”Mr. Not So Happy”
----------------------------------------------------------
{Backstage opens with Willy Carter holding a microphone to the mouth of Mr. Happy, a fresh paint across his face. His twisted smiley looking directly in the camera about to cut the greatest promo of his life. Right as he goes to speak, Willy Carter leaps back as a chair goes flying in the air catching Happy in the back of the head, sending him stumbling forward. Rushing into camera view is Jason Sandman, as he kicks Mr Happy square in the jaw. Happy staggers back clutching his now bloodied face as he crawls backwards grabbing onto a leg. Looking up he sees Kole Kaos behind him. Who grabs him by his hair lifting him to his feet. Ulf and Xavier walk into the scene slowly. Cross puts his arm around Willy dragging him back to Mr. Happy.} Xavier Cross: "My little brother, Ulf...you see this man here....yes, what we are doing to him, it seems wrong. I do apologize to you, to Mr. Happy, and to our makers...but this is my responsibility. Mr. Happy has tainted this business for far too long. Willy, looking good...I guess black really doesn't crack...go ahead, you were going to ask Happy a question?"
{Willy hesitates, before Cross shoves him over.} Willy Carter: "M..Mister Happy...how do you feel about your career trajectory going...forward?"
{Mr. Happy, with a mouthful of blood, is obviously confused. When he goes to attempt to answer, Sandman kicks him under the chin, slamming his mouth shut.} Xavier Cross: "Let me answer that for you Willy. Mr. Happy his career, like many here is and will remain stagnant. You see Happy here isn't challenged, he cashes a check every week to be a dull version of what many perceive as a wrestler. But that's not that case...no you see, Mr Happy won't change, thanks to his environment. The poison that is Imperial Wrestling Federation....it's just more of the same...now William, you should be speaking to one of my brothers...like Sandman over here, the newcomer. Those who challenge him are in trouble, he's got a mean streak a mile long, a true warrior. Then my eldest brother, Kole here...he's a King of Chaos, a god of dark destruction, and a human demolition machine. I mean look at him, Willy. The guy looks like a genetic jackhammer. Then we have the youngest, the brightest star of The Council, Ulf over here has all the talent in the world, great kid, with some incredible virtues...and I know, he just seems like it doesn't fit right? Ulf is a good guy, and we three, well we aren't your friendliest of neighbors...but I will bear any sin, and I'll break every rule to make sure this place is what it needs to be, a place where young talent like Ulf here, won't be buried by ego..."
{Cross pushes Willy aside, as he turns to Ulf, pulling him into a hug.} Xavier Cross: "I'm sorry little brother, I beg your gods and you for forgiveness...i swear these bad things I do are for a noble cause
...I am sorry...I know one day you may grow to hate me, but it's the burden Ill bare to pave a way for the future..."
{Cross pulls a confused Ulf away, as the camera zooms in on Kole.} Kole Kaos: "You know Happy...I collect masks...but yours might be a little hard to remove
..."
Jason Sandman: "yknow, I got a knife Kole...I think we can figure it out..."
{The camera fades as we hear the two men begin laughing, before it's filled with the screams of Mr. Happy.} ----------------------------------------------------------

Sit Down Interview: Ryan Shane
----------------------------------------------------------
{ We open on a highlight reel of the brutal match up between Ryan Shane and Devlin Raine for the Man of Steel Chanpionship that took place at Bloody Assizes set to the tune of Hardwired by Metallica. We get glimpses of all the big spots in the match culminating with the finish that sees Ryan Shane standing tall over the fallen Devlin Raine with the Man of Steel Championship belt clutched against his chest. The scene fades away to a close up of professional IWF interviewer, Willy Carter with a smile on his face. } Willy Carter: Good evening ladies and gentlemen! Now unless you've been living under a rock you all saw Night of the Immortals and a New Dawn begin here in IWF. We saw a near record amount of title changes in one night as well as the end of at least three extremely dominant title reigns, one of which belonging to Spike Kane with the Man of Steel Championship. The man who beat him, relative newcomer, Devlin Raine looked destined for great things but-
{ Willy is cut off by a voice to his right. } Ryan Shane: That's where I came in.
{ We pan back to see newly crowned Man of Steel Champion, Ryan Shane, seated next to Willy in his own chair. Ryan looks dapper in a black suit. }
Ryan Shane: Quit with the editorializing and get with the interview.
{ Willy clears his throat and continues to smile. }
Willy Carter: Well as you saw at Bloody Assizes what seemed destined to be a great reign was cut short by the man sitting next to me, Ryan Shane. Ryan, the first thing I want to ask is what was it like stepping back into the cage with the Man of Steel championship on the line against someone who defeated Spike Kane?
Ryan Shane: You're getting a little ahead of yourself Willy. This is about me, my story. I came back from months of injury. That's when I fell victim to the reign OF Spike Kane. I wasn't even granted a title shot when I stepped into the ring with him. It was supposed to be a statement, that Ryan Shane was back. Then, he took it a step further by taking me out at High Stakes. So how do I feel about facing a man who beat Spike Kane? I feel a little cheated. I should have been the one to end his reign. It was always supposed to be me. But I'm not bitter. Devlin Raine proved he was nothing but a lucky son of a bitch, and a flash in the pan. I did that...so why don't we hold off on all that New Dawn talk. The Man of Steel title is back where it belongs.
{ Ryan Shane reaches down by the side of his chair and reveals the Man of Steel title. He throws it over his left shoulder.}
Ryan Shane: So why don't you keep this interview on what's important Willy? Me!
{ The smile has long since faded from the face of Willy Carter as he glances down at his notes. }
Willy Carter: Let's talk about you, there were rumors backstage that management was looking to give you an Imperial title shot right before your injury now those same rumors are circulating about Devlin Raine while you are only just regaining what you lost, how does that make you feel?
Ryan Shane: It's only a matter of time until I'm Imperial champion. If anyone doubts that, than they have no idea what Ryan Shane is all about. Devlin Raine was riding a wave of beginner's luck. Sure, he won the Cruiserweight Invitational, and the Joker in the Pack, and he beat Spike Kane...but at Bloody Assizes it all came to an end. I think the management of IWF has shown time and time again that they are incompetent. If they want to give Raine a Imperial shot that's fine. I'd just take that title from his as well. I want everyone to remember Willy, I'm the first ever TWO time Man of Steel champion. Plenty of big names have used this belt as a stepping stone, but look over the past year...only Spike Kane and I have brought any relevance to the Man of Steel title. Devlin Raine wanted to take over the legacy of Spike Kane. That may have been his destiny, but I make my own way. I'm feeling hungry Willy, and I know the only person who can stop me is myself.
Willy Carter: That remains to be seen, a lot of new and familiar names have returned to IWF and I'm sure all of them are very interested in knocking off- sorry, attempting to knock off a Ryan Shane fresh off injured/reserved.
Ryan Shane: First off, I don't care who comes back, or who the IWF signs. There isn't anyone that scares me. As you know Open Fight Night is next week and not one man has had the guts to challenge me. Usually you get at least one that tries to jump the line and ask for a title shot, but not even this time. You know why Willy? Everyone is afraid. No one wants Ryan Shane to embarrass them. It's probably better that way. No one is getting a shot at MY Man of Steel title unless I deem them fit. I'm tired of giving handouts. I did that the first time around. Let me ask you a question Willy, who deserves this belt more than I do?
{ Ryan stares as Willy expecting an answer.The experienced interviewer isn't rattled. }
Willy Carter: Some would argue that Devlin Raine at least deserves a rematch-
Ryan Shane: A rematch? You're kidding right? I never got a rematch when I lost to Addisyn Steel and her brute. I didn't see Devlin offering Spike Kane a rematch! Hell, he made me fight to earn a shot. That's pretty funny since he wedged himself into the conversation in the first place. Even when he beat me, again with luck, he didn't know when to let it be. He put himself in the ring with me and it costs him. Why should he be rewarded for stupidity Willy? Plus, did you see that knee injury? I'd be surprised if he is in any shape to wrestle for awhile. He might want to call up Nighthawk and see what happens when you suffer a knee injury in a match against Ryan Shane.
