Monday Night Sacrifice27th May 2013 United Center, Chicago, Illinois The inaugural episode of the Imperial Wrestling Federation comes to you live from the United Center in Chicago on May 27th and promises to be a lively affair. IWF CEO Simon de Monfort has promised to address the crowd as he opens the show and explains what is to come for IWF in the first month since its inception as well as a card stacked to the roof with some of the finest wrestling talent in the world today. Welcome to the start of something special, buckle in and get ready to enjoy the ride. ----------------------------------------------------------
SEGMENT ”Welcome to IWF”
---------------------------------------------------------- { The opening promo video for IWF Sacrifice begins to face as “ Foo In Paradise” by Clawfinger continues to blast out in the arena as fireworks begin to explode from the stage which resonate around the packed United Center in Chicago. As the official Sacrifice theme song begins to fade the camera pans around the crowd who are on their feet roaring as they are ready for the start of the first ever IWF show. Inside the ring is a podium where the IWF CEO Simon de Montfort stands flanked by four men and a woman who are in a line waiting patiently for the noise to die down as the camera finally fixes itself on Simon who smiles as he leans forward to speak into the microphone. }Simon de Montfort: Welcome everybody to the inaugural episode of Monday Night Sacrifice, the flagship show of the Imperial Wrestling Federation! { The crowd pop as the camera pans around to take in all of the chaos as they are on their feet, clapping hands and waving placards before we return to the image of Simon de Montfort, flanked by his guests. }Simon de Montfort: This is a new dawn for myself and so many members of our roster, a chance to move forward in a fresh environment where the past is resigned to history and only the future matters. Tonight we lay to rest the illustrious moments of NCW, to be remembered for time immemorial and begin to create our own memories that will live forever. Everybody has the opportunity to make their own legacy, to carve out their own destiny. { The crowd applaud as Simon pauses for a moment. }Simon de Montfort: IWF has been founded on the principle of fairness, equality and the rewarding of endeavour, the key principles of my co-owners lifelong mission. Those who work the hardest will achieve the most, those who push to better themselves will be rewarded and everybody will be afforded equal opportunities. With all this in mind I am pleased to announce that from next week we will be putting on weekly House Shows which will highlight our brilliant talent and our divisions, which I will move onto now... { Simon turns and faces his colleagues for a moment before facing the camera again. }Simon de Montfort: Behind me stand the men and women who will form the backbone of this companies wrestling division. It delights me to announce that each of them will perform in the roles of heads of the multiple divisions that are a part of this company which they will each explain in more detail later. Firstly, Ms. Katherine Lockheart will assume her role as Head of the Diamond’s Division, working tirelessly to highlight the supreme wealth of talent amongst our female employees who are some of the absolute best in the business. { The crowd applauds as Katherine holds a hand up acknowledging their approval. }Simon de Montfort: Next is Mr. No Langson, he is your new Head of the Tag Team Division, he will endeavour to provide you the very best examples of exemplary team work and unity in a division with fantastic potential for classics rivalries and spectacular encounters. { The crowd applauds once again as Bo waves to them and claps, bowing his head appreciatively. }Simon de Montfort: And allow me, before introducing the next three gentleman to provide an explanatory graphic… As you can see our males singles division will be split into three hierarchical divisions. Firstly, the Survivors Division will test our newest stars in multiple participant matches, forcing them to prove themselves against their most direct peers and to grab the spotlight with both hands. Then, we split into three separate divisions. The Cruiserweight Division, for men 230lbs and below to highlight their unique and death defying brands of wrestling, headed by an icon in the business, Angel! { The crowd pop for Angel who turns and smiles, waving at them. }Simon de Montfort: Alongside the Cruiserweights is the Heavyweight Division, for men 231lbs and above, a division where giants will collide and some of the more impressive physical specimens will battle it out to be the best in their weight class, a division which will be held by another veteran of the business, Mr. Will Washington! { Will starts top clap along with the fans as he smiles and looks around the arena. }Simon de Montfort: And finally we have the Man of Steel Division, a place for technical wrestler and submission specialists to battle it out in an attempt to prove that they have more endurance, more pure will and desire to win, a division where matches can only be decided by submission of failure to answer a ten count, headed by a good friend of mine, Mr. Marcus Archer! { Marcus steps forward, patting Simon on the back and whispering a few words of thanks before moving back alongside his colleagues. }Simon de Montfort: And final, we have the Imperial Division. The top of the pile, where the elite will contest the biggest prize in our company, the belt that signals who “the man” truly is, where those who have proven themselves in the other three divisions will step up to test themselves on the biggest stage of all. A division that will be headed by this man…. { The tron suddenly lights up, displaying white noise for a moment before suddenly the image of Roberto Verona appears on the tron as the crowd roars for their home town hero. }Simon de Montfort: Mr. Roberto Verona will head both the Imperial Division and the Survivor’s Division, supervising the next big stars in the company and those who wish to follow in their footsteps. I trust Mr. Verona implicitly to bring his dream of a fair and just wrestling promotion to fruition and to work alongside his colleagues to make this the best federation in the world. A place where dreams can and will come true, for men and women to make their names and to prove to the world that they are the best in their profession. { Simon pauses momentarily before a graphic displaying all of tonights matches displays on the tron. }Simon de Montfort: And the journey starts here tonight with these ladies and gentlemen, they will perform for you in our first ever show, the first of what I hope is many. The time for talking is over, so I will leave you one final thought. Thank you for joining us all on this journey and please, enjoy the show! Allow me to hand you over to our announce team… { Simon pulls away from the podium as the crowd applaud and he turns to leave the ring along with his colleagues as the camera pans to join Terri Morasco, Vasco Dias and Trent Helms at ringside. }Terri Morasco: Welcome everyone to the first ever episode of IWF Monday Night Sacrifice, we have a fantastic show for you tonight. Alongside me are my colleagues Vasco Dias and the Extra-terrestrial Orator, Trent Helms! Trent Helms: Thanks Terri, it’s great to be here. Away from the flying body parts and the lowly primates, well, except you Dias. Vasco Dias: Yeah I look forward to spend my Monday’s with you too Helms, let’s get to some wrestling to distract me from you. ----------------------------------------------------------
MATCH TRIPLE THREAT ELIMINATION MATCH Eirik Ragnar vs Alex Kanton vs Ryan Blade
---------------------------------------------------------- Terri Morasco: Welcome back, we are ready for a triple threat elimination match, this should be a treat! Trent Helms: Time for some three way action, just what I like. Vasco Dias: You're a vulgar man. Alison Valance: “And our next match is a triple threat elimination match! Our first competitor, hailing from London, England. He stands at Six-Feet, and One inch, and weighs in at Two Hundred and Twenty Eight Pounds….The Natural…Alex KANTON!” { "I’m Alive" by Disturbed is heard around the arena and the crowd immediately starts to boo and jeer as Alex Kanton appears on stage. He stops at the top of the ramp and stretches his arms out wide taking it all in with a smug smile on his face. As he does this a set of gold pyros explode behind him, shocking everyone into a momentary silence. At this point Alex proceeds to make his way slowly down to the ring and slides under the bottom rope. He proceeds to climb to the top turnbuckle and points to the crowd who continue to boo, jeer and shout abuse his way, much to Kanton's amusement. Finally he stretches his arms out wide and closes his eyes. After a moment he drops down from the top turnbuckle and readies himself for combat } Trent Helms: “Big things are expected from The Natural; let’s see how he debuts tonight.” Vasco Dias: “Alex looks good; however, I’m curious to see how this triple threat will play out.” Terri Morasco: “The weak link will be determined and eliminated early; we might see some decent team work.” Trent Helms: “Or an all-out brawl...” Alison Valance: “And his opponent, standing at Six Feet, Three Inches, weighing it at Two Hundred, and Fifty Seven Pounds, hailing from Orso, Norway, coming out of Portland, Maine…He Is THE VIKING LORD! EIRIK RAGNAAAR!” { The sounds of waves crashing on the shore are heard going throughout the entire arena, when all of a sudden the instrumental introduction of "Cry of the Black Birds" by Amon Amarth starts to play and the crowd gives a good cheer for the "Son of Odin", as he emerges from behind the curtains wearing the royal cloak of a Viking lord, with his hands at his hips and a smirk on his face, he looks out at the crowd seeing some of them bowing down to him... An actual mist starts going through the arena, getting many of the fans in the front rows damp by it and each particle of water lands on Eirik as he walks through it, on his way to the ring. With his hands still on his hips, he starts walking down the ramp still shifting his glance back and forth. With every fan he passes that is bowing to him, he nods to them in gratitude for their support. The smirk never leaves his face as he looks up at the lights before walking to the apron of the ring... He drops his cloak under him, and with a mighty leap, jumps right onto the apron of the ring. As soon as he lands, he steps between the ropes and does a few stretches and cracks his neck while waiting for the match to begin. }Trent Helms: “Here we have the big fella of the match, Ragnar looks…a little insane.” Terri Morasco: “If you called yourself, ‘The Son of Odin’, you may just be insane.” Vasco Dias: “…He’s modest, I'll give ‘em that. He may easily be the powerhouse, with the weight advantage in this match up.” Trent Helms: “That could also be a disadvantage, the bigger they are, they more they get teamed up on.” { The intro to Adelitas Way's "The Collapse" begins, and the lights in the arena flicker at a rapid pace. When the music hits its' stride, Ryan Blade steps out onto the stage in a flash. He walks to each side of the stage and looks out at the crowd, before his girlfriend, Chelsea joins by his side. He points at his cheek and leans to the side, allowing her to plant a kiss on his cheek. He looks out to the crowd and smirks before heading down the ramp. }Alison Valance: "Making his way down the aisle.... Accompanied by Chelsea.... From Virginia Beach, Virginia.... Weighing in at two hundred and thirty pounds..... Ryan Blade!" { Ryan and Chelsea walk down the entrance ramp, looking cocky while doing so. Blade goes up the ringside stairs and walks over on the apron, pulling the second and third ropes apart. Chelsea steps into the ring and Ryan quickly follows, jumping over the top rope and immediately climbing to the second turnbuckle, looking out to the crowd. Chelsea applauds while Ryan looks out into the sea of fans, before jumping down and removing his ring jacket, while Chelsea fans herself off. Ryan gets another quick good luck kiss before helping his girlfriend out of the ring, and turning back towards the ring as he waits for the match to start. }Trent Helms: “A little eye candy for the crowd...” Vasco Dias: “He can look Ragnar in the eye, but is lacking roughly twenty pounds to match up.” Terri Morasco: “Plus, having Chelsea in his corner might tilt the scales a little for Ryan in this match; it always helps having your girl on the side.” Trent Helms: “I wonder if she’ll get her hands dirty.” { The ref makes a notion to look at all three men, each one nodding their head. The ref calls for the bell, and the action begins. Blade makes the first move, charging forward hitting Ragnar high with an elbow, sending him stumbling backwards into the turnbuckle. Kanton steps back, eyeing the men. Blade sends a hard knee into the stomach of Ragnar. Ragnar leans over, clutching his stomach. As Ragnar begins to look up, finally catching his breath. Blade wastes no time, hitting him with a Jumping Enziguri. }Trent Helms: “Blade is on fire! Taking control right away, putting the gas pedal to the floor, and taking out the bigger man!” Vasco Dias: “How about that kick? If it wasn’t so loud in this place, I’d say we would have heard that crack echo.” { Blade raises his arms, to a chorus of boos. But Chelsea is the sole clapping person amongst them. Blade gives her a wink as he turns around; Kanton has charged forward looking to gain the advantage on Blade, who immediately ducks the quick clothesline, as Kanton goes forward rebounding off the ropes. Blade shows his athleticism, and with a single leap, catches Kanton in a beautifully executed Hurricanrana. Blade slaps the mat, as he returns to his feet getting fired up even more }Trent Helms: “Sweet mercy that was awesome!” Vasco Dias: “Blade is ready to show what he’s made of, and if first impressions mean anything, he’ll be a staple competitor for IWF!” { Ragnar has started to stir, lifting himself up, clutching the side of his head. Blade has already turned his attention to Ragnar, who staggers out of the corner. Blade using his athleticism and quickness, charges forward leaping up onto the turnbuckle, then turning his body just right to leap onto the top ring rope, spring boarding forward and hitting Ragnar right in the skull with his signature, ‘Death Blow’! }Trent Helms: “Hands down, this is Blade’s match to lose; the only thing he has to choose now is who he will eliminate first.” Vasco Dias: “He’s been flawless so far, controlling both opponents very well. Let’s see if he can finish what he’s started. Because if this momentum shifts, it’s going to be two on one.” { Blade picks himself up; in full momentum swing he motions his arms for Ragnar to get up. Ragnar stirs to his feet, but Blade’s attention is turned by Chelsea yelling and pointing. Kanton has returned to his feet and is aiming his finish for the back of Ryan Blade’s head, which manages to side step just in a moment’s time, as the ‘Extreme Dream’ Super kick, cracks Eirik Ragnar right under the jaw. Blade looks a bit stunned, a half cocky, half surprised smile on his face as he eyes Kanton who immediately drops onto Ragnar for the pin. }1….2….3 Alison Valance: “The first elimination, Eirik RAGNAR!” Trent Helms: “There we go, the heaviest stone has fallen, let’s see what Kanton and Blade have for us now…” Vasco Dias: “Blade’s best move so far might have been that dodge, letting Kanton eliminate Ragnar, and Blade still hasn’t been touched once by either opponent.” { Kanton holds his hand out, trying to show Ryan Blade a little respect. Blade shrugs his shoulders, accepting the handshake. But Kanton quickly slaps Blade right in the face, spitting on him. Chelsea immediately climbs up onto the apron yelling at the Referee to do something. Blade, wiping the spit off him, as Kanton turns around, mocking the crowd. Blade looks seriously pissed off now, Kanton turns around to catch a finger right in the eye. }Trent Helms: “While the cat isn’t the looking, the mice will get dirty.” Vasco Dias: “That is some strange bestiality there Trent, very strange indeed.” { Kanton staggers back, holding his eye as Chelsea climbs down from the apron after Blade gives her a thumbs up. The ref turns around, looking confused at Kanton who’s holding his eye. Kanton immediately staggers into the ref, grabbing onto him to give him a little rest as Blade can’t strike Kanton while the ref is a human shield. Blade is getting more, and more annoyed as the ref struggles to get out of Kanton’s grip. Blade sets his hips, and hits a spinning roundhouse to the side of Kanton’s head, narrowly missing the Referee, who falls down, his eyes clenched. Kanton stumbles towards the corner, hanging on by a rope. }Trent Helms: “Sweet Jesus, did you see that concentration, Blade was able to get Kanton, with the ref in between. That was awesome!” Vasco Dias: “I mean good idea by Kanton, who obviously didn’t know what Blade has in his tool box of wrestling strikes.” { Kanton staggers out, as Blade immediately sends a kick to the gun, as Kanton leans forward clutching him around the throat, locking in the guillotine choke, otherwise known as The Choke Job. Adding insult to injury, Blade drops it into a DDT, holding the hold, and wrapping his legs around Kanton’s waist to add leverage. Blade has the hold locked and tight, holding it. Kanton is trying to fight it off, but is forced to tap out. }Alison Valance: “Your winner, RYAN BLADE!” Trent Helms: “Amazing showing by Ryan Blade, he was untouched, and controlled the match against both opponents.” Vasco Dias: “Even more important, he won his first match on IWF, first of what will be many. What a devastating choke, I’ve never seen it executed with a DDT combination. He keeps this up; Ryan Blade will have a bright future.”

