{ The show opener for Friday Night Sacrifice plays to the theme of IOU by Five Finger Death Punch showing clips of all the current champions as well as some of the biggest stars in IWF currently. As the show opening tag for Sacrifice comes to an end we are brought to the commentary booth with Vasco Dias and Terri Morasco. }
Vasco Dias: It's friday night, you know what that means!
Terri Morasco: It's IWF SACRIFICE!!!
Vasco Dias: We've got a huge show for you tonight and we are going to get right into it with some mixed tag team action!
Terri Morasco: Gregor Winer and Emmanuelle take on John Blade and Latoy Hixx!
Vasco Dias: HERE WE GO!
------------------------------------ MIXED TAG TEAM MATCH Gregor Winter and Emmanuelle vs John Blade and Latoya Hixx ------------------------------------
{ "The Time" is now ft Trademarc is playing as John Blade is running the ropes in an empty ring. He tosses his hat into the crowd before turning to await the arrival of his partner. }
Terri Morasco: Some lucky fan is getting a souvenir tonight to get us started!
Vasco Dias: More like some poor bastard is getting lice, Morasco. He's too drunk to realize it now, but wait until the buzz wears off.
{ "Sky's The Limit" hits. Latoya Hixx comes out on stage and grooves a little bit. She takes both of her hands in and does her pose. She lifts up her blue sunglasses and hands them to a fan and walks straight down to the ring. She hops on the apron, holding onto the ropes and bends over and shows the crowd her Boss Knuckles. She gets inside of the ring and she takes off her wrestling gear and waits for her opponents to arrive alongside John Blade. }
Terri Morasco: The Blueprin-
Vasco Dias: I'm going to stop you right there, Morasco. Don't say it. If she's the blueprint, whatever it is being built is going to be defective.
Terri Morasco: Atlanta seems to love her.
Vasco Dias: These people would also clap like trained seals if we started throwing fish into the crowd. Your point?
{ The arena goes pitch black as the guitar and drum entrance of O Fortuna begins to play over the PA. Suddenly the lights come at the fifty-eight second mark as the guttural scream of lyrics begins. The big man slowly makes his way to the ring ignoring the crowd, some of which are covering their ears from the almost painful to listen to entrance music. Once he reaches the ring he climbs up onto the apron facing the hard camera as silver flames shoot high into the air from the ring posts. }
Vasco Dias: I think I just peed myself a little.
Terri Morasco: Thanks for sharing, I guess?
Vasco Dias: Don't worry, all liquids, no solids. I'm getting slightly more used to this man's entrance. You may want to move your foot, though.
Terri Morasco: Ew!
{ Gregor steps between the ropes and stares at the opposite side of the ring, where John Blade and Latoya Hixx are waiting. }
{ Emmanuelle stands at the curtain as “Say Go” by D Smoke begins to play. She walks out, taking time to soak in the reaction of the crowd before making her way down to the ring. }
Terri Morasco: We're going to get another look at the exciting newcomer: Emmanuel! She'll be teaming with Gregor Winter for the first time ever here tonight! It's an unusual pairing, but they have a great chance to be effective, in my opinion.
Vasco Dias: She's the Princess of the Palisades, and he's like the big, fire breathing dragon that flies around the Palisades!
Terri Morasco: Have you seen a lot of dragons in the Palisades?
Vasco Dias: It was a metaphor, Morasco. Get off my back! I hope you catch John Blade's lice, too.
{ The referee, Jessica Andrews, calls for the opening bell. }
Ding!
{ John Blade and Gregor Winter start things off for their respective teams, renewing hostilities from Odyssey last week. Gregor points to the ropes, then thumps his chest, challenging Blade to come at him. Blade looks to the crowd and smiles before getting a running start and colliding into Winter, but neither man leaves his feet. Blades nods as if to say "ok", and then offers Gregor a chance. Winter runs the ropes, building steam like a freight train, and smashes into Blade. The impact is hard, but both men keep their feet. Winter offers Blade another go. Blade reaches down to pump up his sneakers and then runs the ropes, but this time instead of a shoulder tackle, he performs a leaping shoulder block to take the M.O.D. leader off his feet! Winter and Blade are both up relatively quickly, with Blade catching Winter with a running one-handed bulldog! With Winter on the canvas, Blade pounds away on him with some closed fists to the top of Gregor's head. Blade stands up to signal for the five knuckle shuffle, but Winter wisely rolls to the outside when Blade takes off for the ropes to avoid the fist drop. }
Terri Morasco: Gregor Winter looking for a timeout there.
Vasco Dias: If someone was going to drop their fist on my face, I would too!
{ Winter walks the floor, pulling himself back up on the apron as the official reaches the count of four. Near his own corner, Gregor makes the tag to Emmanuel. The Princess of the Palisades enters the ring to a huge pop, which brings Latoya in for the other team under Sacrifice's mixed tag rules. Hixx holds up her hand as if to brush Emmy off, and confidently strikes a pose in Emmanuel's face. Emmy is having none of it though, going right in on Latoya's midsection with some heavy-handed shots! Hixx is briefly turned into a human punching bag, taking the wind out of her and forcing her back against the ropes. Emmy spins Latoya around and delivers a stiff punch to her liver, dropping the blueprint to her knees. Emmy takes hold of Latoya's head and plants her with a snap DDT! Emmanuel makes a cover, and the referee slides into position… }
One! Two!! No!!!
{ Hixx throws her leg up onto the bottom rope, and referee Jessica Andrews alertly spots it! Emmanuel sets up for a back suplex after the failed pin attempt, but Latoya grabs the ropes for the block. Hixx throws a few back elbow shots against Emmy's jaw line to break Emmanuel's grip on her waist, then turns around and dishes out a hard punch to Emmanuel's face. Latoya takes control of Emmy's head and rams a knee into her face. The two female brawlers trade shots. After several strikes, Latoya starts to get the better of Emmanuel in the exchange. Emmanuel eats a stiff right, but goads the sometimes overconfident Hixx in and counters another strike attempt with a vicious right cross! Hixx drops! She immediately crawls towards her corner, diving the last few feet to tag John Blade in! }
Terri Morasco: Those heavy hands of Emmanuel might've just rung Hixx's bell! She wasted no time making that tag, and we're going to see the men take the ring again now.
Vasco Dias: Latoya may have lost a tooth! It's a good thing the IWF has an extensive dental plan!
{ Blade tries to charge at Winter with a running crossbody, looking to catch the Viking by surprise. Gregor shows off his impressive power though by catching Blade out of the air and shifting John up onto his shoulder for a running powerslam! Gregor pulls Blade up by his head into a seated position and delivers a running kneelift to Blade's face to put him back down on the canvas! Winter follows up with a huge legdrop to the doctor! With Blade reeling from the flurry of offense, Gregor ascends the turnbuckles and comes off the top with his signature moonsault he calls the "Weapon of Mass Destruction"! Every ounce of air is driven out of Blade. The Viking isn't done, however. He starts to set Blade up for his finisher. Hixx comes in looking to disrupt it, but Emmanuel is there to help her partner out. Emmy delivers a boot to Hixx's gut, then hits her with the "Pasadena Bomb"; while Gregor simultaneously hits Blade with his version of the Gonzobomb that he calls the "MODifier"! Hixx can only roll out to the floor as Winter has Blade pinned. The referee slides into position for the count… }
One! Two!! Three!!!
{ The referee signals for the closing bell! }
Ding! Ding! Ding!
{ "O Fortuna" hits as Winter rises to his feet. Both Emmanuel and Gregor stand in the middle of the ring, and the referee steps in between them to raise their arms in victory. }
Terri Morasco: That was a very impressive win for the team of Gregor Winter and Emmanuel! Both of them certainly looked to be firing on all cylinders here tonight!
Vasco Dias: I can't disagree at all, Morasco. I'm just disappointed you said something smart in our first match because I know to only expect it once a week from you.
Winners: Gregor Winter and Emmanuel via pinfall.
----------------------------------- SEGMENT "Uncle Jackass" -----------------------------------
{ Backstage in an empty office, we find a crudely-made pinata of a donkey''s body -- along with a head representing Nick Knight's likeness with the ears of said donkey -- hanging from the ceiling. Stepping into the picture... }
RAM: Listen up, Nicky Knight -- or in this particular case, Uncle Jackass!
{ ...we find Ram holding a baseball bat in his left hand. }
RAM: Let's cut the bullshit and get down to business -- last week, I watched you make yet ANOTHER excuse as to why ya couldn't beat Angel Blake when it mattered the most. In the process, like some ungrateful little twat, you decide to run down the only semblance of FAMILY that's given you just as much as they've given me. Frankly, I've had enough to hear of that shit.
{ The crowd, watching on the big screen, cheers as Ram paces around the room and taps his bat on the desk. }
RAM: You wanna diss Caroline, right?! The former Women's World Champion who signed a contract with her own damn blood and ENDED Shelly Diamond's record reign?! She's the very embodiment of a woman who can be successful without havin' to tear somebody to shreds in a goddamn promo! As for Fiona?!
There's a reason why she's in the IWF Hall of Fame and you are not, you empty-headed dipshit! She's poured her blood, time, and MONEY into buildin' a place where people like myself can come in and learn about this business while, in my case, tryin' to stay out of trouble with the law. I'd be makin' LICENSE PLATES right now if it wasn't for her! Truth is, Uncle Jackass?!
{ He paused. }
RAM: I've seen more tapes of Fiona battered and broken, of her bein' lit on fire or driven head-first into piles of thumb tacks, then tapes of your two old ladies givin' you a wet willy with their tongues!