Willy Carter: Well the fact he dethroned the longest reigning Man of Steel Champion in history I'm sure still puts him in contention.
{ The fact that Willy Carter keeps mentioning the name of Devlin Raine is starting to get under Ryan's skin. }
Ryan Shane: This is about me! Raine beat Spike Kane with help! I didn't need anything but God given talent to out him as a fraud. It doesn't matter who they put in the ring with me, the result will be the same. This Man of Steel title is never leaving my waist again!
{ Ryan stands up suddenly and begins to rip the cordless mic off his collar. }
Ryan Shane: This interview is over!
{ Shane throws the cordless mic and box into the chest of Willy Carter who shrinks back slightly in fear as the much larger Shane storms past him, the man of steel championship proudly slung over his shoulder. }

SINGLES MATCH
Alicia Lukas vs Maxine Valentine
----------------------------------------------------------
Alison Valance: Ladies and gentlemen, the following is scheduled for one fall!
{The lights dim to a sickening Green as an Early Warning Siren plays for a few seconds before “World Painted Blood” starts to play and Maxine comes wandering out on a burst of smoke dressed in her ring gear and added gas mask, head half bowed and ignoring the crowd as she takes he sweet time pulling herself into the ring, Taking off the mask slowly and surely to take a big breath of Ring side air and hanging the thing up on the nearest Turnbuckle.} Terri Morasco: Valentine has been on a tear recently with no signs of slowing down. Can she keep the momentum?!
Vasco Dias: Lukas will be looking for some form of payback after her hurting at Assizes.. We’ll see.
{The opening riff of "Root of all evil" by Incendiary starts and as the guitar kicks in with the baseline stomp Alicia Lukas emerges from the back, she stands on the entranceway and lifts on hand in the air throwing up the horns before making her way down to the ring. She runs up and slides across the apron on one knee lifting her hand in the air.. Where Maxine promptly runs into her and catapults her into the barricade} Terri Morasco: And a Jump start by Maxine!
Vasco Dias: I love it! Start as you mean to go on!
{Max follows Alicia out onto the floor without much in the way of hesitation only to get caught by a fore arm from Alicia as she goes to pick her up. Max fires back with a blistering chop as the Referee counts, Max charges Alicia into the Apron and Alicia lets loose a cry before hammering an elbow down the back of Max, once twice, Max rises with anger in her eyes and head-butts the woman as the two of the m roll into the ring on Count of five Alicia being g quick to keep Max’s head down with a Muay Thai Clinch and laying in Knees on the woman who blocks a few shots before exploding outwards with a cry of rage and pushing Alicia down so she lands on her Belly Aclica pretty much bounces up to her feet straight away and fires a low kick to Max , then another .. And much to Alicia surprise, Max aggressively Kick Checks the third kick} Terri Morasco: Lukas is known to use a Knee bar as a finishing move, You think the leg kicks might go some way to setting that up?
Vasco Dias: Nobody Is a badass without their base.
{Max stretches the limb out even as Alicia hops back herself and Max start to approach Alicia taking a step back as Alicia throws another low leg kick Max then pushes onwards to pile Alicia into a corner Try for a for a forearm, Alicia ducks and fires a kick to Max’s leg the a kick to her body and as Alicia goes for the third kick Max catches it and hauls Alicia in for a Spine buster , actually sort of quick to roll over Alicia and pick her up in a front chancery to spin out into a neckbreaker! She goes for a quick cover } ONE….
TW.. No Kick out!
Terri Morasco: Vasco, who do you think a slower pace benefits in this match both ladies you’d think are known to take their time.
Vasco Dias: Maxis carrying around more weight and mass I actually think the longer bout benefits Lukas.
{In the intervening time Max has laid a few stomps in and picked Alicia up, Alicia breaks Max Hold to la y in another kick to Max’s Knee and Max responds by whipping Alicia to the ropes and following in to lay a Kitchen Sink before scoping around to try an lift Alicia into the Redcap Plex but Alicia lays more elbows to Max’s head and as Max rises Alicia hits a ROLLING forearm strike, sending Max Reeling a second before Grabbing Max and hitting a Kneeling Stunner, covering the woman as she hits the deck} ONE….
TWO…
NO!
{Alicia rubs her nose and looks at the crowd hands raising to the sky as she taps her knee with a sly smirk, she backs all the way up and as Max rises she tries to Hit Max with the Cupcake Kaboom! Max pushes to dodge the Knee as she comes flying in to run for the Opposite Rope As Alicia turns around into an INTERCEPTOR Kick holding the leg a second or two grimacing as she flexes the leg, as you realise Alicia has been kicking Max’s right leg this entire time!} Terri Morasco: Holy! Did you see the speed Max connected that kick with?!
Vasco Dias: she isn’t going for the cover, she knows it’s not enough, she looks angry.
{As Alicia is recovering Max growls and gets to her feet with a grab of Alicia’s Hair, she charges off for the ropes again and Alicia seems to recover To hit a drop kick into Max’s knees, rebounding off the opposite ropes as Max rises up to hit a Cupcake Kaboom against her head! Sheer momentum has her fall done into cover!} ONE
TWO
THREE!!!
Alison Valance: Here is your winner…Alicia Lukas!!

”Huh?”
----------------------------------------------------------
{ Ulf Hednir is shown in the backstage area wearing his street clothes; blue jeans, a shirt from Grimfrost, black boots, and sporting sunglasses-- he has a duffel bag slung over his shoulder, and a set of keys dangling from his fingertips. He appears to be leaving the arena. One of his fingers pressed in one of the buttons on the rental car remote and the trunk popped open… he placed his duffel bag inside the trunk, and carefully pressed the trunk back to a close; all of a sudden, the sound of feet stomping their way in a hurry toward Ulf causes him to get startled, and he turns to see Astrid Hall dashing toward him. A look of bewilderment on his face as he puts his hands up as if to gesture for her to slow down. } Ulf Hednir: Hva i?
{ Astrid Hall, without any delay or remorse, strikes Ulf Hednir across the face with a hard haymaker! The shot knocks Ulf back against his rental car, and he lifts his arms to defend himself, his voice barely audible. } Ulf Hednir: Whoa der! Whoa! Whoa!
{ Ulf repeats trying to get the onslaught to stop, but Astrid Hall is sending wild lefts and rights repeatedly to him as he has his arms and is deflecting most of the shots. This does not stop her as she continues to throw each strike landing almost as much as she misses! Her voice carries in a rage. } Astrid Hall: Ære mindre skum! Forræder! Drittsekk!
{ Still shocked, and confused, Ulf keeps his hands up covering his head and hunches over to keep his ribs protected. } Ulf Hednir: Søster, hva er saken? Hva gjorde jeg?!
Astrid Hall: Nei! Ikke tør å ringe til meg søsteren din!
{ Astrid is hardly giving Ulf a chance to reply, as he stammers with each word trying to focus on defending himself-- suddenly, Andrew Jacobsen comes running onto the scene! Security is coming up behind him, and they look ready to handle business-- Andrew Jacobsen almost tackles Astrid as he gets his arms around her, clinging to her as he drags her away from Ulf. } Astrid Hall: Ikke stopp meg! Han-- han har ingen ære!
Andrew Jacobsen: I have no idea what you’re saying, but you need to calm down!
Astrid Hall: Ikke fortell meg ĂĄ roe ned!
{ Astrid now looks at Andrew Jacobsen as if she is about to kill him, but he keeps her restrained as security is surrounding Ulf Hednir; they seem to be questioning him, and he is shaking his head still in absolute confusion. } Andrew Jacobsen: Calm down. Calm down.
