FIRST BLOOD MATCHTara Fenix vs The Black Widow
------------------------------------
Terri Morasco: We're going to kick things off tonight with a match where things have become deeply personal between the two competitors involved. So much so, in fact, that they've agreed to face each other in a contest where pinfalls and submissions don't matter. The only way to win is to make your opponent bleed.
Vasco Dias: This is going to be good, Morasco! Call the Red Cross because blood is going to be free for the taking tonight!
{ The camera goes down to Alison Valance standing in the ring. }
Alison Valance: The following contest is a first blood match! Introducing first…
{ The lights go out. Red lights kick on overhead, bathing the stage in a crimson hue. The opening notes to "Change" by the Deftones plays over the speakers, bringing the Black Widow crawling out from behind the curtain. }Alison Valance: Making her way to the ring, from Seattle, Washington… the Black Widow!... Brandy Cvetkova!
{ The Widow ceases her crawl on the cusp of the ramp, looking around the arena. She stays on her knees, arms extended, and arches her back so her upper body falls backwards. When the song picks up at the forty-four second mark, she thrusts her torso upward with a jolt. She rises up off her knees and starts to walk to the ring to a chorus of boos. The Black Widow takes the stairs, moving for the far side of the ring. She climbs the turnbuckles from the apron, hanging herself upside down from the corner. }Terri Morasco: The enigmatic Black Widow has undeniably made a mark in her short time here in the IWF. She's gone after our Women's Champion, Tara's sister Jennie, twice. She's gone after Tara with that same car on that same night. I don't like the tactics, but she has gotten herself noticed.
Vasco Dias: She's a predator, Morasco. She's said as much. She's hunting the biggest meal, and I love the moxie this girl has!
Terri Morasco: Brandy may find tonight that Tara Fenix's attention is something she doesn't want, though.
{ The camera cuts back to Alison Valance. }Alison Valance: And her opponent…
{ Every light throughout the arena flickers out while the crowd gives a premature cheer; when the beginning of “The Eagle Flies Alone” begins to play, a blue spotlight comes in at the same sequence and is shining at the curtain which gets the crowd riled up further. The cheers that The Phoenix Queen is receiving from the audience is outweighing anyone in the crowd that opposes her. The sound of the fog machines can be heard going off heavily as the stage soon fills with fog. The lights in the arena are coming back up creating a blue hue and just as the chorus kicks in, the crowd lets out a huge roar when they finally see Tara Fenix emerge from behind the curtain. }
I, I go my own way!
I swim against the stream!
(Forever) I will fight the powers that be!
{ Tara is standing at the top of the stage wearing one of her designed jackets, and the hood pulled over her head. She is carrying a flagpole with a flag attached; she takes a moment to scan the crowd and see the number of her supporters and soon she raises the flag and waves it back and forth several times and the cameras do their own scan over the crowd and can see a number of people raising the same logo that is on the banner. The Age of the Phoenix. Tara continues to wave the banner for a few more seconds before holding it straight up and bringing the pole down to tap it against the stage and finally slings the pole over her shoulder while marching down to the ring. Some of the fans stretch their hands out for her, and she walks to one side with her arm held out slightly; however, her eyes remain locked on the ring. When she reaches the bottom of the ramp she goes to the nearby steel steps and quickly ascends. She stops for a moment and carefully attaches her own flagpole to the steel post where the Age of the Phoenix banner will be for the duration of the match. }I, I go my own way!
I swim against the stream!
(Forever) I will fight the pοwers that be!
The eagle flies alone!
{ After securing the flagpole to the ring pole, she takes two steps on the apron before sliding forward and down onto one knee; her head and eyes scan the crowd again while the crowd is chanting her name. She finally crawls between the middle and bottom ropes then charges to the far corner and as she lands on the second rope, she pulls her hood back and lets her arms go out with her palms up. She holds the pose for several seconds, then does a one-eighty off of the second rope to land back on her feet; she runs to the opposite end where the flagpole is, and repeats the process but this time holds the banner out for all to see the symbol. She does another one-eighty, lands inside the ring, and takes off her jacket while waiting for the match to begin. }Terri Morasco: You can see the intensity in Tara's eyes. She's seen almost everything there is to see in this business, and done almost everything there is to do- but tonight she is fighting for her family.
Vasco Dias: Has she anything like the Black Widow before, though? That's the question. The Widow has been a half step ahead of Tara since this began. She's unpredictable, and that makes her dangerous.
{ The referee for the contest, Tommy Knocker, calls for the opening bell. }
Ding!
{ Tara immediately storms across the ring, looking to do damage to Brandy. The Widow drops down and rolls underneath the bottom rope to the floor. Tara gives chase, and the Widow slides back in the ring. With Tara on her heels, the Widow rolls out on a different side. Fenix continues to relentlessly pursue her. Cvetkova greets Tara on the floor this time with a closed fist, however. The Widow rakes Tara's eyes, making it easier for her to run Tara face-first into the steel ring post. The contact doesn't draw any blood from Tara. Cvetkova rakes Fenix's back, then takes her down with a short-arm clothesline. The move buys Brandy some time to tear the top of the steel ring stairs from their base. Tara won't stay down long though. Upon hearing the thud of the stairs tumbling to the floor, Fenix makes a concerted effort to get back up. She throws a few lefts into Brandy's abdomen on Cvetkova's approach. The Widow halts Tara's momentum though with a knee to the head. Brandy brings Tara toward the steel stairs with her, positioning Fenix for a piledriver onto the stairs. Tara kicks her legs, however, and Cvetkova isn't able to get the Fenix Queen up on the first attempt. Brandy retries, but Tara counters with a back drop that dumps Brandy spine-first on the floor! }
{ Tara leaps off the base of the stairs to deliver a targeted knee drop on Cvetkova's forehead. After digging underneath the ring, Tara pulls out a toolbox. She flips open the lid, and instantly notices a stapler laying on top. Fenix holds the stapler up in the air, drawing a big pop from the crowd! Those cheers get even louder when Tara takes the staple gun to the top of the Widow's head and begins to unload the clip! Fenix doesn't stop until the gun jams. She discards the stapler and starts digging into the toolbox again, this time to pull out a screwdriver! The Widow tries to crawl away, but Tara closes in. She grabs a handful of Brandy's long, black locks to secure her head and tries to drive the screwdriver into Cvetkova's forehead! Brandy puts up both her arms for the block, working against the single arm of Tara to prevent the screwdriver from being dug into her forehead! Eventually the Widow is able to fight her way up, backing into Tara, and in turn backing Tara's spine into the steel guardrail! }Terri Morasco: The Widow with a desperation counter as Tara was perhaps looking to end this match early!
Vasco Dias: That'd added a whole new meaning to the term getting screwed for the Black Widow!
{ Cvetkova takes Tara over with a hairmare, landing Fenix on the floor with a thud! Brandy keeps two heaping handfuls of Tara's hair, using it to pull her up into a DDT on the floor! As Tara lays on the floor, Brandy begins to pick staples out of the top of her own head from earlier and throw them at fans. The Widow pushes off of Tara's head to get up, adding insult to injury. Brandy makes her way over to Alison Valance, chasing the ring announcer from her seat. Cvetkova closes the chair and threatens to hit Alison with it, only to stop before striking. The Widow holds the chair up, running her tongue along the seat. She approaches Tara with the weapon, ready to swing; but Fenix counters with a kick to the gut! Tara rips the chair from Brandy's hand, blasting Cvetkova right in the skull with it! The official checks on Cvetkova, but the blow wasn't enough to draw blood. The Queen of Queens drops the chair to the floor. She brings Brandy to her feet and dishes out a Northern Lights Suplex to her right on the steel chair! } Terri Morasco: That suplex had to send shockwaves up the Widow's spine!
Vasco Dias: She's smiling though, Morasco! The woman is smiling! I think she likes the pain!
Terri Morasco: She is one of the strangest people I've ever seen. Tara looks more than happy to hand her some more, though.
{ Fenix drags Brandy off the floor and rolls her back inside the ring. Tara grabs the chair before heading back inside herself. She dishes out a stomp to Brandy's face, followed by one to her left wrist… working her way around Brandy's body with the Garvin Stomp until she reaches Brandy's right wrist. Bending over, Tara places Cvetkova's right wrist inside the steel chair and executes the final, vicious stomp! The smile has long faded from Brandy's face as she pulls her arm back into her body. Fenix rushes the ropes, springboarding off the middle rope and flattening Cvetkova with a moonsault! The powerful Fenix rips Brandy off the canvas and shoots her into a corner, following up with a stinger splash! As Cvetkova staggers out, Tara whips her into the opposite corner and delivers a second stinger splash! }Vasco Dias: Does internal bleeding count in this match as a finish?!
Terri Morasco: Tara is the only thing holding Cvetkova up… and Cvetkova is… she's asking Tara if that's all she's got?!
Vasco Dias: Whatever you think of her, Cvetkova has guts! No one can deny her that!
Terri Morasco: Fenix fires Cvetkova back across the ring… she's going to give her a third stinge– Cvetkova with that black mist!! Tara was going for a stinger splash and the Black Widow just spit that mist in Tara's face and eyes!
Vasco Dias: She got inside Tara's head again! Brandy ate a third splash for her effort, but Fenix can't see a damn thing!
{ Tara tries to wipe the most from her face while Brandy crumples in the corner. Cvetkova rolls to the floor with little grace, simply dumping her body on the floor. There, she reaches under the ring and pulls out a black bag, though. She clutches the bag close to her body. }
Terri Morasco: I'm scared to even imagine what might be in that bag, Vasco. We've seen how deranged this woman can be!
Vasco Dias: What if she takes a belt sander to Tara's face?! That would be gruesome! Or what if it's leeches?! They would suck all the blood right out of Tara!
