SEGMENT Who Watches the Watchmen?
------------------------------------
{As Sacrifice goes on the air the fans in the arena are greeted not with the usual video package of their favorite stars and villains, but instead, a different video appears on the jumbotron looming over the stage. With the house lights fully on, it's hard at first to make out what the video is showing, but the dark images slowly give way as leaves and brush are pushed back and the camera edges its way through what must be some dense foliage. A window appears through the green overgrowth, illuminating the darkness like a beacon. The camera moves ever closer until it carefully inches within reaching distance of the glass. While the figure's form is barely discernable in the reflection of the window, the occupant within has not taken notice. No, instead he is focused solely on a different reflection. Standing in front of a waist high dresser and looking into the mirror is reigning IWF Strong Style champion Bob Pooler. He shifts his weight from one foot to the other, his eyes locked on his reflection as the camera moves ever closer and begins to pick up the sounds eminating from within.}
Bob Pooler: Who's the streamer? Huh? Who's the man? Yeah, that's right, baby - I'm the man and I'm gonna stream the hell of out it tonight!
{Pooler winks at himself before moving away from the mirror and toward an adjacent room but quickly turns back and steps in front of the mirror once more. The camera, perhaps fearing that it has been spotted, retreats a half=step before Pooler, instead, begins flexing in the mirror and making duck-faced expressions. Satisfied, the cameraman chuckles softly as the image from the window backs away slowly melting into the surrounding landscaping once more.}

NUMBER ONE CONTENDER LUCHADORA MATCH Helena Sawyer v Charity Crowne v Vesna v Dawn Halliwell
------------------------------------
Terri Morasco: Next up we the fatal four way for a number oneâs contender shot at the Luchadora championship at Legacy! Vasco Dias: It looks to be a pretty heated match coming up. Alison Valance: The following contest is scheduled for ONE FALL, and is a FATAL FOUR WAY MATCH! {âPOP POPâ} Alison Valance: On her way down to the ring first, weighing in at 130 pounds from Kensington, London, England, The Crowne Jewel, Diamond in the Rough, Leader of Best Friends ClubâŚCharity Crowne! {The clapping synth intro of "Popular" by The Veronicas plays over the PA, and Charity Crowne walks out onto the stage, rolling her eyes and striking a brief pose at the top of the ramp.} Vasco Dias: Charity Crowne is clearly the winner here. There is no way she wonât be. Terri Morasco: thatâs the clear winner? Not Vesna? Not Helena? Not Dawn? Charity Crowne? {She smirks, rolling her wrist, and struts down the ramp, dismissing fans if they reach over the barricade. Charity hooks the ring post with a hand, walking around to the side of the ring, and plants a hand on the ring apron, jumping and swinging herself under the bottom rope. She back-rolls to her feet in the middle of the ring, posing again, and casually walks to a corner. She wraps her hand around the top rope, casually yanking on it a few times as she waits and the music fades.} Alison Valance: Next on her way to the ringâ {the mic cuts out} Jay: âGood People!â {Jay appears at the top of the ramp as the haunting opening to Castle by Halsy begins. They wear a shining white cossack, with a flat brimmed hat. The lights of the stage point to them, causing them to glow in the light. As the music begins in earnest, smoke flows out of the opening, billowing around behind them. Their arms are held, stretched upwards.} Jay: âThis day we are all counted as equals, for we shall all be equally blessed to witness the destruction of The Oncoming Storm!â {A form appears in the smoke behind Jay and as the lyrics begin Vesna walks out, wearing a hooded cloak and a mask draped across her face. Hey eyes burn with singular intensity as she gazes out across the crowd to a mixed reaction of noise.} Vasco Dias: Here it comes {She sways at the top of the ramp before she struts down to the ring. Jay follows with a reverent expression on their face. As the choral portion of the song begins Vesna turns to face the ramp, hands lifted into fists. Jay drops to their knees in front of her, hands and head lifted in ecclesiastical grace. When the choir drops away and the chorus begins Vesna leaps into the air. She does a graceful back flip to land on the ropes and spring over them to land in the ring. She drops to a seated position, glaring around the crowd as they erupt with noise.} Terri Morasco: Vesna has more than proved herself while in the IWF and she certainly has the experience to make it through this event given how well she did in the Last Rites match. Sheâs clearly motivated. Vasco Dias: Sheâs is. I wonât deny that. Terri Morasco: In any case, I think itâs a mistake to underestimate her here tonight. Vesnaâs wanted this for a long time. {The lights dim, and a series of twinkling blue lights begin to shine at the mouth of the entrance ramp as the intro of âBlueâ by The Birthday Massacre begins to play. As the crashing guitars kick in, the stage is bathed in flickering blue lights, and Helena Sawyer slowly walks out onto the stage, a lopsided grin on her face. She walks down the ramp, wearing a twisted smirk on her face. As she passes by the camera at the foot of the ramp, she snaps her jaws at the cameraman, giggling as she walks on and hops up onto the apron. Helena looks up at the ceiling, grinning ecstatically, and turns to face the crowd, hooking both arms on the top rope and throwing her body back with a piercing scream that turns into a giggle. She kicks herself backwards, flipping over the top rope, and back-rolls into a kneeling crouch, staring at the ramp for a few moments before standing and slinking to a corner. She looks up at the ceiling as the music fades, mouthing frantic words to herself as the lights come back up to normal.} Terri Morasco: Helena looks to be making another impact here. We havenât seen her since she faced Vivienne Rodgers some time ago. Vasco Dias: Helena is one of the hardest women in the division. Terri Morasco: I think that points debatable. Alison Valance: Coming down to the ring next, from Amityville, New York, weighing 151 poundsâŚHELENA SAWYER! Terri Morasco: I think all of these women deserve to be here tonight. {Lights dim as the opening riffs to Shoot to Thrill hit, and flashes of white light begin to pulse along with the music as it picks up pace. The stage fills with dry ice as Dawn steps out from backstage, smiling manically and rocking out to the music. She points to the crowd and tries to get them pumped up. When the chorus hits, she raises her fists in the air as she lets out a shout of excitement punctuated by a blast of simple white pyro around her. She holds that pose until the second iteration of "Shoot to Thrill" in the chorus, at which point she charges into the ring and slides in, spinning with the momentum to her feet as she urges the crowd to get to their feet and rock along with her. After a few moments she will settle into her corner.} Alison Valance: and finally, weighing in at 125 pounds from Age of Gods Compound, Blood Goddess Dawn Halliwell! Vasco Dias: Is it just me or is Dawn walking a little differently? Terri Morasco: Only you would comment on something like that. Vasco Dias: What? I canât appreciate the scenery? {The Four women stand in the ring looking at each other waiting for the bell to ring. There is a moment where the camera focuses on each of their faces before the bell goes off.} Terri Morasco: There doesnât seem to be much love lost between any of these women. Vasco Dias: Why should there be? This is the face the current Luchadora champion! {The bell rings. Dawn goes straight for Vesna, hitting her with a German Suplex. Helena goes for Charity with a side slam back breaker, Charity drops to the mat, quickly rolls out of the ring. Helena turns to watch Dawn hit Vesna with a snap suplex followed by a quick Renegade.} Terri Morasco: Seems Helena is biding her time to see how this turns out. Vasco Dias: Dawn is not wasting any time clearly taking out who she thinks is the wild card. {Just as it look like Dawn is going to make another move Charity jumps over the ropes with a So Last Season hitting them both down to the mat.} Vasco Dias: YES! Thatâs what Iâm talking about! {Dawn rolls away, holding her rib. Charity grabs her by the leg before kicking her in the ribs.} Terri Morasco: Charity seems to be focusing on Dawn, now. Vasco Dias: Dawn did hurt Charityâs best friend, Ciara.. Terri Morasco: Right. Best friend. Just Gals being Pals. Vasco Dias: Thatâs what I said. {Helena waits until Vesna stands up shakily to hit her with an Athame, knocking her to the matt again. She goes for the pin, 1âŚ. Charity seems to notice the count out and grabs Helena by the hair dragging her off Vesna. Vesna lays on the matt, rolling slightly out of the way. Helena gets free by elbowing Charity in the knee. Charity kicks her in the back. Helena groans before turning and catching Charityâs leg on another kick, dragging her and hitting her into a flapjack throat-first into the rope. Charity falls to the mat like a ton of bricks.} Terri Morasco: Charity made the mistake of getting Helenaâs attention. Never a safe place to be. Vasco Dias: Her poor throat! {Dawn gets up and runs over but Vesna leaps up and European Upper Cut Dawn into the Ref. Helena steps past Charityâs body just in time to avoid Vesna coming in to attempt to hit her with a spinning heel kick, hitting Charity just as she was about to get up. Helena and Dawn make eye contact, Dawn hits Vesna with a RIDE THE LIGHNING, after which Helena picks her up and swings her into the DARK MOTHERâS BLESSING, taking Vesna down hard!} Terri Morasco: Amazing to see those two working together to take down a common threat! Vesna looks completely out of it! {Dawn and Helena look back at each other sizing each other up.} Terri Morasco: Oh this does not seem good. {Dawnâs stance gets rigid as she grabs Helena by the arm, pulling her into a Renegaade, dropping Helena to the mat. As soon as Helena drops the lights flicker, for a moment it almost looks like a shadow of wings.} Vasco Dias: What was that? {Dawn hits Helena with a THUNDERSTRUCK and the lights go back to normal.} Vasco Dias: Oh this might be it. Terri Morasco: It would appear so. {Dawn stands alone in the ring as all of the other three women are out on the mat. Dawn drags Helenaâs body and drops it near the other twos. She goes for the pin on all three. 1 2 3!} Alison Valance: Your winner and number one contender for LUCHADORAâŚ.DAWN HALLIWELL! Terri Morasco: Well, thatâs one way to make a statement. Vasco Dias: Looks like Age of Gods is getting another title shot at Legacy! {Dawn stands in the ring, as Shoot to Thrill plays. She climbs out of the ring as God stands at the top of the ramp and she heads to him.} Terri Morasco: Something is different about Dawn here. I canât put my finger on it. Vasco Dias: Stay tuned folks while we get the finales of Heir to the throne and the match between Caleb and Oracle at the end of the night.

