SINGLES MATCH Kate Steele v Fiona McFly
------------------------------------
{ Monster by Paramore begins to blare all across the sound system and as it does Kate Steele along with her husband Todd Warren begins to emerge from the back curtain. Kate has a huge smile on her face as she flips off at the booing crowd. She begins to sprint down the aisle as she talks trash to the fans. }
Terri Morasco: We are so proud to welcome you to this edition of Monday Night Sacrifice, and weâre also delighted to have a wrestling treasure here at our announce table--Debbie Fisher!
Vasco Dias: Oh dear...
{ The cameras quickly cut to the announce table, where aging ex-wrestling star Debbie Fisher, clad in her distinctive white Stetson hat and authentic Texas Western garb, is seated in-between Vasco Dias and Terri Morasco. }
Debbie Fisher: Hooooo-whee!! Tarnation, itâs great to be back watchinâ a good olâ-fashioned wrasslinâ contest after, wha...forty years?! In my day, we didnât have none of this here new wave punk rock ânâ roll music, none of this Paramore or Metalli-whatchamacall-âem riff-raff!
Terri Morasco: Times have changed Missus Fisher. What was your entrance theme, by the way?
Debbie Fisher: I didnât have no dad-gummed music playinâ me to the ring! I just marched out there, gave out some whuppinâs, then left! And...yâall can call me Debbie.
Vasco Dias: Iâve got another name for you...but I canât say it âcuz there might be kids watching.
Debbie Fisher: {wags index finger at Vasco} Donât ya know it ainât nice to make fun of your eldersâŚ?!
{ As the camera switches back to Kateâs entrance, she finally makes it to the ring and she quickly runs up the ring steps as she grabs the turnbuckle as hard as she can. She immediately leap frogs over the ropes and bounces about as the crowd boos her louder.. She closes her eyes placing a single finger over her lips offering the Shhhh sound which all the fans just roar back.. She takes her place in the corner afterwards waiting for the match to begin. }
Vasco Dias: Iâll tell you one thing though...Kate Steele demanded to have a match, and sheâs got one against a perennial loser.
Debbie Fisher: Well I done think Miss Steele bit off more than she can chew by barginâ into that Fowler guyâs office and bitch and moan âbout not beinâ booked.
Terri Morasco: And something tells me Fiona McFly could be the one to give Kate somethinâ to cry about...
{ A video package begins playing to a rock-remix version of Rachel Platten's "Fight Song," showing a montage of Fiona McFly at various stages of her life... }
"Like a small boat On the ocean Sending big waves Into motion Like how a single word Can make a heart open I might only have one match But I can make an explosion"
{ ...including home movie footage of the famous 1994 go-kart race in the Texas Hill Country. We see photos of Fiona from her high school and college graduation ceremonies... }
"And all those things I didn't say Wrecking balls inside my brain I will scream them loud tonight Can you hear my voice this time?"
{ ...until we finally see an image of her standing next to the late Jack Gaither on their wedding day. The black-and-white photo fades down as... }
"This is my fight song Take back my life song Prove I'm alright song My power's turned on Starting right now I'll be strong I'll play my fight song And I don't really care if nobody else believes 'Cause I've still got a lot of fight left in me..."
{ ...a blast of pyro goes off as the song kicks into high gear. We see Fiona hopping onto the stage with a rugged smile on her face, looking around at the cheering crowd as she twirls a replica of her trusty bullwhip around and around. She strolls down the rampway, hugging and high-fiving folks along the way before handing the replica whip to a child as a souvenir. }
Vasco Dias: {mocking Debbieâs Texas twang} I reckon Fiona will use that whip for somethinâ other than hog-tyinâ steers on the ranch! Like, say...in the bedroom?!
Debbie Fisher: OhâŚ
Terri Morasco: WILL YOU STOP!?!
[DING!]
{ As soon as the ref calls for the bell, Kate charges toward Fiona, who hasnât been in the ring for several months, and fires away with a series of hard rights and lefts to the body. McFly canât get time to collect her thoughts as sheâs sent for the ride; bouncing off the strands, Fiona is met with an armdrag takedown, followed by a second. Holding onto the left arm, Kate lands a good set of martial arts kicks to Fionaâs ribs, softening her up for an eventual tornado DDT and pinning combination for a quick two-count. Kate then smirks as she points to the crowd, thinking sheâs got this match in the bag⌠}
Vasco Dias: What about your heroine now, Debbie?! She ainât lookinâ so good early on!
Terri Morasco: Vasco, sheâs showing off some ring rust.
Debbie Fisher: Admittedly, when youâve been outta the ring for a good period of time, ya ainât gonna just pick things up right way.
{ ...yet she doesnât realise that Fiona, after shaking her head and taking a deep breath, starts kicking into high gear--literally! As Fiona develops that glimmer of fire in her eyes, left and right boots to Steeleâs breadbasket are followed up closely with an Irish whip and then a dropkick, then a second! Fiona then proceeds to grab Kate by the neck and hoists her up for a snap suplex, followed by a vertical suplex, and punctuating the hat trick with a German suplex that gets a two-count. Fiona pulls Kate back up to her feet, and just as the latter is about to fire off some feeble punches, the former immediately starts digging her nails into her opponentâs face with the dreaded IRON CLAW! }
Terri Morasco: So much for ring rust, eh?!
Vasco Dias: Ummm...
Debbie Fisher: Iâd say Kateâs mug is lookinâ as red as the fires of Eternal Damnation!
{ Fiona pushes Kate to the corner before releasing the clawhold; she then props her into position so that âThe Sirenâ is split-legged, her ankles behind the bottom rope. McFly takes three steps back, her smirk becoming more mischievous by the second, and chargest forward...PUNTING Steele right in-between the legs! The crowd roars to life as the punk rocker falls forward to the deck, clutching that certain spot in pain. }
Vasco Dias: Now whaddaya call THAT move, old-timer!?!
Debbie Fisher: I invented that move in 1965! Iâd say its name, but...Iâd get in trouble, right?!
Terri Morasco: Youâre gettinâ the hang of this, Debbie!
{ Still on the mat, Kate Steele is simply too stunned to even notice Fiona McFly climbing up to the third turnbuckle and assuming a praying mantis pose! The crowd leaps to its feet as Fiona closes her eyes, imagining her victim pulling herself back up to a single knee before rising to her feet⌠}
Terri Morasco: Uh-ohâŚ
Debbie Fisher: This was one of Jackâs signature moves!
Vasco Dias: And how do you know THAT!?!
Debbie Fisher: Two words...You Tube.
{ ...and just as soon as Kate DOES make it back to a vertical base, Fiona opens her eyes and flies off the top buckle with a single-legged MANTIS kick! The maneuver sends âThe Sirenâ crashing unceremoniously to the deck, and Fiona doesnât waste any time in going for the pin! }
Debbie Fisher: Oh, that was impressive!
Terri Morasco: This...this is game over right here!
Vasco Dias: Juuuust great...
1âŚ!
2âŚ!!
THREEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!
[DING-DING-DING!!!]
{ âFight Songâ plays again as Fiona gives the fans a sly wink before pointing to Debbie Fisher sitting at the ringside commentary table. Fiona then strikes a few victory poses before making an exit through the crowd. }
Terri Morasco: Talk about a comeback statement from Fiona here!
Debbie Fisher: I tell yâall what, that was more fun than a bull-ridinâ contest at the Mesquite Rodeo!
Vasco Dias: Yeah, yeah...just you wait and see her bare it all in the ring again!
{ Terri smacks Vasco in the back of his head...again. }
Terri Morasco: Remind me to send a poke to Jess Fowler about havinâ YOU fired!
------------------------------------
SEGMENT Vasco Views featuring Mike Laszlo
------------------------------------
{We cut backstage to Vasco Dias, smiling smugly in his personal interview area.}
Vasco Dias: Welcome ladies and gentlemen to the award nominated VASCO VIEWS!
{Canned applause hits as Vasco waves for the clapping to stop.}
Vasco Dias: Thank you, thank you. Today it is my privilege to bring to you a first ballot future hall of famer, a former world champion and the man who will challenge God for the Extreme Championship! Mike Laszlo!
{We pull back to see Mike smartly dressed in the seat next to Vasco.}
Vasco Dias: Mike, thank you for joining me.
Mike Laszlo: Honestly? I'm a little insulted you didn't have me on sooner, Vasco.
{Vasco adjusts his tie uncomfortably.}
Vasco Dias: Yes... Well... With your schedule it can be hard to nail down a time.
Mike Laszlo: Sure.
Vasco Dias: However you're here now and I'd be remiss not to mention the history you have with God. Bitter rivals nearly five years ago. At the time God was the longest reigning World Champion until you came along and managed to dethrone him in the Extinction Event.
{A confident smile comes over Mikeâs face.}
Mike Laszlo: A moment in history, never to be forgotten.
Vasco Dias: Fast forward and the two of you are set to square off again. Different match type, different title but a lot of the same. God is the leader of a powerful group, again, you are the challenger standing opposed. Mike, what is your mindset going into this title match with God?