Terri Morasco: Ew! Stop talking! Stop talking!
{ Brandy throws a hand up on the ring apron, bag in hand. She pulls herself up and re-enters the ring. As Fenix continues to try to clean the mist from her eyes, Cvetkova unties the bag and dumps it's contents all over the ring. }
Terri Morasco: That's glass! She has a bag full of broken glass!
Vasco Dias: I was hoping for leeches, but this could be almost as good!
{ Cvetkova deliberately pulls Tara up and walks her onto the broken glass. The Black Widow cinches Tara up and drops her with a pump handle driver onto the broken glass! }
Vasco Dias: That was savage! They'll be picking glass out of Tara for a week!
Terri Morasco: The referee is checking Tara over, looking for blood. I have nothing but respect for Tara Fenix, but I'm almost at the point that I don't care who wins so long as this match ends before someone gets seriously injured.
{ Cvetkova pushes the referee aside and grabs Tara again, positioning her for another piledriver attempt- this time onto the glass. However, the lights go out. }Terri Morasco: We've seen the Widow do this before…
Vasco Dias: Why now though? She already had the advantage on Tara.
{ A body can be heard landing in the ring. When the lights flip back on, both Tara and Brandy are crawling around in the broken glass. The crowd pops just as much for who is standing outside the ring though: Wraith! }
Terri Morasco: It's Wraith! I'm sure ahead of his big match with Stephen Terrella later, there's nothing he'd like more than to stick it to Terrella's little friend here!
Vasco Dias: Try not to sound so damn giddy, Morasco! You're embarrassing yourself more than usual.
{ Wraith holds up a dagger -a very recognizable dagger- and then slides it in the ring. Both Tara and the Widow make a play for it, but the dagger lands slightly closer to the Widow off the pass. Cvetkova quickly grabs it, and almost immediately takes Tara over with a sunset flip. The Black Widow transitions into her "Widow's Web" submission, dragging the dagger across Tara's forehead as she does! With the pressure of the submission added, it takes no time for the blood to flow from Tara's head! }Terri Morasco: I don't believe it!
Vasco Dias: That's it, Morasco!
{ The official calls for the bell. }
Ding!
Ding!
Ding!
{ The Black Widow releases the hold as "Change" by the Deftones hits. }
Vasco Dias: The Black Widow has beaten the icon! She has beaten the legendary Tara Fenix! Tell me who was right when I said before the show went on the air she was going to do it! Tell me, Morasco!
Terri Morasco: This is obviously not the night Tara Fenix envisioned. This woman has tormented Tara's family! And now… now… she's beaten Tara Fenix.
{ The Widow rolls out of the ring, patting Wraith on the chest as she walks past him. Wraith shows no emotion towards the Widow, merely standing in silence as she heads up the ramp. Wraith looks up at Tara in the ring, laying bloodied. }
Terri Morasco: Wraith has to be distraught inside. He introduced the dagger into the match up, and the pass just went bad.
Vasco Dias: Did it though, Morasco? It looked to me that at best he was putting it up for grabs.
Winner: The Black Widow by way of drawing first blood.

TAGTEAM MATCHFairytales and Nightmares vs Striking Unit
------------------------------------
Alison Valance: The following contest is a tag team match set for one fall and the winning team will be named #1 contenders for the IWF World Tag Team Championships!
{ “Bulls On Parade” by Rage Against The Machine comes on with the lights turning red. The crowd explodes with cheers. }
Alison Valance: Introducing first at a combined weight of 453lbs, Nick Danger and RAM… .THE STRIKING UNIT!
{ Nick Danger and RAM come out onto the entrance ramp wearing red and grey wrestling attire and shirts that say “The Striking Unit” they make their way down the ramp giving fans high fives. They both walk up the steel steps having serious looks on their faces and entering the middle rope. Nick goes to the corner and takes off his shirt and throws it to the crowd, so does RAM. They both wait for the match to start. }
Terri Morasco: These two young men certainly have their work cut out for them.
Vasco Dias: You couldn't be more right Terri, and they were stupid enough to ask for this.
Alison Valance: And their opponents weighing in at a combined 402 lbs, JC Keeton… Dean Harper… FAIRYTALES AND NIGHTMARES!
{ "Watch the World Burn" by Falling in Reverse comes on over the P.A. system as the lights dim and Fairytales & Nightmares shows on the tron, JC and Dean come from behind the curtain. With that announcement red white and blue pyro go shooting off up from the stage towards the ring into the sky JC makes his way down the ramp slowly, Dean follows. JC climbs the stairs to the ring as Dean slides in, JC waits as Dean goes to the far turnbuckle and stands on the 2nd rope looking around to the crowd he's waving his hands up and down trying to get the crowd hyped up into the song. Both Dean and JC put a fist in the air.}Terri Morasco: Never in a million years did I think we'd see these two not only teaming together but doing so effortlessly.
Vasco Dias: I didn't know I needed these two to become a team but it's been highly effective.
{ The two teams head to their respective corners to discuss who will start the match. A simple nod leads to JC stepping out on the apron while Dean remains in the ring, liking his lips and cracking his knuckles. Across the ring RAM chooses to start for The Striking Unit. Blue Shoes calls for the bell. }Terri Morasco: Here we go!
{ They take the center of the ring and tie up. RAM immediately hits a Body Slam. Dean pops right back up but gets slammed again. Before RAM can slam the Hall of Famer a third time Dean grabs him by the head and drops to his knees hitting a Jawbreaker. As Marshall staggers back Dean drop kicks him onto the corner causing him to slide down in sitting position. Harper backs up and runs forward driving both knees into the face of the 18 year old. Dean snatches RAM to his feet by the hair and whips him into Fairytales and Nightmares corner. He follows him in, landing a Step Up Enzuigiri before tagging JC. }Terri Morasco: Quick tag here from Harper to Keeton as they isolate RAM in their corner while Nick Danger tries to get the crowd behind his partner.
Vasco Dias: JC beat RAM about a month ago, I don't see this going any different.
{ JC Keeton enters the ring but before Dean leaves JC holds RAM exposing his ribs allowing Harper to deliver two quick kicks before he goes out to the apron. Keeton hooks Marshall up and sends a him across the ring with a Half and Half Suplex. RAM slowly gets to his feet as JC hits the ropes in front of him looking to come off with a Springboard Cutter but Marshall drives a stiff forearm into the small of Keeton's back. RAM then hits a Back Suplex. He makes his way to his corner looking to tag in Nick Danger but neither man noticed that Dean had dropped to the floor and a split second before Nick gets the tag Dean yanks him off the apron by his ankles preventing the tag. }Vasco Dias: Great awareness by Dean Harper to prevent the tag.
Terri Morasco: It was illegal.
Vasco Dias: It worked.
{ Outside the ring Dean whips Nick into the barricade with such force he lands upside down. Harper then very nonchalantly goes back to his corner and takes the tag rope. JC and RAM get to their feet at the same time and JC catches a kick. He goes to sweep the leg but RAM hops over it and hits a few straight right hands to the jaw of Keeton causing him to let his foot go. JC grabs a front facelock looking for possible a Vertical Suplex but RAM reverses into a Northern Lights bridging for the pin. Blue Shoes hand slaps the mat once but before it can come down a second time Dean Harper dives into the ring saving the match for his team. This brings a now recovered Nick Danger into the ring as well and an all out brawl breaks out between all four men. As Blue Shoes tries to regain order forcing Danger back to the corner this allows JC and Dean to capitalize, hitting a Powerbomb/Neckbreaker combo on RAM. }
Terri Morasco: RAM desperately needs a tag.
Vasco Dias: He's taking a beating.
{ Harper gets out of the ring while Keeton goes to the top and leaps off getting some major hangtime, looking to come crashing down on RAM with a Frog Splash but the youngster gets his knees up driving all the air out of Keeton's lungs. Sensing the tag Danger begins stomping his foot on the mat and clapping trying to urge his partner to crawl forward. Marshall reaches, reaches, reaches and finally his fingertips hit the outstretched hand of Nick Danger who leaps over the top rope at the same time JC tags Dean. }
Terri Morasco: Finally! Nick Danger is the legal man.
{ Running High Knee connects for Danger but Harper pops back up. Nick drop kicks Dean into the neutral corner. Danger lifts Dean up and sits him on the top turnbuckle. The Rising Ace steps back, runs and leaps up springboarding off the top and Superkicks Dean off the top causing him to crash hard, hitting the apron of the ring before bouncing off to the mats around the ring. }
Terri Morasco: What a sick landing by Dean Harper. This could change the whole trajectory of the match.
Vasco Dias: Dean's gotten up from worse but right now he's not moving.
{ The crowd is silent watching for some type of movement from Dean Harper. Even his opponents look concerned before a collective sigh of relief comes from the crowd as Dean begins trying to pull himself to his feet. Nick reaches between the middle and top rope trying to grab Dean to to pull him back into the ring but in a flash of motion Dean brings his arm up cracking Danger in the head with something. Nick slumps forward, unconscious, and the bell sounds.}
Terri Morasco: What just happened?
Vasco Dias: I don't know, it happened so fast it was all a blur.
{ Blue Shoes goes to the corner and bends down, whispering something to Alison. }
Alison Valance: Ladies and gentlemen, your winners by Disqualification and now the #1 contenteders for the IWF World Tag Team Championships… THE STRIKING UNIT!
{ The crowd boos the results, as replays on the tron show Dean grad a pipe from under the ring before blasting Nick in the head with it. RAM wakes Danger up and together they corner Blue Shoes, begging him to restart the match. }
Vasco Dias: What are they doing? Take the win.
Terri Morasco: They're saying they don't want to win like that.
Vasco Dias: That's the stupidest thing I've ever seen.
