Ella Kelley: Welcome back, Ulf, and I do appreciate you taking the time to sit down with us…

Ella Kelley: … so that we can ask some of the questions that the fans are dying to know! You shocked the entire IWF -- the world -- by coming out at the start of Sacrifice and announcing that you are going to be back, and please allow me to put some emphasis on your own words: “for good”. You were twenty-one years old when you signed your first contract with IWF. One of the youngest to do so. And without a goodbye, you were just gone. Some people found out why, and others are a bit more clueless, so maybe…

Ella Kelley: … maybe you can fill in the rest of the world as to your sudden disappearance?

Ulf Hednir: Absolutely. Hva had happened was an MMA promotion had approached me… der was an event in my home country of Norway, og at de last minute a fighter had pulled out. De needed a name. Jeg got de call. Jeg ha not done much with de MMA, but after a debut --
{ Ulf chuckles. }
Ulf Hednir: It was a near disaster! It was against one of de top ten in their division. It was tre rounds, og jeg was being picked apart almost every second of de fight! But in de final thirty seconds of de fight, jeg got one good hook det knocked my opponent clean ute. After det, the promotion had asked me to come back for another fight, og jeg did not want to be embarrassed… jeg had no choice but to take a step back from professional wrestling because jeg enjoyed the challenge of MMA, og wanted to focus on det. Jeg wanted to see how far jeg could take det.

Ella Kelley: Which is amazing. So what made you decide to come back to IWF? Was it simply Caleb Lockwood getting the title?
Ulf Hednir: Nei, nei. Jeg was never concerned with who had de belt, but jeg... do not like to live min life with any regrets. Jeg set ute min goals, og jeg accomplish them. One goal always was to become de IWF World Champion. It was bothering me det jeg put that aside for as long as jeg did.
Ella Kelley: Well we can certainly appreciate wanting to live your life without regrets. I know there have been many fans who have missed you. I know your goal in the world title but is there anything else we should expect while you are here?
{ Ulf chuckles. }
Ulf Hednir: Entertainment. Vi do not exist without de fans, og it is also min goal det de also get deres money’s worth. So entertainment is something det de people can expect to get from me. Jeg know det jeg ha a long road to de IWF World Championship. Jeg know det jeg cannot simply walk in og demand a title match, so jeg notice some new faces since de last time jeg stepped into de IWF. Some interesting people det jeg would just enjoy to step into de ring with. Abraxes. Nick Knight. Draco Wolfe. Some of de unfamiliar faces. Jeg would be foolish to say det jeg would not enjoy to step into de ring with the legendary Angel! It is a difficult question. Hva can IWF expect of me? Besides entertainment. Besides challenges. Dominance.
Ella Kelley: Dominance. Excellent. Is there any other dream matches you want to have while back in IWF?
Ulf Hednir: Jeg ha missed a few opportunities… But out of people currently in de IWF, are vi talking anyone affiliated with de IWF, or just the active roster?