{ That last little tidbit would elicit a huge roar from the fans. }
RAM: Yeah, I went there...mainly 'cause the last person you ran down, that I haven't mentioned yet, is the same person that officiated your damn wedding -- JAMES GILMORE!!!
{ The crowd cheers once more, starting up a loud "JJ!" chant in the process. }
RAM: 'Cause as much as Fiona helped buld the Academy, JJ stood there as its bedrock! Its foundation! And what was it you told him, huh Nicky?! Oh yeah...do what's best for your family -- stay on the Japan tour or go home to your wife and kids. Guess what, bubba...had you done your homework, you oughta know that bein' a good dad means PROVIDING for your children through this business or any other!
Like Fiona? JJ poured his heart into this business. He took time out of his schedule to work your goddamn wedding 'cause he looked up to you on how to be a good provider for his own family. Damn, it makes you jealous doesn't it....knowin' that JJ is the only man who has EVER defeated Angel Blake in his signature Death Cage. Yet you couldn't replicate the magic he had at the Cotton Bowl on that night.
{ Ram's voice quivered as he took the baseball bat and raised it up as if he was a member of the Atlanta Braves. }
RAM: You don't know me, Nicky. You don't know what those people have given me -- and that's the opportunity to call your as out and challenge you to a good old'fashioned RUMBLE -- next week! You wanted to prove whether or not I was ready the last time I faced you?! Now's your shot...either take it or run away like a l'il bitch. In the meantime, here's a l'il somethin' for you to THINK about…
{ With several mighty swings, Ram smashed the pinata down to the floor! He then slammed the bat down and marched out of the office, leaving a treasure trove of chocolate candy bars and other goodies behind in his wake! }
------------------------------------ SINGLES MATCH Matt Knox vs RAM ------------------------------------
"This progam has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down..."
{ will.i.am's "Geekin'" begins playing as Ram hops into the picture, and as pyro goes off around him he pretends to do the famous Buster Sword "victory" pose before heading down to ringside. While he gets a mixed reaction from the crowd, he takes a moment or two to look around and admire the gathering around him before stepping inside the ring. }
Terri Morasco: RAM had a very direct message for Matt Know this week- he's not planning on laying down for the veteran superstar. This young man has confidence in him, and I love seeing that because everything he's been through, it'd rattle a lot of young wrestlers.
Vasco Dias: You don't think he's rattled, Morasco?! You've got to be kidding. The kid wants to fight everyone! He ran his mouth about Nick Knight. He has been talking smack about Rayne and the media. I'm not going to sit here and deny that he's loaded with potential, but potential is easily squandered without focus. And the kid has no discipline. He's being ruled by his emotions.
{ The houselights cut out, a single Raven cries out soon joined by another, then another until the cries of an entire unkindness fill the house sound system, soon broken by "Hell Broke Luce" by Tom Waits cutting through, the house lights coming up to a dull blue as a single white strobe light pulses in time to the song's percussion. Standing in the middle of that pulsing light, back to the ring, stands Matthew Knox adorned in his ring gear and a sleeveless hoodie. Arms outstretched like a bird in flight he pivots on a heel and begins making his way to the ring, sliding under the bottom rope and picking a corner to charge and leap upon to scream the audience into a frenzy. He takes a lap around the ring, before kneeling in a corner and patiently waiting for the ring to sound. }
Terri Morasco: Much like yourself, Vasco, Matt Knox wasn't shy with his critique of RAM this week. He seems less than impressed.
Vasco Dias: He's been in this game a long time. He knows who has "it", and who doesn't. I want to like the guy, but he's going to have a real short shelf-life here if he keeps throwing verbal jabs at guys like Stephen Terrella and Nick Knight. Real short.
{ The referee for this contest, Tommy Knocker, calls for the opening bell. }
Ding!
{ The two men circle each other after the sound of the bell. Knox feigns a few kicks, forcing RAM to try and defend. Knox lands a light kick with his off-leg to Marshall's body, setting RAM up to catch a sweeping roundhouse to the head! RAM falls backwards against the ropes. Knox moves in and brings RAM to the canvas by way of an exploder suplex! Knox is quickly on RAM, dishing out some punishing forearm shots to the head and face of the young lion. Knox employs some fundamental technical wrestling to keep the younger, faster, more agile Marshall on the mat; zeroing in on RAM's head and neck with the holds for the next few minutes of the contest. }
{ Although trapped in a side headlock, RAM does manage to work his way up off the canvas against the veteran. Looking for an escape, Marshall reaches down for Knox's lower leg, picking him up by it and dropping him with a knee-breaker! Matt grimaces in pain. RAM picks the leg of Knox and shoves him in the chest, landing the Raven flat on his back on the canvas. Marshall keeps control of the one-time television champion's leg, stomping away on the inside of Matt's knee. RAM caps the flurry by violently twisting the ankle of Knox to the outside! }
Vasco Dias: That was brutal! That's a great way to tear a ligament on your opponent.
Terri Morasco: RAM lacks some of the technical polish of his more experienced opponent, but he's making it up as he goes in an effort to destroy Knox's vertical base it looks.
Vasco Dias: It's a smart strategy. RAM is a brawler, not a MMA fighter. We saw him struggle to defend against those kicks from Knox earlier, so he's taking them out of the equation.
{ Marshall pounces on Knox now, delivering a rapid fire series of closed fists to Knox's head. The blows are met with a very mixed reaction from the crowd. Getting up, RAM pounds his chest. He goes right back for Knox's leg, dragging him towards the ropes by his ankle. Marshall lays Knox's boot on the bottom rope, and pins it with his own boot. Leaping high in the air, RAM comes down with a stomp to the inside of Knox's knee! RAM goes up again, crashing down with another stomp to the inside of Knox's knee! RAM goes up a third time, driving his own knee into the side of Knox's knee this time! The old lion clutches at his leg when RAM finally relents. RAM pulls Knox away from the ropes and goes for a pin attempt. The referee slides into position… }
One! Two!!! No!!!
{ Knox kicks out just as Tommy Knocker's hand lifts off the canvas after the two count! RAM picks Knox up and aggressively puts him back down with a scoop slam close to the corner. Marshall points skyward, moving to the apron, then ascending the turnbuckles. R.A. takes flight, looking for the shooting star press he calls "Braver"... but being the veteran he is, Knox had it scouted and pulls his knees up! Marshall takes the double knees to the chest, but Knox suffers some more from his own counter. The Raven slowly gets to his feet, anger in his as he limps towards RAM. He motions for RAM to get up, waiting on him to do so. When RAM eventually does, Knox uses his good leg to hit a one-legged codebreaker on Marshall! Matthew slides backwards, creating some distance to once again very gingerly get to his feet. He grits his teeth through the pain in his leg to hit RAM with "Into the Void"! Knox covers, nearly folding RAM in half on the pin attempt… }
One! Two!! Three!!!
{ The referee signals for the bell. }
Ding! Ding! Ding!
{ "Hell Broke Luce" hits as Knox gets up off the cover. }
Terri Morasco: He's walking out of this one a little worse for wear, but that's another W in the win column for the returning Matthew Knox!
Vasco Dias: He'll be insufferable this week, Morasco. I can't stand people that think they're better than everyone else. We're going to need bigger doors to accommodate his very large head.
Terri Morasco: Really? You, of all people, really? Have you looked in the mirror before?
{ The referee raises Matt Knox's arm in victory. }
Winner: Matthew Knox via pinfall
------------------------------------ SEGMENT "Vasco Views" ------------------------------------
{ We come back from the break on a close up of Terri and Vasco at the booth. }
Vasco Dias: Welcome back! Terri! I’ve got something special for you and all our fans tonight!
Terri Morasco: You’re retiring?
Vasco Dias: Even better! I flew up to Connecticut earlier this week and interviewed our IWF Men’s World Champion!
Terri Morasco: And how did that go?
Vasco Dias: We’re about to find out! Roll tape!
{ We go to the Imperitron where we now see the logo for Vasco Views followed by some stock music. The scene side swipes like Star Wars to the living room of the Blake household. We see The IWF World Tag Team Champions, Angel Blake and Wraith seated on a couch together, sans face paint, while Vasco is seated nearby in an armchair. }
Vasco Dias: Welcome to IWF’s number one hit interview segment! Vasco Views! Tonight I am seated here with the IWF Men’s World Champion as well as reigning World Tag Team Champions, Angel Blake and Wraith!
{ Both men slightly nod in Vasco’s general direction. }
Vasco Dias: Gentlemen, first, thank you for inviting me into your home tonight! And may I say, Angel, you cooked a mean steak!
Angel Blake: Much like wrestling, it’s all about the passion of the cook.
Vasco Dias: Too true! Now to get down to the brass tacks. Why aren’t you gentlemen at the show tonight wrestling in a match?
{ Angel raises an eyebrow like he’s shocked by the question. Angel turns to Wraith and the two whisper among themselves. Angel then turns back to Vasco. }
Angel Blake: What town is the show in tonight?
Vasco Dias: Atlanta.
Angel Blake: Roberto doesn’t pay me enough to wrestle in Atlanta.
Vasco Dias: I completely understand! It’s all the mouth breathers, right?
Angel Blake: Among other reasons.
{ Vasco nods and checks his notes. }
Vasco Dias: Now I think what the fans really want to know and I believe that oaf, Keybo Shabaz tried to ask you about last week, is Dean Harper.
Angel Blake: He’s my son.
{ Wraith is seen clearly rolling his eyes at that. }
Vasco Dias: Well, yes, of course. But he’s also the winner of this years Roulette and the number one contender to the IWF Men’s World Championship. Not to mention Dean and JC Keeton are also number one contenders to the IWF World Tag Team Championships.
