Singles Match1500 Words
Lance Williams vs Ace Sky
------------------------------------
{"Unstoppable" by Disturbed starts to play throughout the arena as smoke starts to fill up the top of the entrance ramp. The crowd instantly reacts with a chorus of boos and abuse showing their hate for Lance Williams. Once the smoke had totally covered the top of the entrance ramp, "The Definition Of Definition", "The Venomous Bastard", Lance Williams swaggers out through the smoke with such an egotistical swagger it causes the crowd to shout even more abuse. Stopping at the top of the ramp, Lance just stands there with a smirk that just shows why he is a bastard and a venomous one at that. Lance now makes his way down the ramp and towards the ring. On his way down, Lance spits on the floor in front of the crowd showing nothing but disrespect for them. Once at the ring, Lance shows off by jumping up onto the apron and in quick succession doing a front flip over the ropes and landing in a kneeling position and then throws his arms out wide soaking in the extremely negative reaction he is getting. Lance jumps up to his feet and walks over to the nearest turnbuckle and just lays up on top of it and awaits the match as his music slowly fades out making the boos and abuse even more easier to hear as Lance just lays there not bothered one bit about it.}Alison: Introducing first, Lance Williams!
{Ace Sky’s music hits but he is all business, looking to make an impression as he charges down the ramp before the announcer can even get his name out. He slide under the bottom rope and makes a bee line for Williams, leaping at the larger man and peppering him with rights as the ref calls for the bell! Ace Sky whips Lance Williams into the ropes, taking him over with a picture perfect arm drag as he rebounds! He then locks in an arm bar and begins wrenching on the arm of Williams!!
Lance is able to push to his feet and roll through, snatching Ace’s wrist in the process and bringing him to his knees with a wristlock. Williams mouths out until Ace sweeps the leg, but Lance is up and charges! Another arm drag, another arm bar! Lance rolls through and snatches the wirst once more! Ace sweeps the leg! Lance gets up, charges, but stops short causing Ace to arm drag nothing and be kicked in the back of the head for it!!
Lance capitalizes and locks in a rear naked choke, sinching it in deep as Ace tries to break the hold and scoot closer to the ropes! He reaches them eventually, forcing the break after Lance exhausts the count. He gets up, pulling Ace with him and nailing him with a snap suplex. He goes to climb the ropes, steadying himself at the top and going for a Moonsault! He nails it and hooks the legs!
1!
2!!
Ace kicks out! Lance looks irate and lifts Ace up. He chops him across the chest, then follows it with an open palm strike to the chest! But Ace begins to fight back, returning fire with a chop of his own! Lance returns fire now! The crowd Boos and Cheers in time with the chop off until Lance blocks a shot from Ace and punches him in the throat! Code breaker! He goes for the pin again!
1!
2!!
Th–NO! ACE SKY KICKS OUT!!
Lance gets up and screams at the ref, backing them into a corner and telling them to do their job! However, while distracted, Ace Sky takes advantage and rolls him up!!
ONE!
TWO!
THREE!!
Lance gets up quickly, shocked by Ace has already left the ring, his music blaring out as the capacity crowd cheers for the wily veteran who smiles while hoding the back of his head, pointing back at Lance and mouthing off a little, before heading to the back while Lance pleads his case to whoever will listen.}

Three Way Dance1500 Words
Emmanuelle vs Alexandra Callaway vs Adi Gold
------------------------------------
{ Outside at ImmortalFest, we see that the announcers' table has been vacant for some time. It wouldn't be this way for much longer though, as the bubbly personality known as Caroline Machado stepped into the picture and grabbed a headset. She was soon followed by IWF Hall of Famer Fiona McFly, who grabbed a second headset and sat down next to the Brazilian. }Caroline Machado: Hi!!! ImmortalFest!!!
Fiona McFly: Helloy, my lovlies! I'm so honoured to be able to make it out here to work this special match.
Caroline Machado: Hehehe...we had to bribe Terri and Vasco!o
Fiona McFly: Withhomemade bangers 'n' mash and chocolate chip cookies, no less!
{ Caroline chuckled. }Caroline Machado: Seriously, we had to beg the suits in order to volunteer for this gig. We couldn't pass up a moment like this one.
Fiona McFly: As I uncerstand it, this is gonna be a three-way dance. Sole survivor wins -- here we go!
{ GOLD by The Beaches hits over the PA System. The arena lights turn yellowish/gold and Adi heads out from behind the curtain. She raises her arms in the air as she heads towards the ring. Adi slides into the ring under the ropes. She jumps on the second turnbuckle trying to get the crowd involved as she bops her head to thesong waiting for the match to begin. }Fiona McFly: All three of these women are relative newcomers, starting with Adi Gold.
Caroline Machado: She loves a good fight, that's for sure! She'll try and beat people into submission with her fists!
Fiona McFly: She can hit just as hard from the air as she can on the ground.
{ The lights go down and "Mine" by Halestorm starts to play. The arena is filled with Red and lights and fog. The Silhouette of Alexandra can be seen at the top of the ramp. She poses on the top of the ramp and as the beat drops, she starts to make her way down the ramp, towards the ring. Stopping halfway down the ramp, she stops looking out over the crowd, before continuing on. She smirks seeing some of the signs people made, a cocky smirk crosses her face. }"From DALLAS, TX.. ALEXANDRA CALAWAY!!!!!"
{ Finishing her walk down the ramp, she climbs onto the ring apron and up onto the turnbuckle. She slips into the ring and poses on the ropes, leaning forward on the ropes, sometimes talking shit with people in front row. She watches up the ramp, messing with her hair as she waits for her opponent. }
Caroline Machado: Alexandra might be from Dallas, but she's not the type of person that wants to be nice.
Fiona McFly: No, she's not nice at all. She break you in half, then spit out the leftovers.
{ Emmanuelle stands at the curtain as “Say Go” by D Smoke begins to play. She walks out, taking time to soak in the reaction of the crowd before making her way down to the ring. }Caroline Machado: I've been very impressed with Emmanuelle since her arrival.
Fiona McFly: You DID beat her in a mixed-tag match the last time she was in the ring.
Caroline Machado: Hey, that could've been me!! You're not gonna win every day, yeah?!
{ Fiona smiled. }Fiona McFly: You've learned a lot from your time at the Academy, love...
Caroline Machado: D'awww...maybe I ought to play casamenteira in your next romantic pursuit!!
{ Fiona, trying to play the stoic and serious person on commentary, can't contain her laughter as Blue Shoes calls for the bell! }[DING!]
{ From the outset, Alexandra was like a house of fire! She didn't waste any time pounding Emmanuelle with rights and lefts in the corner before executing a bulldog from the second buckle! Turning her attention to Adi Gold, the native Dallasite connects with a spin kick to Gold's chest that sends her crumpling to her knees. Calaway picks up Adi and viciously chokeslams her to the canvas before chucking her over the top rope and onto the floor of the temporary ImmortalFest stadium setup. But as she yells out at Adi, she doesn't realize that Emmanuell has gotten to her feet until it's too late! Alexandra turns around and walks right into Emmanuelle's Malibu Shine tornado DDT! The "Platinum Standard" quickly goes for the cover and hooks both legs! }1...!
2...!!
THREEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Alison Valance: Alexandra Calaway has been eliminated!!!
Fiona McFly: Well, Alexandra tried to be a hellion but it cost her in the end.
Caroline Machado: This is a exemplo principal of what happens when you lose focus in a pivotal moment!
Fiona McFly: It's down to Adi and Emmanuelle. Who've you got to win, Caroline?
{ Caroline giggled. In the ring, the action between Emmanuelle and Adi Gold heated up for the next several minutes or so. Neither woman was able to gain a definitive advantage as they traded vious shots, battering each other and scoring plenty of two-counts from Blue Shoes. One sequence from Adi, taking place at around the 9:30 mark, shows her shooting Emmanuelle into the ropes, then connecting with a clothesline that nearly flips the Californian head over heels! She then hits a flying dive from the middle buckle and goes for the cover, only for Emmanuelle to get her shoulder up at two! Once we hit the 12:30 mark, Emmanuelle starts to shine, dazzling the audience with a jumping knee strike after connecting with a vicious Cross Counter! A pair of headbutts is then followed up by a snap DDT and pinning combination, but Adi kicks out at two as well! }Fiona McFly: What a great sequence between these two ladies! Who're you picking to win here, Caroline?!
Caroline Machado: Don't know! Wrestling is like volleyball, it can go either way!!
Fiona McFly: Is that your "expert" opinion?!
Caroline Machado: Like Fox News, I'm just trying to be justo e equilibrado.
Fiona McFly: So, you want to be a hopeless romantic?! And you think you're a good matchmaker for me...!!
{ Both announcers can hardly contain their excitement as the match inside the ring reaches its crescendo! At 15:25, Emmy is able to capitalize when Adi missed with a wild-looking clothesline, eventually planting Gold with the double underhook sitout bomb she calls the Pasadena Bomb, but Adi kicks out at two-and-three-auarters! Emmy sighs, shakes her head, and continues the attack -- but Adi surprises Emmy with a flying bulldog from the middle rope -- dubbed the Ad-Up -- and goes for the cover! }1...!
2....!!
THREEEEEEEAWWWWWWWWW...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
{ Adi grits her teeth and stares down Blue Shoes, who gives her the dreaded two fingers in response! At this moment, upon reaching the 18th minute, Adi is able to get back on her feet and charge forward! She tries to connect with her patented running scissor kick she calls the Gold-rush, but Emmy spins out of the way just in time! Adi is caught unaware and ends up on the business end of Emmy's somersault-reverse DDT combination dubbed the PALISADES BOMBER! Emmy goes for the pin and hooks the leg... }1...!
2...!!
THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
[DING-DING-DING!!!]
Alison Valance: Here is your winner...EMMANUEEEEELLE!!!!