{ Astrid leans past Andrew Jacobsen, trying to push him out of the way-- some of the security go over to help keep her restrained as they are dragging her back toward the building, and Ulf is looking past the security, although not fighting with them, he looks furious and still confused. } Astrid Hall: Gudene vil fĂĄ deg til ĂĄ betale! Betale!
Ulf Hednir: Hva gjorde meg?! Hva! Gjorde! Meg?!
{ Security has their hands placed on Ulf’s chest to ensure they keep him from getting momentum to seek revenge, or answers, from Astrid Hall. The scene goes back out to the arena. } Terri Morasco: Well, that was confusing… but I can’t say that Ulf did not deserve what happened, after what he, Xavier Cross, Kole Kaos, and Jason Sandman did at Bloody Assizes!
Vasco Dias: I don’t know if he deserved it from her, but I am certain that Roberto Verona has something in store for this group that calls themselves The Council!
----------------------------------------------------------
TAG TEAM MATCH
Jason Sandman & Ulf Hednir vs Derek Brooks & Jacen North
----------------------------------------------------------
{The opening guitar introduction to "Raise Your Horns" by Amon Amarth begins to play through the speakers in the arena, and the crowd erupts into a cheer; "Victory!" as the opening of the vocals comes to the speakers, Ulf Hednir comes from behind the curtains with his drinking horn held high into the air leading the crowd to cheer further for him. He walks to the side of the stage and gestures for the crowd to get louder--he is not disappointed, and salutes the crowd by raising the drinking horn to the crowd following it with a gulp; he salutes them one more time before walking toward the ring with a smile on his face. He walks close by the ramp to use his free hand to shake hands with many of the fans. When reaching the bottom of the ramp, he walks around to the timekeeper's table and places the drinking horn in a holder fastened to his belt, in order for him to remove his cloak and place it with the time keeper. He retrieves his drinking horn from his belt again and holds it to the sky, yelling "Skål!" to the crowd, who chant it with him before downing the remainder of the beverage residing in the drinking horn. He places the drinking horn down on his cloak, and slides under the bottom rope to get into the ring. He is quick to his feet, waiting for the match to begin.} Terri Morasco: Here’s Ulf Hednir, who is hot off his win at Bloody Assizes, but does he know what he did? Does he know what Xavier Cross is about?
Vasco Dias: He is about raising the competition, Terri, and while I do not agree with what they did… it was done. Ulf is here to make a name for himself.
Terri Morasco: And he may be as selfish as those people he accused.
{Am I a Psycho comes on the speakers and as it begins Deal With It Bitch Productions Presents logo come on the Teletron. When the opening words are heard the name of Jason Sandman shows up on the teletron. Jason Sandman comes out of the entranceway and as he raises his singapore cane and a steel chair wrapped in barbed wire in the air pyro shoots off. Jason Sandman runs down to the ring, throwing the cane and chair over before sliding under the ropes.} Vasco Dias: And Jason Sandman is here, another member of The Council.
Terri Morasco: I could understand someone like him joining up with Xavier Cross, just still do not understand Ulf Hednir joining with him. Either way, Jason Sandman was not quite as lucky as Ulf at Bloody Assizes, as he and Dre Cutler’s match got thrown out and called a draw.
{The arena lights commence a rhythmic pulse as 'Hush' rockets from the PA System. Jacen North emerges from the back, swaggering onstage, a noted bounce in his step; his jaw hard at work, gnawing the gum placed in his mouth, into submission. Continuing down the ramp with his usual slow stroll, he completes a full circle on the balls of his heels, examining all sides of the arena; slapping fives to those at ringside. Jacen slithers into the center of the ring stomach flat, once he's emerged to his feet he props himself on the east wing of the ring ropes; his left leg on the second rope and right on the bottom rope, holding onto the top rope for balance with his left hand and his right in the air. A crooked grin in his features.} Terri Morasco: We’re finally seeing Jacen North debut in IWF, as he announced his presence! Let’s see if he is more than just a show!
Vasco Dias: We’ll see what he can do.
{The synthesized beginning of "Remember The Name" by Fort Minor begins to play as the crowd grows silent.} YOU READYYYY!?
LET'S GO!
{The beat breaks in and the strobe lights around the arena go with said beat as the crowd begins to amp up.} "This is ten percent luck..."
{As the lyrics begin a single spotlight shines on the man known as "Greatness" before he glances over his shoulder, staring down at the ring. With a concentrated look he slowly turns and starts down to the ring as he's announced.} Alison Valance: From New York City, weighing in at 265 pounds, he is "Greatness Personified"...DEREK BROOKS!
{He holds out his arms at the end of the walkway as his name echoes throughout the arena as the fans cheer him on. He climbs the stairs and walks along the apron to the corner where he ascends and looks out to the crowd before flinging his arm in the air much to their appease. He jumps down and steps through the ropes, walking to the center, bouncing around, light as a cat despite his large frame as he gazes out to the crowd before snapping around, climbing the corner and flinging his arm in the air again as the flashbulbs go off everywhere. He jumps down and continues bouncing from one foot to the other in a graceful manner as he waits for the match to begin.} Terri Morasco: And Derek Brooks is in the ring, he may have a bit of a score to settle with The Council as Xavier Cross defeated him a couple weeks ago. It’s his chance to gain some redemption for that loss by taking out Cross’ allies.
Vasco Dias: I’m not too sure I like the odds of this team.
{Ulf insists to Sandman that he be the first one to be in the ring, and he accepts-- across the ring, Derek Brooks and Jacen North are disagreeing with each other about who is going to start this one off. It’s finally decided that Brooks will be the first one, as Jacen gets out onto the apron… Ulf is jumping side to side at The Council’s corner of the ring; the bell sounds and both Brooks and Ulf make their way to the middle of the ring-- they quickly grapple up, and the struggle between these two men who are almost the same in stature! Neither man gains an edge over the other, and Ulf surprises Brooks by connecting with a knee into his abdomen before pulling him into a side headlock.} Vasco Dias: He is getting smarter, you have to take the shot at times when you have it.
Terri Morasco: These two appear to be on equal levels of strength.
{Ulf grips his own hands and tightens the side headlock-- Brooks backs them against the ropes and manages to push Ulf off toward the opposite end! He bounces off the ropes and both men collide with a shoulder block, but neither man drops to the mat. Each flex their pecs, then run to the opposite ropes and collide with a second shoulder block! Neither man is off the mat, and Brooks points to the ropes to challenge Ulf to a third one-- Ulf accepts the challenge and both men hit opposite ropes again, but this time Ulf leaps into the air and connects with a flying clothesline! Both men are quickly getting to their feet, but the younger Ulf is a tad bit quicker, as he gets Brooks back into a side headlock-- Brooks quickly backs against the ropes with the intent to push him off again, but Ulf slides down to stop his momentum forward and keep Brooks held in the lock! Brooks stays on his feet, and Ulf is quick to get back up so that he doesn’t have to release the hold. In complete control of Brooks, Ulf backs up to his own corner, and Jason Sandman tags himself in.} Vasco Dias: These two are showing that they can work as a team, although newly formed as The Council.
Terri Morasco: They are working well together, putting Derek Brooks at a distinct disadvantage.
{Sandman comes in and kicks Brooks in the sternum several times-- Ulf gets onto the apron, as Sandman continues to assault Brooks with hard kicks into his sternum until he is down on the mat. With him down on the mat, Sandman shows that he is still ruthless and continues to kick until the referee gets between them and is telling Sandman to let him up. Sandman nods his head to the referee, as Brooks is trying to recover, and as soon as the referee is out of his way, Sandman goes back in and grips the ropes to continue stomping a mudhole straight into him! He falls to the mat and begins to choke Derek Brooks for several seconds until the referee is demanding he stop; Sandman gets up, dragging Brooks with him and shoves him back into The Council’s corner. He tags Ulf back in, and looks to keep Brooks’ ribs exposes but Ulf refuses to take the cheap shot.} Terri Morasco: There seem to be some miscommunication between Jason Sandman and Ulf Hednir, as Jason wanted Ulf to take a cheap shot, but he refused! Why would he do that?!
