HOUR ONE
------------------------------------
{ The show opener for Friday Night Sacrifice plays to the theme of Born for One Thing by Gojira showing clips of all the current champions as well as some of the biggest stars in IWF currently. }
Summer Thompson: Hi Guys, Gals and Non-binary pals! It's me! Summer and Ella just run the show now. Terri and Vasco do the regular matches but we just run things now... still? For some reason?
Ella Kelley: Don't look a gift raise in the mouth.
Summer Thompson: We have some pretty intense matches coming up.
Ella Kelley: Tara and Rowan rematch on free tv is a crime.
Summer Thompson: But first, Heiress to the Throne fourway!
------------------------------------
HEIRESS TO THE THRONE ELIMINATION MATCH
First eliminated gets no points, Second eliminated gets 1 point, Third eliminated gets 2 points.
3 Extra Points to the Winner
Caroline Machado vs Sorcha Wynne vs Itami vs Birdie Winston
------------------------------------
{As could be expected with a match containing four participants and Heiress to the Throne points on the line, the match is absurdly fast-paced, with combinations switching off regularly through the first few minutes. The first fall comes seven minutes in, with Birdie lining up Itami for the Bye Bye Birdie only to eat a nasty palm strike and the BANRIGH DEARG from Sorcha Wynne, laying her out for the three count! Another several minutes go by, the remaining three women tossing bombs back and forth against each other. Caroline goes for a Six Pack Spike on Itami, who counters into a snap brainbuster and attempts a cover, only to have it broken up by a Beltane Bomb by Sorcha! The Scotswoman pops up with a battle roar, dragging Itami to a kneeling position, and hits the ropes, looking for the RIONNAGAN DEARGA!
...only to be caught as Itami springs up and delivers a shattering BAKU spinning heel kick straight across Sorcha's jaw! The cover afterwards is academic, and Itami stands up, turning to face the recovering Caroline with a ruthless look in her eyes. Caroline squares up, inhaling through her nose, and the two women rush together, exchanging strikes in the center of the ring. Itami hits a spinning backfist, Caroline responding with a thrust kick, and on the rebound Itami looks for the BAKU again! NO! Caroline ducks underneath and leaps, catching Itami halfway through her turn with the SERVICE ACE! The three-count follows, but Caroline doesn't stick around in the ring to celebrate the win, rolling out as Itami is already beginning to recover. Caroline backs up the ramp as "Levitating" plays, referee raising her hand in victory as Itami picks herself up off the mat, cradling her jaw in frustration.}

SEGMENT
------------------------------------
{ We find Caroline Machado sat backstage in an empty office suite, meditating before the four-women elimination match with Itami, Birdie Winston, and Sorcha Wynne. She stands up, eyes closed, and gives off a warm, yet determined, aura around her. }
Caroline Machado: Imperialā¦a maior promoĆ§Ć£o de wrestling do mundo...has given me more opportunities than I ever imagined.
{ She paused. }
Caroline Machado: Along the way, as Iāve taken the path, Iāve had to make a sacrifice like many others before me. Leaving my university behind was the hardest choice Iāve ever had to make, but in the end...I had to follow my heart. My heart belongs hereā¦
{ Caroline nodded. }
Caroline Machado: Every day, I hear the same thing -- that you have to destroy people in order to succeed. And we cannot allow that to happen...we must do better than the beasts who tell us that this is a war! That no one is safe! That we will be nothing more than forgotten!
{ she took a deep breath. }
Caroline Machado: IWF is about the espĆrito competitivo, the fires of which burn inside all of us. Every day, we wake up in the morning knowing that we will be tested, that we will face challenges, and that itās easy to let fear and division set in. No more...no more grumpiness!!!
{ Caroline nodded once more. }
Caroline Machado: The heart, the desire, the will to leave it all in the ring? That...is what will make IWF the greatest wrestling promotion in the world!!!
{ She walks out of the room, taking a bottle of peach tea with her. }
------------------------------------
SINGLES MATCH
Shelly Diamond vs Zelda Simpson
------------------------------------
{ The Final Fantasy X version of "The Prelude" kicks in as Zelda Simpson strolls into the arena, playing Pokemon GO on her iPhone 12 -- much to the crowd's laughter. Once she approaches the ring, an attendant calmly reminds her that it's time to wrestle...so she gently hands him the gadget and prepares to wait for her opposition. }
Vasco Dias: YOU SPOONY BARD!!!