Mike: Whoa. First and foremost, this is different than before. Before I was the fresh face, the winner of the Heir to the Throne who wanted more than anything to be recognized as the face of this company, and it happened. Now? Now Iâm a veteran. Iâm one of the cornerstones of this organization, even if that happens to slip the minds of some of the new people who have yet to prove theyâre as good as me. As far as the self proclaimed âGodâ goes...again, totally different.
Back then, he had this shroud of mystery about him. There wasnât a single person who could touch him, and not many who wanted to. He was almighty...until he wasnât...and thatâs what makes him different today.
Vasco: What do you mean?
Mike: The almighty âGodâ was proven to be a fraud all those years back. I made his ass tap out in the center of the ring to win the then Imperial Title. I proved to the world that Angel Blake wasnât a God, but a mere mortal. He was a man with a threshold for pain that I reached, and broke. So he can hide behind the so-called âpowersâ and the facepaint, and the fancy soliloquies, but in the end, heâs just a man...a man that I will beat...again.
Vasco: What makes you so confident? God has come back and since has been a force to be reckoned with, pretty much taking out all in his path. Meanwhile, some may say that while youâve had your successes, youâve also had your failures. When you stack the two upâŚ
Mike: When you stack the two up? Vasco, let me tell you something here and now. Iâm a realist. I know things havenât particularly gone all that well for me, but Iâm in the here and now. While Angel and the rest of the world are playing Angels and Demons, Iâm training in a gym. Iâm getting even better than the man who beat him all those years ago. Iâm getting ready to take the almighty God, and once and for all...put...him...DOâŚ
{Before Mike can finish, a primal scream can be heard and heâs blasted out of the chair from behind, Vasco scurrying off as the Oracle and Uriel continue to beat down the Number One Contender for the Extreme Championship, stomping away before they start grabbing items on the set and slamming them down on top of him. With the challenger laid out, the Oracle leans over Mike.}
Oracle: You doubt the power of God Almighty!?. You who are not worthy to stand and bask in his glory!? You who punched for God and in the end FAILED!? You will learn your place as you should have before... But first I punish you for your doubt. Next week. Michael. I see nothing but pain for you in that ring.
{The Oracle and Uriel walk off as the camera zooms in on Mike who is out cold.}
Terri Morasco: I guess...a message from God? And next week...Mike vs The Oracle? I donât like how this is setting up for the challenger.
{The scene fades to commercial.}
------------------------------------
SINGLES MATCH Nighthawk v Caleb Lockwood
------------------------------------
Ring Announcer Alison Valance: âThis next contest is scheduled for one fall with a 60-minute time limit and is a special challenge match.â
{A roaring scream pierces the air, and as the crunching guitars of "Rise, Rebel, Resist" play Caleb Lockwood stalks out onto the stage, eyes fixed on the ring as he licks his lips idly. He stalks down to the ring, hands clenching and unclenching as his eyes shift back and forth to scan the crowd. As he approaches the ring, Caleb slides into the ring, rolling to the side and coming up in a crouch. His eyes never stop moving as he backs into the corner of the ring, cracking each of his joints in turn and waiting for the match to start.}
Alison Valance: âIntroducing first, representing the Pack, from Oakland, California and weighing in at 168 poundsâŚ. Caleb Lockwood!â
{As the ring announcer moves to a neutral corner the lights in the sold-out arena dim for just a moment as the opening strains of "I Remember (Bakusho Sengen Intro)" by Tristam boom out over the sound speakers, as Nighthawk walks to the ring confidently shaking hands with the crowd as he does so. Climbing up on the outside of the 2nd and 3rd turnbuckles the "Wrestling Machine" exhorts the crowd to make more and more noise before climbing into the ring and submitting himself to be checked out by the referee.}
Alison Valance: âHis opponent, from Chicago, Illinois and weighing in at 185 poundsâŚ. âThe Master of 1000 HoldsââŚ. âThe Wrestling Machineâ Nighthawk!â
Terri Morasco: âAnd this is a match, Vasco, I never thought Iâd see. I mean sure, when Caleb Lockwood returned, we imagined it might happen. But minus some tag team matches, Nighthawk and Caleb Lockwood have never been in a one-on-one match until tonight. Nighthawk has made no secret he wants to be thought of as a âtop guyâ, and beating a former Extreme Champion would get him a little bit closer to being able for us to do that. But does he have the killer instinct to do what needs to be done?â
Vasco Dias: âI think we saw, last week, what the answer to that question is. But Caleb Lockwood is not Bob Pooler. Nighthawk, unless he allows himself to get drawn into a brawl, is probably going to try and slow the pace down and work a very mat-heavy game. Heâs not known as a Master of 1000 Holds because the name is marketable. If he wants to, and this week he indicated that he did, he can make anyone in the world look foolish on the mat. If Caleb Lockwood can hang with him on the mat, things might get interesting.â
{As the referee checks both men for foreign objects and other violations of the rules, Nighthawk regretfully keeps his eyes steadfastly focused on Caleb Lockwood almost as though he knows what he has to do, and why, but wishes he didnât have to as the crowd boos Nighthawk and chants âLetâs Go Jazzâ. Ringing the bell Nighthawk exhales noticeably before moving to lock up with his opponent as both men jockey for position against each other, finally ending up in the ropes where they continue to push against each other for position until Nighthawk shoves Caleb Lockwood off of him at the count of 1 almost as if he realized that, for the first time in a while, he is the bigger and stronger man in a matchup. Taking a moment to think about what he wants to do Nighthawk this time starts a Greco-Roman knucklelock only for Caleb to smoothly try a back heel trip, which he is able to get and try and get a pinning combination out of that only to see Nighthawk counter that into an attempt at a cross-armbreaker which the Oaklander quickly blocks by locking his hands together and then quickly wrapping both feet around the bottom rope to force a break before the âWrestling Machineâ can do anything to break apart the grip. Releasing the hold quickly and leaning in a neutral corner, untying the rubberband that is keeping his shoulder-length cherry bomb-red locks in place as if realizing the challenge in front of him, Nighthawk pulls himself slowly to his feet as Caleb stretches out his hands and wrists. Going back to the collar-and-elbow lockup both men again jockey for position only for Nighthawk to come out of the lockup with a tight standing armwringer, twisting away on the armwringer as Caleb tries to find a way to get a headlock but canât find the opening which allows Nighthawk to take the armwringer over into a standing octopus hold while still keeping hold of the arm with a tight keylock. Letting out a muffled no when the referee asks if he wants to submit Caleb manages to reach out and grab a hold of the top rope to force a break of the octopus hold, which he does at the count of 4. Shaking out his arm as he leans against the ropes Caleb nods his head and goes for a knucklelock again and quickly hooks in a tight standing side headlock, clearly wanting to use this hold to control the pace and give himself some time to think. Taking it over to ensure he gets some more time to figure out what he wants to do next Caleb tries to lean on the Chicagoan to drain his legendary gas tank. But as Caleb continues to lean in on the tight headlock Nighthawk slowly rocks himself free enough to cut back with a flash cross-armbreaker that gets Caleb to scramble to the ropes and then to the floor, as the âMan of 1000 Holdsâ waits patiently for him in the ring.}
Terri Morasco: âWe expected Nighthawk to show off his technical ability, and weâve seen flashes of that with that gorgeous armwringer into an octopus hold. But Caleb Lockwood, who is known for being kind of a rabid brawler, seems to be wanting to try and wrestle with him. Is this a good strategy, Vasco?â
Vasco Dias: âI think, for Caleb Lockwood, this is a matter of pride for him. He is well-known for being a vicious brawler, and with a reign as an Extreme Champion under his belt, that reputation is well-earned. But tonight, Terri, I think he wants to prove he can be more than that. But will he be able to keep his temper?â
{As Caleb rolls back in the ring at the count of 6, shaking out his arm a bit more noticeably now, he again goes back to a knucklelock and quickly tries to step that through into a cravate only for Nighthawk to see that counter coming and quickly roll through with a knucklelock armdrag only for Caleb to roll through that right into a seated Japanese stranglehold. Letting out a muffled no when the referee asks him if he wants to quit Nighthawk takes a moment to see where he is in comparison to the ropes. Satisfied that heâs nowhere in danger of being trapped away from the ropes Nighthawk then slowly stands up, wriggling his way out of the stranglehold much like someone would wriggle out of a too-tight pair of pants before capturing a stunned Caleb with an armdrag takeover right into a seated wristlock as he continues to go to work on the arm. Angling himself closer to the middle of the ring the Chicagoan grinds the point of his braced left knee into the triceps of the Oaklander, keeping his thumb in the middle of the palm of the hand to keep the arm immobilized while the wristlock does its work. But as he continues to crank away on the arm Caleb manages to hook in a counter headscissors, leaning back on his elbows before sitting up straight as the work put in on his arm slowly starts to bear fruit. Shifting from left to right the âWrestling Machineâ slowly removes himself from the headscissors and hooks in a tight prawn hold for a long 2-count only to see Caleb roll through into a prawn hold of his own that also gets a quick 2-count before both men fire dropkicks from their knee, Caleb shaking out his arm before carefully getting to his feet looking quite frustrated. Going back to a knucklelock Caleb backs the âMaster of 1000 Holdsâ into a neutral corner with a snarl on his face before letting go when the referee steps over to break them up, holding on to the knucklelock until the count of 4.}