SEGMENT InFamously Troublesome ---------------------------------------------------------- { The lights go out completely before a huge pyro goes off and the lights flash wildly in time with the bass riff and the drums to Killswitch Engage’s “In Due Time” the screen flickers to life with images of Spike nailing countless people with the Spike Impailer and the Thunderstruck across the world. Just as the clean vocals come in with the “All in due time, see the world through different eyes. All in due time, the shadows will give way to light” the lights come up and we see Spike Kane and Rob Diamond standing on the apron, Spike's arms outstretched and fists balled, smirk spread across his face, Rob Diamond holding his arms across each other like an "X" over his head. The God of Xtreme proceeds to make his way to the ring, at his own pace....in due time, of course. The smirk never leaving his face. Rob Diamond struts beside him, extending his hand a few times for fans to shake before ripping it away like too slick. The two of them get in the ring as the music dies down. Rob Diamond and Spike both grab microphones. }Rob Diamond: GOOD EVENING CHICAGO!!!!!!!!! { A very mixed reaction for the InFamous One, Rob Diamond. }Rob Diamond: I'm Rob Diamond. Spike Kane And I'm Spike Kane. Rob Diamond: And. Spike Kane We. Rob Diamond: Are. Spike Kane INFAMOUS!!!! { Again, half the crowd with a fairly positive response while the other half just boos. }Rob Diamond: But you people knew that already, didn't you? After all, Spike and I, we're the reason you're even watching this show right now. Spike Kane You don't have to pretend, it's ok, after all I am a God and I do deserve your praise. Rob Diamond: Absolutely Spike, but more than that we are LEGENDS! We are HALL OF FAME WRESTLERS! We are going to be the FIRST! The LAST! The ONLY! IWF TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS OF THE WOOOOOOOOORLD!!!!! Spike Kane Couldn't of said it better myself Rob Diamond. See, later tonight we're going to be stepping into the ring with a couple of teams who probably think they've got just as much of a chance at those belts as anyone, their wrong. There is only one team good enough. One team bad ass enough. One team xtreme enough. And frankly one team INFAMOUS enough to win those tag belts and you are looking at it. Rob Diamond: HonorBound? James Gang? IWF doesn't want or need teams nobody has heard of to tank their ratings. They NEED certified MAIN EVENT level talent, men who have, can and WILL CONTINUE to carry the wrestling world on our shoulders. Not because we have to but because we can. We can handle the awesome weight of being true Gods inside this ring. Spike Kane It's a heavy burden. Rob Diamond: It is. Spike Kane But we're willing to bare it for you people, for you the adoring masses who worship at our feet. We do this for you. Rob Diamond: So you're welcome. { Remember that half of the crowd that liked them? It's turning the other way now as the boos begin to come hot and heavy. }Rob Diamond: I was almost thinking we should rename the team Spike. Spike Kane To what? Rob Diamond: The God's of Wrestling- { Rob Diamond barely gets the last word out when he's interrupted}As the drums and didgeridoo kick in, Cyrus Daniels and Stephen Kingsley walk to the ring as two men side by side with a purpose. Stephen stops mid way up the ramp and raises a microphone to his lips. He turns to Cyrus. } Stephen Kingsley Can you believe it, mate? It's a new day and a new company, a new time for us all but one thing it most definitely is not is New Championship Wrestling so why oh why do we still have to listen to two blokes who have made a name for themselves by occasionally running around in lucha libre masks, I do not know. Do ya know? { Cyrus shakes his head. }Stephen Kingsley He doesn't know...and believe me he knows a lot of things, he especially knows how to hurt people and right now he's just itching to hurt the two of you, and really who could blame him? We feel disrespected, as a matter of fact we've been disrespected by one company long enough, and we're not about to let it happen all over again. See unlike the two of you, Cyrus and I were never given our dues in NCW either as a team or as individuals. No, we were reduced to sideshow attractions for Curtis Kanyon and his ridiculous Church. Not again. Never again. See we were the first team to sign our contracts here in IWF and Simon promised us that we would not be ignored, then he hired the most incompetent Head of Tag Teams we've ever seen and Criminal Intent was left off this - the first show. We therefore decided that we would not let this injustice stand. We will make our intentions for the IWF Tag Team Championships known, n' ya boys already know our intent has always been Criminal, what ya may not know is that it's you two who we have unfinished business with, it is you two who will the victims of our crimes n' also our punishments... { Spike looks at Rob Diamond and then back up to Criminal Intent. }Spike Kane Doesn't look like we've got anywhere to be lets have a match RIGHT HERE! RIGHT NOW! { The fans love the sound of that as does Criminal Intent but before they can reach the ring a large group of arena security cut them off. InFamous jumps out of the ring and tries to get to Criminal Intent but there are too many bodies in between them. }Trent Helms: This is horse crap! Let them fight dammit! Vasco Dias: I agree, this is a match I'd like to see. A couple of Hall of Fame wrestlers versus a young and hungry tag team and what I'm sure would be a mat classic. Trent Helms: Yeah or just total ass whooping! { Rob Diamond and Spike subtly walk around the pack of guards and Criminal Intent on their way to the back. Kingsley has one last thing to say. }Stephen Kingsley We'll be seeing you boys, real soon. ----------------------------------------------------------
SEGMENT "Arrival"
---------------------------------------------------------- { We cut backstage to find a black car driving into the rear entrance to the building, after a few moments the passenger door opens and out steps Alex Jones, he throws a gym bag over his shoulder and starts to walk into the building when Tiffany Jones walks up to him. }Tiffany Jones: Alex?....Alex Jones?... Excuse me.....can you talk to me for a moment? { Alex stops and turns to Tiffany and smirks just shaking his head, he goes to walk off again but Tiffany steps in front of him. }Tiffany Jones: Alex many have wondered what your answer will be when your former rival Angel and CEO Simon de Montfort offer you a contract to compete in IWF... {Alex laughs and pulls the hood from his jacket over his head.}Alex Jones: The entire world has been asking me that damn question all this week since NCW went off the air. Twitter, Facebook, phone calls, e-mails, carrier pigeons! The entire wrestling world, well they need to wait and see... { Alex side steps past Tiffany who gets the hint not to follow as we cut back to ringside. }----------------------------------------------------------
SEGMENT Cruiser Weight Division"
---------------------------------------------------------- { The crowd in the United Center is on their feet as so far this has been an action packed show. Just as they are beginning to calm down... }RISE!!!!!! { They jump right back to their feet as the remixed lead in to "Ghost Walking" by Lamb of God begins to throttle the whole arena. The lights dim except for a single spot light pointed at the entrance ramp as a chant breaks out. }"SAVIOR X! SAVIOR X!" { The man known as Savior X, Angel, he head of the IWF Cruiser Weight Division makes his way out onto the stage, dressed in all black, his face not painted but wearing the scars and bandages of his battle from only one week ago in his final match. The music dies down as another chant breaks out. }"THANK YOU! THANK YOU!" { Angel can't help but smile as he looks around from the stage. Slowly he brings the microphone to his lips. }Angel: No, THANK YOU! { The crowd begins to clap for him as he just stands there and basks in it for a second. }Angel: You never really take the time to appreciate what you fans give to us until you've had your last match. But I'm not out here to talk about me tonight. I'm here to talk about the IWF! { They begin cheering very loudly again. }Angel: More specifically, the division I have been put in charge of, a division I know and love very much, THE CRUISER WEIGHT DIVISION! { The roof of the building just about blows off as this is out standing news for those in attendance. }Angel: I have been asked by board to come out here and tell you what my plans are for this division and let me tell you right now my plans are to make it the most TALKED ABOUT DIVISION IN ALL OF IWF! Man of Steel? The Heavy Weights? They will not even hold a candle to what I have in store for you! { The United Center just eats up every word. }Angel: Starting TONIGHT! That's right, TONIGHT! With the Imperial Cage match which featured ALL Cruiser Weights, I will begin a rankings system based on points. You win a match, 3 points, you draw and it is 2 points, a loss gets you one. By the time our first pay per view rolls around the top four men in the rankings system will take part in a match of my choosing to become the FIRST IWF CRUISER WEIGHT CHAMPION!!!! { On their feet again cheering and chanting for Angel and the Cruiser Weights. }Angel: That match will be... A REVERSE LADDER MATCH! "I! DUB! EF! I! DUB! EF!" Angel: And that is not all. Next week IWF will begin it's first round of house shows, however our house shows are going to be something special to behold because every house show will be a spot light of a specific division and for those lucky enough to be in attendance next week you will be in for a treat... Because the first House Show... Will be... A CRUISER WEIGHT X-STRAVAGANZA!!!!! { And that's it, the crowd can't take anymore as the go absolutely mind blowingly crazy for that announcement. }Angel: Thank you, thank you and I hope to see you all there next week. Good night and enjoy the show! { "Ghost Walking" kicks back in as the lights dim and Angel does his trade mark pose as we go to commercial break. }

MATCH TRIPLE THREAT TORNADO TAG TEAM MATCH Honourbound vs The James Gang vs InFamous
---------------------------------------------------------- Terri Morasco: Time for our three way tag team tornado match, this promises to be good with some real talent on show! Trent Helms: Time for Captain Snorlax and Trent Helms #3. Vasco Dias: Why did we hire you again? { Super Star by Saliva plays on the PA system as Bo Langson comes through the curtain wearing a black and white pin stripe suit. He then heads down the ramp and to the ring where the ring announcer gives him a mic. }Bo Langson: Ladies and Gentlemen, some of you may not know me but I am Bo Langson and I am the head of the tag team division hear in the IWF. We already have some pretty good tag teams here in the IWF and every day I am out searching and looking for more teams to add to the IWF roster. I hope to have a pretty impressive tag team roster here so that you fans in the IWF can truly see some really great matches. Thanks and hope you all enjoy the show. In the interest of making things interesting and spontaneity I am now ruling that the following match is made a no disqualification match! { With that Bo hands the mic back to the announcer and as Super Star plays on the PA again he heads to the back. }Alison Valance: Ladies and Gentlemen, this match is set for one fall, first coming down to the ring at a combine weight of 452 pounds they are Lucas James....Roman James....The James Gang!!!! { The lights flicker on and off as "blind man" by black stone cherry plays. Very slowly the James Boys make their way out with their little sister Cherry. They run down the entranceway high fiving fans before both sliding under the bottom rope. Lucas mounts one corner while Roman bounces off the ropes warming up. }Trent Helms: Two James’…this could get confusing. Terri Morasco: Not if you use their first names Trent. Alison Valance: And their opponents at a combine weight of 439 pounds they are Gjenrei ....Cable Arcane....HonorBound!!!! { Honor by Atreyu hits the PA as both Cable and Gjenrei make their way onto the stage. The two of them face each other and cross their arms before bumping their forearms together. They turn and sprint toward the ring and fly in under the ropes. Cable throws his arms out to his sides in the mock Jesus pose as Gjenrei drops to his knees in front of Cable in a prayer pose. }Vasco Dias: Great, flippy and floppy. Terri Morasco: These two have a bright future, you’re just against anything that isn’t mat wrestling. Alison Valance: And their opponents at a combine weight of 465 pounds they are Spike Kane....Rob Diamond....InFamous!!!! { Villain by Theory of a Deadman hits the PA as both Rob Diamond and Spike Kane step through the curtain. The crowd has a mixed reaction for both members of InFamous as the two just over see the arena before heading down the ramp. Spike walks up the steps as Rob rolls in under the ropes. Both men take to a corner of the ring, Rob reaches high up into the air and tells the world to SUCK IT! Spike just glares at the fans. They jump down and wait for the match to start. }Trent Helms: Rob and Spike are experienced, but sometimes inexperience is more diserable… Terri Morasco: Time to get this one under way, this should be a very good match. { Immediately, all hell breaks loose as Roman James and Spike Kane begin trading punches. Lucas James turns his attention to Rob Diamond. Gjenrei runs up behind Lucas James, driving his shoulder into the man's knee. Lucas James falls to the ground, and Gjenrei immediately locks in a crossface, cranking back hard on Lucas James's head and neck. Rob Diamond in turn, moves towards Cable Arcane. He runs, leaping in the air and taking Cable Arcane down with a hurricanrana. Cable Arcane manages to keep his footing, but stumbles towards the top rope, Rob Diamond runs at Cable Arcane and clotheslines him over the top rope. Rob Diamond gets to his feet, throwing his arms out. The crowd boos. }Trent Helms: Rob Diamond showing off for the crowd. Terri Morasco: This is going to be a one-man highlight reel! Cable Arcane gets to his feet, and shakes his head, heading up the ramp. Trent Helms: Is Cable Arcane...walking out on this match? Terri Morasco: What is this guy thinking?! He's throwing away his chance! { Across the ring, Roman James grabs Spike Kane by the neck and drives him headfirst into the ring steps. A small trickle of blood begins running down Spike Kane's face. Roman James moves to follow up on the move, but Spike Kane holds up his hands in a T sign. }Terri Morasco: THERE ARE NO TIMEOUTS IN WRESTLING! { Spike Kane nails Roman James with a low blow without the ref seeing. Gjenrei releases his death clutch on Lucas James, smirking as he looks down at his handiwork. He stomps down on Lucas James's spine for good measure, then turns around to be met with a big dropkick from Rob Diamond. Gjenrei stumbles back, but catches hold of the ropes, keeping his balance. Rob Diamond hits Gjenrei with another drop kick sending him over the top rope. Rob Diamond turns his attention to Gjenrei , who charges, looking for a lariat clothesline. Rob Diamond barely ducks the shot. Gjenrei turns around and is met with a sharp kick to the gut. Rob Diamond lifts Gjenrei in a suplex. He turns, moving towards the crowd barricade. }Trent Helms: Gjenrei is in a bad place right now. { Rob Diamond drops Gjenrei across the barrier. Gjenrei 's back bounce off the barrier, and he rolls to the floor on the side with the crowd. Rob Diamond smirks and turns his attention to Cable Arcane who came back. He approaches Cable Arcane, who springs to his feet, blasting Rob Diamond across the face with a trash can lid. }Trent Helms: OUT OF NOWHERE! { Cable Arcane digs under the ring again, pulling out a table. He sets it up, next to the ring. He lifts Rob Diamond to his feet, and rolls him onto the table. Cable Arcane lays a heavy smack across Rob Diamond's chest, then moves to the barricade, jumping on top of it. }Trent Helms: He's got the table resting between the ring and the barrier...not really sure what Cable Arcane is planning here. { Cable Arcane turns his back to Rob Diamond, looking behind him. Lucas Jamnes slowly stands, and spots Cable Arcane on top of the barricade. Cable Arcane kicks Lucas James away, and glances over his shoulder at Rob Diamond. He turns his attention back to Lucas James, who moves back to the barrier. Cable Arcane shakes his head, and motions for people to move out of the way. The crowd parts slightly, and Cable Arcane leaps from the barricade, taking Lucas James down with a crossbody and sending both men crashing through the first two rows of chairs. }Terri Morasco: WOW! Trent Helms: BOTH men sent flying through the chairs! { Rob Diamond slowly rolls off the table, looking at the carnage on the other side of the crowd barrier. He looks from Cable Arcane and Lucas James on the outside, to Gjenrei and Spike Kane battling it out on the other side. }Trent Helms: Cable Arcane and Lucas James took themselves out! Nobody is there to stop Rob Diamond from getting into the ring! { Cable Arcane slowly stands, shoving a chair off of him. He spots Rob Diamond making his climb. Cable Arcane sends a sharp kick to Lucas James' gut, then runs towards the barrer. In one move, he leaps to the barricade, then jumps to the top rope, grabbing hold of it, and climbing up next to Rob Diamond. }Trent Helms: Some great agility shown by Cable Arcane, and now- { Cable Arcane wraps his leg around Rob Diamond and falls back with a Russian legsweep. The two men fall from the top rope, crushing the table below. }Terri Morasco: DAMN! Trent Helms: - Through the table! { Cable Arcane and Rob Diamond lie in the broken table, while Lucas James stirs on the outside. Slowly, Lucas James gets to his feet, stretching out his back, groaning. He moves towards the barricade, and slowly climbs over it, back into the main arena. He grabs the trash can lid from earlier, and moves towards Cable Arcane and Rob Diamond. He brings it down, smashing Rob Diamond in the face with it. He lifts Cable Arcane out of the wreck, and onto his shoulders. He charges towards the ring stairs, driving Cable Arcane's face into the steps Cable Arcane rolls to the arena floor, his face busted open. Lucas James turns around to see Spike Kane charging. He ducks the shot, launching Spike Kane off his feet with a back body drop. }Trent Helms: This is just oughtright carnage, I don’t have the word to describe this… other than awesome. Vasco Dias: This isn’t wrestling, it is just a bar fight. Terri Morasco: I can barely keep a track of what is going on here… { Lucas begins to boast, not realising that Rob has managed to shake off the effects of the trash can lid and has rushed into the ring. As Lucas turns around he is unfortunate enough to walk right into a Diamond Cutter sending him crashing to the mat where he bounces up and onto his back. Rob is quick to go for the cover as Spike is now up and circling his best friend waiting for any vultures.
1….
Cable suddenly comes flying back in down the ramp but Spike hits him with a dropkick.
2….
Roman tries to make a save but he is struck with a Thunderstruck!
……..3!!!!