{ Smoke's "Say 'Go!'" begins playing as Emmy celebrates at hard-fought win at 19:25! }Caroline Machado: AHH!!! It really doesn't matter who won or lost this one -- this match was fucking amazing!!
Fiona McFly: Emmanuelle earned this one here tonight -- CAROLINE!?! YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO SAY THAT ON THE AIR!!
{ Caroline's eyes are wide open in shock, having let herself get carried away. Fiona, on the other hand, is chuckling at her former trainee's expense as the cameras show Emmy continuing to celebrate. }Caroline Machado: ...sorry...
Fiona McFly: You're right though, lovely...this match was fucking amazing!
Caroline Machado: It was, it really was on all sides.
Fiona McFly: Well, I think we'd better get back to the preshow panel before we truly wear out our welcome.
{ Caroline winks, then waves at the camera. }Caroline Machado: Bye!!! Have a happy night!!!

HOT OPENERIWF Men's World Title & IWF World Tag Team Titles
All or Nothing Match
5000 Words Per Team
Angel Blake © © & Wraith © vs Dean Harper & JC Keeton
------------------------------------
{ We are shown a video package set to Fear Factory’s “Disobey-Disruptor” remix. We see shots of the Angel and Dean battling it out from years ago, shots of Dean and Wraith fighting, Wrath and JC with focus on an Ode to the Outlaw. We then see the war Wraith and Angel had last year before switching to JC and Dean fighting together as a unit. We see when Wraith and Angel won the tag team titles, we also see when Angel defeated JC Keeton for the World Title. Finally we are taken to High Stakes and Dean earning himself a World title shot. We see clips from their first tag team match, the breakdown of it, the chaos and the announcement of a winner takes all tag team match at Night of the Immortals. Finally we do a pan of the arena before stopping on Terri and Vasco in the booth. }Vasco Dias: Night of the Immortals is finally upon us! Welcome to the MGM Grand Arena! I’m Vasco Dias and along side me is the ever lovely, Terri Morasco!
Terri Morasco: Thank you Vasco. Tonight is the biggest night on the IWF calendar. Fans and wrestlers alike look forward to tonight all year long and with good reason!
Vasco Dias: Night of the Immortals is the biggest night in professional wrestling but not just for the culmination of so many great feuds. It’s the night the winner of the Roulette gets their shot at the IWF World Title!
Terri Morasco: That’s right and we’ve got something special in store this year! Because not only did Dean Harper win the Roulette and the shot to face his father on the biggest stage of them all, Dean along with his tag team partner, JC Keeton earned a shot at Angel Blake and Wraith’s tag team titles!
Vasco Dias: And in classic professional wrestling fashion we couldn’t get a clear winner when those two team crossed paths for the first time! Leading to tonights match, a first time ever in Night of the Immortals history!
Terri Morasco: A winner takes all tag team match! The World title and the Tag Team titles will both be on the line tonight in one match! And here’s the kicker, Angel doesn’t need to be pinned to lose his World title and Dean doesn’t need to score the victory to become the World Champion!
Vasco Dias: That’s insane!
Terri Morasco: It’s going to make for some great drama! And even better!? That match is first! Alison? Take us away!
{ We go to Alison Valance in the ring. }Alison Valance: The following contest is a WINNERS TAKE ALL MATCH! And it is for the IWF Men’s World Championship as well as the IWF World Tag Team Championship! Introducing first, the challengers, at a combined weight of 402 pounds! JC KEETON! DEAN HARPER! FAIRYTALES AND NIGHTMARES!!!!
{ "Watch the World Burn" by Falling in Reverse comes on over the P.A. system as the lights dim and Fairy Tales & Nightmares shows on the tron, JC and Dean come from behind the curtain. With that announcement red white and blue pyro go shooting off up from the stage towards the ring into the sky JC makes his way down the ramp slowly, Dean follows. JC climbs the stairs to the ring as Deanslides in, JC waits as Dean goes to the far turnbuckle and stands on the 2nd rope looking around to the crowd he's waving his hands up and down trying to get the crowd hyped up into the song. Both Dean and JC put a fist in the air. }Vasco Dias: Dean and JC are both looking in the best shape of their careers.
Terri Morasco: I couldn’t agree more, Vasco. Both of these men have been training extremely hard for this match.
Vasco Dias: I spoke with JC earlier in the day and he said Dean and him have watched back JC’s world title match with Angel several times leading up to tonight, dissecting his every move.
Terri Morasco: Sounds like the focus is going to be isolating the older man in this match.
Vasco Dias: It does and I don’t know how smart that is. Angel isn’t the youngest man in this match but he’s far from geriatric.
{ We go back to Alison for the next introduction. }Alison Valance: And now, the reigning, defending, IWF World Tag Team Champions… Weighing in at 438 pounds… WRAITH! ANGEL BLAKE! SANGUIS IMMORTALIS!!!
{ The lights in the arena go out as a lightning storm seems to roll through. With each thunderstrike the whole arena lights up for a moment. As the storm continues to roll we see movement on the stage. Then with one monumental thunderstrike on the stage, The Wolf You Feed Kicks into gear as we see Nita Strauss and Alissa White-Gluz with their full band tearing it up. Fire erupts from the center of the stage as the band continues to play the opening. Finally we see two thrones rising from the fire, Angel in one, Wraith in the other, each wearing their tag team championships around their waists, Angel with the World title over his shoulder. Their thrones level out on the stage, Angel and Wraith rise with flames erupting behind them. Nita Strauss stands in between them as she begins to sing. }The dark, the night
Only linger when you won't open your eyes
To seek and find
A world whose bark outweighs it's bite
Bite the hand! Life's a battle you command
A great divide
Dictates the howling of the mind
{ Wraith and Angel make their way to the ring as Nita and company continue to play. Angel takes ones corner, Wraith takes the other corner, both men leap up onto the apron as flames erupt from all four corners of the ring. Angel and Wraith step through the ropes at the same time. Nita joins them in the ring to continue the next verse. As Nita sings, Angel and Wraith climb up on the camera side corners of the ring. }Two halves, un-whole
Twisting stories to be told
Tightropes we tread
Bridge heaven and hell inside our heads
Heads held high
Contemplating fight or flight you ask me why
I say the answer lies inside
{ The band goes into the finish of the song as Wraith and Angel do a quick lap around the ring before standing in the center and holding up their tag team championships. }Terri Morasco: What an incredible entrance for the champions.
Vasco Dias: Truly worthy of Night of the Immortals!
Terri Morasco: Now you spoke with the challengers earlier, what about the champions?
Vasco Dias: I was able to speak with both Angel and Wraith earlier and all they would say is they are going to do tonight what they do every night. Win.
Terri Morasco: Interesting mind set for the champions. I don’t think arrogance is advised against the caliber of competition they are facing tonight.
Vasco Dias: Well we are about to find out because Blue Shoes is calling for the bell!
{ Dean and Angel start the match, Keeton is seen giving Dean a pep talk in the corner, hyping him up while Angel stands across the ring, watching silently. Eventually Dean turns and faces his father, the two walk to the center of the ring as the crowd is reaching a fever pitch. They stare each other down, neither saying a word. Angel is seen sizing Dean up, before sneering and turning his back on Dean, seeming to move toward tagging Sabin in but Dean snatches his shoulder, spinning him around…BUT IT WAS A PLOY! SPINNING BACKFIST BY BLAKE LEVELS THE ROULETTE WINNER!! }Vasco Dias: Angel lured him in!
Terri Morasco: Smart move by the champion, Dean wasn’t expecting that!
{ Dean’s bell has been well and truly rung as he struggles to get to his hands and knees. Angel follows after, berating the challenger and shoving his head with his foot. Dean pops up, swinging wildly but Angel gets his left forearm up to block the blow, and snatches Dean before launching him with a belly to belly suplex that has his legs bouncing off the ropes! Dean crumples on impact and Angel gets up, going to JC in his corner and piefacing him in a show of disrespect! }Terri Morasco: Now that was uncalled for!
Vasco Dias: That was the champion showing JC exactly what he thinks about him!
{ JC tries to get into the ring but the ref goes and holds him back. While this goes on, Angel drags Dean to the ropes and drapes him over the bottom by his throat. He then stands on his shoulders, putting all his weight into Dean and strangling him on the ropes! He holds on even as Keeton yells at the ref to turn around! The ref turns just in time to see Angel release Dean and Sabin haul off with a punt kick to the side of his brother’s head on the apron!! }Vasco Dias: Angel and Wraith working like a well oiled killing machine tonight!
Terri Morasco: JC needs to keep a calmer head, he isn’t doing Dean any favors!
{ Keeton has seen enough as he leaps into the ring, shoving past the ref as he sprints across the entirety of the ring and leaps between the middle and top rope to spear Sabin off the apron and into the guardrail! Fueled by adrenaline, Keeton instantly begins to lay into Sabin’s midsections with rights and lefts but the son of God shoves him away! Keeton is furious though and comes roaring back with a sudden Ode to the Outlaw that levels Sabin!! }Vasco Dias: You were saying, Terri?
Terri Morasco: I don’t think JC wants to be on the outside of the ring with Angel or any of his offspring!
{ Keeton pops up, yelling at the crowd and outstretching his arms…but SABIN POPS RIGHT BACK UP! Keeton hears the change in fanfare and turns around to eat a Genocide Kick! In the ring, Angel is still yelling at the ref to ring the bell as Keeton had shoved him, which was illegal! However this gives Dean time to get his second wind and he pops up, whipping Blake around to paintbrush him with open palm strikes. He ducks a clothesline and takes Blake down with a neckbreaker!! }Vasco Dias: Harper with a gross looking neckbreaker!
Terri Morasco: Dean has been dreaming of this moment for two months and it’s finally here and he’s not going to let it slip by him!