{ Dean gets back in the ring, looking not the least bit apologetic as JC stands in their corner in shock. After what seems like 5 minutes Blue Shoes goes back to Alison and says something to her. She nods before raising the mic.}
Alison Valance: Ladies and gentlemen, the referee has reversed his decision and this match will continue as a NO DISQUALIFICATION match!
{ Cheers erupt from the crowd and a sinister smile forms on the face of Dean Harper who immediately hits a Sling Blade on RAM. JC comes in and scoops Nick up into a Power Double Leg before running across the ring and spiking him. Keeton lands in mount and begins raining down ground and pound on a helpless Nick Danger who tries his best to cover up. Out of desperation Nick throws up a sloppy Triangle Choke but it's tight. Showing incredible core strength JC stands up with the choke locked in on him and he tries to powerbomb Danger over the top rope but Nick hangs on and they both tumble to the floor. The fall causes the hold to be broken but doesn't give either man time to brace for the impact of Dean coming over the top with a Senton talking out both his opponent and his partner. The crowd pops again.}
THIS IS AWESOME!
THIS IS AWESOME!
THIS IS AWESOME!
Terri Morasco: I'm in agreement with the crowd.
{ With the three men outside the ring down RAM hits the opposite set of ropes and on the rebound springs off the top into a Shooting Star Press, landing on the pile. RAM gets to his feet and throws him in the ring before following him in. Dean slides in as well with Danger on his heels and they pair off with JC and RAM in one corner and Dean and Nick in the other. The Striking Unit seem to have gotten their second wind as RAM is able to get the better of JC and has him neutralized in the corner with a series of knees and kicks. Meanwhile Nick has Dean on the top rope and is looking to Superplex him out of the ring. }
Terri Morasco: Nick Danger pulling out all the stops. Even as durable as Dean Harper is I don't think he can get up from this.
Vasco Dias: Don't underestimate… INCOMING!
{ The announce table explodes into splinters as Nick and Dean come crashing down with Nick hitting the Superplex from the ring to the outside through the announce table.}
HOLY SHIT!
HOLY SHIT!
HOLY SHIT!
Terri Morasco: Our table is gone and this has basically become a one on one match.
Vasco Dias: They spilled my coffee.
{ JC shoves RAM away trying to get to Dean to check on him but RAM spins him around. He kicks Keeton in the knee causing him to drop down to a kneeling position. Marshall gives the signal and begins the kicks for his Omnislash finisher. Somehow Dean is up amongst the rubble but so is Nick. Dean runs him until the apron and he pulls the apron up around Danger's head and neck trapping him. Harper slides in unbeknownst to RAM who is seven kicked into Omnislash. Somehow JC traps his leg and hits a low blow. Keeton picks the other ankle sending RAM to his butt. JC stands and turns still holding RAM's ankles and Monkeys Flips him right into a Double Knee Facebreaker from Dean.}
Terri Morasco: They call it Bedtime Story and RAM took every bit of it. The low blow from Keeton wasn't necessary.
Vasco Dias: It's legal and it's those two morons fault they lost.
Terri Morasco: It's not over yet.
{ Danger finally frees himself but before he can get in the ring Harper hits a baseball slide drop kick while Keeton pins RAM. Blue Shoes counts 1… 2… 3! A mixture of boos and cheers ring out.}Alison Valance: Ladies and gentlemen your winners and now the #1 contenders for the IWF World Tag Team Championships, JC Keeton… Dean Harper… FAIRYTALES AND NIGHTMARES!
Vasco Dias: You were saying?
Terri Morasco: This team versus Angel Blake and Wraith? How it happened regardless I'm there for that.
{ JC gets to his feet and notions for Dean to get in the ring leaving a disappointed Nick Danger outside as Blue Shoes raises the winners hands.}
------------------------------------
INVICTUS CHAMPIONSHIP MATCHDog Collar Match
Wraith vs Stephen Terrella(c)
------------------------------------
{ The lights throughout the 3Arena go out, and the crowd is already buzzing in anticipation of the arrival of the challenger for the Invictus Championship… The opening of “Death’s Door” begins to play, and the crowd doesn’t have to wait long; just as the first verse is going, the lights come back on, and Wraith stands, perched, on one of the corners. The crowd gasps at the arrival of the challenger, and the dog collar is already around their neck as they scour the audience and dangle the chain below them. }Terri Morasco: Wraith is already ready for action! And Vasco, I have to say, I think we’re looking at a new champion this evening! The last time they shared the ring, Stephen Terrella got himself disqualified! There’s going to be nowhere for him to run tonight!
Vasco Dias: Stephen Terrella had the fight won, okay?! He had the fight WON! What he did at Metamorphosis was an act of mercy, and a gift!
{ The camera takes a long shot of the entryway as and the arena darkens. Smoke begins to rise from the ground atop the stage, cast in a purple hue from the lighting directly overhead as 'Disorder' begins to blare across the speakers. However, instead of the Invictus Champion, Stephen Terrella, making his entrance alongside Portia, the familiar theme brings Portia out alone. }Terri Morasco: What is this?
Vasco Dias: I don't know. Doesn't Portia look positively radiant though? She has a microphone in hand, too. So I suspect, if you shut up for two seconds, Morasco, we'll probably find out.
Terri Morasco: I said three words.
Vasco Dias: Why are you still talking? Rude.
{ Portia walks to the edge of the stage. She gestures for the production truck to bring down the music. As it fades, she brings the microphone up to address Wraith. }Portia: Sabin, Sabin… Sabin. Nice collar, by the way. It suits you. I've always felt you belonged on a leash.
{ She smiles at Wraith. }Portia: I'm afraid I have some bad news for you, Sabin. As much as my man wanted to step inside of that ring with you tonight and put an end to you once and for all, the doctor just won't allow it.
{ The crowd boos. }Portia: He's not medically cleared to wrestle tonight, and you have no one to blame for that but yourself, Wraith. When you wrapped that cable around his neck and drove your knee into his spine, you aggravated an old back injury of Stephen's. He was going to come out here to tell you himself, but we all know how unhinged you are. Why should he risk further injury in Dublin of all places?
{ The boos become deafening. }Portia: Don't boo me, Dublin. You people know you're losers.
{ Portia rolls her eyes at the audience's disapproval. }Portia: Whatever. The point is my man is back at our hotel, in pain, so there will be no Invictus Championship match tonight. Sorry, not sorry.
{ Portia gives Wraith a wave. The monster holds the other end of the dog collar in his hands, pacing back and forth. His lips can be seen moving, but the sound of his voice is inaudible. He moves toward the ropes, his back to Portia, clasping the top rope in both hands to violently shake it. }Terri Morasco: Wraith -and an entire building full of people, as well as all our fans watching at home- are understandably frustrated. We all thought we were going to see an Invictus Title match tonight.
Vasco Dias: Maybe Wraith should've stopped to think about the consequences before he tried to choke Terrella unconscious, Morasco.
{ IWF official, Randon Haynes, walks out from the back carrying a microphone of his own. He stands next to Portia. }Randon Haynes: Wraith, I want you to understand that every word Portia has said here tonight is true. I received a medical form faxed over to my office from the independent physician that examined Stephen Terrella. It's all written in black and white. He can't compete here tonight.
{ The audience begins to boo Haynes. }Randon Haynes: You're obviously dressed to compete right now, though. You've got a big opportunity later tonight in the Roulette. So I took the liberty of finding you another opponent to… help you warm up.
{ "On The Run" by the Jompson Brothers begins to play, bringing out a large man -standing 6'3" in height, and looking to weigh nearly three hundred pounds- from behind the curtain. Dressed in overalls, his long, wet, brown hair hugs his shoulders and back as he walks to the ring. }Randon Haynes: Straight out of the swamps of Louisiana, I'd like you to meet Carvel Barley, Wraith. Have a dog collar match, if you want. Or don't. Doesn't make a damn bit of difference to me. I'll leave you both to it.
{ Haynes politely allows Portia to walk to the back first. Barley storms up the stairs, hanging his hat on top of the ring post before taking the ring. Haynes walks behind the curtain as the music fades. }Vasco Dias: I don't know who this guy is, Morasco, but it looks like he just came straight from wrestling a gator!
Terri Morasco: I can understand Stephen Terrella not being medically cleared to wrestle tonight, but why is Wraith being placed in another match he didn't ask for before the Roulette later? This smells fishy.
Vasco Dias: I think that odor is coming off Mr. Barley there.
{ The referee places the dog collar around Carvel Barley’s neck, as Wraith is absolutely fuming from the absence of Stephen Terrella. }Terri Morasco: It looks like we’re not going to get our title match this evening.
Vasco Dias: He’s hurt, Terri! What do you want him to do!
Terri Morasco: We’re still getting a match, and– there’s the bell!
{ Wraith explodes out of their corner, and uses the chain to take Carvel down with a clothesline! Wraith loops the chain, and uses it as a whip to crack it against Carvel’s back several times! The big man is already in agony, and crawls for the ropes despite the chain coming down across his back. Wraith drops down with a knee drop, digging their knee into his back; Wraith puts the chain around Carvel’s neck, and pulls back with a camel clutch fashion! }Vasco Dias: Wraith is out of control! I don’t even know why they remain employed here, because they’re an absolute loose cannon!
Terri Morasco: That chain is legal!
{ Wraith positions the chain in a way that they can use a free hand to rain with several forearm strikes against Carvel’s head; Carvel does his best to cover up, but is refusing to tap out…he tries to roll himself out of it, but Wraith transitions, and quickly gets DEATH’S DOOR the Gogoplata locked in! Wraith is using the chain to drive Carvel’s neck into his own knee with the submission, and Carvel’s face is starting to turn… HE TAPS OUT! Carvel Barely TAPS OUT! }Terri Morasco: There it is! This match is over!