Vasco Dias: There’s not a lot that we can explain, but it is clear that he doesn’t have the backbone quite yet.
{Sandman sighs and gets back onto the apron, as Ulf is backing to the middle of the ring and inviting Derek Brooks to come out from the corner; Derek Brooks comes out of the corner, and Ulf lifts him up and back with a samoan drop! He rolls over and quickly hooks his leg: One! ….. Two! Derek Brooks kicks out! Ulf is quick to get up to his feet, as Derek Brooks is reaching for his corner trying to make the tag to Jacen North; Jacen North is stretching his arm out to get the tag and starts clapping for the fans to get behind Derek Brooks, to motivate him. Derek Brooks crawls a few feet, but Ulf is able to grab him by the leg and drag him away from the corner; Ulf has one of his legs and Derek flips over before pushing Ulf off! He falls back into his own corner, and Jason Sandman tags himself in-- Ulf looks a little surprised, but gets onto the apron. Derek Brooks has taken this opportunity to try to close the ground toward Jacen North, but Jason Sandman stomps him on the back and continues his motivation forward to connect with an elbow to Jacen North, sending him off the apron!} Vasco Dias: And Jason Sandman does the best thing he can do, knocking Jacen North off the apron.
Terri Morasco: He has to keep control, and Derek Brooks desperately needs to make that tag.
{Sandman turns his attention back to Brooks, and lifts him up; he drives a few elbows into the upper back of Brooks while controlling him into a front headlock-- Jacen North is back on his corner, and shouting for Derek Brooks who pushes all his weight forward in the direction of North’s voice; Sandman manages to avert the corner and only falls back into the ropes-- Brooks snaps up, looking to get a quick punch in, but Sandman catches it and spins him around before taking him up and over with a gargoyle suplex! Sandman quickly crawls over and makes the cover-- Jacen North and Ulf Hednir just look on: One! ….. Two! ….. T--Derek Brooks kicks out!} Vasco Dias: Gargoyle Suplex connects, and I am surprised Derek Brooks has been able to kick out!
Terri Morasco: He has taken quite a beating.
{Sandman looks a little disappointed, but gets up to his feet; he picks Brooks up with him and starts leading him back to The Council’s corner yet again; Brooks surprises Ulf with a back elbow that dazes him! Brooks brings his arm forward and connects with a straight right punch-- he continues forward, throwing hard rights to battle Sandman back and get himself out of the corner! Sandman tries to regain the upperhand by going for a knee strike, but Brooks catches it; he shakes his head to him before taking him over with a dragon screw-- he doesn’t release his leg, and quickly goes to lock in the Sharpshooter, or Submit to Greatness! Sandman is struggling to keep him from locking it in, squirming toward the ropes-- Derek Brooks tries to pull him away from the ropes, but Sandman manages to grasp the rope with his right hand!} Terri Morasco: We’re seeing some life out of Derek Brooks, and he almost gets Submit to Greatness locked in!
Vasco Dias: The Sharpshooter may have ended the match, but he is getting some life.
{Derek Brooks releases his legs and quickly turns to his corner-- Sandman waves for Ulf to get in the ring, but he extends his hand for him to make the tag. Derek Brooks collapses a few steps, still out of reach of Jacen North, who is pounding the corner; Sandman rolls over toward Ulf and makes the tag, just as Brooks dives forward and makes the tag to Jacen North! Jacen is quick to get in the ring to a charging Ulf, and takes him over with a hip toss! He turns his attention to Sandman who is still getting up, but quickly turns back to a recovering Ulf and catches him with a second hip toss-- the moment let Sandman get up and he charges in to try to stop his momentum, but Jacen North lifts him up and brings him down with Showtime!} Vasco Dias: This Jacen North has exploded onto the scene, and the match seems to have taken a full swing in the other direction!
Terri Morasco: Just taking both men down, but Ulf is getting up!
{During Showtime, Ulf has gotten back to his feet. Sandman rolls out of the ring, and Jacen North is already standing back up-- Ulf goes for the blind side attack, but Jacen connects with a right jab before getting him into a front headlock and capitalizing by taking him over with the Fisherman Suplex! He holds the bridge, and the referee counts: One! ….. Two! Ulf kicks out! Both men are quick to get to their feet, and as they turn toward each other, Jacen now sails Ulf over with a Northern Lights Suplex! He fails to hold the bridge, but quickly rolls over and hooks the leg: One! ….. Two! ... Ulf kicks out!} Terri Morasco: A beautiful suplex, and Jacen North decides to showboat!
Vasco Dias: Probably a mistake. We’ve seen Ulf almost take heads off of his opponents with a single punch.
{Jacen North pumps up the crowd as he is getting back to his feet-- Sandman has gotten back up to his corner, and Derek Brooks is still heaving on his side recovering from the early of the match-- Ulf starts to get up, but is met by Jacen North with a second right jab! He goes for a third, but Ulf catches it-- he has no choice but to go for a left jab, and Ulf catches that one, too-- he keeps his arms trapped as Jacen struggles to retain the momentum on the match, but Ulf starts connecting with rapid headbutts! Both men are dazed, but Ulf is shaking it off, he releases Jacen’s arms and Jacen falls to one knee with his hand held to his own head-- Ulf rushes back against the ropes, and comes back to go for the running big boot! Jacen ducks under it and springs up and goes to catch him with a neckbreaker-- Ulf reaches back to get Jacen by the head, and both men drop connecting with a neckbreaker on each other!} Terri Morasco: Both men need to desperately make the tag.
Vasco Dias: I don’t know if either man can make it.
{The referee is checking on both men who appear to be out of it, as Derek Brooks is taking his turn to pound the corner and motivate Jacen North to make the tag-- Jason Sandman reaches his arm out to Ulf, as both men are unable to move at the time. They squirm slightly, trying to see their respective partners; Ulf is the first to turn over, but Jacen North is right behind him-- Jacen manages to still be the first to close the distance toward Derek Brooks, while Ulf is extending his arm for Jason Sandman, but is out of reach.} Terri Morasco: Life in both of them, but who’s going to make the tag first?
Vasco Dias: Jason Sandman and Derek Brooks are itching to get back into this action.
{Both men crawl a few more feet before both dive toward their partner and make the tag! Sandman and Brooks are both quick to get into the ring and charge toward each other, Brooks gaining the upperhand with a swift right that knocks Sandman back down-- the impact, and adrenaline, allows Sandman to get back to his feet-- he is met with a second right that sends him back down, but he bounces right back up. This time, Sandman goes for a punch of his own, but Brooks ducks underneath it and catches him-- he lifts him up and takes him down with Happenstance! Brooks quickly makes the cover: One! ….. Two! ….. Th--Sandman is able to kick out!} Vasco Dias: Derek Brooks caught him off guard, but Jason Sandman is able to kick out!
Terri Morasco: I almost thought we were going to see Display of Greatness, but I think Jason Sandman averted enough to only force the Happenstance.
{Brooks gets back up, and is picking Sandman up with him-- Sandman backs up and connects with Kiss The Demon! Brooks falls to the mat; he quickly stirs trying to get up, but holding his face, but Sandman grabs him while he’s still down and pulls back on his arms before forcing Brooks down with Daddy’s Dental Work! Derek Brooks looks to be out cold, and Jason Sandman flips him over to make the cover: One! ….. Two! ….. Thr---Derek Brooks gets his shoulder off the mat!} Terri Morasco: I think Derek Brooks nose may be broken with how he hit the mat.