{ Blake gets up quickly but woozily, Harper is already up! He leaps on his father;s shoulders and leans back, spiking the World Champ’s head into the mat with a poisonrana! Dean gets to his feet, feeling the momentum in his face as he cries out. He measures Blake and runs to the ropes, he rebounds and leaps going for a Bicycle knee but Wraith has gotten into the ring! Him and Blake nail Harper with stereo Genocide Kicks!! Angel goes for the pin! }ONE!
TWO!!
{ Angel yanks Harper’s shoulders off the mat, holding his head while staring down at him. He shakes his head, dropping Harper’s own onto the mat as he stands and turns to Wraith. He yells some instructions at him, which Wraith is only too happy to follow as he slides out of the ring and heads to the timekeeper. He yells at them, getting their chair and tossing it into the ring. Wraith pays a recovering Keeton a vicious kick to the side of the head as he grabs the World title and tosses it to his father. }Vasco Dias: What are the champions planning here?
Terri Morasco: Nothing good. Blue Shoes needs to get this match back under control!
Vasco Dias: He never had control!
Terri Morasco: He needs to get control!
{ The ref yells at Blake who turns and backs him up with a raised fist! Sabin slides into the ring and sets the chair up. Together, the two sit Harper into it. Blake holds the world title up to a dazed Harper, screaming at him before handing the title to Wraith who holds it in front of Dean’s face. Blake backs up measuring Dean before firing another Genocide kick that sends the title into Dean’s face! }Terri Morasco: Come on! That’s blatant disregard for the rules!
Vasco Dias: Then get in there and reprimand Angel and Wraith, Terri!?
Terri Morasco: I think I’d rather just stay here and criticize the referee for allowing this to happen!
Vasco Dias: Smart choice!
{ A jet of blood runs from Dean’s nose as the gold cracks into it! Staining the belt, his chest, the mat and everything else as he slumps out of the chair. The ref yells at Blake, threatening DQ but the champion ignores him. He snags Dean by the hair, lifting him back into the chair and taking the title from Wraith. He barks orders that bring a sick smile to Wraith’s face. He backs up, slingshotting off the ropes and going for an Ode to Aphrodite on the prone Harper… }Vasco Dias: Ode to Aphrodite!
{ BUT KEETON FLIES IN WITH A SECOND ODE TO THE OUTLAW!!! Sabin is leveled! Blake charges Keeton with the belt but Keeton fires a thunderous stiff right that sends the belt into the champs face, opening a wound in his forehead! Keeton snatches Wraith and dumps him to the outside, before lifting Blake and hitting Wreck Your Neck!! He yells at Dean to cover as he goes to cut off a returning Sabin! }Terri Morasco: A stunning Ode to the Outlaw may have just turned the tides of this match!
Vasco Dias: This is JC and Dean’s first real opportunity to win! Dean just needs to make the cover and it’s all over!
{ Dean is dazed! He falls out of the chair and slowly crawls to the prone Blake who seems to be motionless except for the heaving of his chest. Dean eventually reaches Blake and drapes an arm over his chest. }ONE!
TWO!!
TH–NO!!
{ Blake fires a shoulder up! The force rolls Dean off of him. Dean crawls toward his corner, looking for Keeton but finding him locked in a brawl with Sabin on the outside! Dean lets out a sigh, slumping on the ropes as he uses them to pull himself up. He turns only to find Angel standing tall in the middle of the ring, staring a hole into him. The father and son, both bleeding down their faces meet in the center of the ring with a defiant Dean slapping Angel across the face! Angel slowly turns his head back, firing a right hand that levels Dean. }Vasco Dias: You don’t want to get into a striking competition with Angel Blake. He’s world renowned for his ability to sever ligaments with his strikes!
Terri Morasco: Angel has a long history of dishing out pain but Dean has a long history of absorbing it and bouncing right back!
{ On the outside, Keeton drops Sabin with a pump kick! He turns to find Angel leaving the ring and making a beeline for him. The sneer on Keeton’s face tells the tale as he charges to meet Angel and the two begin to exchange right hands! Keeton snatches Angel in a plum and begins bashing knees into his chest and face before furiously throwing him into the ringsteps! Keeton fires a pump kick but Blake dodges, the steps fly off from the force! Keeton turns into an eye rake from Blake that blinds him! Sabin joins his father, chop blocking Keeton and beginning to beat on him while in the ring, Dean begins to stir. }Vasco Dias: The champions have done a great job of isolating each of their challengers so far in this contest.
Terri Morasco: Dean and Jc need to come together as team if they want to bring home the gold!
{ Dean grabs onto the chair, using it to get to his feet as his partner swings blindly on the outside, fighting the tag champs as best he could. Dean snags the chair, slamming it shut as he eyes them. He holds the chair flush and flat to his body, bouncing off the ropes and leaping! HE LANDS ON ALL THREE WITH A TOPE SUICIDA HOLDING THE CHAIR! THE STEEL CRASHES ALL FOUR MEN WHO NOW LAY PRONE ON THE OUTSIDE! }Vasco Dias: TOPE SUICIDA WITH THE CHAIR!!!!
Terri Morasco: I called it! I said it! Dean absorbed that shot and just took out everyone, including his partner!
Vasco Dias: It’s time to capitalize on that maneuver and get Blake back in the ring!
{ Sabin is the first to stir, having taken the least of the damage although a cut has opened above his left eye from the leg of the chair catching him. Undeterred, he returns to the ring and lifts the apron. Sabin pulls a table out to the chagrin of the ref before turning and firing a kick into Dean Harper’s ribs! Dean rolls away in pain, Sabin following him and dropping down to lock in a Figure Four Necklock! The ref slides out and begins counting but Wraith just stares him down, daring him to end this feud on a DQ! The ref does whats best and simply continues to berate Sabin as Dean’s struggles become weaker and weaker. }Vasco Dias: The referee using his discretion here. Blue Shoes knows this match needs a winner!
Terri Morasco: I don’t agree with it, Vasco. One of these four men is bound to take things too far!
Vasco Dias: And I can’t wait!
{ Once satisfied, Wraith releases Dean and drags him toward the table. He sets it up, before going to the chair and setting it on the table. He rouses Angel and points out his work. Blake observes it, and the mic picks up him saying “not enough” before heading to the ring apron, kneeling and bringing out a telltale pillowcase. Within seconds, the table is covered in thumb tacks. Angel snatches Dean, calling Sabin over as the two snag Dean and resolve to end him together. }Vasco Dias: We’ve got thumb tacks!
Terri Morasco: Enough is enough! Blue Shows can’t let this go on!
Vasco Dias: He can and he will!
{ The two lift Dean in a stalling vertical suplex! Dean begins to kick though, trying to reverse it into a DDT on his father and step brother but the two widen their base, and work Harper back up to vertical! However, Keeton has gotten up and with a war cry charges in and nails Blake AND Sabin with ANOTHER ODE TO THE OUTLAW! ALL FOUR MEN CRASH INTO THE TABLE, TACKS, AND CHAIR!! }Vasco Dias: OH MY GOD!!!!
Terri Morasco: That was horrendous!!!
{ JC is the first to start moving, having taken the least amount of tacks or damage. JC sees that Dean is pretty beat up and helps his partner out of the rubble. }Vasco Dias: JC has something in mind here.
{ JC rolls Dean back into the ring and for the first time in this match we have a tag! JC tags the limp arm of his partner to officially enter the match. Angel and Wraith use each other to get up, both of them absolutely plastered with thumb tacks. }Terri Morasco: JC appears to be the freshest man of the four but they’ve each taken an ungodly amount of abuse tonight!
Vasco Dias: They have because the IWF World titles are the most prestigious prizes in the game!
{ Angel and Wraith enter the ring looking to team up on JC but Blue Shows finally steps forward and forces Wraith to his corner of the ring. JC and Angel are left alone with the two of them going into a strike contest. Angel starts to get the upper hand on JC as Dean is now laying on the apron in his corner. Wraith looks reinvigorated now. Angel hits a backfist to JC but Keeton fires right back with an ODE TO THE OUTLAW!!! }Terri Morasco: That could be it!
{ Angel instinctively rolls to his corner before JC is able to make a cover. Wraith tags in and charges into the ring! JC fires off another Ode to the Outlaw but Wraith gets under it. Wraith hits the ropes and comes back with an Ode to Aphrodite! JC dodges that! Wraith spins and fires off a Genocide Kick but JC gets under that and grabs Wraith for the Wreck your Neck but Wraith manages to escape! Both men get nose to nose and begin to jaw off at each other when Dean Harper returns to the contest with an Up is Down on Wraith! }Vasco Dias: Up is Down!
Terri Morasco: Dean and Jc have their opening! Angel is down! Wraith is down! Now is the time!
{ Dean pulls Wraith up to his feet and JC lines up the kill shot. JC moves but Angel returns with Divine Justice to JC Keeton! Dean sees his opening slipping and drops Wraith with Clipped Wings! Father and Son meet in the middle of the ring and begin to unload on each other! }Vasco Dias: Listen to the crowd roar!!!
{ Dean gets the upper hand on his father and drives him back with strikes. Dean sends Angel into the ropes and Dean connects with his own Divine Justice as his father is about to rebound! Dean tucks Angel’s head and drops him with Clipped Wings! }Terri Morasco: Dean Harper is about to win two titles in one night!
Vasco Dias: He’s so close he can feel it!
{ Dean is fired up. JC is starting to move now. Dean marches toward Angel who is still down and Blue Shoes seems to have just given up trying to enforce tags. Angel isn’t moving as Dean reaches him but Wraith comes in from the side with a Genocide Kick to Harper! Dean is staggered but doesn’t fall! Wraith connects with a second Genocide Kick! Dean is somehow still on his feet! Wrath pulls the barley conscious Angel to his feet and the two drill Dean Harper with Genocide Kicks!!! Harper falls through the ropes and to the outside! }Vasco Dias: Harper is down and out!
Terri Morasco: It’s up to JC now!