InFamous pick up a quick victory here tonight with their well oiled machine. }Alison Valance: And here are your winners, InFamous!!!! Terri Morasco: Well this one ended pretty quickly but it was a good insight into our tag division, the no DQ chaos stopped too many guys being able to concentrate solely on the ring. Trent Helms: Sometimes the best things in life are short and sweet. Vasco Dias: Ok that one is just waaaaaay too easy. { Spike and Rob high five eachother before quickly exiting the ring as Gjenrei comes barrelling in to chase them off as they laugh at masked man who, despite being unable to see his face, is clearly unimpressed by the result as Sacrifice goes to a commercial break. }----------------------------------------------------------
SEGMENT ”Heavyweight Division”
---------------------------------------------------------- { Backstage, we find the Imperial Wrestling cameras outside of a door marked "Will Washington: President of Heavyweights Division". After a quick knock, we head inside and see Will Washington sitting with his feet up on his desk, talking on his phone. As he spies the cameras, Washington gives us the 'one moment' gesture, and finishes up his call. After putting down his phone and adjusting his tie, Will speaks to the cameras. }Will Washington: "Can you believe it? Will Washington in an office job. Fitting that the President of Wrestling would have his own 'Oval Office'. I never thought I'd see the day, and I'm sure you didn't either. With this job comes a great responsibility.... a responsibility to not only do the best job possible for my career, and for the wrestlers that come through these doors, but also for you fans. We here at Imperial strive to give you the best wrestling action around, and each division is entrusted to deliver that. So I find myself in charge of the greatest, most prestigious division of all the divisions: the Heavyweights Division." { He takes his feet down off of his desk and leans on his desk, gesticulating his speech with his hands. }Will Washington: "Every division has something different to offer to you fans, but be assured that the Heavyweights Division will provide you with the hardest-hitting matches, the toughest competitors, and the greatest wrestling on the planet. I'm working all the time to bring in the hottest new talent, as well as some of the biggest names from NCW's past." { He leans forward towards the camera as it zooms in closer. }Will Washington: "So everyone's been asking me what could I possibly have planned to celebrate the launching of the best division in wrestling... what is Will Washington going to do to crown our prestigious first champion? Well fans... I plan to celebrate the past, present, and future of Imperial Wrestling. I'm putting together a match that perfectly blends what you've loved in the past with what you can expect in the future. Which is why at our first live Pay-Per-View, you'll see five of the greatest Heavyweights in the world duking it out for the right to be the first Imperial Wrestling Heavyweight Champion.... in a Championship Scramble Match!" { He takes a moment to let that sink in. }Will Washington: "The competitors will be revealed next week, live on Sacrifice.... and you had best believe we've got the cream of the crop lining up for this incredible opportunity... but only five will get the chance of a lifetime." { He leans back. }Will Washington: "And to all of the boys in the back; just remember this: there can only be one inaugural champion. Your name will go down in history, and your legacy will live forever. Good luck, and thank you for your time." { Will Washington grabs his phone and begins to dial a number as he zoom back out of his office and fade to the next event. }----------------------------------------------------------
SEGMENT ”New Start”
---------------------------------------------------------- { After the last match's conclusion, the scene shifts to the backstage area of the United Center where Simon de Montfort is seen talking to someone off camera. }Simon de Montfort: I'll be honest here, I was very glad when I heard we were able to sign you on. I've seen your true potential since day one and I don't think you were every truly fulfilled it over in NCW. But here, it's all a new beginning. You have the ability to create a new life and new career for yourself. Don't you like the sound of that? { The camera slowly expands out to show the other person, who is none other than The American Dream himself, Joe Everyman. The crowd goes ecstatic as he is shown on camera, wearing his brand new IWF sponsored Everyman t-shirt. }Joe Everyman: Thank you Mr. Montfort. Uh... Mr. de Montfort. ...um... Simon! And yes, I love the sound of that. I've needed a fresh start for a few years now, and now's finally the time. Simon de Montfort: Then let me ask you. What is your big plan with your new start? { Joe gets a smirk on his face before smiling and answering his question. }Joe Everyman: Whether it's the old or the new, the goal stays the same. It's World Championship or bust for me. Simon de Montfort: Maybe we'll see you in that picture soon, if you work hard enough. Joe Everyman: Believe me, I will. { Joe then turns towards the camera with an extremely confident look upon his face. }Joe Everyman: From this point forward, every single one of you are on notice. I won't be kicked around and bullied like I have been in the past. IWF will soon be the staging ground for the greatest chapter in my entire career. I'm coming for the World Championship. Welcome to the new age. { Joe turns towards Simon as they shake hands briefly before Joe walks off camera. Simon crosses his arms and nods as the scene fades to black. }

MATCH FIVE WAY DIAMOND'S BATTLE ROYALE Eternity vs Ryleigh Knite vs Alysson Gardner vs Alexis Morrison vs Kate Steele
---------------------------------------------------------- Terri Morasco: Welcome back to Sacrifice, just in time for a little five way Diamond action! Trent Helms: My only experience in five ways is not suitable for broadcast but for some strange reason, I feel oddly supportive of Ryleigh Knite. Vasco Dias: I am hoping for a good old fashion technical masterclass from these ladies, flip flop artists needs not apply. { The camera pans to the ring where Alison Valance is stood with a microphone gripped in one hand. }Alison Valance: The following match is a five-way Diamond’s battle royale! The rules are as follows, a Diamond may be eliminated from the match by being thrown over the top rope and only when both of their feet touch the ground. The last woman standing will be declared the winner. {"Off with her Head" by Icon For Hire begins to blare as the arena lights dim down and the strobe lights begin to flash. Ryleigh steps out of the darkness and throws her hand up into the air and pyros blast off and the lights turn back on. Ryleigh walks to the ring, pointing at the fans and playing to the crowd before sliding in and waiting for the match to begin.}Alison Valance: Introducing first, weighing in at 125 lbs and hailing from Dallas, Texas…from the…erm, future…, Ryleigh Kniiiittttteeeee! Trent Helms: At least that shifty bloke isn’t hanging around with Ryleigh…but I could have sworn last time I saw her she was in diapers. Vasco Dias: You’re getting old Trent, people age. Trent Helms: I noticed. Terri Morasco: I am very excited to see this young lady’s debut, the name Knite is synonymous with success. { The first chords for "The Pretender" hit the PA, as images of Alysson in action are shown in slow-motion in the titantron. When the drums kick in, the tron starts flashing slices of action in an incredible speed, as Alysson shows atop the entrance ramp with her motorcycle, forcing the engine so to make a loud roar noise as the crowd cheers on. After that, she jumps off the bike and removes her helmet, looking over the crowd, before throwing up the horns, making an X with her arms. After that, the Big Red rushes down to the ring, sliding in and showing off for the crowd, throwing more cross-arm horns. }Alison Valance: And her opponent, weighing in at 149lbs and hailing from New York City, Alysson Gaaaaarrrrrddddddnnnneeeerrrrrrr! Terri Morasco: Talk about heavy hitters, this lady comes with an impressive pedigree, she has to be the favourite here. Trent Helms: If Spike hasn’t sapped away her happiness sure, the man’s an emotional vampire. Vasco Dias: Alysson gets things done from the top rope… I cannot condone this sort of reckless behaviour, when’s she going to lock in a bear hug? { “Monster by Paramore” begins to blast all over the speakers. As it does so we are able to see Kate Steele-Warren emerges on the entrance ramp. She has her guitar proudly in her hand and she begins to strum away at it to the loud applause from the fans. She isn’t alone as husband and manager “Sexy Teddy” Todd Warren is right beside her. Kate smirks as she walks down the aisle and she drops down onto the ground and immediately goes into a wicked rift as she plays away at her electric guitar. Kate gets up and she begins to move her head back and forth rocking out. She smirks as she claps the hands of the screaming fans. She hands her guitar over to Todd before she slides into the ring. She quickly ascends to the top ropes giving the devil horns before umping off the ropes backwards. She runs to the ropes and stands on them raising one hand in the air as she waits in anticipation for the match to begin. }Alison Valance: And their opponent, weighing in at 110ls and hailing from Berkshire, England, Kate Steeeeelllllleeeeee! Trent Helms: Two coppertops in one match, this could get confusing. Vasco Dias: Are they incapable of distinguishing shades of colour on whatever planet you come from? Terri Morasco: This young lady seems full of energy, will she be able to utilise that bubbling enthusiasm to out-manoeuvre her opponents? { "All Eyes On Me" by Voice Of Destiny plays over the sound system as the light scopes sync to the beat of the bass. Alexis emerges from the back wearing her usual attire and walks down to the ring with a smirk slowly forming, she slides her hand through her locks and climbs up onto the apron and enters the IWF ring, where she goes to the far corner and props herself against it. }Alison Valance: And their opponent, weighing in at 125lbs and hailing from Santa Monica, California, Alexis Mooorrrrrriiisssssoooonnnnn! Terri Morasco: Alexis is a familiar face to those of you who paid attention to her brief spell in NCW, I’d like to see her around for much longer in IWF. Vasco Dias: Are all these women just a bundle of happy go lucky jumping jacks? Trent Helms: Are you going to burst a blood vessel if you see an armbar? { The lights in the arena go down to a blue hue and purple smoke begins to fill the entrance way as the banging drums of "Apex Predator" by Otep resound throughout the arena, the sirens and the lyrics introduce Eternity to the audience and as the adults boo, the children seem to fear the shadowy woman who is wearing a black hat and a veil with her head bowed as she walks down the ramp. She stops in the middle of the ramp and takes a bow, taking her veiled black hat off and posing with it in her outstretched arms. This gesture seems to trigger a change in the lights as they are now raised and she continues her journey down the ramp, carrying her hat in her right hand accompanied by the chorus. She slides under the bottom rope into the ring an when she reaches the centre, she transitions into a slight skip and then the splits where she ends her entrance by putting her hat back on her head and tilting it slightly forward so it obscures her face. } Alison Valance: And finally, their opponent, weighing in at 137lbs and hailing from Parts Unknown, Eeeeeetttttteeeeerrrrnnnniiiitttttyyyyyy! Trent Helms: Did it just get cold in here? Vasco Dias: I’ve heard this girls likes to lock you in a world of hurt until you pass out, I’m rooting for her. Terri Morasco: An eerie entrance by the woman who calls herself “Sister Sorrow”, hopefully she emptied her pockets of earthworms before heading on down here. { The referee calls for the bell and we get this match underway as Ryleigh Knite aims immediately for Kate Steele, planting an elbow into the side of her face as Alexis Morrison and Alysson Gardner lock up and begin pushing back and forth trying to gain the advantage. Alexis eventually has enough and kicks Alysson in the gut as Kate tries to defend a series of elbows from Ryleigh, to little avail. Amidst the chaos, however, is the somewhat innocent yet devilishly inquisitive Eternity who, upon hearing the bell, has sat in the middle of the ring, legs crossed and head tilted, almost as if she was watching the action with the attentive energy of a child. The other girls, however, continue their individual battles as Ryleigh plants a sickening shining enziguri around Kate’s skull which sends the young rock star crashing face first into the mat as Alexis pushes the much stronger Alysson into the corner and in an attempt to gain an upper hand she begins planting kicks and punches into Gardner. }Terri Morasco: Smart plan to take out Alysson, she has a bunch of experience and she will be a big threat in this encounter. Trent Helms: She is in a relationship with the most boring man in the world, even being punched in the face will be more exciting. Vasco Dias: Kate’s face may be on backwards after that kick, I’m not sure what Eternity’s game plan is though… { Picking herself up Ryleigh looks down at Kate, satisfied that she will be grounded for some time and, with little desire to lift dead weight for elimination, she turns and heads for Eternity, but stops dead in her tracks as she is caught by surprise by the surreal site of the Eternity settled delicately in the centre of the ring, looking up at her curiously. Scratching her head Ryleigh stands with her hands on her hips, shaking her head as she decides to move over towards Alexis, joining in on the steady flow of strikes to Alysson, realising that team work on the more powerful Gardner is a good strategy. }Vasco Dias: Looks like even Ryleigh has found somebody weirder than her. Trent Helms: Smart plan to keep Alysson down, she could cause some big damage if they don’t keep an eye on her. Terri Morasco: It’s been a good start for Alexis and Ryleigh, but how long will this team work really last? { Ryleigh and Alexis continue to pummel Alysson in the corner before suddenly Ryleigh grabs Alexis and pulls her into a short arm clothesline to take advantage of her distraction whilst Kate and Alysson are down and Eternity continue to watch from the middle of the ring. Ryleigh lifts Alexis up and drops her back down with a DDT before locking in a sleeper hold as she assesses her next move, looking back at Eternity cautiously who has sat up a little, her head still tilted as she watches from afar, unnerving Ryleigh slightly. She begins to shout “What is your problem at Eternity!?”, although with a few more expletives but she should have spent more time paying attention to Kate who has got back to her feet as she comes flying in with a dropkick to the face which takes Ryleigh by complete surprise. }Terri Morasco: Ouch, took her eye off the game for a little too long there. Trent Helms: You gotta keep your focus in this sort of match, my girl needs to learn… Vasco Dias: Your girl? What do you mean? Trent Helms: None of your business primate. { Kate picks Alexis up and plants her back down with a suplex as she takes advantage of Ryleigh’s hard work, who is still a little dazed by the blow to the face. As Alysson is recovering and Kate begins to plant a few fists into Alexis’ skull Eternity finally gets to her feet, her hands clasped behind her back as she skips towards Ryleigh, tilting her head curiously again as she stares down at her. Then, suddenly, she leans down and holds one of her hands over Ryleigh’s head just as she begins to realise that Eternity is literally inches away and with a swift movement she opens her fingers and a pile of earth and worms falls onto Ryleigh’s head causing her to scream and brush her hands over her head frantically as Eternity stands back up giggling. }Vasco Dias: What the hell is wrong with this woman? Trent Helms: Did Eternity just bury Ryleigh? I thought I was the only one to have any dirt on a Knite. Terri Morasco: I think it’s a nod to her reference of Ryleigh’s lineage being the foundation of NCW for so many years guys, way to pay attention. { Kate spots that Eternity has her attention entirely affixed on Ryleigh, who is still disgusted by the worms, and she charges at her hoping to knock her over the top rope but as she collides with Eternity she only manages to knock her into the ropes which sends her propelling back into Kate herself, knocking both women flat. Ryleigh senses this is her opportunity to get out of danger as she scampers across to one corner to regroup whilst Alysson pulls herself to her feet and immediately guns down Alexis who had stuck it to her earlier. }Terri Morasco: Looks like Alysson hasn’t forgiven Alexis for her earlier beatdown. Trent Helms: Would you? Terri Morasco: Probably not. Vasco Dias: This match needs some bear hugs and arm bars. { Alysson lifts Alexis up and grabs her by the hair before slapping her across the face and dropping her with a body slam, planting a few boots into her torso as she is on the floor. Kate slowly comes to her senses as Eternity has managed to get on her knees and she leaps forward to try and get on top of Eternity but the latter manages to fight her off, both of them eventually get to their feet and as Kat charges for a third time at Eternity she is flipped up over her shoulder, landing on her back just by the ropes. Meanwhile Alysson continues to lay boot after boot into Alexis, eventually having to be prized off of her by the referee who warns her about going too far. }Terri Morasco: Alysson needs to keep a level head here, there’s a lot of wrestling to go, she doesn’t want to be disqualified. Trent Helms: She just needs a little excitement in her life. Vasco Dias: I am just glad she has hopped around the ring like you yet Helms. { Eternity stares down at Kate but her previous innocent calm has been replaced by a pure rage as she screams at Kate before ripping her off the mat by her hair before almost snapping her head off with a vicious neckbreaker followed quickly by a further painful yank to her feet where drops Kate with a snap suplex. Alysson lifts Alexis up and nods at Eternity and seemingly the pair are on the same wavelength all of a sudden as they pick up their current victims and whip them towards one another, causing Alexis and Kate to collide heavily and hit the mat hard. }Trent Helms: *putting on sunglasses before suddenly removing them again* Looks like these two ladies had a….coming together… Vasco Dias: Did you just Horatio us? Terri Morasco: But can these two co-exist for a while for mutual benefit? { The shortlived union comes quickly to a close however as Alysson drops Eternity with a clothesline as Rayleigh suddenly rejoins the action, saying something to Alysson as the two lift Eternity up and hit her with a two-person suplex which lays her out on the mat before she hits Alysson from behind with a clothesline to the back of the head, severing another union before it ever really begun. Spotting her opportunity Ryleigh walks over to Kate lifts her to her feet and plants a side slam on her before lifting Alexis up and putting her further out of commission with a flip over DDT, placing herself firmly in the ascension. }Terri Morasco: Seems like my previous question was swiftly answered, everybody seems to want to have the glory for themselves. Vasco Dias: Ryleigh just took out two girls at once, impressive. Sort of. Trent Helms: What more do you want exactly Dias? { Deciding that now is the moment to attempt an elimination Ryleigh lifts up Kate and wraps her two arms over the top rope before taking a few steps back before charging and hitting a running dropkick to the jaw of Kate who is sent barrelling over the top rope but as she does she manages to cling on desperately to the middle rope, meaning neither of her feet hit the floor. Ryleigh spots this and immediately goes to grab Kate as the she manages to get to her feet on the dangerous side of the ropes as she tries desperately to stop Ryleigh dispatching her from the match. Elsewhere Alysson is back on her feet and furious with Ryleigh and she goes charging after her but as she goes into the back of Ryleigh the momentum pushes into Kate who goes flying from apron and onto the mats below, eliminating her from the match. }Terri Morasco: Looks like despite a valiant attempt it is Kate Steele who is the first lady to be eliminate from this match. Vasco Dias: Thems the breaks, somebody has to be the first, wrestling isn’t fair. Trent Helms: I am sure she’ll bounce back, like Britney did after her…episode. { Alysson grabs Ryleigh from behind and launches her over her head with a released german suplex leaving Ryleigh in a heap but as she turns to go and take advantage Eternity launches through the air with a leaping clothesline which knocks Gardener down on to the mat, but she leaps back up only to be knocked flat with a dropkick to the face. Eternity lifts up Alysson and whips her into the corner, following her swiftly