I told Lindsey Grawn exactly what was going to happen last week and she can claim fake news all she wants but her candidate tapped the fuck out.
I have to give James Gilmore credit, he gave me a much harder fight than what I was expecting. I expected to walk right through him and he stood in front of me like a man and took everything I had while giving it right back. In the end though it was the grating voice of Ms. Grawn in the back of my head calling me a quitter that allowed me to crank just a little harder on that choke until James had no choice but to tap out or pass out.
He quit, I didn’t.
This week I’m in yet another a tag team match, as I team this time with Dre Cutler against two members of The Council, Xavier Cross and Kole Kaos. All I know about Dre Cutler is that he had a hell of a run in the Heir to the Throne a year ago but came up short in the end. I know he’s one of the odds on favorites to win the whole thing and that just like I told Will Fenell a few weeks ago if we play our cards right we can both walk out with points, we just have to work together to make that happen.
Our opponents are half of the latest and far from greatest in a long line of bad guys teaming up to do bad guy things before they disband and their alliance gets completely forgotten about in IWF. You guys are a poor man’s Age of X but I have news for you... we did it first and we did it better and even still no one gives a shit what we did in 2014 in 2017.
Oh the many faces of Xavier Cross. First he was the fine upstanding family man who was all about doing the right thing, then he got crucified and came back crazy but who can blame him for that and now he’s… I dunno what hell he is other than a joke. I remember going to bat for you when you got crucified by The Empire, Cross. I came to the ring and I got my ass handed to me trying to save you.You probably don’t remember it or even appreciate it now that you’re whatever it is you’re trying to be now. It doesn’t matter though, just like all the other times, It won’t be long before you realize that you don’t have what it takes to break through to the upper echelon of the IWF and then you leave for a while and come back as someone completely different.
You can say a lot about Mason St. Croix both good and bad but I ain’t changed, I’ve always been me.
I know less about you than I do Cross but one thing I know about you Kole Kaos is that you’re the third man to claim to be a God or more than a God but you’re not Angel Blake and you’re no Spike Kane. Right now you’re taking orders from a guy who has a major identity crisis and you just yes sir him. I’m not intimidated by you and I don’t fear you in the least. You’re a mortal man no matter what you claim to be and you can feel pain and I intend to inflict it upon you by dropping you on your head.
See you at Sacrifice boys. I hope you’re ready, Dre.