Terri Morasco: Oh, will you stop it!?!
Vasco Dias: I canāt help it! Zeldaās as mischievous as they get around here!
{ The lights in the arena dim to a dull grey as smoke emits from the ramp way. Envy by Ice Nine Kills hits the pa as the lights in the arena turn bright white. As the song really kicks in the lights die down to a normal level to reveal Shelly Diamond standing on the ramp posing like her ex husband with her arms outstretched. She throws her arms down as pyro erupts behind her before strutting her way toward the ring to the beat of the music. Shelly walks up the steps then climbs up the outside ropes before throwing her arms out again as the lights in the arena turn up to a blinding level. When the lights return to normal she is now standing in the center of the ring, ready and waiting. }
Terri Morasco: Iāll tell ya what, even though sheās been a fine Womenās World Champion? Iāll be honest and say that Shelly might be biting off more than she can chewā¦
Vasco Dias: So WHAT!?!
Terri Morasco: So what?! I understand the desire to never be forgotten, especially after beating an Eternity or Virginia like Shelly has. But eventually, that kind of thinking leads to the dark side!
Vasco Dias: Oh, shut it with the Star Wars stuff!
[DING!]
{ Early on, Shellyās desire to mow down Zelda Simpson would catch up to her! To her credit, Zelda managed to surprise her with a variety of Shotokan-based kicks and punches to the body and the day; eventually, Simpson applied a trio of vertical suplexes for a quick two-count. Shelly, however, turned on the fifth gear when Zelda was caught taking a selfie with famous chef Gordon Ramsay, who was in attendance for tonightās events! Zelda winds up being dumped into the ring, and any momentum she might have had went out the window! Uppercuts, chops, the works...Shelly would put the inexperienced Simpson through the grinder. At 8:55, Shelly would place Zelda in her dreaded FROM THE FLAMES -- a knee bar, heel hook submission combo -- and the aspiring chef had no other recourse but to tap out! }
Terri Morasco: Shelly picks up the win after Zelda made a big mistake!
Vasco Dias: Zelda didnāt make this match easy for Shelly!
Terri Morasco: Lesson one...never be distracted by celebrities at ringside!
Vasco Dias: Agreed...although Iād have done the same thing...

SEGMENT
------------------------------------
{Backstage we see JC Keeton at a catering table. The former World Television Champion and current half of the IWF Tag Team Champions is not in his ring gear since he doesn't have a match. His typical casual attire has also been replaced by a designer suit. As JC picks up a few pieces of cheese and places them on his plate the unmistakable voice of his good friend IWF World Champion Ulf Hednir bellows from behind JC.}
Ulf Hednir: Hei, JC!
{The IWF Menās World Champion walked up behind his best friend, and clapped a big hand on his back whilst surveying the catering table and picking up a plate.}
Ulf Hednir: Lots of food here. Lots ofā¦ cheese.
{Ulf shrugged.}
Ulf Hednir: Jeg have been looking for du. Jeg have been meaning to ask you about something.
{JC slaps a piece of cheese on a cracker and pops it into his mouth. Crumbs fall on his suit jacket.}
JC Keeton: Ulf! What's up buddy? What do you need to ask me?
{He dusts the crumbs off his jacket and waits for his friend's response.}
Ulf Hednir: About last weekā¦
{Ulf snickered, and shook his head as he thought about it.}
Ulf Hednir: Ville du mind telling me hva all of det was about? De JC jeg knowā¦ ville not do anything cheap to get himself ahead. De JC jeg knowā¦ is honorable. But de JC det jeg saw last week was not de JC jeg know. Is everything alright with you?
{JC grins and nods almost as if he was expecting what Ulf had just said.}
JC Keeton: Yeah I knew this was coming. I'm fine man, just been talking to Roberto a lot. Trying to get this team thing clicking. I know I don't need to do that kinda stuff but if I see an opportunity to get the upper hand and the ref don't catch it? I mean that's on him or her.
{He reaches for another cracker but stops.}
JC Keeton: And you know it doesn't matter what I do. These people love me. I could punt their grandmothers in the head then give'em a wink and a smile and they'll forget it ever happened.
{Ulf scowled at JC.}
Ulf Hednir: Vi should probably get a drink tonight. Du need a break from Roberto jeg thinkā¦
{JC nods his head.}
JC Keeton: Maybe you're right. We'll catch up after the show, it's been a minute since we had a boys night with the new baby and all.