with a spear to the midriff as a recovered Alexis swiftly follows with a splash which rocks Alysson who didn’t expect a second hit, sending her to the floor but as Alexis begins to celebrate Eternity starts to grin, lunging forward and grabbing Morrison before tossing her over the top rope, leaning over and waving goodbye as she giggles to herself again. }Vasco Dias: Well that escalated pretty quickly, we have our second elimination! Terri Morasco: Such a shame for Alexis, but you have to keep your eyes on everyone in this environment, like Kate I am sure there’s more to see from this young girl. Trent Helms: Seeing Alexis sweaty and on her knees on the mat reminds me of why I love wrestling. Terri Morasco: Classy, Trent, real classy. { Eternity turns around and then keeps looking between Alysson and Ryleigh, trying to decide which woman to go after next but before she makes her descision she sees that Ryleigh has got back to her feet and gone straight after Alysson herself, landing a few boots into her in vengeance for the earlier assault which took out Kate. Once satisfied she turns around and stares daggers at Eternity and races at her, the pair quickly locking up with Ryleigh eventually getting her foe in a side headlock but Eternity manages to push her offer but Ryleigh turns and attempts a enziguri immediately but Eternity ducks in a good exchange where neither girl has got the upper hand as Eternity immediately tries to grab Ryleighs feet to lock in a submission but eats a boor to her face for her troubles. }Terri Morasco: Great exchange between these two, who is going to come out on top? Vasco Dias: Eternity, obviously, seen as she is a proper wrestler. Trent Helms: Ryleigh! Vasco Dias: Eternity! Trent Helms: Ryleigh! Terri Morasco: Jesus…. { Whilst the pair have sparred Alysson had managed to recover a little and as they both stand up and turn they eat a double flying clothesline from Alysson who takes their heads off as the crowd applaud the move. She gets up and leaps in the air and hits a double jumping elbow drop on both girls as she is clearly getting pumped up. Lifting Eternity up she whips her into the corner before lifting Ryleigh up too and whipping her into the same corner. Pumping herself up Alysson charges at them both with a leaping splash which crunches both girls together in the corner as Ryleigh staggers out into a jumping spinning kick as Eternity then follows only to eat a leaping drop kick from Gardner who is on fire here. }Vasco Dias: What the hell is this, the circus? Terri Morasco: What a great series of moves from Alysson who is suddenly well in control of this one out of nowhere. Trent Helms: I thought I would have taught Ryleigh better than this… Terri Morasco: What? { Alysson yanks Eternity up and whips her against the ropes before dropping her with a spinning elbow and as she spots Ryleigh get to her feet she goes to a clothesline but Knite ducks, turning round and kicking Alysson in the knee which send her down to one leg before Knite leaps up and strikes her in the skull with a leaping knee to the back of her head. Alysson hits the mat hard as Ryleigh spins through the air to strike Eternity with her heels to send her back down and suddenly the tide has shifted once again this time in Ryleighs favour as she takes charge of this one. }Trent Helms: Now that is more like it. Vasco Dias: Taking credit for other people’s work again, Helms? Terri Morasco: I really can’t call this one, it is so even between these ladies anyone of them could feasibly pick something up . { Ryleigh lifts Alysson back up and starts to throw a few punches her way before hitting her with a single arm DDT then lifting her back up leaving her staggering. She spots Eternity lifting herself back up and delivering a spinning kick to the gut which sends Alysson barrelling backwards towards Eternity but instead of the pair tumbling into one another Etenity, in a split second, manages to wrap herself around Gardner with the Devil’s Star (Octopus Stretch)! Ryleigh just stands back and watches Eternity begins to yank and pull at Alysson who tries desperately to struggle out of the manoeuvre. }Terri Morasco: Such quick thinking by Eternity to lock that in. Trent Helms: Yeah, but Alysson can’t tap out of this match, it is pointless. Vasco Dias: Such a majestic hold is NEVER pointless, Helms, see this is why you weren’t a success. { Eternity continues to yank and pull and Ryleigh, seeing an opportunity, jumps up and hits Alysson with a drop kick which sends both her and Eternity crashing to the mat, the former landing on the latter with a sickening thud. Ryleigh then uses the opportunity to hit a leaping frog splash on the tangled carnage beneath her which squashes Gardner back into Eternity again, taking the wind out of both ladies, but Ryleigh has also taken a bit of punishment herself as she grasps at her rib cage, rolling away from the other two women to take a little time to recover from the collision. }Vasco Dias: See why high flying nonsense is ineffective? You end up hurting yourself just as much. Trent Helms: Yeah but people pay to watch it, instead of fall asleep watching it. Terri Morasco: No girl is able to get in the ascendancy here, who can recover and seize this one by the horns? All finely in the balance! { Suddenly as the girls are all laid out there is a commotion in the crowd and Trent begins to look a little nervous. }Vasco Dias: What the hell is your problem? Trent Helms: I have… erm, a rash…excuse me. Terri Morasco: Trent? { Suddenly Trent throws off his headset and rushes away from ringside leaving the others completely confused, suddenly turning to look at the commotion in the crowd as after a few minutes the “future” Trent Helms emerges at ringside. Ryleigh gets to her feet but Alysson, the less worse off of the two who were just taken out is also back to her feet and as Ryleigh’s attention is fixed on Trent for a second or two Gardner sneaks up, grabs Ryleigh by her tights and hoists her over the top rope where she hits the mat with a slap. Gardner smiles down at Ryleigh who looks up at her furiously, only to hear Trent say “no…come, you knew this would happen, the time will come” which seemingly calms her down. Ryleigh picks herself up, smiling knowingly at Alysson before hopping over the barricades to join Trent as the pair disappear into the crowd. A few minutes pass as Gardner begins to stomp on Eternity as Trent re-emerges at the commentary booth, sitting back down. }Trent Helms: Sorry about that guys, what did I miss? Hey…where’d Ryleigh go? Vasco Dias: With you, you psychopath. Trent Helms: Shut up, I was applying ointment. Terri Morasco: …surreal scenes here, but let’s get back in there, it’s Alysson and Eternity left! { Alysson continues to stomp at Eternity but the plucky newcomer suddenly flies up in a rage, tackling Gardner to the ground, laying fist after fist into her temple, screaming incoherently and taking Alysson by complete surprise. The referee has to pull Eternity off, who flails her arms around wildly clearly incensed before she is finally held in the corner and told to calm down by the referee who is taken aback by the sudden outburst of intense violence by the young woman. }Vasco Dias: Another one with a screw loose. Terri Morasco: Eternity just exploded in a fit of rage but ironically it got her back into this match! Trent Helms: Bitches be crazy. { Eternity finally begins to settle down and as the referee lets her go this seems to have been a ploy as she goes straight back after Alysson who, in complete desperation, uses her super strength to lift Eternity up over her shoulder, slamming her down a huge thud which takes the wind completely out of her as the crowd let’s out and “ohhhhh” in painful recognition. Eternity cumrples in a heap and starts clutching her ribs clearly in pain as Gardner does her best to re-group with the time she has bought herself to escape the assault she was at the receiving end of. }Terri Morasco: This is a pivotal moment in this match, who is going to capitalise? Vasco Dias: We can all pray it is Etenity. Trent Helms: That itch is really bad… honestly guys… { Eternity tries to get up as Gardner leans on the ropes to get her breathe back, but the pain makes this difficult as she struggles to finally get back to her feet. The rage, however, has failed to subside and as the white light takes over she charges once more at her opponent who is keeled over taking deep breaths and not entirely aware. Eternity grows closer and closer until she is just inches away and spotting her at the last second Gardner does the best that she can and just drops, grabbing the top rope as she goes. Eternity’s momentum is way too strong to stop her from barrelling over the top rope as she plummets to the mat beneath. Alysson Gardner has picked up her first win in IWF! }Alison Valance: And here is your winner, Alysson Gardnerrrrrrrr! Terri Morasco: Looks like Eternity’s temper got the better of her, one of the favourites, however, has picked up a win here tonight and congratulation to her! Vasco Dias: A victory for high flying “wrestling”, a sad day for the rest of us. Trent Helms: Enjoy the happiness whilst you can Alysson, you have to go home to Spike… { “The Pretender” begins to play out of the sound system as Alysson celebrates with glee, clearly delighted to have picked up the victory here tonight as she basks in her glory. Eternity slowly slinks out of shot as the winner continues her celebrations and we cut to a commercial break. }----------------------------------------------------------
SEGMENT "But Father…"
---------------------------------------------------------- { We return to Monday Night Sacrifice and immediately head backstage as we see the CEO Simon de Montfort walking down a corridor when suddenly his son, Bernard, comes hurtling down after him, calling out loudly. }Bernard de Montfort: Father! { Simon stops, closing his eyes with dread, letting out a silent sigh. }Simon de Montfort: What do you want, Bernard? I am a busy man, this is a very important evening. If this is about… Bernard de Montfort: Verona. Simon de Montfort: Yes… I told you before, Bernard, the matter is closed. Bernard de Montfort: But father, he disrespected you… { Simon lets out a laugh, tinged with derision. }Simon de Montfort: By simply trying to fight for what he felt he earned? Oh, Bernard, you need to learn what a slight truly is, the man wanted his place at the table, any businessman would do the same. Bernard de Montfort: But you always destroyed the others. Simon de Montfort: I never respected the others. Listen to me, you stay away from Roberto Verona, you hear me boy? Bernard de Montfort: But… Simon de Montfort: This isn’t a request! You will not defy me again, Bernard. Roberto Verona is no longer your concern. { Bernard looks down, furious and dejected. Simon shakes his head, placing a hand on his shoulder. }Simon de Montfort: Please, do not make my first night a difficult one. { Simon turns and walks away down the corridor but as Bernard looks up it is clear that he is still furious, quickly turning and storming down the opposite way speaking to himself. }----------------------------------------------------------
MATCH FOUR WAY SUBMISSION MATCH Andrew Jacobsen vs Daniel Constantine vs Seth Evans vs Buddy Drifter
---------------------------------------------------------- {The sounds of “New Divide“ by Linkin Park blast over the speakers as blue light flicker throughout the arena. Through the curtains come a man wearing black and gold wrestling tights and black wrestling boots. He stands at the top of the entrance way with a smile on the face of Buddy Drifter, “The Chosen One.”}Alison Valance: The following contest is a Fatal Four-Way Submission Match! Introducing first, from Dallas, Texas, weighing 192 pounds, he is the Chosen One, Buddy Drifter! Trent Helms: I’ve heard a lot of guys call themselves the Chosen One, and this guy’s not sticking out. Still, he’s been around for a while and his back hasn’t been snapped yet, so who knows? Vasco Dias: Buddy Drifter’s a veteran journeyman with a very high-impact, high-risk style. A lot like you, Trent, but without the ridiculous hair. Trent Helms: Oh, so he’s ripping me off. That makes more sense. {Buddy Drifter makes his way straight towards the ring. Buddy walks up the steel steps and goes through the ropes before grasping the ring ropes, pulling himself up to the top as he raises his hands towards the waiting fans. He leaps down, ready for action as he awaits for the ring bell to hit. The lights go out with a quick flicker throughout the entire arena, but almost immediately the guitar riff for "Blow Me Away" begins to blare through the audio system and blue strobe lights begin flickering to the queue of the music before a light blue spotlight shines directly onto the stage and Seth Evans is standing in the center of it, a smile on his face, and a fire in his eyes.}Alison Valance: Next, from Miami, Florida, weighing 235 pounds, he is the Guardian, Seth Evans! Terri Morasco: Ladies and gentlemen, we’ve got more exciting IWF action, right after this break! {COMMERCIAL BREAK}{As we come back, Seth is in the ring, dropping down from the turnbuckle. He turns to face the entrance, cracking his neck. The lights in the arena go out and "Sunrise in Eden" by Edenbridge begins to play over the speakers. The darkness is cut off when the screen flickers to life and displays a pale white cross. As the opening notes of the song start to fade two spotlights suddenly converge onto a single point on the stage. Standing there is Daniel Constantine, his arms extended straight out to each side and his head bowed in emulation of the crucifixion pose.}Alison Valance: Introducing next, from Parts Unknown, weighing 245 pounds, he is the Seraph, Daniel Constantine! Vasco Dias: Welcome back to Monday Night Sacrifice, everyone! We saw the entrance of Seth Evans during the commercial break, and despite my broadcast partner’s insistence, I can assure everyone watching that he is a real member of the roster. As is this man, Daniel Constantine. Constantine claims to be an agent of God’s will, but will that lend him success in the ring? Trent Helms: Hey, I’m sorry. I just don’t know who the guy is. Now Daniel Constantine, this guy’s a bruising monster if I ever saw one. That Japanese strong-style training is going to be invaluable in wearing his opponents down before getting the tapout. {After a few moments, The Seraph opens his eyes and slowly walks to the ring without so much as glancing at the crowd. Once in the ring, he proceeds straight to a neutral corner and kneels once again, as if mentally preparing himself for what is ahead of him. After another quick prayer, he quickly removes his trench coat and calmly removes the silver cross from his neck. He then kisses the cross and calmly lays it in the corner, now prepared for battle. As his music fades, the opening riff of "Unbreakable" plays, sending the crowd into a frenzy, and the drums kick in as Andrew Jacobsen comes striding out onto the ramp. He takes a few steps forward, looking to either side with a wide grin on his face. Andrew looks dead ahead at the ring, cracking his neck, and throws his arms out and head back as a burst of red and green pyro goes off behind him.}Alison Valance: And introducing their opponent, from Minneapolis, Minnesota, weighing 235 pounds, he is the North Star, Andrew Jacobsen! Terri Morasco: Andrew Jacobsen is without a doubt a talented technical wrestler, and this sort of match seems like the kind of environment where he could put in a tremendous performance. Trent, you’ve wrestled Andrew before. What’s he like in the ring? Trent Helms: He’s got a lot of submission holds in his bag of tricks. Me, I think they’re boring to watch, but they hurt like hell, especially when someone like Jacobsen’s applying them. {Jacobsen walks down the ramp, high-fiving fans as he walks, and pulls himself up onto the apron. He climbs through the second rope and walks to a corner, checking his gloves as he waits for the match to start. All four men exchange uneasy glances, except for Constantine, who dispassionately regards the others.}Vasco Dias: Referee Nico Vasquez checking each man for objects, doesn’t seem to find any, so here we go! {The bell rings, and immediately the four men pair off, Jacobsen with Constantine and Evans with Drifter. Jacobsen locks up with the Seraph, Daniel using his size advantage to grind down Andrew while they jockey for position. Evans quickly secures the smaller Drifter in a side headlock, cranking on the hold. Drifter struggles against the hold, digging in, and backs up to the ropes, shooting Evans off. He drops down as Seth crosses the ring, leapfrogging him on the return, and delivers a crisp arm drag, sending Seth across the ring as the audience applauds. Drifter acknowledges them, and Evans smirks, nodding to his opponent.}Terri Morasco: An acknowledgement from Seth Evans of Buddy Drifter’s skill, as the veteran quickly escapes that side headlock. Trent Helms: A nobody acknowledging a ripoff artist. Yawn. Vasco Dias: Not everything is about you, you know. {Constantine, meanwhile, has twisted Jacobsen into a standing armbar. Andrew struggles against the hold, fighting to gain a bit of leverage, and Constantine uses this opportunity to volley a series of kicks into his ribs. Jacobsen clutches them with his free hand, wincing, and Constantine finishes the series with a vicious armwringer takedown. Andrew hits the canvas, holding his entire left side, and Daniel adds the punctuation with a big kick to the face to flatten out Jacobsen. He patiently stalks Andrew, beckoning for him to get up as the North Star stirs, trying to recover.}Vasco Dias: There’s that vicious, methodical attack of Daniel Constantine. Very brutal. I like it! Trent Helms: Now that’s what I’m talking about! Kick him some more! Maybe a bit of personality will come out! Terri Morasco: This is going to be miserable, I can just tell… {Jacobsen gets to his knees, and Constantine charges, looking for a Yakuza kick. However, Andrew catches his leg under an arm, smirking, and spins Constantine over into a dragon screw legwhip! He immediately continues his momentum by rolling to his feet and hitting the ropes. Andrew comes off with a snap elbow drop to the sternum, causing Constantine to clutch his gut as he doubles over.}Vasco Dias: Great technical acumen there by Andrew Jacobsen, countering out of that running Yakuza kick with that legwhip. Tell me he’s boring now, Trent. Trent Helms: He. Is. BORING. Guy’s a cardboard cutout! Terri Morasco: Can we focus on the match, gentlemen? {Drifter and Evans are exchanging holds on the other side of the ring, and Seth gets into a rear waistlock. He squeezes on the hold a bit before delivering a belly to back takedown. Evans floats over into a grounded front facelock and guides Buddy off the mat, using his superior size to keep his opponent from getting much in the way of leverage going. Seth hooks Buddy’s arm over his neck and delivers a snap suplex, driving Drifter hard into the canvas back-first. Seth gets to his feet and points to the grounded Drifter, a grin on his face. He runs to the corner, climbing up the turnbuckles and sighting Drifter with his hands before leaping off and crushing him with the Wingman shooting star press! Evans holds his chest as Buddy thrashes on the mat!}Trent Helms: Whatever his name is with a move I invented in 1697, the shooting star press to Buddy Drifter. I did it better, but it looks like it hit its mark. Terri Morasco: It sure did. That sort of high-risk style can really take it out of both men, though, and Seth looks like he’s feeling the aftereffects of that signature move of his right now. {Andrew, not to be outdone, sees this and drags Constantine to a standing position. He rear waistlocks him and brings him over for a picture-perfect German suplex! Andrew keeps the waistlock on, dragging Daniel to his feet, and hauls him over for a second German suplex! He pulls Constantine up for the third suplex, but the Seraph manages to hook one of Jacobsen’s legs, preventing him from being lifted! Andrew tries again, and Daniel fires an elbow behind him into the side of Andrew’s head. His grip loosens slightly, and Constantine volleys off a series of elbows. After the fourth, Andrew lets go, staggering back into the ropes, and Constantine meets him with a boot to the gut. He pulls Andrew in and hooks him up, lifting him into a vertical suplex position and spinning him around to drop him with the Eternus Moestitia right on his skull!}Terri Morasco: Oh! That vicious spinning brainbuster is called the Eternus Moestitia by Constantine, which translates to Eternal Sorrow. I bet Andrew Jacobsen’s feeling pretty sorrowful right now. Vasco Dias: He was looking for a signature move of his own, the triple rolling German suplex combination he calls the Hat Trick, but Constantine had him scouted. Maybe next time Jacobsen will spend more time preparing for his opponents and less time wishing them well. {Evans finally recovers, dragging himself to the ropes and forcing himself to a standing position with them. Drifter does the same on the opposite side of the ring, and both men look to Constantine, who beckons them both in with a confident look on his face. Seth’s the first man to charge, and he’s locked up and thrown overhead with an overhead belly-to-belly suplex for his effort. Drifter’s similarly met with a spinning backfist, and Evans gets onto his feet in time to eat a boot to the gut. Constantine underhooks his arms and lifts him up, delivering a vicious Tiger Driver and planting him back-first!}Terri Morasco: What an agonizing maneuver from Daniel Constantine! He’s really got this match in hand, doesn’t he? Vasco Dias: With an IQ of 182 and the discipline of a Jesuit monk, it’s hard to see a position where he wouldn’t have the advantage in this match. He’s my pick to win, I’m calling it right here. {Drifter gets to his feet, seeing Constantine with his back turned and Andrew standing up, and he drops to a knee, beckoning Jacobsen to turn around. As Andrew rises, he hears the crowd pick up in volume, confused, and when he turns around he’s met with a charging Drifter, who folds him in half with A Crisp Awakening! Drifter jumps to his feet, letting out a victory cry, and looks at the two men on the mat. He points to Jacobsen, shouting for the end, and grabs at Andrew’s leg. However, Jacobsen still seems to have enough in him to kick away at the attempted hold, and he clutches his gut as Drifter stumbles backwards. Constantine charges Drifter and lays him out with a Yakuza kick, the crowd’s cheers morphing into boos as Drifter flips head over heels from the impact!}Trent Helms: Kick him harder! Knock his teeth in! DO IT! FINISH HIM! Terri Morasco: That kick seems to have put Buddy Drifter into another time zone, and it seems to have put my broadcast partner into an altered state. {Constantine reaches down and grabs Drifter’s arm, snapping on a triangle choke! Andrew sees the hold cinched in and throws himself at Evans, trying to grab him and set up a submission hold. Seth is recovered enough to see the move coming, however, and catches Jacobsen, powering him down with a Side Effect! Seth struggles with Andrew, trying to loop his arm and lock him into the Headcase! As the two struggle on the mat, however, Drifter succumbs to the choke, tapping out! The referee signals for the bell, and the ringing causes both Andrew and Seth to look over as Constantine releases the hold.}Alison Valance: Here is your winner, Daniel Constantine! Vasco Dias: Seth couldn’t get that anaconda choke locked in quickly enough, and Daniel Constantine picks up the tremendous victory with that submission from Buddy Drifter. Trent Helms: Score one for the God Squad. ----------------------------------------------------------
