"Heir to the Throne."
We hear Kole's voice before we see the man himself, he's once again sitting in his chamber somewhere, on his throne of bones. The head rests this time are just normal skulls, no symbolism this time around. He sits with his arms resting on the throne his head slightly tilted down, his hair down over his face.
"As you can see, I already have a throne, as I am the King of Chaos. But as a man who likes to collect items of power, I will admit this Heir to The Imperial Wrestling Federation Throne, while not at first, now intrigues me.
See, before this all started, I had no aspirations to go after the Imperial Title, not yet, not right away. I wanted my destruction of the Imperial Wrestling Federation to be a slow, drawn out, painful experience for all of those involved.
BUT.
Because of my dominance over the roster, because of the wake of violence I have left in my path, I know find myself as one of the 8 finalist to the Throne.
No one should be surprised.
I have said and done whatever the fuck I have wanted since I've walked in the door, I have backed up every claim I've made, and I have fulfilled every promise I have made.
This week will be no different.
This week at Legacy, It will be the start of mine. My Legacy of Kaos.
The powers to know its coming, they fear, and rightful so, that their grip of power is loosening on the company as I and the rest of the Council slowly take over every aspect of the Imperial Wrestling Federation.
First they try to pit us against each other, under the threat that if we don't compete, we'd all be out of the tournament.
So what did we do? We competed, and proved to everyone in attendance, everyone watching at home, and every single one of these piss ants in the locker-room, that the ONLY one's that can beat us.
Is us.
Then they tried to remove me from the tournament all together due to some "mathematical" error. Once they were called out on it, they fixed the issue, but I know the truth.
They are afraid, scared, of the new Heir. Because they know, unlike Dre Cutler, who won it last year, that if I sit on that throne, I will NOT squander the opportunity.
So in one last ditch effort to remove me from the equation they are making me fight in a Showdown match against the other bottom 3 competitors.
Only thing is gentlemen. I was not a bottom 4 competitor. I should be an automatic bye into the Semi-Finals.
But I am not, so for that boy's, blame management for what happens to you, because I WILL take out my frustrations and anger out on each and every single one of you.
I will go out to that ring, and I will prove there is no such thing as perfection, and that no matter how good you are technically, there is NOTHING you can do when one is Kaos Bombed throw the ring.
I will show that even the most loyal, can be forced to run and hide scared when a force of nature hits that ring and destroys everything in it's path.
And I will prove once and for all, there is no angel of death, only an insane man that needs to have his head rocked to get his marble straight again.
Any given Sunday you three might have a puncher chance, any given Sunday any of you could walk out of that ring heading towards the Semi Finals, but this Sunday, in the Yokohama Arena, is not JUST any OTHER Sunday.
This Sunday will forever be known as the day the Legacy of Kaos started, it will be known as Bloody Sunday, as I will leave all three of you in a pool of your own blood on my way to my throne.
The powers to be can put anyone and everyone in my way to try and stop me.
And they will ALL fail.
Dusk, Kole Kaos wearing his black hooded duster makes his way across the bridge in Sankei-en Garden, his footsteps light and soft for a man his size, following closly behind him is Xaiver Cross. In the lake under the bridge we can see the pink lotus blossoms bursting open as the leaves on the nearby trees are slowly changing color for the fall.
Cross: "So listen, about last week.."
Kole: "The only thing that needs to be said about last week is Ulf personally thanking me for allowing him to be in the Heir to the Throne."
Cross: "Uh...wait what? He earned it..."
Kole: "Did he? Did he really Cross? Do you REALLY think I couldn't have gotten out of that submission if I really WANTED to?"
Cross: "So wait...you threw the match?"
Kole: "Not entirely. I took a calculated risk. I knew going into the match that no matter what happened, I was in. And the ONLY way Ulf would get in, is with a win, so when the situation came to where I could eat the loss, and we'd ALL make the Heir to the Throne well...I didn't throw the match per say, but I didn't fight my hardest to get out of the hold either, chalk it up to self preservation."
Cross: "Ulf isnt going to like hearing that"
Kole: "He doesn't have to like it Cross, he just has to give thanks. Without my superior brain two of The Council members would be out of the Heir instead of just one of us."
Cross winces a bit at that small jab but he shrugs it off as the two make their way towards the big Japanese style house in the middle of the garden.
Cross: "So...why are we here again?"
