paddle on many occasions creating that thud sound.
BOING! BOING! BOING! It sounds just like Ayla St. James.
The ball finally misses the paddle and starts going all over the place.
Look it’s lost too…JUST LIKE HER…whenever she speaks a unique thought that is.
She tosses the paddle over her shoulder as we head down the street. In case you wanted to know where we were, we’re on the sidewalk of a street in Los Angeles. Alexis gets excited, jumps up and down and points at the sign.
LOOK! LOOK! LOOK! Can we go in?
I nodded the camera up and down before turning it up to the sign over top of the building. It read:
“Trophy Masters”
As we walked into the store Alexis could hardly contain her excitement as we walked up to the counter. She asked the man for a gold medal on a ribbon. She then wiggled her finger, indicating for the man to come closer. She leaned over and whispered into his ear and as he pulled away, he nodded and took the medal into the back room.
I don’t think I can control my excitement.
We waited for the man to return from the back room and in the meantime, Alexis had a few more things to say.
You see, in life, there are few things that appease people to the levels in which I am today. I honestly can’t wait for him to come back out here so I can show you my oh so awesome surprise. I mean after all, you had such a great idea that I thought I would actually take you up on the advice and go forward with it. OH! LOOK! THERE HE IS!
She turns to the man behind the counter who hands her the medal as she drapes it over her neck, pulling her long black hair through the ribbon.
PERFECT!
Upon closer reveal, the medal is engraved with the words:
Desiree
Tapped
Out To
ME!
I love it sooooo much! Oh and don’t worry, I had a special one made for you too after Metamorphosis, after our match, I’ll give it to you. I told him to leave a little room at the bottom just in case I have to add the word twice. I mean, it’s entirely possible. Those are the rules of a Triple Threat Match after all. I don’t haaaaaaave to pin Ana, though of course that would be the proper course of action to stake a legitimate claim. However, I could get the fall over Ana, Ana over me, Me over Desiree, DesireeovermeAnaoverDesireeDesireeoverAna…GOD!
So many different ways for things to go down that it kind of makes you swirl around like a leaf in the breeze of an autumn day.
No matter though. I’m heading into Metamorphosis prepared to walk out as Champion. Sure you’ll probably not care and say things like “It’s a hunk of metal.” Or “Whoopty Freakin Do Da” but it will mean the world, the planets, thesolarsystemtheuniverse, the COSMOS THEMSELVES to my little beating heart and I will do anything I have to in order to make that dream a reality.
====================
“Performing With the Lights On Bright”
The scene opens as Mike and I are sparring in the ring at his gym in Los Angeles, which might be even nicer than the Cleveland one. Then again, everything in this beautifully warm climate of Southern California seems to be better. We’re going back and forth, practicing moves and making sure that each of us are ready for our respective title matches this Sunday at Metamorphosis. At present, I have him wrapped up in the Entanglement, which I’m sure he isn’t minding the position he’s in as long as I don’t start adding pressure to it.
Ow, don’t pull my arm out of socket.
I guess that would mean that I’d just have to nurse you back to health.
In that case…pull.
I couldn’t help but let out one of my funny little giggles. I let go and he gently helped me around to my feet as we both walked to the ropes to be handed water by one of the members of the training staff. He took a sip and even poured some over his head. I watched as the water slowly ran down his gorgeous chest. He caught me looking though and quickly wrapped me back into focus.
This is a huge match for you.
What about you.
Don’t worry about me. Mine’s not a match, it’s a fight. I’ve been in this situation before though, you haven’t. If you thought being one of the winners in that Triple Threat, or any win you’ve had so far is big, you’ve seen nothing compared to winning a championship.
I nodded accordingly then mentioned something that caught me a bit of a glare.
Yeah, I can win a title before you! AND QUICKER TOO!
Like I said…evil glare. He then rushed me and lifted be into the air onto his shoulder.
Oh yeah? Take this!
I showed him. Before he could take me down to the mat, I wrapped his head up and again had him in the Entanglement.
Good job. You didn’t think, you reacted. This Sunday, the spotlight is going to be on you like it never has been before.
That’s what he thinks. The spotlight is where I perform the best; where I am at my best in every sense of the word. I wanted to be looked at as the best and to do so I would have to perform, no matter the task, at my best when all eyes were on me.
That’s how I like it.
Is it now?
The more I thought about high pressure situations, the more I slipped into a zone that only the best can slip into. I was in almost a trance as I forgot what I was doing and started pulling at my boyfriend’s lovely arm. I was only snapped out of this zone by the sound of his voice as he used his superior strength to escape.
OW! Damn it.
He swung me around and back onto his shoulders in one quick spin and slowly brought me down toward his waiting knee as if toying with me before letting me go.
What was that for?
Spur of the moment?
I’ll spur of the moment you.