{ Keeton is back to his feet but Angel is there with Divine Justice! JC manages to avoid it but Wraith was ready with an Ode to Aphrodite! JC is staggered! Angel kicks JC in the back of the knee dropping him down. Angel and Wraith grab the wrists of JC Keeton and connected with WELCOME TO THE FAMILY!!! Some freaking how Dean Harper is up to his feet on the outside! Angel tells Wraith to cover JC as Blake leaps toward the apron to stop Dean from breaking the pin! Wraith covers and it’s - }ONE!

{ Dean drops to his knees as Wraith rolls off of JC Keeton. }Vasco Dias: Dean was so close to breaking that cover but he just couldn’t get there in time!
Terri Morasco: A heart breaking moment at Night of the Immortals for Dean and Jc but they put up an incredible fight and very nearly won!
Vasco Dias: Indeed. But for tonight, Sanguis Immortalis was the better team!
{ Angel and Wraith meet in the middle of the ring with their titles and a hug. Dean is still on his knees as JC is only just now realizing what has happened. }Vasco Dias: I can’t take anything away from the challengers. They pushed the champions to their limits tonight.
Terri Morasco: Absolutely but for now the reign of terror continues!
{ Angel drops down to his knees in front of his son, Dean and embraces him though the disappointment is evident on Dean’s face even as he hugs his father back. }------------------------------------
Singles Match1500 Words
Elijah Lassiter vs RAM
------------------------------------
{The bell rings and RAM and Lassiter meet in the middle of the ring. Lassiter is confident and talking trash while RAM just stares a hole into his face. RAM, however, offers a sporting hand and after a moment of acting like he wasn’t going to, Lassiter takes RAM’s hand and shakes it firmly..only for RAM to chop him in the throat! He holds onto the handshake and yanks Lassiter down into a thunderous knee that emits a loud crack from Lassiter’s nose!!
The fans let RAM have it as he keeps hold of Lasstier’s hand, staring down at the dazed opponent before lifting him up into a fireman’s carry and hitting a GTS! He finds the hard cam and flips the bird one of his biggest critics before yanking Lassiter back up to his knees. He measures him, runs to the ropes and comes flying back in with a leaping bicycle knee!! He’s pulling out the greatest hits of the best in IWF!!
RAM yanks Lassiter to his feet, but Lassiter falls down. RAM is unsatisfied, dragging him to the corner and propping him up. He begins unloading rights and lefts to the almost defelenselss Lassiter who eventually falls forward onto the mat. RAM moves him over to the middle rope, guillotining the seemingly out on his feet Lassiter and driving his knee into the back of his head! The ref gets to 4 before RAM relents, only to reapply it for another 4 count!
RAM steps back and watches Lassiter crumple over. He yels at him to get up, mocking him and asking him where all that showmanship from the tag match was? Lassiter pulls himself up on the ropes, and defiantly stumbles toward RAM. He hauls off and slaps him, before spitting some of the blood flowing from his broken nose into his face! RAM stares him down, laughs…and then anils the Red Ring of Death!!! As he locks in the submission, Lassiter passes out from the combined damage within seconds and the ref calls for the bell!
RAM however refuses to release the hold until the ref threatens to get Security. He gets to his feet, staring out at the stunned audience before stepping on Lassiter as he steps over him and heads to the back.}------------------------------------
IWF World Television Title45 Minute Iron Man Match
1500 Words
Caleb Cannin © vs Nick Danger
------------------------------------
Alison Valance: Ladies and gentlemen, this next contest is an Iron Man match for the IWF World Television Championship!
{ "Out Of The Black" by Royal Blood comes on the speaker and red smoke follow on the entrance ramp. Nick Danger gets on the entrance ramp with a custom Motorcycle that says “Dangerzone”. Then gets off the motorcycle and stands on the entrance ramp and points one finger in the air saying his number one. Then red fireworks light up the entrance ramp then Nick Danger makes his way down the ramp giving fans high and then slides inside the ring. He takes off his jacket and throws it towards the fans ready for the match to start. }Terri Morasco: At his third Night of the Immortals, Nick Danger is looking to capture his first ever title here in the Imperial Wrestling Federation. In a stipulation that he hand-picked for this night, you have to believe he has been waiting for this moment for a long time.
Vasco Dias: There’s just one problem, Morasco. Nick Danger is getting into an Iron Man match with one of the best technicians in this company. Caleb Cannin has made his name by putting on wrestling classics here in IWF, so this might be right up his alley!
{ The beginning riff to Black Sabbath’s “Iron Man” begins to play as the house lights go dark.
I am Iron Man…
The camera settles on the back of Caleb Cannin’s red jacket, with the words “IRON MAN” imprinted in gold. The Television Champion comes to the entrance ramp, with the camera swiveling around to the front. On the front of his jacket is the Caleb Cannin logo with a little arc reactor beneath it.
Has he lost his mind?
Can he see or is he blind?
Can he walk at all?
Or if he moves, will he fall?
Is he alive or dead?
Has he thoughts within his head?
We’ll just pass him there
Why should we even care?
As the crowd boos heavily, Cannin drops to his knees at the end of the entrance ramp, spreading his arms out wide. He points to Danger, who sits at one of the corners of the ring. He steps onto the apron and wipes his feet before getting into the ring. After ditching the jacket, he holds up the Television Championship with a shit-eating grin. }Vasco Dias: 45 minutes… this will be a Sunday drive for The Future!
Terri Morasco: If the challenger has anything to say about it, this match will be anything but easy.
{ The bell rings as a timer appears on the screen, counting down from 45 minutes. The two competitors immediately lock up in a collar and elbow, struggling to push against each other. Cannin manages to take control and backs Danger up into the corner. He does a quick hip toss, sending Danger to the middle of the ring. Approaching for a headlock, Cannin misses as Nick slips out and clinches a headlock of his own. Cannin pushes Danger off and makes him hit the ropes, dropping down to the mat in order to avoid a collision. On the return, though, he picks Danger’s angle and sends him down to the canvas. Once Danger is prone, Cannin finally gets his headlock applied.
The camera cuts briefly to Gilmore as he looks on, eyes moving out toward the audience for signs of fuckery. In the ring, Danger manages to get a vertical base. He tries to fire Cannin off of him but Cannin drops to a knee and digs in! Danger tries once again but is unable to break free once more! He widens his base, lifting Cannin up for a backdrop driver but Cannin rolls through, landing on his feet! Danger tries to get up but Cannin blasts him with a running knee to the face!!
Danger is now flat on his back and prone as Cannin grins to the booing audience, taking a moment to shoot Gilmore a look before he lifts Danger up and fires him into a corner. Cannin takes a half lap around the ring before charging for a spear…but DANGER MOVES! CANNIN GOES SHOULDER FIRST INTO THE RING POST!! }Terri Morasco: Cannin just took a hard hit to the shoulder! Can Nick Danger capitalize on this chance?
Vasco Dias: Nick Danger couldn’t capitalize a sentence if you wanted him to! The champion is going to be able to bounce back from this!
{ Danger is quick to pounce, pulling Cannin from the corner only to whirl him around and toss him back into the unforgiving steel! In an impressive display of athleticism, Danger leaps upon the top rope, springboarding off them and crashing down into Cannin’s spine with a double knee drop! He pulls Cannin from the corner and goes for a cover!

Danger waits for Cannin to get to his feet, wobbly as he is and favoring the shoulder be fore he rebounds off the ropes, diving out with a suicide dive…BUT CANNIN CATCHES HIM WITH A LEAPING CUTTER OUT OF NOWHERE!! DANGER’S FACE SMASHES INTO THE THINLY PADDED CEMENT FLOOR! But Cannin has only aggravated the shoulder more!
Cannin gets up first, kicking Danger as hard as he can in the ribs before moving to the announce table. He yells at the commentators to move before yanking the covering off and ripping the monitors free. Danger begins to get up but Cannin punts him in the head! Danger drops down once more and Cannin drags him to the table by his hair. Cannin lifts him up, getting him in position…
Cannin gets Danger up and slams him through the announce table with a vicious powerbomb! Cannin spits down at Danger before sliding into the ring. He stops the ref from going to check on Danger and screams at them to count! The ref does so!

But he’s too slow! The ref calls for the bell, awarding the first fall to Caleb Cannin with 33 minutes left! Danger is in the ring, on his knees and looking in disbelief at the circumstance. The fans boo and Cannin mocks Danger before pulling him up and whipping him into a corner. He follows him in and begins laying rights and lefts into the challenger’s midsection! }Vasco Dias: This is genius! Cannin is already up one to nothing! That’s why he’s one of the greatest strategists in the company today!
{ The champion drapes Danger over the top rope, further damaging his midsection. He follows up with the Thing of the Past, dropping the challenger on his jaw. Cannin takes some time to showboat, dusting his hands off from his work. Biding his time, Cannin rests in the corner and awaits the groggy Danger. He lays across the top rope, yawning with exaggeration. Once Danger gets back up, The Future is on the attack again. Before he can get back on track, Danger gets a quick schoolboy roll-up!

Caleb Cannin is awarded a second fall while Nick Danger is left with none at 27 minutes left in the match! James Gilmore shouts at the referee to keep his eyes peeled as Cannin mocks the guest enforcer, mimicking a crying fit. }Terri Morasco: Oh, come on! The referee was blind to that overt breaking of the rules, but now Cannin is up two to nothing on Danger!
Vasco Dias: At this rate, it could be a complete shut-out from the Television Champion!
{ Danger pounds the mat in frustration as Cannin takes a small victory lap on the outside, making sure to steer clear of Gilmore. Fed up with the champion’s antics, Nick blindsides Cannin with a tope con hilo! Gilmore claps in approval as Cannin is tossed back into the ring. A scintillating superkick lands square on the jaw of Caleb as Danger fires up. Danger hits the ropes, but gets clotheslined over the top by Cannin! The Rising Ace lands on the apron, countering Caleb’s attack with a hard kick to the side of the head. With the champion stunned, Danger scales the top turnbuckle and hits a diving corkscrew stunner! Danger then smashes Cannin with a rolling forearm, keeping up the assault. Before Caleb can collapse to the mat, Danger catches him with his foot, raising him back up to a vertical base. As he puppets Cannin back to a stance, he clocks him with the Ace Blade! He covers, hooking both legs!