Terri Morasco: âVasco, is it me or is Caleb Lockwood trying to wrestle with Nighthawk? Youâd figure heâd be already trying to turn this into a brawl, like he does in most of his other one-on-one matches. But so far, this has been a wrestling match. Kind of a rough one, but still⌠wrestling.â
Vasco Dias: âI think, Terri, if Nighthawk were not his opponent, we would see that brawl having already started. Caleb, despite his membership and valued standing in the Pack, has always held a certain kind of respect for Nighthawk. I think thatâs why weâre seeing him so intent on playing by the rules here. I doubt very much if it was anyone else on the roster that weâd get this fair play.â
{As the referee separates both men, cautioning them to keep their tempers under control, Nighthawk remains in the neutral corner for a moment as Caleb waits patiently for him before finally pulling himself out of the corner and going back to the collar-and-elbow lockup before hitting a standing switch right into a standing surfboard, trying to lock both arms together for a standing double chickenwing as he tries to guide Caleb down for the Arms Across America but canât get it as Caleb hooks his ankles around the bottom rope forcing Nighthawk to let go. Moving back to the middle of the ring, obviously shaking out a weakened arm, Caleb goes back into a collar-and-elbow lockup and backs Nighthawk into the ropes where the referee steps in to force a break. But as the referee forces a break Nighthawk sees the opening and quickly locks in a hanging over-the-ropes armbar on Caleb, letting go on the count of 4 and landing on his feet on the ring apron as Caleb shakes his head at how slick the counter is that he just fell victim to. Finally climbing back in the ring Caleb takes a moment to readjust the tape on his wrist, seemingly contemplating putting even more tape all the way up the rest of his arm. But as the âWrestling Machineâ heads back in the ring to go for another lockup Caleb hauls off and delivers an open-hand slap to the face of Nighthawk, having seemingly lost interest in wrestling anymore. Running his tongue in between each of his teeth to make sure nothingâs been loosened or knocked out Nighthawk simply asks if Caleb doesnât want to wrestle anymore, to which he gets a response of yes via another open-hand slap to the face. Beckoning Caleb to try that again, which he does, Nighthawk captures the slap attempt and delivers a hard enzuigiri to the arm which sends Caleb through the middle ropes holding his arm. Looking to try for the advantage the âMaster of 1000 Holdsâ is instead dropped throat-first across the top strand of rope followed by the Beast of War before Caleb retreats to a neutral corner, punching his weak arm with his strong one to get some feeling back in the limb.}
Terri Morasco: âWeâve seen some real high-quality wrestling this show, but what weâve seen from Nighthawk and Caleb Lockwood is not something we expected. And as Caleb Lockwood looks to get in control for the first time all night, Vasco, does he have the heart to finish someone he calls a friend?â
Vasco Dias: âI donât think thatâs the right question. I think he does. I think the question is this: Does all the work that was done on his arm mean he canât?â
{Shaking out his arm Caleb drags Nighthawk to a corner and hits a facewash followed by a running double knee strike to his seated opponent, and then hitting a sitout facebuster that doesnât have as much on it as it normally would due to the damage done to his arm. Slowly crawling over for the cover, but unable to hook the leg as tight as he would want to, Caleb looks slightly frustrated when the referee informs him that Nighthawk kicked out at 2. Pulling himself up to his feet Caleb hits a jumping double stomp to the abdomen followed by a running back senton that gets yet another long 2-count before landing a knee drop to the chest and then patiently waiting for the Chicagoan to get to his feet. Measuring his man Caleb goes for Street Justice only for Nighthawk to slip out of the back door at the last minute and try and go for the Concussion on Demand only for Caleb to move and Nighthawk land tailbone-first on the top turnbuckle and stagger out right into the Fading Hope which gets a very long 2-count. Fuming Caleb glances down at the âWrestling Machineâ and waits for him to get to his feet before going for a Poison Pill only to see Nighthawk counter with a desperation Japanese Ocean Cyclone Suplex that gets a 2-count. Running the ropes looking for a palm strike Nighthawk walks right into a leaping leg lariat that lands underneath the chin before he lands another Fading Hope but canât capitalize as Nighthawk rolls to the ring apron and then to the floor. Seeing his chance Caleb heads to the ring apron and hits a leaping double stomp from the ring apron to the floor, instantly holding on to his knee as he does so. Standing up to his feet carefully, shaking out his left knee to see if there is any structural damage, Caleb rolls to the floor and rolls Nighthawk in before getting a very long 2-count. Glancing down at his knee and then at Nighthawk who is slowly crawling to his feet Caleb says âSorryâ before going for the Curb Stomp.}
{Quickly landing the Curb Stomp Caleb looks around in shock as Nighthawk somehow pulls himself up to his knees like an unkillable villain before landing another curb stomp which this time sends him sagging to the mat as Caleb hooks both legs to get the pin.}

SEGMENT Daddy wants a Job
------------------------------------
{Everything moves to the back as Nighthawk is seen heading towards the showers after his match with Caleb Lockwood. Nighthawk still has a look of determination in his eyes like he may have something else planned for the evening. Nighthawk opens the door to his and Sinnâs locker room, but before he can even get a foot through the door Nighthawk flies backwards and slams his head down on the floor. It is quickly revealed that a chain had been thrown around his neck and is still being used to choke him. The camera pans out to reveal Jason Sandman the one doing the choking as Sandman starts dragging the much smaller wrestler down the hallway until they get to what looks like a maintenance room. Jason kicks the door open and pulls Nighthawk up to a standing position as he places the chains around some hooks causing Nighthawk to be hanging there. Sandman sits down in a chair and just looks at his captive who is starting to turn blue. Jason has a sadistic smile on his face as he begins to speak.}
Jason: Tristan I think itâs time we had a little talk. It seems that your name keeps coming up when I ask around about why Iâm not being booked through IWF. Something about fear. Another about drug usage. Itâs all things that when I hear them sound like everything youâd have a problem with.
{Nighthawk tries to use his feet to kick off the wall and push himself upwards to relieve the pressure on his neck. Sandman sees this attempt and smacks Nighthawk in the ribs with a cane. }
Jason: Thatâs just not nice Tristan. I take this time to make this room for you and you arenât grateful. You are supposed to be a superhero that teaches kids to be good little bastards. So be polite now. He the hero. Do the right thing. Stop with your bigotry and let Daddy make a living. Itâs the right thing to do.
{With that Sandman stands up and smacks Nighthawk in the ribs a few more times with the cane before heading towards the door.}
Jason: Donât worry. Someone will find you soon. Until then sleep well and remember I can find you at any time I want.
{Sandman walks out the door but leaves it open for the world to see his mayhem.}

BACKSTAGE SEGMENT Dawn asks who's Next?
------------------------------------
{Elaine Laskaris is in her office, chatting happily away with someone on the phone, when the door opens. Dawn Halliwell walks in, face grim and eyes hard, striding up to the desk and placing her hands upon it, leaning threateningly in towards the manager as she glares her down.}
Elaine Laskaris: Ah⌠chica, Iâm gonna have to call you back. Si, I love you too. Alright, drive safe. Yes. AdiĂłs!
{She hangs up the phone and looks up and down Dawn appraisingly, clicking her tongue.}
Elaine Laskaris: So, ah⌠Iâm gonna guess this isnât a social call.
Dawn Halliwell: An opponent has not yet been named.
{Elaine laughs.}
Elaine Laskaris: Very astute of you, Luchadora! Si, you are correct, we havenât named your opponent for the Pay-Per-View yet, but I was actually thinking that-
Dawn Halliwell: I want the Wolf of The Abyss.
Elaine Laskaris: âŚÂżQuĂŠ?
Dawn Halliwell: The Wolf of the Abyss. The Leader of the Horde. I want her. I want to end this war and put her in the ground where she belongs.
Elaine Laskaris: Didnât she kinda eat you the last time you two fought?
{Dawnâs lip curls into a snarl, but she says nothing.}
Elaine Laskaris: Well⌠you know, a rematch between the two of you would be interesting, and la dama Diablo does have the brutality to make it big as Luchadora⌠but Iâm afraid thatâs not your decision to make, chica.
{Dawnâs grip curls on the desk.}
Dawn Halliwell: I donât care if you donât think its not-
{Elaine stands up and gets right in Dawnâs face.}
Elaine Laskaris: No, you listen up you little NiĂąa mimada! You donât make the decisions about this title, I do, Âżentender? So if I say that youâre going to be wrestling a maldito KUMQUAT DRESSED AS A KITTEN for the title, then thatâs whatâs going to happen! I know you and your Little Age of Gods love to pretend that your war with The Pack matters more than anything else in this company right now, but if you want to try to give ME orders then youâre going to have another thing coming for you! So sit down and shut the hell up, or you can Kiss that belt and your career in the IWF away! Do you hear me, perra?
