After the brutal beat down of Zasshu by the hands of an unknown masked assailant, Zasshu was stretchered out of the arena. Backstage the medical staff looked him over where he was unresponsive and seemed to be suffering from a minor concussion. As he was loaded into the ambulance IWF's resident annoyance of an interviewer, Willy Carter made his way toward the head of the medical team.
Willy Carter: Excuse me! Excuse MEEEEE!
The head of the medical team looked Willy's way as he pushed past the crowd of wrestlers who had gathered to check on the fallen Zasshu, notably Spike Kane, Warren Kane, Rob Diamond and relative new comer Khaos were gathered around the stretcher, each one silently discussing what happened among themselves.
Head of the Medical Team: Can I help you Willy?
Willy Carter: Yes, I was wondering if you could give us any kind of an update on Zasshu? He took one hell of a beating out there.
The head of the medical team rubs the bridge of his nose before answering in frustration.
Head of the Medical Team: My preliminary diagnosis is a minor concussion, he doesn't seem to have broken anything and will need at least twelve stitches to close the wound under his mask.
Willy Carter: So will he be able to wrestle next week at Survival of the Fittest? Rumor has it he was penned in for one of the challenger positions in the Extinction Event.
Head of the Medical Team: At this time I would say he will not be cleared to wrestle. If he passes all his tests at the hospital he could likely make it back the following week for Sacrifice but that all depends on how his testing goes.
Willy turns to the camera with a smile on his face.
Willy Carter: There you have it folks, Zasshu is out for an undetermined amount of time all thanks to a masked assailant. Who is the man in the mask? What is his problem with Zasshu? Will Zasshu ever wrestle again? For the answer to these questions and more tune into Survival of the Fittest live on the IWF Network for only Nine! Ninety Five!
Willy shoots a cheesy grin as we fade to black.