THREE! }Terri Morasco: What a combination from Nick Danger! The Rising Ace is showing that he’s still got a lot of fight left!
Vasco Dias: But the problem is that Cannin is still leading by a fall. He won’t let Danger get away with something like that again!
{ Danger is awarded a fall as Cannin immediately rolls out of the ring on sheer instinct. The challenger begins to exit through the ropes, but Cannin pulls a desperate maneuver and yanks Danger off the apron and into the guardrail! Danger’s body crashes into the steel as Cannin uses the apron to stand up. He puts the boots to the challenger, trying to keep him down. Gilmore comes around to check on Danger as Caleb slinks into the picture. He taunts Gilmore, daring the veteran to come after him. The Future even goes so far as to take a fan’s drink and throw it at the legend, which only draws the pure ire and wrath of JJ. Gilmore chases Cannin around the ringside area, even following the champion inside the squared circle. The referee holds Gilmore back as Cannin slides back to the outside and gouges Danger’s eyes. With his opponent temporarily blinded, Cannin capitalizes on this chance and whips Danger right into the ring post! Danger’s skull collides with the steel as he falls down to the mat. A wound has opened up on Danger’s forehead while Cannin stalks his prey. He rolls Danger back into the ring as crimson begins to stain the canvas. As blood blinds his vision, Danger swings wildly, hoping to hit Cannin with a stray fist. Cannin only laughs at his challenger before applying a headlock with a cocky grin. He bites the forehead of Danger, trying to open the cut more. Blood soaks the beard and mouth of Caleb Cannin as he forces Danger into the corner. He locks his arms around Nick’s waist, hoping to hit a german suplex. Danger claws for something to hold onto, undoing the top turnbuckle pad in the process. The pad is flung away as Cannin lands the suplex, going immediately into a hammerlock. Gilmore pounds the apron to motivate Danger out of Cannin’s grasp, with the Las Vegas crowd soon joining in. Danger struggles and shakes as he fights against the wrenching hammerlock, a trademark move from the champion. Danger makes it to his feet, countering the hammerlock into an Irish Whip. Cannin runs the ropes as Danger leapfrogs over him, coming back with a dropkick soon after! Danger wipes the blood out of his eyes and looks towards the exposed turnbuckle. He whips Cannin over, but the champion reverses! However, it becomes a double reversal as Danger counters in the last second! Cannin’s head collides with the metal as he stumbles back, right into an inverted Red Eye DDT! Danger covers again!

THREE! }Vasco Dias: NO! Christ… Cannin has got to get another fall here soon!
Terri Morasco: It’s now anybody’s ballgame! Either man could take this all the way to the end if they get another fall!
{ It’s now tied up as Nick Danger scores a second fall! With 15 minutes to go, both men are now bleeding from their heads! Gilmore shouts at Danger to keep up the pressure. Danger nods and looks to hit another Ace Blade. As he rears back the elbow and charges, Cannin gets a sneaky drop toehold before locking in the Danger Lock! Danger tries to withstand the pain as the crossface is held tight by Cannin. The submission is held for a while, with Danger inching closer to the ropes. Blood drips from his face and onto Cannin’s forearms, allowing just enough friction for Dnager to slip his head out! Once he escapes, he retorts with his own version of Clairvoyance! Cannin screams in pain as Danger wrenches his shoulder back and forth. With seemingly nowhere to go, Cannin tries to wriggle free from the hold. The referee tries to closely inspect if Cannin will submit or not, but he does not notice a mule kick right to Danger’s crotch! Danger doubles over in pain as he lets go of the submission. At ringside, Gilmore is irate at the blatant rule-breaking from the Television Champion. He gets up on the apron, causing the referee to talk him down. Cannin rolls to the opposite side of the apron and flips Gilmore off. He then flips over the ropes, going for JJ’s very own Power Wave lariat! Danger manages to catch Cannin with an Ace Trigger right on the jaw! He then hooks the arms of The Future and hits the Cannin Ending! Exhausted, Danger barely rolls Cannin over for a cover! The referee calms Gilmore down, just in time to make the count.

THRE- Cannin kicks out at the last second! }Terri Morasco: You almost came right out of your seat, Vasco!
Vasco Dias: It’s fine, it’s fine! Caleb Cannin has got it all under control, but I think he should really hurry it up and seal the deal!
{ 9 minutes remain on the clock as both men lay in the ring. Gilmore tries to inspire Danger to get up and keep fighting, but the two rivals can barely stand on their own two feet. Danger is the first to rise, blood covering his face. He pulls Cannin up by his hair and tries for a second Red Eye DDT, taking a moment to muster up the energy. Although he manages to lift Cannin up, the champion reverses and attempts a Cannin Ending! Danger pushes him off, causing Cannin to catch himself on the ropes. Danger charges at Cannin, who pulls down the top rope and sends his opponent tumbling to the outside. Cannin motions for the referee to count Danger out again.

THR- The referee stops the count! Cannin, by sheer circumstance, has his foot touching the bottom rope! With 6 minutes remaining, Danger drags Cannin into the center of the ring, hoping for a quick cover.

This time, Cannin manages to actually kick out! }Vasco Dias: God bless the rope breaks! Caleb Cannin knew exactly where to be and he used those ropes to his full advantage!
Terri Morasco: I don’t even think Cannin knows where he is right now!
{ Danger wastes no time in heading to the turnbuckles, hoping to put an exclamation point on this contest. He reaches the top turnbuckle and steadies himself as the crowd waits in anticipation. Danger tries to land the Red Phoenix on Cannin, but the champion rolls out of the way! Danger lands face-first onto the canvas, with Cannin scooping him up and hitting a wicked brainbuster onto the knee! With barely any gas left in his tank, Cannin can’t muster up a cover to follow the move. As the clock winds down to just 3 minutes, Cannin looks over to the turnbuckles. He uses the ropes to stand up before hobbling over to the corner, gingerly climbing to the top. Cannin looks to dive onto Danger, but Danger pounces towards the ropes, causing the champion to lose his balance! Now prone on the top turnbuckle, Danger lands some forearms on his bitter rival. Cannin fights back with some punches, but Danger overwhelms him with more powerful strikes. He gets underneath the dazed Cannin, lifting him into an electric chair position.
As the two men rise high into the air, Cannin rains blows onto Danger’s wounded head. The hits are enough for Danger to collapse back down to a seated position, with Cannin still up on his shoulders. The time only gets lower and lower, passing from 2 minutes to just 1 minute remaining! As the minute winds down, Cannin tries to get away from the corner by elbowing Danger in the head. However, one last big adrenaline rush causes Danger to spring back to life! He raises Cannin up and stands from the top rope. Nearly everyone in the audience pops up from their seat, just in time to see Nick Danger annihilate Caleb Cannin with a Final Order from the top rope! The champion crunches onto the mat as the bloodied Nick Danger claws his way to the cover!
ONE…
TWO…
THRE- The bell sounds! Nick Danger lets go of the pinfall and raises his arms in victory! }Alison Valance: Ladies and gentlemen, by a score of 2 to… 2, this match has been ruled a draw!
Vasco Dias: Ha ha ha! Can you believe it, Morasco?! Nick Danger has been screwed by Father Time not once, but twice! This will go down in Night of the Immortals history!
Terri Morasco: Nick Danger had the Television Champion dead to rights! If he had one more second, we could have had a new champion!
Vasco Dias: We could all use one more second, Morasco, but there’s only one man who can call himself-
Alison Valance: Excuse me, ladies and gentlemen! I have just been informed by IWF management that, per the IWF official rulings, this match must now go into Sudden Death rules! Whoever gains the next fall will be declared the winner and the IWF World Television Champion!
Vasco Dias: ARE THEY OUT OF THEIR MIND?! Caleb Cannin just wrestled an instant classic for 45 minutes and they expect him to go back in there?!
Terri Morasco: You can’t argue with the rules, Vasco! It’s time to settle this once and for all!
{ Caleb Cannin lies prone on the outside, clutching onto his Television Championship. He looks beaten nearly to death as he tries to crawl away from the ring. The only thing stopping The Future from getting out of the arena is James Gilmore. JJ grabs Cannin by the tights and hurls him back into the waiting arms of Nick Danger. As Cannin goes back into the ring, the championship is left on the mat. The bell rings as Cannin begs and pleads for a time-out.
Danger doesn’t oblige, instead opting to grab Caleb’s wrist and stomp his face in. With a new sense of energy imbued inside him, Danger waits for the champion to get back up. However, Cannin merely rolls to the outside as the crowd grows restless. }Vasco Dias: This is absolutely insane! The man can’t even defend himself but noooo, he has to go back in and wrestle some more!
Terri Morasco: It sounds like the greatest Television Champion of all time isn’t living up to his own talk!
{ Once again, Cannin is confronted by Gilmore. With nowhere else to hide, Cannin spites JJ with a slap to the face. Gilmore nearly puts his hands on the champion, but Danger takes them both out with a suicide dive! Cannin nearly bowls over the timekeeper’s area as Danger heaves him back into the ring. The Future weakly reaches out for his pride and joy, the IWF World Television Championship. It’s the last sight he’s able to see before getting knocked out by an Ace Blade from Nick Danger! The referee gets down for the cover!

THREE!}Terri Morasco: HE’S DONE IT! Nick Danger has finally become champion here in the Imperial Wrestling Federation.
Vasco Dias: This can’t be happening! How could anyone have let this idiot get his hands on gold in this company?! Caleb Cannin was screwed out of his championship!
Terri Morasco: Screwed?! Danger won this match, fair and square! My hat is off to the NEW IWF World Television Champion, Nick Danger!