SEGMENT "Contract Signing"
---------------------------------------------------------- { We look in the ring to find a carpet has been laid across the ring, black with a red and yellow IWF logo in the center where a table stretches across the center, in the ring we find Head of talent relations Angel looking as formal as you'll likely to find, no facepaint wearing a black metal shirt and camo fatigues with combat boots, next to him is Simon de Montfort CEO of IWF. }Simon de Montfort: Ladies and Gentlemen tonight has been a landmark night in the world of professional wrestling. We've seen great action between many NCW alums and some fresh faces to the wrestling world, and here in IWF we will continue to bring you all the action week in and week out that you deserve.... { The crowd applauds as Simon smiles, Angel stands stoically in silence. }Simon de Montfort: And tonight we look to sign one of the last hold outs to signing an IWF deal, a free agent who will come out here and sign his contract... so to the great fans in attendance allow me introduce you to....Alex Jones! { The lights go out as the theme music from "Saw" plays over the PA system, the lights on the entranceway flash on and off at a fast pace with the music and as it ends "unsettling differences" by Blue smock nancy blares out breaking the silence and the darkness, Simon and Angel look perplexed as Alex Jones is not coming from the traditional entranceway, but then a commotion in the crowd leads Angel and Simon to a balcony where Alex Jones is standing in with the rabid fans. }Terri Morasco: Looks like Alex Jones is joining us in a rather unorthodox fashion. Vasco Dias: Back in my day we had to enter through the crowd because we couldn’t afford ramps. Trent Helms: Hey… hey, does this guy have a ticket!? I don’t see a ticket, officer! { Alex makes his way down through the fans, his long hair kept under the hood from a black hooded sweatshirt and a Zelda Knite shirt under it. Alex makes his way down to the floor level and through the fans before he gets to the guard rail. Alex leaps up and stands with fans behind him, Alex looks around and raises a fist in the air before jumping down and running straight up the steps to the ring apron. Alex smirks and nods in Angel’s direction before getting into the ring waiting for the music to die down. }Simon de Montfort: Welcome to IWF Alex, we’ve been expecting you. I have prepared your contract and I can assure you that everything is in order as we discussed, all you need to do is sign on the dotted line… { Alex picks up the contract, already signed by Angel and Simon, he looks at it and reads over everything before taking a pen and signing on the dotted line. Alex grabs a mic sitting on the table and looks at Angel walking over to his old foe. }Alex Jones: Nice to see you haven't become a complete corporate suit... { Angel just ignores Alex who pats him on the shoulder before looking all around at the fans, he smiles and opens the hoodie wider so people can see the Zelda Knite shirt. }Alex Jones: Who says I can't take a joke right?... And that is what the final moments of NCW was... one big joke... { Some fans boo and others cheer as Alex walks around the ring slowly, looking around at all the fans who packed into the arena. }Alex Jones: See this... this is a new start... a new chance to not let what happened to NCW happen here. IWF I hope will be a true new beginning. A new beginning and a clean slate...at least it should. It won't be because of some of the crap that went on when the assets were purchased but Simon... I have a few...concerns. { Alex lowers the mic as Simon looks on interested in what Alex has to say. }Alex Jones: See the final NCW show, A Night to Remember was supposed to be a crowning achievement in my life and career. And in many ways it was. I went toe to toe with Roberto Verona, a guy who is one of the greatest wrestlers I have ever faced... and I won. I ended a historic title reign, he and I put on a match that was a fitting send off to NCW. A match where the fans got to see me realise my destiny and be the champion... {Again some fans cheer, others boo, some start chanting "Alex was screwed" and others chant "just shut up"}Alex Jones: Then, I have a perennial dirtbag named Xavier Cross who comes out with a bull$%^ contract that should of expired and hands it to the gamer whore Zelda Knite.....so then I have to be forced into a match after having an epic against Verona and I get beaten in a match that should of never been allowed to happen.....so what I want to ask you Simon.......and you...Angel... { Alex points right in Angels face, Angel swipes Alex's hand away, the two men have a tense stare down as fans go nuts wanting to see it. }Alex Jones: What I wanted to ask you is....am I going to have to deal with that kind of childish crap here?" {Before simon can talk "In Keeping Secrets Of Silent Earth: 3" by Coheed and Cambria hits. The fans get on their feet for Brad Kane who storms out looking less than impressed, Brad gets into the ring and grabs a mic standing next to Simon, he stares at Alex and shakes his head}Brad Kane: So that's it huh?...the last NCW show gets built around this arrogant little prick and now here he is doing the same damn think on what is supposed to be the first IWF show ever?.....And you two are pandering to this?..... Alex Jones: What's wrong Brad?...angry the spotlight isn't shining on you?..... {Brad gets right in Alex's face, the two stand nose to nose as Brad raises the mic up to his mouth}Brad Kane: Out of the two of us… who chases that spotlight around?.....You do....guys like you destroyed NCW... ego's brought it all crashing down... and I refuse to let this crap take IWF down as well.... { Alex and Brad look tense as Simon suddenly steps between the pair, staring intently at Brad. }Simon de Montfort: Who the hell do you think you are? Pandering Brad? I’ve never pandered to anybody in my life and I sure as hell am not going to stand here and listen to you preach about the deplorable evils of a company I had no part in and make baseless accusations. { Alex pears over Simon’s shoulder laughing at Brad but the latter suddenly turns around and points a finger at Alex too. }Simon de Montfort: And you? Do you think you can just stand in my ring and make a list of demands? You’re my employee now. You two might want to rip each other apart, but it’s about time people learnt you don’t just get what you want anymore because you’re Alex Jones or Brad Kane. No, neither of you will be fighting one another next week… { The crowd boo as both men begin to protest the decision. }Simon de Montfort: Before I give you both what you want, you’re going to have to earn it. Brad, I have just the opponent in mind for you, next week on our inaugural Cruiserweight Tour Show, you’re going to go one on one with Gjenrei and you Alex…. { Simon points towards the tron and stage when suddenly “The Phoenix” by Fall Out Boy blares out the PA system and the crowd goes absolutely nuts for the figure of Xavier Cross who emerges from behind the curtain, smiling from ear to ear. Alex’s calm demeanour suddenly dissipates as the anger he tried his best to suppress erupts from him. }Simon de Montfort: You will go one on one with Xavier Cross in the main event of the same show and if you both impress Mr Verona enough he will allow you to tear each other limb from limb in whatever creative fashion he can devise. { The crowd roars as Brad nods his head in agreement before sharing a few expletives with Alex before leaving the latter staring up the ramp at Xavier who mockingly waves at him as Simon turns to face Angel with a big smile on his face. }Simon de Montfort: You know Angel, I’m starting to enjoy this wrestling business. { Angel smiles as the pair turn and leave the ring as we cut to a commercial break on the image of Alex Jones staring down the architect of his recent misery. }

SEGMENT "Man of Steel Division"
---------------------------------------------------------- {Marcus Archer walks out onto the stage, the fans giving him polite applause as he adjusts his suit. He taps the microphone, ensuring that it's working, and nods to the audience.}Marcus Archer: Ladies and gentlemen, thank you. Now, my fellow division heads would have you believe that they offer the greatest competition in this company. And it only makes sense. Both Angel and Mr. Washington are former wrestlers. They think they know what it takes to entertain each and every one of you. But I know something they do not. I know that you aren't just looking for flashy acrobatics or lumbering brutes hammering away at each other. You want something better. You want something more. They offer you ground beef, and I am offering the filet mignon of wrestling. The Man of Steel Division, simply, represents the ultimate technical challenge. Each and every match will be nothing less than a testimony to the skill and determination of the men in it. It will not be about who is the fastest, or who is the strongest, it will be about who is the best, plain and simple! {The crowd applauds Archer, who grins, enjoying the fact that he can get the crowd riled up in this manner.}Marcus Archer: But what of the Man of Steel Championship? Well, to decide the first-ever Man of Steel Champion, over the next several weeks we will be holding a Championship Chase. Next week, there will be another Fatal Four-Way contest. The winner of this week's match, Daniel Constantine, has already qualified. Three other men will join him. The man who loses the match next week is eliminated, and the remaining three competitors will proceed to a Triple Threat match. The two men left standing after that will meet in one-on-one competition at IWF's first pay-per-view to crown the first-ever Man of Steel Champion! {A huge pop for the announcement, and Archer plays to them slightly, apparently reveling in his unusual position of exposure to the fans.}Marcus Archer: This division promises you the best wrestling action on the planet. And that's not an empty platitude. That's not an impossible goal. It's just good business. Thank you, ladies and gentlemen! God bless IWF! And God bless each of you! {Archer waves to the fans and takes his leave, heading backstage.}----------------------------------------------------------
MATCH MONSTER'S BRAWL JackHammer w/Angel Black vs Stephen Kingsley w/Cyrus Daniels
---------------------------------------------------------- Terri Morasco: Next up we have two giants who are going to knock seven bells out of eachother. Trent Helms: Great… Vasco Dias: Your enthusiasm is infectious. I thought you liked mindless violence considering you made your career being on the receiving end of it? { The Way of the Warrior by Hammerfall plays on the PA as JackHammer and Angel come through the curtain, Golaith comes through the curtain behind JackHammer and Angel. }Alison Valance: The following contest is a Monster's Brawl Match, and is scheduled for one fall. In this match there will be NO DISQUALIFICATIONS, introducing first, accompanied to the ring by Angel Black...from Chicago, Illinois standing at seven feet and weighing in at three hundred and sixty pounds...JACKHAMMER! { JackHammer then stops at the top of the ramp and looks around to the crowd before raising his left fist as pyros shoot off on the stage. JackHammer and Angel head down the ramp with Goliath right behind them as flame pyros shoot off along the whole length of the ramp to the ring. Angel and Goliath head to the corner as JackHammer climbs the ring steps, he then stops at the top step and raises his left fist sending pyros shooting out of the ring posts. JackHammer then steps into the ring over the top rope and removes his duster and bandana. }Trent Helms: What an amateur Holly Valance is, she didn't even announce the other half of JackHammer's entourage...and to think I rather enjoyed her song Kiss Kiss... Terri Morasco: Alison! Her name is Alison! Trent Helms: What? Are you sure? He doesn't look like an Alison to me...I would have said he was a Goliath or something but whatever...I bow to your extensive knowledge of bra and panties matches... Vasco Dias: I think you're a little confused Trent...besides JackHammer's other cohort isn't officially under contract... Trent Helms: Oh shut up Cameron, what do you know? By the way you've really let yourself go since The Mask... { As the drums and didgeridoo kick in, Cyrus Daniels and Stephen Kingsley walk to the ring as two men side by side with a purpose. Stephen has on his corked hat and his vest. Surprisingly, Kingsley has a microphone in his hand.}Alison Valance: And his opponent, being accompanied by Cyrus Daniels, from Queensland, Australia standing at six foot eight inches, weighing three hund – { Kingsley raises the microphone. }Stephen Kingsley: Woah, woah, hold on there, honey. Now I don't usually make it my business to interrupt Shielas, especially the pretty ones, but I really have to say something here, see there's something I don't quite understand and that is why Criminal Intent was left out of the Tag Team Match. What is it Bo Langson? Do you think we aren't worth your time, or are you really more worried about ratin' s and how you think those two blokes who occasionally run around in masks can get you more of them than we can? Let me tell you somethin' Bo, you 'n all these idiots in Chicago. If there's one thing my mate Cy and I know about more than anyone else on the entire IWF roster, it is injustice... { The crowd rain down their boos and begin a USA chant...
Stephen simply smiles as he looks around, then shakes his head. }Stephen Kingsley: Can you believe these people in Chicago, booing us because their hometown hero is in the ring? Keep your pants on mate, I'll deal with you and that piece of tail with the huge bazongas soon enough... { Cyrus simply shakes his head as he looks at an impatient JackHammer pacing in the ring. Stephen Kingsley very casually makes his way down the ramp. }Stephen Kingsley: As I was saying, we know all about injustice. We have been victims of it for long enough, it's about time we changed that and made someone else the victim...looks like the home town boy is up. { Stephen then drops the microphone .Stephen uses the steps and before he steps into the ring, Stephen takes off his corked hat and places it on the ring post. He steps into the ring and as he does so JackHammer pounces on him, striking him with some stiff shots as the bell rings that send Kingsley reeling back against the ropes much to the delight of Angel at ringside who bounces up and down much to the delight of the male crowd. With Kingsley against the ropes, JackHammer winds up for a big chop to the chest of Kingsley. With Stephen clutching his chest, JackHammer rips Kingsley's vest clean off his back and holds it up his right hand as the crowd roar their approval. JackHammer then proceeds to take the vest in both hands and tears it into two before throwing it into the crowd but as JackHammer is busy pleasing his hometown crowd, Cyrus Daniels makes his presence felt by Brogue Kicking JackHammer in the head, immediately flooring the big man. }Vasco Dias: What a kick by Cyrus Daniels! He just took JackHammer's head clean off! Terri Morasco: The referee is powerless here, there are no disqualifications here, the referee's only job is to count the fall or signal the submission... Trent Helms: Tell me Terri, which match in your career did you learn the intricacies of refereeing a match? Was it a Gravy Bowl Match or an Evening Gown Match? No wait, don't tell me...it was a Lingerie Match wasn't it? { The crowd are wild in their disapproval as Cyrus immediately starts stomping and kicking JackHammer, seeing his opponent down and his partner with the clear advantage, Stephen Kingsley makes his way over and joins in by lacking his favourite crocodile-skin boots into his opponent. }Vasco Dias: Now it’s a two on one situation...as Criminal Intent are working together to dismantle JackHammer... Terri Morasco: But this isn't supposed to be a handicap match, this is supposed to be one on one! Trent Helms: Did anyone ever tell you Terri that you're kind of attractive when you're being so obvious? Because if they did...they're totally lying to you... { The deafening boos suddenly turn into wild cheers as Duke Winchester runs down the ramp as fast as he can, armed with a steel chair, he slides into the ring and this immediately catches Cyrus' attention as he is clocked in the gut and then across the back with the steel chair. Cyrus goes down and is instinctively forced to flee the ring by rolling out of it under the ring. Duke follows Cyrus out the ring and Cyrus hops the barricade fleeing through the crowd from a chair-wielding Winchester. }Terri Morasco: Looks like Duke Winchester just saved JackHammer from a prison style beatdown... Trent Helms: And possibly also from a prison style shower scene... Vasco Dias: Would you stop it already? Word is Bo Langson has just finalised a Tag Team deal with both the powerhouse JackHammer and the veteran Duke Winchester and they're calling themselves The Naturals... { With the match finally down to a one-on-one affair as originally intended, the referee finally regains some control and asserts some authority by warning Stephen. Realising his back up has been driven from the ring, Stephen holds his hands up and nods as he backs off. Meanwhile JackHammer is crawling towards the ropes and upon reaching them, uses them to pull himself back to his feet, though it is clear that the beast of a man is still a little winded from his assault. JackHammer slowly stumbles back to the middle of the ring to meet Stephen who tries to maintain his advantage and make full use of the No DQ stipulation by dropping to his knees and attempting a low blow but Hammer senses this coming and grabs Kingsley's hand twisting the wrist before stomping on it. }Terri Morasco: A little taste of his own medicine there for Stephen Kingsley! Vasco Dias: Now I think we will really see the tide of this match turn... Trent Helms: *snoring* Terri Morasco: Trent, are you okay? Trent Helms: No, I'm being put to sleep by this match...and not having another stroke for those wondering at home... Terri Morasco: Of course not, everybody knows you save those for the ring... { JackHammer then grabs Kingsley's head and pulls him to his feet before lifting the three hundred and fifteen pounder clean off his feet in an impressive display of strength and power. Hammer holds him above his head and begins to parade with him for the benefit of his hometown crowd before dropping the Australian ex-convict to the canvas with a Military Press Drop. JackHammer lets out a testosterone-filled roar before returning his attention to Kingsley, Hammer drops down for the pin...
