Pax’s vlog opens with him sitting at a desk in a hotel room. A wide smile on his face as he addresses the camera.
“What up Neechies, it’s ya boi coming out here with the final thing I gotta say about the Roulette coming up. Match is always so wild so you never know what you gonna come up against. So I’m gonna address what’s at the end of the ride.”
He nods his head and smiles.
“That World Title match at Night of the Immortals. A shot at the big one at the biggest show of the year. The number one spot on the biggest stage. Of course I want it. I wouldn’t be in this business if I didn’t want it. This year might be my best chance at making it there.”
He lets out a breath, shaking his head.
“Getting in at Number 30 is a choice advantage. I still got work to do, but I have the best option to get there. To get a chance to face off against Wraith or Nick Knight, depending on how High Stakes goes. Two men I haven’t really had a decent chance at facing one on one. Two men with very different styles and backgrounds. It’d be an honor to face off against either of them. But now is the time for me to talk about why I could beat either of them.”
Pax grins brightly at the camera.
“Wraith went ahead and snagged Youngest Champion in History. That’s hella impressive. Something I could have gotten for myself. But he got elevated to his position based on unique circumstances. Despite those circumstances, a win over Angel Blake is a hell of a thing. I faced off with him a time or two and it is never easy. So say what you will about that but he earned his shot, and he dethroned Ulf a no doubt dominant champion that we had. He’s damn good. But so am I. I’ve been on a tear myself and I am one of the best technicians in the game. I’ve been training for this just as long as you have and your youthful exuberance ain’t that special against me, since I only got 2 years on you. All your skill, All your youth? Wouldn’t that be a hell of a fight to see? Get goosebumps thinking about it.”
Pax nods his head and rubs his hands over his arms for a moment.
“Then we got Nick Knight. One of the toughest sons of a bitch that we have. He has powered through any obstacle put in front of him and was bleeding in this ring before I could walk. Man’s forgotten more wrestling then a lot of people will ever learn. An absolute madman who will never give up and never compromise to get what he wants. Hell I hope I’m half the badass he is when I get to that age. All that experience, all that will against one of the top up and comers in the business? You know that would be a hell of a fight to witness.”
Pax rubs his hands together, unable to help himself from smiling.
“So you see, it’s not just the shot at the title or a chance to stand in the bright lights. It’s the chance to have a match that I dream of. A chance to face off against the top guys in our company and plant my feet and tell the world that I belong here. Because I do.”
He flashes two fingers at the camera.
“Peace Out.”

Pax was packing his things up at the hotel, hoping to use the time off between shows to relax in Dallas. He was originally going to head home for the break, but now figured on saving some money by just renting a car and staying in Dallas for a bit.
His phone buzzed again. He looked over at it, letting out a sigh as he walked over to pick up the phone and unlock it.
“So you can do a few vlogs but you can’t reach out to me? What the fuck.”
He holds the phone in his hands, thinking long and hard about what to do. About what he should say. He frowns, typing a message out before he deletes. He starts to punch in her phone number but then closes the phone app. A small scowl plays over his face before he types out a message.
“Sorry, just been really busy right now. Barely any time to talk. I’m doing fine though.”
He looks at the message and gives a sharp nod before he sends it out. Then he powers his phone down and shoves it in his pocket. He gives one last look around the room before grabbing his suitcase and walking out.