SEGMENT Pax Stormcrow interviewed about his match at Legacy
------------------------------------
{The Scene opens up on Rachel Grimes and Pax Stormcrow sitting on a pair of plush chairs in front of a screen depicting the IWF logo. Pax is wearing a pair of jeans and black t-shirt. He is relaxed, with a beaming smile on his face.}
Rachel Grimes: Hello! I have with me tonight the Number 1 contender for the Strong Style Championship, Pax Stormcrow.
{He inclines his head as a faint pop can be heard from the crowded stadium}
Pax Stormcrow: Thanks Rachel, Iâm happy to be here.
Rachel Grimes: First of all, I am sure what everyone wants to know is how do you feel about getting another shot at the title?
Pax Stormcrow: I feel great about it. The last match that Bob Pooler and I had was a great one and I look forward to stepping into the ring with him again.
Rachel Grimes: You certainly have a lot of confidence, and a reason for it after the long best of five series against Nighthawk.
Pax Stormcrow: Nighthawk is not joke. I pushed myself to make certain that I came out on top. Having a chance at the Strong Style Championship means a lot to me.
{Rachel nods along, leaning closer to ask her next question.}
Rachel Grimes: In your last title shot, there was a great deal of criticism that you were not ready and you didnât deserve your shot. What are your thoughts on people who feel that way?
{Pax just kind of stares at her for a moment after the question is asked. Rachel opens her mouth to respond until Nate Harris walks into the view. He snatches the mic from Rachelâs hand.}
Nate Harris: What kind of question even is that?
{Rachel stares up in disbelief for a moment, she says something that the mic doesnât pick up.}
Nate Harris: My boy got 5 pinfalls over Nighthawk to get this shot. I mean, I donât think thatâs all that great. My Ma got a pinfall on Nighthawk on the way to breakfast. But you all seem impressed with him. Your questions are dumb.
{Nate turns in a complete circle, not only putting his back to Rachel, but standing between her and Pax.}
Nate Harris: Bob was talking some garbage about you the last time you were in a match. Saying you didnât earn this. What you got to say to him?
{Pax just stares dumbfoundead over what just happened in front of him. He starts to stammer something out as Rachel stands up.}
Nate Harris: Hooker, just answer the question.
{He turns back to Rachel Grimes as she opens her mouth to speak. He holds his hand up, palm out and places it in front of her face.}
Nate Harris: Girl, bye.
Pax Stormcrow: Uhh, well I guess I would ask if he watches the show. I earned the shot this time.
Nate Harris: Damn right. Boo, what you gonna say when he tells you itâs not your time yet? Cause thatâs all these old boys around here have to say.
Pax Stormcrow: Well, Iâd remind them that this is a sport and company based on merit, not on longevity.
Nate Harris: Who got more Merit? The guy going out there and putting everyone through the ringer when he gets in the ring with him? The guy fighting 5 matches for a shot at a belt. The guy who will make certain that belt is represented all the time? Or the guy who didnât come crawling out of the woodwork until the âHand of Godâ gave him the old bad touch.
Pax Stormcrow: Bro that was a terribleâŚ
Nate Harris: The question was rhetorical hooker. Besides, this is the IWF. They put kidnapping insurance as a contract benefit.
Pax Stormcrow: What?
Nate Harris: We out!
{Nate takes the mic from Pax and tosses both of them behind him. The two of them shrug at each other after a moment before tossing up the reverse peace sign that is common at the end of Paxâs promos as the Camera fades out.}
------------------------------------
HTTT QUALIFICATION MATCH Redcap v James Gilmore
------------------------------------
Allison Valance: The following Heir to the Throne Finale Qualifying match is scheduled for one fall! Terri Morasco: This is the first of the three matches this week which will determine who will go to Legacy to qualify to fight the current World Champion Dean Harper. Vasco Dias: Itâs interesting how the points have shaped up. James Gilmore started on top of the points with the surprise victory of Dean in a singles match at an open fight night.
{ Judas Priest's "Screaming for Vengeance" begins to play as jets of water shoot out from all directions. We then see James Gilmore stepping out onto the stage, headbanging to the classic speed metal tune, before posing to the crowd and walking down to the ring. } Allison Valance: First down from Corpus Christi, Texas standing at 5â10 and weighing in at 205 poundsâŚ. JAMES GILMORE! Terri Morasco: James has faced Redcap slightly in the tag team match a couple weeks ago but it is still anyoneâs game at this point. Vasco Dias: A couple fluke wins donât mean he can make it to the Heir to the Throne finale at Legacy. { The lights flicker as the drums of âWhite rabbitâ stars to hit the P.A and out slides the Redcap, slowly swaggering to the ring as if in a trance nodding his head and pushing at the crowd before climbing the apron and sliding backwards into the ring on his belly into a corner slowly pushing to his feet before throwing himself across the top rope as if it were a hammock to slide his jacket off.} Allison Valance: Next down to the ring, from Arcadia weighing in at 210 and standing at 6â2âŚ. REDCAP! Terri Morasco: Redcap has made some promises leading to this match. He wants to be the one to take Dean Harper down. Vasco Dias: Redcap seems pretty focused on Harper. But Gilmore has his own beef for wanting to make it to Harper. {Redcap stands in his corner waiting. James is pacing slightly, clearly wanting to get this match going.}
Terri Morasco: Redcap seems calm while James seems anxious. Vasco Dias: This is an all or nothing match. {When the bell wings Gilmore launches himself across the ring with a spear followed by a few mounted punches. Redcap hits the turnbuckle hard. Gilmore hits Redcap with a Spinning wheel kick knocking him back against the turnbuckle again. The crowd pops and Gilmore soaks it in for a moment.} Terri Morasco: A strong opening. Gilmore is not losing focus on what he needs to do here. Vasco Dias: He should be careful. Redcap left himself open so Hunter would wear himself out last week. {With a light grapple Gilmore hits Redcap with a Scoop slam, walking back slightly waiting for Redcap to get up before hitting him with a drop kick.} Terri Morasco: Gilmore wants to make sure to get Redcap down before he gain the high flying momentum that could get him down and out. Vasco Dias: Redcap has taken some intense moves in the past. I would be warry. {As the crowd cheers Gilmore puts his hands up, clearly enjoying the crowdâs reaction. Redcap quickly moves and hits Gilmore with a Reflection of Gilmore's backwards hurracanrana. Before going for the pin on Gilmore. 1 2 KICKOUT!} Terri Morasco: that was a close one for an early ending to this match. Vasco Dias: Gilmore needs to keep his eyes on the prize here. Redcap knows how to take advantage and his ring awareness is pretty high for an unknown rookie. {Recap hits Gilmore with a Knee drop followed by a drop kick as Gilmore struggles to get to his feet. The crowd pops with excitement.} Terri Morasco: The crowd seems to be enjoying this match so far. Vasco Dias: And why shouldnât they? Itâs been an intense and amazing Heir to the throne so far. Who could have predicted either of these men would have made it do far here? Terri Morasco: Itâs been a showcase of the amazing talent we have here at IWF, thatâs for certain. {Gilmore roils away from Redcap, pulling himself up on the ropes before launching into a Diving headbutt before dropping down on the mat holding his head.} Terri Morasco: Oh⌠Oh wow. Vasco Dias: Thatâs a helmet, Gilmore. Not a smart move. Terri Morasco: But it did slow down Redcapâs attack. Vasco Dias: sure, but he used his own HEAD to do it. {Both men lay on the mat for a moment. The ref checks on both of them.} Terri Morasco: What do we do if they both canât go forward? Vasco Dias: IâŚuh⌠you know, Iâm not sure. {Gilmore lifts himself up a few seconds before Redcap sits up, touching the helmet. Gilmore rushes over and going for an Armdrag takedown wrenching the other manâs arm.}
Terri Morasco: Gilmore pushing through the pain here. Vasco Dias: Weâll see if he can keep the upper hand here. {Redcap moves, pulling Gilmore and hooks a leg on the rope. The ref yells at Gilmore to let him go.} Vasco Dias: A good attempt to try and work on Redcapâs arm to keep him from doing some of those high flying moves he likes to do. Terri Morasco: Redcap got the rope though And Gilmore has to let go. {Gilmore lets go of Redcapâs arm. He stands up, shaking his own head slightly before going for a High cross body knocking Redcap back down to the mat.} Terri Morasco: Ouch. Vasco Dias: This might be it. {Gilmore hits Redcap with a German suplex down to the mat.} Vasco Dias: Gilmore is really driven here. Terri Morasco: I wouldnât discount Redcap. Heâs come back from other things. {Gilmore goes for the pin again 1 KICKOUT.} Vasco Dias: What?! Terri Morasco: Redcap is going to make Gilmore work for it. {Gilmore looks frustrated as he gets up and goes for a Spinning wheel kick but Redcap ducks it. Redcap pops up and hits Gilmore with a stiff Martial arts kick to Gilmoreâs stomach.} Vasco Dias: Redcap hits like a truck. Terri Morasco: It seems so. {Redcap grips Gilmore and hits him with Belly to back- suplex knocking him to the ground.} Vasco Dias: Redcap isnât letting up. Terri Morasco: This is to get to be Heir to the throne. Of course neither is giving up. {Redcap hits him with a Snapmare and drops him.} Vasco Dias: Redcap wants to put Gilmore down. Terri Morasco: Gilmore might not be able to get away.