{ The bell rings as Nick Danger collapses to the mat. He holds his hands over his face as the referee comes to award him the IWF World Television Championship. The Vegas crowd goes wild as Danger holds up the title, pure emotion on his face. James Gilmore applauds the new champion before getting him up on his shoulders and parading him around the ring.
Caleb Cannin meekly reaches out to the championship that was once his. He scoots back to the end of the entrance ramp, a different look in his eyes from when he came into this match.
Danger holds the World Television Champion up high in the air, a giant smile on his face. }------------------------------------
Phoenix Nest Singles Match3000 Words
Tara Fenix vs Black Widow
------------------------------------
Terri Morasco: This next match, Vasco, scares me. For the first time ever in the Imperial Wrestling Federation we are going to witness something called a Phoenix Nest's match, which is a creation born from the mind of the legendary Tara Fenix. We all heard Tara explain the rules of the match. There is a strong likelihood, given the design, that one -or-both- of these women are burned here tonight by the fire involved in this, too.
Vasco Dias: There is a lot of bad blood between that exists between the Black Widow and Tara, Morasco.
This is how they've chosen to try to settle it. If I'm being completely honest, though- I don't know that they can settle it. I don't know if there is any universe, given the history between these two women, that they can coexist within the same company. They hate each other, Morasco; and I love it!
Terri Morasco: It's hard for me to argue with you on that point. The Black Widow made her presence first known in the IWF, not just by trying to rundown Tara Fenix with a car, but by hitting Tara's sister Jennie with the same vehicle. That cost Jennie an opportunity at the Women's World Championship- a championship she would later go on to win. Tara has neither forgiven, nor forgotten, however; and after being continuously pushed, Tara would later go on to set Brandy's arm on fire.
Vasco Dias: Of course you can't argue with the that point, Morasco! I made it! This is the most bitter rivalry in the women's locker room we have. Now if you'll excuse me for a moment, I have my marshmallows and chocolate bars already out; and I'm just going to open my graham crackers while we kick it down to Alison for some introductions!
Terri Morasco: Do you even have a heart?
{ The camera focuses in on Alison Valance standing in the middle of the ring. }
Alison Valance: The following contest is a Phoenix Nest Match! Introducing first...
{ The lights go out. Red lights kick on overhead, bathing the stage in a crimson hue. The opening notes to "Change" by the Deftones plays over the speakers, bringing the Black Widow crawling out from behind the curtain. }Alison Valance: Making her way to the ring, from Seattle, Washington… the Black Widow!... Brandy Cvetkova!
{ The Widow ceases her crawl on the cusp of the ramp, looking around the arena. She stays on her knees, arms extended, and arches her back so her upper body falls backwards. When the song picks up at the forty-four second mark, she thrusts her torso upward with a jolt. She rises up off her knees and starts to slowly walk to the ring to a chorus of boos. The Black Widow builds a little speed in her walk as she nears the bottom of the ramp and dives underneath the bottom rope. Pushing herself up onto her hands and knees, she crawls across the ring to her corner. Once there, she sits down, leaning her back against the turnbuckles and waiting for Tara's arrival. }Terri Morasco: As deranged as this woman is, the one thing we have learned about her is she is fearless. Without even knowing what this match was, she agreed to it without any hesitation. Even now, as she finds herself inside those ropes, she almost looks calm.
Vasco Dias: She enjoys physical pain, Morasco; both dishing it out, as well as receiving it. That doesn't leave a whole lot for her to fear.
{ The camera shifts it focus back to Alison as Brandy sits behind her in the corner, looking at her heavily bandaged arm. }
Alison Valance: And her opponent...
I’M BACK FROM THE DEAD!
{ The introduction for “Back From the Dead” by Halestorm plays. Lzzy Hale’s voice resonates throughout the MGM Garden Arena that has gotten everybody out of their seat as a token of respect for the veteran that is the one, the only, Tara Fenix! The camera takes a quick glimpse of Brandy Cvetkova sitting inside of the ring, her eyes glued to the entryway… The sapphire spotlight hits the stage just as Tara emerges from behind the curtains, clad in white. The hood covers much of her head, but the iconic blue hair pokes out from the edges of the cap as she looks out toward the audience that screams her name. }
Alison Valance: On her way down to the ring, coming out of Hartford, Connecticut– she is THE PHOENIX QUEEN! The QUEEN OF QUEENS! The UNDISPUTED GOAT! SHE! IS! TAAAAARRRRRAAAAA! FEEEEENNNNNIIIIIXXXXX!
Vasco Dias: It’s hard not to respect Tara for all that she has done in this business, and she is continuing to revolutionize some of the things in the sport by bringing this new creation to us… the Phoenix Nest match as she calls it. We really do not know what to expect out of it!
Terri Morasco: I wouldn’t even begin to fathom a guess to this, Vasco, because this is incredibly dangerous for both women…
{ Tara continues gazing over the audience for a couple of seconds before raising a single arm into the air to thunderous applause from the audience– she unleashes a war cry that rings throughout the entire MGM Garden Arena, as she takes one bold step forward, leading into a stride down to the ring. As she passes by the audience, many people can be seen bowing down to the legend… Her eyes, however, remain locked on Brandy Cvetkova inside of the ring, and she, in exchange, has her eyes locked onto Tara’s. Neither woman is intimidated by the other. The starpower of Tara does not intimidate Black Widow. Tara carries too much pride to ever show fear to her opponent. {
{ Tara stops at the bottom of the ramp and finally pulls her hood back and then points to one corner of the ring, and then the other– she cups her hands upward and the fire around the ring rises emitting an orange glow around the entire ringside. The crowd cheers louder as the flames grow higher. }Terri Morasco: It has just gotten incredibly hot here, Vasco! And these women are going to be fighting in the middle of that heat!
{ The flames start to die back down, and Tara drops her jacket below her… the moment the flames go down far enough, Tara springs forward and slides under the bottom rope; she rolls onto her back before finally kipping up to her feet, and makes a beeline toward Black Widow. The Black Widow rises to meet her, and the two are nose to nose, and the referee is trying to keep them from swinging until the sound of the bell as she reminds Tara and Black Widow of the rules of the match. Both Alison and the referee then leave the ring, as Tara and Brandy go to their respective corners to await the sound of the bell…the flames rising slightly just before the start of the match. }
Ding!
{ The two women waste no time going right after each other at the sound of the bell. Even with her thirty-one pound advantage in weight, Tara is still the quicker of the two, enabling her to take Cvetkova down with a Thesz Press and start pummeling her with closed fists! The Widow doesn't have the size or the strength to get out from underneath of Tara, so she simply has to eat most of the blows until Tara gets up off of her. Fenix drags Cvetkova up her hair, but Brandy is wearing a smile from the punishment she endured. The Queen of Queens quickly spins the Widow into an Inverted Headlock Backbreaker, wiping a bit of the smile from Brandy's face as she clutches at her lower back on the canvas. Tara continues to press her advantage by picking Brandy up and dumping her on the back of her head with a German Suplex! Cvetkova looks to roll to the outside out of instinct, but the flames impede her path. Fenix is back on her quickly, womanhandling her up off the canvas. Fenix cinches Cvetkova up for another suplex, bouncing the Widow's feet off the top rope. The flames rises high in the air, drawing a gasp from the crowd as the fire chases Brandy's boots off the lift; but Cvetkova isn't burned as Fenix delivers a slingshot suplex! }Terri Morasco: That was so,
so close to something truly catastrophic for Cvetkova!
Vasco Dias: In baseball, they would've called it a hot foot! Here in the IWF, we'd have just called that a guaranteed trip to the medic after the match is over!
{ Cvetkova tries to crawl away from Tara, but Fenix stalks her prey. She stomps down hard on Brandy's right ankle, slowing Brandy's crawl. Tara then stomps down on Brandy's left ankle. Brandy rolls over, grimacing in pain as she grabs at her left ankle. Fenix kicks her square in the face, knocking the Widow backward. Tara then stomps down on Cvetkova's left hand, smashing her fingers under boot. Fenix continues to make her way around Brandy's body at a methodical pace, stomping down on Brandy's face with all her might! Brandy writhes on the canvas in pain, holding her face. The force of the blow has drawn blood from the Black Widow's nose. Brandy reaches for the ropes with her right hand, but quickly recoils when she feels the heat from the flames. Before Brandy can even think, Tara's boot comes crashing down on her heavily bandaged right arm that had been previously burned! Pain shoots through Cvetkova's arm, and the adrenaline rush brings her up to her knees as she grabs at her wounded wing! }Terri Morasco: Tara Fenix is physically dissecting the Black Widow! She wanted the darker side of Tara Fenix, and I think she's getting everything she wanted and more! She may just be regretting her wish, though!
Vasco Dias: As much as the Widow loves pain, Tara may be giving her a practically orgasmic experience!
{ Fenix reaches for the Widow... but Cvetkova looks up at her from her knees and spews her black mist in Tara's eyes! }
Vasco Dias: The mist, Morasco!
Terri Morasco: Tara is blinded! This is such a dangerous situation for Tara to be in right now with the fire surrounding the ring!
{ Fenix walks backwards, feeling for anything near her. The flames rocket into the air at one of the timed intervals! Tara feels the heat and stumbles back, trying to wipe her eyes! As the flames go down, Cvetkova strikes! She runs toward Tara, sending both of them tumbling over the top rope with a cactus clothesline when the flames are at their lowest point! }
Terri Morasco: Both women taking a hard spill to the floor! You can see the black stain all over Tara's face and hair! That move may have hurt Brandy just as much though because she used her injured arm to take Tara over the top with the clothesline!
Vasco Dias: Whatever happens from here, the referee isn't going to stop it either. Tara has to find a way to clear up her own vision. The only way this match ends is when one of them incapacitates the other enough to scale those ropes hanging over top of the ring and pulling down that egg suspended above the ring!