Angel Blake: Anyone who watches the show knows that, Vasco.
Vasco Dias: Well, yes, obviously. But I think the people want to hear how you feel about that?
Angel Blake: How I feel?
Vasco Dias: Yes. About the prospect of facing your first born son in not just one but two title defenses between now and Night of the Immortals?
{ Angel once again turns to Wraith and the two begin to whisper. Finally, Angel stands up and just walks out of the shot. Wraith sits there with a cocky little grin as Vasco looks around perplexed. }
Vasco Dias: Where’s he going?
{ Wraith sits forward. }
Wraith: Here’s your hot scoop, Vasco. This is a family matter. It’ll be settled within the family. As for everyone watching at home? They can fuck off. Now get out of our house.
{ Wraith stands up, ready to remove Vasco from the armchair physically. }
Vasco Dias: Well this has been Vasco Views!
{ Vasco says as he stands up as quick as he can. Vasco as well as the camera crew are making their way toward the exit as Wraith slowly follows after them. }
Vasco Dias: Back to myself and Terri at the booth!
{ Vasco and company spill out of the house as we scene swipe back to the commentators booth with Vasco and Terri. }
Terri Morasco: So you didn’t get any questions answered?
Vasco Dias: Not a single one.
Terri Morasco: Wonderful.
Vasco Dias: You should have been there, Terri, that rib eye was absolutely orgasmic.
Terri Morasco: I don’t want to be anywhere near you or the word orgasmic. Next up! Tara Fenix takes on Serena Riot! Don’t go anywhere!
------------------------------------ SEGMENT The End IS Nigh ------------------------------------
{The room is dark except for the sound of footsteps growing closer until they suddenly stop only to be replaced by groaning wood. A match is struck and the tiny flame flies end over end until it strikes the ground igniting a circle of flame and revealing a lone hooded figured sitting in an electric chair in the center of it all. The man throws back the black hood revealing that is none other than Nick Knight.}
It’s like the entire fucking world has gone mad all of a sudden, and I love it. I mean, it takes more than just a touch of insanity to start a revolution. No, I don’t mean that faction I’m in with JJ, Danger, Caroline, and Fi. I mean, the kind of revolution that will lay waste to the status quo forever changing the course of history.
Last week we saw that the wheels of change are already spinning, and it is a fucking beautiful sight to see. Angel Blake has gone completely off the deep end after our match at High Stakes. I mean, he’s going around kicking the head off the shoulders of unsuspecting interviewers. He’s turning his back on the fans that love his so much, because he’s finally figured out that he does not have to be the most popular to be the best.
{A sly smile comes onto the face of Knight.}
I just hope this new found attitude doesn’t do anything to fuck up his happy home.
{The smile disappears from his face.}
The insanity didn’t stop there, because Nick Danger damn near shocked the world by becoming World Television Champion. There wasn’t a single person in that arena thought that he would ever come within a fraction of a second of becoming a champion in IWF. Just imagine the butterfly effect caused by a man that most people in this company saw as a glorified jobber becoming a champion. The possibilities are endless, but one thing that I guarantee is the history of IWF would never be the same.
Nick Danger could have truly been the catalyst for the revolution. I know that he has it in him if he just grows a set and starts doing whatever is necessary to be a champion. No more of this white bread aw shucks babyface bullshit. He needs to dig down deep and find a little bit of that darkness that drives men like Wraith, Angel Blake, Dean Harper, and myself. Once he does that the world of professional wrestling is never going to be the same.
If that wasn’t enough fun the great Matt Knox has returned from his little vacation, and it seems he’s been watching things real close. I would say welcome back Matty, but you fucked up and ran your mouth. You called me out, because you’re jealous of the fact that I broke your record for most defenses of the World Television Championship. Maybe I should be honored that my achievements have got you all hot and bothered, but frankly you really pissed me off. How dare you come back to my company acting like you’re the big swinging dick when you were off taking your kids fishing, while I was right here carrying this company on my back.
You aren’t going to get away with that level of disrespect Knox, and you best know that you’ve put a target on your back. The only reason I’m not in Atlanta right now is that I’m enjoying the seeds of chaos that you are sewing for me. Just know that one day I am coming for your ass, Matthew. You won’t know when or where I’m going to strike, but when I’m done you will be left laying in a pool of blood and piss.
{The smile returns to the face of ‘The Hollywood Butcher.’}
The fire has been lit and the change is coming children. Soon the only thing left of IWF as you know it is ash and rubble.
{Knight begins to laugh maniacally.}
Tick tock, the end is nigh
{The scene fades to black.}
------------------------------------ SINGLES MATCH Tara Fenix vs Serena Riot ------------------------------------
{ The entire arena suddenly turns dark. The crowd begins to stir for a second. A white graphic suddenly appears on the tron. It reads “That Bitch” in a purple font, with “From The 216” spray painted in blue underneath. The moment it happens, “CHAOS” by Hollywood Undead begins. The fans instantly get up and begin cheering. The heavy guitar only gets heavier. }
“CHAOS! CHAOS! CHAOS!”
“From The 216…That Bitch! SERENAAAAA RIOTTTT!!!”
{ Serena emerges from the back with a light fog surrounding her. She gives a grin on her face before slowly walking down to the ramp. She has on a leather jacket with a “Riot Farewell” shirt. She spots a little girl with a sign that reads “Riot Or Bust” in the front row. She points at the sign and walks up to the girl. She takes out a sharpie and signs it. Then she quickly draws a purple heart on the girl's face. She begins slapping hands on her way down to the ring before rolling in. She takes one look at the crowd and does her signature pose. One hand in the air, and one behind her head with her tongue sticking out. She makes her way to one of the turnbuckles and simply stands there. }
Vasco Dias: I never thought that I’d see the day for Serena Riot to compete inside of an IWF ring, but here we are!
Terri Morasco: She has had a rough series of matches, but this one, Vasco! This one has me the most excited!
Vasco Dias: Oh, absolutely!
{ The camera's focus is on Serena Riot as she is looking at the curtains to await the arrival of her opponent, the former IWF Women’s World Champion, Tara Fenix. The lights throughout the State Farm Arena flicker for several seconds, already causing the audience to bellow almost drowning out the opening guitar riff… }
I'm back from the dead
{ While the opening line holds, the strobing lights scour the audience where a number of the “Fenix” flags are seen amongst the crowd, as well as the blue Purge masks that has become accustomed to the team of The Fenix Sisters. }
Out of the black, breaking free of the wasteland Out of the mud, crawling up through the quicksand Leaving the dark, coming into the light Don't lay me down, save your last rites
'Cause I'm still standing above ground
{ The camera shifts back to Serena Riot inside of the ring, and then immediately back to the curtains where Tara Fenix is seen casually walking out from behind the curtains. The flagpole is held loosely in her hand, the pole hanging over her shoulder as the flag itself dangles below. It has her own logo on it. She’s wearing a sleeveless faux leather jacket with her own logo on the back, but she’s also wearing a shirt that also reads “Riot Farewell”; she’s also sporting sunglasses, and a bandana to hide much of her face, as well as a beanie that hides the iconic blue hair, but make no mistake: there is no trickery afoot. Tara’s gaze is fixated on Serena Riot. }
Terri Morasco: The Queen of Queens has returned to the ring that she has proclaimed as hers!
Vasco Dias: There’s no doubting that she gets the response from the crowd, and she is one of the most recognized athletes around the world…she has her work cut out for her here tonight as she fights against someone who has looked up to her!
Terri Morasco: A lot of people have–
Vasco Dias: A lot of people have! It’s true! But how many of them are on their way out? That has to have a different meaning, Terri!
{ Tara continues with the slow stride away from the curtains, standing at the top of the ramp to bask in the cheers coming from the torn audience; however, the crowd all becomes louder and louder, as if she were controlling their volume, by merely hoisting the flag. The camera goes to a sequence back to Serena Riot as if to gauge her own reaction; Serena Riot stands unphased, unintimidated by her opponent… more eager for the match to get underway. The shot returns to Tara as she takes a bolder stride down the ramp, only hoisting the flag high one more time on her way down the ramp. The audience all bows to Tara as she passes by them. Tara doesn’t hesitate with turning toward the steel steps, and going up them, but here, she stops to fix the flag onto the turnbuckle.
After fixing the flag, she walks along apron toward the middle, and gets into the ring; she brushes past Serena Riot while walking across the ring, Serena seemingly sharing some words with Tara as she does– Tara charges toward the ropes and jumps to the middle rope, balancing herself there as she points out to the audience…she pulls the beanie and bandana from her head, tossing them out to the audience where a short scuffle can be seen over the recipients of the free merchandise, and then she flings her sunglasses just to the outside of the ring. }
Vasco Dias: Those looked like five-hundred dollar sunglasses!
{ Tara hops off the ropes, doing a one-eighty, and landing back on her feet; she now walks toward the center of the ring as Serena Riot backs into the corner but still with neither fear nor intimidation in her eyes. Tara stands momentarily before peeling the shirt off to unveil her full wrestling attire. She holds the shirt toward Serena Riot and points at her. }
Tara Fenix: I’m just giving you what you want!
{ The audio is able to pick up Tara’s words, as she then waves to Serena Riot in order to say “farewell”. The music comes to an end, and Tara flings the shirt out to the audience as well while taking a step back. }
Vasco Dias: This match is about to get underway! Both women are in the ring, they are ready, and now this crowd is–
{ The crowd becomes deafening. }
Crowd: LET’S-GO-TARA! SE-RE-NA! Crowd: LET’S-GO-TARA! SE-RE-NA! Crowd: LET’S-GO-TARA! SE-RE-NA! Crowd: LET’S-GO-TARA! SE-RE-NA! Crowd: LET’S-GO-TARA! SE-RE-NA!