{Gilmore tries to roll away but Recap grabs him by the leg and pulls him back. Gilmore kicks at him making Redcap let go. Redcap goes for the Flicker Flash landing on Gilmore.} Vasco Dias: Redcap is not letting him get away Terri Morasco: He promised heâd win this. Heâs got to be focused. {Gilmore tries to roll away but he holds his head.} Vasco Dias: Gilmore feeling that headbutt from earlier still. Terri Morasco: he might still have a trick up his sleeve. {Redcap bounces once before unleashing the VALPOR BLADE with a loud âSNICKERSNACK!â shout as he takes Gilmore down with him.} Vasco Dias: This is it. Terri Morasco: Redcapâs finisher here. Itâd be hard to get out of that. {Redcap goes for the pin on Gilmore. The ref drops down, 1 2 3!!} Allison Valance: Your winnerâŚ.REDCAP! Vasco Dias: Redcap goes on to LEGACY! The first of the final four to be declared! Terri Morasco: Seeing how the rest of the show turns out this could be an intense fight to go on to face Dean Harper. {Redcap stands in the middle of the ring with his arm raised as âWhite Rabbitâ plays throughout the arena. He seems to stand in the middle of the ring taking in the pop from the crowd. He touches the helmet as if considering something before raising his arms in the air.} Vasco Dias: Stay tuned folks. We still have a pretty packed show on the way to Legacy.
------------------------------------
SEGMENT Trent has some words
------------------------------------
Trent Helms: Dear Primates, Iâm sorry that I couldnât join you tonight in Edmonton, but clearly Iâm a being a great tastes, and Iâm not going to be caught dead in Alberta of all places, which is why Iâve decided to stay home, in a far much better place, Right here in the safety of my home, in Toronto.
{The Crowd boos loudly}
Vasco Dias: I guess there goes Trent loving all parts of his home country.
Trent Helms: Safety is the key word there. Last week when I made my in-ring return to my home country, a certain superstar decided to ruin my grand entrance, when he decided to make matters personal.
{Trent sighs}
Trent Helms: Warren, you decided to make things very personal and for what reason? Because I didnât drink the Spike Kane kool-aid? Because you clearly donât know the difference between just mentioning someone sexual oriantiation isnât the same as attacking it. Last week you tried to rally not only a lynch mob against my name, but you accused me of things that arenât true.
{Trent stands up and knocks over a Spiderman Sippy Cup off the table, as liquid splatters to the floor}
Trent Helms: Iâm not going to let you just waltz in and just because you live a alternate lifestyle, that it makes you immune to conqueences like youâre some type of endangered speices. I have nothing but the almost respect for the Gay and Lesbien community. I have never once said a unkind word about people who live alternate lives.
{Trent looks directly into the camera, as he flips his hair out from in front of his eyes}
Trent Helms: Then screw you Warren Kane. Iâm happy you made a choice when it came to your lifestyle, but Iâm going to ask you to respect my choice of being a heterosexual male. Iâm not going to allow you to just think youâre some type of hero just because of who you sleep with. Iâm sorry that Iâm not wired the same way as you Warren. I wholeheartedly support whoever it is, you choose to sleep with, but Iâm going to ask you to do the same because above all else, There is something I believe in more then your little message, and do you know what that is?
{Trent pauses}
Trent Helms: Equality! That men and women should be created equal, that regardless of sexual orientation, Gender or personal choices, that no being should be treated any differently and last week. I treated you no differently then I would of treated any other primate.
{Trent lifts up another cup, this time a My Little Pony Sippy Cup with a twisty stray, as he takes a sip}
Trent Helms: Iâm sorry, Iâm just so thirsty having to deal with all you salty bitches. But I treated you just like any other person Warren. I came at you, as only Trent Helms would of. I didnât hold back because of who you are, or who your daddy was and here is the funny thing Warren. You know who would honestly be saluting me for such a feat? Go on, say it.
{Trent stands up, giving a intimdating look into the camera}
Trent Helms: Your God Damn Daddy, Thatâs who. You see Warren, I know your father better then you ever did and there is one thing that Michael would never ever want me to do, believe me. You donât know how many times I stepped from behind that curtain to only receive a punch for dear old papa for half stepping doing a match. Your father, Spike Kane would never want me to hold back, It doesnât matter if it was, Him, some jobber, or even his own son. He knew exactly who I was, and if I ever, ever pulled a punch He would have my ass.
{Trent sits back down}
Trent Helms: I didnât pull no punches with you, I havenât pulled a single punch on the twitter feed, regardless of who the subject was address too. But you made it personal Warren, when you destroyed my personal property. Do you know how much it cost to repair that float that you destroyed? More then youâve ever seen in your entire lifetime.
{Trent pulls his leg up, crossing his legs, as he motions to the side for something, as his wife, and agent Ashlie walks in, sitting down a brown portofolio next to him on the table}
Trent Helms: Now itâs true, That War has ravaged IWF. You have supposed Gods running around, judging all of us, while each week there numbers go down, Then you have the Pack, your current group that honestly I relate more with, then the Gods who are supposed to be fighting them, who clearly Math isnât taught in whatever Edgelord school they send you tooâŚ
{Trent lifts up his Ethan King T-Shirt to reveal the IWF Plus Ultra Championship}
Trent Helms: Sorry Elsa, You need to learn how to count, because there are Seven IWF Championships, not Six. Nice Try, but moving onâŚWarren you decided to make things very personal for me. You assault my character, You batter me, before the bell even rang, and left me in a state that, I had no choice but for this too happenâŚRoll that goodness.
{We cut back to last Monday, as Warren Kane is seen assaulting Trent, by lighting up his chest with very stiff Knife-Edge chops before tossing him over the railing of his personalized float, causing him to hit the floor. We cut forward as Trent is not even able to stand, as the referee is ordering Warren back, however Warren shoves the official down to the mat, before walking into his own fatherâs finishing move, The Thunderstruck}
{Trent smiles}
Trent Helms: I bet you were furious, wasnât you? Not granted I wasnât trying to hit you with that move because it was your fathers, No. I was paying respect to the very woman I love, who I cherish. Because I do cherish women and not just straight white males such as myself, as some concussed assclown said, which that being said. I may not know much about where these so called Gods and the group known as the Pack get there powers, but there is one place they have no control over, That is this planet, because over a decade ago, I made a name for myself conquering this planet. Earth belongs to me Primates. I answer to a master far more powerful then Rowan or Angel Blake, and believe me, none of them want no part of Galactus if I were to summon him here. I may not have power in IWF, but I do have immense power outside of it, and it allows me to collect things.
{Trent opens up the portofolio}
Trent Helms: Warren, let me ask youâŚWhat do you know about your fatherâs past, say in the year 2011? I know that isnât a bright spot for the daddy legacy, I mean after all, He relapsed hard, because a joke of his former self, and had to depend on the help of a being that he wasnât exactly fond ofâŚMainly Me.
{Trent Smiles}
In 2011, Your father lost everything, His legacy was crumbling, and for all intents, His career was finished. Now, I could of not had a single care in the world, what was happening to papa kane. But I felt bad for him. He relapsed and thru Rob Diamond wonât mention such things, I helped paid for your dad rehab, I help pay his legal bills, when he lost everything to his nameâŚ.Including his nameâŚ.I know IWF doesnât like to talk bad about there superman, but Michael lost his identity to a lowly witch doctor named Hexx. Now granted with my resources, I was able to help him get his name back, however there was a very fine print I put in there.