{Dawn blinks a few times, but actually seems to have been left speechless. Elaine sits down.}
Elaine Laskaris: I already have an opponent for you, and I think she agrees with my feelings on your little war.
Dawn Halliwell: ⌠And who exactly is that?
Elaine Laskaris: Turn around, sheâs standing right behind you.
{Dawn spins around⌠RIGHT INTO A DIAMOND CUTTER!! Dawn is left clutching her head on the ground as the camera pans up to show Charity Crowne getting back to her feet, smiling sweetly down at Halliwell as she brushes off her arms.}
Charity Crowne: That feeling? Get used to that. Youâre going to be reacquainted soon enough.
{She turns her attention to Elaine.}
Charity Crowne: That rant, by the way? That was hot. You should do that more often. Cheers!
{She laughs happily and leaves the room, the camera panning down to show Dawn pulling herself to her feet as Elaine watches on with a satisfied smile.}
Elaine Laskaris: ⌠Oh I think this match is going to be exciting.
------------------------------------
SINGLES MATCH Andrew Jacobsen v Jayson Matthews
------------------------------------
{The opening riff of "Unbreakable" plays, sending the crowd into a frenzy, and as the drums kick in Andrew Jacobsen comes striding out onto the ramp, Danielle Chase a step behind him. He takes a few steps forward, looking to either side with a wide grin on his face. Andrew looks dead ahead at the ring, cracking his neck, and throws his arms out and head back as a burst of red and green pyro goes off to either side of him. Andrew and Danielle walk down the ramp, Andrew high-fiving fans as he goes, and he pulls himself up onto the apron, looking around at the fans with an infectious grin on his face. He climbs through the second rope and walks to a corner, checking his gloves and talking with Danielle as he waits for the match to start.}
Vasco Dias: You hear this ovation for Andrew Jacobsen, after last week most believe he is truly come back to form, and may be after winning this match, will be back in the hunt for a chance at the IWF Championship!
{Perfect Mistake by 311 begins to play, as Jayson enters to a huge ovation as well, as he climbs into the ring}
Terri Morasco: I donât think you can include talks about IWF Title Shots without including this man in that convocation.
{Andrew Jacobsen and Jayson Matthews walk towards each other as Jacobsen extends his hand forward towards Jayson, still having some respect for him, even if they are apart of different groups with different ideals. Jayson quickly shakes his hand, and then quickly slides in, getting Jacobsen in a headlock, but the Hall of Famer shoves him off into the ropes, Jayson comes back, but Andrew the bigger and stronger of the two sends him down with a Shoulder Block, but he backs up, allowing Jayson to get to his feet.}
Vasco Dias: I love Andrew Jacobsen but sometimes I feel he is much too soft to lead Team Free Will in this war against The Pack.
Terri Morasco: Well I mean, no one has ever actually came forward, for all we know Xavier Cross could be the leader, or god forbid you know who.
Vasco Dias: Who Redcap?
Terri Morasco: No, The other person who came out to help during that scuffle last week.
Vasco Dias: The Bourbon Street Saints?
Terri Morasco: NoâŚThe other guy, please donât make me say his name and get censored.
{Jayson kips up to his feet, and goes for another lockup with Jacobsen, going for the arm, and getting it, locking in a beautiful hammerlock, clearly showing he is thinking Arm in this contest after the damage he inflicted on the Oracle, but Jacobsen manages to flip around, getting Jayson in a hammerlock, before turning it into a headlock, Jayson tries to push Andrew off much like The Unbreakable one did to him, but Jacobsen drops to his knees as Matthews tries to shoot him against the ropes, keeping the headlock locked on.}
Vasco Dias: Two of the best Technical Specialist we have. I know we keep singing that praise about Matthews and it is true, but as much as I hate to say it, You have to have Strength behind it, and Jayson is clearly lacking in that department.
Terri Morasco: Still, this is going to be a great contest of skill and a chest game, Matthews might not have strength, but he has speed in spades, and has proven time and time again he can overcome a disadvantage.
{Jacobsen keeps the headlock in, keeping J-Mat right where he wants him, but gets a little too comfortable, as Jayson swings his legs, managing to get them around the head of AJ and getting him in a Headscissors, Jacobsen goes to counter out of it, using his arms, and Jayson immediately attacks, grabbing the Arm when it gets within reach, taking his legs off the head of Jacobsen, and putting them around the Arm before flipping him over, getting the back as he sits on the back of Jacobsen wrenching the arm backwards}
Vasco Dias: Heâs going for that Arm again, I wonder how Oracle Arm is feeling after last week.
Terri Morasco: Does anyone even care?
Vasco Dias: I do! The Age of the Gods, are still the most dominate force in Pro Wrestling!
{Jacobsen lets out a audiable cry of Pain, as Jayson pulls at that arm, clearly sending a message.}
Vasco Dias: Jayson is going after the arm again, this time of Jacobsen.
Terri Morasco: Well he tried last week to get Godâs attention by showing that the could make Godâs right hand feel pain, This week he wanting to do it, by beating another in Godâs company, granted a different kind of company, The Hall of Fame and former Worldâs Champion club.
Vasco Dias: Still doubt if Jayson managed to beat Jacobsen, if it would get Godâs attention. Jacobsen may be gifted among the mortals, but he isnât one of Godâs Children.
{Jayson wrenches the arm more but Jacobsen being too fresh manages to shift his weight, and trips Jayson up, Jayson hops to his feet but Jacobsen pulls him back and rolls him up}
One!
Two!
{Matthews kicks out, But Jacobsen kicks him in the stomach, before grabbing the head and planting him with a DDT, Immediately going for another cover.}
One!
Two!
{Matthews kicks out again, and instead of charging to his feet, he slides himself back towards the corner, as Jacobsen stands ready, Matthews realizes that Jacobsen is more then capable of keeping pace with him mentally, as Jayson has to come up with a new plan.}
Vasco Dias: For anyone saying Jacobsen has perhaps lost a step, clearly they are wrong, This Jacobsen is just as dangerous as ever.
Terri Morasco: Clearly. We pretty much dismantled Warren Kane last week.
{Matthews gets to his feet, as Jacobsen awaits to see what Jayson next move is, before Jayson smirks, grabbing one of the ropes and begins to stomp his foot, with his body turned sideways from Andrew, as Jacobsen has a look of shock on his face before smirking himself, and telling Jayson to bring it}
Vasco Dias: Wait a minute? Is Jayson going for what I think heâs going for?
Terri Morasco: I think Jacobsen sees Jayson mimicking him showing that heâs going to do Jacobsenâs own Lightâs Out Superkick.
Vasco Dias: Thatâs the problem, Jacobsen knows it coming, but why isnât he stopping it?
Terri Morasco: Maybe he plans to counter.
{Jayson lunges forward and extends his feet out for the Superkick, Jacobsen prepares to time and parry the blow, when Jayson suddenly brings his other leg up, and goes airbourne and grabbing Jacobsen by the next and flipping him over with a Head Scissor Takeover that sends Jacobsen out of the ring, completely shocked, yet Amazed by Jayson faking a Superkick to get a advantage, however he doesnât have a second to think about it as Jayson, slides head first across the mat, and under the bottom rope before grabbing Jacobsen head, and spinning around and Spiking him with a Tornado DDT onto the arena floor!}
Terri Morasco: Wow, Jayson with the Fake out on that superkick, and just as quickly turning it on and hitting that Tornado DDT under the bottom rope on a dive to the floor.
Vasco Dias: I hate flippy thingies but that was impressive I must say.
{Jayson picks Jacobsen up, and drives him back first across the ringside barricade, before nailing a kick, Jayson backs up to the ring apron and charges but Jacobsen ducks down and back body drops him over the Ringside Barricade, but Jayson lands on his feet, climbs back up as Jacobsen is reacting, and leaps off and hits another Head Scissor, this time using the Ringside Barricade to propel himself, the momumtum sends Jayson to the floor, and Jacobsen crashing into the ringside steps with such force they become dislodged}
Vasco Dias: Jayson is clearly in control. We always knew he was talented, but he is beginning to step it up to the next level.
Terri Morasco: Heâs been impressive no doubt. Each week he puts more of his game together and is becoming the complete package.
{Jayson throws Jacobsen into the ring, who is favoring his shoulder a bit after being driven shoulder first into the ringside steps, as J-Mat grabs the arm of The Unbreakable Hall of Famer and drives his elbow into the shoulder, as he wraps his arms around Jacobsen Arm, putting pressure on that shoulder, Jacobsen tries to adjust the position, but Jayson simply brings his elbow back down on Jacobsen shoulder, before wrenching the arm even more.}
Vasco Dias: It may seem like a dirty move, but itâs what submission wrestling is all about.
Terri Morasco: On that note, we have to head to a commercial break.
{Commercial Break}
Vasco Dias: Welcome back to Monday Night Sacrifice.
Terri Morasco: And during the break, it seemed Andrew Jacobsen was going to manage to turn the pace of this match back into his favor.