Vasco Dias: Both of these men are hurting.
{The pain from Happenstance seems to be kicking in, as Jason Sandman holds his own back in a bit of pain; Derek Brooks is holding his head and trying to check for blood, as is the referee-- Jason Sandman is the first one to his feet, although slow, and Derek Brooks is trying to get up on his own. Sandman heads over and grabs hold of Derek’s head but Derek breaks Sandman’s grip, kicks him in the gut and plants him with a DDT!} Terri Morasco: This could be Derek’s chance for a tag!
Vasco Dias: He’s pretty hurt though!
{The two men squirm and crawl to their corners, Derek the first to lunge for a tag, Jacen running toward the corner to stop Sandman, but Sandman grabs him by the waistband and pulls him headfirst into the turnbuckle! Sandman reaches up and tags in Ulf who enters the ring, grabbing hold of Jacen before hitting him with a version of the Cobra Clutch Slam he likes to call the “Tyr’s Hand”! Sandman runs to the corner, knocking Derek off the apron as Ulf covers, getting the three count and the win for The Council.} Terri Morasco: A great display of teamwork by The Council.
Vasco Dias: They’re going to be a force to be reckoned with.

”Chance For Retribution”
----------------------------------------------------------
{Cutting to the ring two men; Trevor Greene and Dennis Strange, are about to square off as the referee calls for the bell to start the match.} Terri Morasco: And the match is underway. This match is a great opportunity for these two men.
Vasco Dias: Why are we even watching this rubbish? We have a roster full of people like Cable Arcane and Spike Kane, but we are subjected to this?
Terri Morasco: It’s a showcase. These two men are being given a chance to impress the front office and possibly earn a job. This is good for IWF.
Vasco Dias: Maybe, but its poor from an entertainment standpoint.
{Greene has Strange tied up in a side headlock. He tugs the head and transitions it to a hip toss. Greene then bounces the ropes and rebounds back with a stiff knee to the head.} Terri Morasco: Nice combination by Greene as he takes an early control of the match.
Vasco Dias: Not bad, but this still better suited for a high school gymnasium.
{Greene presses Strange down with his forearm for an early cover but Strange kicks out before a count can even begin.
Both men are now back to their feet. Greene swings with a kick but the much larger Strange steps into it, softening the blow as he traps the leg against his ribs. Then Strange hits a massive lariat, nearly ripping the head from the shoulders of Greene.} Terri Morasco: Look at that power! I don't see how Trevor Greene gets back up after that.
Vasco Dias: Now that was rather impressive. I can't deny that.
{Strange grabs a handful of hair and pulls Greene to his feet. Then he slips behind him and wraps up Trevor Greene in a bear hug. Just then the lights go out.
Tubular bells start to fill the sold out arena. The striking of thunder can be heard. Suddenly the tron comes to life as all you see is rickety, crooked wooden cross sitting in an open field.} Terri Morasco: What the…
{The bells go silent and suddenly the opening melody of Leonard Cohen’s “You Want It Darker” begins to flood the arena. The lights come to a dim. The ramp has a layer of fog. In the midst of the fog is a large silhouette. The silhouette walks toward the ring with a calculated rhythm. Just as the man gets to the ring the lights gradually pull up to show a large man, bronzed skin, close cropped black hair.
The man walks up the stairs and stairs and stops on the apron.} Terri Morasco: What's going on here?
Vasco Dias: That…I can't believe it. That's Dante Saffron!!
Terri Morasco: Who?
Vasco Dias: Dante Saffron. That man has a resume. He has huge wins over some of IWF’s very own, including former Imperial Champions Noah Field and Angel Blake.
{Saffron steps into the ring and Strange rushes at him with a clothesline, but Saffron no sells it. Strange goes to the ropes but before he can rebound back to Saffron, Saffron nearly rips him in half with a spear.
Dante jerks Strange up, places him on his shoulders, then hits a devastating burning hammer.} Terri Morasco: That was pure power. That looked like it hurt.
Vasco Dias: I believe he calls that Psalm of the Fallen.
{Dante turns his focus to Trevor Greene. The local boy takes one look at Saffron and rolls from the ring in a hurried retreat.
Once Saffron has the ring he reaches over the ropes where he is handed a mic. With a mic in hand, Saffron gazes into the crowd in silence as tension builds. Then he finally speaks.} Dante Saffron: Some of you know who I am, some of you are shrouded in confusion. The relevance of this is contrary. The only thing of consequence is why I'm here. I'm here because there are certain affairs unsettled, debts to be paid, and answers to be sought after and delivered. I'm here for one man….
{Saffron stares into the camera at this point.} Dante Saffron: Angel Blake…Angel, the self referenced deity, I'm giving you an open invitation. Stand face to face with me, let us answer these questions that have plagued me. Let us settle these long overdue debts. You know me Angel, you know what I am capable of. Do not test my patience in this or there will be severe consequences. This your chance for retribution.
{Saffron drops the mic after he's finished with his cryptic message, leaving the crowd confused.} ----------------------------------------------------------
SINGLES MATCH
Todd Williams vs John Tolly
----------------------------------------------------------
{The two have a back and forth affair when Tolly manages to duck a Todd clothesline and as Todd turns, he’s kicked in the gut and Tolly nails the “Champaign Dream” Flowing DDT, hooking the leg and earning the victory.} Alison Valance: Here is your winner, John...Tolly!
Terri Morasco: Tolly continues his return with a needed victory.
Vasco Dias: Didn’t seem too impressive to me.

Take Them To Processing
----------------------------------------------------------
{The camera cuts away to security footage from a cell block. The men are all wearing orange jumpsuits with the letters "D.O.C." on the back. For the most part, the men are separated by ethnicity. There are some men who are hanging out on their beds reading, or napping. The one man that stands out the most is a larger white man underneath the stairs doing push ups. His long, sweat drenched black hair hangs in front of his face. Everything comes to a standstill when the cell door opens and several guards walk through the door. The tallest of them steps forwards and looks down at his clipboard.} Guard: "The following inmates, listen up! Bundy, Guerrero, Hawkhurst, Martochio, Proctor, Washington. Bed and baggage. NOW!"
{The inmates go back to grab their things. The man under the stairs that was doing push ups turns around and the IWF audiences recognize him as Dorian Hawkhurst. He reaches down and grabs the corner of his dark green mat and drags it over, throwing it one of the guards.} Guard: "Let me guess. Hawkhurst?"
Dorian Hawkhurst: "Let me guess. Dick?"
Guard: "Yeah, they warned me about you. Now, pick your damned bag up and step in line or I am going to make sure you stay longer."
Dorian Hawkhurst: "Sure thing Officer..."
{Dorian leans forward to read the officer's badge, before flicking it in a show of disrespect.} Dorian Hawkhurst: "Traylor. Whatever the Big Boss Man says."
{Dorian leans down and grabs the corner of his sleeping mat, never breaking eye contact with the officer.} Guard: "Just get your ass against the wall and wait for the others."
Dorian Hawkhurst: "Yes, sir, Special Officer Doofy, sir."
{By this point, the other inmates have lined up against the wall. Officer Traylor motions with his head to have the prisoners taken out of the block.} Guard: Take them to processing.
{The guards usher the prisoners out, until only Officer Traylor remains. He takes a look around before closing the door behind him.} ----------------------------------------------------------
SINGLES MATCH
Astrid Hall vs Charity Crowne
----------------------------------------------------------
{The match really was a back and forth affair in every meaning of the word. Charity would then go for the Diamond Cutter, but would be pushed off by Astrid. Trying to connect quickly with a Reverse Roundhouse Kick, it backfires as the stronger Astrid is able to catch Charity’s foot and swing all of her momentum back, slamming her face first into the canvas. She’d then grab Charity from behind and lock in the “Jormungand’s Coils” (Dragon Clutch). Charity holds on for as long as she can, but with nowhere to go, and no way out, she’s forced to tap out in the center of the ring as the bell rings.} Alison Valance: Here is your winner...ASTRID...HALL!