{JC extends his fist and Ulf gives it a bump before turning to walk off before JC stops him.}
JC Keeton: Hey Ulf?
{Ulf turns back to his friend.}
JC Keeton: Just know that no matter what happens out there, nothing has changed between me and you. You're still my boy, Bossman is just my partner.
{Ulf gives a nod and walks off while JC goes back to eating.}

TAG TEAM MATCH
Vendetta vs Jason Williams and Leo Hemmingway
------------------------------------
{With the two teams in the ring having already decided who would start it would be Leo Hemmingway and JessƩ Marchand respectively. Before the bell could sound though the all too familiar beat to "Born Legendary" by Emanuel Vo Williams hits.}
I crawled out the gutter
I rose to the top
My reign everlasting
I canāt be stopped
I was made for the throne
Rise up til I moan
You been waiting on a ruler
Well Iām home
{As soon as he says the word "Home" pyro explodes from the rampway as JC Keeton steps through the curtain. His half of the IWF World Tag Team Championships over the shoulder of his designer suit as he makes his way towards Terri Morasco and Vasco Dias. He puts on a head seat and takes a seat at the announce desk. Keeton's presence seemed to put a fire in Vendetta. The minute the bell sounded Marchand shot across the ring and scooped Hemmingway up with a Double Leg Takedown. Leo quickly scrambled back to his feet with a smile before scooping Jesse up and planting him with a Takedown of his own. They went back and forth for several minutes with neither man gaining an advantage before Marchand tagged out to Reinhart. Travis was immediately caught in a Dragonscrew attempt from Leo but he countered into a Roundhouse Kick catching Hemmingway behind the ear and turning the tide in Vendetta's favor. Reinhart then turned to where JC Keeton sat and made the motion the belt motion.}
Vasco Dias: Vendetta clearly has their sights set on those titles you and Roberto Verona hold.
JC Keeton: Well if they can get it done here we'll talk.
{Quick tags and tandem offense allowed Vendetta to control the middle portion of the match. Finally Leo would be able to flip out of Vendetta's Roughrider attempt and roll towards his corner to make the hot tag to a fired up Jason Williams. Beautifully delivered dropkicks by Williams to both Reinhart and Marchand caught the attention of the man who claims to possess the best dropkick in the business as JC gives a clap. Williams would go on the offense looking absolutely dominant while Vendetta attempted several times to use their teamwork to get back into the match. After a failed double team spot the referee got Reinhart out of the ring leaving Marchand and Williams as the legal men Jason charged forward leaped into the air and blasted his knee into the face of JessƩ Marchand dropping him with Last Call. He dropped down to make the cover as Hemmingway dived over him to block Reinhart from breaking the pin and the ref counted the 1...2...3! Williams and Hemmingway pick up the victory by pinfall in 13 minutes and 42 seconds.}
Terri Morasco: Wow! Jason Williams and Leo Hemmingway looked great teaming for the first time in what you'd have to consider an upset over an established team like Vendetta.
Vasco Dias: But that makes you wonder, will Vendetta still get the title shot they want?
JC Keeton: Roberto and I will talk it over. We may still give them a shot or maybe we'll give Williams and Hemmingway one. Who knows? I'm not committing to anything without consulting my partner though, I've learned from the past.
Terri Morasco: The tag team division is heating back up it seems! We'll be right back.

HOUR TWO

Summer Thompson: Hi Guys, Gals and Non-binary pals! Here is hour two! And we have had a hell of a show so far!
Ella Kelley: Shelly being just a badass!
Summer Thompson: and we have more to come.
------------------------------------
SINGLES MATCH
The team of the winner receives the advantage in the Civil War Match at Holiday Havoc
If anyone interferes in this match they are automatically fired from the IWF forever
Gregor Winter vs Nick Knight
------------------------------------
Alison Valance: The following contest is schedule for one fall and the winning man earns the advantage for his team in Civil War. Introducing first from The Church of Crosse Compound Gregor Winter!!!
{Personal Jesus by Lollipop Lust Kill begins to play as red lights begin to flash slowly before lights come up on the stage. As the music swells, dim light begins to come up on the stage, now shrouded with smoke a single silhouettes fades into view. As the guitar kicks in hard, the lights flash onto the stage revealing Gregor Winter his eyes staring down the aisle towards the ring.