Vasco Dias: But he’s not letting go!
{ Wraith continues pulling hard with the hold, and Carvel’s face is turning all different shades of blue… The referee is repeatedly calling for the bell, and now attempts to pull Wraith off of the hold. }Vasco Dias: Start getting some people out here!
Terri Morasco: He’s going to need help, Wraith still isn’t letting go!
{ The referee is starting to threaten to reverse the decision, and Wraith finally releases the hold. The dog collar is still on between both of the combatants, but Carvel Barley looks almost dead on the mat, but the color starts coming back to his face. The crowd bellows when someone comes down onto the stage; The Black Widow. She has a smirk on her face, and gives a golf clap when Wraith turns their head toward her. }Terri Morasco: What business does she have out here? We saw what happened earlier in the night that she had to use a blade to cut Tara open!
Vasco Dias: Wraith was giving Tara that same blade! Why are you not opposed to that?!
Terri Morasco: Fair! But still, I wish we had not seen it!
{ Wraith sneers at The Black Widow and takes a step toward the ropes. The lights go out, and when they come back on, the dog collar is on the mat as several staff are tending to Carvel. Brandy takes a step back, and scoffs, before retreating to the back. }------------------------------------

IWF MEN'S WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPEXPLODING BARBED WIRE DEATH CAGE MATCH
4000 Word RP Limit
Nick Knight vs Angel Blake
------------------------------------
Vasco Dias: We’ve had an incredible show so far, but things are about to get way more intense.
Teri Morasco: No, things are about to get a whole lot more bloody and brutal. This war between Angel Blake and Nick Knight is going to end tonight inside of The Death Cage.
Vasco Dias: This isn’t just any Death Cage, Morasco. Angel Blake is getting his trademark match, but so is Nick Knight. The ropes have all been taken down and replaced with barbed wire, which has explosive charges attached to it.
Teri Morasco: That means that the explosives will have to be triggered before the men will even be able to get to the weapons hanging on the walls. This is truly going to be the sickest match in the history of IWF.
Vasco Dias: There’s only one way to win. You have to climb to the four foot wide scaffolding over the top of the cage and take down the World title that hangs there!
Terri Morasco: No count outs, no disqualifications, no pinfalls, knockouts or submissions. This is going to be a brutal war until there is only one man left standing!
{ Slowed down carousel music begins to play and is soon joined by unhinged laughing. Driving guitars join the fray and as the voice of Ivan Moody growls "Welcome to the Circus" Nick Knight steps out onto the entrance ramp and begins stomping his way towards the ring. }Welcome to the shit show
Just another freak show
Hang your hat and hate at the door
It's a game of torture
Souls are made to order
Everything you wanted and more
{ Knight reaches ring side as the pre-chorus begins. The typical upbeat and excited “Hollywood Butcher” is gone, and he is completely focused on the task at hand. }You've gotta kill somebody to thrill somebody
Everybody's gotta reason to bleed
You've gotta fuck somebody to know somebody
That motherfucker ain't me
{ The fans begin to clap along with the song without the encouragement of Knight, who is busy walking around the Hellscape known as The Death Cage. Occasionally he shakes the fencing to test the stiffness before moving on. }
Am I the only one
That doesn't buy into the lies?
Am I the only one
That doesn't wear a disguise?
'Cause if I can't break it
And I can't change it
Then tell me, how will I know? (Tell me, how will I?)
Am I the only one
That isn't just here for the show?
{ Knight reaches the opening to the cage and is stepping inside as the fans join in with the snarl of Chris Cale.}WELCOME TO THE CIRCUS!!!Terri Morasco: We’ve got a got crowd tonight! Half of them are with Nick Knight!
Vasco Dias: And if that rumbling means anything, the other half are firmly in the corner of God!
{ All the lights in the arena go out as words blaze across the Imperitron. }“Blessed are the wicked who are healed by my hands.”
{ The entire arena absolutely explodes with cheers as the opening notes of the orchestra version of Gateways begins to play as flames erupt across the stage like napalm. Slowly Angel Blake begins to rise from within the flames with his arms outstretched wearing a long black coat with the birthdate of his baby girl embroidered on the back and the IWF World Championship around his waist. Angel throws his arms up in the air as the metal version of Gateways takes over and really kicks into gear. Flames erupt all the way down the stage and ignite the ring posts as well as the lyrics finally kick in. }
The core principle of freedom
Is the only notion to obey
The formula of evolution and sin
Leading the way
{ Angel steps out of the flames looking over to the crowd with a terrible grin before looking toward the ring. He scowls as he begins to walk, flames erupting behind him with every step. Angel finally reaches the ring, lifting his coat to walk up the steps. He stops on the apron and looks out toward the crowd as the song blasts. Blake throws his arms out and his head back as the arena lights go up to a blinding level. Blake turns and steps into the ring with confidence heading over to the far corner. The chorus comes back around as Angel stands up on the second turnbuckle and crosses his championships over his head in an X. Blake hops down and turns his back to the corner and throws his coat off as the music dies down. }
Alison Valance: The following contest is for the IWF World Championship, and it is an Exploding Barbed Wire Death Cage Match. Introducing first the challenger, hailing from Hollywood, California he is “The Hollywood Butcher” Nick Knight!!!
{Alison pauses as applause rips through the arena.}
Alison Valance: And now… He is the reigning, defending IWF MEN’S WORLD CHAMPION! Hailing from West Hartford, Connecticut… Some call him GOD! ANGEL BLAKE!!!
{ A “Let’s go Angel/Let’s go Knight!” chant breaks out in the arena. }Vasco Dias: I love a mixed crowd!
Terri Morasco: That’s the best part about professional wrestling! This isn’t a comic book, the good guys and the bad guys are whoever you like or dislike!
Vasco Dias: Absolutely. And I like GOD!
{ Angel hands over the IWF World Championship to Blue Shoes who locks it onto the cable hanging down from the ceiling. The title is raised up and now firmly hanging just above the scaffolding across the top of the cage. Angel and Knight are in their corners, both men are looking around at the cage and the various weapons hanging on the walls. Both men locks eyes with the barbed wire and the explosives attached to them. }Terri Morasco: This is it! The final calm before the storm!
Vasco Dias: If anyone watching at home is squeamish I’d recommend leaving the room right now! Because this is going to be so much worse than any of their matches before!
Terri Morasco: And that’s hard to imagine considering the wars they’ve had this past month but you’re absolutely right!
{ Blue Shoes exits the cage as there’s no reason for him to be involved. Angel and Knight lock eyes as Blue Shoes throws up the signal for the bell to be rung! }*DING! DING!*
Vasco Dias: Here we go!
{ Both men explode out of their corners and collide in the middle of the ring with a flurry of right hands. We’ve got full on closed fists as they pummel away at each other. Old wounds are already opened up as they continue to assault one another. Angel has a long gash on his forehead that’s already gushing, Nick has one over his left eye that is doing the same. Both men have black eyes from their previous encounter and you can already see them swelling up again! }Terri Morasco: We are less than a minute in and these two are already bleeding!
Vasco Dias: That just goes to show you the hell they’ve been there! Five matches in a month, their bodies have had no time to heal! These are two desperate men who you have to believe want this match to be over with as soon as humanly possible!
{ Nick starts to get the upper hand as Angel stumbles back. Angel continues to fight but it’s clear that Nick is throwing the heavier hand at this point. Angel is getting closer and closer to the barbed wire ropes and Nick gets a sadistic look on his face. Nick goes for a pump kick to send Angel into the explosives but Angel manages to get out of the way. Nick turns and Angel charges in with a shoulder but Knight moves out of the way. Angel just manages to stop himself before hitting. Knight grabs Angel and spins him around looking to throw Angel into the barbed wire but Blake manages to stop the momentum by grabbing the cage wall. Angel fires off a back elbow that causes Knight to let go. }Terri Morasco: Both men are trying to throw the other into the first set of explosives!
Vasco Dias: I’m literally watching through my fingers. I don’t know if I’m ready to see this!
Terri Morasco: Me either but the crowd is on the edge of their seats waiting for the first man to go into the ropes!
{ Angel spins around and connects with a huge right hand on Knight. Angel then goes to fire off Divine Justice but Knight gets out of the way of it and underhooks Angel with a snap dragon suplex! Angel backs rolls to his feet and catches Nick with Divine Justice as he stands! Angel takes Knight by the head and runs him across the ring to another set of ropes but Knight grabs the cage to stop himself. Angel has both his hands on Knight’s head and is trying to drive it down into the ropes. Nick is clawing at the cage looking for anything he can grab to break Angel away. Nick finally grabs the handle of a kendo stick and rips it off the wall and smacks Angel over his back with it! }Vasco Dias: We’ve got our first weapon of the match and it’s a kendo stick!
Terri Morasco: A weapon Knight is a master of!
{ Nick starts to tee off on Angel with the kendo stick. He hits the champion over the head, shoulders, back, across the stomach, sternum and then snaps it in half right between the eyes of the already bloody champion! Nick has a mad grin on his face as he grabs at the somehow still standing champion and launches Angel into the exploding barbed wire with the Non Dairy Creamer!!! The first round of explosives go off with the weight of Angel’s body! }
Terri Morasco: Oh my god!
Vasco Dias: Jesus!
Terri Morasco: I knew it was coming but I just wasn’t ready to see it!
{ Angel is tangled up in the barbed wire that makes up the three ring ropes on that side of the ring. Nick pounds at his chest getting the crowd even more fired up. Nick charges in with Angel stuck to the barbed wire and starts viciously stomping away at the head and chest of the champion. Nick clearly wore his shit kickers today because he is putting those boots to work on Angel who is still trying to get loose from the barbed wire. }Vasco Dias: Knight is looking to end this right here and right now!