{ Cvetkova uses her left arm to reach underneath of the ring. She pulls out a black cloth bag, using her teeth to bite at the rope that has it tied shut. After standing up, Cvetkova dumps out the bag, littering the ringside area with shards of broken glass! The crowd may not be in support of Cvetkova, but the introduction of the glass still draws a pop from many in attendance. }Terri Morasco: I don't like the look of this at all!
Vasco Dias: If Tara could see it, she probably wouldn't either!
{ Brandy walks across the broken glass toward Tara. She works to lift Tara up, gaining control of her arms, and drives Fenix's head into both the glass and the floor with a double underhook DDT! }Terri Morasco: Tara's face just got driven into the glass!
Vasco Dias: She's bleeding, Morasco! Between the mist and her own blood, Tara's face looks like some type of abstract painting!
{ Still sitting on the glass, the Black Widow leans over and licks some of the blood from Tara's face. She holds out her tongue with a twisted smile, laughing as she pushes herself up. Cvetkova shakes her arm out, still favoring it. She grabs Tara's right foot, then starts trying to undo the laces on Tara's boot. After a brief struggle, Brandy rips the boot off of Tara and holds it in the air like a prize before throwing it into the crowd! Cvetkova goes at Tara's ankle like a wolverine, grabbing her leg and biting at Tara's Achilles tendon through the sock! Some of the crowd literally have to turn away from the action, squeamish at the sight. Once she's done biting, Cvetkova delivers a few stiff kicks to Tara's hamstring before putting Tara's ankle down on the glass and delivering a double stomp right on top of it! }Vasco Dias: It's a little unorthodox -I've never seen anyone bite someone's Achilles Tendon- but Cvetkova has a smart strategy here! If she takes away the ankle, she takes away both the Genocide Kick and the ability to climb from Tara!
Terri Morasco: My stomach is turning, Vasco! I can't even imagine the type of pain Tara must be in!
{ Brandy goes for Tara's kneepad that she wears on her right knee next, pulling it down over Tara's leg before wrestling it off of her adversary! Brandy drops down, laying across Tara's upper right leg and raining down just a series of wild punches on Tara's knee! Cvetkova stays on the offensive, standing up to take hold of Tara by the ankle and driving her knee into the floor! Brandy keeps hold of Tara's ankle and lifts her by the leg to spike her knee into the floor one more time! Tara yells in anguish! As the flames ascend behind the Black Widow, it's then almost as if a light bulb pops on over her head with evil designs. She pulls Tara's sock off and tries to expose as much of Tara's leg as she can by pushing Tara's tights up to her knee. Cvetkova pulls Tara by the foot, trying to force flesh into flames! }Terri Morasco: No!-No!-No!
Vasco Dias: The Black Widow is trying to grill a Fenix leg!
{ Feeling the heat on her leg, Tara acts fast to kick at Brandy's leg with her free leg! Brandy's knee buckles, but Tara can't shake her. Tara uses her strength to draw her legs in, and she pushes out; slamming the Widow's back up against the edge of the apron. The Queen of Queens grabs the guardrail, dragging her body to it. A fan hands Tara a bottle of water, and Tara uses the H2O to wash the blood and mist from her eyes. Fenix throws the empty water bottle at Cvetkova as more of an insult than anything. Tara catches Brandy with a back kick to the face! Cvetkova is stunned, and Tara uses the opening to grab Brandy's bandaged arms, and as the flames rise, Tara pushes that arm into the fire! Cvetkova's arm is ablaze, and she screams out in pain! The flames subside on their timer, and Tara quickly enters the ring as Brandy makes a break for one of the water tanks as fast as she can! }
Vasco Dias: That smell is flesh burning, Morasco!
Terri Morasco: She's struggling to stand, but look at that smile crawling across Tara's lips! How far are these women going to go, Vasco!?
Vasco Dias: I think the answer to that question is as far as it takes, Morasco! As far as it takes!
{ Brandy plunges herself into a water tank to extinguish the fire on her arm! She holds her head underwater for fifteen seconds before it pops back up over the surface. The flames rise as Tara opens her arms on a wobbly leg, openly inviting Brandy back inside of the ring. Cvetkova, soaking wet now, climbs out of the tank and starts to scale the tower attached to it. Fenix makes her way over with a limp. Brandy is slowed by her arm, almost having to hook it over the rungs instead of using her hand. Tara is slowed by her leg as she goes to meet Brandy. Tension builds as everyone in the building knows the flames are on a timer. The crowd chants... }
Fight forever!
Fight forever!
Fight forever!
{ Tara is forced to go over the turnbuckles to catch Cvetkova, giving Brandy a small lead in the race! The Black Widow kicks at Tara, trying to slow her climb even more. The Widow fires off another boot, something somewhere in between a kick and a stomp to Tara's face! They move higher on the tower, almost above the flames reach. Tara reaches for Brandy's ankle as she struggles with the climb! Cvetkova kicks her leg, trying to shake Tara's grip! Tara stumbles, and as the flames rise, they just miss the flesh on Tara's exposed foot! Fenix keeps her composure, willing herself up through the pain in her leg. Cvetkova makes the top of the tower, but she comes to the realization that she has to try to shimmy across the ropes without using one of her arms in the process. She pulls her soaking wet top off, trying to shed as much weight as possible. The delay enable Tara to catch her on the tower, though! The two women start trading punches at the peak of the steel structure! The crowd boos Brandy's blows, and cheers when Tara lands! }
Terri Morasco: If either of them fall from that height!...
Vasco Dias: We'll have one less woman on the roster, Morasco! I think this can only end one way for these two: and that's with the complete and total destruction of the other one!
Terri Morasco: The Black Widow is being forced to throw punches with her non-dominant hand, and Tara is getting the better of the exchange! Just hard shots by Tara now! The Black Widow's mouth is covered in blood from her nose!
Vasco Dias: Tara is pulling Widow's arm through the rungs on the tower now! What is she doing!?
Terri Morasco: Tara is... she's climbing down some... and she's hanging off of it! Tara is hanging on that burnt arm of Brandy with all of her weight! Cvetkova is screaming! Tara is trying to dislocate an elbow or tear ligaments in there!
Vasco Dias: The human arm isn't meant to bend that way, Morasco!
{ Tara tries to bounce her body while hanging onto Brandy's arm, inflicting more damage! Tara finally puts her feet back onto the tower, then grabs it with her hands. Cvetkova can only lay clinging against the tower with her mangled arm still hanging through it! As Tara climbs back up to meet her, Brandy knows she has to move. She grits her teeth and pulls her arm out of the steel, letting it fall to her side. Brandy tries her best to shift to the inside of the tower, but Tara easily grabs a handful of her pants and pulls her backwards off the tower! Brandy lands on the canvas with a hard thud on her back! As the blood pours down over Fenix's face, she now finds herself in the position of having to decide how best to scale the ropes suspended over the ring with one bad leg. The crowd cheers Tara on, trying their best to will her across the ropes. She places a hand on them, testing for tension. She reaches up with her other one, and off the tower she comes! She swings her body, moving her hands across. It's a slow process, and somehow, some way, Cvetkova won't stay down underneath her! She watches as Brandy pushes rolls over onto her side, very slowly trying to get up! }
Terri Morasco: How is she moving!?!?
Vasco Dias: She may only have one arm and a broken nose, but the girl enjoys pain, Morasco! I don't know what Tara has to do to her!? I'm not even sure if Tara isn't asking herself the same question right now!
{ Fenix hangs on the ropes for a minute, watching as Cvetkova forces herself to a vertical base. Brandy turns to Tara, looking as if she has just been hit by a truck, and tells Tara... }The Black Widow:
You can't kill me!{ Tara instantly starts swinging back and forth on the ropes over Brandy's head, and Cvetkova again taunts her. }
The Black Widow: I will be with you forever, little bird!
{ Timing it just right on a forward swing, Tara lets go of the ropes, crashing down onto Cvetkova's chest with the 'Phoenix Perch'! The flames erupt right as the blow connects! Every single last ounce of air is forced out of Cvetkova's body! Unfortunately for Tara, she wrenches her own knee when she sticks the landing on Brandy! }Terri Morasco: Both women are down! I don't know how either of them continue!
Vasco Dias: The crowd was chanting fight forever earlier, and they just might!
{ Tara rolls over, grabbing at her knee as she slams her fist on the canvas! She looks at Cvetkova with pure, unadulterated contempt for using her son's own words to try and incite her; and it worked. Cvetkova had pushed Tara to further punish her, giving up her advantage and at the risk of her own health. Cvetkova rolls over, gasping as she looks at Tara. The pain in her arm was excruciating. She couldn't breath. What little breathe she could get she was trying to suck in through her mouth because of her bloodied nose. She was still moving though, which made Tara even more determined to end this. Tara has to almost hop to her feet, trying to place as little weight as possible on her leg. Cvetkova rolls to her knees, lifting her upper body off the canvas. She stretches out her arms, giving Tara a clear shot, and daring her to take it! Tara does so without hesitation! Genocide Kick!!! Pain rockets up Tara's leg, but before Brandy can even fall forward, limp; Tara catches her and steps back to deliver a second Genocide Kick to the kneeling Cvetkova! The Black Widow crumples as the flames are propelled into the air with the last kick! }Terri Morasco! Two Genocide Kicks! The Black Widow is out!
Vasco Dias: Tara Fenix still has to retrieve the egg from over the ring, though! Has she used up everything she has to put Cvetkova down!? The Queen of Queens is doing the kneeling at this second because of her bad wheel!
{ The Queen of Queen picks herself up off the canvas after a minute, gingerly walking over to the corner for the climb. She lets the flames settle, then slowly and carefully navigates the corner to reach the the tower. Every inch she gains on the climb proves to be a struggle until she reaches the ropes. With Cvetkova still down, Tara has the time to swing her legs up and wrap them around the ropes. She grimaces as she shimmies across the crossing ropes, but is finally able to retrieve the eggs hanging in the middle where they intersect! The crowd roars as Tara lowers her legs down, then drops to the canvas from height! The final bell rings. }
Ding!