{Trent giggles to himself}
In the event of Spike Kane demise, all rights to Spike Kane would revert back to the previous owner, namely Hexx, and considering I just decided to outright by the rights from him, Needless to say WarrenâŚ.I own everything about Spike Kane Legacy. His name, his likinesss, the memorial month that is being paid in his honorâŚ.Itâs all mineâŚ.So technically speaking WarrenâŚ
{Trent smiles}
Iâm your daddy now.
------------------------------------
HTTT QUALIFICATION MATCH Xavier Cross v Jayson Matthews
------------------------------------
Vasco Dias: Spike Kane is disgusting, I canât believe he would do such a thing like that, taking a legend identity. He has his own impressive legacy and wants to claim this is personal with Warren now.
Terri Morasco: VascoâŚI know the name you just said, but youâre not going to believe it, but the audio is being edited to say Spike Kane as opposed to the wrestler who used to you know whoâŚ
Vasco Dias: Just shoot me.
Terri Morasco: I know itâs a horrible thing and I donât approve but we need to move forward and hopefully the next match will make up for it, because we have two of the most technically versed wrestlers in the world doing battle.
Vasco Dias: Ladies and Gentleman, we are entering our second match to determine who will be in the triple threat to determine this years Heir to the Throne, Redcap has already advanced to the show, and the winner of this match will join him, and either our COO Roberto Verona or the man who looks to knock off both COOâs of this company in back to back weeks in Ethan King
Terri Morasco: This one is going to more then likely the fastest pace of the three matches, Xavier Cross and Jayson Matthews are so similar in styles.
{The lights grow a little brighter, as the intro to 'X Gon Give it to Ya' by DMX begins to play on the loudspeakers, out from the behind the curtain slowly walks to the stage, rotating his shoulders a bit, a smirk on his face as he throws his hands up to the cheers of the crowd, pushing his hood back, glancing around the arena hand over his brow to block out some of the light. }
{Throwing his fist in the air, a series of flames lights up the sides of the entrance ramp down to the ring as he charges forward running down the ramp, sliding into the ring through the bottom rope, glancing around a bit, he tosses his jacket off, before making his way to hard camera ropes, putting one foot on the middle rope lifting himself up throwing up a single fist in the air, as the fire slowly goes on the entrance ramp, but the four turnbuckles send a series of fire pyrotechnics into the air. Walking back, the fire slowly fades as he begins to stretch off in his corner.}
Vasco Dias: Who would of believed that a few weeks ago, we would be here with this man as the number one seed coming in. He was pretty much counted out, and yet pulled what has to be a upset victory over the Iconic Andrew Jacobsen.
Terri Morasco: It was a amazing match, that could very well appear on the Best Matches of 2018 Network Special later this year.
{The drum fill kicks in the door and the guitar riff of 311âs Perfect Mistake starts blasting over the PA system.}
âListen Up!â
{The arena lights start changing from orange to black on the beat and Jayson Matthews comes bouncing from behind the curtain and head banging to the riff. He jams to the verse as he starts to walk down the ramp, slapping fives with as many fans as he can on either side. }
This is the next stage, we turn the page
We're gonna wreck a place when we take the stage
Roll up your sleeves, get down with me
It's going off in the pit like you wouldn't believe
{Jayson stands at the end of the ramp and stares into the ring and he starts to bounce up and down and hypes himself up and as soon as the chorus hits he dives into the ring forward rolls onto his feet and runs over to the side opposite the ramp and leans over the ring holding out his arms. While the lights strobe orange and black.}
âOhhhhhhhhhh
See in it my eyes
Hold it in my hands
All those days that you wasted away
There was no one to blame
It's a perfect mistake
{He hops up on the turnbuckle and holds out the both arms and points to the crowd with his other hand. Thanking the fans for the cheers!} Vasco Dias: Jayson is determined, He fell short against God last month, and knowing God will be challenging Dean Harper for the IWF Championship , has to think, why couldnât it been me?
Terri Morasco: Jayson Matthews v. Dean Harper would be a interesting matchup to say the least.
{The Bell ring as the referee signals both men towards the corners, as Allison Valiance steps between them}
Allison Valiance: Ladies and Gentleman, The following is a Heir to the Throne Qualifying Match, This match is scheduled for one fall, with No Time Limit where the winner will move on to a Triple Threat Match at Legacy
Vasco Dias: Wow, that a big announcement, with so much at stake, there needs to be a winner.
Allison Valiance: First in this corner. Wearing the Yellow Shorts, Standing Five Feet, Ten inches tall, weighing in tonight at two hundred and four pounds, From Detroit, Michigan, This is Jayson Matthews!
{There is a loud pop for Jayson, who shows respect to the crowd in Edmonton}
Allison Valiance: And in this corner from Atlanta, Georgia by way of Lexington, Virginia. He weighs in tonight at two hundred and twenty nine pounds, Standing Six Feet, Three inches tall, Xavier Cross!
{The crowd pops loudly for Xavier Cross as well}
Vasco Dias: I think there is respect here between the two, even if Jayson is somewhat aligned with the Pack, or is on the fence about it, and Cross has a deep history with Dean Harper, and you can bet that Cross would love to prove himself Harperâs equal by getting into the three way at Legacy.
{The Bell rings, as both men are a little hesitant to lock, both do so eventually as this time itâs Cross who is enjoying a power advantage over Matthews, something he was clearly lacking against Andrew Jacobsen last week, he goes to power back Jayson who is trying to stop being backed into the corner, but Cross suddenly changes it up and grabs Jayson arm and throws him over, as he lands stiffly on the mat not expecting such a tactic to be used}
Terri Morasco: I donât think Jayson was expecting that, It look like Cross was going to use a tactic that was used against him the week before against Jayson, but must of changed it on the fly.
Vasco Dias: I wouldnât of expected that from the guy.
{Matthews pulls himself up to a sitting position, and looks shocked at such a move being used against him, Cross nods towards Matthews and allows himself to get to a standing base, as Cross extends his hand, there is a slight handshake before Cross goes for another lockup, but Matthews avoids this one, and suddenly hits a Forearm to the face of the Firestarter, knocking him down, as Xavier looks confused, but Matthews just laughs.}
Jayson Matthews: What, you didnât see that coming.
Vasco Dias: I know it seems harmful in nature, but I think Jayson was simply playing a game of one upmanship with Xavier there.
Terri Morasco: Letâs see how Cross handles this.
{Jayson allows Xavier the moment to collect himself, who gets up. They come towards each other, and both go for a lockup, before pulling away, as both men suddenly and quickly as a cat leap up, both going for the same thing as they leap into the air, hitting beautiful dropkicks, but both only end up hitting each other feet, both men kick up, as Cross goes for a Lariat, but Jayson ducks under and yanks Cross down into a School-Boy}
One
{Cross immediately rolls out of it, and gets to his feet, as Jayson pulls himself up, but is yanked down with a Small Package}
One
Two
{Jayson rolls himself over and manages to catch Cross shoulders to the mat}
One
Two!
{Cross adjust position, and flips Jayson over, cradling his feet in a modified Jacknife position, but Jayson manages to shove leg knee down into Xavier shoulder, as both men shoulders are on the mat}
One!
Two!
{Both men release the pin, as Cross hops up first, and goes airbourne with a Lou Thesz Press, but Jayson attempts to duck under it, but Xavier knees slam against the shoulders of Matthews, with a version of the Metora, Cross goes to rain down Elbows but the referee is already on top of things, and starts to count, stopping Cross from striking}
One!
Two!
{Jayson manages to pull his shoulders out from under Crosses, and pulls himself up, using a Matrix like maneuver, before Cross can even pull himself up, as Jayson reaches back as Cross is trying to pull himself up and drops him on the back of his head with a Neckbreaker!}
Vasco Dias: So many early pinfall attempts.
Terri Morasco: Yet somehow it is Jayson who manages to land the first big offensive move in this one with that Neckbreaker
{Cross holds his head, as he pulls himself up, as Jayson begins to quicken the pace as he is bouncing off the ropes, He comes back and leaps into the air, and wraps his legs Xavier Cross head, and swings himself around before flipping him over, and snapping him down with a Tilt A Whirl headscissors, Cross slowly gets up, as Jayson runs off the ropes even faster and goes airbourne against and looks to hit the move again, but Cross grabs him, and rotates before spiking Jayson Matthews back across his knee with a Tilt-A-Whirl Backbreaker, Cross throws his entire body weigh ontop of Jayson as he presses his shoulders to the mat}
One!
Two!
{Jayson manages to kick out, but Cross grabs both of Jayson arms before flipping over and trapping Jayson in the Cattle Mulation, as Jayson screams in agony, as Xavier is wrenching on the arms and shoulders of Jayson, who is trying to reach out with the arms that Cross has trapped but is in the middle of the ring, He tries to kick his legs attempting to break out of the hold but Cross is using his power advantage to keep Jayson locked in place as the official is checking in to see if Matthews wants to submit}
Vasco Dias: I knew it would only be a matter of time before we saw the first submission locked in. Jayson Matthews found success with that Head Scissor early, but he want back to it, way too soon and now Cross being the veteran he is, saw thru such a attack again, and made Matthews pay for it dearly
Terri Morasco: But Jayson isnât going to give up, no matter how painful this submission move is. There is far too much at stake here, with the winner moving on at the chance to be this year Heir to The Throne winner.