1...
2...
JackHammer shakes his head as he has a huge grin on his face, clearly starting to enjoy himself. }Vasco Dias: This could be a huge mistake by the giant of a man here... Terri Morasco: In my experience, you don't get many chances to finish a match so when you do, you really shouldn't throw them away... Trent Helms:... { JackHammer then pulls Kingsley up to his feet and whips him across the ring into the corner before running after him and hitting him with a clothesline into the turnbuckle, and as Stephen stumbles out of the corner, JackHammer tries his luck again by irish whipping Kingsley from corner to corner, but this time his second clothesline attempt is avoided by the marginally smaller man who side steps Hammer before grabbing him by the back of the head and executing a neckbreaker to take the bigger man off his vertical base, buying himself some time to find a way back into this match. Stephen walks to the middle of the ring and appears to think for a moment before an idea occurs to him and he smiles. Kingsley looks down at his waist and starts to unbuckle his belt fashioned out of crocodile hide. }Trent Helms: Oh no! I hope Hammer has a rape alarm! Vasco Dias: Looks like Kingsley is going to go back to basics here and whip some of the hide off JackHammer! Terri Morasco: And the worst thing is, it's all legal here, but even if it wasn't it's not going to stop a man like Kingsley! { Stephen raises his belt high above his head much to the hatred of the crowd and proceeds to walk over and whip Hammer across the back, Hammer lets out a yell as he crawls away from the corner, but Stephen is relentless as he lashes Hammer across the back a second time and then a third, forcing the Chicago native giant to crawl into the middle of the ring and apparently this is where Kingsley wanted him all along as he places a leg either side of JackHammer's wide muscular back and proceeds to hold his belt in his hands and wrap the middle of it around JackHammer's throat, choking the big man with it. JackHammer's eyes start to glaze over as Angel looks on helplessly as her husband is forced to kiss the canvas as Stephen continues to apply the pressure. JackHammer looks about ready to pass out as the referee kneels down, raising one of Hammer's arms above his head.
It falls once.
It falls twice.
Suddenly 'Villain' by Theory Of A Deadman blasts throughout the arena, distracting all concerned and causing Stephen to slacken his grip on the belt around JackHammer's throat and this is all the distraction that the powerhouse needed to reach around his throat and rip the belt from around his throat and from Kingsley's hands. Kingsley however seems more concerned with leaving Hammer to get his breath back and yelling at Rob Diamond and Spike Kane who casually make their way out onto the stage apparently wanting a closer look at this match. }Terri Morasco: What the hell are Infamous doing out here now? Vasco Dias: Apparently they're just scouting their competition... Trent Helms: Or they're here to liven up this dull match.... { As Kingsley is yelling at Infamous, JackHammer has made it back to his feet and Rob points behind him and Kingsley turns around only to be scooped up into the massive vice-like grip of a very pissed off JackHammer who looks to plant the Crocodile Hunter into the canvas with an Earth Tremble Chokeslam but as Kingsley is hoisted into the air, he has the tremendous foresight and agility to block it, and jump behind JackHammer before forcing his knees into Hammer's spine with his Jury's Out Backstabber... }Vasco Dias: What an exchange between these two behemoths! Terri Morasco: Spike Kane has openly said he wasn't looking forward to this match, I wonder what he thinks of it now? Trent Helms: Probably the same thing we all do...yawn.... { However whilst Trent may not be overly impressed by the efforts of these two larger than life characters it appears that Infamous are as they look at each other in shock, whether it is genuine is hard to say as Kingsley hooks a leg looking to finally put this one away...
1...
2...
JackHammer somehow someway manages to get a shoulder up! }Vasco Dias: My god man, what is it going to take to keep JackHammer down? Terri Morasco: I'm starting to think it can't be done! Trent Helms: KICK HIM IN THE BALLS! { Kingsley can't believe it and he tries for the cover a second time.
1...
2...
Again, Hammer somehow manages to survive and Kingsley gets frustrated and starts to argue with the referee, even grabbing him by the shirt as he yells. The disagreement has given JackHammer the time he needs to recover and as Stephen turns around, Hammer grabs him by the throat, hoists him up in the air and this time manages to plant Kingsley firmly into the ground with his signature Earth Tremble. However it is not clear if it is the force of impact or just instinct on Stephen's part to roll under the bottom rope and out of the ring so JackHammer cannot seize his advantage. Kingsley gets to his knees and looks under the ring apron and proceeds to pull out a table. He also pulls out a chair, which he throws into the ring. } Vasco Dias: It looks like Kingsley has some bad intentions here... Terri Morasco: Some might even say Criminal.... Trent Helms: Really? {Hammer scoops up the chair in his hands and waits for Kingsley to enter the ring, and as Kingsley does so, sliding in with the table, JackHammer waits for Kingsley to get to his feet and as Stephen does so, JackHammer tries to strike him across the skull with the steel folding chair, but his attempt is blocked by Stephen who manages to wrestle the chair out of his opponent's hands and strike him in the gut with it. Hammer doubles over and Kingsley drives the air out of Hammer with the edge of the chair as he forces it across the larynx of the giant. and then a shot across the head which floors Hammer. Rather than go for the pin however, Stephen discards the chair and pulls Hammer into a seated position on the mat before applying his Lawbreaker submission hold. JackHammer taps out almost immediately due to the earlier damage to his throat. On the stage Infamous applaud Stephen's efforts.}----------------------------------------------------------
SEGMENT ”Diamonds: One Too Few?”
---------------------------------------------------------- Trent Helms: Welcome back, it’s been an interesting night so far. Terri Morasco: We’ve seen a few old face around this place, I wonder who the next might be? Vasco Dias: If it is anybody Trent knows I move to have them not offered a contract here. { "Turn Me On" by David Guetta ft. Nicki Minaj hits the speakers and Addisyn Starr slowly walks out with Tyrone closely behind her. At the top of the ramp pyros go off on each side of her as she does a big of showing off by rubbing her body in the center of the pyros. When the pyros die down she walks to the ring, totally looking like she's too good to be here with Tyrone closely behind her. She slides into the ring, runs to the to the ropes, stands on the bottom rope as she leans over with her arms outstretched and pyros shoot off behind her. when the pyros die down, Addisyn demands a microphone and the world's attention. Her body guard Tyrone leans over the ropes and grabs a microphone from an IWF stagehand and passes it along to the young blonde. }Terri Morasco: What is Addisyn doing here? Vasco Dias: I think I saw her bodyguard with a begging bowl… Addisyn Starr: Do I have your attention now? For those who don't know who I am, I'm shocked. The world should know the name of Addisyn Starr by now, why I am not the number one trending topic on Twitter right now I do not know, but clearly I should be. I'm the girl who had a million hits and a viral video on Youtube just for eating a banana, I'm a social media star and yet IWF missed the golden opportunity to hire me for their "Diamonds"... { Addisyn Starr emphasizes her point with finger quotes. }Addisyn Starr: ...division. They gave contracts to emos and nutjobs and women who only stand out because of their cup size, but not me...someone who has worked for NCW. What a crazy world we live in when the people who are most in demand, internet celebrities and wrestling stars like me don't get offered contracts by the supposed successor to NCW, it's almost like this place wants to fail...and without me on the roster it will, so I suggest whoever is in charge around here, does the right thing and gives me a contract... { Suddenly "Leech" by Drain STH hits and out onto the stage walks the Head of the IWF Diamonds Division, Katherine Lockheart, with her left hand on her hip and a microphone in her right hand. As the chorus to her theme dies down, Katherine Lockheartraises the microphone to her lips. }Katherine Lockheart: Addisyn...Starr, is it? I have a business policy and that is to be completely honest with the people I work with, and even though you don't have an IWF contract and are effectively trespassing, I'm prepared to work with you here, but before I do, I have to be completely honest with you. When your NCW contract was presented to me for consideration of buyout I saw nothing of value, just a pretty little blonde with a cutesy name...somebody who was a star in their own minds and nothing more. But I'm willing to give you a second chance to make a first impression Addisyn Starr. Next week if you beat your opponent, not only will you have your IWF contract, but you will also have qualified for the Heiress To The Throne tournament. If you want to be a star so badly, I can make it happen for you Addisyn Starr, all you need to do is win next week. However if you lose, you will be exactly where you are now...out of a job. That's next week though, for this week you're still trespassing, and I suggest you and your bodyguard both get out of my ring and out of my arena before I have IWF Security come down here and throw you out... { "Leech" by Drain STH hits again, and Katherine Lockheart Lockheart leaves and we head to commercial. }----------------------------------------------------------
SEGMENT "Thanks?"
---------------------------------------------------------- { We re-join Sacrifice after a commercial break and immediately head backstage as the scene opens up in a fairly ornate room. The camera pans across the office before finally settling on the image of Roberto Verona sitting at a large oak desk strewn with paper work, lost in his own thoughts. He ponders for a moment before he hears a knock on the door, prompting him to look up and shout at the person at the other side. }Roberto Verona: Come in. { The door creaks open slowly as Verona stares at it, his expression changing from neutral to mildly disgruntled, his eye brow furrowing, as the figure of Xavier Cross appears on camera, eventually stopping a few feet away from the desk. The awkward silence follows as Xavier’s scratches the back of his head, avoiding eye contact. }Roberto Verona: What can I do for you, Mr Cross. Xavier Cross: I…erm, I just wanted to say thank you for the contract here in IWF, it really means a lot. I know things didn’t quite end the way people would have liked last weekend but… { Verona laughs, shorting as his nostrils flare }Roberto Verona: Wait, hold on a second. Who said you have a contract? Xavier Cross: Well, Simon said… Roberto Verona: Simon said that you can have a match next week against Alex Jones, he never mentioned a contract. Believe me Xavier, you’re not an employee of my company. Xavier Cross: Look, if this is about A Night To Remember, I’m sorry… Roberto Verona: Sorry? You’re sorry? You think sorry covers you pissing all over the two hundred and two days of back breaking labour I went through? You think sorry makes everybody forget what you did to earn a booty call? Xavier Cross: I… { Verona stands up and slams his fist on his desk, startling Cross as he stares intensely at him for a few moments before beginning to laugh, unnerving Cross whose eyes dart left and right awkwardly. }Roberto Verona: I’m just fucking with you, Xavier. Xavier Cross: Oh…shit…well… Roberto Verona: I was backstage by the time you pulled that stunt and halfway to the airport when Alex’s dreams went up in smoke, my duty to that company ceased the moment the referee hit the 3. Xavier Cross: You’re not mad? Roberto Verona: With you? No. I couldn’t care less. I’ve got more important things to concern myself with, however, your party crashing is precisely why you’re not being offered a contract. Xavier Cross: Why not? If you don’t care… Roberto Verona: Because there are some people under my employment who do care. I’ve worked very hard to place myself in a position of power over a roster and my manifesto always preached the importance of fairness and locker room harmony. Now, how would it look if I just gave the guy who participated in one of the biggest eff you’s in wrestling history to a sizeable portion of my roster a contract? Xavier Cross: Then why do you think I’ll even bother to show up next week? Roberto Verona: Redemption. { Verona sits back down, leaning back in his chair as he gets a little more relaxed. }Roberto Verona: You know, Xavier, I saw your previous contract, how you requested that your salary was donated to charity. I know you’re desperate to clean up your act and remove the smears to your reputation. IWF holds an option over your contract, one we could easily be unwilling to waive for the next year, leaving everyone’s last memory of you as the smiling little snake lifting Zelda’s hand aloft, do I really need to explain what that’d do to your image? { Xavier closes his eyes and sighs. }Xavier Cross: No. Roberto Verona: I’m a fair man, Xavier. I’m willing to give you an opportunity to earn yourself a contract, but you’re going to have to redeem yourself in the eyes of your potential colleagues first, this isn’t a charity. When they’re willing to accept you, I’m willing to accept you. You can start by giving Alex the shot he wants deep down to get that out of the way and go from there, once I’m satisfied you’ve served your time in purgatory I will give you what you want. Xavier Cross: Thanks… I think. { Xavier turns, read to leave before Verona calls after him, causing him to turn around again. }Roberto Verona: A little advice, Cross. Xavier Cross: Yeah? Roberto Verona: I’d leave the love of your life at home, I’m not sure I feel like scraping up what would be left of the blood relative of my training department once somebody spotted her. Xavier Cross: I’ll bare that in mind… { Xavier turns and exits the room as the shot fade on Roberto laughing to himself whilst shaking his head. }

MATCH FOUR WAY IMPERIAL CAGE MATCH Jake Keeton vs Freakke vs Mike Machado vs John Rherring
---------------------------------------------------------- Vasco Dias: This has got to be beyond a shadow of a doubt the only match I am not looking forward to tonight. Trent Helms: What the hell are you talking about? This is going to be the most exciting match of the night. Firstly I taught all these guys everything they know about high flying. Vasco Dias: You did not! Trent Helms: And second there is a cage! A STEEL CAGE! AN IMPERIAL STEEL CAGE!!!!! Terri Morasco: Is it always going to be like this? Trent Helms: Probably. Either way, this first guy scares the bodily fluids right out of me! He's a FREAKKING clown! See what I did there? Vasco Dias: Unfortunately. { The music starts up as the lights start to flicker off and green. Freakke comes out of the back and begins to run down to the ring, raising his arms and shouting to the crowd to get them psyked for the match. As he approaches the ring, he takes a short run and leaps up onto apron and grabbing the top rope. Walking over to one corner post, he climbs up and yells to the fans again. After a moment, he hops over the ropes and jogs over to the opposite turnbuckles to repeat his yell for the other side of the crowd. Freakke hopped down into the ring and turned to face his opponent. }Vasco Dias: As if dressing as a clown wasn't disrespectful enough this man probably doesn't even know a wrist lock from a waist lock. Trent Helms: A what from a what? Vasco Dias: Exactly. Terri Morasco: I'd be willing to say Mike Machado knows even less, despite his incredible popularity. { The opening guitar riffs to “Mustache Man” by Cake blare over the PA system, leading into an explosion of pyrotechnics. "Mediocre" Mike Machado stumbles through the smoke that is remaining, fanning his face and gasping for oxygen. The fans give him a mixed but generally positive response; a mixture of pitied cheers and genuinely appreciative roars. A feint chant of "Me-di-ocre - clap clap clapclapclap” starts up as Machado makes it to the ring. He slides through the bottom ropes and begins to do his pre-match stretches, including cherry pickers and windmills. }Vasco Dias: How did this man even get a contract in a wrestling company? Trent Helms: I traind him, just like everyone else in this match. Vasco Dias: No you didn't. Trent Helms: Do you know that or are you just assuming? Vasco Dias: Mr. Helms, the day you give something back to professional wrestling besides an STD is the day you can call me a lier. Terri Morasco: Woah! He got you there Trent. Trent Helms: Shut it. { "The Man Behind the Mask" by Alice Cooper comes over the announce system and John Rherring makes his way down the ramp and in to the ring, taking no time to notice the crowd or what is going on around him. Once in the ring he simply begins to stretch off and awaits for the bell to ring. }Terri Morasco: The man with the biggest amount of mystery around him, John Rherring, truly the x-factor in tonight's match. Vasco Dias: Though I am positive he is just another spot monkey like Freakke and Machado. Trent Helms: So? Vasco Dias: That isn't the wrestling I grew up to know and love and excel at. Trent Helms: Meh, it's boring. { The lights dim, a hush fills the arena and a mixed reaction of mostly cheers billows from the crowd as "Man of Constant Sorrow" by Charm City Devils hits the PA. Jake Keeton slowly emerges through the curtains with his full attention focused on the upcoming match. He walks down the ramp barely acknowledging the fans as he steps into the ring and begins to stretch. }Vasco Dias: Personally I think we should hand the victory right off to Jake Keeton, a true legend in the business shouldn't risk injury in a match like this with opposition such as this. Trent Helms: Jake Keeton a legend? Where? Mars? Aside from the fact he stole all my moves and gave them crappy names he's not even from outter space! Vasco Dias: Do the things you say make sense in your mind? Terri Morasco: Don't bother answering Trent. Trent Helms: Do the things you say bore you to death too? Terri Morasco: God help me. { All four men are in the ring and the bell sounds. Keeton goes at Machado, Freakke and Rherring collide in the center of the ring. The action is fast and intense as all four of these men look to make a lasting first impression here in their IWF debuts. Freakke sends John into the ropes, Rherring spring boards into a back flip and nails Freakke with a DDT. Machado is huddling in the corner as Keeton just lays into him with some hard rights and lefts. Keeton kicks Machado in the side of the head and then sends him flying out of the corner toward Rherring, John jumps into the air and hits a flying forearm smash on Machado. Rherring gets to his feet and is caught with a double axe handle to the chest from Keeton. John gets back to his feet and Keeton hits several knife edge chops then pushes Rherring into the corner. Freakke comes running from behind and Jake senses him and moves just in time to avoid the running drop kick to the corner, Freakke drills Rherring. }Trent Helms: High impact right from the star! How could anyone look down their nose at this sort of action!? Vasco Dias: When I see a real wrestling move perfromed I will