Terri Morasco: And he very well may if Angel can’t get himself free!
{ Knight has had enough of stomping a mudhole in the champion and instead reaches down to rip Angel free. The barbed wire pulls and rips at the flesh of the champion as Nick Knight forcibly tears the champion loose. Knight hits Angel with several elbow shots before running him across the ring and choke tossing Angel into another set of exploding barbed wire! The explosives go off and fully engulf the reigning champion as the crowd roars! }Terri Morasco: I’ve seen enough! Jesus… Why the hell did IWF sanction this match!?
Vasco Dias: Because it was the only way this war was going to end! Neither of them was going to give up and walk away!
{ Angel is down, his body has been singed by the explosives, he’s cut up from the barbed wire and it’s Nick Knight who is still standing. Nick looks up to the scaffolding over head, the World title above that and he sees his moment. Nick goes to where Angel is laying and steps over him as he begins his climb up the cage wall. Nick makes his way up the wall, dislodging a couple of weapons on his way up. A steel chair, a bat and finally a black bag, all dropped down into the ring. }Vasco Dias: Nick is scaling the wall, this thing could be over already!
Terri Morasco: One can only hope so!
{ Nick’s hand reaches the scaffolding. Back inside the ring Angel has started to move. The champions body is a wreck as he gets up, but somehow he does get up. Angel spots the chair, then he sees Nick Knight getting ready to hoist himself up onto the scaffold. Angel picks up the steel chair and heaves it with all his strength, point first, directly into the spine of Nick Knight! Nick lets go of the scaffolding but continues to drip the wall. Angel takes up the bat and cracks Nick in the back of his leg, the one Angel targeted all the way back in match one. Nick refuses to let go of the cage wall so Angel starts to climb up with him. Angel cracks Knight at the base of the skull with the bat then wraps it around the challengers neck. Angel uses the bat to pull Knight off the side of the cage and both men go crashing back into the ring with a modified Russian leg sweep off the cage wall! }Terri Morasco: I can’t believe Angel got up… Or that he climbed the wall… Or that we just saw what we just saw!
Vasco Dias: These two men are the absolute pinnacle of the IWF and I have a feeling they’re only just getting started!
{ Angel still has the bat around the neck of Knight and uses it to pull Nick to his feet. Angel drags Nick over to a cage wall with live explosives. Angel drops the bat, grips Knight around the waist and heaves the challenger with Divine Wrath into the exploding barbed wire!!! }Vasco Dias: Nick Knight takes his first trip into the explosives!
Terri Morasco: Jesus… On the bright side there is only one unexploded side of the ring now.
Vasco Dias: Except for all the tables covered in boards with explosives on them on the outside of the cage.
Terri Morasco: I’d noticed those and hoped if I didn’t mention them then they wouldn’t come into play.
Vasco Dias: Hope in one hand, Terri, you know the rest.
{ Nick is now the one tangled up in the barbed wire as Angel contemplates making the climb. However, Angel hasn’t had enough bloodshed yet. Angel goes to one of the cage walls and takes another chair down. Angel grabs the first chair from earlier and sets them both up in the middle of the ring with the seats touching. Angel then reconsiders and turns the chairs back to back. Nick is ripping himself free, he isn’t content to just lay there and wait. Nick gets himself free of the barbed wire and hits a knee lift as Angel comes in for him. Knight clubs Angel hard over the back then grabs Angel for a T-Bone suplex right onto the chairs! }Terri Morasco: Ange’s back could be broken in half!
Vasco Dias: Broken in half? More like shattered into a million tiny pieces!
{ Nick spots the bag he pulled down from the wall and scoops it up. Nick unties the bag and pours the contents out on the canvas next to where Angel is lying. }Vasco Dias: Thumbtacks!
{ Nick has a big bloody grin on his face as he pulls Angel up off the crumpled over chairs. Nick tucks Angel’s head between his legs and drags his thumb across his own throat. Nick picks Angel up into piledriver position and drops Angel with Banned in Memphis onto the thumbtacks!!! }Terri Morasco: Banned in Memphis on the thumbtacks!!!
Vasco Dias: Well if Angel’s face wasn’t a bloody mess before it sure as hell is now!
{ Nick Knight is up and it looks like he just got a major shot of adrenaline as he lets out a roar. Nick pulls the champion up to his feet and clocks him hard across the face. Angel is an absolute bloody mess and so is Nick Knight but Angel definitely looks the worst for wear. Nick Knight tucks the head of Angel again and this time picks him up for a power bomb. Nick runs across the ring to the last unexploded side and heaves Angel with everything he’s got with a powerbomb into the remaining explosions! Angel crashes into the barbed wire and the explosives go off to a loud roar from the crowd! }Terri Morasco: Both of these men have families! People that care about them! What’s going to be left at the end of this match!?
Vasco Dias: Puddles of blood and piles of bones.
{ Angel isn’t moving as Nick stands over him, sucking wind. Nick looks up to the scaffolding again and sees his opportunity to make the climb. Nick goes to the wall and starts to climb over the barbed wire. Nick is working his way up. The scaffolding is just out of reach as he puts his hand out. Nick gets his fingers on the scaffolding and uses it to pull himself further up the wall. Angel sits up, he pulls at the barbed wire that’s stuck to him. Angel sees that Knight is making the climb. Angel rips at the barbed wire and tears it free from the ring post. Angel takes the free barbed wire and starts to wrap it around himself as he makes his way for the cage wall. Nick has both hands on the scaffolding and starts to pull himself up. }Vasco Dias: Nick is almost onto the scaffolding, the World Championship is within his grasp!
Terri Morasco: He’s a few feet away from bringing a merciful end to this match!
{ Angel starts to climb up the cage wall now. Nick has almost pulled himself all the way up onto the scaffolding. Angel is hot on his heels, somehow reinvigorated after taking three trips into explosives. Nick pulls the rest of his body up and lays there for a moment on his stomach, he doesn’t realize that Angel is right behind him. Nick pushes himself up onto his hands and knees and looks up at the IWF World Title hanging over the scaffolding. Angel grabs the scaffolding now, Nick sees him. Nick stands up as Angel pulls himself up on the other side of the scaffolding. Both men stand at either end of this bridge, the World title in between them. }Terri Morasco: Oh, I don’t like this.
Vasco Dias: But the crowd is on their feet for it!
Terri Morasco: No matter how the next few minutes go this is going to end badly for one or either of the men!
Vasco Dias: The only way it could!
{ Both men charge across the scaffolding and collide in the center of it, mirroring the very beginning of the match. The IWF World Championship hangs just above their heads as the slug it out. The only difference from the beginning is that Angel’s upper body and right arm are wrapped in barbed wire. Everytime Angel punches Knight, he rips another deep wound into his flesh. Nick starts to back down as Angel works him closer and closer to the edge of the scaffolding. Nick is still fighting, he’s still refusing to give up but the barbed wire punches are too much for him. Nick finds himself with nowhere else left to go as his heels come to the end of the scaffold, there’s nothing next but the arena floor and the tables with explosives on them twenty feet below them. }Terri Morasco: Oh god, oh god! Don’t do this Angel!
{ Angel backs up and looks to send Nick over the edge with Divine Justice but Nick blocks the knee strike and grabs Angel looking for a Non Dairy Creamer. Angel books that but Knight spins the champion around so now it’s Angel with his back to the floor below. Knight grabs the Champion and begins to headbutt him over and over again, the blood is just pouring from the skulls of both men but Knight doesn’t stop. Knight tucks the head of Angel and starts to grab him for a package piledriver. }Vasco Dias: Nick Knight is going to hit the Banned in Memphis off the cage to the exploding tables below!
Terri Morasco: He can’t! He may cost himself the match!
Vasco Dias: This is what this war has come to!
{ Nick goes to pick Angel up but the champion manages to block it. Angel instead picks Knight up into a backdrop driver. Angel then leaps off the scaffolding with Nick Knight in the RANGER’S WAY THROUGH AN EXPLODING TABLE ON THE ARENA FLOOR!!!! }Crowd: HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT!
{ Angel and Nick both lay in the rubble of what was the table, their bodies blackened from the explosion. Blood is pooling under their bodies. }Vasco Dias: I agree with the crowd…
Terri Morasco: I’m at a total loss for words.
{ Somehow the two of them start to move at roughly the same time. The crowd can’t believe it. Angel peels the barbed wire off his body while Nick Knight wipes the blood from his face. The two of them start to fight again right there on the arena floor. Nick quickly gets the upper hand and whips Angel into another table lined with explosives! It goes off and Angel drops to his knees. Nick connects with a running knee strike to the back of Angel’s head. Nick pulls Angel up and drags him toward another table. Nick rolls Angel up onto it. Nick picks Angel up and drops him through the exploding table with Banned in Memphis 22!!! }
Vasco Dias: Nick Knight has no concern for his body! No concern for his well being! He just wants Angel dead!
Terri Morasco: And he may have just done it.
{ Nick stumbles toward the cage door. Nick demands that Blue Shoes unlock the door and he does. Nick goes to the apron and looks underneath it. Nick pulls out an extra tall ladder and drags it over to the open cage door. Nick slides the ladder into the cage and then follows it in. }Terri Morasco: It looks like Nick is done trying to climb the cell walls and is opting for a ladder now.
Vasco Dias: It’s a smart move. Nick has to be well past running on empty at this point.