Vasco Dias: Just at what cost? Both these men are very submissionly versed, those types of moves, if locked in on you, will cause lingering effects that wonât simply heal before next week.
{Jayson is now trying to reach out with his feet, as he has those free, and is closer to the ropes, he kicks his body outwards but is still screaming in pain, Jayson manages to square up his knees and is attempting to now get to a vertical base but his head, arms and shoulders are still held in place by Xavier Cross and this submission move, Jayson screams and nails a knee right to the spine of Xavier Cross, who still isnât relasing the hold, Jayson nails another one, which causes Xavier to lose grip of one of Jayson arms, Jayson nails a third knee, this time causing Cross to loss his grip, as Jayson breaks free, rolling backwards and sliding under the ring ropes to the ringside area, trying to shake both his arms around, trying to get mobility back in them}
Terri Morasco: What a courageous showing there by Matthews, finding a way to escape a move that looked to be escapable.
Vasco Dias: But at what cost, He was held in that move for quite a period of time, by a larger man. Cross isnât just a man who knows how to lock on submission, He knows how to use them to there best capacity, as shown by making Andrew Jacobsen of all people submit last week.
{Jayson is in a severe amount of pain, as the referee is counting on the inside, Jayson looks as if he is waiting for Cross to start using his risk taking antics, but is surprised when they havenât came yet, as Cross is just resting against the turnbuckle, keeping his eyes on Jayson, as Jayson goes to roll back in, but Cross is there to cut him off, and hits a knee right to the shoulder of Matthews, which causes him to fall back off the apron. Jayson gives Xavier a look, and goes to slide back in, but Cross hits another knee to the shoulder to cut him off, but Jayson is feeling these knee strikes, as he thinks how he is going to get back into the ring.}
Terri Morasco: Seems like a shady thing there.
Vasco Dias: Youâre missing the big picture Terri, Yes it might not seem like a noble thing, but Cross is paying Jayson respect, because he respects how dangerous Jayson is, and knows how much is at stake, But Cross is targeting the shoulders that he just had trapped in that submission hold, and Jayson has to use those shoulders at some point, if he is grounded again meaning.
Terri Morasco: If Cross gets Jayson down, he might not be able to pull himself up?
Vasco Dias: We have a bingo.
Terri Morasco: Or in Jayson case, a Bullseye right on his shoulder blades.
{Jayson is forced to pull himself on the apron, but there is a strain on his part, as Cross goes to target the knee, but because he has to aim higher the attack is slower, allowing Matthews the chance to dodge, before Jayson grabs the knee of Cross before pulling himself backwards, extending the leg of Xavier outwards as Matthews has the leg as he is falling off the apron and drives it, specifically the ankle of Xavier Cross across the middle ring rope, which causes Xavier to let out a yelp in pain.}
Terri Morasco: Jayson turns the tide, wasnât that the ankle that Cross was favoring last week?
Vasco Dias: It is, wonder if that was by Design from Matthews or just sheer luck.
{Matthews is able to side back into the ring, as Cross tries to cut him off, but hobbles, as Cross goes to grab Matthews, who ducks under the attempt, and nails a stiff kick right to the ankle, causing Cross to hobble even more. Matthews then nails a Superkick right to the Ankle sending Xavier down, Matthews goes to grab the foot of Cross, but Xavier hits a drop toe hold, and quickly tries to lock in the Cross Word Puzzle v.2 but Matthews quickly scrambles to the ropes, before Cross can even manage to get his arms locked}
Vasco Dias: Cross is a veteran and it showed, the moment a weakness was exposed against him, He went for the finish, but Matthews is still fresh.
Terri Morasco: Thankfully, because this match has been amazing, and if Jayson shoulders are damaged as they appear, he wouldnât of been able to hold off in that move.
{Cross is forced to release Jayson who crawls under the ropes onto the apron, as Cross takes a moment, gauging Jayson next move, before standing up, Matthews is accessing his next course of attack, and grabs the ropes and looks to springboard, but Cross is already ready to counter that, as Jayson feints the attack, as Cross came charging in to duck under whatever attack Jayson was going to throw, Jayson springboards and flips and rolls over Xavier back, and quickly tries to backslide him over, but Cross uses his legs to hold onto the ropes, before using his strength to flip Jayson back over, who ends up going over the top rope, but lands safely on the apron but takes a stiff forearm shot from Cross, before he grabs Jayson head over the top rope in a front facelock and moves towards the corner with great speed, rotating his body and sending it over the top rope, looking to Tornado DDT Jayson head into the ring apron, but Jayson holds on to the ropes for dear life as Cross lands on the apron}
Vasco Dias: That could of possibly been a career ending type move if Cross nailed that on Jayson Matthews.
Terri Morasco: It is still so hard to see who has the advantage.
Vasco Dias: And with both men fighting on the apron, this could get heated very quickly.
{Both Cross and Jayson begin to exchange blows, as Cross nails a stiff forearm strike, and Jayson responds back with a kick, Cross fires back himself with another Forearm Strike, and Jayson nails a kick to the Ankle, perhaps out of desperation, but it gains him the advantage, As Jayson grabs Cross and leaps up, looking to nail the Ribkracker, perhaps off the apron to the floor, but Cross manages to catch him, nearly stumbling as he is holding Jayson up, as Jayson goes Shoulder first into the ring post, as Jayson screams}
Vasco Dias: I donât think Cross meant to make Jayson shoulder connect with that ringpost, but it might of just given Xavier a huge advantage.
Terri Morasco: And he still has Jayson held up, in a dangerous position.
{Cross adjust Jayson, cradling his head, before reaching under and hooking his leg, taking a step forward before HITTING A HUGE FISHERMAN BUSTER ON THE RING APRON DRIVING JAYSON MATTHEWS SHOULDER AND BACK INTO THE HARDEST PART OF THE RING!!!!}
IWF Galaxy: HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT!
{Jayson is completely laid out on the apron, as Xavier Cross is down on the arena floor, Cross begins to slowly move, trying to pull himself up to his feet, but Jayson Matthews hasnât even moved a muscle at all. The referee gets up to four as Cross manages to get himself up to his feet, as he shoves Jayson Matthews under the bottom rope, using his body to roll Jayson towards the middle of the ring}
Vasco Dias: At this point, I think itâs safe to assume Xavier Cross is moving on to the Triple Threat Match at Legacy.
{Xavier Cross hooks the leg, as the referee drops down for the pin}
One!
Two!
Three!
NO!!!
Terri Morasco: Jayson Matthews somehow manages to throw a shoulder up at the very last second!
Vasco Dias: The heart of this kid is amazing!
{Despite kicking out, J-Mat is completely motionless on the mat, as Cross just sits up, almost shocked at the fact that Jayson kicked out, He shrugs and covers again, this time mounting his knees on Jayson shoulders, knowing he wonât have the power to push out as the referee drops down}
One!
Two!
{Jayson kicks his legs and pulls them under Xavier Cross arms and rolls him backwards, catching Xavier Cross completely by surprise!}
One!
Two!
Three!
Vasco Dias: No somehow Xavier Cross manages to get out of that one, after getting caught napping on the pinfall attempt!
{Jayson is still down as Cross pulls his elbow guard down, as Jayson stumbles to his feet and in something we have never seen from Xavier Cross, He turns Jayson Matthews inside out with a Lariat that might even make Stan Henson blush as Cross goes for another cover}
One!
Two!
{Jayson manages to kick out, after seemingly being literally killed with that Lariat by Xavier Cross, who is starting to lose his cool just a bit, as his offense is beginning to hit harder and harder with each passing moment.}
Vasco Dias: I have never seen that out of Xavier Cross, I think frustration is starting to kick in just a little bit. Cross has always seemingly been on the grasp of greatness and with a Triple Threat looming, He is kicking this into a entire new gear!
Terri Morasco: Look at what the dude has gone thru the past year, The thing with Dean Harper, having his friends mocked by management in this company and the whole thing is Jason Sandman. Cross is a survivor, and I think he is getting tired of playing the victim!
Vasco Dias: Very True, but Jayson Matthews has had to endure a lot as well. He is feeling so many emotions, and has also been so close to moving to that next level. He was made a fool of by God and will fight until he is no longer able too!
{Cross pulls his Elbow Guard back up, as he is wondering what he has to do, He sees Jayson stiring just a bit, who tries to get up but falls back down, as his shoulders seem to not be working correctly, as Cross grabs his Elbow Guard once more and completely removes it, throwing it into the crowd, before sliding onto the Apron, as he yells for Jayson to get up!}
Vasco Dias: Cross is extremely determined here!
Terri Morasco: He needs to end this, whoever win this match may not have anything less for next week, The longer this match goes, the less likely they will even have a chance next week.