feel differently. { Freakke gets back to his feet and Jake throws a high shin kick at Freakke, Freakke catches his leg and hits an enzugiri! Keeton stumbles back and Freakke plows into Jake with a shoulder block to the mid section. Rherring jumps up onto the tope rope and Freakke turns right into a flying hurricanrana! Machado pulls himself out of the corner and comes up behind Rherring with a choke hold. Rherring drives several hard elbows into Mike's gut to break the hold. Jake hits the ropes and connects with a double clothes line on the both of them. Freakke spring boards off the ropes and hits Jake with a cross body block. Freakke gets back to his feet, hops up the ropes and begins to climb the cage. All three men are to their feet and each one grabs a part of Freakke and rips him hard off the wall. Freakke crashes against the mat. }Terri Morasco: Freakke just took a bad fall after trying an early escape from the cage. Trent Helms: Should of used my certified successful exit strategy. Vasco Dias: Which is? Trent Helms: Seal Team 6. { Keeton turns with a back fist on Rherring, Machado ducks the one that comes his way. Jake turns and drills Machado in the gut with a stiff kick but Rherring comes from the side with scissor kick that staggers Keeton. Machado hits the ropes and blind sides Rherring with a clothes line and quickly begins to climb the cage wall. Machado is on the top rope, Rherring leaps up behind him, grabs Machado around the waist and hits a super German suplex off the top rope! }Vasco Dias: THAT! Is what I'm talking about. That was a fantastic German Suplex from Mr. Rherring just now. Really jarred Machado. Trent Helms: So does the sound of your droning on. { The fans rally behind Rherring as he gets to his feet and turns right into the Tilt a Whirl heel kick from Freakke the clown. Rherring falls back into the ropes and Freakke delivers a short Gut Kick to double him over before rushing back into the ropes and charging forward, instead of going for a more damaging move, he drops down on his back under Rherring and throws a fist up and into the throat of the doubled over Rherring completing For Teh Lulz! Freakke climbs to his feet as Rherring drops to his knees on the mat and turns into Keeton and the SIN FOR A GRIN! Keeton begins to climb the cage wall. Keeton is on the top rope and begins up the wall. Machado gets to his feet while the others are still down. Mike climbs up after Keeton and begins clubbing him in the back. Mike grabs Jake by the hair and slams his face hard into the cage wall three times and then pulls back and Jake loses his grip. Jake falls to the mat. Mike climbs the rest of the way up the cage, Rherring and Freakke are after him. Mike looks down at the fallen Keeton and looks around himself at the crowd and smiles. }Trent Helms: Oh man, Mike is about to take a page out of my book with a big time top of the cage move here! Vasco Dias: Which move would that be? Trent Helms: I don't know, so many people have stolen my moves over the years it's hard to predict. Terri Morasco: He better quit show boating if he wants to land it. { Mike LEAPS OFF THE TOP OF THE CAGE WITH THE AWESOMELY AVERAGE ELBOW DROP!!!!! }Trent Helms: IT CAME FROM THE STARS ELBOW DROP!!!!! Vasco Dias: That's not what he calls it. { JAKE MOVES! Machado crashes and burns hard and rolls around in total agony as Keeton begins to get back to his feet. Freakke and Rherring have reached the top of the cage and begin slugging it out as they both try and stand up on the edge of the cage. Freakke and Rherring get to their feet on top of the cage, both of them fighting to knock the other one off. Keeton gets back to his feet and starts climbing up too. Rherring hits a hard right and Freakke comes back with TASTE THE RAINBOW!!! He just spits a colorful mist in the face of Rherring, but Rherring is wearing a mask and it doesn't seem to effect him as he responds with the REDEMPTION SUPERKICK!!!! Freakke falls back first back into the ring. Rherring looks down and begins to go over the side but Keeton latches onto him. }Trent Helms: Mike Machado is dead inside that ring and Rherring is about to win the match. Vasco Dias: Looks like the legendary Jake Keeton has something to say about that. { Keeton is on top of the cage and pulls Rherring back up top with him. Rherring htis a few rights but Keeton drills him with some knees. Keeton pulls Rherring face first into his knee and then Keeton and Rherring spiral back into the cage when Keeton hits the BUZZ KILL!!!! }Trent Helms: SERIOUSLY!? Vasco Dias: Did you invent that too? Trent Helms: Of course, but Keeton pulled it off pretty flawlessly. Terri Morasco: At the cost of probably not winning this match. { All four men are laid out now. Machado starts to come too and gets to his feet. He looks pumped as he sees that all four men are on their backsides. Machado begins to climb the cage wall again and head toward the top. Freakke is the first one back to his feet now and he grabs Machado and pulls down, Mike splits across the top rope. Freakke climbs the ropes in the corner, leaps and hits a big time hurricanrana and rips Machado off the ropes and into the ring. Freakke gets to his feet just as Jake does, Freakke springs boards off the ropes and catches Keeton off guard with the SMILEDRIVER DDT!!! Freakke senses his moment of opportunity now and heads to the ropes. He climbs up, somewhat slowly. Rherring is slowly getting up now. Freakke is on the cage wall and climbs farther. Rherring stumbles after him. Freakke is nearly to the top as Rherring is now on the wall. Freakke begins to go over the side. }Vasco Dias: The clown may steal a win here without even having to actually wrestle anyone. Lovely. Trent Helms: Hey, this isn't a wrestling match. Vasco Dias: Clearly. Trent Helms: Glad we agree. Terri Morasco: I don't think that's what just happened. { Rherring scrambles up the cage wall and grabs a hold of Freakke. Freakke kicks his legs out and becomes dead weight in the arms of Rherring, Freakke is only feet from winning this match as he hangs over the edge of the cage. Rherring tries to pull him back up and over but Freakke begins to kick off the cage wall, trying to break the grip of Rherring. Jake Keeton scrambles up the ropes and the cage wall after he sees Freakke. Keeton reaches over with Rherring and they both pull Freakke back up onto the top of the cage. Freakke clocks Rherring and head butts Keeton then shoves them both back into the ring. Freakke looks around then FLIES BACK INTO THE RING WITH THE BIG TOP DROP ON BOTH OF THEM!!!! }Trent Helms: HELMS TOP DROP! Vasco Dias: Big top. Trent Helms: Yeah but when I invented it it was the Helms Top. Vasco Dias: That doesn't make sense. Trent Helms: Neither does your face. Terri Morasco: Regardless, this match could be moments from it's end. { Everyone is down at the moment, the crowd is going crazy. Mike starts to get to his feet again and he's amping himself up to climb the cage again. Freakke gets back to his feet but Machado runs into him with a clothes line and then another as he tries to get back up. Freakke stands and swings with a kick but Mike ducks it then drops Freakke with a hip toss. John Rherring gets to his feet and Machado pounds his chest and runs at Rherring, John ducks and connects with a back body drop. Machado tries to get right back up but John drop kicks Mike right in the chest and sends him slamming into the corner. Keeton is up now and he comes up behind John with a German, Rherring rolls through it and spins Jake around into a jaw breaker while Freakke comes from the side with a running BULL DOG! }Terri Morasco: Freakke is getting some steam going again. { Rherring gets back to his feet just as Machado runs up behind him and shoves him hard right into Freakke who hits the TILT O WHIRL! Rherring bounces off the ropes and Freakke comes back with the SmileDriver! Freakke runs to the ropes and starts climbing. Machado is next to him. }Trent Helms: Two men on that wall is not a good thing! Vasco Dias: I just can't wait for a true wrestling match. Trent Helms: You can't even lie to me and say this isn't exciting. { Freakke and Mike fight their way up the wall, both reach the top and start to try and stand together. Jake gets up and sees them both up there. He jumps up and begins to climb after them. On top of the cage, Freakke and Mike get into a fist fight, each one teetering over the edge as Jake climbs up. Freakke grabs a hold of Mike and rams a knee into his mid section. Mike responds with a head butt to Freakke's face. }Terri Morasco: It's getting very dangerous up there! Trent Helms: Just the way I like it. { Jake Keeton suddenly grabs onto Freakke's leg and rips it out from under him. Freakke falls face first onto the top of the cage wall. He is very close to falling off as Keeton stands on the top of the wall. Mike and him pull Freakke up and send him flying back into the cage! }Trent Helms: They just planted Freakke in the middle of the ring like a paper air plane! Vasco Dias: What? Trent Helms: You heard me. { Mike slowly turns to face Keeton, realizing a possible error in his plan. Keeton smiles before he just takes flight with a LEAPING LEG LARIAT OFF THE CAGE WALL!!!!!! }Trent Helms: HOLY TAP DANCING CRAP!!!!!!! { KEETON AND MACHADO SLAM HARD INTO THE GROUND BELOW!!!! }Trent Helms: MACHADO IS DEAD FOR THE SECOND TIME TONIGHT!!!!! { The referee calls for the bell as he looks up to the giant screen above the entrance which slowly replays the finish of the mach. Both men are laying on the ground, beat from the hell they just went through. }Trent Helms: That was insane! Can you believe that. Vasco Dias: Yes, I just saw it happen. Trent Helms: You're no fun. Terri Morasco: What an impressive finish now lets see what the referee's decision is. { The ending replays very slowly and from just one angle we can see Keeton's left foot touches the mat first, then Freakke's back then Keeton's right foot and the rest of Freakke's body. The referee speaks to the announcer. }Alison Valance: Ladies and Gentlemen the winner of the match... JAKE KEETON!!!!! { Keeton breaths a sigh of relief, having an idea of how close he came to possibly losing. }Trent Helms: Damn good match and a great showing from everyone. Really am proud of my students tonight. Vasco Dias: Is this really what I have to deal with? Trent Helms: Yes sir. Vasco Dias: Dear god. Terri Morasco: It was a close match, Machado nearly got the win there at the end but Keeton fell just a little bit faster, either way everyone involved really showcased what IWF is going to be about. Intense competition. ----------------------------------------------------------
SEGMENT ”Rising Sun”
---------------------------------------------------------- { We head backstage where the halls are as pristine as the make-up on Tiffany Jones' face. She stands before the camera, smiling from ear to ear while holding a microphone. }Tiffany Jones: Tonight is sure to be filled with surprises and I know I'm not the only one excited to find out what they are! So let's get on with the unwrapping of these gifts as I reveal one of those surprises right now!! Please allow me to introduce IWF's newest acquisition, The Floating Dragon under the Red Sun... BUSHIDO!!! { The Kanji covered warrior steps into frame wrapped head to toe in an expensive suit, sunglasses covering his eyes, his lips curled into a half-smile that could easily be mistaken for a smirk. Miranda stands behind him, looking lovelier than Jones in every possible way, straightening out her skimpy, yet classy, black cocktail dress. }Tiffany Jones: Congratulations on finally sealing the deal with IWF! I hear negotiations were a bit rocky but I'm glad all things worked out and we get to watch one half of The Inter... { Tiffany is cut off as Miranda rudely snatches the mic from her hand. Tiff holds her hands up in disapproval as Miranda shoos her away with her hand. }Miranda von Matterhorn: There is no one half of anything anymore. There is only Bushido. Although I say this with a heavy heart, Dragon's face has been horribly disfigured after A Night to Remember and rumor has it... { Miranda turns to the camera and cups the side of her mouth as if whispering a secret to a close friend. }Miranda von Matterhorn: He will never be seen the same again. But this isn't about Dragon's unfortunate scarring. This is about a fresh start in a wonderful new federation that Bushido plans to conquer. { Bushido steps up to the plate and Miranda hands him the mic. Tiffany is nowhere to be seen as the Japanese samurai straightens his tie. }Bushido: English is such horrible language. It leaves sour taste on tongue so I will be brief. Bushido not only name but way of life. Seven virtues of Bushido will be fiercely represented by hand. Opponents, large and small, will only find defeat across ring from me. Bushido will be The One. { The Japanese samurai tosses the mic off camera where Tiffany clumsily catches it. Finally securing it in her grasp after juggling it a bit she turns on her charm and smiles that beautiful smile. }Tiffany Jones: Yes, well... That was interesting. Back to you guys at ringside. ----------------------------------------------------------
MAIN EVENT MENTOR AND MENTEE’S TAG TEAM MATCH Brad Kane & Tifa Heafy vs Mike Laszlo & Ashley Mastrangelo
---------------------------------------------------------- Terri Morasco: Next we have our Mentor's and Mentee's match, this should be an interesting affair, I am looking forward to this. Trent Helms: Oh...it's THAT guy. Vasco Dias: The guy who beat you? Trent Helms: Shut up. { People get on their feet when they hear the beginning of "Dammit" by Blink-182 starts to blare through the P.A. system. From the back running comes Tifa Heafy with a giant smile on her face. The crowd cheers for the rookie as she begins to walk to the ring slapping all the hands that are in front of her. When at ringside Tifa sprints into the ring and pops up to her feet before going to the turnbuckles to pose for the fans. Flashbulbs go off as Tifa hops down and waves to the fan, the music fading off. }{ The lights in the arena begin to dim down as the crowd rises to their feet as the opening guitar is heard echoing through the arena. Fans cheer loudly as "In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3" by Coheed & Cambria is blaring through the sound system. The introduction for the song keeps building until that magical moment when the song breaks through. Pyro explodes as the lights come back on in the arena. Standing before them is that old familiar face with a slight smirk. Brad Kane stands on the stage telling people to get up to their feet if they aren't already. Feeling the pounding music he begins to walk to the ring slapping the hands of all the fans who have their hands over the barricade. Brad continues to walk around ringside showing more love for the fans who made him into a world traveled wrestler before hopping up to the ring apron. He jumps up over the top rope and leaps up to the second turnbuckle closest to him. Brad throws his arms into the air before jumping off and backing into said corner as he waits for his match to begin as more cheers and camera flashes go off. }Vasco Dias: "There's our first mentor/mentee team. They appear to be quite the formidable duo." Terri Morasco: "Of course everyone knows about Brad Kane's history, but I have it on good authority that Tifa Heafy is a heck of a competitor as well. She was trained by a member of the Kane family, after-all." Trent Helms: "And you know those Kanes. They love to fight. I've seen Spike and Brad do unspeakable things to opponents... and to each other for that matter!" Terri Morasco: "Like what?" Trent Helms: "I just said it was unspeakable. There are virgin ears around." { The opener of “Don’t Stop Believing” by Journey plays throughout the arena causing fans to stand to their feet and cheer. As the song begins with “Just a small town girl…” Ashley walks out to the stage and the crowd gives her a warm reaction. She scours the crowd from left to right with her hand over her eyes like the brim of a hat. As the song continues, and the crowd begins singing along with the popular hit, she’s announced to the crowd. }Alison Valance: "From Cleveland, Ohio, weighing in at 112 pounds, ASHLEY MASTRANGELOOOOO!" { As the crowd continues to sing-along Ashley makes her way to the ring, and up the steps. She jumps onto the near turnbuckle and poses for the crowd who give her another great reaction. She then jumps down and does a quick hair setting with her hands as she waits for the match to begin. }{ "Cult of Personality" by Living Color hits the sound system as Mike Laszlo walks out onto the stage, followed by Alexis Caffrey, to a favored reaction from the crowd. Surveying those who cheer, a smirk comes over his face as he heads for the ring with a slow confident walk, ignoring the fans along the isle who want to slap his hand, Alexis close behind. }Alison Valance: "Making his way to the ring, accompanied by Alexis Caffrey, from Cleveland, Ohio, weighing 237 pounds, MIIIIKE LASZLOOOOO!" { Mike slides into the ring under the bottom rope before posing for the crowd who give him another favored reaction, as Alexis ascends the stairs and enters the ring. Backing into the corner Mike clasps his hands and loosens his wrists waiting for the start of the match. }Trent Helms: "It goes without saying, but I really don't like Mike Laszlo, so I'm sure I won't like this protege of his either." Vasco Dias: "Oh you don't like Laszlo? Because he beat you at A Night to Remember, right?" Trent Helms: "...I don't know what you're talking about." Terri Morasco: "I like him already." { The mentors are anxious to see their proteges in action, so they agree to let them start things off. Tifa and Ashley move about the ring, jockeying for position, before locking up in the center of the ring. Ashley gets the advantage and pulls Tifa into a Side Headlock, but Tifa pushes out and Ashley runs, hitting the ropes. As Ashley rebounds, Tifa catches her by surprise with Drop Toe Hold that takes her down to the mat, and quickly transitions over to a Front Facelock. She pulls Mastrenglo to a vertical base and immediately spins, hitting a Neckbreaker. Tifa goes for the early pin. 1... Mastrangelo kicks out. Tifa tries to get Ashley to her feet again, but Laszlo's protege responds with a forearm shot to the gut.... and another forearm shot to the face that backs her into the ropes. Mastrangelo shoots Heafy off of the ropes and looks for a kick, but Tifa Baseball Slides under her boot and gets to her feet, catching Ashley with a surprise Arm Drag as she turns around... and another after she gets up quickly. Ashley is caught off-balance by the fast-paced offense of Heafy, and walks right into a Hip Toss. Tifa hits the ropes and comes off, nailing a Leg Drop across her opponent's throat before hooking the leg for another pin. 1.... 