SPRING KNOCKOUT April 26th 2020 Caja Mágica Madrid Spain ------------------------------------SEGMENTPre-Show Panel ------------------------------------{The camera pans over the crowd, highlighting a number of signs, including ones that say "KO", "Just Like Detroit", "Where’s Joe Everyman?", "Jaymat wins or we riot", "Ferriman!", "Nighthawk vs Warren is gonna be epic", "Iron maiden is the best match", and more before settling in on the preshow panel team.}Summer Thompson: Hello guys, gals and nonbinary pals! Welcome to Spring Knockout 2020. The fan named pay per view of the year. We have a ton of matches and not a whole lot of time so let’s get right into it. Preshow match? Adel and LA Stylez?Uriel Black: Adel is going to destroy him. No question. Summer Thompson: Interesting choice, Uriel. Like, I want to hope La does well but he’s been pretty quiet. Robert Henderson: Adel seems to be on a roll as of late and as much as I hate to give credit to Abraxes and his inductions it seems likely. Rayne: Adel. No question.Summer Thompson: Next we have the setup for the last man standing match. We can find of squish them all into the basic who do we think is going to win the whole situation?Rayne: I think Jack Ferriman might be angry enough to get the whole situation locked down. He’s angry. He’s got a lot to prove. That kind of build up can get you pretty far.Robert Henderson: Nighthawk. He’s the most experience of any of the wrestlers in this area and he should be the first champion in this match.Uriel Black: Warren Kane. He’s been on an absolute tear as of late. He is going to do everything possible to get the title to prove himself. Doesn’t help that I kind of want him to win this.Summer Thompson: Why do you want that?Uriel Black: It keeps distance between him and the lord our God.Rayne: Ugh.Robert Henderson: Uriel, you can’t be serious.Uriel Black: Given everything that’s been going on it will be safer for everyone. Trust me.Summer Thompson: Do you still follow God even with everything that’s happened?Uriel Black: Do you really want an answer to that?Summer Thompson: Have I been unclear in how interested I am?Uriel Black: … Sorry?Rayne: Summer, no.Summer Thompson: I’ve been hitting on you for months.{Uriel blinks and then gets a slow smile.}Uriel Black: I believe it’s time for the preshow match, don’t you? We will be right back.Rayne: Wait-{Uriel picks Summer up and carries her off with her giggling.}Robert Henderson: This is not very professional!Rayne: We’ll be back… ------------------------------------PreShow MatchAdel Trevant vs LA Johnny Stylez ------------------------------------{As ‘Uptown funk’ come son, he starts strutting and dancing down to the ring in time to the music}
Terri Morasco: Adel Travent arrogantly strutting his way towards the ring.
Vasco Dias: I honestly can't stand the way this guy goes around thinking he's better than everyone else.
Terri Morasco: I don't think anyone can, but I really don't think he cares.

Cold by Crossfade plays over the loud speaker as out struts the Paragona of Americana , LA Johnny Stylez. Stylez moves with the rhythm of the music while yelling at the crowd. Naturally Stylez is met with a course of boos so loud that it almost shakes the arena. Stylez is dressed in a pair of baggy cargo pants and he is wearing a P.o.P T-shirt Outsider’s style. On the front of the shirt is P.o.P in white bold letters with (Players of Perfection) written in captions. Stylez is wearing a pair of silver oakleys and he has a cigarette hanging from his lips. After dancing to his music and taunting the fans, Stylez makes his way down the ramp.
-What I Really Meant To Say- -Is That I’m Sorry For The Way- -I AM- -NeVeR MeAnT To Be- -So Cold-
Stylez arrogantly struts to the ring, stopping to blow smoke in the face of a few fans sitting front row. Stylez then puts his cigarette out, and slides in the ring on his stomach. He then shoots up and immediately begins talking trash to the fans, who are letting him have it. Stylez walks up to the ring announcer and playfully slaps them over the head a few times, before walking over to the turnbuckle and laying across it pretending to fall asleep as he awaits the bell.}
Terri Morasco: We saw Stylez debut last week on Sacrifice in a hard fought loss to Nick Knight. He will obviously be looking to get back on the winning track tonight.
Vasco Dias: Is it possible for both of these guys to lose?
Terri Morasco: Unfortunately not.
{Blue Shoes calls for the bell and the action is back and forth for the opening minutes with Adel Travent showing some great counter wrestling ability to negate the size advantage of Johnny Stylez. Eventually the power of Stylez is too much and he is able to gain control with a half nelson German suplex followed by the Curtain Jerker for a two count. Frustrated at not winning the match with the big impact moves Johnny pulls Travent to his feet by a handful of hair, before shoving the head of the Oklahoma native between his knees and hoising him up for a powerbomb, but Adel slips out and blasts the man from The Big Easy in the face with a trio of stiff European uppercuts. His opponent reeling from the forearm shots Travent smells blood in the water and follows up with an over the head belly to belly suplex before climbing to the top and coming down with a big leg drop for a long two count.}
Terri Morasco: Adel Travent looking quite impressive so far in this match.
Vasco Dias: As impressive as he looks that was obviously a rookie mistake, thinking he could pick up the win with a few uppercuts and a leg drop. Seriously has anyone ever has won a match with a leg drop?
{Obviously frustrated at not picking up the win Adel Travent is jawing with Blue Shoes about a slow count as he grabs a handful of Stylez’s hair and begins to pull him to his feet, but Johnny has different plans and regains control of the match with a blatant low blow. The official admonishes him, but Johnny just ignores the lecture as he lifts Adel across his shoulders before depositing him on the canvas with The Hero Killer. Travent looks to be out, but Stylez makes the choice of inflicting more damage instead of making the pin attempt.}
Terri Morasco: Johnny Stylez is looking to make an example of Adel Travent.
Vasco Dias: The guy has yet to have a win here in IWF, he really should just go for the pin. There’s no such thing as style points in professional wrestling.
{A smile comes across the face of Stylez as he grabs Adel by the hair and hoists the nearly unconscious man to his feet by a handful of hair. Travent is on rubber legs and looks like her could collapse if Johnny were to let go, but the big man from New Orleans has no intentions of letting go. No he is playing to the crowd and taking in their mixed reactions. Some are booing him for being the egotistical son of a bitch that he is, while others are cheering because they hate Adel Travent more. Any way you look at it Johnny Stylez is getting off on just getting some kind of reaction from the IWF faithful. Riding the cheers and jeers to a crescendo he rears back looking for The Best Move Ever, but Adel has it well scouted. The Performance Center graduate is playing possum and easily dodges the back hand and locks on an Anaconda choke. Johnny Stylez tries to scramble to the ropes, but Adel has it cinched in tight. Second pass with Stylez becoming weaker and weaker until he finally taps out before he is choked out.}------------------------------------SEGMENTPre-show Panel------------------------------------{The camera goes back to the pre-show panel with Summer and Uriel’s seats still empty. Rayne and Robert exchange a look.}
Rayne: So I guess it’s just us?