{We see a replay of Andrew getting out of the hold, and managed to hit a Inverted Atomic Drop, as Jayson went for a Spinning BackFist, However he attempted to hit a Spinebuster after whipping Jayson into the ropes, but it was countered before Jayson drove Jacobsen down into the mat with a Single Arm DDT before quickly locking in a Cross Armbreaker on Jacobsen leading us to the current point in this match, as Jayson still has the Armbar locked in Deep.}
Vasco Dias: Jayson might of learned from Nighthawk on how to use Submissions, but he has evolved it in a entire new form.
{Jacobsen is trying to use his power advantage over Jayson but is having trouble doing so, He tries to lift Jayson up, but his shoulder gives out, as he has no choice but to try and reach for the ropes. He struggles but manages to get his foot across them, and unlike last week, Matthews does release the hold.}
Terri Morasco: Okay, Itâs good to see that Jayson isnât in the same mood he was in last week, I was afraid he wasnât going to release the hold.
Vasco Dias: I think Jacobsen was thinking the same thing, because he looked to be avoiding the rope break if all possible.
{Jayson goes back for the arm, but Jacobsen pushes him off, but Jayson seems like he is undeterred and goes again, Jacobsen manages to hit a knife-edge chop with his other arm, followed by another, Jayson comes in and eats another one, getting backed into the corner, Jacobsen continues to light up the chest of Matthews, who tries to push out of the corner, but Jacobsen hits him with another one, then a Headbutt of all things, knocking Jayson down to the mat}
Vasco Dias: The Unbreakable one is going into Survival Mode now, His arm might be hurt, so he is using everything he has to fight out of this.
Terri Morasco: I canât believe Andrew used a headbutt, I hope that perfect face is okay.
{Jacobsen wiggles his arm, trying to get the blood flow going, before running across the ring, and coming back and hitting a big clothline in the corner on Jayson as he is raising up. Jacobsen lifts Matthews up, before hooking him, for the Borallis from the Top Rope, but Jayson fights out of it, crawling over Jacobsen and pulling him down with a Sunset Flip!}
One!
Two!
The referee hand is coming down for three, when Jacobsen lifts Matthews up before planting him down in the Mat hard, with the Icebreaker Powerbomb, but the torque he put on his shoulder doing that, causes him to delay the cover, He finally manages to hook one leg of Jayson with a pin}
Vasco Dias: Icebreaker! This one is over!
Terri Morasco: Did he get enough and did he waste too much time going for the cover?
One!
Two!
{Jayson barely manages to get out of it, perhaps because Jacobsen couldnât get the full cover, as Jacobsen sits on his knees, gripping at his shoulder, as he sighs before grabbing both of Jayson legs, as the crowd pops knowing what is coming next.}
Vasco Dias: Will he be able to lock in that Sharpshooter with his arm like that?
Terri Morasco: We seen him lock it in, in worst ways.
{Jacobsen goes to put his legs between Matthews when Jayson pulls him down with a Small Package!}
One!
Two!
Three!
Vasco Dias: Jayson got him!
Terri Morasco: NoâŚJacobsen kicked out, the referee is signaling itâs a two count.
{Matthews rolls to his feet, and leaps up as Jacobsen is getting up, RibKracker connects as Jayson dives for the cover!}
Terri Morasco: Heâs got him this time!
Vasco Dias: Come on Andrew, Kick out!
One!
Two!
Three!
Vasco Dias: Did he get him!
Terri Morasco: I think so!
{Jayson celebrates as the referee hand did indeed hit three, as the referee goes to raise his hand, He notices Jacobsens arm gripping the bottom rope, and calls this one off!}
Vasco Dias: Yes, Jacobsen hand is on the bottom rope, This one isnât over!
Terri Morasco: But the official hand did indeed hit three, He canât go back on it!
Vasco Dias: The official ruling isnât final, and he isnât writing this one off just yet.
{Jayson is besides himself, yelling that the official canât change his mind, and that it was a three count, as Jayson pulls his bandana off as if he is about to get serious as he turns around, Right into the Lightâs Out Superkick from Jacobsen who falls onto the cover!}
One!
Two!
Three!
Vasco Dias: Itâs over!
Terri Morasco: This time it is!
{Unbreakable by Firefight begins to play, as Danielle comes into the ring raising Andrew hand alongside the referee, asking if he is okay, and checking on Andrewâs shoulder, as Jayson lies on the mat, before realizing what has happened, as Jacobsen extends his hand to Matthews, however Jayson simply gives him the story, how the referee hand hit three, who defends himself that Andrewâs hand was on the bottom rope. Jayson doesnât seem to want to accept what happened, before crawling out of the ring without shaking Jacobsenâs hand, clearly frustrated over what happened.}
------------------------------------
SEGMENT âSpikeâ wants a match for Extreme Endurance
------------------------------------
Vasco Dias: I wonder what stipulation Dean Harper is going to pick, Iânm surprised he hasnât came out here to announce that.
Terri Morasco: After last week, seeing the roster coming to the Aid of Vivanne Rodgers, was a heart-felt moment, lead by the charge of Andrew Jacobsen, RedCap, and the Bourbon Street Saints, even Spike KaneâŚ.how come Rowan can get past it but we canât?
Vasco Dias: You canât forget Xavier Cross seems to be in the mix there. With the Unbreakable one leading the charge, the Packâs numbers might actually be numbered.
Terri Morasco: I wouldnât be sure, Rowan always seems to gain new followers on a daily basis, and there numbers seem unlimited.
I AM HERE
{The booming voice of All-Might from My Hero Academia roar thru the arena before My Heart will Go on by Celine Dion begins to play, signaling the arrival of Spike Kane aka The Entertainer formally known as Trent Helms, as the crowd begins to boo loudly, as his giant float appears from the entrance ramp, holding his arms out as a water effect overtakes the arena}
Every night in my dreams I see you, I feel you That is how I know you go on Far across the distance And spaces between us You have come to show you go on
Vasco Dias: Itâs been months now, how is this guy still employed? He hardly wrestles, wonât throw a punch, and has defended his made up championship against a Six Year Old, and technically defeated a Inanimate object to regain his championship.
Terri Morasco: Above all else, He disrespects the name of someone he considers a friend.
Near, far, wherever you are I believe that the heart does go on Once more you open the door And you're here in my heart And my heart will go on and on
{The Float reaches ringside, as he steps onto the apron Gracefully, before sliding into the ring, lifting up his Beyond Plus Ultra Championship high in the air, to a chorus of boos as Allison Valience hands him a microphone}
Vasco Dias: Please donât let him speak.
Terri Morasco: It canât ever be good at what he says.
Trent Helms (Spike Kane Form): Hello all you dirty primates, It is I, your Hall of Famer, Your God of Extreme, Spike Kane.
{The fans boo still not liking what Trent is selling}
Trent Helms (Spike Kane Form): Now I know what some of you are thinking, besides the fact, that itâs almost time for you Chimps to eat another banana, But I want to you to look at this screen right here. I mean itâs a little small, and doesnât have the Picture Quality good enough for a God of Extreme such as myself, but I figure it will do for all your mortals.
{The Imperial-Tron begins to play, showing Jacobsen and Warren Kane in the ring, before Trent Helms comes down to the ring, bringing them Lunchboxes with pre-made lunches and juice boxes, before giving them a blanket}
Trent Helms (Spike Kane Form): Do you see that? Last week I made history, look at the Unity, at a member of The Pack, a member of Team Free Will, they got to work on that name, and a member of the Age Of The Gods, all sitting in the ring, in unity together, A sight that has never been done, until someone had to go ruin itâŚIâm looking at you Andrew Jacobsen, with your dreamy eyes, your perfect V-Shaped Hip Bones, and beautiful featuresâŚEverything was going to plan, and somehow you screwed it up.
Vasco Dias: Iâm pretty sure Warren nor Jacobsen wanted nothing to do with that.
Terri Morasco: I dunno, Jacobsen seemed pretty upset over having his Superman Lunchbox taken from him.
Trent Helms (Spike Kane Form): Iâm not going to lie Jacobsen, I like you, and I see good things out of you, but clearly last week you showed youâre not ready to lead a group of elite competitors, So it hurts me to say this, but it needs to be said.
Vasco Dias: What is he going to say?
Trent Helms (Spike Kane Form): Iâm officially leaving The Age Of Gods.
Vasco Dias: When was he ever a member?
Terri Morasco: I guess technically Speaking Spike Kane was and he just took up that mantle? I have no idea?
{The crowd seems confused over this}
Trent Helms (Spike Kane Form): But fear not. I have decided to help you out Jacobsen, Cross, Redcap and those two other guys who names I donât remember.
Vasco Dias: That would be the Bourbon Street Saints, you (term censored due to Trent Helms contract term number 4)
Terri Morasco: If he is Spike Kane, how are his terms as Trent Helms still honored?
Trent Helms (Spike Kane Form): Iâm going to be your new leader. Clearly things are missing and you need someone such as myself to lead you. We need matching color schemes. Iâm thinking Purple and Orange, maybe a powder blue and Gold? Maybe some Orange, because they say that is the New Black. But things will be changing. Expect to learn chorograph dancing and poses, as we become the most Elite Fighting Face this world has ever known.
Vasco Dias: Is he serious? They are fighting the Pack, do they need matching color schemes and poses? I highly doubt that is needed in this fight.