{ Nick stands the ladder up. Back outside of the ring, Angel has somehow managed to find his way back to his feet. Blue Shoes is just standing there, helpless as the champion stumbles toward the open door. Nick has the ladder set up more or less in the middle of the ring. Nick starts to climb up the ladder. Angel has reached the cell door, he’s an absolute bloody mess. Nick us up the first couple of rungs but he’s moving slow. Angel makes his way back into the cage. Nick is near the top of the ladder now. Angel reaches the base of the ladder. Nick’s hands are on the scaffolding. Angel’s hands are on the legs of the ladder. Nick starts to pull himself up. Angel pushes the ladder over! Nick is left hanging from the scaffolding! Angel looks up to see Nick willing himself up! Angel panics and begins to stand the ladder back up. Nick is nearly onto the scaffolding now. Angel starts to climb up. Nick has one leg up onto the scaffolding now. Angel is almost all the way up the ladder. Nick rolls the rest of his body up onto the scaffolding. Angel is at the top and starts to reach out. }Vasco Dias: Nick Knight is feet away from being the new IWF World Champion!
Terri Morasco: But Angel is right there!
{ Angel makes the transition over to the scaffolding but Nick Knight is ready for him and drills Angel with his own Divine Justice! But Angel moved! Nick Knight stops himself just short of the edge of the scaffolding. Knight turns and Angel is there with Divine Justice! Knight staggers but he keeps himself up right. Angel takes a step back and drills Nick Knight with the Genocide Kick!!! Nick falls backward off the scaffolding and crashes back down into the ring!!! }Vasco Dias: This is it! This is it!
Terri Morasco: I don’t believe it!
{ Nick Knight is down, he’s motionless in the middle of the ring. Angel looks at the IWF World Championship hanging before him. Angel raches up, places his hands on it. One snap at a time Angel frees the World Title from the cable and Blue Shoes calls for the end of the match! }Alison Valance: Your winner and STILL IWF MEN’S WORLD CHAMPION!!! ANGEL BLAKE!!!
{ Angel collapses onto his back, the IWF World Title firmly in his grasp as the crowd roars around him. }
Terri Morasco: Angel has done it! He defeated Nick Knight and retained the IWF World Championship!
Vasco Dias: It was a vicious, bloody brawl! It was absolutely insane! But it has come to an end and Angel is still the champion!
{ Angel’s music plays as he lays there. Eventually he gets up to his feet. Paramedics are making their way out from the back. Angel takes the World title in both hands and holds it up over his head as the crowd cheers for both men and the war they just went through. }------------------------------------
WOMAN'S WORLD TITLE MATCHJennie Fenix vs Brooklyn Madox
------------------------------------
{The lights in the arena fade to black as purple and white strobe lights begin to flitter about the crowd and a low misty fog envelopes the entranceway. The frantic strobe effect over the top of a drum beat stop as suddenly stops as they began. "I’M NOT AN OUTCAST” blasts forth from the speakers of the arena and all spotlights turn to the top of the ramp to illuminate the figure standing there, eyes closed and head lowered.}You think I'm evil
Say I'm obscene
Call me a misfit
I'm just unique
{As the song continues, Brooklyn's head snaps upwards, smirking around at the audience as her shockingly blue eyes glint in the smoke and strobe lights. She takes a step forward, unconsciously cracking her neck from side to side, her eyes fixated on the ring in front of her.}Alison Valance: Making her way to the ring, weighing in at 112 pounds Ms Can't Miss, BROOKLYYYYYYYN MAAAAAAADROOOOOOX!
You say I'm trouble
Call me a freak
It's not intentional
It's just me
{Brooklyn looks up, her smirk turning into a snarling smile, tongue tracing along her upper teeth, before she begins her walk to the ring. She seems to glide up the ring steps before wiping her boots on the apron and stepping into the ring.}
I'm just misunderstood
I'm just miss misunderstood
I'm just miss misunderstood
I'm just miss misunderstood
{She makes her way to the center of the ring, raising an arm high into the air before lowering it, finger pointed at her opponent as she refuses to break eye contact.}Vasco Dias: The true return! We have Brooklyn Madrox coming out of semi-retirement here tonight to challenge for the IWF Women’s World Championship, and I have to say, she is the favorite to win this one tonight! She is the second-longest reigning champion in the history of IWF! She definitely has busted her chops enough times, and y’know what, Terri? I think she’s going to take the title!
Terri Morasco: There’s no doubt that Brooklyn Madrox is one of the best that we have ever seen, but Jennie is not going to go down without a fight. Jennie is on fire here! Especially now that Jennie has that pride– that fact that she earned a pinfall victory–
Vasco Dias: So did Virginia Stepanov.
Terri Morasco: That was a two out of three falls match, Vasco! She may have gotten a pinfall over Shelly, but she did not get the win! Jennie got a pinfall victory over Shelly Diamond, who shattered Brooklyn Madrox’s record! Can Brooklyn Madrox stop Jennie’s momentum here tonight?
{ The crowd is already buzzing while anticipating the arrival of the IWF Women’s World Champion… and as soon as the lights go out, the crowd goes into an absolute frenzy! HOWEVER! Several lights start shining throughout the audience; the neon-Purge masks start to take over as the camera highlights the challenger in the center of the ring, as she paces back and forth and is ready for the champion to make her entrance. }Terri Morasco: It’s the masks again, Vasco! This crowd got the memo, and they are all waiting on the arrival of the champion.
Do I make you nervous?
Do I make you scared?
Do I make you wanna just stop and stare?
Weird, bizarre, unusual
Sicker than sick, atypical
A perfect picture of your fucking worst nightmare
{ The camera scours the audience before focusing on the center stage… }Do I make you frightened?
Do I make you fear for your life?
When you're so certain, I'll infect you when I'm near
Obscene, twisted, unnatural
Off the wall, unacceptable
I'm bulletproof to what you think
{ The crowd goes into a frenzy further out, and the camera now follows the trail! The strobe lights shine toward that part of the audience and you can see the lavender neon mask in the center of a sea of masks as well as the glint of the championship around her waist. Jennie Fenix keeps her arms at her side while walking through the Ireland crowd, and her gaze locked on the challenger for her championship. }Vasco Dias: There’s no denying that this audience does love her!
Terri Morasco: It’s hard to find anyone who dislikes her! Even Shelly Diamond gave her a hug!
Vasco Dias: I’m still disappointed in her for that!
{ Jennie has a slow, bold stride in her step while making her way toward the ring… She holds her hands out to the adoration from the crowd, slapping hands with as many of them as she can along the way. The camera shifts to Brooklyn inside of the ring, and then back to Jennie as she reaches the barricade; Jennie straddles the barricade for a moment, and raises her mask when the lights return to normal, and the audience can see the Celtic war paint covering much of her face still, with whiteout contacts as she gives the creepiest grin to Brooklyn. }Vasco Dias: What the–
Terri Morasco: She’s making a scene for herself!
{ Jennie climbs the rest of the way over the barricade, and pulls the championship from her waist; she flings it into the center of the ring and slides under the bottom rope and crawls her way toward the belt which lands upward in the center of the ring…Jennie presses her face down against the plate, kissing it several times before getting onto her knees and points at Brooklyn. Jessica Andrews stands between them, ensuring they know the match hasn’t started yet. Afterward, Jessica does take the title from the mat, but Jennie still doesn’t move while tilting her head back and forth. }Vasco Dias: I think we’re just about ready to start!
{ Jennie shows her own athleticism by lifting herself up from her knees, and landing onto her feet then backs away to wait for the bell. Jessica holds the title for a moment, then hands it to the timekeeper, and then calls for the bell! }DING! DING! DING!
{ Jennie fires for a running shining wizard against Brooklyn before she can react! Brooklyn is able to evade, and lands on her side; while getting back to her feet, Brooklyn is already there and grapples with her! The momentum has both women barreling toward the corner! Jennie is able to spin them around so Brooklyn crashes into the corner. Jennie is able to break free and connect with an overhand chop– the crowd rallies behind her with a momentous “woo” when it rings throughout the arena! }Terri Morasco: Welcome back to the ring, Brooklyn!
Vasco Dias: That’s not fair, she was in the ring a couple weeks ago!
Terri Morasco: She was in a brawl– not in a match!
{ Jennie fires with a second overhand chop, and it rings just as loud! And a third! Jennie steps away from the corner and beckons Brooklyn forward; Brooklyn, a little sore from the chops but not overly hurt, pushes off from the turnbuckle…Jennie answers with an arm drag! Brooklyn rolls through, and turns right into a second arm drag, and she rolls through again; Jennie connects with a picture perfect dropkick that sends Brooklyn to the mat. Jennie kips to her feet and bounces off the nearest ropes, coming back with a rolling senton that hits the mark! Jennie covers. }ONE!
…
…
…
…
…
TWO!
{ Brooklyn kicks out! }Terri Morasco: Jennie showing her agility here and that rolling senton looks to take some of the wind out of Brooklyn’s own sails. She doesn’t look like the champion she once was, honestly…like she’s missing a step.
Vasco Dias: She’s just gonna get some of the rust out of the gears.
{ Jennie wastes no time to get back on her feet– just as Brooklyn sits up, Jennie connects with a front dropkick that sends her back down, and scrambles to go for another cover. }Terri Morasco: I can’t believe we’re seeing Jennie so dominant right now, but it looks like Brooklyn has missed a couple of steps here. She’s still able to kick out, this time before the count of one.
Vasco Dias: Jennie is just taking cheap shot after cheap shot, and I don’t know how much longer Jessica is going to let it happen!
Terri Morasco: Those have been some clean shots. Jennie is back up, and she has Brooklyn in firm control with a side headlock– Brooklyn counters!
{ Brooklyn shoves Jennie forward, and Jennie goes toward the ropes… Jennie counters with a handspring and bounces backwards when she hits the ropes; she goes for a standing moonsault to catch Brooklyn for a reverse DDT! Brooklyn is duck forward and avoids contact– Brooklyn uses a handspring of her own, and just as Jennie lands, Brooklyn comes back for a handspring back elbow! }Vasco Dias: Brooklyn fires with a beautiful handspring elbow, and shows that she can be just as agile!
