-------------Personal Info-------------
Your Name: Kaster
-------------Wrestler Info-------------
Wrestler's Name: La Bolsa
Nickname(s):
Gimmick:
A talented luchador who wears a trademark brown paper bag on his head at all times. No one is certain what or who actually lies underneath the bag, but they can bet on La Bolsa entertaining the crowd every time he steps through the curtain.
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 203 lbs.
Place of Birth: Monterrey, Mexico
Alignment: Face
Pic Base: Bandido
Appearance/Attire:
Slightly toned and muscular, but has a leaner build. Tanned skin with a small eagle tattoo on the right shoulder. Wears a brown paper bag with two eye holes cut out, matching brown tights with "LA BOLSA" stitched in white on the back and black boots. Tights also connect to thin singlet straps that go over the shoulders.
Theme Music: La Bolsa - Bersuit Vergarabat
Entrance:
As the opening of La Bolsa by Bersuit Vergarabat reverberates throughout the arena, the one and only bagged luchador steps out! Vibing to his own music, he bobs his head in an exaggerated motion before spreading his arms out wide. After holding this pose for a moment, La Bolsa strolls down the entrance way, pausing in order to give a small child in the front row their very own paper bag mask. Content with his deed, he finally reaches the steps, his gaze surfing over the crowd. With a pointer finger raised up to the heavens, he grabs onto the top rope before vaulting over it to enter the ring.
Special Entrance:
The crowd roars to life as the mariachi tones of Bersuit Vergarabat sound out into the arena. The camera zooms in to find the man himself, La Bolsa, kneeling at the start of the entrance way. He slaps his hands on the ground a few times, getting himself hyped up for the following match-up. On his feet now, he feeds into the crowd's hyper energy. The motions are frenetic, the bag is bobbing back and forth and La Bolsa is imbued with great passion. He slides into the ring before spreading his arms out to the crowd. The people in attendance respond by hurling their paper bags into the ring, a sight that would baffle anyone with no context to the situation. After the ringside crew sweep out most of the bags, La Bolsa shakes his fists in excitement and anticipation for his opponent.
Primary Style: La Bolsa wrestles a quick-paced Technical style, using various holds and chain wrestling to maintain control.
Secondary Style: As a luchador, Bolsa also has an array of Aerial techniques that he utilizes to keep his opponent on their toes.
Other Style: Bolsa, believe it or not, is well acquainted with the Hardcore style. A blood bag is still a bag, right?
Strengths:
True Underdog- La Bolsa is not one to quit when the going gets tough. He can withstand a bit of punishment before going down for the count, though his scrappiness can take an overconfident opponent off their game.
Crafty- A key to Bolsa's in-ring style is messing with his opponent, whether it be by bag-related shenanigans or pulling off an unorthodox maneuver.
Physical Charisma- Due to being a luchador his entire career, La Bolsa is comfortable with using body language and more exaggerated motions to tell the in-ring story.
Weaknesses:
People Pleaser- La Bolsa is never one to disappoint the fans, which can also blow up in his face. A tactical opponent would be able to take advantage of Bolsa's love for the crowd at the right time.
Bad Shoulder- La Bolsa has had a brief history of left shoulder injuries, making him more susceptible to attacks on it.
Risk Taker- With a lucha style, La Bolsa can be quick to head to the top or dive to the outside. Sometimes, this pays off and other times… it can hurt his chances of winning.
Favourite Moves:
Roaring forearm
Over the rope senton bomb
Diving DDT
Gory Special
Tequila Sunrise
Tope suicida fakeout w/ theatrics
Diving crossbody
Corner punches
Hurricanrana
Airplane spin
Victory roll
Trademark Move(s) and Description(s):
La Bolsa pulls a paper bag from somewhere (can be from his gear or from ringside), puts it on their head and DDTs them
If applied for long enough, Bolsa can turn his Gory Special submission into a flatliner
Bolsa Tonic- a Yoshi Tonic, sometimes with added theatrics, usually gets a VERY close two-count if hit
Diving headbutt, hurts more with a paper bag on
Finisher(s) and Description:
The Bag-breaker- Pumphandle lift into a double knee backbreaker
In the Bag- Second rope Michinoku Driver (hits it on a paper bag if possible)