Terri Morasco: A nice win by Astrid over the woman who won the Diamond In The Rough Tournament a couple of months ago.
Vasco Dias: She looks fired up here tonight, first with what happened at the beginning of the show, and now here in this match. If she can channel this new aggression, she might be able to do some big things around here.

”Second Chances...”
----------------------------------------------------------
{"Unbreakable" hits the PA, and the crowd comes alive as Andrew Jacobsen walks out onto the stage, the Imperial Championship over his shoulder and a special IWF T-shirt patterned on the French flag. He walks down the ramp, high-fiving fans, and hops up onto the apron, stepping between the ropes and climbing the turnbuckle to pose with the title. He hops down, a grin on his face, and takes a microphone, speaking to the crowd.} Andrew Jacobsen: Tout d'abord, BONSOIR PARIS!
{The crowd roars at the line, and Andrew smiles broadly, taking a moment to bask in the cheers before continuing.} Andrew Jacobsen: Glad my accent's not too bad...I wanted to take a few minutes and address a few things. First off...the Council. You four "gentlemen" want to burn IWF to the ground? You're going to have to deal with a lot of men who're ready to fight to keep this company alive and well. And I promise you, I'll be right there on the front lines. Sandman, Ulf, Kole...Cross. I didn't come back home just to see you try to destroy it.
{Another wave of cheers, and Andrew paces around a bit, cracking his neck and twirling his microphone before continuing.} Andrew Jacobsen: Now, onto more cheerful matters. I want to thank Jake Conway. You heard me right. I want to thank you, Ace, for our match. No matter our differences, and there've been a lot of differences, you always seem to make me push myself further and bring out more of the best in me. So thank you for that. Now, moving forw—
{'Till The End by Motorhead hits, and Jake Conway walks out onto the stage, a microphone in hand, and his wife Kathy by his side. Kathy is carrying their youngest daughter Domino, and Solitaire is standing beside her.} Vasco Dias: Well, it would seem that the Champion isn't the only one with something to say about the Imperial Championship match that took place eight nights ago at Bloody Assizes...here comes the former challenger.
Terri Morasco: This isn't entirely unexpected, The Ace has never been shy when he has something to say...but what is entirely unexpected is that he would be joined by his two young daughters, ten year old Solitaire and six year old Domino.
Vasco Dias: Two little girls who must have been so torn eight nights ago watching their daddy go up against their hero...knowing that one of them had to lose.
{The sight of the united Conway family, and in particular his biggest fan Solitaire, brings an unexpected smile to the face of the man who is still the reigning Imperial Champion, Andrew Jacobsen.
Andrew adjusts the Championship on his shoulder, and as his music fades as The Ace raises his microphone to his lips.} The Ace: Forgive the interruption, Champ, but a very special fan of yours insisted on coming out here and seeing her hero in the flesh, and you know I've never been able to say no to any of my girls. What my little Ace of Diamonds wants, my little Ace of Diamonds gets...
Andrew Jacobsen: Of course. Of course! I always have time for my fans. Tell ya what, Soli, why don't you come down here and join me in the ring?
{Andrew smiles as he leans over the ropes and invites Solitaire to join him in the ring as the crowd start to cheer, a small "Solitaire" chant even begins for the beaming ten year old.
She looks over for her father's approval, and he simply nods, before Solitaire runs down the ramp. Her parents and little sister following her slowly down the ramp. As Solitaire carefully climbs the steel steps, Andrew parts the ropes for her and helps her into the ring.
He then walks her to the centre of the ring, before dropping to a knee beside her and posing with the Imperial Championship over his shoulder, making sure the ring side camera man gets a good shot of the impromptu live meet and greet. He then looks over at the Imperial Championship, and lifts it from his shoulder, transferring it over to small shoulder of Solitaire Marie Conway.} Andrew Jacobsen: How's that feel Soli? Pretty good right?
Solitaire: The best...
Andrew Jacobsen: I always said you were a champion in the making. Just like your daddy.
{Andrew and Solitaire look over at her father at ringside, voice growing playful.} Andrew Jacobsen: Look at him, I bet he's jealous.
{The Ace raises the microphone and smiles.} The Ace: Oh, you have no idea...
Solitaire: Come on Dad, take a picture with us...
{The Ace hesitates, until Andrew echoes Solitaire's invitation, smiling.} Andrew Jacobsen: Yeah, come on Dad, take a picture with us.
{The Ace then enters the ring and drops to a knee at the other side of his daughter as the ring side camera man captures the moment. Solitaire then lifts the title from her shoulder, and Andrew prepares to have it returned, but Solitaire places it on her father's shoulder instead, and now poses for another photo.
The move is an unexpected one, but Andrew shrugs, and continues to indulge his greatest fan.
After that photo, Solitaire whispers something in Andrew's ear, and he nods and moves out of the shot, so now it is only Daddy with the Imperial Championship over his shoulder and his little girl by his side.
After the picture perfect moment is captured, Solitaire speaks directly to Andrew. The Ace finds his feet and adjusts the Imperial Championship over his shoulder.} Solitaire: Thanks so much for this Andy. I'm so happy right now, you've done so much when you really didn't have to...
Andrew Jacobsen: You're quite welcome Soli. Anything for my greatest fan in the world.
{Solitaire is positively glowing as she speaks.} Solitaire: Anything?
Andrew Jacobsen: Anything.
Solitaire: Even a rematch with daddy?
{Andrew then looks over at The Ace.} The Ace: Kids, they really do say the darnedest things, don't they?
Solitaire: Everybody deserves a another chance, don't they? thanks to my Daddy, you got another one and now you're the best in the world. My Daddy deserves the same...doesn't he?
{Andrew then looks back at The Ace who presents him with a well practised poker face, betraying nothing and forcing Andrew to answer the ultimate wish of his ultimate fan. Andrew takes a deep breath.} Andrew Jacobsen: For my biggest fan? Anything. You want a rematch for your daddy, you've got it.
{The crowd explodes with the announcement, and Andrew looks up to Ace, locking eyes with him. Ace smirks, pulling the Imperial Championship off his shoulder. Andrew reaches out to take it, and Ace uses the belt to pull Andrew in, looking down at him with a smirk. The two men lock eyes for a moment before Ace releases the belt, taking a few steps back and walking with his daughter out of the ring. "Unbreakable" plays over the PA as Andrew slings the belt back over his shoulder, watching the Conways walk back up the ramp.} Terri Morasco: What an announcement! Ace and Andrew, one more time! This is going to be one hell of a rematch.
Vasco Dias: And I think this says something about Andrew Jacobsen's character. He really will do anything for his fans.
Terri Morasco: Regardless of how it came about, we now have a blockbuster match-up scheduled atop the card for our next pay-per-view outing, Lineage. Personally speaking, I can't wait.

TAG TEAM MATCH
Zasshu & El Grande Malo vs Kole Kaos & Xavier Cross
----------------------------------------------------------
{The camera cuts back from commercial, as Zasshu and El Grande Malo are in the ring, talking strategy trying to get hyped up. The lights cut off, as The Council is shown on the big screen in large white letters, before the screen is 'ripped' apart by a sword. Out from the darkness Xavier Cross and Kole Kaos step out, the two men look at each other nodding, before making their way to the ring. Cross grabs a microphone from a stage hand.} Xavier Cross: "Ladies and Gentlemen, what you are hearing is the lack of an entrance song...but that isn't poor planning on our part no. We are good men here, and we want our fans, the Council's fans to feel involved, so soon our website will be launching a poll, to decide a theme for The Council, now, it will be exclusive of course...You will have to buy at least fifty dollars with of Council Merch, but of course...you want to look good right?"