{Cross stomps his feet, as he holds onto to the ropes, just waiting in anticipation for Jayson Matthews to get up, the kid is trying his hardest but has been battered so much in this match. He might of not been one hundred percent going in after all those suplexes from Pax Stormcrow last week, He struggles to his feet, with his back turned towards Cross, who points to his exposed elbow and leaps up and dives with a Springboard Elbow Strike, as Jayson turns and jumps up, Catching Cross right in the Forehead with the Jayson Matthews Experience!}
IWF Galaxy: HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT!
Vasco Dias: Cover him kid!
Terri Morasco: If Matthews can get the cover, He got this one!
{Both Jayson Matthews and Xavier Cross are completely knocked out, as the referee begins to put on gloves, ignorging counting both men out, as Xavier Cross forehead is bleeding profusely from that kick, as the ringside medic comes into the ring to check on Cross, who is losing a alarming amount of blood}
Vasco Dias: It looks like Xavier Cross has been busted open, Letâs look at this kick in slow motion, and maybe we can tell how it happened.
{A Replay begins to play, as Cross springboards up to the top rope, before diving, Jayson begins his turn and extends his leg, as the replay freezes at the point of impact, as Jaysonâs foot goes upwards, the toes of his boots pushing right into Xavier Crosses Eyebrow}
Terri Morasco: Wow, that is hard to watch.
Vasco Dias: Xavier is so lucky right now if heâs not completely blind in that eye!
{The medic and the official are trying to apply pressure to the wound of Xavier Cross, who may be completely knocked out cold, as Jayson looks down as he stumbles to his feet, The medic says something and it looks like the official is going to call this match, when Jayson grabs his hand, and yells no!}
Vasco Dias: Donât be foolish Kid, They were about to award you the match right there!
Terri Morasco: Since what happened to Spike Kane last month, and with Cable Arcane having a concussion from his match with Ethan King, Verona we are being told is being a bit more careful when it comes to superstar injuries. But this match may need to be stopped.
{Jayson is argueing and refusing to let this match end this way, as Cross finally snaps too, as blood is still coming down into his eye, as he stumbles to his feet, The medic tries to hold him back, as the official decides to listen to Jayson plea to not stop the match, The official orders Jayson back into the corner, as he checks on Cross, asking him if he would like to continue this match, Cross yells for Jayson to bring it, as the medic backs out of the ring shaking his head}
Vasco Dias: A lot of heart being shown here. Almost reminds me of our first ever IWF World Champion, who no one questioned his heart.
Terri Morasco: Well they kind of did, Itâs why he walked away.
{The official allows the match to continue, as Cross is awake but stumbles, as Jayson comes charging in, and nails a running knee right to the face of Xavier Cross, knocking him almost out cold}
Vasco Dias: Thatâs it!
Terri Morasco: No way Xavier Cross has anything left!
{Jayson goes for the cover}
One!
Two!
Three!
Vasco Dias: No, Xavier Cross is still fighting, This one isnât over yet!
Terri Morasco: What do these two men have left? And will there even be enough to scrape off the mat for next week?
{Xavier is pulling himself up using the ropes, clearly not able to pull himself up on his own, as Jayson pops to his feet, The Firestarter back is turned as Jayson comes charging in, as Cross gets himself up to his feet, resting against the turnbuckle, as Jayson charges in at full speed, but Cross steps out of the way, guiding Jayson Matthews shoulder into the ring post, before pulling him out, Cross grabs both of Jayson Matthews arms from behind, carrying him towards the center of the ring, before turning him over, and driving him head first into the mat with the Crossifixion to a big pop!}
Vasco Dias: How long has it been since we seen Xavier Cross pull that one out?
Terri Morasco: Itâs been years.
Vasco Dias: Xavier Cross has used that move to put away many legends in our sport, and he may of just put a raising legend out with it!
{Cross slowly rolls Matthews over, struggling to do so at this point, as the blood loss has made him weak, He manages to get Jayson turned over, and barely has the energy left, only managing to throw his arm over Matthews!}
One!
Two!
Three!
{The referee hand hits the mat, but Jayson Matthews once again manages to get out of this one, as Cross and Matthews just both lay on the mat, completely exhausted as the IWF Galaxy breaks out into a chant of This is Awesome!}
Vasco Dias: How? Wait, Why am I even asking that at this point
Terri Morasco: Thank Goodness for that No Time Limit being added in, or this match would have been a time limit draw by this point.
{Both men continue to lay motionless on the ground, as the referee begins to count, neither man is showing any sign of movement or even having anything left in the gas tank, as the referee count has hit five, Xavier Cross begins to move, trying to pull himself up at this point, as he manages to do so, at the count of seven. He pulls himself to the corner, just waiting for Jayson to get up, but Jayson isnât moving, The referee count reaches Eight, and still no movement from Jayson, NineâŚJayson is still out cold, but Xavier says not like this, returning the favor Jayson Matthews did for him, pulling him up and breaking the count, But Jayson grabs him and nails the RibKracker! Before falling back down}
Vasco Dias: That idiot, Xavier Cross had the match won!
Terri Morasco: Cross doesnât want to win like this, Plus just a few minutes ago, Jayson Matthews was also going to be rewarded the match and he didnât allow it to happen, Both men want to win, but on there own terms!
{Both men are still out cold, as the two battle hardened superstars lay motionless, as the referee just checks on both men, Jayson struggles and rolls towards Cross, managing to get only his foot across the body of Cross}
One!
Two!
Three!
Vasco Dias: And itâs finally over!
Terri Morasco: No Itâs not! Look!
{Xavier Cross foot is under the bottom rope, meaning the pin is technically broken, and not counted, thru he may not even be aware of anything that is happening, as Jayson grips his head in frustration, pulling off his headband, as he tries to pull himself up again. He pulls himself up, as waits, as he backs into the corner, Cross begins to raise, as Jayson charges forward, turning and Spinning Around extending his knee for the Banana-A-Rama, but Cross ducks under as Matthews falls to the mat, Cross pull himself up, bouncing off the turnbuckle and charges forward with the Echoes of Madness but Matthews ducks under it, and pulls Cross down with a School-Boy!}
One!
Two!
Three!
{No Cross pushes out at the last second, As he goes for another Huge Lariat, but it misses, Jayson leaps up and turns with the Jayson Matthews Experience but Cross manages to get both hands up, blocking to kick as Matthews falls to the mat once more, Cross grabs the legs looking for the Cross Word Puzzle V.2 but Matthews Cradles him up!}
One!
Two!
Three!
{No Xavier once again gets out of it, as Matthews charges up but Cross lifts him, spinning him around and slamming him down hard with the Final Flame! Cross doesnât even bother going for a cover at this point, as out of deperation he is beginning to lose focus in knowing what is needed to put his opponent away, as he climbs to the turnbuckle!}
Vasco Dias: Kind of out of character for Xavier Cross to not go for the cover there.
Terri Morasco: Both men have literally kicked out of everything, Itâs going to take something huge to put this one away!
{Cross is slowly climbing the turnbuckle, as his body is battered and from the blood loss, his battle instincts might be waivering just a bit, He slowly ascends, looking for a Moonsault, Jayson however gets up before Cross can even get poised as he nails a dropkick right to the Ankle of Xavier Cross, causing him to get stacked on the top rope, as Matthews ascends to the apron, before climbing up}
Terri Morasco: Xavier Cross was looking for a Moonsault, but Matthews caught him.
Vasco Dias: It looks like he is preparing for perhaps a Sunset Flip Powerbomb, Twice he has used that move, both in his matches against Redcap, and both times, ended up leading to victory, maybe Jayson knowing it might be a good luck charm is going to that well again.
{Jayson slams Xavier Cross head against the turnbuckle, before leaping over the Firestarter, as he pulls Xavier off the top rope with the Powerbomb, trying to hook it into a pin, but Cross rolls thru as the official counts}
Vasco Dias: Cross counters this one into the pin!
Terri Morasco: Will it be enough
Vasco Dias: Wait, what is he doing?
{Cross sits up out of the pin, pulling Jayson Matthews up by his legs, hanging him upside down, before dropping to his knees, drilling Jayson on the top of his skull with the Winter is Coming!}
Vasco Dias: Cross just Spike Matthews on the top of his skull, That has to be it!
{Cross makes sure to pull Matthews from the ring ropes, pinning him down with all his might just to be sure}
One!
Two!
Terri Morasco: Come on Kid, Kick out!
Three!
Vasco Dias: Mercifully this one is finally over!
{X is Going to Give it to Ya by DMX begins to play, as the Crowd gives Xavier Cross a huge ovation, as Jayson Matthews is out cold, as Cross heavily winded and bleeding gets his hand raised in victory!}
Vasco Dias: What a Amazing Match, I didnât think Cross could have a more entertaining match then he did against Andrew Jacobsen, but Cross is determined to become the Heir to The Throne, as he moves into the Triple Threat along side Redcap. Now we just wait to see who will be the final man.
