Gimmick: While some might frown at her for turning it into her gimmick, Avery's 'gimmick', such as it is, is her sexual orientation. While originally scouted to be something of a progressive statement for a different organization (and a source of local controversy because of it), Avery has since turned the political/social gesture into a genuine desire to show men and women from all walks of life that it's okay to be comfortable with who you are. Even if that means you're something of a flirty, comical prankster who means well. An Icon to the Community, in other words. And yes, that does mean Avery considers herself something of a flirty, comical prankster who means well. She's rather irreverent.

Appearance/Attire: Avery's hair is in a constant state of change; though she never lets it get TOO long, she'll often change the length or style on a week-by-week basis with the only 'constant' being that she always parts it to the left. Outside of the ring, Avery's fashion sense is as irreverent as she is, though she does tend to go for more 'business casual' when she's going round to bars - collar shirts, trousers, heels, that sort of thing. In the ring she is much less coordinated, opting for the simple. Black boots, black shorts with pink leggings - some might call it gaudy with how sharp the pink is - and a black crop top with a Pride Flag sewn just into the front left.

Entrance: As the opening riffs play out loud, Avery jams her way onto the ramp, bobbing her head and shaking her hips in a dance. She dances about as if no one is watching or that she doesn't care if they are - her hands pumping above her head and the smile on her face only widening as she gets more and more into the music. She continues to dance her way down towards the ring, dropping her hands just to give a high five, handshake, or quick point to anyone fortunate enough to be a fan of hers. After stepping into the ring she looks out towards the crowd, her head still bouncing side to side along to the music, and blows a kiss towards those in attendance, offering a wink towards the cute brunette near enough to the front. Or the cute blonde. To the cute women in attendance, the wink is theirs. Avery sidles over to the corner and rests against it, grinning, awaiting the start.

Strengths: Avery's biggest strength is in her submission game. When she manages to lock one in, she goes for the gusto. Another, as unorthodox as it is, is her unpredictability. Opponents might know enough to look out for her submissions, but they might not know what antics or how her offense will be delivered until well into the match. She keeps the people guessing, and that keeps her entertaining (in her eyes). Nerves never get in the way of a match, even with her rookie status; unless the match is a hardcore match. Then she is nervous. Incredibly.
Weaknesses: Avery's just a rookie, she's still green, she's raw, she's whatever you want to call it and that means she's likely to screw up or worse. The fact that she's just as likely to fool around is another weakness, as that has a tendency to backfire and create openings that more savvy opponents can exploit. Her non-submission moves also lack any real punch or oomph, so more hardy competitors will take longer to wear down enough for a hold to be locked in, which of course could lead to Avery tiring herself out due to her insatiable desire to fool around and deliver more simple moves.
