With the famed Thunder Dolphin looming in the background...
"You okay..?"
Ram, clad in a decent winter's jacket, was sitting at a table doing a meet-and-greet with Caroline Machado. As the famed Intamin megacoaster raced around the track and through the hubless Ferris wheel, he couldn't help but gaze at the scene taking place around him. Outside the Tokyo Dome, at one of the metropolis's prime amusement parks, many people have gathered to ask for selfies and autographs.
Some were dressed in cosplay. Others were in their business suits after a hard day at the office.
Hell, a gaggle of high school students from all over the area were present, wearing their distinctive uniforms.
Ram sighed to himself. While making appearances were standard fare for IWF competitors -- not to mention tied to his community service -- the whole experience of being in Japan left him a bit flustered. Until this Christmas season, he had never pictured himself traveling halfway around the world, learning a different language and culture to boot. Ram closed his eyes, pondering about what was going on back in the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex.
"I'm actually feelin' pretty homesick..."
Caroline nodded warmly as the autograph hounds continued. For Ram, it wasn't easy finding many of the conveniences that he loved. Dr. Pepper wasn't exactly a popular commodity, and even the typical fast food joints one would find in the States had different fare than he was expecting. Even worse, the language barrier was a little hard for him to overcome at first.
That's where the Brazilian came in.
"How do you deal with being away from home...?"
The former Women's World Champion was an expert at these tours, having been to Japan as recently as December of last year. She was always the optimist, willing to lend a friendly hand to those in need. As if on cue, she poked him playfully in the ribs -- snapping him out of his meditative state.
"Hehehe...after we get done here, I'll show you! I'll take you to the Honeybee Inn!!!"
"Honeybee...what?!"
"It's a non-alcoholic bar and dance club! You'll love it!!!"
Ram raised a brow, noting that it would be his first experience at a club of this magnitude. He nodded and took a deep breath -- turning his attention off to the side, where he saw Peach sitting on a park bench. Wearing a honeybee costume, she was spotted drawing pictures on an easel she had set up. Ram turned back to Caroline, who sported a cheeky grin on her face.
"I think Peach likes you...hehehehe...!!!"
Ram solemnly shook his head -- he knew that, somehow, Peach and Caroline were planning this whole night together. As he put his Sharpie to work and continued signing autographs, he soon realized that this tour was going to be bigger than anything he imagined.

Gonna make this one short and sweet.
I'll level up with you guys now, I really ain't much of a team player. My whole life, I've always fended for myself, doing many things on my own. So when Nick Danger came along to my place and asked if we could team up, I figured...why not? What the hell do I got to lose, right? Truth is, tag teams are a struggle unto themselves 'cause...yeah, while it's true that teams are made up of individual egos and whatnot...it's those egos comin' together than form a good duo.
Some tend to blend more well than other teams.
You know the feeling, right boys?! We're talkin' about you -- David Counsell and Dante Alcott -- the Wrecking Crew. You boys are this powerhouse of a duo, lovin' to keep people like me or Nick isolated from each other. It's our first time rumblin' together in the ring, so we're gonna get a first-class, on the job look at how you guys stack up against a duo like us, like the Striking Unit. The only thing I have to say to you guys is this one simple thing:
Don't be surprised when your game gets thrown right back in your faces.
I've said it to the Diamond brothers, and now I'll say it to you as well. You have ZERO clue as to what we're capable fo doing inside that ring. You have this l'il problem of underestimating us, of being wary of the unknown. You boys are gonna learn REAL quick that nothin' in this life is ever, ever guaranteed. You march yourselves out to that arena, and you're gonna get your asses whupped.
And you're gonna do the same thing to us in return.
Thing is, we're gonna be opening up the program in the Tokyo Dome. To some folks like myself, this is gonna be the biggest crowd we'll be competing in front of. The turden is on us -- and you boys as well as myself and Nick -- to make a good first impression. To show those fake monsters calling themselves tag team champs that we are, truly, the next-gen of IWF superstars.
Just like last time, Nick?
Have at it -- the floor is yours!
Later.