Slowly he walks to the ring with laser focus the jeers of the crowd not breaking his concentration. Once at ring side Winter climbs the steps and bows their head in the corner, saying a quick prayer to The Father. When he turns red pyro erupts from the ring post momentarily casting his in an synyster light.}
Teri Morasco: Gregor Winter uncharacteristically flying solo as Jess Fowler made the decision to bar all members of both The Church of Crosse and The Brotherhood from ringside and announcing that any member that interferes in the match will immediately be fired.
Vasco Dias: A bullshit decision if you ask me. Just because Nick Knightās band of goons canāt keep their hands to themselves I donāt see why The Church of Crosse should be punished.
Teri Morasco: The decision was made was because of the importance of this match when it comes to Civil War.
Alison Valance: His opponent from Los Angeles, California he is āThe Hollywood Butcherā Nick Knight!!!
{This Means War by Five Finger Death Punch hits over the sound system as Nick Knight and steps out onto the entrance ramp. The complete opposite of Gregor Winterās methodical approach to the ring Nick does not wait for any fancy pyro display or video package, instead he sprints to the ring like the devil is on his ass. Nick slides into the ring and jumps to his feet looking to get on the offensive early, but instead he is met in the middle by the big Viking and they begin to trade blows.}
Teri Morasco: The two biggest bulls for each team are wasting no time teeing off on one another.
Vasco Dias: Lets go Gregor, knock his damn head off
{The pair begin by exchanging windmilling lefts and rights until Knight ups the ante with a big headbutt that staggers them both. Gregor shakes his head to clear the concepts and hits the ropes before hitting a big shoulder tackle the knocks Nick back, but itās not enough to take his off of his feet. The Modern Day Viking once again rebounds off of the ropes this time looking to end the match early with a thunderous lariat, but Knight is able to duck out of the way and send the bigger man slamming skull first to the mat with a rope assisted snap German suplex. Nick makes a quick coverā¦
Oneā¦
Kick Out!!!}
Vasco Dias: What an idiot. Thinking he could beat someone on the level of The First Apostle with a single suplex
Teri Morasco: That is a veteran move by Nick Knight. He might not have picked up the win, but every single time Gregor Winter has to kick out he is expending more energy
{Nick quickly gets to his feet and just lays in wait until Winter sits up before knocking the bigger man right back down with a stiff sliding lariat that nearly takes The Church of Crosse memberās head clean off. Knight again makes a quick coverā¦
Oneā¦
Kick Out!!!}
Vasco Dias: Again with the idiocy of Nick Knight. Teri can you even tell me why we are bothering to have this match?
Teri Morasco: Itās for which team gets the advantage during Civil War
Vasco Dias: Thatās my point Teri. It does not matter if Nick Knight wins tonight by some miracle The Brotherhood has zero chance of winning Civil War and should just save on medical bills and retire now.
{Knight pulls Gregor to his feet by a hand full of beard and begins to light him up with a series of hard chops across his wide chest. Winter backpedals trying to get away from the onslaught until his back is against the ropes. Nick charges looking to send them both up and over the top rope with a Cactus Clothesline, but Winter has it well scouted and lifts Nick up and over sending him crashing awkwardly to the floor.
The big man roll out of the ring and continues his assault by pulling Nick to a vertical base and whipping him spine first into the guard rail. The Viking grins from ear to ear and shouts, āReach out and touch faith!ā Charging forward like a raging bull he sends āThe Real Bastardā into the second row with a big boot.}
Vasco Dias: Now thatās how you do it! Beat your opponent to a pulp and then try to pin them.
{Winter steps over the guard rain and pulls Nick to his feet and send him head over heels back into ringside with a release German suplex before rejoining his former mentor. Pulling Knight up off of his feet the camera catches a glimpse of crimson on the forehead of āThe Hollywood Butcherā which Winter begins to bite at the wound causing Nick to scream and Gregor to laugh. The big man then pulls and looks to be going for a bodyslam when Knight uses an eye rake to give himself some space to gather his wits.}
Vasco Dias: Oh come on thatās illegal disqualify him
Teri Morasco: And biting isnāt illegal
Vasco Dias: I didnāt see anyone biting anyone
{The crimson is really begging to flow from Nickās head and he wipes the mix of sweat and blood from his eyes. Looking around ring side he finds an empty chair and makes his way towards it with bad intent. Folding it up he stalks back towards Gregor Winter and cocks it back looking to unload, but the Viking is ready and catches the chair before it collides with his skull and the two men start to fight for control. Realizing that he was not going to win the battle Knight lets go of the chair, drops to his knees, and low blows Winter in front of God and everybody.}
Vasco Dias: That cheating bastard!