{ The crowd is absolutely electric! The chants are already swinging back and forth between Tara Fenix and Serena Riot while the referee, Blue Shoes, is exchanging a glance with both competitors; however, the competitors have their own eyes locked with one another. Serena Riot crouches in the corner, and cracks her neck; Tara is walking closer to the center of the ring before shouting something inaudibly at Serena. Serena pulls herself from the corner, and gets face to face with Tara. }
Terri Morasco: These two look ready to go, and this crowd looks ready for it! The moment Blue Shoes calls for the bell, you know it’s going to be absolute havoc!
Vasco Dias: This is one of Serena Riot’s last matches, as she has announced her retirement, and I do have to say it is an honor to see her in the IWF ring even if it’s just for one night… Tara was one of her inspirations that brought her into this business, and I can only imagine what’s racing through her head to stand toe to toe with your hero!
DING!
Vasco Dias: And there’s the bell!
{ Within the blink of an eye, both Tara and Serena are already swinging for the fences against one another; Tara is the first to connect with a left palm strike, and Serena answers with a jab; the two continue battling back and forth with alternating strikes, neither woman wanting to give up any of their ground… }
Terri Morasco: This Atlanta crowd is loving the back and forth, but it looks like Serena is fighting with more purpose here tonight– she’s gaining the edge here!
{ Tara opts to defend herself, but the onslaught from Serena continues with alternating rights and lefts; fists, elbows, knees, and kicks, whatever Serena can throw at Tara, she is! }
Vasco Dias: That’s one thing you have to keep in mind with Serena is that she is not the type of person you want to lock yourself into a brawl with, and while Tara can be incredibly calculated, the wild strikes are not going to go in her favor!
{ Serena backs Tara into the corner, and then is able to connect with several more elbow strikes! Tara is still deflecting many of the strikes, but the damage is being done to her arms. Tara catches one of Serena’s arms, and Serena answers with a swift headbutt! The shot dazes Tara, and Serena climbs the ropes to start pummeling away on Tara! The crowd counts every shot that Serena connects with! }
Crowd: ONE! Crowd: TWO! Crowd: THREE! Crowd: FOUR! Crowd: FIVE! Crowd: SIX!
Vasco Dias: Serena Riot is just dominating– wait… wait!
{ Tara starts walking from the corner with Serena Riot now appearing in a panic; she shakes her head as Tara has her up for a powerbomb! Serena is trying to shift her weight, but it’s too late! TARA POWERBOMBS SERENA! The crowd goes crazy after the impact, but Tara doesn’t stop there as she flips over Serena, pulling her legs with her to roll her up…Serena breaks out of the cover before Blue Shoes can even go for the count, and gets Tara into an inverted headlock; she tries to spin her around to capitalize on her positioning, but Tara is positioning herself out of it to keep herself from getting into a bad angle.
Tara positions herself to alleviate much of the pressure, and finally fights back to her feet, and shoves Serena toward the ropes before she can get the headlock locked in; Serena bounces off the ropes and comes back for a shoulder block that knocks Tara onto her back. Serena snaps her jaw at Tara while she’s down– }
Terri Morasco: Serena sending her own message to Tara with that simple gesture!
Vasco Dias: Serena charges for the ropes– and she goes right over Tara, as Tara is able to roll onto her stomach, and she shows her own agility with a kip up! Tara with a leapfrog, and– NO! Serena catches her!

Tara lands on her back, but doesn’t stay down long– Serena is still there to meet her with a straight punch that staggers Tara; Serena follows with a knee and pulls Tara into a butterfly transition; she takes Tara up and over with a butterfly suplex! { TARA ROLLS HER SHOULDER OFF OF THE MAT! }
Vasco Dias: It feels like there’s something else just motivating Serena right now, it’s like… she knows that this is near the end, so she’s just on the page, and dominating Tara in a way that we haven’t seen since her match against Shelly.
{ Serena stays over Tara and begins driving repeated forearms against Tara’s skull. Serena springs to her feet and comes down with a rolling knee drop– Tara rolls out of the way! Tara and Serena get to their feet at the same time, a short hobble from Serena after her knee only made impact with the mat; Tara delivers a low kick causing Serena’s knee to buckle, and Tara follows with several strikes of her own until she has Serena against the ropes– Tara sends Serena across with an Irish-whip…
SERENA REVERSES!
Serena crouches over to take Tara for a back body drop– TARA COUNTERS! Sunset flip! Serena manages to stay on her feet, but then drops for a senton! TARA MOVES! Tara kips back to her feet, and fires with a spinning back kick aimed for Serena’s head…Serena ducks! }
Terri Morasco: These two are going back and forth, but Tara is off-balance after missing that kick, and it looks like Serena is looking to steal the win with that miss!
{ Serena rolls Tara into a schoolyard roll-up, but Tara rolls through! }
Terri Morasco: It’s backfiring, though, and Tara with a shining wizard– wait! NO!
{ Serena gets her hands up to deflect the knee strike, still suffering some damage; Tara continues forward as Serena rolls onto her stomach and is back to her feet– while Serena is still keeled over, Tara jumps and goes for PHOENIX WINGS! }
Vasco Dias: PHOENIX WINGS! Phoenix Wings are coming!
{ Serena shows her own resilience and strength by continuing to stand, supporting the full weight of herself and Tara; Serena charges forward, and both of the women topple over the top rope! }
Terri Morasco: This action has spilled to the outside!
Vasco Dias: I hope they’re okay! That was a pretty rough landing. {Stands up.}
{ Blue Shoes leans between the ropes, but the two are already moving… Serena is the first one to her feet, and grabs a handful of Tara’s hair; she gets into her face, snarling; Tara stomps hard on Serena’s foot, and then goes forward with a headbutt! }
Vasco Dias: That– that looks like it hurt Tara a little more than it did Serena.
{ Serena has her hand to her face and is shaking the cobwebs. }
Terri Morasco: It did buy her a moment, though, and we can see Tara trying to keep her offense running– I am receiving word that Blue Shoes is saying this match will not end by count out, and thus! The count out rule has been thrown out!
{ Tara grabs Serena’s head, only to be met with a knee to her abdomen! Tara fires for a standing clothesline, and Serena ducks; she catches her with a back body drop, dropping Tara on the ring apron! Serena immediately shifts Tara so that she’s hanging over the ring apron, and delivers a couple elbow strikes to keep her dazed. }
Terri Morasco: Serena has some ill intentions here.
Vasco Dias: She’s going for the steel steps, and– oh, Tara’s in a bad position here!
{ Serena points to Tara, and fires the finger pistol! She gets a running start and jumps as high as she can, even using the ropes to gain a little leverage, and comes down with a leg drop across Tara’s chest! Tara falls to the outside of the ring, on her hands and knees– Serena drops to the outside of the ring and walks to the fans, starting to high five a couple of them… Serena turns her attention back to Tara getting to her feet; Serena runs forward going for a running kick!
Tara avoids the impact!
Serena Riot stops and pivots on her heel by the steel steps; Tara rushes forward, hitting a shotgun dropkick that sends Serena toppling into the steel steps! }
Terri Morasco: Tara fires back in a huge way!
Vasco Dias: Serena Riot looks like she doesn’t know what hit her! But can Tara keep her momentum running to shift the tide of this war?
{ Tara pulls herself up with assistance of the ring apron, and Serena Riot uses the steel steps to pull herself back up; the moment she gets up, Tara is there with a spinning back kick to her midsection! Serena keels over, and Tara pulls her into a front headlock and delivers some clubbing blows to her back– Serena falls to one knee, but gets back up. The clubbing blows from Tara continue to rain down on her! Serena charges them back and Tara goes spine fist into the steel post! Serena straightens her posture and throws a fast elbow!
Tara dodges!
Serena’s elbow cracks against the ring post, and she immediately clutches her arm; Tara grabs Serena’s head and hits it against the steel post. Tara slides Serena back into the, and Blue Shoes backs up to give the women space to enter the ring…however, Tara reaches under the ropes and is shifting Serena’s positioning. }
Vasco Dias: I don’t like the look of this, Terri.
Terri Morasco: What’s she going to do?
{ Tara, on the outside of the ring, grabs Serena’s legs and pulls her toward the steel post… The crowd unleashes a cheer when they realize what’s coming! }
Terri Morasco: No, no, no, not this!
{ Serena tries to shove Tara off in an act of desperation; she gets one leg free, but Tara now uses both of her hands to smash Serena’s knee against the post! Serena cringes, and instinctively reaches for her knee, but Tara smashes her leg a second time against the post! Tara then positions Serena, and gets the PHOENIX LOCK (Figure Four) locked around the ring post! }
Vasco Dias: Serena Riot looks to be in pain inside of the ring, but she can’t even tap out to this!
{ Blue Shoes is quick on the scene, and is shouting for Tara to release the illegal hold… Despite all of the pain and anguish that Serena is going through, she still clenches her fist and refuses to tap out even if it would mean nothing if she did. Blue Shoes starts threatening to disqualify Tara– ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR! Tara releases the hold, and falls to the outside of the ring… Serena, inside of the ring, pulls herself away from the ropes as Blue Shoes goes to check on her, asking if she can continue. Serena doesn’t hesitate in nodding. }
Terri Morasco: There is no way that Serena Riot is going to let this match by giving up to something like that. She’s not going to throw in the towel, Vasco!
Vasco Dias: She may have second thoughts, because Tara is back in the ring, and– OOF! Tara just stomped that leg! Keep in mind that Tara is one of the best to apply that hold; she has ended many matches in her twenty-three-year career with the figure four, the Phoenix Lock as she calls it, and it looks like she is going to start tearing Serena apart with it!