Robert Henderson: I suppose it is.
Rayne: World title match then I guess. Jayson or Steve? I personally think Steve is going to win here. He is one of the champions who has had a pretty long record. He’s ruthless and I have no doubt he is going to do everything possible to stay world champion.
Robert Henderson: I hate to agree but Steve Awesome is one of the most underhanded wrestlers in this company.
Rayne: Iron Maiden? I think this will come down between Dawn Halliwell and Fiona McFly.
Robert Henderson: I agree with you there.
{They both wait a moment.}
Robert Henderson: What do we do now?
Rayne: I guess go to commercial? ------------------------------------LAST MAN STANDING WORLD TELEVISION CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT 1000 WORD LIMIT per match

SEGMENTSpecial Place In Hell------------------------------------{ We cut to the backstage area where we see Ethan King making his way toward the entrance. }Vasco Dias: Ethan King has been on a tear since returning to the IWF. Terri Morasco: He’s been unstoppable but one man looking to pump the brakes on this return is Rob Diamond. Vasco Dias: Look, I love Rob Diamond as much as anyone but Ethan King is going to eat him alive. Rob needs to do the smart thing and just stay the hell away from King until he’s cleared. Terri Morasco: Well, last week Rob said he was coming to Sprin- { Terri is cut off as Ethan King is suddenly speared by Rob Diamond into the gorilla position knocking all the monitors off the table!!! }Terri Morasco: Rob Diamond is here! Vasco Dias: Bad move by the InFamous One! { Rob is raining down fists on Ethan as they lay on what was the table for gorilla position. }Vasco Dias: Someone needs to get security in here before it’s too late! Terri Morasco: Don’t you normally support these kind of brawls? Vasco Dias: Not when one man is already suffering from a concussion! { Ethan and Rob roll off the table and now Ethan is the one with the upper hand as he starts pummeling Rob Diamond. King gets up off of Rob and grabs one of the fallen monitors. Rob gets to his feet and Ethan hurls the monitor into the side of Rob’s head! }Vasco Dias: Jesus! Terri Morasco: Ethan just rung Rob’s bell! { Rob is staggered and Ethan grabs him by the arm and shoulder and runs Rob right into the steps leading out to the stage! }Terri Morasco: Someone needs to break this up! { Referees Grave Roberts and Tommy Knocker try to stop Ethan but he lays each of them out with right hands as Rob crawls up the steps toward the stage. }Vasco Dias: Someone more qualified needs to break this up! { Ethan spots a steel chair and smiles devilishly as he grabs and very loudly folds it up as Rob reaches the curtain. }Terri Morasco: Ethan has bad intentions for that steel chair! Vasco Dias: You think so, Terri!? { Rob stumbles through the curtain onto the stage in front of the live crowd, Ethan comes barreling through and Rob turns right into a chair shot to the forehead that lays out Rob Diamond again! }Vasco Dias: Honestly, I’ve seen enough! Terri Morasco: Where the hell are James and Steve!? Vasco Dias: Preparing for their matches, they likely aren’t even seeing this! { Rob starts to push himself back up as Ethan raises the chair up over his head ready to finish Rob Diamond off when someone shrieks “NO!” }Terri Morasco: Is that? Vasco Dias: Mama Spike Kane! { Rob Diamond’s wife, a Spike Kane from an alternate dimension comes running out and puts herself between Rob and Ethan. Ethan tilts his head slightly and lowers the chair. }Terri Morasco: Is Ethan backing down from Mama Spike? Vasco Dias: I sure as hell hope so! { Security begins to make their way out from the back but they are keeping their distance as Mama Spike lays one hand on Rob while keeping both eyes on Ethan King. }Vasco Dias: Maybe Ethan is finally using that big brain of his and holding back. Terri Morasco: Thank god. { Suddenly Ethan lifts the chair back up and just brains Mama Spike in the side of the head the same way he did to Rob Diamond one month ago at High Stakes!!!! } Vasco and Terri: NO!!!!! { Security quickly runs in and grabs Ethan who is dead set on continuing the attack but the seven guards manage to hold him back as Mama Spike lays on the steel stage out cold. }Terri Morasco: That son of a bitch!!!! Vasco Dias: I’m disgusted!!!! { Rob is coming too and realizes what happens as he looks up with utter hatred at Ethan who begins to cackle like a psychopath as security drags him back through the curtain. Rob looks back to Mama Spike with tears in his eyes as he sees blood on his hands from where the chair hit her. }Terri Morasco: I can’t believe Ethan did that. Vasco Dias: There’s a special place in hell for men like Ethan King. { Medical staff make their way out with a gurney as Rob kneels next to Mama Spike, clutching her hand as we cut away to a promo package for our next match. }------------------------------------
MATCH TWO 1000 Word Limit Nighthawk vs Warren Kane
------------------------------------
Alison Valance: “This next contest is scheduled for one fall and is an opening-round match in the IWF World Television Title Tournament.”
{The lights go out and the snow steady beat of New Divide by Linkin Park plays and the crowd gives a good cheer for Warren Kane as he emerges from behind the curtains wearing a simple leather jacket, with his hands at his hips and a smile on his face. He then heads towards the ring, stopping to touch hands with members of the crowd before stopping in front of the ring. Closes his eyes, takes a breath before jumping up onto the apron, climbing the turnbuckle on the outside and raising his arms in the air getting a positive reaction from the crowd. The music dies down and the lights return to normal as he drops into the ring.} ‘
Alison Valance: “Introducing first, from London, England and weighing in at 205 pounds, please welcome…. Warren Kane!”
{As the opening lines of “Are You Ready (Island Style Intro)” by Minmi boom out over the sound system, Nighthawk walks out carefully with his face covered by an orange-and-white hood and looks at the sold-out crowd with a happy smile on his face that slowly fades as he gets himself into the zone. Walking to the ring carefully, his hands hitting the outstretched hands of the fans in the front row, the Hawaiian calmly ascends the top turnbuckle on the outside before removing his hood and raising one finger above his head and then moving to his corner where he removes his jacket and allows the referee to check him for foreign objects.}
Alison Valance: “And his opponent, originally from Chicago, Illinois but now residing in Honolulu, Hawaii and also weighing in at 205 pounds…. ‘The Master of 1000 Holds’…. ‘The Wrestling Genius’ Nighthawk!”
Terri Morasco: “And the opening round of the IWF TV title tournament, Nighthawk and Warren Kane get to find out who is next to make it to the elimination match later on tonight. This ought to be a technical wrestling classic, Vasco.”
Vasco Dias: “Of a sort, Terri. Nighthawk and Warren Kane are both in the wide class of ‘technical’ wrestlers, but they’re vastly different. Warren wrestles in the Japanese style, which is harder-hitting and rougher than normal. For Nighthawk’s part, he can wrestle that way if he needs to but he does wrestle with a lot more grace and fluidity than that normally. Lots of angles and slick counters, literally walking his opponents into holds. At least, that’s what I’ve seen him doing in the charity matches he was wrestling in Hawaii. Will he be able to do that against someone like Warren Kane? We’ll see.”