{Xavier stuggles pulling himself up, as Jayson is still not moving, but Cross walks over to him, pulling him up, and giving him a huge hug to the ovation of the crowd, as Matthews looks depleted as he lays his head on the shoulder of Xavier Cross, as Cross raises his hand, before sliding out of the ring, before we head to a commercial break}

SEGMENT Vivienne Responds
------------------------------------
{the camera comes on to Vivienne Rodgers knocking on the door to Veronaâs office.} Roberto Verona: Come in. {Vivienne walks into the office. And smiles.} Vivienne Rodgers: Mr. Verona? Hi. Roberto Verona: Vivienne. How can I help you? Vivienne Rodgers: Well, I know itâs never been specifically stated if the old ShieldMaiden perks transferred over to the Open Weight. Mr. Fowler seemed to think they did but I wanted to check with you. {Roberto Verona set down his paperwork.} Roberto Verona: You want a World title shot? Vivienne Rodgers: Yes, sir. Brooklyn specificallyâ Roberto Verona: She taunted you. And youâre answering it. Vivienne Rodgers: In a way⌠Yes, sir. Roberto Verona: You could make a request for the Luchadora. Vivienne Rodgers: No, sir. With due respect, I know there was already a match for that. Iâm not going to interrupt someone elseâs shot. I want Brooklyn. {Roberto gives her a long stare.} Roberto Verona: Youâre positive you want this? Vivienne Rodgers: Yes. I do. Roberto Verona: Iâll have it set up.
Vivienne Rodgers: Thank you, sir.

HTTT QUALIFICATION MATCH Ethan King v Roberto Verona
------------------------------------
Ring Announcer Alison Valance: âThis next contest is scheduled for one fall with a 60-minute time limit and is an Heir to the Throne qualification match.â
{Lights go down. The opening riff of "Hail to the King" plays, met with swiftly moving and flashing white spotlights flashing through the arena, and as the drums kick in Ethan King slowly steps out to the stage, accompanied by his wife. He takes a few steps forward, wearing an expensive looking black suit, looking to either side as he cracks his neck with a smug grin. Ethan looks dead ahead at the ring, as the overture ends, the lights come up in full as he spreads his arms wide and soaks in the reaction from the crowd. When the lyrics begin he finally lowers his arms and begins his walk down the ramp. When he reaches the ring he removes his suit - revealing his ring attire underneath - pulls himself up onto the apron, and finally steps into the ring when the chorus roars through the arena. He stands in the center of the ring, a single fist raised in the air as he nods slightly in rhythm to the music, pumping his fists three times in time with the words âHAIL! HAIL! HAIL!â before finally settling into his corner.}
Alison Valance: âIntroducing 1st, from Green Bay, Wisconsin and weighing in at 240 poundsâŚ. âThe Night Kingâ Ethan King!â
{The lights in the arena all go out at "King of the World" by Porcelain and the Tramps begins to blare out of the PA system. Spotlights begin to scan the crowd before fixating on a figure at the top of the stage which is revealed to be Roberto Verona, his head bowed towards the floor. As cheers being to resonate around the arena Verona raises his head and he begins a slow methodical march down the ramp, the spotlight following him as golden pyro rains down from above on the stage. Verona stares with disgust at the crowd who cheer him as he approaches the ring, but he doesn't react to them. As he reaches the steps he slowly ascends them before walking towards the middle of the ring apron, turning around to look into the crowd one last time before looking up and closing his eyes as he stretches his arms out wide and basks in the adulation. After indulging himself Verona climbs into the ring, psyching himself up as he awaits the beginning of the match.}
Alison Valance: âAnd his opponent, from Chicago, Illinois and weighing in at 220 poundsâŚ. Roberto Verona!â
Terri Morasco: âAnd as we prepare for the three-way match to determine who will be the 2018 Heir to the Throne, Ethan King battles Roberto Verona in a match that will be markedly different than what Redcap and Gilmore were already, and what we saw from Jayson Matthews and Xavier Cross. This match is going to be a battle between two men who are both known for their technical skills, and also happen to be well-versed in the sportâs gray arts. This ought to be a very interesting chess match.â
Vasco Dias: âAnd the referee here is going to play a different role than in those other two matches, Terri. These are two veteran competitors who each know how to bend the rules if they have to and know just about every trick in the book. The referee is going to have to have eyes in the back of his head or it could get ugly. And with something as important as a spot in the finals of the Heir to the Throne on the line, I think we may see a slightly more lenient official than in other matches.â
{As the referee checks both men for contraband or foreign objects, taking extra care to ensure he doesnât miss anything, Ethan King smirks happily in the direction of Roberto Verona before the referee rings the bell. Almost as soon as that happens both men immediately go into a collar-and-elbow lockup and then jockey for position against each other and end up tied up in the ropes, But before the referee is able to step in and force a break Ethan gives an ostentatiously clean break almost as if trying to prove a point to his opponent, causing a smirk to hit the face of Roberto Verona who clearly knows what the âNight Kingâ is playing at. Going back to the collar-and-elbow lockup Ethan uses his power advantage to push Roberto to the ropes where he again breaks rather pretentiously before the official can even make a move to do anything about it.}
Terri Morasco: âAnd you had to know, Vasco, that there would be a bit of this. Almost from the moment, the match was signed, this match was widely expected to be perhaps the grittiest and roughest match on the card. Not in the terms of pure brutality, although I think there may be some of that, but this is not, in any way, going to be a smooth match.â
Vasco Dias: âEthan King and Roberto Verona are the sort of technicians who like to control the pace of the match, and look to use submission holds less to draw submission and more to wear their opponents down. This match is going to be about who is in the best shape, and who still has their striking power in the late stages. I doubt if this will end early at all.â
{As both men move back to the center of the ring Ethan feints as if he wants a lockup but then quite obviously thinks better of the idea and dips his upper body through the ropes. But as he does so Roberto spots the opening that was left and quickly twists the left ankle of the Green Bay native, who hobbles to the floor demanding a disqualification the whole time. Hobbling carefully on his ankle Ethan steps in the ring carefully at the count of 8 and immediately demands a test of strength, even mockingly leading the crowd in applause to get them to make Roberto accept the request. But as the âNightâs Kingâ still keeps the arm raised at eye level Roberto simply pops one of the fingers on Ethanâs hand, before locking in a knucklelock and attempting to spin Ethan out into a Requiescat in Pace only for Ethan to roll to the floor again and shake his head disapprovingly. Rolling back into the ring on the count of 7 Ethan quickly tries to pick the ankle of Roberto who counters into a standing facelock as he tries to hook in a tight standing cravate and is only able to get it moments before Ethan reaches out for the ropes and grabs them to force the break. Rolling to the floor again, as much to catch his breath as to try and stall to slow the pace down to a crawl, Ethan leans against the guardrail as a fan sneaks over and impetuously takes a selfie with him. Frowning as he rolls back into the ring Ethan takes a beat and then realizes what just happened as Roberto Verona then rolls to the other side of the ring and invites that fan over for a selfie with him instead, in an obvious attempt to use the same tactics Ethan used just a bit ago.}
Terri Morasco: âAnd in a matchup between two of the smartest men on the roster, this is looking less like the brawl we expected it to be and more like a chess match between two masters.â
Vasco Dias: âI mean I donât know if this is Roberto using his high ring IQ to draw Ethan into a trap, or if Ethan is just letting this happen, but this is in no way the match I expected to see.â
{Almost as soon as Ethan comes back into the ring he goes for a quick collar-and-elbow lockup and buries a hard kneelift into the very low part of the midsection, patting his stomach when the referee comes in to check to see if the blow was low. Taking advantage of the opening Ethan quickly hooks in a tight side headlock and then grinds the edge of his palm across the nose of Roberto, angling himself away from the referee so that he can fishhook his man before the referee gets in to break the hold on the count of 4. Pulling himself back to his feet slowly, running his tongue around his mouth in frustration, Roberto goes back to the collar-and-elbow lockup and backs Ethan into the ropes where he grinds the bone of his forearm across the face of the Wisconsinite before the referee forces the break. Blinking his eyes, as both men are now beginning to show signs of the match taking effect, Ethan again goes for a collar-and-elbow lockup and does not ostentatiously offer a clean break, instead drilling Roberto with a European uppercut in the ropes before burying another knee into the stomach and then tying him up in the ropes to blister him with a running European uppercut, followed by a quick but nonchalant cover which just so happens to be punctuated by a grinding of the forearm across the face that only manages to get a 2-count. Hooking in a seated stretch plum Ethan mockingly leads the crowd in applause, punctuating each clap with an overhand chop to the chest of Roberto Verona as the crowd finally clues in to what is happening and stops booing. Ripping at the nose and mouth of Roberto Ethan lands an insulting knife-edge chop to the back before using the laces of his boot to rake the eyes of the Chicagoan, following that up with a short dropkick to the face. Covering nonchalantly again Ethan shoots the referee a death glare when Roberto kicks out at the count of 2.}
Terri Morasco: âAnd we are where we thought we would be, Vasco. Ethan King has strung a nice series of moves together, but has, in what should not be a surprise to anyone, been very nonchalant on the covers. You canât do that against Roberto Verona. You just canât.â
Vasco Dias: âFor as long as Iâve watched Ethan King, Terri, itâs been one of his biggest flaws. He doesnât take opponents seriously. He wonât hook a leg properly, or put the proper weight on the shoulders. Sooner or later, that indifference to the fundamentals is going to catch up with him. Will it be tonight is the question?â
{Signaling for the Bend the Knee, believing heâs got Roberto worn down enough to go for it, Ethan finds himself backdropped over as a counter where he lands awkwardly on his right hip. But as Roberto tries to charge in with a clothesline Ethan catches him on the way in with an STO and quickly covers, again nonchalantly doing it as he somehow has the nerve to look at the official when Roberto kicks out at two. Again signaling for the Bend the Knee Roberto is able to counter through into a tight prawn hold that gets another long 2-count. Deciding to husband his advantage with another pinning attempt Roberto lands a short knee to the sternum on the way up before going for an OâConnor Roll.}
{Getting the OâConnor Roll Roberto hooks the trunks out of the view of the referee and gets the three-count.}
Alison Valance: âYour winner, advancing to the Heir to the Throne final, Roberto Verona.â

{The Lights blackout as the Tron springs to life to the sound of Gas mask covered breathing, the red lights that from underneath as MAx's face fills the screen and she smiles.}
"Hope is the cruelest of all Virtues."