{ Tara taunts Serena. }
Tara Fenix: Bitch, get up! We’re not done yet!
{ Tara takes a handful of Serena’s hair to pull her back to her feet, and then takes her immediately back down with a single leg takedown! Tara delivers a kick to the inner leg against Serena, and Serena grits her teeth…Tara gets Serena in a basic leg lock, using her knee to wrench at it– Serena snarls and hisses while leaning toward Tara as an act of defiance. }
Vasco Dias: Tara is picking her apart, but Serena seems unphased by it.

{ TARA KICKS OUT! }
Vasco Dias: Serena Riot came so close to stealing it!
Terri Morasco: I hate to say it, though, but I think Serena could be running on fumes, and in trouble with Tara already on her feet!
{ Serena tries to get to her feet, but Tara is there to intercept; Serena lifts Tara up and down with the Manhattan Drop and immediately takes Tara up and over with a scoop powerslam! Serena gets to her feet and backs into the corner; she stomps her foot several times to get the blood circulating and shake off some of the pain she’s feeling– Tara is slower getting to her feet this time after the impact drove the wind out of her, and the moment she is back to a vertical base, Serena rushes forward and takes Tara back down with a jumping clothesline! Serena lands on a knee, and rolls through after hitting the mat; she grabs the rope to pull herself back to a standing base. }
Terri Morasco: Serena Riot starting to get some life back into this, but she’s going to have to hit some high impact moves, and she’s going to have to keep Tara grounded.
{ Serena gestures for Tara to get back to her feet, and with a slight stumble, Tara turns to face Serena only to be taken back down with another jumping clothesline! Tara hits the mat, but already gets up to her feet… She looks for Serena, and Serena rushes in to hit her with a running knee strike to her midsection; Serena pulls Tara into a side headlock to maintain control, and continues forward with her momentum– she takes Tara by the head and starts slamming it against the turnbuckle repeatedly! }
Terri Morasco: Serena is doing whatever she can here! And that’s not good for Tara! There’s still a scar from where The Black Widow cut her open at High Stakes, and it seems to be a target for Serena with this!
{ The audience counts along with every time that Serena bashes Tara’s head against the turnbuckle, and one of the hits does hit Tara’s head just right as blood starts to splatter. }
Vasco Dias: Tara’s been busted open!
{ The blood trickles from Tara’s cut, but Serena is still relentless several times; Tara finally pumps the brakes and grits her teeth while throwing a heavy elbow to Serena’s midsection! A second elbow! A third! Tara goes for a wild clothesline, and Serena ducks, but catches Tara before raising her up and taking her down with a side slam! Tara rolls closer to the center of the ring, covering her head… }
Terri Morasco: Tara is in a bad way here after Serena Riot showed her brutality.
Vasco Dias: Serena is starting to get some momentum here. She’s still shaking off some of the damage that has been done– she’s not putting her full weight down on that knee. Tara is still getting up, though, and we could be looking at– Serena is going for it!
{ Serena charges Tara this time while Tara is still keeled over, and WICKED WAYS! }
Vasco Dias: WICKED! NO!
{ Tara is able to move out of the way, and Serena lands back on her feet; her bad knee buckles upon landing, but she still manages to stand… }
Terri Morasco: Tara avoids it, and she’s looking to counter straightaway! Serena could be in trouble!
{ Tara snaps back, and fires for GENOCIDE KICK! }
Terri Morasco: GENO– NO! What?!
{ Serena Riot is able to catch Tara’s foot; Tara is trying to maintain her balance while Serena snaps her jaw at Tara several times to taunt her– Serena spins Tara around, and draws her into a waistlock! Tara rushes forward, hooking both of her arms on the rope, as Serena goes for a reverse rolling cradle, but Serena is the only one to go back… Serena hurries back to her feet, and with a slight hobble, she still manages to charge forward; Tara drops to the mat, pulling the rope with her, and Serena tumbles back to the outside of the ring! }
Vasco Dias: There’s going to be nothing left of these two when this match is over!
Terri Morasco: If this is truly one of the last times that we see Serena Riot in the ring, what a way to go! She’s laying it all on the line with this one!
Vasco Dias: Tara is still inside of the ring, but it looks like she’s looking to take advantage of this situation. What could she be thinking?
{ Tara glances to the outside where Serena Riot is getting up… Blue Shoes sees the look on Tara’s face and calls for her not to do it. }
Terri Morasco: No… No, they’ve both given enough.
{ Tara hits the far ropes, and comes back just as Serena gets to her feet, and dives between the top and middle ropes with a suicide dive! }
Terri Morasco: OH, MY GOD!
{ Serena tumbles backwards, crashing into the barricade; Tara lands just to the side, and is trying to gather herself together. }
Terri Morasco: This has been just… wild! Serena Riot– there’s no quit in her! Tara, who has been doing this for twenty-three years, has pulled a number of things out of her arsenal! The precision; the flying; the speed; everything! And none of it has been enough to give her a distinct advantage in this match.
Vasco Dias: It’s true, but you have to count the resilience that Tara has had with this match as well! Serena Riot has had quite a bit of offense, and every time that it looked like Serena was going to put her away… Wicked Ways! Serena almost connected with Wicked Ways, the curb stomp, but Tara continues to fight… And it looks like Tara is going to be the first to her feet.
{ Tara grabs Serena’s head to pull her back to a standing position… }
Vasco Dias: She’s still gotta get her back in the ring, but remember, Blue Shoes is refusing to let this match end via count out! A courtesy that he seems to be extending to Serena Riot, because do you think she would want one of her final matches to end in a trivial fashion?
Terri Morasco: Absolutely not. There is going to be a winner here tonight!
{ Tara has Serena in position for a side slam, but holds her in position more just to keep her on her feet while contemplating what she is going to have to do next… Tara looks to her side and points at the steel post. Serena fights back with several back elbows! Tara is dazed from the shots, and Serena spins her around before quickly setting her up and executing a Russian Leg Sweep into the barricade! }
Vasco Dias: They’re both going to feel that one, but Serena Riot looks satisfied with it!
{ Tara cringes from the impact, and Serena is all smiles and laughing while taking a moment to rest. }
Terri Morasco: After everything they’ve been through, Serena Riot is laughing!
Vasco Dias: That may not be a good sign for Tara going forward.
{ Serena attempts to push herself back to a standing position, using her legs to push herself against the barricade; however, her bad leg gives out for a second and she’s unable to, so she opts to just get herself back up in a more traditional method… while getting up, Serena grabs Tara’s arm to pull her back up, and in one fluid motion, sends Tara with a hard Irish-whip into the corner barricade! Tara crashes into the barricade, and then falls to the ground. }
Vasco Dias: That impact may have done a fair amount of damage to Tara’s shoulder, as she went shoulder first into the barricade.
Terri Morasco: Serena has slowed this match down a bit, and is using some high impact moves to keep inflicting damage to Tara, and you have to imagine that she knows she just has to get her back into the ring to call this one a day.
{ Serena walks with a slight hobble toward Tara, and when she gets to her, pulls her right back to her feet… }
Vasco Dias: Oh! She’s bringing her this way!
{ Serena heads to the commentators table with Tara still in full control… Blue Shoes is pleading with Serena to get Tara back into the ring, but Serena slams Tara’s head against the commentators table and starts tossing the objects off of it. }
Vasco Dias: Oh, come on! What are you doing?!
Terri Morasco: Just stay out of the way, Vasco!
Vasco Dias: I’m not getting in the middle of this!
{ Serena holds Tara into a headlock and delivers several strikes against her head to continue wearing her down! The crowd is still going wild for these two, and as the crowd grows more and more out of control… TARA REVERSES! Tara starts firing back with her own shots! Serena tries to stump Tara’s momentum with a knee, but Tara is still firing on all cylinders with whatever she can throw at Serena Riot! Serena and Tara battle back and forth! Tara connects with a knee strike, and then sails Serena Riot up and over with an elevated hip toss! Serena crashes onto the table, but the table doesn’t collapse just yet– Tara transitions and starts to connect with several hammer strikes as Serena is trying to sit up… Serena finally falls flat against the table, heaving. Tara continues with a few more strikes, before stumbling back. }
Vasco Dias: You both did your damage, now take this back to the ring!
Terri Morasco: That was a close call, but I think Tara– she should be heading back into the ring to recoup.
{ Tara, now by the ring skirt, reaches up and pulls on the top rope to lie down on the ring apron… She then slowly gets to her feet, and looks over her shoulder. The crowd is getting loud again, and Tara knows what they want to see… }
Terri Morasco: No, no, no, get in the ring, Tara! Just get in the ring! Get in the ring!
{ Blue Shoes stands in front of Tara and pleads with her as Tara is climbing the turnbuckle; she waves Blue Shoes off, but he persists! Despite the pleas, Tara continues to climb and doesn’t hesitate with jumping back! The air! The distance! The PHOENIX DROP (Moondrop)! The entire audience falls silent for the moment that Tara is in the air, as if a gasp in unison– }
Vasco Dias: Get out of the way!
{ Vasco and Terri both move as far away as they can in the seconds they have. IT CONNECTS! The table gives way under the weight of Tara and Serena Riot, and Tara, after landing the move, collapses backwards and lands in a seated position against the barricade. }
Crowd: THIS IS AWESOME! Crowd: THIS IS AWESOME! Crowd: THIS IS AWESOME! Crowd: THIS IS AWESOME! Crowd: THIS IS AWESOME! Crowd: THIS IS AWESOME! Crowd: THIS IS AWESOME! Crowd: THIS IS AWESOME! Crowd: THIS IS AWESOME! Crowd: THIS IS AWESOME!