{Offering a handshake, Nighthawk and Warren shake hands comfortably before the bell rings and then take a moment to measure each other before slowly going into a collar-and-elbow lockup and pushing against each other for position, finally finding themselves tied up in the ropes where they immediately break when the referee comes over to separate them. Removing the rubberband keeping his long cherry bomb-red locks tied up in a ponytail Nighthawk again moves to a collar-and-elbow lockup before again pushing against each other for position until the referee again steps into position to force the break causing them to break apart from each other again, each man now starting to stretch out and loosen up as they now prepare themselves for the long hour. Moving back into the center of the ring the Hawaiian quickly goes for a single-leg takedown and finds that stuffed, allowing Warren to counter into a front headlock which he quickly converts into a seated clinch hold. But as Warren tries to hook in the clinch the “Wrestling Genius” crosses his legs and then weaves his taped left hand through the cross and wiggles it in front of his face, tempting the Londoner to try and grab the hand only to see Nighthawk smoothly turn it into a standing armwringer as he focuses his attention on the arm of his opponent. Shaking his finger no when the referee comes over to see if he wants to quit, Warren instead slowly does a series of deep knee bends and then steps out of the back door with a standing cravate only to see Nighthawk smoothly spin his way out of danger as both men stand at the ready again, the barest beginnings of sweat beginning to appear on both of their faces.}
Terri Morasco: “And, Vasco, the chess match has begun. The best player in the world, some argue, is Nighthawk. Tonight, against an opponent who might know all of his tricks, can we see Warren Kane pull something out he isn’t ready for? Or will the ‘Master of 1000 Holds’ devise an approach that ends up with him checkmating the man that is the presumptive #1 seed?”
Vasco: “We talked with Nighthawk and Warren Kane earlier today, Terri, and the one common thread we heard from both of them is how important it was for both of them to be on form and sharp. They each knew, and acknowledged, that there was absolutely no way either of them could expect to win the match if they weren’t at anything other than their absolute best. I think, tonight, we’re going to see a classic. But if they do go that far, and go as hard as they need to, how much will be left for the elimination match?”
{Sitting in a referee’s crouch, removing a stray strand of cerulean-blue tape from around his left hand, Nighthawk goes for a knucklelock which he gets and after a brief period of jockeying for control is able to get a quick standing wristlock and even takes it to the ground as he tries to convert it into a double wristlock which he is able to, but can’t fully turn into the hold in the way that he might like as Warren blocks every attempt. But as he doggedly holds on to the double wristlock, trying to make this into a submission attempt, Warren is able to counter out into a very tight sitting chinlock which looks enough like a sleeper that the referee checks to make sure that Nighthawk isn’t going to sleep. Rolling to his stomach, and then to a knee, the Hawaiian spins out of it into a tight stepover wristlock as he again goes back to working on the arm before turning that into a flash crucifix pin attempt that gets a quick 1-count. Rolling through he still holds onto the wristlock until Warren is able to get to his feet and turn into a waistlock attempt which Nighthawk quickly bellies out of before both men stand at the ready, Warren shaking out the muscles in his arm as Warren does the same for his neck. Going back to a knucklelock while also trying to use a collar-and-elbow lockup Warren hooks in a tight cravate, causing Nighthawk to try to spin out of the hold before dropping to a knee which allows the Londoner to quickly lock in a headscissors and let go of the butterfly lock. Shaking his finger no when the referee comes over to see if he wants to give up the “Wrestling Genius” now begins to work on getting himself into a handstand only to see that path blocked by Warren, who hits a short piledriver to keep the headscissors applied. Realizing that counter is now unavailable to him Nighthawk slowly pulls himself to a seated position and then rolls through into a prawn hold, getting a flash 1-count before both men stand at the ready again. Flipping his shoulder-length cherry bomb-red hair out of his face Nighthawk moves back into the center of the ring as Warren does the same, quickly going for an ankle trip only to see Nighthawk stuff that and quickly lock in a seated fujiwara armbar which forces Warren to scramble to the ropes to force a break of the hold. Stretching out, waiting in the center of the ring for his opponent to get to his feet, the “Master of 1000 Holds” then gets back into a referee’s crouch as Warren shakes out his arm.}
Terri Morasco: “In a match that is feeling more and more like a chess match, Nighthawk and Warren Kane are still feeling each other out and trying to put money in the bank for later in the bout. This is compelling pure wrestling, Vasco, and the crowd is watching this in rapt attention.”
Vasco Dias: “People have long believed that there is something inherently unexciting about watching grappling at this high level. But, as we are seeing tonight, nothing could be further from the truth. These are two top-level grapplers plying their trade and this crowd isn’t bored. They are actually thrilled, watching this bout go on with no hint of anything unsportsmanlike. They’re just wrestling hard, and aggressively. This is a blast for me to watch.”
{Shaking out his arm a touch more aggressively, not wanting to show any sign of weakness, Warren again goes for the collar-and-elbow lockup and grabs a tight side headlock, quickly taking that over and making sure the hold is as tight as it possibly can be. Banging his forearms on the mat as he tries to think of what he wants to do next Nighthawk then rolls over into a bridging cradle that gets a quick 2-count before Warren returns it back into a side headlock as the Hawaiian focuses all of his attention on keeping his shoulders off of the mat, slowly trying to roll out of trouble only to find that he can’t easily get out of the hold like he thought. But as the referee comes over to see if the Hawaiian wants to quit he begins to figure a way out and starts to do a handstand while still in the side headlock, releasing the pressure enough that he can go for a quick La Majistral cradle that gets a 1-count. Going for a tilt-a-whirl armdrag Nighthawk is countered into a tight small package that also gets a 1-count which he reverses into one of his own that also gets a 1-count as both men are quite obviously very evenly matched. Taking a moment to remove another stray strand of tape, Nighthawk pulls himself up to his feet and stretches out the muscles in his neck as Warren tries to keep his arm strong. Seeing that though the “Wrestling Genius” immediately goes for a Greco-Roman knucklelock only to find his way into a Japanese stranglehold, although Warren can’t get it all the way applied before Nighthawk simply snakes his way out of the hold and counters right into a flying cross-armbreaker. Scrambling to get to the ropes even as the cross-armbreaker is locked in tighter and tighter Nighthawk exhales and releases when Warren finally puts both legs around the bottom rope. Shaking out his arm noticeably now, as Nighthawk does the same for his neck, the Londoner hand-fights his way out of a Greco-Roman knucklelock into a full nelson which he is able to get his hands locked.}
{Quickly doing a rapid-fire series of leg lifts Nighthawk counters out of that into a prawn hold attempt which Warren stuffs into a folding press that gets a 3-count.}

MATCH THREE 1000 Word Limit James Gilmore vs Jack Ferriman
------------------------------------
{What's Up Danger begins to play as the lights in the arena dim. A black and white image of Jack appears on the Imperatron as Jack slowly steps out onto the ramp, adjusting thelong black coat he is wearing over his ring gear and cracking his neck. He slowly turns his head as he gazes around the arena before setting his eyes on the ring, slowly walking down the ramp and stepping easily through the ropes. He flexes his shoulders as he turns in a slow circle before settling into his corner, tilting his head Michael Meyers style as he stares down the referee.}
Terri Morasco: Here we go, fans! The third last man standing match of this TV title tournament's about to get underway!
