Dean took a moment to try and connect the dots of where he was. His throat hurt, his head hurt, there was something that tastes a little bit like chloroform on his teeth. Glancing around the room things seem to fall more or less into place. The memories of the match were a little patchy but he could fill in the blanks.
“Long time no see.” Dean tries rolling his shoulders but the restraints cut his movement off. “God’s dead. I assume you noticed that.”
Uriel ignores him and moves over to check the restraints holding Dean in place.
“So what is the plan here, kitten?”
“That most human of acts. Indulgence.” Uriel touched Dean’s face smiling down at him.
“You don’t think they will be a bit put out by my disappearance?”
“Oh, absolutely will.”
“And what are you going to do about that?”
“Do I seem the sort to shy away from conflict?”
“No, you seem to go out of your way for it.” Dean tilts his head, taking in a few more details. “So you want them to come to kick in the door? How’s your plus one feel about this plan?”
“Oracle?” Uriel shrugs. “I’ll be sure to let you know soon as I’ve asked.”
“So you’re full on rogue here.” Dean tests the restraints again much to Uriel’s apparent amusement. “How’s this going to play out? I’m left here until you’re bored and want to play? Is there a collar I should be expecting?”
“Do you want one?” Uriel quirks an eyebrow.
“No.” Dean shrugs. “But I’m here at your pleasure, aren’t I?”
“Figured you could use a break. Figured I could use some fun. Win-Win.”
“mm. Lots of effort and trouble for some fun. How do you know I’m worth it?”
“Word of mouth. Ten-minute preview.” Uriel grins. “And faith.”
Dean laughs, “Warren’s going to try and kill you.”
Uriel tilts Dean’s chin up, “Try.”