{A quick flash of light. and the Tron seems to sputter out and when the Lights come on Maxine is stood in the middle of the Ring microphone in her hand.}
"And Hope is where the Openweight dies...Are you listening Kane? I'll make this simple..."
{she straightens up and turns to face the back and pulls up a baseball bat}
"Give me what I want Or I make Examples..."
{A long pause, nothing Happens and Max grins}
"I was hoping you'd say that...So...here we go ...Eeeenie Meanie Miney Mo..."
{She starts to sweep the bat across the crowd as she rolls out the ring the mic dropping to her side as she keeps counting and then points the Bat at Alison Valance.}
"You."
{She starts to grin and stalk towards her Even as Alison retreats towards the back}
" 9....10 ...Ready or not...Here I come.."
{MAx STarts to Advance quickly before she reaches the back Curtain only to be Met with Hope Freeman Kane, Max goes from smiling wide to swinging for the fences , Hope Ducking as Max's swing takes out a tray of drinks and Food placed nearby The bat lost in the process as MAx pulls he self-free and gets hit with a punch to the face Max turns her head, touches her now split lip, and smiles at Hope}

"I'M COMING FOR YOUR BELT I'M COMING FOR YOU! YOU'D BEST MAKE IT OFFICIAL! I WON'T STOP!"
{MAx is dragged off her voice echoing the Strains of 'Amazing Grace' as Hope is dragged away as well the chaos ending as soon as it starts}

SINGLES MATCH with God and Dean ringside Oracle v Caleb
------------------------------------
{A roaring scream pierces the air, and as the crunching guitars of "Rise, Rebel, Resist" play Caleb Lockwood stalks out onto the stage, eyes fixed on the ring as he licks his lips idly, Dean Harper follows him out. He stalks down to the ring, hands clenching and unclenching as his eyes shift back and forth to scan the crowd as Dean follows behind with a sneer. As he approaches the ring, Caleb slides into the ring, rolling to the side and coming up in a crouch, Dean stalks around the side. His eyes never stop moving as he backs into the corner of the ring, cracking each of his joints in turn and waiting for the match to start.}
Vasco Dias: This war between the Age of Gods and the Pack just continues to get worse.
Terri Morasco: War? Is that what you call what happened to Spike Kane?
Vasco Dias: Spike Kane knew what he was getting into and Harper was just doing his job.
Terri Morasco: Then they can expect the wrath⌠I canât believe Iâm saying this, of God!
{ The lights in arena go out as "Interdimensional Summit" by Dimmu Borgir blares through out the arena. A spot light shines down on the center of the stage as The Oracle slowly rises from within a fog. God steps out from the entraceway behind him. Once he has fully risen he steps forward and marches toward the ring to the beat of his music, God in lock step behind him. Once at the ring he rolls in under the bottom rope and quickly rises in the center of the ring throwing his arms out in an homage to his Lord and Savior. God watches from the outside. }
Terri Morasco: This feud is reaching new levels of hatred. Blake blames Dean personally for what happened to Spike.
Vasco Dias: I understand where God is coming from but the only one he has to blame is Spike.
Terri Morasco: You step out there and tell Blake that.
Vasco Dias: No thanks.
{ Dean and Angel lock eyes from across the ring as the referee calls for the bell. Caleb and Oracle circle each other for a moment but then Caleb rushes in and the Oracle hits a big clothesline that sends Caleb down onto his backside! }
Vasco Dias: Oracle is a big boy, Caleb may want to reconsider his approach.
Terri Morasco: I agree, going right at the big man wonât work.
{ Caleb gets back to his feet and Oracle comes right in but Caleb ducks the clothesline and superkicks Oracle right in the back of the knee. Caleb comes right in with some palm strikes to either side of the Oracleâs head before hitting a leaping leg lariat but the Oracle is still stand, staggered. }
Vasco Dias: Caleb is hitting the Oracle with everything heâs got but he canât take him down!
Terri Morasco: Itâs not how big they are, itâs how hard they fall!
{ Caleb runs for the ropes and springboards off and right into the waiting arms of the Oracle for a huge spine buster! Oracle dead lifts Caleb up off the mat and throws him with an overhead belly to belly suplex! Caleb tries to stand but the Oracle is right there with a huge spear and a cover. ONE! TWO! KICK OUT! }
Terri Morasco: Caleb is very tenacious and resilient.
Vasco Dias: Is that a nice way of saying Oracle just man handled him?
Terri Morasco: Thatâs my way of saying Caleb isnât down yet.
{ Oracle peels Caleb up off the mat but Lockwood comes back to life with a kick to the gut and connects with FADING HOPE! Caleb quickly rolls Oracle over for the cover. ONE! TWO! KICK OUT! Caleb pops right back to his feet and runs to the ropes as Oracle stands and springboards off with BEAST OF WAR!!! Caleb runs past Oracle and hits the ropes, Lockwood comes back with the POISON PILL!!! Caleb has Oracle down again and goes for the cover. ONE! TWO! KICK OUT! }
Vasco Dias: The Oracle kicks out at TWO!
Terri Morasco: Caleb is digging deep, doing everything he can to take the big man down!
Vasco Dias: Lockwood got the Oracle off his feet but he hasnât gotten the three count.
{ Angel and Dean are still just glaring at each other as Caleb gets back to his feet. Caleb lines up for the Curb Stomp. Oracle starts to push himself up and manages to move at just the right time, Caleb turns just as Oracle comes back with a CLOTHESLINE FROM HEAVEN!!! Oracle goes for the cover. ONE! TWO! KICK OUT! }
Vasco Dias: Everytime the Oracle hits Caleb it has to take a lot out of Lockwood.
Terri Morasco: Iâd have to imagine his endurance is running on empty.
{ Blake begins to pace as he looks from Dean to the Oracle. Finally Blake signals to Oracle to end it by dragging his thumb across his throat. Dean sees this and jumps onto the apron when the lights in the arena go out. }
Vasco Dias: What the hell!?
Terri Morasco: This canât be good!
{ Slowly a head rises on the Imperitron and itâs the face of Rowan. }
Rowan: ELOHIM!
{ She speaks not with rage but amusement. }
Rowan: JEHOVA! GODKING!
{ She pauses, her breath visible through her mask. }
Rowan: Angel Blake⌠Why have you not sought the truth of which I have given you?
{ Rowanâs image fades as the lights in the arena return. Dean and Caleb stand behind the Oracle who is still looking up at the Imperitron. The two of them charge him and send the Oracle flying over the top rope with a double clothesline. Angel turns back to the ring as the Pack slides out and begin to attack him viciously as the bell rings. }
Vasco Dias: What truth!?
Terri Morasco: I have no idea!?
{ Angel falls to the mat as Dean and Caleb lay the boots into Angel. Oracle starts to stand and the two members of the pack throw him hard into the steel steps. Dean pulls a table out from under the ring and sets it up at ringside. }
Terri Morasco: What the hell are they doing!?
Vasco Dias: Taking out the Godking!
{ Dean and Caleb pick Angel up for a two man spine buster through the table on the outside!!! }
Vasco Dias: JesusâŚ
Terri Morasco: The Pack just took out Blake and his Oracle.
Vasco Dias: There will be consequences.
{ Dean grabs his World Championship and starts to head up the ramp, Caleb in lock step with him. }
Vasco Dias: God will not let this go unpunished!
Terri Morasco: But what the hell was Rowan talking about!?
Vasco Dias: I donât know Terri but it canât be good.
{ Dean and Caleb disappear backstage as Blake slowly rises from the rubble a terrible grin spread across his pale painted face⌠}