Vasco Dias: Jack Ferriman looks possessed! He wants to destroy the competition and prove that he's no afterthought!
{ The opening intro to “Shell Shocked” begins to play as we see a video package showcasing James Gilmore from his early childhood days--via black-and-white home movie footage as well as still photos--to his days as a high school and, later in life, a a student of history at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. }
“Knock, knock, you about to get shell shocked Knock, knock, you about to get shell shocked Knock, knock, you about to get shell shocked Knock, knock, you about to get shell shocked…”
{ We then see distorted images of Gilmore during his early wrestling career, including images from his successful tag-team run on the independent circuit. The images, as well as the song, start to fuzz out like an old analog TV as images from his IWF career flash through before turning itself off. }
The Voice of James Gilmore: “Get your popcorn ready, dudes and dudettes! Time for some good ol’-fashioned entertainment!!”
{ Suddenly, jets of water burst from all sides as the opening strains to the Offspring classic “Nitro (Youth Energy)” begins to play. As a spotlight shines, we see the image of James Gilmore as he rides onto the stage in a custom-built patriotic-themed Harley-Davidson, complete with "TRUMP 2020" decals and "#MAGA" on his rear license plate. As he revs the motorcycle’s powerful motor, more jets of water shoot up from all sides as we get a closer look at his wrestling attire. }
“Our generation sees the world not the same as before We might as well just throw it all And live like there's no tomorrow There's no tomorrow
”We are the ones Who are living under the gun every day You might be gone before you know So live like there's no tomorrow"
{ Tonight, the Islander alum wears attire that looks very reminiscent of what men wore during the era of the Old West--complete with a white long-brimmed hat and even a cigar! The crowd absolutely eats it all up as James tips his hat before revving his engine and driving down the ramp. }
“Ain't gonna waste this life There's no tomorrow - you ain't gonna live it for me There's no tomorrow - ain't gonna waste this life There's no tomorrow - you ain't gonna live it for me
Believe it The official view of the world has changed In a whole new way Live fast cause if you don't take it You'll never make it”
{ Gilmore stops just a few feet short of the ring and takes off the bandana that serves as his facemask and tossing his hat into the crowd. }
“So if you understand me And if you feel the same Then you will know what Nitro means
You'll live like there's no tomorrow - Ain't gonna waste this life There's no tomorrow - You ain't gonna live it for me There's no tomorrow...”
{ James continues to pose for the fans, taking in the moments around him with wonder as he awaits for the bell to sound. }
Vasco Dias: Gotta say, I can dig Gilmore's choice of music...
Terri Morasco: JJ's looking to make 2020 just as magical as last year!
Vasco Dias: Someone's about to be knocked out cold!
[DING!]
{ Blue Shoes called for the bell to start this match, which lasted a brutally savage eleven minutes. Both men gave it their all in this contest, with blood coming from both James and Jack. We take you to one of the more sick moments of the match, when nine minutes in James--a disheveled and battered mess--found himself climbing up to the top turnbuckle. Ferriman, his warpaint being overrun by a crimson mask, has a steel chair in hand as the Spanish crowd roars, anticipating something big... }
Terri Morasco: JJ's taking a big risk here!
Vasco Dias: This isn't gonna be pretty...
{ ...and as the Islander alum leaps off the top strand... }
~THWACK!!!~
{ ...he's greeted with a vicious chairshot to the skull from Ferriman! Gilmore lands on the canvas hard, almost creating a whiplash effect as Jack smirks from ear to ear! }
Terri Morasco: Holy--!!
Vasco Dias: --JESUS!!!
{ Blue Shoes begins to count as Jack Ferriman looks around at the shocked crowd... }
ONE!
TWO!!
THREE!!!
FOUR!!!
{ JJ's lower legs are the first parts to stir as he slowly crawls toward the ropes... }
FIVE!!!
SIX!!!
SEVEN!!!
EIGHT!!!
{ Jack shakes his head and prepares to take another mighty swing with his steel chair...only for James to superkick him HARD, causing the chair to smack his opponent in the schnozz! As Jack crumples to the mat in a heap, James can only close his eyes and stand in a neutral corner as Blue Shoes counts! }
ONE!!
TWO!!

{ James wipes the blood away from his face as he looks on, concerned over Jack's well-being as the count continues. }

{ Blue Shoes waves his arms and calls for the bell! }
[DING-DING-DING!!!]
Vasco Dias: WOW!!!
Terri Morasco: What a war these two went through!!!
{ "ShellShocked" begins playing once again as EMTs and redshirts race on down to the ring to check on Jack Ferriman's condition! The crowd cheers as Jack gives a thumbs-up, prompting James to do the same in a sign of mutual respect for each other. }
------------------------------------
THREE WAY ELIMINATION MATCH Each possible participant is allowed one additional 1000 word RP dedicated to the triple threat match Winner of match 1 vs Winner of match 2 vs Winner of match 3 ------------------------------------
Alyson Valance: The following contest is a triple threat elimination match and it will determine the first ever IWF WORLD TELEVISION CHAMPION!!!!
{The lights go out and the snow steady beat of New Divide by Linkin Park plays and the crowd gives a good cheer for Warren Kane as he emerges from behind the curtains wearing a simple leather jacket, with his hands at his hips and a smile on his face. He then heads towards the ring, stopping to touch hands with members of the crowd before stopping in front of the ring. Closes his eyes, takes a breath before jumping up onto the apron, climbing the turnbuckle on the outside and raising his arms in the air getting a positive reaction from the crowd. The music dies down and the lights return to normal as he drops into the ring.}
Vasco Dias: What a huge opportunity for these three men, Terri.
Terri Morasco: Absolutely, Vasco. One of these men tonight will forever etch their name into the IWF history books.
Vasco Dias: There can only ever be one first time champion!
{"Sorry to disappoint you..."
The whispered, guttural intro of "Dead Man Walking" echoes over the PA, the lights beginning to strobe, and Caleb Lockwood stalks out from the back, twirling a lead pipe in his hands as he glares out at the crowd for a moment, stalking down towards the ring. After his initial glance, he seems to completely ignore the crowd, focused solely on the ring in front of him as he advances with purpose in his eyes. Caleb slides into the ring, pushing himself up to his feet, and twirls the pipe in his hand, idly handing it to the referee before walking to a corner and grabbing the ropes, leaning forward and letting his grip arrest his momentum, bouncing back with a manic energy in his movements as the lights come up and the music fades.}
Terri Morasco: There is no love lost between Caleb and Warren, bitter rivals who find themselves in this contest tonight.