{Knight once again wipes the blood from his eyes and rolls Gregor Winter into the ring. The First Apostle is obviously still feeling the effects of the attack on his testes so Nick hooks his leg for the coverā¦
Oneā¦
Twoā¦
Theā¦
Kick Out!!!}
Teri Morasco: Nick Knight nearly just won the advantage for his team!
Vasco Dias: With a low blow! He should be disqualified not rewarded for cheating!
{Nick slams the canvas in frustration but rises up and brings Winter along for the ride before sending the Viking crashing back to the canvas with The Non Dairy Creamer. Knight signals to the crowd the match is over and just waits for Gregor to climb to his feet.}
Vasco Dias: What, no pin attempt?
{A groggy Gregor Winter gets to a vertical base and Knight comes up behind him and locks on the La La Land. The follower of The Church of Crosse is fading fast but fighting with everything that he has to make it to the rope to break the hold. Out of shear desperation he kicks out and clips the referee sending the man in the stripped shirt flying between the ropes and to the floor.}
Teri Morasco: The referee is down! We need another official down here now!
{Winter drops to the mat and Nick applies a body scissor refusing to break the choke despite Gregor tapping with everything that heās got. āThe Hollywood Butcherā finally releases the La La Land when he feels his opponent go limp. He stands wondering why the referee never called for him to break the hold. He does not have time to think about it for long because a man wearing the black mask of The Church of Crosse hops the guard rail and climbs up onto the apron. Knight charges towards the fan looking to take him out when suddenly a cloud of green mist flies from the manās mouth and into the eyes of Nick.}
Vasco Dias: Ha ha! Thatās what the cheater gets!
{The masked man goes over to Winter and slaps him hard across the face bringing him back into the world of the living. The man from The Church of Crosse compound nods that he understands and gets to his feet with a snarl on his face. Jerking Knight to his feet he quickly plants him with The Viking Funeral and makes the cover just as a new referee is running out from the backā¦
Oneā¦
Twoā¦
Three!!!}
Teri Morasco: The Church of Crosse has stolen it and will have the advantage for Civil War!
{The man in the mask quickly rips it off revealing that it is none other than Lucipher Crosse back from exile.}
Vasco Dias: Heās back! The True Unholy Son is back!
Lucipher Crosse: First off if there are any members of the police looking to arrest me donāt bother. I have papers here in the inside pocket of my suit I have paperwork from the government of the Island Nation of Taloloa stating that I have diplomatic immunity. What can I say it pays to know people.
Now as for you big brother Iāve been telling you all along that I am one step ahead of you always. Tonight I just proved it yet again, and after next week you will be out of my hair forever. Please donāt look at me like Iām sort of a monster Nicky because you brought this on yourself. All you had to do was continue to play along, but you had to speak out against The Church. Well in seven short days people will learn what it means to face to wrath of The Church of Crosse.

SEGMENT
------------------------------------
The end of the Jason Williams- Alek Bronson match is on a loop with Alek sitting across from the tv on the couch.
YOU LOST AGAIN!! Mistake after mistake. Gilmore would be disappointed in you.
Oh just be quiet. I'm trying to figure out where I lost the match.
You lost as soon as you stepped in. Filled with rage. You're warrior honorable mindset went out the window. You aren't trained in power wrestling. How many times in the wringer were you contorted? Didn't James stretch you? Yet you're over here being the Berserker Viking.
Why are you making sense? I didn't think through the match. Just aggression.
I always make sense. Just some is abstract. Like I said GET YOUR HEAD IN THE GAME! I keep getting more of the headspace when you lose and I don't like the attention.
Maybe I should let you take over, though you might ruin my genuine character. I'm a dumb ass.
GET HIM!! KICK HIS ASS!!! HE CAN'T BE FAR! HIS LEGS AREN'T LONG ENOUGH! DAMN SHRIMP!