Terri Morasco: This is a trainwreck, Vasco!
{ Serena lies in the rubble. Tara still leans against the barricade. Both of them feeling everything that they have endured throughout this match; Blue Shoes finally comes out of the ring to check on both of them, almost to see if they want to continue… First with Serena, who raises a hanalong with a thumb in the air to let the crowd know she’s still ready to go, and the crowd goes wild from the simple gesture. Then to Tara; Tara doesn’t give a gesture to the audience, but is assuring Blue Shoes that she’s going to keep going… }
Vasco Dias: Call the match, Blue Shoes! You have the power! This has gone far enough!
Terri Morasco: Vasco, this crowd wants a winner– Serena and Tara want a winner! I’m fairly certain that even Roberto Verona is saying that there is going to be a winner, because he’s not going to be the one to disrespect Serena’s career by ending this in such a way, so long as both of them want to continue!
Vasco Dias: What more do they have, Terri?! They’re both too stubborn to call this quits, so it’s time that Blue Shoes does his job and protects them!
Terri Morasco: You know– you’re right, Vasco! Blue Shoes wants to protect them, but this crowd… Serena… Tara… they aren’t going to let this end like that!
{ Serena starts crawling from the rubble toward the ring… it feels like it takes forever, but Serena uses the ring skirt to pull herself back to her feet, and simultaneously, Tara uses the barricade to get to her feet. The crowd cheers as they get to their feet, and their eyes lock with one another; Serena gestures for Tara to bring the fight. }
Vasco Dias: How can you still ask for more?!
Terri Morasco: They’re laying it all on the line here tonight, as we know Serena has done throughout her career; just as Tara has done throughout her career!
Vasco Dias: With nothing on the line! There’s no title shot on the line, there’s no title on the line! This is just… ego! This is just dumb!
{ Serena continues gesturing for Tara to fight; Tara wipes the blood from her head, and takes a deep breath…with a surge of energy, Tara answers! She charges Serena, and Serena raises Tara for a flapjack, landing her whole body onto the ring apron! She shoves Tara under the bottom ropes, and Tara continues rolling to the center of the ring– Serena rolls under the bottom ropes to get back into the ring, and gets to her feet as Tara is in a seated position; Serena goes after her…
Tara takes Serena down with a scissor leg sweep! Tara maintains control over Serena’s leg, ensuring she gets the knee that she’s been working on as Serena struggles and claws her way– but it’s too late! TARA ARCHES BACK! THE TARA LOCK! }
Terri Morasco: It’s locked in! Serena Riot is in the middle of the ring, and she has nowhere to go! She’s not going to have any choice but to tap out!
{ Serena is still clawing her way for the ropes, trying to pull herself toward them; Tara wrenches with the hold as much as she can, the damage getting done to Serena’s neck as well as her leg– Serena persists, though, and is starting to drag herself and Tara toward the ropes! }
Vasco Dias: You fought well, Serena, but you gotta know when to quit!
Terri Morasco: She’s announced her retirement, Vasco, do you think she wants one of her last stands to be by giving up?! This crowd is rallying behind her! Fight, Serena! FIGHT!
{ Serena stretches her arm as far as she can, but she’s still out of reach of the ropes! Tara pulls just a little tighter, causing Serena to groan in agony, but she still pulls herself forward… Blue Shoes is kneeling beside Serena, asking her repeatedly if she wants to tap out, but Serena shakes her head, and pulls forward just a couple more inches. She stretches again, and is able to get her hand on the bottom rope! }
Terri Morasco: That’s sheer toughness, Vasco! I think this is Serena’s night; this is Serena’s night to go out on a high note with a victory over her idol!
{ Tara collapses as she releases the hold, and Serena still has a death grip on the rope. }
Vasco Dias: Tara can’t believe it! This crowd can’t believe it! I can’t believe it!
Terri Morasco: Amazing perseverance from Serena Riot!
Vasco Dias: Without a doubt in my mind, Serena should have just tapped out, but there is something that is just willing her on, and I don’t think it’s smart… okay? It’s not smart! It’s just guts! It’s heart!
{ Tara warily gets to her feet, and reaches for Serena’s legs. Tara successfully pulls Serena from the ropes, and starts dragging her back to the center of the ring; Serena rolls fast onto her back and kicks Tara off with as much force as she can muster! { Tara is arguing with Blue Shoes; she insists that it was three, but Blue Shoes is insistent that it was only two. The crowd continues bellowing out back and forth cheers in favor of Serena Riot, and in favor of Tara Fenix, as Tara pulls herself back to her feet… Serena rolls onto her stomach, and pushes herself back to a kneeling position with her elbows; she can hardly even sit up anymore. Tara gets behind Serena, and drags her back to her feet! She has her in the Cobra Clutch which is what she uses to transition into a Cobra Clutch Suplex, and into the arm triangle that she has dubbed THE PHOENIX TRIANGLE! }
Vasco Dias: Tara is looking to end this in a big way! She is going to make Serena tap out!

{ Tara and Serena start to get to their feet, holding onto each other while getting up; Serena swings first! The shot connects; Tara retaliates! The shot connects! The shots keep going back and forth, and each one starts coming at them a little bit faster much to the delight of the audience; Tara starts firing with more shots in succession, and starts throwing a couple knee strikes in to slow Serena down– Serena catches Tara with an elbow and starts battling her back into the corner! }
Vasco Dias: It seems like they’re both starting to get the thirteenth wind!
Terri Morasco: It’s unbelievable how far they’re digging!
{ Serena takes full advantage and gets Tara back into the corner; she starts using a series of alternating overhand chops, and elbows against Tara– Tara reverses Serena into the corner, and starts to use knife edge chops against her! Serena tries to reverse it, but catches an elbow for her trouble; Tara snatches Serena’s arm and sends her to the opposite corner…Tara waits in the corner for Serena to hit it, and then charges in with a huge STINGER SPLASH! Tara takes her arm to send her back to the original corner; Tara charges in for a second STINGER SPLASH!
Serena gets her feet up!
Tara is able to move to the side and springs off the middle ropes, connecting with a springboard enzuigiri! Serena falls into a seated position in the corner. }
Terri Morasco: Tara shows off another feat of her flying, and the agility with that quick swerve, but the question remains: how much more do they have to give?
Vasco Dias: That’s a question we’ve been trying to figure out for a while now, and just… the answer is we don’t know!
{ Tara stomps against Serena while she’s in the corner until Serena finally falls to a lying position…Tara starts climbing up the turnbuckle. }
Vasco Dias: How much of a risk is she going to take here!
Terri Morasco: High risk, high reward!
{ Tara glances downward several times to see that Serena is still there, and the crowd continues cheering louder and louder as they anticipate the spot from Tara– Tara reaches the top rope, and just then, Serena uses the ropes to pull herself back up; she delivers a clubbing blow to Tara’s back! Tara winces from the shot, and tries to steady herself to keep herself from tumbling forward– Serena hits a second forearm smash, and climbs up to the second rope. Another forearm smash! }
Vasco Dias: I don’t like where this is going, but that’s the risk that Tara made by even attempting this!
{ Riot gets Tara into a waistlock atop the turnbuckle, and is prepping for a super back suplex! }
Terri Morasco: I don’t like this, Vasco! One of them is going to get seriously hurt on this!
{ Tara connects with a back elbow! }
Vasco Dias: Tara knows she’s in trouble, and is trying desperately to save herself out of this!
{ A second elbow! Serena staggers. }
Vasco Dias: It looks like Serena is losing her balance!
{ A third elbow! Serena is now holding Tara to try to keep herself from falling backward– she fires with an elbow against Tara’s spine again, and Tara winces but then delivers a low elbow to Serena’s midsection. Tara reaches back to grab Serena’s head– Tara pushes herself upward, going up and over with SIREN! The super Shiranui! }
Vasco Dias: WHAT DID WE JUST WITNESS?!
{ The crowd can’t get enough of this match, and not one person is still sitting after the action they have witnessed! Tara and Serena both lie, practically broken, but Tara gathers herself together and is able to drape an arm across Serena. }

THRE— NOOOOO!!!
{ SERENA GETS HER SHOULDER UP! }
Terri Morasco: After that… after all of this, the fact that Serena is still fighting just shows how badly she wants this! How much she wants to have this victory!
{ Tara moves onto her hands and knees, and shakes her head in absolute disbelief; she creates some distance between herself and Serena by crawling toward the middle of the ring before finally getting back to her feet to the roar from the crowd… }
Tara Fenix: IT’S OVER!
{ Tara shouts, as she grabs the top ropes across from Serena Riot– Serena finally stirs after and is using the ropes to pull herself back to her feet… Tara is calling for Serena to get up. }
Terri Morasco: We could be looking at the Genocide Kick, Vasco, a move that she has used throughout her career to end a lot of the matches! A move that has passed through her family. Chris, her brother, used it! She has used it! Jennie has used it! Wraith has used it! There are few people out there who do it quite like the Docherty’s, and it looks like that’s how Tara is going to seal this win here tonight!
{ Tara stomps her foot onto the ground a couple of times as if to amp herself up; Serena does get to her feet and stumbles backward; she faces Tara, and Tara launches forward for the GENOCIDE KICK! Serena is able to react with a superkick of her own! BOTH CONNECT! Tara and Serena both fall flat to the mat, and each put their arm over the other! }
Vasco Dias: What the– this is going to end in a draw! What is Blue Shoes going to do?!

THREE— AGAIN! NO!!!!!