Vasco Dias: Everytime they get in the ring with each other it’s an absolute blood bath and I love it!
{ An instrumental with hook version of "Shell Shocked" by Juicy J, featuring Wiz Khalifa and Ty Dolla $ign, begins to play, and a video package begins to play stock footage of waves crashing, followed by bolts of cloud-to-cloud lightning. }
"Knock, knock, you about to get shell shocked Knock, knock, you about to get shell shocked Knock, knock, you about to get shell shocked Knock, knock, you about to get shell shocked..."
{ As jets of water shoot out from all directions, we tsee James Gilmore stepping out onto the stage, posing along to the hip-hop tune, before high-fiving the crowd and walking down to the ring. }
"(All for one when we fight together) Knock, knock, you about to get shell shocked (All for one when we ride together) Knock, knock, you about to get shell shocked (All for one when we fight together) Knock, knock, you about to get shell shocked (This family can bear any weather) Knock, knock, you about to get shell shocked..."
{ Once inside the ring, the Islander alum points heavenward, taking in the moments as he waits for his opponent. }
Terri Morasco: One man has been quietly rising up the ranks and you know he’s hungry to have gold once again.
Vasco Dias: I can’t take anything away from James as a competitor… Just as a person.
Terri Moraso: Vasco!
Vasco Dias: And I really want to see Warren rip his face off and wear it like a mask.
Terri Morasco: Disgusting.
{ Grave Roberts is on referee duty tonight and he calls for the bell! }
Terri Morasco: World Television Championship on the line!
{ Warren and Caleb explode out of their corners and immediately meet in the center of the ring exchanging fists!!! }
Vasco Dias: Let there be blood!!!!
{ James comes in but both men turn and lay him out with right hands and go right back to brawling! }
Terri Morasco: James was the third wheel in that exchange!
Vasco Dias: And in life!
{ Caleb starts to get the upper hand on the strike war but Warren underhooks the right arm of Caleb and checks Lockwood with an elbow strike. Warren swoops behind Caleb and grabs him for a rear wasitlock take down and goes right into an STF! }
Vasco Dias: Warren not wasting any time!
Terri Morasco: It’s elimination rules, get one man out as fast as possible and conserve energy!
{ James comes in with a running dropkick on Warren and breaks up the STF! }
Vasco Dias: What the hell is James doing!?
Terri Morasco: Maybe Gilmore wants to be the one who takes out Caleb!?
{ James pulls Caleb up off the mat and checks him with his own elbow strike and then starts to chop Caleb hard across the chest. Lockwood is backed into the corner where Gilmore lights him up with chops. Warren is up to his feet, he bounces off the ropes and hits a running dropkick on Gilmore that sends him crashing into Caleb! }
Terri Morasco: Warren isn’t one to be outdone!
Vasco Dias: Absolutely not!
{ Warren spins James around then hooks both men hitting stereo implant DDTS!!! Warren makes the cover on Gilmore but he kicks right out. Warren then covers Lockwood, but he kicks right out as well. }
Vasco Dias: Nice ddt there by Warren.
Terri Morasco: But not enough to get the cover!
{ Warren pulls Caleb up and goes for the Splosion suplex into the corner but Caleb manages to flip out of it and drills the back of Warren’s head with a backfist! Caleb immediately hits Warren with Beast of War and takes him down! Caleb goes for the cover but James comes off the top rope with a Diving headbutt to Lockwood! }
Vasco Dias: Why does he keep breaking up the pin!?
Terri Morasco: James wants that first elimination!
Vasco Dias: But why!?
{ James covers Warren but it’s a kick out at two. James gets up and Caleb hits a superkick to the knee and drops Gilmore with Fading Hope! Lockwood covers as Warren watches from a seated position in the corner but Gilmore kicks out at two. }
Vasco Dias: Warren is smartly conserving energy!
Terri Morasco: He’s waiting for an opening.
{ Caleb gets up off the cover and Warren comes in fast with a sling blade! Caleb tries to get right up but this time Warren grabs and connects with the Splosion suplex! }
Vasco Dias: SPLOSION!!!!
{ James is back up and charges at Warren but Kane side steps him and sends James out onto the apron! Warren then hits Gilmore with a shining wizard to knock James off the apron to the floor. Kane turns back to Caleb who is trying to recover and nearly takes Lockwood’s head off with a KIDD KICK!!! Lockwood is down and Warren covers for the ONE! TWO! THREE!!!! }
Alyson Valanve: Caleb Lockwood has been eliminated!!!
Terri Morasco: Caleb Lockwood is out of the running for the World Television title!
Vasco Dias: It’s down to Warren and James!
{ Warren gets right up and hits the ropes as James is getting to his feet, Kane flies through the ropes to the outside with a diving lariat on James Gilmore! }
Vasco Dias: Warren isn’t giving James time to recover!
Terri Morasco: Taking the fight to Gilmore!
{ Warren pulls James up and whips him backfirst into the steel steps! Warren then runs in looking for a dropkick but James moves and Kane kicks nothing but solid steel!!! }
Terri Morasco: Warren may have severely hurt his ankles there!
Vasco Dias: Smart move by the one eyed Jimmy.
{ James catches his breath for a moment as Warren tries to find his way back to his feet but is in obvious pain. James spots this with his one good eye and hits Warren with a nasty looking chop block that takes him off his feet! }
Vasco Dias: James going right for the legs of Kane!
Terri Morasco: He saw an opening and he took it!
{ James pulls Warren up and rolls him back into the ring. James heads to the top rope and looks for another diving headbutt but Warren rolls out of the way and James eats the mat! }
Vasco Dias: Warren saw that coming a mile away!
{ James tries to get up but Kane grabs him for a double underhook ddt and the cover but James kicks out at two. Warren pulls Gilmore right up and lights him up with some chops that drive Gilmore into the corner. James takes a wild swing that Kane gets underneath and then hits Gilmore with a pele kick! Warren covers again but it’s still only two! }
Terri Morasco: Warren is fighting through the pain and exhaustion and really taking it to James!
Vasco Dias: Both men want the honor of being the first World Television Champion!
{ Warren is breathing heavy now, the wear and tear from wrestling two full matches tonight showing. Warren pulls James up but Gilmore hits a big chop and an armdrag take down! Warren is up but James comes off the ropes with a SPEAR! And the cover but Warren just gets his shoulders up at two. }
Terri Morasco: Warren is slowing down here in the back half of this match.
Vasco Dias: He has to be physically exhausted at this point.
{ James looks to press his advantage. Warren slowly rises to his feet and James comes off the ropes with SHELL SHOCKER!!!! James doesn’t go for the cover and instead heads to the apron. He waits for Kane to get to his feet then launches himself back into the ring with the POWER WAVE!!!! }
Vasco Dias: POWER WAVE!!!!