Trent Helms (Spike Kane Form): But there are more pressing issues to talk about, Like how your number 1 guy in this company, the superior being who has turned this place around, made Ratings Spike, network subscriptions hit new record highs and has for two months in the role, made the Pre-Show to most watched thing on Youtube the following day? Yep Iâve done all that. So tell me how two weeks away from the next big show, I donât have a match? I let it slide two months ago, but Spike Kane doesnât take that Shit. I give, You Take, without asking Permission. Now I would ask one of your primates to step up, but for months every single one of you has dodged me. So as Spike Kane, Your God of ExtremeâŚIâm sorry to Xavier Cross, I know youâre one of my lackeys butâŚ
Terri Morasco: I wish someone would come and shut him up.
Trent Helms (Spike Kane Form): I am hereby executing my Rematch Clause against Dean Harper to.
UNDEAD, UNDEAD, UNDEAD!
Trent Helms (Spike Kane Form): ITâS MY BABY BOY!
{As the song kicks in the tron explodes to life with a quick pyro as red and white strobe lights begin to flash. Warren Kane comes to the front of the stage and brings his arms up infront of his chest before extending them outwards and upwards creating a reaction from the crowd. He then heads towards the ring, clicking his neck, wrists and elbows to prepare for his match before jumping up onto the apron.}
Vasco Dias: Never in my life, have I ever seen so happy to see Warren Kane?
Terri Morasco: Maybe he will shut his father up?
Vasco Dias: Donât play into that Terri.
{Warren goes to get into the ring, when suddenly Trent stops him, and proceeds to hold the ropes open for him out of Safety, Warren simply looks at Trent with Disgust, and just walks to the other side of the apron and slides into the ring}
Trent Helms (Spike Kane Form): There he is my bigâŚ
Warren Kane: Will you Shut the Fuck Up?
{The crowd cheers that greatly, as Trent is shocked by Warren, before stomping his feet, and pointing at the corner}
Trent Helms (Spike Kane Form): Son. We donât say words like that? Who taught you that? Was it that Dean Guy? I think he is a bad influence on you. I love you, but you need to go to the corner, and think about what you just did.
Vasco Dias: Did Spike Kane just put his baby in the corner?
Terri Morasco: No One puts Warren Kane in the corner.
{Warren simply ignores his âFatherâ}
Warren Kane: Listen here you stupid assanine idiot. Iâm so sick and tired of you pulling this crap. Even if you were my father, which you are not. Iâm a grown ass man, who does whatever he wants, whenever he wants. Iâm not a child and as such, Dean would tear you apart. No we have some unfinished business, Iâm tired and I might of not had the best relationship with Spike, but Iâm not going to let you continue to come out here, week after week, and try to pretend to be my father.
Trent Helms (Spike Kane Form): But I am the father.
Warren Kane: No Youâre not, you donât care about anything but yourself, and itâs people like you that makes me drawn to Rowan message. Itâs people like you that give this sport, and this world a bad name, so why donât you do us all a favor, Go Back to making Youtube Videos and outdated references, stop pretending to be Spike Kane and leave IWF.
Trent Helms (Spike Kane Form): Aww, everyone my little boy is growing up so fast. I know youâre in this rebellious stage but it will pass. I know youâre going thru some changes, and I support that. Maybe itâs time Warren we have that talk. I know some exciting things.
Warren Kane: Just stop talkingâŚI tried to give you a way out, You want to be Spike Kane? Fine you can be Spike Kane, then as such you gladly accept this challenge, You want to be the God of Extreme, then why donât you step into the match he made famous. You and meâŚDragonâs Den Match!
{The crowd is in shock, but wants to see it happen}
Warren Kane: Why donât you step inside the very same structure that ended my father life, How about it? God of Extreme!
Trent Helms (Spike Kane Form): You really want to fight that bad, What did I tell you, Hands are not for hitting people. But I rather if youâre going to wrestle, it be against me, so that I can keep you safe and make sure no one hurts you. We can play Son, is that what you want?
Warren Kane: Yes it is. I want to end this. You can call it playing, but Iâm going to end this.
Trent Helms (Spike Kane Form): Okay Son, I accept, but the Dragon Denâs is a little too violent for you. Quite Frankly, it could cause you to get hurt and I will never allow anyone to hurt my little buddy. So in two weeks, we will play but It wonât be in a Dragonâs Den, but something a little more saferâŚuntil thenâŚ
{Trent lunges forward and gives Warren a hug, who has a look of what the hell are you doing, but seemingly isnât letting go as Trent brings the Microphone back up to his lips}
Trent Helms (Spike Kane Form): I love you son.
Warren Kane: . . .
Trent Helms (Spike Kane Form): Itâs okay, I know itâs hard to say it, I understand.
Warren Kane: Oh, before I forget, I know itâs a bit late, but better late then never right? I got you a gift
{Trent looks excited, when Warren suddenly hits him with the Saving Grace, driving Trent into the mat}
Warren Kane: Happy Late Fathers Day Asshole!
{Undead by Hollywood Undead begins to play, as Warren exits the ring with a smile on his face as he head to commercial}
------------------------------------
SINGLES MATCH Pandora Freeman-Hall-Kane v Ciara O'Connor
------------------------------------
Alison Valance: The following match is scheduled for ONE FALL!
Terri Morasco: Tonightâs match will certainly be interesting to see.
Vasco Dias: We have Pandora returning to the ring against BFC Ciara OâConnor.
{The lights dim, Even as the Intro to the song helps to light up UV the intro strains of "Showdown" start to play and the words start to play as Pandora rises from under floor the entrance, head lowered hands behind her back.}
"It's been such a long time coming I'd thought you'd understand That's over, hate of the last Will be joining in the sand But it's simple you were wrong You must have known that we didn't not belong I know you thought I'd sold my soul But you never told me to my face I just had to let you go And blow this shit away Here we go again"
{As the song kicks in fully Pan seems to explode out bouncing down the ramp lit up like a Christmas tree before mounting the apron with a full side to side apron knee slide heat ends in her standing to vault over the top rope and bouncing to the beat smiling like a lunatic.}
Alison Valance: Coming down to the ring first, from Hope, Michigan PANDORA-Freeman-Kane-Hall!
Terri Morasco: Pandora looks focused. She was clear how she isnât going to let this just pass by.
Vasco Dias: Sure. But Ciara isnât someone to be put down easily.
{As the opening notes of âRun for your Lifeâ by K. Flay begins to play the lights dull around only showing the entrance ramp.}
âDon't count me out
Just 'cause I'm down
Boy, I've been down before
Fate has a way of playing games
And I've been keeping score
They tried to tell me I was lost in the forest
Like a cub with no mother when I actually was where I wantedâ
{Ciara OâConnor steps out onto the ramp with a self-satisfied smirk as she walks down to the ring, spinning once. She climbs onto the apron, sitting sideways with one leg behind her and one in front of her. She smiles at the crowd before leaning forward and grabbing her leg before rolling under the rope into the ring. She rolls to her knees with her arms spread as the lights go up in the arena.}
Alison Valance: And representing The Best Friends Club, from Dublin Ireland âŚ. Ciara OâConnor!
Terri Morasco: Ciara looks ready to go here.
Vasco Dias: Ciara likes beating heads in. You have to give that to her.
{Ciara leans against the ropes as Pandora stands in her corner. Both women clearly bracing themselves for when the match starts.}
Terri Morasco: There is some intense tension here.
Vasco Dias: Ciara doesnât care about Pandora and Pandora thinks Ciara is entitled.
Terri Morasco: Well she is entitled.
Vasco Dias: Youâre entitled.
{The Ref looks between the two women and calls for the bell. Pandora pulls a school-boy roll up which Ciara gets out of before the count goes down.}
Vasco Dias: Pandora trying to get an easy win so early? Itâs insulting!
Terri Morasco: If it was Ciara you wouldnât be complaining.
Vasco Dias: Because that would be about friendship.
{Ciara goes for a Legsweep but Pandora manages to avoid it with a little bounce.}
Vasco Dias: Pandora keeping her distance here.
Terri Morasco: Ciara is a kicker. We all know that.
{Pandora grabs Ciara around the back and hits her with a german suplex.}
Terri Morasco: Nice offense.
Vasco Dias: Itâs a strong opening so far from Pandora.
{Pandora waits for Ciara to pop back up before hitting her with a Enziguri and a leg drop. }
Vasco Dias: Pandora isnât giving Ciara much time to recover here.
Terri Morasco: Why should she? Ciara has been nothing but a nightmare since she betrayed Vivienne all those months ago. Someone needs to knock her on her ass.
{Pandora hits the ropes and comes back with a Tank Girl with a âP-p-p-Pow!â taunt.}
Terri Morasco: Pandora is on a roll here.
{Pandora goes for the cover.
1 2 Thr-KICK OUT}
Vasco Dias: that was too close!
Terri Morasco: Very, very close.
{Pandora moves back from Ciara to gives her a chance to catch her breath but has a determined look on her face as she paces slightly.}
Vasco Dias: Pandora giving Ciara an opening here. Letâs see if Ciara can get it.