{ Tara and Serena both get their shoulders up! }
Vasco Dias: Terri, we’ve had a lot of classics throughout the last year, but I’m going to say that this should definitely be in the running for match of the year! These two are waging a war with one another!
Terri Morasco: You’re not going to hear me disagree with you! This is the IWF audience being introduced to Serena Riot, and this is a taste of what she has been able to do throughout her career! She’s in the ring with one of the best– Tara Fenix– and she’s holding her own! I think it would be absolutely impossible to not have earned Tara’s respect at this point!
{ The audience is buzzing with excitement while this match continues on… Tara and Serena take their time to get back to their feet, wobbly as they do– the crowd begins chanting, “this is awesome!” in their general cadence. }
Terri Morasco: This crowd is right! This is by far AWESOME!
{ Tara and Serena, now back on their feet– Tara delivers a knife edge chop, and Serena staggers back. Serena steps forward and hits a hard overhand chop, causing Tara to stagger back! Serena snaps her jaw as a manner to rally herself, and shouts out to the audience which joins her in the bellowing call– Serena goes for a quick clothesline! TARA COUNTERS! Tara raises Serena onto her shoulders! }
Vasco Dias: Serena is struggling with everything she has left! Those elbows are hitting the mark since Tara put herself in a bad spot– and– Tara still has her!
{ Tara flings Serena upward, and she comes down with the BURN TO ASHES (GTS)! }

{ SERENA RIOT GETS A SHOULDER UP! }
Terri Morasco: What– the– eff, man! WHAT THE EFF!
{ Tara shakes her head while pulling herself together… she no longer questions the resilience and heart within Serena Riot, and gets back to her feet; she pulls Serena to her feet at the same time, and looks to get Serena Riot into another cobra clutch… }
Vasco Dias: This didn’t work earlier, but Tara is looking for the start of the T-P-T, The Phoenix Triangle, which could force a submission!
{ Tara raises Serena for a cobra clutch slam! SERENA COUNTERS! Serena drops her weight forward, and takes Tara over with a snapmare! Serena, with the surge of energy, rushes the ropes and comes back with BITCH GO BOOM! }
Terri Morasco: She was going for the full decapitation there! Make the cover, Serena!

{ TARA GETS HER SHOULDER UP! }
Vasco Dias: Oh… Holy… Mother of… We knew Tara was tough. We knew Serena was tough! But I was NOT expecting this!
Terri Morasco: I don’t think anyone was expecting this!
{ Serena Riot pants while pushing herself up to her feet… she pulls Tara along with her, and within the blink of an eye, Tara snaps back and fires the GENOCIDE KICK! SERENA EVADES IT! Tara, off-balance, turns back toward Serena, and Serena kicks her in the midsection– Serena draws her in and is calling for the PSYCHOSIS (Piledriver)! }
Vasco Dias: They’re both looking for the finish here, and it looks like Serena may get it!
{ Serena has Tara up! TARA COUNTERS! A back body drop, and Serena cringes when she hits the mat. Tara looks over her shoulder at Serena, who is already getting up– Tara bounces off the far ropes, and returns as Serena is getting up to her feet…she hooks Serena into a butterfly transition– Serena Riot tries to find a way out of it with the milliseconds she has! TOO LATE! Tara with PHOENIX WINGS! }

{ No false finish this time! THE BELL RINGS! }
Alison Valance: Your winner! BY WAY OF PINFALL! TARA! FEEEEENNNNNIIIIIX!
{ “Back From The Dead” by Halestorm plays over the PA, but Tara is unable to move from the cover. While the two are inaudible, it is clear that Tara says something to Serena from the camera angle. Blue Shoes kneels down to tend to both of them, as the medical staff are also coming down to check on both competitors… Tara Fenix and Serena Riot wave off the staff, and get themselves to their feet with their own strength. In the center of the ring, Tara raises Serena’s hand, and Serena raises Tara’s. The two hug in the center of the ring… }
Terri Morasco: What a picture perfect ending! What a match! What a career that Serena Riot has had, and this may not be her final match– she’s still got one more to go– but she’s definitely going to be feeling this one, and it’s still quite a way to go.
{ The music cuts, and the lights suddenly go out. }
Vasco Dias: What’s this?
{ The lights come back on, and Brandy is in the ring! THE BLACK WIDOW! She stands behind Tara with a smirk on her face, and without hesitation, she rushes forward to knock both Tara and Serena to the ground with a clothesline! }
Terri Morasco: What a coward! After the war that Tara and Serena went through, she’s here to pick at whatever’s left!
Vasco Dias: This is how you make a name for yourself!
{ Brandy grabs a handful of Tara’s hair and licks her cheek, and then stomps her hand, her wrist, and finally places her foot across Tara’s neck– Serena uses the ropes to pull herself up, but she’s utterly exhausted… Serena, against better judgment, charges The Black Widow! She connects with several right shots that battle The Black Widow back a couple of steps…BRANDY HITS HER WITH A BLACK MIST! }
Terri Morasco: Get security out here! Stop this lunatic!
{ Serena tries to wipe the black mist from her face. The Black Widow turns her attention back to the downed Tara, but the crowd suddenly goes crazy! }
Terri Morasco: That– that’s Emmanuelle!
Vasco Dias: What’s she doing here?!
Terri Morasco: Saving her friend! Tara and Emmanuelle go back quite a ways, and she’s not going to stand for this!
{ Emmanuelle makes a beeline down the ramp, and slides under the bottom rope to enter the ring! Brandy escapes out the other side of the ring– Emmanuelle charges the other side of the ring, taking a wild swing for her, and then challenges her to get back into the ring and fight her. }
Terri Morasco: Emmanuelle with the huge save here tonight, and Brandy doesn’t want a piece of her!
Vasco Dias: This didn’t concern her, Terri, she should’ve just stayed out of it.
{ Brandy gets to the ramp and walks backwards up it with a smirk on her face; she cocks her head to the side, similar to the Tara fashion; inside of the ring, Emmanuelle is checking on Tara, as well as Serena Riot– Emmanuelle helps both of them to their feet, and Serena Riot and Tara Fenix continue to hold each other up, also with the help of Emmanuelle. The trio are exchanging their own words with one another– Emmanuelle ensuring that Tara and Serena are okay, and the two nod and thank Emmanuelle for the save. Fade to commercial. }
------------------------------------ SEGMENT "Family Matters" ------------------------------------
{ We come back from the break on a close-up of Terri and Vasco at the booth. }
Vasco Dias: Welcome back! Terri! I’ve got another surprise for you and the fans tonight.
Terri Morasco: Is it a check for all the time you’ve wasted?
Vasco Dias: Even better! I managed to find Dean Harper backstage!
Terri Morasco: …And how did that go?
Vasco Dias: Roll tape!
{ We go to the Imperitron where we now see the logo for Vasco Views followed by some stock music. A screen swipe to Dean Harper and Vasco Dias sitting backstage at a table with Damien in the background watching something on a tablet.}
Vasco Dias: Welcome to IWF’s number one hit interview segment! Vasco Views! Now with a second part! I am here with Dean Harper the number one contender for two belts and this years winner of the roulette.
Dean Harper: I think this is the first. Most people don’t bother to interview me.
Vasco Dias: Well, with everything going on, now seems as good a reason to take a risk as anything.
Dean Harper: Sure.
Vasco Dias: So! How do you feel about having to face your father and brother for two belts?
Dean Harper: Confident.
Vasco Dias: Do you want to expand on that?
Dean Harper: I said that I was going to win the roulette, and I did. I said I am going to face my father and beat him on the biggest stage of them all.
Vasco Dias: Even with the change in persona? Angel is calling himself the god of professional wrestling.
Dean Harper: He is. But that doesn’t change my feelings on the matter. Obviously, I love my family. That doesn’t mean I am not going to throw myself directly and with every fiber of my being into making sure I beat him. So everyone sees that I earned my way there. That I’m just as good as he is.
Vasco Dias: But - I’m told that’s all the time I have. Back to Terri and myself at the booth.
{Camera goes back to Terri and Vasco sitting next to the ring.}
Terri Morasco: How do you get everywhere so fast?
Vasco Dias: I am a very fast walker. And now to the main event!
------------------------------------ TAG TEAM MATCH Wraith and JC Keeton vs Caleb Cannin and Nick Danger ------------------------------------
Alison Valance: The following tag team contest is scheduled for one fall!
{The lights throughout the arena go out row by row until the arena is shrouded in absolute darkness. The lights come on and Wraith is standing in the center of the ring — in unison, the crowd let out a heavy gasp. He tilts his head back and forth, eyeing the crowd, while waiting for the match to begin.}
Alison Valance: Introducing first, already in the ring, he is one half of the IWF World Tag Team Champions… Wraith!
{ The lights in the arena go out "Chosen One" by Valley of Wolves begins playing as a blinding spotlight is cast on the entryway.}
Now I've never been the one to play it safe I might play a little dirty some day And I'm following fate, they say I'm the chosen one Well I know what it takes to be a king Be the song everybody wanna sing Bring harmony and be the chosen one
{As soon as the word ,as soon as the first verse ends pyro explodes from the rampway as JC Keeton steps into the spotlight. The lights come up and he makes his way to the ring bouncing in rhythm to the music. When he reaches the ring he leaps up onto the apron and steps through the ropes, He continues to sway and bounce from heel to heel as he awaits the match to start.}
Alison Valance: And Wraith's tag team partner for this contest, the Bluegrass Bluechipper… JC Keeton!