Terri Morasco: Warren has to be done!!!
{ James makes the cover and Grave Roberts slides into position for ONE! TWO! THR-KICK OUT!!!! }
Vasco Dias: At the last second!!!!
Terri Morasco: Incredible!!!
{ James peels Warren up off the mat and lifts him up into the rack preparing for the Hang Ten but Warren starts to drill James with knees until he drops Kane. Warren comes up behind him for a release Splosion Suplex! James doesn’t have time to react before Warren hits the Saving Grace and just throws an arm over James in complete exhaustion! }
Vasco Dias: Warren with a lazy cover!
{ ONE! TWO! THRE-KICKOUT! }
Terri Morasco: But James is still in it!
Vasco Dias: How much do these two have left in the tank!?
Terri Morasco: Enough!
{ Warren is very slow to get to his feet, James is struggling to get up himself. Warren locks eyes on James and fires off a Kidd Kick but James manages to duck out of the way of it but Warren swings his body around and hits the KIDD KICK!!!! Gilmore is down and Warren just drops on top of him, hooking both of Gilmore’s legs the best he can as Roberts counts ONE! TWO! THREE!!!!! }
Alyson Valance: And your winner and FIRST! IWF WORLD TELEVISION CHAMPION!!!! WARREN KANE!!!!!
{ Grave Roberts collects the IWF World Television Championship and presents it to an utterly exhausted Warren Kane who is on his knees in the middle of the ring. }
Terri Morasco: What an incredible match.
Vasco Dias: All three men went through hell tonight but in the end it was Warren Kane who wanted the win just a little bit more.
{ Warren pulls himself up and Grave Roberts raises his hand in victory as his music plays and the confetti drops. } ------------------------------------
WORLD TITLE MATCH Jayson Matthews vs Steve Awesome
------------------------------------
Alison Valance: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and it is for the IWF MENS WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP!!!!
{The drum fill kicks in the door and the guitar riff of 311’s Perfect Mistake starts blasting over the PA system.}
“Listen Up!”
{The arena lights start changing from orange to black on the beat and Jayson Matthews comes bouncing from behind the curtain and head banging to the riff. He jams to the verse as he starts to walk down the ramp, slapping fives with as many fans as he can on either side. }
This is the next stage, we turn the page
We're gonna wreck a place when we take the stage
Roll up your sleeves, get down with me
It's going off in the pit like you wouldn't believe
Allison Valance: Weighing in at 200 pounds, hailing from Detroit, Michigan.……JAYSON MATTHEWS!
{Jayson stands at the end of the ramp and stares into the ring and he starts to bounce up and down and hypes himself up and as soon as the chorus hits he dives into the ring forward rolls onto his feet and runs over to the side opposite the ramp and leans over the ring While the lights strobe orange and black.}
“Ohhhhhhhhhh
See in it my eyes
Hold it in my hands
All those days that you wasted away
There was no one to blame
It's a perfect mistake
{He hops up on the turnbuckle and points to the crowd with his other hand. Thanking the fans for the cheers..}
Vasco Dias: How did this clown wiggle into a world title match?
Terri Morasco: He challenged the champion.
Vasco Dias: Is that all it takes these days?
Terri Morasco: I suppose so.
{All the lights in the arena die out and the fans in attendance start chanting his name.}
"AWE-SOME! AWE-SOME! AWE-SOME!"
{Dramatic Pause.}
"REGRETS I'VE HAD MINE!"
{The lights in the arena explode to life as they flash green and black to the beat as Steve Awesome comes running out with intensity to the hyped up chorus of "Full of Regrets" by Danko Jones.}
Lonely nights/ and a whole lot of wasted time! If you see her wont you tell her for me/ It's better this way to avoid all the misery
{The chorus plays again as Steve walks down to the ring. The guitar starts soloing and Steve hops into the ring and he provocatively slips off his jacket and then spins and drops into a kneel and he flexes his arms. He gets a slow motion effect as pyro sprays behind him.}
Terri Morasco: What are the chances Steve is wrestling sober?
Vasco Dias: What are the chances you’re a female?
Terri Morasco: I don’t know if that’s an insult or not.
{ Steve arrogantly hands the title over to Blue Shoes while Jayson stretches out. }
Terri Morasco: Looks like Jayson is taking this a bit more seriously than Steve.
Vasco Dias: I don’t blame Steve, it’s hard to take Jayson seriously.
{ Blue Shoes calls for the bell and Jayson charges right in but Steve side steps him and Jayson bounces against the turnbuckles. }
Vasco Dias: Case in point.
{ Steve chuckles as Jayson turns around super annoyed. }
Vasco Dias: Steve is a vastly superior athlete.
Terri Morasco: When he’s sober.
{ Steve mock yawns at Jayson. Matthews comes at him fast again but Steve side steps, Jayson springboards off the ropes and connects with a crossbody block on Awesome and goes for the cover but it’s a quick one! }
Terri Morasco: Steve better wake up before Jayson steels this one.
Vasco Dias: Steve Awesome could win this match from the drunk tank at the county prison.
{ Steve gets up and nods like ok, I see you. Jayson comes in fast again but Steve gets around the speedy Matthews and dumps him with a snap German suplex. Steve gets right up and dusts his hands off as Jayson rolls to his hands and knees. }
Vasco Dias: That is why Steve Awesome is the World Champion.
Terri Morasco: Because he can occasionally wrestle at a high level?
Vasco Dias: Yup.
{ Jayson pushes himself up and Steve mockingly invites him in for a tie up. Jayson takes him up on his offer but Steve takes control very quickly and this time dumps Jayson with a belly to back suplex. }
Vasco Dias: Awesome showing off a bit here.
Terri Morasco: He better stop showing off before he gets caught.
{ Steve laughs to himself as Jayson gets up again. Steve this time offers the test of strength. Jayson moves in to lock up but then Matthews fires off a JME!!! Steve goes down and Jayson makes the quick cover for two but Steve throws him off with authority! }
Terri Morasco: What did I say!?
Vasco Dias: Lucky shot!
{ Steve tries to get right up but Matthews connects with a superkick! Steve is on his knees and Jayson connects with a running knee strike! Jayson covers again but it’s only two! Jayson is up and Steve gets up too but Matthews is on him again this time with the RibKracker!!! Jayson makes another pin fall attempt but Steve is able to kick out at two! }
Terri Morasco: Matthews is turning up the heat!
{ Jayson pops off of Steve and heads to the ropes for his springboard elbow drop but Steve is back up and catches him in mid air with the Jaw Breaker!!! Steve makes the cover now but Matthews is able to kick out at two! }
Vasco Dias: And just like that the champion can turn this around.
Terri Morasco: Looks like Steve decided to take this a little more seriously.