Terri Morasco: Pandora is being a good sport, Vasco.
{Ciara pops up with a Backflip kick and drops Pandora to the mat.}
Terri Morasco: Some offense from Ciara now.
Vasco Dias: YES! Kick her ass!
Terri Morasco: Iâm not surprised thatâs your reaction.
{Ciara moves off of Pandora before running over and hitting her with a Uprising. Knocking Pandora back down. Ciara bounces slightly before hitting her with a Low kick to the knee of Pandora, who struggles slightly.}
Vasco Dias: Here we go
Terri Morasco: Pandora can still get out of this.
{As Ciara is going for another kick Pandora catches her leg and hits Ciara with a Legsweep knocking the Irish women down to the mat.}
Vasco Dias: Pandora got out of that quickly.
Terri Morasco: Sheâs not going down without a fight.
{Ciara hits Pandora with a High kick to the torso from the mat before jumping to her feet.}
Vasco Dias: Now Ciaraâs got control again.
{Ciara waits for Pandora to get back up before hitting her with a Broken Hymn. Ciara goes for the pin. 1! 2! KICK OUT! }
Vasco Dias: Again, close.
Terri Morasco: Neither women is letting this go easy.
{Ciara is clearly frustrated. Pandora moves her hair out of her face before hitting Ciara with a Hurricanrana.}
Vasco Dias: Boo! Boo!
{Ciara pops back up and hits Pandora with a Yakuza kick. Ciara goes for the pin. 1 KICK OUT! }
Terri Morasco: These two keep going back and forth.
{Pandora pushes Ciara off of her. Ciara goes for her again but Pandora hits her with a Snapmare.}
Terri Morasco: Pandora is tired of this game I think.
{As soon as Ciara stands up. Pandora launches into a Hi-hats!, and she goes for the pin.
1! 2! KICK OUT!}
Vasco Dias: Ciara is not going down without a fight.
{They both get to their feet and Pandora looks for an opening but Ciara ducks and gets behind her and hits Boom Boom Pow before trying for another pin.
1! 2! KICK OUT!}
Vasco Dias: These two are going to tire each other out!
Terri Morasco: Both looking unstoppable right now.
{Ciara backs off just enough to hit Pandora with a Football kick.}
Vasco Dias: Ouch. {Pandora pushes herself back up, spitting a little blood onto the mat. Ciara shakes her head. She starts circling Pandora as she struggles to her feet. Ciara is clearly mocking Pandora, âYOUâRE A WASTE OF SPACE. YOUâRE NOT WORTH THE TIME ITâS TAKING TO BEAT YOU.â}
Vasco Dias: My favorite part of every match Ciara is in. Terri Morasco: Iâm not sure talking smack during this match is going to end well for her. Vasco Dias: Itâs at least fun to watch. Terri Morasco: Youâre deranged. {Pandora suddenly jumps up with a Lets Do It, knocking Ciara back.} Terri Morasco: I think all Ciara is done is make Pandora angry. Vasco Dias: Anger is a motivator. {Pandora bounces once before hitting Ciara with a 300 BPM Combo. Ciara struggles slightly moving over to the ropes } Terri Morasco: This could be it. Vasco Dias: Ciara could still pull a win out of this. {Pandora grabs Ciara and sidewalk slam.} Vasco Dias: Pandora is not letting Ciara recover. How is that allowed? Terri Morasco: Itâs wrestling, Vasco. {Pandora hits Ciara with a BEAT DROP knocking the other girl on her back.} Terri Morasco: This is it Vasco Dias: NO! No! {Pandora goes for the pin 1 2 3!!} Alison Valance: And youâre winnerâŚ.PANDORA Freeman-Hall-Kane!! {Pandora stands tall in the ring with her arm raised high as the crowd pops and cheers her victory.} Terri Morasco: Itâs nice to see the good girls win one here tonight.
------------------------------------
BACKSTAGE SEGMENT "We need to talk about Dean"
------------------------------------
{God storms through the backstage area, opening doors and frightening those within. He searches deeper through the winding halls and passageways, until he opens a door that leads to a seemingly empty, pitch-black room. God stops, breathing heavily as he gazes into the darkness.}
God: I know youâre in there. I want to talk.
{For a moment he is answered by only silence⌠before Rowanâs mocking chuckle coils out of the murky shadow.}
Rowan: And what is it precisely that you might wish to discuss?
God: My son⌠I want to know why you took my son.
{A low growl â or is it a purr? â emanates from the room.}
Rowan: Is that a hint of pain I hear in your voice?
{Godâs fingers curl into tense fists as he grits his teeth, but he says nothing in response.}
Rowan: If it is, then you have your answer â because I knew that this would happen to you. I knew that it would just twist the knife within your gut to see him as he is now, glorious and ascendant over that which you long thought you held most dear, and know that it was the strength he learned from MY teachings that made it possible. Because he can break you, and the cracks are already starting to show.
God: You didnât need to bring him into this. This was supposed to be between you and me.
Rowan: Ah, yes⌠and youâve never used my family against me before, is that it?
{God takes a step back, but says nothing.}
Rowan: Dean Harper is my most loyal, and I care for him as my own. I raised him to be better, stronger than you ever could have made him. He is the best of both of our potential⌠and he will be the one to destroy you. As much as I would have relished choking the life from you with my bare hands⌠This?
{Rowanâs hand appears on Godâs shoulder, having appeared from behind him. God whirls around and snatches at her wrist, but she pulls it away just before he can reach her. She laughs again as she backs awayâŚ}
Rowan: This will be far, far sweeter a revenge.
{The camera turns back to God, whose face is contorted with anger⌠and something else. Something deeper, simmering just beneath the surface, that struggles with the rageâŚ}
------------------------------------
SINGLES MATCH Rowan MacDonnough X Freya Kane
------------------------------------
Alison Valance: The following match is scheduled for ONE FALL! Terri Morasco: This match is going to be really intense. We have Rowan, leader of The Pack, facing one of the women from The Age of Gods.
Vasco Dias: Freya Kane has shown herself to be hard hitting. She has a lot of anger here that could really be used to topple Rowan. Alison Valance: Coming down to the ring first, standing at 5â7ââ and 117 pounds⌠FREYA KANE! {The arena darkens as âFeel Invincibleâ by Skillet hits the sound system a single light shines down onto the stage as Freya Kane walks out onto the stage once the vocals start, her hood up, once the female backing vocals kick in she drops to her knees , her arms outstretched at her sides and as the vocals say âYOU MAKE ME FEEL INVINCIBLEâ she throws her hands into the air and her hood falls backwards as the light shines down on her face before the house lights flash on and she makes her way to the ring, completely ignoring the crowd and everyone around her.} Terri Morasco: Freya is focused. She has to be with everything going on. Vasco Dias: Focused is not going to save her from what comes next. Alison Valance: Coming down to the ring 5â10 and 145 pounds⌠The Wolf of the Abyss, ROWAN MacDonnough! {Lights out. The opening chords of âTrip the Darknessâ by the Lacuna Coil roar from the speakers, and red smoke billows from either side of the entranceway as Rowan MacDonnough stalks out from behind the curtain, golden eyes glinting in the red light as they shift from side to side. The stage and ramp are lit by swirling red light, but everything else remains dark. As the chorus begins, enticing the listeners to follow, she lopes forward, unconsciously rolling her wrists as her eyes bore a hole in the air before her. The smoke seems to follow her down the ramp as she walks, reaching up and grabbing the middle rope with one hand. Rowan hauls herself up onto the apron, standing and ducking between the middle and top rope to step inside the ring. She straightens up, slowly pacing towards the center of the ring as a spiraling pattern of red light appears on the mat, and her eyes scan the crowd, head moving in a jerky, animalistic pattern. She slowly, reluctantly backs towards a corner, eyes constantly moving as she settles in to wait for the bell.} Terri Morasco: I am never going to get used to that entrance. Vasco Dias: No one should. It raises the hair on the back of my neck. {Rowan and Freya look at one another from across the ring. The ref hesitates before signaling for the bell. Freya charges at Rowan who meets the shorter women with a European uppercut, followed by a second as the women stumble backwards.} Terri Morasco: Rowan starting out strong here. Vasco Dias: The only real question here is if Freya gets a quick match or Rowan plays with her food in my opinion. Terri Morasco: Have some faith, Vasco. Vasco Dias: I do. I believe in GOD, heâs the only one who can save us from the horde. So does Freya. I hope her faith can withstand being in the ring with that demon. {Freya tries to go for a Backbreaker but Rowan hits her with a Spinning back elbow strike. Rowan grabs her by the hair before hitting Freya with an Inverted facelock backbreaker spun into a neckbreaker.} Terri Morasco: Rowan is going hard here. Sheâs not even letting Freya get much in here. Vasco Dias: Freya can beat her. I know she can. {As Freya is on the ground. Rowan gets down on top of her and hits her with a Defiler, once, twice, three times busting the other women open.} Terri Morasco: Whose blood is that? Vasco Dias: Who knows Maybe both? {The ref pulls Rowan off of Freya. Itâs revealed Rowan is bleeding slightly as well.} Terri Morasco: âŚYeah, both. Vasco Dias: I wanted to be wrong. {Rowan moves past the ref before hitting Freya with Repeated Muay Thai knees to the head.} Terri Morasco: No, no. Vasco Dias: Freya is taking a big beating here. {Rowan waits for Freya to struggle to her feet before going into a Hurricanrana, followed by mounted punches to Freyaâs head.} Terri Morasco: Rowan clearly has a target here. Vasco Dias: Iâm not sure how much more Freyaâs head can take at this point. {Rowan drags Freya by the hair and gets a Neck snap across the top rope drops. Rowan drags her back to her feet and drops her on the rope again. The ref starts counting but Rowan manages to get a Knee drop to the leg across the top rope before moving back.} Terri Morasco: Someone stop this match, please. Vasco Dias: Freya still has time. She could⌠She could get out of this. {Rowan waits for Freya to get to her knees before she hits her with a BALORâS GAZE, there is an odd POP when Freya hits the mat.} Terri Morasco: Did you hear that sound? My stomach dropped. Vasco Dias: No. No, itâs going to be okay. {Freya rolls on the mat. Rowan walks slightly a way before hitting Freya with a MARK OF MACHA.} Terri Morasco: Rowan has been holding nothing back this match. Freya is not even twitching on the mat. Vasco Dias: Someone, do something. {The ref looks around, checking on Freya and starting the count. 1 2 3 Rowan raises her hands as if daring someone to come down the ramp. 4 5 6 Dawn is shown trying to get past Security but they wonât let her past. 7 8 9 10!} Alison Valance: And your winner by knockoutâŚROWAN MacDonnough!! Terri Morasco: Iâm concerned. Please let her be okay. Vasco Dias: The Pack canât do this. They just canât. {Rowan tilts her head as âTrip the Darknessâ by the Lacuna Coil plays. You can see a smile in her eyes as she looks down at the body of Freya. Dawn is finally allowed past the security guards and makes her way down the ramp before the grab her to keep her from going after Rowan. The ref checks on her and gives the camera the X symbol showing she is hurt.} Terri Morasco: No, no, not another one. Vasco Dias: âŚRowan said she wanted to remove another from the Age of Gods but I never thought⌠{Rowan looks to Dawn, a smirk in her eyes, âOne down, Four to go.â Before the lights cut out and come back on with Rowan is gone. Dawn moves into the ring and pushes the ref aside to check on Freya herself as a stretcher comes down the ramp.}

SEGMENT Dean sets his terms
------------------------------------
{the camera comes on to Jess Fowler walking out of the office and grabbing a cup of coffee from an intern and turning back into the office with Dean Harper sitting in one of the chairs in front of the desk with his feet propped up on the desk.}
Dean Harper: I have an appointment.