Footsteps ,hitting waxed marble, ring through the air. Darkness is all you see. Heavy breathing and slight sobbing taking over the area as a light cracks the darkness. You peep out and look both ways down the hall. Hands and feet exit the darkness as you stand up. You start walking to the left trying to be quiet. Peeking around each corner before moving. Crouching below the windows. The hallway circles a library with windows going half way down the wall.
I lost track of time. Dammit. Dammit. Dammit. Dammit.
You see the hands shaking as you frantically look back and forth. Almost to the front exit.
THERE HE IS!!! GET HIS ASS!!
Hearing those words, you take off. Looking back every second or so. You see the giants chasing you. Trying to untie your bike, you miss the lock code several times. Finally you get it. You run with it and then hop on. Almost to the parking lot exit, you look back not seeing anyone. Turning back to make sure you don't hit-
GOOD JOB! DREW, GET HIM! HIS ASS IS GRASS.
Darkness subsides slowly like eyes opening up. You see four giants around you.
Alek, Alek, Alek, Alek. You gave us a fright. Almost getting away. You freshmen need to give up your hide. Hazing, let it commence.
Why? Why? Why? Just leave me alone. I hate all of y'all. The constant chases. Damn juniors. F*** this. Just wait.
The cries of pain and tears wallowing up in your vision.
DAMMIT! DAMMIT! DAMMIT! DAMMIT!

HEIRESS TO THE THRONE TRIPLE THREAT MATCH
3 Extra Points to the Winner
Tara Fenix vs Virginia vs Rowan MacDonnough
------------------------------------
{The lights in the arena start to flicker as the intro to āBitch Better Have My Moneyā hits the speakers. Smoke pours out onto the stage as Virginia Stepanov steps out. She walks to the head of the ramp, looking around for a moment before she shoots a high front kick into the air to show off and then makes a finger gun with three punctuated āshotsā towards the crowd ad the appropriate time in the song.
She struts down the ramp, mouth moving to sing along to her entrance as her head bobs along with the song. When she gets to the ring she jumps onto the apron, hanging onto the rope and leaning out towards the crowd, throwing a finger gun with another three shots before she steps through the ropes. She slips her coat off and hangs it in the corner.}
{Every light throughout the arena flickers out while the crowd gives a premature cheer; when the beginning of āThe Eagle Flies Aloneā begins to play, a blue spotlight comes in at the same sequence and is shining at the curtain which gets the crowd riled up further. The cheers that The Phoenix Queen is receiving from the audience is outweighing anyone in the crowd that opposes her. The sound of the fog machines can be heard going off heavily as the stage soon fills with fog. The lights in the arena are coming back up creating a blue hue and just as the chorus kicks in, the crowd lets out a huge roar when they finally see Tara Fenix emerge from behind the curtain.}
I, I go my own way!
I swim against the stream!
(Forever) I will fight the powers that be!
{Tara is standing at the top of the stage wearing one of her designed jackets, and the hood pulled over her head. She is carrying a flagpole with a flag attached; she takes a moment to scan the crowd and see the number of her supporters and soon she raises the flag and waves it back and forth several times and the cameras do their own scan over the crowd and can see a number of people raising the same logo that is on the banner. The Age of the Phoenix. Tara continues to wave the banner for a few more seconds before holding it straight up and bringing the pole down to tap it against the stage and finally slings the pole over her shoulder while marching down to the ring. Some of the fans stretch their hands out for her, and she walks to one side with her arm held out slightly; however, her eyes remain locked on the ring. When she reaches the bottom of the ramp she goes to the nearby steel steps and quickly ascends. She stops for a moment and carefully attaches her own flagpole to the steel post where the Age of the Phoenix banner will be for the duration of the match.}
I, I go my own way!
I swim against the stream!
(Forever) I will fight the pĪæwers that be!
The eagle flies alone!
{After securing the flagpole to the ring pole, she takes two steps on the apron before sliding forward and down onto one knee; her head and eyes scan the crowd again while the crowd is chanting her name. She finally crawls between the middle and bottom ropes then charges to the far corner and as she lands on the second rope, she pulls her hood back and lets her arms go out with her palms up. She holds the pose for several seconds, then does a one-eighty off of the second rope to land back on her feet; she runs to the opposite end where the flagpole is, and repeats the process but this time holds the banner out for all to see the symbol. She does another one-eighty, lands inside the ring, and takes off her jacket while waiting for the match to begin.}
{Lights out. The thrumming opening of āTrip the Darknessā by Lacuna Coil pulses through the arena, matched by a few flashing sparks of dark red light throughout the building. Red lights shine down and around the entranceway, still accompanied by sporadic flashing throughout the arena, illuminating the sihlouette of Rowan MacDonnough standing at the top of the ramp, a pair of chains hanging from her wrists. She breathes heavily, shoulders heaving as her head hangs down. As the opening continues, red smoke floods down the ramp as Rowan occasionally twitches spasmodically in rhythm with the music...}
"Come to me, come to me... I am waiting for you. Come to me... I can't wait..."