2. Ashley kicks out. Before Tifa can continue her attack, Mastrangelo scurries to her corner and tags in Mike Laszlo. }Terri Morasco: "This girl is on fire! And I'm not talking about the Alicia Keys song." Trent Helms: "You were and you know it." Vasco Dias: "Tifa Heafy has Ashley Mastrangelo running scared, and now it looks like our two men are going to square off." Trent Helms: "I hope Brad kicks his brains out. Literally. I hope his brain exits his skull via kick." { Laszlo makes his way into the ring and stares down Tifa Heafy, who slowly steps back and tags in Brad Kane. BK leaps into the ring and gets in Mike Laszlo's face, to which Mike responds by pie-facing him. Brad, now fired up, connects with a stiff kick to the leg, nearly buckling Laszlo's knee. Another kick elicits a loud response from the crowd, and another has the same result. BK steps back and fires off another high kick, nailing Laszlo in his arm and side, which staggers the former NCW Honor Champion. Kane drops back and spins, looking to nail a Roaring Elbow, but Laszlo reaches up and blocks the arm, lifting and dropping Kane with a Scoop Slam. BK is up quickly, and Laszlo Irish Whips him towards the turnbuckes, charging in and hitting a big Running Splash into the corner. BK stumbles out and Laszlo hits the ropes and charges with the Clothesline, but Kane ducks it and hooks Laszlo up, sending him flying with an Exploder Suplex. Laszlo gets up quickly and gets caught by an Enziguiri, which puts him out on his feet. Brad hits a European Uppercut, holds Laszlo in place, and hits another. Laszlo stumbles around, and Brad spins, drilling him with THE Backfist. Mike falls backwards and rolls under the bottom rope and to the floor. Ashley Mastrangelo drops down to the floor and tries to help her mentor to his feet, while Brad looks down at them. He walks over and tags in Tifa and the two of them nod to one another, before hitting the ropes and diving through, hitting simultaneous Suicide Dives to the outside! The crowd goes wild! }Trent Helms: "You know I taught Brad that move, right?" Vasco Dias: "Team Kane is in-control of this match right now. Can Team Laszlo get back in it?" Terri Morasco: "We'll see right after this commercial break! So don't move a muscle!" Trent Helms: "And more of me! You don't want to miss that." { { COMMERCIAL BREAK } }{ When we come back from commercial, we see Tifa Heafy has Ashley Mastrangelo in position for the Vertical Suplex. Heafy tries to power Ashley up, but the protege of Mike Laszlo hooks Tifa's trunks and positions her leg inside of Tifa's blocking the maneuver. Ashley counters with a quick Snap Suplex of her own, before quickly turning over and lifting Heafy back to her feet, and transitioning into a Russian Leg Sweep. Mastrangelo stands over Heafy and grabs her leg, looking to lock on the Figure Four, but Tifa reaches up and pulls her into an Inside Cradle Pin. 1..... 2..... Kick out. }Terri Morasco: "Ashley was nearly caught by surprise there. Laszlo needs to teach her to be on the lookout for that counter." Trent Helms: "Laszlo needs to sue his barber for making him look like that." { Ashley gets to her feet and catches Tifa with a kick to the ribs as she tries to push to her feet, and then hits the ropes, catching her from behind with a Running Bulldog. Ashley rolls Tifa over and goes for the pin. 1.... 2... she kicks out. Ashley then grabs Tifa from behind and plants her knee in her back, locking on a Chinlock. Tifa slowly pushes to her feet and delivers two back elbows into Ashley's stomach, breaking her grip, before hitting the ropes. Tifa comes charging at Ashley, but the quick-thinking 'Italian Princess' raises her leg high and drops Tifa with her version of the Chick Kick. Mastrangelo looks to the outside and sees Laszlo motioning for her to take to the air. Taking his advice, she steps through the ropes and heads to the apron before climbing to the top rope and steadying herself. Ashley leaps off, looking for the Tribute Elbow.... but Tifa rolls out of the way! The crowd starts to clap and stomp as both ladies try to gather themselves on the mat. They each crawl toward their respective corners, looking to get the hot tag. Laszlo jumps into the ring, ignoring the tag, right as Tifa dives forward and tags in Brad Kane. Laszlo catches Brad with a forearm shot to the face before he can climb into the ring, and quickly hooks him up. Laszlo lifts Kane and tries to Vertical Suplex him over the ropes and into the ring, but Brad slips free and lands on his feet. He connects with a stick kick to the middle of Laszlo's back, spins him around, and connects with a Cravate Suplex. Laszlo gets up to his feet quickly and nearly has his head taken completely off his shoulders with a HUGE Running Big Boot! }Trent Helms: "He calls that combination 'The Future'. Personally, I hate things from the future. Marty McFly and I have never gotten along." Vasco Dias: "Good old-fashioned smash-mouth wrestling. I like it." { BK scrapes Laszlo off of the mat and lifts him up, looking for the big score with the Reckless Killing. Suddenly, Alexis Caffrey jumps up onto the apron and distracts the referee, allowing Laszlo to connect with a thumb to Kane's eye. Brad drops Laszlo and holds his eye, and Laszlo surprises him with a low blow from behind! The referee turns back around and spies Brad holding his crotch, and Laszlo still shaking off that Big Boot from Brad. Realizing he's letting his opponent recover, Laszlo quickly grabs Brad and connects with a knee to the chest, before lifting him up and dropping him with a jaw-jacking No Mercy Crusher! Brad falls to the mat and Laszlo goes for the cover. 1..... 2.... Tifa Heafy jumps into the ring and stops the count by pulling Laszlo's leg. Mike gets to his feet and gives Heafy a death glare, before dragging BK to a vertical base and draping him over the top rope. Laszlo pulls Brad forward so that his feet keep him draped on the ropes, and looks over at Tifa before viciously driving Kane down to the mat with The Executioner. He rolls Brad over and goes for another pin, staring down Brad's protege the whole time. 1..... 2..... Brad gets his shoulder up! }Terri Morasco: "He's got some serious fighting spirit." Vasco Dias: "Laszlo needs to stop fooling around and put Brad away." { Laszlo looks on with disgust, allowing Brad to slowly get to his feet. As Brad uses the ropes to steady himself, Laszlo leaps from behind and tries to score with the ZigZag... but Kane holds onto the top rope, causing Laszlo to crash to the mat. Mike gets up slowly, holding his head as Kane turns and sees him, before jumping in the air and nailing a Jumping Enziguiri. Laszlo falls to the mat and BK makes the tag to Tifa Heafy, who meets Ashley Mastrangelo with a Dropkick... and another as she gets up quickly. Tifa tries to Irish Whip Ashley into the corner, but Ashley reverses it... and Tifa reverses the reversal, sending Ashley into the corner. Tifa runs in and hits a Back Elbow Shot that stuns Ashley enough for Tifa to climb to the top rope and hook her opponent. Heafy jumps off the top rope and looks for the Tornado DDT, but Ashley pulls her head free and connects with a boot to the gut once Tifa's feet hit the mat. Ashley steps back and sends her boot towards Heafy's head with the Forget About It Superkick, but Tifa catches her boot and tosses it back down to the mat, before connecting with a boot to the gut of her own. Mastrangelo bends forward and Tifa pulls her in, lifting and dropping her on her head with a Piledriver! Heafy pulls Ashley over into position in front of the corner before heading up the ropes and to the top turnbuckle. Alexis Caffrey jumps up onto the apron again and tries to affect Tifa, but the up-and-coming Diamond kicks her away, and Alexis drops down to the outside, meanwhile Brad just manages to tag himself in as he charges in at Laszlo who joins him and plants him with a clothesline. Heafy sees Mastrangelo is still down... so she leaps off the top rope and catches Alexis with a Diving Crossbody to the outside! }Terri Morasco: "Heafy with a huge dive there, what action!" Trent Helms: "Perhaps but now we’re going to have to go straight back to the ring as the guys go at it again!" { Brad guides Laszlo to his feet and looks to put him in the Reckless Killing yet again, but Laszlo is able to slip over the back and hook him up for the Down Payment. Brad blocks the move with a well-placed elbow and spins around, pushing Laszlo away. Brad steps back and looks for a BIG head kick, but Laszlo ducks it and grabs him for the German Suplex, which Brad reverses into an attempt of his own. Laszlo forces both men forward toward the ropes, and Kane drops down, rolling Laszlo up into a surprise pin. 1.... 2.... Laszlo rolls through and turns it into a pin of his own. 1..... 2.... Kane breaks the pin and sends Laszlo flying back toward the ropes. Ashley Mastrangelo reaches over and tags Laszlo's arm and jumps into the ring. Ashley charges across the ring and tries to surprise Tifa, but the young Diamond responds with a Shoulder Block to the gut. Ashley bends forward and Tifa leaps over the top, looking for the Sunset Flip Pin. 1..... 2.... Ashley reverses the weight into a hooked pin of her own. 1..... 2.... Tifa breaks free and hits the ropes. Ashley throws a Clothesline as Tifa rebounds, but it's ducked... and Tifa comes off the opposing ropes... nailing the Running Yakuza Kick! Heafy drops to her knees and hooks the leg. 1..... 2.... 3! }Alison Valance: YOUR WINNERS BY PINFALL...... TIFA HEAFY AND BRAD KANEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!" { Tifa climbs off of the pin and has her arm raised by the referee in victory. Brad approaches from the side and raises the other arm, and she responds by giving him a big hug. }Terri Morasco: "What a show by these four fine competitors. Laszlo and Kane trained their proteges well, but tonight, Team Kane was just a little better." Trent Helms: "I'm disappointed that it wasn't Laszlo getting his head kicked off, but hey... he still lost. Way to go Tifa." { Brad and Tifa celebrate in the ring for a few more moments as Brad claps for the Kane family's latest mentee. Meanwhile, Mike Laszlo and Alexis drag Ashley Mastrangelo out of the ring, and help her to the back. }Vasco Dias: "Tonight, the mentee showed the mentor a thing or two!" ----------------------------------------------------------
SEGMENT ”Ominous Message”
---------------------------------------------------------- { A gong is struck and the entire arena sinks into darkness. The only light comes off of the big screen as an image of a gargoyle flutters down and settles on the edge of a gothic church's rooftop. It overlooks the darkened city below as a voice booms through the loudspeakers. }Voice: How long have I been away? { The gargoyle roars into the blackened sky, almost summoning the torrent of rain that follows. }Voice: I... I wonder about the future. { Lightning dances in the sky as thunder rolls behind the giant temple. The gargoyle spreads his wings one last time before it is frozen in place as his flesh turns to stone. }Voice: Will I be able to stay? { Days and nights of the past come and go in a flash as seconds tells the story of passing years. Eventually, time comes to rest on the present where the same stone gargoyle has been cracked with age. A massive boot comes to rest on it's head. }Voice: Soon... { The boot then pushes forward and the horned head crumbles off the gargoyle's stone body, plummeting to the floor below. }Voice: ... Only a matter of time. { A gong is struck again and the lights illuminate the arena as the big screen fizzles out. }

SEGMENT "Heir's to the Throne"
---------------------------------------------------------- Terri Morasco: Welcome back to IWF Sacrifice, what a show we’ve had tonight, if every week is like this I cannot wait. Vasco Dias: The main event was fantastic, well, except when they were trying to emulate Trent Helms. Trent Helms: Am I going to have to listen to this every week? Vasco Dias: You sure are spot ape. { Suddenly the lights go out and “King of the World” by Porcelain and the Tramps blasts out of the PA system as the crowd go nuts. Lights being to flash before a spotlight shines down on the stage to reveal Roberto Verona standing with his arms spread out in a crucifix position. A smile runs across his lips as he basks in the adoration for a moment before taking a few steps to the side, welcoming Katherine Lockheart who emerges from behind the curtain behind him. Verona begins to make his way down the ramp, looking left to right as Katherine follows him before reaching the ring apron where he hops up characteristically and leans back on the ropes with his arms outstretch again as he continues to enjoy the atmosphere whilst Katherine climbs into the ring. Roberto eventually follows, making a cut gesture as he ask for a microphone and his music slowly fades out and the crowd cheer his name, a stark contrast to the reaction he normally garners. }Roberto Verona: I feel like I’ve passed into an alternative dimension based on the reaction here, it’s almost like you’ve all forgotten the time I smashed that one guy in the face with my belt, or the time I bust one of my best friends open with a turnbuckle, or…. { Verona tails off as he grins at the crowd. }Roberto Verona: But those were different times, now I stand before you as the acting Chief Operating Officer of the Imperial Wrestling Federation, a role which makes my following announcement all the more important. Effectively immediately, and with much regret, I tender my official resignation as an active member of the roster for the foreseeable future. { The crowd boo and Verona holds up a hand. }Roberto Verona: I’ve accomplished a lot in my career, a lot to be proud of and it is time to sit back and let the next generation have their moment in the spotlight, just like I was afforded. I promised to do everything I could to make sure those who deserved their moment got it and no man should have to stand back and watch me indulge my own ego. This isn’t the last you’ve seen of me as an active professional wrestler, but I am not officially on a sabbatical from my competitive duties. { The crowd boo again. }Roberto Verona: But this isn’t a moment to mourn, this is a moment to celebrate. It is my pleasure, in my new role to announce the plans to determine the first ever Imperial Champion and my colleague, the beautiful Katherine Lockheart has joined me to unveil the plans to crown our first Diamond’s Champion. Please allow me to hand over to Ms. Lockheart… { Roberto turns and passes the microphone to Katherine who nods her head appreciatively as he backs off and claps before settling in the corner of the ring. }Katherine Lockheart: You know they say you never get a second chance to make a first impression, and hopefully what you've seen here tonight has left just as big an impression on you as it has me, When I was given the chance by Mr de Montford to head up my own division and make sure that female wrestling was about so much more than girls who stood around looking pretty for five minutes before occasionally slapping each other, I knew exactly the direction I wanted to take - the future of women's wrestling crystallised in my mind. { Katherine begins to emphasise her speech with her hands. }Katherine Lockheart: It sparkled, the future of women's wrestling has never been more secure and never shone any brighter. Tonight I paid homage to what came before and sent five new faces out there in a showcase match and they delivered. The division has some of the most beautiful, tough and resilient women in the business today and under my supervision they will shine like the diamonds that they are. { The crowd applauds as Katherine continues. }Katherine Lockheart: Over the coming weeks we will see a series of qualifying matches for the Heiress to the Throne tournament to crown the first ever Diamonds World Champion, and in the spirit of competition, there will be only eight places in this tournament so only the best will qualify - and I hope you all will enjoy the journey we take from here as much as I will... Mr. Verona? { Katherine turns to her boss and passes him back the microphone as the crowd cheer her announcement, eager to see what the Diamond’s have in store for them. Roberto waits to the crowd to die down a little before continuing. }Roberto Verona: Thank you Katherine. Now, the attentive amongst you will already know that IWF announced its annual Heir and Heiress to the Throne tournaments which will both commence after our first pay-per-view, Bloody Assizes… yeah, yeah, get the laughs out now… { The crowd laugh and clap as Verona pretends to check his watch for a few moments before continuing. }Roberto Verona: Out of your systems? Anyway, both tournaments will commence following the pay per view, as Katherine mentioned a series of qualification matches will determine the eight lucky ladies who will compete for the right to be crowd the first Diamond’s Champion, but what about the men? { Roberto pauses for a moment and then continues. }Roberto Verona: We have a stacked roster, complete with former NCW World Champions and fresh faced newcomers looking to make a name for themselves and it is the latter who will be granted an opportunity to contest the Imperial Championship in two months’ time. At Bloody Assizes there will be an invitational mini-Roulette match to determine the eight men who will compete in the Heir to the Throne tournament. The final eight survivors will enter the Heir to the Throne tournament and be assigned a number of starting points dependant on their order of elimination, however, there is a catch… { Verona pauses for dramatic affect. }Roberto Verona: In the interests of producing our own generation of talent and stars all former NCW World Champions will be barred from competing in this match, this opportunity will be available to everyone who never held that illustrious belt as long as they are singles competitors will be eligible to compete. Tag team members are exempt from this competition as is anybody involved in the concluding title matches from our separate division's tournaments, however I'm pleased to announce that the first three men to win our singles belts will be granted a shot at the Imperial Championship for their valiant efforts. Everyone who is eligible will be entered unless they decline the invitation personally. { The crowd cheer. }Roberto Verona: In two months’ time a new icon will emerge, somebody else will have their chance to carve out their own legacy and make a footprint in the history of this company. This is a new dawn, a new era and I for one look forward… { Suddenly the sound of the “British Grenadiers March” begins to blasts out of the speakers as Verona drops his microphone to stare up the ramp but nobody appears. }Trent Helms: The British are coming! The British are coming! Vasco Dias: What the hell is this sorcery? Terri Morasco: Settle down Granddad, it’s just music… { Verona turns around to ask Katherine if she knows what this is as he looks around the stadium but she just shakes her head as she begins to look nervous. Suddenly there is a commotion in the audience as Bernard de Montfort, complete in British regalia hops the barrier and slides into the ring with a crowbar clutched in his hand. Verona has yet to spot him but as he turns around Bernard pounces, cracking the inanimate object straight into Roberto’s skull which sends the COO crashing down to the mat with a sickening thud, his eyebrow busted wide open as Katherine staggers back in horror. }Vasco Dias: Well this got medieval quickly. Trent Helms: Welcome back to the Empire, America. Terri Morasco: Good God, what a sickening attack by Bernard de Montfort, what the hell is wrong with this animal? { Verona lays in a broken heap as de Montfort drops his weapon, wiping his mouth as he grins down at his work, laughing manically as he turns he head and smiles at Katherine before looking back down at the prone Verona who never saw it coming. }Terri Morasco: Bernard de Montfort has defied his father and assaulted the COO of IWF, there is going to be hell to pay next week. Trent Helms: This is exactly how a show should end, somebody in a heap and a terrified woman. Vasco Dias: Sounds like a Helms wedding night… Terri Morasco: The fall out could be massive, and we have our special Cruiserweight show as well as the initial stages of the Diamond’s tournament, I cannot wait, we hope to see you then! { The camera cuts to Bernard’s face as he smiles down at Verona as the IWF copyright logo appears in the corner of the screen and we begin to fade to the company logo as the first episode of Sacrifice comes to a close. }
