Name: Jason Williams.
Nickname(s): The Fantastic. The Five Star Superstar. The Franchise. Pride of Peterborough. Showtime.
Gimmick: A grizzled veteran with over 20 years of experience in the squared circle, Jason Williams had considered his wrestling days done when he quietly retired following the closure of his previous company. A crafty showman who talks big and backs it up with a flurry of technical prowess, he never quite reached the level of stardom he'd hoped for. But that itch is still there and the fire still burns within, and though he may not want to admit it, Jason is still hungry for one last run at the top level.
Height: 6'1''.
Weight: 227lbs.
Place of Birth: Peterborough, England.
Alignment: Babyface.
Pic Base: Joey Hayes.
Appearance/Attire: Neatly styled brown hair that is beginning to take on whisps of grey. A weary face and tired blue eyes. Charming smile and stubbly facial hair. Physically well-defined though by no means shredded. Wrestling gear usually consists of the traditional trunks, knee-pad and elbow-pad combo. Colour schemes come and go but purple is his favoured choice.
Theme Music: Visions - Surfing.
Entrance: After allowing the guitar instrumental to play out for a short while Jason takes to the stage, soaking all of the atmosphere in; the lights, the fans, the noise. He slaps a few hands as he makes his way to the ring, not so much that he goes out of his way to do so but he's not going to actively ignore people. He climbs the steel steps and walks the apron for a moment, glancing once more at the fans before entering the ring through the middle rope. He'll take position in the centre and stare at the hard-cam, hands clasped behind his back, as he prepares for battle.
Special Entrance: We add a bit of pageantry to it all. Streamers burst from the entrance-way whilst confetti pours from the sky. Jason will take to the top turnbuckle, blowing a kiss to the fans.
Primary Style: Very much leans on Technical Wrestling, favouring submission moves and chain wrestling to wear out and eventually submit his opponents.
Secondary Style: Can also utilise a wide array of Striking Offence, sharp elbows and stiff kicks that batter his target's body.
Other Style: In a pinch Jason can also make use of a limited range of Aerial moves, though with his age he really would prefer not to. We're talking basic top rope moves and maybe a springboard.
Strengths: Jason is crafty and experienced, giving him a great sense of ring awareness and meaning he has a fair few veteran's tricks at his disposal. He's a master of the 'dark arts', if you will. His technical wrestling is absolutely fantastic and he can transition most positions into some sort of submission. He's a good strategist and can pinpoint an opponent's weakness pretty handily, meaning he walks into most fights with a gameplan for victory.
Weaknesses: Now 45, JW's stamina isn't what it used to be and he simply cannot maintain high tempo offence for very long; any of his younger opponents who exploit this will likely find some joy. He's not weak but he's also not spectacularly powerful. He's also a little beat up and has a rather inconvenient history of injuries to his right knee.

Do you have a Manager?: Yes.
Manager Name: Mr James Big.
Manager Pic Base: Tully Blanchard.
Gimmick: A skeezy, deceitful little man who regularly finds new ways of being rather despicable. He values fortune and fame above all else and, after having to retire early in his own in-ring career, is desperate to 'mould' a wrestler into his vision. Has quite a lot of history with Jason, having managed him when he was younger, but things ended poorly. Big has insisted on Jason having one more run, and will do anything to make sure it goes well... though that's more for his own sake.
Does your Manager get involved in matches: Yes, very much against Jason's wishes.

Trademarks:
- Vintage Jason - This full sequence has been landed almost never. Jason takes to the middle-rope of each turnbuckle, lauching himself off and hitting his downed opponent with a diving forearm. He rarely gets past the second dive of the four.
- Flying Knee to Gut - Jason leaps off of one foot, sending his knee colliding into his opponent's gut to wind them. This is usually used to give JW some breathing room, or to set up for
- Seeing Stars (Spinning Heel Kick) - Having stunned his opponent, Jason spins and nails them with a high kick to the jaw.
Finishers:
- Heel Hook - Something that can be transitioned into a number of ways, this is Jason's 'banker' of a move, the one that will just reliably end a match. Once fully locked in it is immensely painful and can cause significant, permanent damage to the knee if the opponent does not tap.
- Fujiwara Armbar - Nothing beats a classic, eh? Once locked in Jason wrenches on his opponent's arm as hard as he possibly can, which hurts quite a lot.
- Last Call (Flying Knee) - Jason sprints at his opponent, leaping off of one foot and raising his knee in the air to collide in brutal fashion with his opponent's face.