Terri Morasco: It was a good transition, and good counter there, and looks like the challenger is in the driver seat!
{ Jennie goes down to the mat, but rolls onto her side to keep Brooklyn from being able to go for the cover– Brooklyn reacts by getting to her feet, and pulls Jennie back to a standing position, and draws her in for a short arm clothesline! Jennie ducks under, and hooks Brooklyn’s arm across her shoulder before being able to show some finesse with a leg hook tornado clutch, and Brooklyn is struggling to break free from this pin attempt! }ONE!
…
…
…
…
…
TWO!
{ Brooklyn kicks out! }Vasco Dias: Brooklyn does have to be careful, because Jennie– I don’t know what she did, but she’s known for those quick covers! Those calculated covers! And with just the right amount of leverage, this could end pretty fast!
Terri Morasco: It’s true, Vasco, but Brooklyn managed to get out of it there.
{ Both champion and challenger get to their feet at the same time, and Brooklyn looks to fire first! Jennie catches her arm, and spins her around for a hammerlock; the transition doesn’t stop there, and Jennie moves to the side to catch Brooklyn in a headscissors before rolling her up the rest of the way into a small package! Huge roar from the crowd at how swift Jennie was able to do that! }Terri Morasco: There’s another one of those creative pins, and it looks like Jennie could retain right here!
ONE!

TWO!

{ Brooklyn kicks out! }Vasco Dias: Oh! That was close, but Jennie is still going after her!
{ Jennie is quicker on the draw to her feet; Brooklyn gets to her knees, and appears a little dazed– Jennie doesn’t wait to charge forward, and does; she rolls forward, back to her feet, and goes for a finishing rolling clothesline! BROOKLYN DUCKS! Brooklyn catches Jennie now with a roll up of her own! }Vasco Dias: Brooklyn is not going to be outshined by this weasel!
Terri Morasco: It’s a good evasion, and it looks like Brooklyn is going for an early win!

TWO!
{ Jennie kicks out! }Vasco Dias: That should’ve been three right there!
{ Brooklyn gets to her feet first; Jennie is a little spun out, but gets up anyways…only to be met with a swift kick to her midsection! Jennie keels over, and Brooklyn connects with a knee against Jennie’s head– Jennie snaps back up, and Brooklyn fires for a spinning back kick to Jennie’s midsection again! The kick sends Jennie tumbling backwards, and she falls to a seated position; Brooklyn fires for BALOR’S GAZE! }Vasco Dias: Balor’s Gaze!
{ Jennie evades! }Terri Morasco: NO! Jennie is able to avoid it by moving to the side!
{ Jennie scrambles to her feet and now the shots between Brooklyn and Jennie are alternating back and forth! The momentum from Jennie crashing into Brooklyn sends both of them back, and Jennie is able to bring a knee to her midsection while Brooklyn is caught up in the ropes; Jennie takes a step back, and comes forward, only for Brooklyn to answer with a back body drop!
Jennie is able to grab the ropes to land on the ring apron, and Brooklyn senses it and connects with a PELE KICK! }Vasco Dias: What a kick!
Terri Morasco: An impressive counter from Brooklyn!
{ The crowd pops for the move, but gasps in unison when Jennie tumbles to the ground. }Vasco Dias: Oh! That could be a bad landing!
Terri Morasco: A rough landing, but I think Jennie looks like she’s going to be okay. Just a little dazed.
{ Brooklyn uses the middle rope to pull herself back to her feet, and looks to the outside of the ring where Jennie is starting to get back up; Brooklyn charges the far ropes, and comes back to dive between the ropes and connect with a suicide dive! }
Terri Morasco: Brooklyn taking the fight to Jennie!
Vasco Dias: But she’s gotta get her back in the ring!
{ Brooklyn springs back to her feet and rallies the crowd, although the vast majority are still trying to rally Jennie back to her feet. Jessica Andrews, from inside the ring, is starting to beckon the two combatants back into the ring, and she threatens them with a count out. ONE! Jennie rolls onto her stomach, holding herself up with her elbows. TWO! Brooklyn closes the distance between herself and Jennie, and gets her into a front headlock whilst pulling her back to her feet. THREE! }
Vasco Dias: Hurry! Get her back in the ring, Brooklyn! You can’t win the title by countout!
{ Brooklyn transitions to a side headlock, grabbing a handful of Jennie’s hair; she charges forward and jumps over the steel steps, and slams Jennie’s face down against the top of the steel steps with a facebuster! Jennie is hung out over the steel steps, clutching her own midsection and looking like she’s seeing stars when blood trickles from her nose. The count has gotten up to six. }Terri Morasco: Jennie is busted open after that! She could have a broken nose!
Vasco Dias: There’s that aggression from Brooklyn Madrox, and that’s exactly what’s going to seal this win for her!
{ Brooklyn grabs Jennie and pulls her forward momentarily. SEVEN! Brooklyn slides into the ring, and then back out, forcing the count to start over. }Vasco Dias: It was starting to get close, but Brooklyn knows that she’s not going to be the champion unless she can pin Jennie to the mat.
Terri Morasco: But it seems like she wants to inflict some more pain to the champion on the outside of the ring.
Jessica Andrews: Come on, Brooklyn! Get it back in the ring!
{ Brooklyn pulls Jennie forward and back into a front headlock; she transitions behind Jennie and raises her up for a backdrop suplex! Brooklyn positions Jennie to land on the ring apron, and Jennie cringes when she hits…Brooklyn uses the ropes to pull herself onto the ring apron, and then uses the ropes to spring herself up and come down with a double foot stomp! Brooklyn does tumble backward and lands back on the outside of the ring, but is able to land safely. }Terri Morasco: A beautiful double foot stomp! Brooklyn is starting to look more and more comfortable back in the ring, and while I hate to agree with you, it does seem like Jennie could be in trouble.
Vasco Dias: I told you! I told you that once Brooklyn gets comfortable, Jennie is in for a world of trouble! Brooklyn held the championship when the division was thriving! When people were fighting over who would fight for the title…now…no one cares! You don’t have the same people. You don’t have Rowan, you don’t have Eternity, you don’t have Shelly, you don’t have Vivienne Rodgers. Brooklyn is one of the best to do it!
{ Jennie rolls off of the ring apron, still clutching her own stomach. ONE! Brooklyn stands back up, and grabs Jennie by the head to slam her head against the ring apron! Jennie is unable to fight back; Brooklyn raises her a second time, and slams it against the ring apron a second time! Brooklyn takes Jennie’s arm, and sends her with force toward the steel post! JENNIE REVERSES! }Vasco Dias: Ouch!
Terri Morasco: Brooklyn Madrox right into that steel post, and those things are no joke! That is pure steel!
{ The crowd is going wild. Brooklyn cringes when her spine hits the post, and Jennie charges in for a running big boot looking to pin Brooklyn’s head between her boot and the steel post– BROOKLYN EVADES! }Terri Morasco: Jennie may have tweaked something with that miss!
{ Jennie looks like she may have stiffed her knee from hitting the steel post, as she keeps her foot against the post for a moment longer; Brooklyn goes for a leg sweep! Jennie jumps over it, and uses her leg that was against the steel post to push herself off and hit an enzuigiri! }Terri Morasco: What athleticism!
Vasco Dias: How?!
Terri Morasco: This crowd goes crazy after Jennie is able to counter like that!
{ The count is up to seven… Jennie is staggering back to her feet, and Brooklyn is on her knees but looks to be out cold. EIGHT! Jennie scrambles to slide under the bottom rope and re-enter the ring! NINE! Brooklyn surges back, and is back in at 9.9! }Vasco Dias: Jennie knows she’s in trouble, that’s why she was happy to try to take the win that way.
Terri Morasco: I don’t think this match is as personal as Jennie claims it to be, and think she just wants the win. Keep in mind that Jennie has said she just wants competition! She just wants people to fight her for the title! She wants to defend her title! Outside of Shelly, this is probably the best competition for her!
{ Jennie uses the ropes to pull herself up, and nearby, Brooklyn is also using the ropes on her side to also pull herself up… Jennie strikes first with a palm strike! Brooklyn fires back with an elbow! Jennie with a kick against Brooklyn’s leg, causing her knee to buckle, but Brooklyn still retaliates with a palm strike of her own! Jennie fires in with an elbow, but Brooklyn is able to dodge; Brooklyn now rains in with elbows, kicks, knees, and palm strikes as she battles the champion back into the corner! }Vasco Dias: Here comes the challenger with a series of strikes!
{ Brooklyn takes a step back, letting Jennie stumble out of the corner, and DISCUS ELBOW! }Vasco Dias: And the discus elbow to finish the series of strikes!
{ Jennie falls in front of the corner, and Brooklyn points to the ropes indicating that she’s going to go high! The crowd rallies behind Jennie, but Brooklyn pays no mind as she climbs to the second rope…Jennie kips to her feet, and Brooklyn turns to face her; Jennie connects with an elbow to her midsection! The wind is driven right out of Brooklyn from that shot, and Jennie pulls Brooklyn’s head forward and holds it close while connecting with more and more elbow strikes, and finishes with a headbutt! }Terri Morasco: The champion is fighting back here, and she does have some of the most vicious headbutts in the game, and a good one right there.
{ Brooklyn leans back while seated on the turnbuckle, and Jennie takes a couple of steps back…after getting enough space, Jennie rolls forward, and springs up to take Brooklyn off the second rope with a monkey flip! }Terri Morasco: Jennie starting to get fired up again!
Vasco Dias: There’s something wrong here!
{ Brooklyn is able to shift her weight, and land on her feet; she stumbles forward into the opposite corner, using it to save herself from falling. }Vasco Dias: What a landing! Brooklyn lands that perfectly, and she’s not giving Jennie anything to look forward to.
