In another shocking decision from the Head of Talent Relations as well as the Head of the North American Territory, Ed has decreed after the shocking finish to James Gilmore and Elijah Lassiter that IWF will be implementing VAR! Video assistant referees. According to inside sources that means there will be a group of referees watching along backstage during every match watching for missed calls. When a missed call is spotted they will have the option of throwing a yellow flag, which will stop the match and put the call in review, or a red flag which will disqualify an opponent all together. This is yet another shocking and albeit strange change implemented by Ed. But as we have seen, few of these changes have lasted longer than the day they were announced so it remains to be seen how or if this change will really impact anything.