{ Jayson is trying to get back up but Steve dumps him hard with an Awesome Plex! Steve pulls Jayson up for a Scoop Slam then he runs to the ropes and hits an elbow drop. He gets up runs to the opposite side of the ring and comes back with a senton splash.The he finishes it off we a bounce from the ropes and a slow cocky strut to the middle where he drops an elbow in a model pose as he goes for a pin and the fans take a bunch of pictures. }
Terri Morasco: Come on!
{ Steve finally makes the cover but Blue Shoes only counts two as Matthews gets the ropes. Suddenly from the back we see Mandi Matthews heading toward the ring. }
Vasco Dias: What the hell is she doing here!?
Terri Morasco: I don’t know.
{ Steve gets off of Jayson as Mandi begins yelling into the ring, Steve looks then laughs and says “I’m not falling for a distraction.” Steve turns back to Jayson and hits him with another Jaw Breaker!!! This time Matthews rolls out of the ring to avoid the pin. }
Terri Morasco: Mandi is trying to tell him something, I think?
Vasco Dias: That she wants her brother to win? Steve isn’t going to fall for that.
{ Steve heads to the outside while Mandi seems flushed that Steve won’t listen. Steve grabs Jayson and rolls him back into the ring. Jayson sees Mandi and crawls over to her while Steve stalks back into the ring. Mandi tells Jayson something and his eyes go wide. }
Terri Morasco: What the hell is going on??
Vasco Dias: A set up, that’s what is going on.
Terri Morasco: I don’t think so.
{ Jayson pulls himself up on the ropes and turns to Steve saying “Steve, wait” but Awesome hits him with another Jaw Breaker and pulls Jayson in for the SteveKO!!! Matthews is down and Awesome makes the cover for ONE! TWO! THREE!!!! }
Alison Valance: Your winner and STILL IWF MENS WORLD CHAMPION! STEVE AWESOME!!!!
{ Mandi immediately enters the ring trying to get Steve’s attention but he pulls away from her. }
Terri Morasco: Steve wins but theres still some commotion in the ring.
Vasco Dias: Give it up Mandi, your brother lost!
{ Finally Mandi grabs Steve and says something the audio doesn’t pick up but it stops Steve dead in his tracks. He just stands there looking at Mandi for a moment then asks “What?” She leans in and whispers something and Steve’s eyes turn bright red like he’s about to start crying. }
Terri Morasco: What is going!? What did she say!?
Vasco Dias: I swear to god if Steve got another woman pregnant.
Terri Morasco: I don’t think this is a joke, Vasco, Steve seems visibly shaken.
{ Steve’s eyes well up as he backs away from Mandi and begins to repeat the word “No” over and over again as Mandi just says “I’m sorry” to him. }
Terri Morasco: This is serious.
Vasco Dias: What the hell is going on!?
{ As Steve stands there visibly ready to unravel in the center of the ring the lights suddenly go out. }
Terri Morasco: No…
{ When they come back ANGEL BLAKE is standing behind Steve Awesome, a single tear manages to escape Steve’s eye as he turns and Blake drills him with DIVINE JUSTICE!!! }
Vasco Dias: God has arrived to deliver DIVINE JUSTICE!!!!
Terri Morasco: This isn’t right. Something terrible happened and Blake is taking advantage of that fact.
{ Angel Blake stands over Steve Awesome, slowly pulling him up to his feet. Angel leans in and whispers something to Steve that draws a look of anger before Blake lifts Awesome up and buries him with the DEADLIGHTS!!! }
Vasco Dias: DEADLIGHTS!!!!
Terri Morasco: Jesus, now is not the time for this.
{ Angel slowly walks over to the World Championship, picking it up gracefully and then carefully laying it across the chest of Steve Awesome who is out cold. Mandi watches from the outside holding her brother Jayson as the two slowly back away from the scene. Gateways by Dimmu Borgir begins to play as Blake throws his arms out causing flames to erupt from the corner posts. }
Terri Morasco: This is bad. This is very bad.
Vasco Dias: Blake taking out Awesome?
Terri Morasco: Not just that. Whatever Mandi told him before it happened.
{ Blake makes the sign of the cross over Steve before leaving the ring. Steve is coming to and is still very visibly upset as we head to promotional package. }

IRON MAIDEN Elimination via pinfall or submission. Last woman standing wins a Women’s World Championship opportunity at Night of the Immortals. Fiona McFly vs Dawn Halliwell vs Charity Crowne vs Brittany Williams vs Samira Hamilton vs Mandi Matthews
------------------------------------
Alison Valance: The following match is an iron maiden! As each women enters they are put into a pod and released every four minutes. Elimination via pinfall or submission. Last woman standing wins a Women’s World Championship opportunity at Night of the Immortals. Terri Morasco: One of the highlights for the women’s division. Vasco Dias: I like Last Rites Better. {Arena light fade down. A pulse sound starts from the arena speaks, carrying with it some added bass. User cameras are shown filling up the entire arena in a sea of light. “Bad Guy” by Billie Eilish tolls over the arena sound system, which also kicks in the purple spotlights, sending everything into a rave like experience until spotting Samira Hamilton looking down toward the wrestling ring from the middle section stands. She begins walking down to the stairs heading to the ground floor of the arena and hops over the soft barricade. Samira stops, looks at ring and proceeds, circling around the ring going to the time keepers position, where she climbs the steel steel steps nearby and enters the ring.}
Alison Valance: First into the match Samira Hamilton! Terri Morasco: Samira has been talking a big game. Vasco Dias: We’ll see if she can actually earn it. { “Jump by Kriss Kross” begins to blast across the speakers. As it does Brittany Williams begins to emerge from behind the curtain being accompanied by her mother Crystal. Brittany offers a wide grin as Crystal’s paparazzi following begin to snap photos of the two girls. Brittany grins taking in all the boos as she walks down the aisle wearing her tiara with a cape around her back. Her attire a glittering red and black mix. She slides into the ring moving her hands through her curly (nappy) hair. She takes off her tiara, and her cape. As she waits for the match to begin.} Alison Valance: Second into the ring is Brittany Williams!
Terri Morasco: Brittany has been saying she is just here for the paycheck. Vasco Dias: Well if you are a Williams that would make sense. {"Pop pop!"
The clapping synth intro of "Popular" by The Veronicas plays over the PA, and Charity Crowne walks out onto the stage, rolling her eyes and striking a brief pose at the top of the ramp. She smirks, rolling her wrist, and struts down the ramp, dismissing fans if they reach over the barricade. Charity hooks the ring post with a hand, walking around to the side of the ring, and plants a hand on the ring apron, jumping and swinging herself under the bottom rope. She back-rolls to her feet in the middle of the ring, posing again, and casually walks to a corner. She wraps her hand around the top rope, casually yanking on it a few times as she waits and the music fades.}
Alison Valance: Next, Charity Crowne!
Terri Morasco: Charity has been quiet leading up to this match. Vasco Dias: A queen doesn’t waste time with peasants.