{As the song roars to life, Rowan's head snaps upwards, glaring around at the audience as her golden eyes glint in the smoke and the red light. The stage and ramp are lit by swirling red light, but everything else remains dark. She lopes forward, unconsciously rolling her wrists as her eyes bore a hole in the air before her. The smoke seems to follow her down the ramp as she walks. She drops the chains as she reaches ringside, climbing up the ropes and perching over the ring on the top corner, standing slowly as she continues to twitch and spasm in time with the music.}
"Follow me, follow me! As I trip the Darkness... one more time!"
{She leaps into the ring, landing with a roll in the center of the ring and pulling into a feral crouch. She stands, raising her arms as though conducting a savage chorus, posing one last time...}
"Follow me, follow me... I awake from madness.... JUST IN TIME!"
{She slowly, reluctantly backs towards a corner, eyes constantly moving as she settles in to wait for the bell.}
{ At the sound of the bell, Rowan and Tara charge straight for each other; the crowd is going into a frenzy as the two women are throwing vicious lefts and rights back and forth at each other. Virginia opts to just stand by and just let the two work on each other to be able to take on whoever ends up winning the brawl between the two which is lasting for quite a while. Rowan proves to have more devastating strikes and gains an edge over Tara as she battles her back into the corner. Tara is able to battle her way back, though, and connects with the Phoenix Perch.
Virginia comes in at this point and starts to show her own striking ability against Tara, and shows off her ground and pound strength; Tara is doing her best to defend herself, but the former MMA star is proving to be too much and maintains an edge over Tara. Virginia would go back and forth, maintaining control over both of her opponents for a couple minutes. She was able to connect with a shining wizard against Tara and went for a cover, but Tara kicked out at a two-count. Before she could get to her feet, Rowan was already on top of her and went for the Eater of Souls! Rowan released the hold when she noticed that Tara had gotten to her feet, and looked to cut her off, but Tara was quick with the Fallen Phoenix! Tara went for the cover but it was broken up by Virginia.
Virginia took her time to wail away on Tara for a while giving Rowan time to recover; Virginia would get Tara locked into a few submissions during this time only for Rowan to break them up. The trio would go back and forth for several minutes earning some near-falls, but it was never enough for any of them to sneak away a victory. Either the one being pinned would kick out, or the third-person would be able to break up the fall in time. Tara and Virginia would end up busting each other open during this time frame with some stiff elbows against the other. Finally, Rowan went for a clothesline aimed at Tara, but Tara was able to avoid it; however, it connected with Virginia and Virginia tumbled over the top rope and out of the ring!
The brawl between Tara and Rowan pursued much like it did from the start of the match. Rowan would finally battle Tara against the ropes, but Tara would counter her over with a shoulder back toss that sent her out of the ring and to be caught by Virginiaā¦ When both Virginia and Rowan got to their feet, Tara went over the ropes with a 180Ā° Moonsault that connected with both of them.
The trio laid out for a full minute following the collision. Virginia and Rowan were the first two to get up and began brawling with one another outside of the ring; the carnage those two laid to waste by sending each other into the steps, into the barricade, and almost spilling out to the crowdā¦ Tara had taken the time to recover while those two continued their own fight. Tara couldnāt help herself and got on commentary for a while to goad her opponents. Virginia and Rowan paid little mind to her as they were locked in their own heated battle, and Virginia would finally send Rowan into the steel post that would finally give Rowan a crimson mask with the other two. Virginia would get into Taraās face finally, which would lead to Tara getting back into her face. Rowan would attack Virginia from behind and send her tumbling forward into Tara, before grabbing Virginia and throwing her back into the ring; Rowan was in the ring before Virginia could get up.
As Virginia was getting to her feet, Rowan was able to hit Balorās Gaze! It looked like it was going to be it, but Tara was able to get back into the ring and break up the cover just in time.