Kole: "I'm looking for something, you are on look out."
Cross: "Looking out for?"
They aproche the house, Kole looks at the door for a second, before pulling on it a bit, then pulling it even harder breaking the weak lock on it.
Kole: "Security."
Cross: "Oh god, we are not going to burn this place down are we?"
Kole: "Of course not don't be silly, this is a ground of power. Stay here."
Kole walks off removing the hood from over his head, he makes his way to the back of the house to the biggest room, he looks around, as if he's trying to feel something in the air. He stops in the corner and kneels, he waves his hand over the floor board a bit before punching downwards breaking the wood, he slowly pulls a pouch out of the floor and gives a slight grin.
Cross: "What's that?"
Kole, annoyed that Cross is not on look out, but not startled, he slowly stands and pulls something out of the pouch.
Kole: "Tomitaro Hara, he was the silk trader who original made these grounds, this was his private home. It was said that he owned a piece of cloth from the Ebisu's Kimono, Ebisu is one of the the 7 gods of luck, the god of prosperity and wealth. People believe it was because Hara had this piece of cloth that he was as successful has he was."
Kole holds up the small piece of garment, before putting it back in the pouch and tying the pouch to his belt.
Cross: "You really believe in all these myths?"
Kole: "All myths originate from some source of truth Cross. Do you not believe I am the living incarnation of Chaos?"
Cross: "I have no reason to doubt you."
Kole: "Good...you better go now, I hear security coming."
Cross: "Me what abou..."
Kole walks to another room, steps into the shadows, and is gone.
Cross: "Fuck."
Cross looks around, eyes a window, goes to it, throws it open, looks around again, grabs a tube of Bamboo and dives out of the window as the we hear the door of the house open up with securty yelling things we can not understand. Cross dives out of the window and we hear a splash, guards coming rushing into the room and look around, one looks out the window and see's nothing out of place, they turn and leave the room after closing the window continueing on with their search, a few minutes later Cross pops up out of the water with the bamboo stick in his mouth, and lotus's hanging from his hair.
Cross: "Fucking Kaos...."
"After I dispatch Jason Sandman, Dean Harper and Chris Card I'll have to fight a second fight. A fight that will see me getting in the ring yet again with another Council Stablemates in Ulf Hednir and "The King of Detroit"...
Really? Detroit? This is something to brag about? Really?
Anyways, Ryan Shane, the most boring man in sports entertainment, and Ulf Hednir, who should be THANKING me for even ALLOWING him to be in this match in the first place, get to go toe to toe with Chaos Incarnate.
Ulf, you may think you have the upper hand against me because you made me tap last week, but rest assured boy, that was a calculated move to make sure you MADE the Heir to the Throne, so that we could ALL take over the tournament and make sure A Council member won.
Cross fucked that up, and now the odds are only ONE of us is making the finals.
That one will not be you Ulf. Not this time, I allowed you to work your way into this tournament, the freebies end this Sunday.
And as far as Ryan Shane is concerned, well...king's fall everyday Shane, you'll be no different. Just be glad I am not aiming to take your title also, or after this Sunday, you'd be completely irrelevant.
And after I dispatch you two, I'll have one final obstacle to overcome before the Legacy of Kaos can start.
The winner of the other semifinals match between Jayson Mathews, Seth Evans, and Mason St. Croix.
Jayson Mathews, here's a man who has taken out 2 of my brothers in arms already, a joke of a man who has somehow gotten a hold of the second most important title in the Imperial Wrestling Federation, and not a single one of these dipshits have been able to beat the head dipshit. Your luck runs out this Sunday Jayson if you do somehow get out of your bracket into the finals, you will have to go toe to toe with a force of nature, and son...all the banana's in the world can't save you from me.
Then you have Seth Evans, who fancy's himself a superhero, but remember this Seth, even Superman died. If you do somehow make it past Jayson and Mason, you will have to face your own personal Doomsday, and you wont have Batman or Wonder-woman by your side to help you, and the end result will be the same.
The destruction of a hero.
Speaking of Hero's, the last one in the mix, Mr. GI Joe himself, the all American hero.
Just another false idol who will bow before Kaos.
This Sunday, The Legacy of Kaos begins when my hand is held high as the winner of the 2017 Heir to the Throne tournament, and there is nothing anyone in that front office, production truck, or locker room can do, to stop me.
Welcome to the Age of Kaos.
Pray."