{ Lights dim as the opening riffs to Shoot to Thrill hit, and flashes of white light begin to pulse along with the music as it picks up pace. The stage fills with dry ice as Dawn steps out from backstage, smiling manically and rocking out to the music. She points to the crowd and tries to get them pumped up. When the chorus hits, she raises her fists in the air as she lets out a shout of excitement punctuated by a blast of simple white pyro around her. She holds that pose until the second iteration of "Shoot to Thrill" in the chorus, at which point she charges into the ring and slides in, spinning with the momentum to her feet as she urges the crowd to get to their feet and rock along with her. After a few moments she will settle into her corner.}
Alison Valance: And last into the pods… Dawn Halliwell!
Terri Morasco: Dawn looks hyped to be here. Vasco Dias: She was a former winner of this match, she has to be feeling pretty good to be here
{{ The lights go out, and we see a combination of eerie green lighting and fog fill the entire arena. Suddenly, a dancer, clad in green, walks onto the stage and performs a tap dance routine to an original Celtic piece, stopping to look at herself in front of a giant mirror--which projects an image of a very young Fiona McFly, aged seven, standing in front of a proud Royal Navy sailor as the first excerpt from the final tweet given by famed actor Leonard Nimoy is shown on the big screen above. }
"A life is like a garden..."
{ As the music increases in intensity, a second dancer, sporting a silver uniform, performs a slightly longer version of the same tap dance routine until stopping to look at the mirror--which then projects Fiona as a preteen, posing with her first go-kart racing trophy she'd won in the summer of 1994 at the age of 12. The second excerpt from the "Star Trek" legend's tweet is shown as the photo in the mirror fades into nothingness... }
"Perfect moments can be had, but not preserved..."
{ A third dancer, wearing a gold uniform, walks onto the stage to join the other two in a frenzied "Lord of the Dance"-style routine as the music reaches its crescendo. At this point, all three dancers stop to look at the mirror once again--this time, it projects an image of Fiona sporting blonde hair, wearing her old University of Wisconsin, followed by a photo of her beating up on Ana Valentine, her first IWF opponent, as the final except for Nimoy's tweet is displayed. }
"...except in memory."
{ As the dancers begin their final tap dance, the four different photographs, all black-and-white, fade in and out as the tune reaches its climax before coming to a stop. The trip walks over to the end of the stage to grab a giant mallet; as a group, they carry the object over and, with all their combined strength, aim it directly at the glass, which shatters into pieces. At this moment, the clean version of Halestorm's "Love Bites (So Do I)" begins to play as Fiona McFly, with a silver whip in hand, leaps through the busted mirror, prompting pyrotechnics to go off from the top ends of the stadium as a burst of confetti is shot from the stage. }
"Don't listen what your girlfriend says She reads those magazines That say you fail the test You don't have what she needs I'll slither like a viper And get you by the neck I know a thousand ways to help you forget about her That chick can eat her heart out
Love bites, but so do I, so do I Love bites, but so do I, so do I Love bites..."
{ With the dancers tapping to her entrance theme, Fiona smiles lovingly as she twirls along with the dancers in her own routine before walking down to the ring, hugging fans along the way as the lights come back on. Before hopping into the ring, she gives the whip to a lucky soul as a souvenir. } Alison Valance: And starting in the ring… Fiona McFly!
Terri Morasco: Fiona could become a 2 time champion here. Vasco Dias: One of the two could be between her and Dawn. {{Umbrella by All Time Low starts rocking the speakers as Mandi Matthews steps out onto the stage, a bit overwhelmed in a good way by all the people and there warm reception. She jams a bit to the music and then she jogs down to the ring as the chorus plays.}
Because when the sun shines we'll shine together Told you I'll be here forever Said I'll always be your friend Took an oath I'ma stick it out 'til the end
{Just as Mandi is about to slide into the ring, Candy Kane jumps the barrier and hits a FOR THE DRAMA on Mandi taking the leaping out of nowhere cutter to slam Mandi onto the entrance ramp.} Terri Morasco: what the hell is Candy doing?!
Vasco Dias: Whatever she wants!
{Fiona looks at Blue Shoes who shrugs. Candy hits Mandi with a few stiff kicks before jumping back over the barrier and disappearing into the crowd.}
Alison Valance: I am told the match is still on. Terri Morasco: What is Blue Shoes thinking? Vasco Dias: Personally, it makes sense to me. Iron Maiden is a no eliminations match. {Fiona is yelling at Blue shoes but he shakes his head and points for the bell to ring to start the match.} Terri Morasco: The cage hasn’t even been locked yet. Everyone but Mandi and Fiona are in their pods. What is going on? Vasco Dias: Good television, Terri.
{Fiona sighs and leaves the ring to go to Mandi to check on her. Mandi shakes her head and taps on her chest.}
Alison Valance: Mandi Mathews has been eliminated!
Terri Morasco: Jesus that was quick. Vasco Dias: She knew she didn’t stand a chance. {Fiona reluctantly goes back into the ring as Medical tend to Mandi. As Blue Shoes locks the ring the mic picks up on the sound of Charity Crowne and Brittany Williams laughing. Fiona glares at them both.}
Terri Morasco: Think Fiona has targets set. Vasco Dias: Charity Crowne doesn’t care. {The counter goes down lighting up Charity Crowne’s pod, just as she is getting out Fiona launches at her with a CHELSEA CLUTCH causing Charity to tap out almost immediately.} Alison Valance: Charity Crowne has been eliminated! {Fiona lets go of Charity and she is released from the cage. Fiona paces back and forth as the counter goes down before Brittany Williams is released. Brittany tries to go for a leg sweep but Fiona counters with a Cunt Punch. Brittany slams hard into the pod, bumping her head. Fiona stomps on her leg. Brittany taps out.}
Alison Valance: Brittany Williams has been eliminated. Terri Morasco: Fiona is not letting up. Vasco Dias: It’s kinda hot? {The lights blink between Dawn and Samira before landing on Dawn’s pod letting her out. Dawn and Fiona nod at one another. They both casually wait in the ring looking at the other pod.}
Vasco Dias: Can they do that?!
Terri Morasco: Apparently.
{As soon as the light hits Samira’s pod and she is released Dawn hits her with a THUNDERSTRUCK and Fiona with a CHRONO TRIGGER! Samira hits the mat. Dawn goes for the pin. 1 2 3!} Alison Valance: Samira Hamilton has been eliminated!
Terri Morasco: Woo! Team work!
{Fiona and Dawn look at each other, the crowd is cheering. Dawn offers Fiona a hand out. Fiona causiously takes it. They shake hands. Dawn then lightly taps her own shoulder much to Fiona’s surprise.} Vasco Dias: Dawn just gave the match to Fiona?
Terri Morasco: It was a sign of respect Vasco.
Alison Valance: And the winner of the 2020 Iron Maiden is… Fiona McFly!
{Fiona is still in shock as her music blares and confetti rains from the ceiling.}