{Cross smirks a bit before looking at Kole.} Xavier Cross: "I think my big friend wants to say a few words, excuse of Alison, but you don't need to introduce us. Because these people know who we are, of course they don't deserve it...And of course, I think out little friend over there Zasshu, well he knows my elder brother well enough..."
{Handing the microphone to Kaos, Cross walks around the security barrier, looking at the fans, giving high fives to the multiple people in the front row wearing the debut Council shirt.} Kole Kaos: "Cross...he likes to speak in riddles, or he likes to speak about making money. Two things, I don't need, nor do I want...but I think we know what I want....Masks...."
{He licks his lips, bloodlust in his eyes.} Kole Kaos: "I abhor Luchadors for one reason, that stupid little mask. It takes so much away, I want to see the expressions you make when I break your limbs, tear your ligaments and rip your muscles...hiding behind that piece of cloth....it pisses me the hell off! But soon, Zasshu, Grande....you won't be hiding for long. The only mask you'll wear....is a crimson one!"
{Kole hops onto the ring apron, before glancing down at Cross, who gives him the thumbs up, Kole slams the microphone on the apron, as it explodes into little pieces. Kole enters the ring, as Cross walks around, instead of climbing on the apron, grabs a chair from the timekeeper and sits down next to Vasco Dias. Grabbing a headset, Cross leans back kicking his feet up on the desk.} Xavier Cross: "Good Evening, fellow broadcasting co-workers!"
Vasco Dias: "Welcome Xavier, you leaving Kole Kaos by himself?"
Xavier Cross: "Kole has already destroyed Zassy once, and this other jack off won't be an issue, I thought I'd come by and chat it up with you guys, you know, liven up this dead broadcasting gig."
Terri Morasco: "I think we're a pretty good two person team Cross, thanks for the offer..."
Xavier Cross: "I always liked you Terri, but you have a hero fetish, it's sad...I'm gonna miss you..."
Terri Morasco: "Miss me?"
Xavier Cross: "When we burn Imperial to the ground, I'll have to find a new commentator, Vasco is staying, because Vasco is good at his job."
Vasco Dias: "With all the appreciation in the world, thank you...But aren't you worried about the standings for Heir to the Throne, or even the gentlemen The council jumped?"
Xavier Cross: "See, that's where a lot of things are being misconstrued. Like the Tyler Jacobs video, people think I'm leading this group. There isn't a leader, it's four strong men, who are independent thinkers. I just like to run my mouth. Yes, we've united under my ideals of a better Imperial, but when it boils down to it, we are a force for change."
Terri Morasco: "So you're fine leaving Kole Kaos by himself? Really? What if he loses?"
Xavier Cross: "Kole losing is the dumbest thing I've heard today, and when he wins, he'll bump up in the standings a little more. Another theory I've heard quite a bit, is that The Council will fall apart come Heir to the Throne, if they face one another."
Vasco Dias: "Interesting, and how will that go Cross?"
Xavier Cross: "Simply put, The Council will fight anyone, anywhere. Even each other. Because we know what talent is, and we want to fight. This isn't about getting one person to the top, its about changing the dynamics..."
{Zasshu starts off against Kole, who is flexing a bit as he struts around the ring. Zasshu lunges low, aiming to grab Kole's leg, but Kole catches the shoot falling down ontop of Zasshu, wrapping his arms around the waist of Zasshu, Kole deadlifts Zasshu into the air, before throwing him across the ring with little to no effort. Kole looks over Grande Malo, before immediately giving him the finger. Kole turns back, kicking Zasshu square in the ribs, before dropping a knee to the back of the head. Kole kneels down, grabbing the back of Zasshu's mask, and attempts to untie it, but Zasshu flails about, slipping out of Kole's grasps and outside of the ring, staggering a bit from the head shot, he makes his way over to the announce table, where Cross stands up for a moment before catching Zasshu in the side of the head with a hard right, dropping the luchador.} Xavier Cross: "What is he hiding under the mask, bricks?"
Terri Morasco: "That would be a little ridiculous.."
Vasco Dias: "Don't insult our guest!"
{Cross is still standing, clapping as Zasshu is laid out on the outside, as Kole slides out of the ring. He eyes Cross for a minute, as Cross holds his hands in the air, a smile on his face. Kole lifts Zasshu up by his head, before leaning down, and lifting him up with his arms in a gorilla press, he's pressing Zasshu up and down, but here comes Grande Malo, charging forward as he springboards off the top rope launching himself at Kole Kaos. Seeing the attack coming, Kaos kneels down before throwing Zasshu at Grande Malo, as the two collide mid-air crumbling in a pile on the outside of the ring. Kole looks a little surprised, before beating on his chest. Reaching down, he grabs each man by the back of their masks, before lifting them to their feet, sliding both men into the ring. He stands back up on the ring apron.} Xavier Cross: "See what I mean, Kole Kaos is a one man wrecking crew. It's almost unfair for this to be a tag match. I mean good lord."
Vasco Dias: "He used Zasshu as a weapon, that was poetry in motion!"
Terri Morasco: "Only a monster could manage such a feat of strength...good god...."
{Cross drops his headset, before making his way over to the ring. He drops his jacket on the floor, as he climbs onto the apron. Grabbing the tag rope, he leans against the ring post, watching Kole go back to work. Kole throws Malo over the top rope, as he smacks against the ring apron. Lifting Zasshu back up, he irish whips Zasshu into The Council Corner, as Cross holds his hand out and Kole tags him in. Cross leaps over the ropes before chopping Zasshu. Zasshu staggers forward, as Kole lifts him up. Cross charges to the ropes, rebounding Kole falls backwards as Cross clotheslines Zasshu, turning him inside out thanks to the momentum. Kole rolls out of the ring, as Cross sits down next to Zasshu, patting him on the back, shaking his head a little disappointed. Standing back up, Cross sends a hard kick to the ribs of Zasshu before picking him up. Zasshu swings a hand wildly but Cross ducks, getting behind him, Cross wraps his arms around Zasshu's waist before sending him flying with a snap german suplex. } Vasco Dias: "As much as I enjoyed having Cross at the table, I'm kind of glad that he's back in the match..."
Terri Morasco: "At least he promised you a job...ugh, more so, look at how well Kole and Cross are working together."
Vasco Dias: "The Council is a team, united on the front line, are you that surprised?"
{Cross looks down at Zasshu, shaking his head as he turns to Kole before smiling. Cross lifts Zasshu up, before sending him into the corner with a hard irish whip. Zasshu staggers out, but Cross charges forward catching him with catching him with the Echoes of Madness. Zasshu crumbles to the ground, out like a light. Cross looks down for a moment, like he's going to pin him. But he tags Kole in, before sliding underneath the ropes. Kole looks a bit surprised, but steps in, dropping down he covers Zasshu.} Referee: One....two....three!
Alison Valance: "Your winners... Kole Kaos....and Xavier Cross.....THE COUNCIL!"
Cross points at Kole, clapping his hands. Cross leans over the announce table, grabbing a headset once more.
Xavier Cross: "Kole Kaos baby. He deserved that pinfall, he earned that pinfall!"

”If It’s War They Want…”
----------------------------------------------------------
{ We return to our programming to find IWF COO, Roberto Verona, standing in the ring, complete with a large bruise below one eye and a plaster over some of the further damage he received as the hands of The Council a week ago. He stands with a microphone but seems in little mood to wait for the crowd noise to die down. } Roberto Verona: Let’s cut to the chase, I’m in no mood for lengthy speeches tonight. At Bloody Assizes four men decided to put themselves on the map by taking out the biggest targets they could find and it appears they like to call themselves “The Council.” A week ago they decided to jump me…
{ The crowd cheers. } Roberto Verona: I knew you’d like that, I’ll go one better, they also jumped Spike Kane.