{ Alison looks to the top of the ramp. }
Alison Valance: And their opponents…
{"Out Of The Black" by Royal Blood comes on the speaker and red smoke follow on the entrance ramp . Nick Danger walks out onto the entrance ramp wearing his wrestling attire having a determine look on his face he makes his way down the entrance taking off his leather jacket toss it to fan and giving them high fives. Nick climb the stel steps then climb the top turnbuckle and and sees his fans saying "Rising Ace" he jumps inside the ring and gets ready for the match to start.}
Alison Valance: First, standing in the ring… the Rising Ace… Nick Danger!
{The opening riff of “Epic” greets the audience as Caleb Cannin walks onto the entrance stage. He smiles devilishly as he makes a confident stride down the ramp. He reaches the steel steps, glaring at any fans in the front. Making a careful ascent up the steps, he wipes his feet on the apron before setting foot in the ring. He ditches the jacket and towel, tossing them at a poor ring attendant.}
Alison Valance: And his tag team partner, he is the IWF Television Champion… Caleb Cannin!
{ ‘Hell Broke Luce’ by Tom Waits interrupts the TV Champion as the Former TV Champion Matt Knox steps out from the back still in his ring attire but wearing an IWF T shirt. He strolls down toward the ring, rolling under the bottom rope and springing up in front of Keeton and Wraith, paying the pair a wide grin before snatching their shoulders and giving them a firm shake. He turns and walks to Danger, offering another shoulder slap before turning to the offended looking Cannin…and laughing before stepping out of the ring and heading to the announce desk.
Befuddled, the ref ushers Danger to the corner while Wraith motions he’ll start to Keeton. Cannin removes his Television title, raising it and yelling obscenities to Knox even as the bell rings, which only works to Wraith’s advantage as he nails the TV champ with a sudden poisonrana! The title goes flying out of the ring and Wraith pops up to leer down at Cannin as he clutches his head!}
Vasco Dias: Already off to a fast start, and with a guest commentator!
Terri Morasco: Welcome to the desk, Mister Knox.
Matt Knox: First time for everything…guess this is me spreading my wings in my old age. Nice to see Sabin out here tonight. Proud he didn’t run when my music hit..
Terri Morasco: Now come on…
Matt Knox: I kid, i kid…but still, let’s focus on the ring and the guy sullying my old belt.
{Back in the ring, Wraith continues punishing Cannin with stomps to the back of the head as he tries to get to his feet and recover. Wraith snatches him by the back of his neck and with a roar throws him into the corner. Wraith stops to spare the commentary desk a glance before turning back to fire right hands into the TV Champion’s abdomen and face.
Sabin eventually goes to whip Cannin across the ring however the TV champ reverses, sending Wraith back first into the corner. Cannin goes to charge but halts, scouting Sabin going to leap over as he charged in and as Sabin comes down Cannin ‘stumbles’ in his charge, reaching out to catch himself on the middle rope….and making Wraith come down in a totally accidental “Cup Chuck” across his arm}
Terri Morasco: Come on ref! We all saw that!
Vasco Dias: What does the ref care? We all saw Cannin stumble!
Terri Morasco: Oh come on, are you kidding me?
Matt Knox: It’s fine there wasn’t much to be harmed.
{In the ring, Cannin pleads his case but grins like the shit he is when the ref turns away to check on Wraith. He shoos the ref off, lifting Wraith up and taking him down with a snap suplex. He gets up and roughly tags Danger in with a slap on the shoulder, motioning for him to get to work as he steps on the Apron. Danger glares holes into Cannin’s skull, blasting him with expletives as he steps into the ring.
The delay however has given Wraith time to recover, running to the corner and spearing Danger into it. He stands up and fires a right hand into Cannin’s face, sending him off the apron. He then locks Danger in a rear waistlock after pulling him for the corner, sending him with a german suplex…but Danger rolls through and manages to land on his feet! Wraith ducks the attempted clothesline and dives for his corner, tagging in Keeton!}
Terri Morasco: And a tag is made between two world champs!
Vasco Dias: It looks like Keeton wasn’t expecting his any more than Danger was, but he’s not as opposed to the work.
Matt Knox: Keeton’s probably the only person in this match who isn’t lazy or a disappointment. Big bit of nepotism though, maybe.
Terri Morasco: Do you believe that?
Matt Knox: Believe it? With as many kids as I got, I kind of need to advocate for it at this point or it feels selfish.
{Keeton and Danger circle one another, pausing long enough to slap hands as the two whitest hats of tonight’s duos before locking up. Keeton has a distinct strength advantage and drives Danger back into the ropes before whipping him across. He goes for a clothesline but danger ducks, leaping onto the ropes he goes for a moonsault but Keeton dodges. Danger lands on his feet and manages to evade the picture perfect dropkick by Keeton!
Danger goes for a knee drop but Keeton evades, standing up he goes for a shin kick to the side of Danger’s head only to have him dodge it like he’s on the set of the matrix. Danger quickly gets to his feet, assuming a fighting stance across from Keeton who is already in his own. The two pause for a moment to the thunderous applause of the audience. Cannin lazily leans over the top rope, shouting at Danger that ‘Someone has to get this done’ }
Vasco Dias: That looked choreographed.
Terri Morasco: Or, maybe, it was two of our best athletes putting on a spectacle for the fans!
Matt Knox: Danger is tough as an old shoe, and Keeton is the second best athlete in the company. It tracks.
Vasco Dias: Who’s the best then?
Matt Knox: As if you need to ask.
{Danger goes and tags Cannin in who steps into the ring and stands across from Keeton. The two circle one another, locking up with Cannin managing to slip behind Keeton and sinch in a hammerlock. He torques the arm, ducking a wild swing at his head by Keeton trying to break it before running into the ropes. Keeton holds onto the top rope, throwing his head back and nailing Cannin with a headbutt. Keeton turns to capitalize but Cannin is already mid swing with an uppercut that sends JC reeling over the top rope.
Cannin sneers down at JC before turning and running to Wraith, nailing him with a forearm causing Wraith to try and get into the ring only to have the ref come and restrain him. Cannin swiftly ducks to the outside, an evil smirk on his face as he heads to the timekeeper. He snatches his TV title from them, stalking JC on the ground. He raises it to attack….but Matt Knox has stepped around the commentary table and snatches the belt away! He returns to his seat at the table with it, Cannin screaming at him until his partner, Nick Danger climbs down to shove and admonish him.}
Terri Morasco: Cannin was clearly up to no good, but the commentary team was on it!
Vasco Dias: You’re trying to take credit in this?
Matt Knox: This belt isn’t as shiny as it used to be, is it? Bell dude, catch!
{There’s a soft ‘thud’ in the feed as Knox tosses the belt back to the timekeeper, returning his gaze to the arguing partners who fail to notice Wraith bouncing off the ropes and leaping between the top and middle one to take both Danger and Cannin out! The ref shouts for everyone to get their shit together as Wraith goes to assist Keeton…who slaps his hand away, straightening up and rearing back a fist until he sees it’s a friendly. Wraith looks unamused and motions for him to get back to the ring as he turns and begins putting the boots to Nick Danger.
Keeton lifts Cannin and slides him into the ring, following soon after as on the outside Danger has gotten vertical and is battling back against Wraith. Inside, Keeton has deadlift Cannin from the canvas and nails him with a big pumphandle suplex! He goes to capitalize but the ref barely counts a one before the tenacious TV champ kicks out. On the outside, Wraith whips Danger to the guardrail only to have him leap upon them and leap back into Wraith with a moonsault that sends both crashing into the ringsteps!}
Vasco Dias: Danger, you Idiot! You’re gonna be a gimp and cost Cannin his perfect record!!
Matt Knox: haha, Danger flip and go Boom.
Terri Morasco: Never come back here.
{Danger gets up first, gimping to his corner and climbing up as Wraith writhes by the steps, favoring the small of his back and the back of his head having taken the brunt of the impact. In the ring, JC signals for the end and snatches Cannin, going for ‘Wreck your Neck’ but Cannin thumbs Keeton in the eye! When he’s released, Cannin makes a beeline for his corner and tags in Danger who goes to work on Keeton with round kicks ot the shins trying to bring him down and take that gorgeous dropkick out of the equation.
Keeton limps from the attack but Danger is relentless, snagging him in a sideheadlock and charging forward nailing a big bulldog! He goes to the nearest corner which happens to be JC’s and climbs to the top rope. He stands, raising his arms as the audience comes alive…Only for Wraith to appear and yank a leg out from under him, crocheting Danger on the top rope! Wraith then climbs the ropes himself, getting into position and nailing a Hurricanrana on Danger…that sends him crashing onto JC!!}
Vasco Dias: He did as much damage to his own team as he did the other! Stupid!
Terri Morasco: I doubt he really cares that much about Keeton’s wellbeing, the two aren’t exactly friendly
Matt Knox: I don’t think he’s going to give it a chance to matter, look!
{In the ring, Wraith shoves Danger off of Keeton and drags him over to their corner while he’s favoring his ribs and trying to catch his breath. Wraith takes the opportunity and tags himself in, stalking Danger for a moment as he crawls to his corner before smirking and motioning for Cannin to come in. Danger reaches out to tag Cannin…who hops off the apron! He shakes his head, heading to the timekeeper and demanding his belt as Danger looks on infuriated and helpless.
Wraith sneers at Cannin but focuses on Danger who defiantly stands and charges Wraith only to be taken over with a gorgeous release belly to belly. Wraith is to his feet first, signaling for the end now! He stalks Danger as he rises, and no sooner does Danger turn to find Wraith as his face is pushed in by “Ode to Aphrodite”! Wraith drops for the cover, not bothering to hook the leg.
ONE..
TWO…
THREE.
{ Wraith immediately vacates the ring, leaving JC Keeton alone to have his hand raised as the show goes off the air. }
Winners: Wraith and JC Keeton via pinfall.