{Jess walks to the chair behind the desk.}
Jess Fowler: You have terms for the Menâs World Title match.
Dean Harper: I want a compound match.
{Dean tosses a folder on the desk. Jess picks it up and reads it over.}
Jess Fowler: A match at The Pack Compound⌠with weapons allowed.
Dean Harper: Exactly.
{Jess rubs their temple.}
Jess Fowler: It will be a hard sell.
Dean Harper: Pick a camera crew youâre not that attached to?
{Jess gives a glare.}
Jess Fowler: Not funny.
Dean Harper: A little funny.
Jess Fowler: your people can handle the nuts and bolts, yeah?
Dean Harper: And commentary.
{Jess shakes their head.}
Jess Fowler: I have at least one person we can provide to that aspect. Cross will never agree to this. I might be able to get this signed off but Crossâ
Dean Harper: He owes me a favor. He gave up his right to object.
{Dean gets up from the chair and walks out of the room.}

SINGLES MATCH Oracle vs Redcap
------------------------------------
{The lights flicker as the drums of âWhite rabbitâ stars to hit the P.A and out slides the Redcap, slowly swaggering to the ring as if in a trance nodding his head and pushing at the crowd before climbing the apron and sliding backwards into the ring on his belly into a corner slowly pushing to his feet before throwing himself across the top rope as if it were a hammock to slide his jacket off.}
{ The lights in arena go out as "Interdimensional Summit" by Dimmu Borgir blares through out the arena. A spot light shines down on the center of the stage as The Oracle slowly rises from within a fog. Once he has fully risen he steps forward and marches toward the ring to the beat of his music. Once at the ring he rolls in under the bottom rope and quickly rises in the center of the ring throwing his arms out in an homage to his Lord and Savior. }
Vasco Dias: The Redcap has been calling out God for a while now and it looks like the Oracle has answered his call.
Terri Morasco: For better or probably worse. The Oracle is still a relatively unknown commodity in IWF. I donât think weâve really seen what heâs capable of.
Vasco Dias: Whereas Redcap has been around for a minute, giving Oracle a scouting advantage.
Terri Morasco: However, Redcap is technically gifted and that canât be under valued against a larger opponent.
Vasco Dias: True but does talent matter against mass?
Terri Morasco: Quality over quantity.
{ The referee calls for the bell as both men slowly move out and around the ring, circling each other. Redcap has his hands up like heâs looking for a collar and elbow tie up. Redcap moves and Oracle obliges, the two men tying up but Redcap quickly transitioning into a snapmare on Oracle. Redcap blasts past the Oracle and connects with a running knee on his seated opponent and quickly pins him with Oracleâs shoulders to the mat. ONE! KICK OUT! }
Vasco Dias: Kick out with authority!
Terri Morasco: Oracle has strength on his side.
{ Redcap is right back to his feet and Oracle isnât far behind. Oracle turns into a nasty European upper cut, then another and another and another until Oracle is driven into the turnbuckles. Redcap starts to lay in some martial arts kicks to the midsection of the Oracle who is trying to cover up but whenever his hands move the Redcap hits another big European upper cut. This combo continues for well over thirty seconds before the Redcap rips Oracle out of the corner with a neckbreaker! }
Terri Morasco: Redcap is working over the torso and neck of Oracle!
Vasco Dias: Both things the big man will need if he wants to fight back.
{ Redcap gets a good bounce off the ropes and hits the Flicker Flash on the downed Oracle then grabs both legs for a cover. ONE! TWO! KICK OUT! }
Terri Morasco: Nearly a three after the Flicker Flash!
Vasco Dias: Sound strategy but is strategy stronger than faith!?
{ Redcap pulls Oracle up off the mat and looks for another European upper cut but the Oracle suddenly grabs Redcap around the waist and sends him flying across the ring with an overhead belly to belly suplex! Redcap lands hard but itâs obviously taken a little something out of the Oracle as well as he reaches for his back. }
Terri Morasco: The Oracle is showing signs of the damage Redcap has inflicted.
Vasco Dias: The faithful one will persevere!
{ Recap pulls himself up to his feet in the corner just as the Oracle runs in with a big knee lift! Oracle hits a second knee lift, a third, a fourth and then rips Redcap out of the corner with a big time side walk slam. Oracle holds his back for a moment before covering. ONE! TWO! KICK OUT! }
Terri Morasco: Oracle took that half a second to recover and that was all Redcap needed to kick out!
Vasco Dias: True but Oracle is starting to break Redcap down!
{ Oracle stands and brings the Redcap up to his feet. Oracle hits another knee lift and then starts to viscously club Redcap over the back! Oracle is laying in the clubbing blows, nearly a dozen by the time heâs finished. Then Oracle whips Redcap into the corner of the ring and runs in after him with a huge big boot in the corner! }
Vasco Dias: What a boot!
Terri Morasco: He nearly took Redcapâs jaw off!
{ Oracle looks to throw Redcap out of the corner with a choke toss but Redcap manages to reverse the momentum and takes Oracle down with a big time arm drag! Oracle is right up but Redcap is there to greet him with a Running Penalty Kick! Oracle is staggered and then Redcap takes a page out of his opponents play book and hits a clothesline from Heaven!!! }
Terri Morasco: REFLECTIONS!!!
Vasco Dias: HE CANâT DO THAT! REDCAP CANâT JUST DO THAT!?
Terri Morasco: Well he sure did!
{ Redcap goes for the cover and itâs a ONE! TWO! KICK OUT! }
Vasco Dias: KICK OUT!
Terri Morasco: How embarrassing would it have been to lose to your own move??
Vasco Dias: Good thing for Redcap that didnât happen!
{ Redpcap looks to move right into the Samhain Stretch but Oracle manages to rip himself free. Redcap comes back with a big European upper cut as Oracle stands and then fires off a sickening shin kick to the midsection. Redcap runs for the ropes and gets a good bounce as he comes flying back at his opponent looking for his second Flicker Flash of the evening!!! }
Terri Morasco: FLICKER FLASH!
{ But Oracle manages to snatch him out of the air and right into In the Name of the LORD!!! }
Vasco Dias: IN THE NAME OF THE LORD!!!
{ Redcap is down and Oracle makes the cover. ONE! TWO! THREE!!!! }
Vasco Dias: Oracle what a win for the Age of Gods.
Terri Morasco: Redcap gave it his all.
{ The Oracle sits on his knees, head bowed as his music plays. }