{ The crowd cheers again. } Roberto Verona: Yet… here comes the kicker, for every ounce of joy you had watching us both get laid flat on our back, you had the pain of watching as they beat down Mike Laszlo and Cable Arcane as well…
{ The crowd boos. } Roberto Verona: Whatever you may think of me and the rest of the men who got beat down, you should all be aware of one very obvious thing. We’re not the kind of men who go down quietly, but then I suspect you four were all banking on that, weren’t you? Yet, let me make it clear, what you’re basking in as your moment of glory is anything but.
{ Verona pauses briefly. } Roberto Verona: Each of you made one very big mistake. It wasn’t attacking big names to make one for yourselves. It wasn’t inciting the wrath of a self-proclaimed God. It wasn’t even attacking Roberto Verona the man.
{ Verona turns around. } Roberto Verona: It was attacking the one person in IWF with the power to make your lives a living hell. Unlike everybody else, my power is tangible, I’m not standing here right now making empty threats to inflict physical pain on you, no, I prefer an altogether different type of vengeance. You just took a swing at the only person in IWF who you cannot put down, if I have to sign executive orders in a hospital bed you better believe I’ll ramp up all the morphine I need to see you buried!
{ Suddenly the PA systems erupt and the crowd pops as Cable Arance, still showing signs of his attack, marches down to the ring with a purpose, clutching a microphone in his hand as Verona turns to look at the man interrupting him. } Cable Arcane: Enough ego stroking, Verona!
{ The crowd pops as Cable stands face to face with Roberto Verona. } Cable Arcane: I want ALL FOUR members of this so called Council in the ring and I want them TONIGHT!
{ The crowd pops again but not just for Cable but also for the sounds of "Hate by Design" by Killswitch Engage roars through the PA System, of course there is an almost deafening amount of boos shortly afterwards, but Spike Kane emerges from behind the curtain with a slight limp, donning an "InFamous" hoodie, and a KsE baseball cap, perhaps to help hide the rather large black eye. He too has a microphone in hand, and after limping his way to the ring, rolls under the ropes and makes his way to his feet. For the briefest of moments it looks like things might kick off between him and Cable Arcane, but Spike holds his hands up.} Spike Kane: Listen....whatever is, was, or has gone on the past few weeks, hell even months? That shit got put on hold at Bloody Assizes. Xavier Cross brought war to IWF....and if it's a war he wants...
{ Spike almost sneers as he looks around the crowd, but he fan feel the adrenaline radiating from Cable, and the tension from Verona.} Spike Kane: It's a war he's got! ....so count me in.
{ Spike stands in the middle of the ring, about to extend his hand when “Cult of Personality” by Living Colour hits the sound system in the arena to a huge roar from the crowd, Mike Laszlo with a slow walk out onto the stage, surveying the crowd and the men in the ring, a sneer across his face.} Terri Morasco: The fourth of the men to be beaten down by The Council at Bloody Assizes.
{Mike heads to the ring, rolling under the bottom rope. He grabs a microphone from ringside and walks toward the rest of the men in the ring.} Mike Laszlo: I understand the motive. I understand attacking the four of us to make a name for yourself. However, if you’re going to attack four men the caliber of us, you damn well better make sure you finish the damn job. Spike called this a war, and that’s exactly what’s being brought upon us, the first shots fired by “The Council”.
{Mike turns to the camera.} Mike Laszlo: Council...your first shot was a strong one, but you need to look yourselves in the mirror, hell, look at each other, deep down in your eyes and ask yourselves...are you ready for the retaliation? Are you ready for what’s coming your way!? ARE YOU READY FOR THE FOUR MOST DANGEROUS MEN IN THIS DAMN BUSINESS!?
{He walks to the center of the ring, between the other three men.} Mike Laszlo: I’M TALKING ABOUT ONE OF THE LONGEST REIGNING CHAMPIONS EVER! THE MAN WHO WALKED IN THIS COMPANY AND PUT DOWN EVERYONE IN FRONT OF HIM TO BECOME IMPERIAL CHAMPION AND THE LONGEST REIGNING MAN OF STEEL, THE GOD OF EXTREME HIMSELF!?
{He shrugs his shoulders with a smirk.} Mike Laszlo: And the man who has done almost everything there is to do in this company?
{He shakes his head.} Mike Laszlo: I don’t think you are...so when the four men in this ring get their hands on you...you’ll wish you never even thought of doing what you did at Bloody Assizes. You want to burn the IWF down? We’re going to snuff you out before you even get the chance to strike a match.
{“Cult of Personality” hits again and Mike leaves the ring. Roberto smiles a little too smugly as he watches Mike Laszlo leave. Spike and Cable still stand in front of Verona. } Roberto Verona: The Council started a war with the best this business has ever seen. Next week?
{ Roberto's smirk becomes a smile. } Roberto Verona: I promise to give you all the room you need to end it.
{ Spike's eyes light up. }Spike Kane: I've never crucified a man twice.
{ Spike looks at Cable who is still starring down Verona. }Cable Arcane: I just want to show this Council the difference between thugs and professional wrestlers.
{ Cable looks to Spike. }Cable Arcane: Same as I'll show you.
{ Then back to Verona. }Cable Arcane: And you. Don't think I've forgotten all the bullshit you put me through, Verona.
{ Cable drops his mic as Long love the Chief hits the pa. Spike simply smiles and nods as he watches Cable go, he and Verona whispering something to each other as Cable heads up the ramp. }Terri Morasco: The alliance hangs on by literal threads as Verona all but declares no dq next week when they face the Council.
Vasco Dias: Cable and Laszlo better chose their words carefully. Verona is still the boss and Spike? Well Spike isn't a man I'd want to piss off.
Terri Morasco: The only real question is will they be able to work together long enough to defeat the council?

SINGLES MATCH
Andrew Jacobsen vs James Gilmore
----------------------------------------------------------
{ Cannons shooting jets of water blast high into the air as Digital Summer's "Playing the Saint" begins to play. A lone blue spotlight appears on-stage as James Gilmore steps in from behind the curtain, along with Lindsey Grawn in a Republican-red dress, sporting red, white, and blue all-American themed tights with matching boots and tassels and a T-shirt bearing the logo of his alma mater. Carrying his patriotic-themed surfboard with him, James passes through before sliding his longboard underneath the ring and hopping in to wait for his opponent. } Vasco Dias: Generally I’m all for a brash young guy telling a veteran where they can stick their history but this James Gilmore guy really just grinds my gears.
Terri Morasco: You’re not the only one Vasco. I’ve never seen a locker room unit against someone like they’ve united against Gilmore.
Vasco Dias: And it has literally nothing to do with Gilmore’s in ring ability.
Terri Morasco: Absolutely not, that’s why this match against our Imperial Champion, Andrew Jacobsen is such a miss match.
{ The opening riff of "Unbreakable" plays, sending the crowd into a frenzy, and as the drums kick in Andrew Jacobsen comes striding out onto the ramp, Danielle Chase a step behind him. He takes a few steps forward, looking to either side with a wide grin on his face. Andrew looks dead ahead at the ring, cracking his neck, and throws his arms out and head back as a burst of red and green pyro goes off to either side of him. Andrew and Danielle walk down the ramp, Andrew high-fiving fans as he goes, and he pulls himself up onto the apron, looking around at the fans with an infectious grin on his face. James regroups on the outside but Andrew heads out after him but James catches Andrew with a backfist then right and left open handed strikes. Vasco Dias: Am I seeing this?
{ Gilmore has the pin and the referee goes to count. ONE! TWO! KICK OUT! } Terri Morasco: Andrew isn’t going out like that!!
Vasco Dias: Yeah! Wait… Did you just get urban on me?
Terri Morasco: I got excited…

Gilmore hits a quick spinning heel kick to the midsection of Andrew Jacobsen then grabs Andrew for a snap suplex! Gilmore sets up now as Andrew is slow to his feet.