He playfully chased me around the ring, eventually catching me and grabbing me around the waist where he started tickling me…even though he knows I hate to be tickled. The uncontrollable laughter bursts out from my mouth as he tortured me endlessly with the ends of his fingertips. He finally stopped and allowed me to catch my breath as it was getting hard to breath. As I struggled with gasps of air, he jumped up on the top turnbuckle of the ring and waited for me to join him. I wrapped my arms over the top rope and sat on the middle with my legs kicking around in front of me.
Seriously though, I want this to mean the world to you. This is a huge opportunity so young in your career.
I know. I’ve dealt with moments like this before and I’m solely focused on becoming the Ruby Champion Sunday night. I feel like I’m going to perform better than I ever have before on my grandest stage yet. I feel I’m ready.
You can be as ready as ever and there’s always that something unexpected that happens and you need to react, like how you did just there. You didn’t think “Oh God, here he comes.” You looked for the opportunity and instinctually slipped right into a more favorable position. A wrestling match isn’t much different from life. You take what you’re given and you make the best of it until another opportunity presents itself. I’d wish you luck, but you know what I say…”
Yup…luck is for losers. Let’s go.
The scene fades as the two of us head to our private dressing room. Being the girlfriend of the gym owner sure does have its perks.
====================
We come into the scene where Alexis is shown in a pair of denim short shorts and a black shirt that is droopy and hangs off her shoulders. She claps slowly as this isn’t the unhinged chick talking, after all, she told Ana she wouldn’t do that to her.
Oh Ruby Champion how you have ever proved my point of superior intellect. You took some words out of context and made if fit your own desires. Silly, silly Ana, you are the Ruby Champion and you do have the name, the recognition, but you don’t have the mental capacity to understand what I said. You don’t know that one and one isn’t three, even though “Living Colour” would beg to differ. You may have all of that Ana but it still doesn’t mean that you have the authority or the social status to tell me I can’t do something.
She sits on the bench with her arms hooked over the back and her legs cross, right over left, a quirky little grin graces her face showing the pleasure she feels deep down in.
Lie? Lie to you? Why? The truth is so much more fun in this instance. I mean let’s start with simple grammar and a massive Superiority thing you have going, it happens to be the same as our other champion, but at least she got it right…you’re not a God. If you were a supreme being, you’d be a Goddess, but you and Amber aren’t even that. Hell, neither are Spike Kane and Angel, but they seem to think so too. I’m the crazy one? Whatever, fact of the matter is, three of you four think a little too highly of yourselves. Are you at the top of your game right now? Sure, but Gods and Goddesses? Please, get over yourselves. Please come back to reality…I know, who thought that I’d be saying these things right? You’re a champion, nothing more and nothing less.
Reality checks are sometimes needed in this business. Someone gets to the top of the mountain and they think it is Mount Olympus or something. Power corrupts that’s for sure.
Champions are replaceable Ana. You have no true power in all of this. Right now you’re the hunted.
You’re the treasure that other’s seek.
You’re the one with the target painted on your back and after what you did to Ashley with a marker, that’s quite a coincidence, quite apropos don’t you think?
Don’t worry though darling, the time has come for the pressure to be released. It’s time for you to slump your shoulders back and exhale; time for the target to be removed from your back and placed on someone else’s. I’ll grab the wash cloth, some soap and some warm water, I mean come on, what guy, lesbian, or bi-sexual in their right mind wouldn’t want to see that? I’ll reach it for you, wipe that target away, then you can turn and paint it on my back.
That does sound kind of hot…just saying.
Ana, you’ve had it all wrong from the beginning, about yourself, about me. You’re not what you claim to be, just as I’m not what you claim me to be. You’re not a Goddess, I’m not some bimbo slut parading my goods around the ring to sell some shirts and collect a paycheck. You and I are the same. We are wrestlers…professional wrestlers. The goal is to get to the top, the goal at least this Sunday is to become Ruby Champion for me whilst you try and hold on to what is yours…for now. The further goal is to be Diamonds Champion, it’s the same in my mind as it is in yours. We both want to be the most dominant female in this company and beyond. We’re in each other’s way, we will each have our time and I don’t doubt that for any moment in time. I want to get their first.
She gets up from the bench and waits at a crosswalk, surprisingly, nobody else on this corner seeing as how Los Angeles streets mimic that of New York. As the sign changes she skips across, standing in front of the Staples Center in all of its famed glory. She holds out her hands with a huge grin on her face.
This is where it takes place Ana. This is the site of Metamorphosis; the site of where I will do my best to accomplish my first goal in this company. You go ahead thinking you’re going to roll over the competition. You keep that air of confidence that borders on arrogance, and you come here to this very place. I promise you, the weather is fine…the road to retaining your title…won’t be.
The scene cuts to static because I’ve gotten sick of holding the camera up…in other words…
THE END!
Like OH EM GEEEE you guys. The “We’re better than you” siblings have struck again. Watch them sit there and banter back and forth as if anyone is actually caring about what words come out of their mouths.