Terri Morasco: And it looks like Brooklyn is looking for Jennie to keep fighting!
{ Jennie pulls herself into the corner and is shocked when she sees Brooklyn still standing, beckoning for Jennie to come after her… Jennie charges forward, and Brooklyn raises her legs for a front dropkick! Jennie stops on a dime, and catches Brooklyn’s legs, slingshotting her out of the corner, and then goes for a standing shooting star press– Brooklyn gets her knees up, and Jennie is able to grab Brooklyn’s knees and use them to balance herself back out and be back on her feet. Jennie reaches down to grab Brooklyn by the head, and Brooklyn leans up to pull Jennie into a small package! }Vasco Dias: What a series of back and forth right there, but Brooklyn has the cover!

THR– BROOKLYN KICKS OUT!
Terri Morasco: Where does Jennie get all of these covers?
Vasco Dias: They are impressive. I have to admit that I do love them! But it’s just not enough!
{ Brooklyn rolls backwards, and holds the back of her head; Jennie is quicker to her feet and continues her own attack…several strikes come in, and Brooklyn is able to deliver a knee to her midsection causing her to stumble back; Brooklyn connects with a spinning back kick to Jennie’s midsection again! Brooklyn charges forward and goes over Jennie with a sunset flip; she rolls her up for the cover, but Jennie keeps the momentum going and rolls backward…Jennie scrambles for a low dropkick, but Brooklyn drops down to avoid the contact! }Vasco Dias: She nearly takes her head off right there, but Brooklyn is smart enough to duck down.
Terri Morasco: These two still going strong!
{ They both get back to their feet at the same time, but Jennie is quicker on the draw– she gets behind Brooklyn, and takes her down with a Déjà Vu Headscissors! Brooklyn wisely uses the momentum to roll out of the ring. }Vasco Dias: That’s the veteran prowess right there!
Terri Morasco: It was smart for her to get out of the ring there, because it does stump Jennie’s momentum moving forward.
{ Jennie looks a little irritated by Brooklyn’s escape; Jessica Andrews gets between Jennie and the ropes, as Jennie is pointing for Brooklyn to get back into the ring. Jessica retreats over toward Brooklyn who is looking to get her composure back on the outside of the ring, and is telling her to get back into the ring… }Terri Morasco: Come on, Brooklyn! Get back in the ring!
{ Jennie rushes forward, and uses a handspring before springing right over the top rope and coming over with a moonsault! SHE HITS THE MARK! Brooklyn goes down, and the crowd is in an absolute frenzy after the showmanship, but Jennie is relentless with raining down with strike after strike. Jessica Andrews is shouting for Jennie to now get back into the ring, and Jennie pulls Brooklyn back to her feet and slides her back into the ring with some force– Brooklyn continues to roll toward the opposite end of the ring, and Jennie gets back into the ring…Brooklyn, back to her feet, closes the distance between herself and Jennie, and just as Jennie straightens her posture while on her knees BALOR’S GAZE! }Vasco Dias: There it is! ROPE BREAK!
Vasco Dias: THREE! THREE! THREE! WE HAVE A NEW CHAMPION!
{ Jennie has her foot on the bottom rope. }Terri Morasco: That’s a big risk for Jennie because the rope has not been her friend elsewhere! Over at CULT, she has come close to taking TWO CHAMPIONSHIPS only to be robbed because the referee didn’t see her foot on the ropes, but Jessica Andrews sees it!
{ Brooklyn is frustrated with herself for not pulling Jennie further away from the ropes…she doesn’t take the time to beat herself up over it, though, and gets up to grab Jennie by the leg and arm and drag her away from the ropes. Brooklyn then calls for it to be over when she pulls Jennie back to a standing position; she maintains control with a front headlock. }Vasco Dias: Brooklyn has Jennie in full control right here, and I just don’t think Jennie really has anything left to give. She’s tried everything! None of it has been enough!
Terri Morasco: It looks like they are running on– WHOA! WAIT!
{ JENNIE REVERSES! NORTHERN LIGHTS SUPLEX! }Terri Morasco: NORTHERN LIGHTS SUPLEX! Jennie doesn’t look like she’s going to end it with one!
{ Jennie rolls with it, and pulls Brooklyn back up; a SECOND NORTHERN LIGHTS SUPLEX! }Terri Morasco: This crowd is counting with her! THREE WISHES! We could be looking at THREE WISHES right here!
{ She rolls through a third time, and a THIRD NORTHERN LIGHTS SUPLEX! THREE WISHES! }Terri Morasco: THERE IT IS! Brooklyn is going to be dazed after all that spinning, and Jennie could secure the win if she bridges, and that– yes– it looks like she’s bridging!

THR– BROOKLYN KICKS OUT!
Vasco Dias: Not enough!
{ Jennie rolls toward the ropes in order to create enough of a distance between herself and Brooklyn– Brooklyn uses the ropes to get up, but struggles to maintain her balance…Jennie steps forward and OUT OF WISHES! }Terri Morasco: We could see the kick that has ended so many people before!
{ NOOOOO! Brooklyn ducks! }Vasco Dias: YES! Jennie went big, but none of it paid off!
{ Jennie gets to her feet, but Brooklyn is there to grab her arm; she pulls her back with a ripcord, and looks for BIG BAD WOLF! Jennie is able to battle Brooklyn off before she can lock her in for a spinning facebuster; Jennie shoves Brooklyn against the ropes, and Brooklyn comes back and answers with a spinning wheel kick! }Vasco Dias: What’s it going to take here?!
Terri Morasco: Neither competitor is wanting to be the first one to give, and so they are just fighting on pure instinct here!
{ The champion and challenger, both exhausted, continue to get to their feet with neither one wanting to be the first to give…the challenger is the first to rush in, and the champion answers with a scissors leg sweep! Brooklyn is hung out over the second rope! Jennie hurries to her feet and vaults over the top rope, connecting with a leg drop across the back of Brooklyn’s head and neck! }Vasco Dias: Brooklyn is definitely going to be feeling that one in the morning, and it looks like she may be really hurt after the way her neck hit the rope.
Terri Morasco: She is definitely hurting, and it looks like Jennie is looking to continue with an attack.
{ The challenger falls back into the ring near one of the corners, and is holding her neck, coughing uncontrollably; Jennie pulls herself back up to a standing position on the ring apron and then springs to the top rope! She springs to the other rope and comes off with the double springboard Arabian press! }Terri Morasco: Just– wow! Where does she come up with some of this stuff?
Vasco Dias: She does have an impressive list of people that she’s been training with that includes her sister, Tara; I may not like her, but there’s no denying her ability. Shouta! Finn! Dickie! She’s got a pretty large arsenal of people willing to help her, and I just don’t get why.

Terri Morasco: Brooklyn somehow gets a shoulder up from that one!
{ Jennie is starting to get frustrated with Brooklyn not staying down. Brooklyn uses the ropes to pull herself closer to them as a safety, and Jennie now stands back up, and she doesn’t give the challenger time to recuperate… Jennie grabs Brooklyn by the arm and drags her back near the middle of the ring before positioning herself behind her and she’s looking for the DJINN DRIVER! }Terri Morasco: DJINN DRIVER! We’re looking at the DJINN DRIVER, the same move that put Shelly Diamond away!
{ Brooklyn gets free! Brooklyn connects with a knee that sends Jennie back a step, as she tumbles down to one knee; Brooklyn hurries to her feet, and rushes the far ropes! She comes back for WOLF AT THE DOOR! }
Vasco Dias: There’s the finish! That knee!
Terri Morasco: I don’t think she got all of it– I don’t think she got any of it!
Vasco Dias: What?
Terri Morasco: Jennie avoids the impact!

Vasco Dias: She stole it!
Terri Morasco: We talked earlier about those roll ups, and we knew that Jennie just needed the right amount of leverage! She found it!
Vasco Dias: I can’t believe what we saw, but there’s no denying that Jennie is still the IWF Women’s World Champion… It was a beautiful counter, okay? It was! She did great! But I don’t have to be happy about it!
Terri Morasco: You don’t have to be happy about it, but this crowd is!
{ Jennie rolls toward the center of the ring as Brooklyn is sitting up, and Brooklyn tugs at the arm of Jessica Andrews for reassurance that it was a three-count. Jessica does reassure her as Jennie celebrates in the ring…Jessica goes to the timekeeper to retrieve the championship, and hands it over to Jennie, who is holding it high on display for the world to see. Brooklyn, still seated, still just appears confused but finally does get out of the ring and stomps her foot in frustration. }

Ulf Hednir quickly shoves the curtains aside, dressed in his wolf headdress, and marches out onto the stage with his drinking horn held high over his head.}Ulf Hednir: SKÅL!
Crowd: SKÅL!
{Ulf drinks from the drinking horn, and after, turns it upside down to show the crowd that there is nothing left. Ulf attaches the drinking horn to a strap hanging off his belt, and marches down the ramp to shake hands or high five many of the fans along the ramp; fans scramble to get as close as they can and he takes an extra moment to ensure he greets as many as he can. Ulf goes around to the right side of the ring, still greeting as many fans as he can until he reaches the timekeeper’s table, where he removes the headdress and the drinking horn, placing them on the table. He walks up to the apron and leaps up, grabbing the ropes, and leaning back to let loose a mighty howl.}Raise your horns, raise them up to the sky,
We will drink to glory tonight!
Raise your horns for brave fallen friends,
We will meet where the beer never ends!
{The chorus plays over, and Ulf steps between the middle and top ropes before parading around the ring a bit, raising his arms from each side of the ring. He stands by and waits for the match to start.}Vasco Dias: Ulf Hednir’s return was unexpected surprise. Entering at number one is a first for him.