Ding!
Ding!Terri Morasco: Tara Fenix has done it! It was an absolute war, but the Undisputed GOAT is the one standing triumphant over the Black Widow in the end!
{ The camera zooms in on Tara laying on the canvas holding the golden egg. The flames surrounding the ring are extinguished as Tara's music hits. }
Vasco Dias: She isn't exactly standing, Morasco! She had to leave a part of herself in that ring to do it! I don't know if either of those ladies will ever be the same after that!
Terri Morasco: I just hope all of this is
finally over because both of these women have been to some dark places, Vasco.
{ The crowd chants for Tara as she sits up and positions the egg between her legs. Her face is smeared with blood, and there is blood also down around her ankle. Fenix spends a moment fiddling with the latch on the egg, though, finally getting it to open. }Vasco Dias: Oh! I guess we're finally going to get to see what's in that egg!
Terri Morasco: She never did say, simply referring to it as the "prize".
Vasco Dias: It better be one helluva prize!
{ Tara pulls a dagger from out of the inside of the eggs, holding it up and looking at it in an almost trance like state. }
Terri Morasco: Oh no...
Vasco Dias: That's the same dagger that drew first blood on Tara when Wraith accidentally passed it into the Black Widow, and it may be the dagger that draws last blood here!
{ Fenix stands up as her music stops, walking toward the Black Widow's lifeless body on the canvas with dagger in hand. The referee quickly comes in, but Tara just shoves her aside as she continues her stride with a noticeable limp. She pushes the Widow's body over with her foot, smirking as she looks down at her. Tara licks her lips, then mounts the Widow with dagger in hand. She grabs a handful of Brandy's hair to lift her head off the canvas. }Terri Morasco: Tara, this is too far! Even after everything, this is too far!
Vasco Dias: She's gone mad, Morasco!
{ As Tara's arm raises with the dagger, the lights go out! }
Terri Morasco: This is a frightening situation!
{ The lights come back on and Wraith is standing in the ring with his hand wrapped around Tara's wrist, preventing her from moving her arm! }Vasco Dias: What in the fucking hell!?
Terri Morasco: I don't know...
{ Wraith jerks Tara up by her wrist, not attacking his mother, but preventing her from carrying out her plan. They stare at each other eye-to-eye for a moment without a word being spoken. Wraith shakes his head no, leaving Tara completely bewildered as she stares back at her son. She drops the dagger with confusion, and Wraith releases her arm as it falls to the canvas. }Terri Morasco: I don't understand.
Vasco Dias: I haven't got a clue what's going on, Morasco.
{ Tara takes a step back as Wraith moves to walk past her. Wraith bends down, placing one arm underneath Brandy's legs, and the other under her head, and gently scoops her up. He stands with Brandy in his arms, looking at his mother. The light almost seems to leave Tara's eyes as she stands on one leg, watching her son hold one of her worst enemies in his arms. Wraith says not a word, walking out on his mother while carrying the Black Widow's battered body in his arms. The crowd sits in almost a stunned silence. }Terri Morasco: This is... I don't have the words. Tara Fenix won the match, but she looks like she just lost everything in the world as she's trying to process this.
Vasco Dias: I'm trying to process it, Morasco! Wraith isn't exactly what anyone would call a white knight. Why would he save the Black Widow from his mother's hands after everything the Black Widow has done?
{ Wraith walks up the ramp carrying the Black Widow in his arms, not once turning back around to look at his mother. He stops at the top, gently kissing the Widow on the forehead before turning back around to look at his mother. He then disappears behind the curtain with Brandy. }

Invictus TitleSin City Lockup Three Way Dance
2000 Words
Stephen Terrella © vs Nick Knight vs Matt Knox
------------------------------------
Iyo Kenshin: Hello, everyone! Iyo Kenshin here, sitting alongside my Odyssey broadcast colleague, Rayne, set to bring you the call for this Invictus Championship match up!
Rayne: You don't need to introduce me, Iyo. The company cared enough about me to ask me to be on the pre-show earlier! The people know me! It's you, on the other hand, that is the interchangeable part! I could just as easily sit out here with a broom and carry it to a good broadcast! But let's talk about this match up!
Iyo Kenshin: What we know is after his reprehensible attack on Matthew Knox two weeks ago, Stephen Terrella will be here to defend his championship. What we don't know, however, is if either Matthew Knox or Nick Knight will be here to challenge him for it. There are questions, of course, if Knox will be medically cleared to compete. Although the rumor is he has been. Then we have Nick Knight, who has said he has no designs on even showing up here tonight.
Rayne: If Knox isn't a hundred percent -and there is no way he can be- he'd have to be insane to show up for this fight. And I understand wanting revenge, I really do. The issue is he'll be stepping in there against one guy at the minimum fully intent, and capable, of ending his career. If Knight has a change of heart, it very well could be two guys.
Iyo Kenshin: Why don't we take it down to Alison for the introductions and find out!
{ The camera zooms in on a shot of Alison Valance standing in the ring. }Alison Valance: The following contest is a Sin City Lockup match and is for the IWF Invictus Championship! There are no pinfalls and no submissions! The only way to win is by handcuffing your opponents anywhere inside of the arena! Introducing first...
{ The camera takes a long shot of the entryway as and the arena darkens. Smoke begins to rise from the ground atop the stage, cast in a purple hue from the lighting directly overhead as 'Disorder' begins to blare across the speakers. Terrella makes his entrance holding hands with Portia. They take a few steps before stopping to stand side-by-side on the stage, releasing hands. She places her left hand on his right shoulder and runs her right hand down his chest and abdomen, coming to a stop on the title that is wrapped around his waist. She taps her nails against the surface of the belt. Terrella turns for a kiss from Portia. }
Alison Valance: About to make his way down the aisle, being accompanied by Portia... standing 6'2"... and weighing in at 309 pounds... from Cold Springs, Nevada... He is the Invictus Champion… The King Of Clubs... Stephen Terrrrellllllaaaa!
{ Terrella begins a slow walk toward the ring, arm-in-arm with Portia, to a chorus of boos. They reach the bottom of the stairs where they release arms. Terrella removes his sunglasses and vest and hands them to Portia. He surveys the arena for a few seconds with a menacing scowl before making a slow march up the stairs. Terrella walks the apron to the center of it, stopping with his left hand resting on the top rope to stare down the crowd as Portia applauds for her man from the floor. Finally he ducks under the top rope to enter the ring. He unfastens the Invictus Championship from around his waist, holding it high in the air with a very bitter expression on his face. Tommy Knocker comes over to ask for the belt, which Terrella gives him by forcefully shoving it into the middle of the referee's chest. }
Iyo Kenshin: The always-surly champion has shown he will go to any length to retain his championship. Twenty-one shots to Matthew Knox's head and body with a steel chair, as well as an attack on Nick Knight; a blatant attempt to eliminate both of his potential challengers for this event, further goes to reinforce that fact.
Rayne: If neither man shows, Terrella would happily accept the count out victory, too. That's a man that doesn't care what you, I, these fans, or anyone else thinks of him.
Iyo Kenshin: Oh, I know. Lets see if he finds himself with any challengers.
{ The camera focuses on the top of the stage as the crowd roars. Alison's voice rings out. }Alison Valance: And his opponents, first...
{The houselights cut out, a single Raven cries out soon joined by another, then another until the cries of an entire unkindness fill the house sound system, soon broken by "Hell Broke Luce" by Tom Waits cutting through, the house lights coming up to a dull blue as a single white strobe light pulses in time to the song's percussion. Standing in the middle of that pulsing light, back to the ring, stands Matthew Knox adorned in his ring gear and a sleeveless hoodie. The building comes absolutely unglued! }Alison Valance: Making his way to the ring from Monterrey, California... he stands 6'6" tall... and he weighs in at 244lbs... he is the Raven!... Matthew Knox!
{ Terrella storms around the ring like a bull, livid that the Raven has shown up tonight. Arms outstretched like a bird in flight, Matthew pivots on a heel and begins making his way to the ring. He takes a pair of handcuffs out of the pocket of his hoodie and threads his fingers through the loops. Knox slides underneath the bottom rope and goes right after Terrella, throwing closed fists at him with the handcuffs as Alison tries to scurry away to safety outside the ring! }
Iyo Kenshin: The Raven isn't waiting for Nick Knight, the bell, or anything else! He is bringing the fight straight to Stephen Terrella!
Rayne: Again, I understand it, Iyo! I have serious doubts if this is the best strategy to help Matthew Knox win a championship, though! Terrella may have the heaviest hands in this company! Loaded fist or not, if you're Knox, do you really want to go at him head on!?
Iyo Kenshin: If I had my head split open on television, yeah, I would, Rayne!
{ Knox drives Terrella back with an onslaught of punches, forcing the champion into the ropes. Knox tries to shoot Terrella to the opposite side of the ring, but the champion holds his ground and pulls the Raven into a punishing clothesline! Stephen immediately goes straight for Knox's head, viciously stomping away at it with the intention of scrambling Knox's brains! As the assault goes on, Alison tries for the final introduction from the floor...}
Alison Valance: And their opponent...
{ Slowed down carousel music begins to play and is soon joined by unhinged laughing. Driving guitars join the fray and as the voice of Ivan Moody growls "Welcome to the Circus". Only Nick Knight doesn't come stomping through the curtain when the music begins to play. Stephen Terrella simply continues to stomp on Matthew Knox's head, drawing a laugh out of Portia on the floor. After a minute, the music fades. }
Iyo Kenshin: Nick Knight has apparently made good on his word not to show up in Vegas for this match, which I assume means this contest will now be a one-on-one affair between Matthew Knox and Stephen Terrella!
Rayne: And with the condition Knox is in, I don't know how long that's going to last.
{ Terrella pulls Knight off the canvas, lifting him up and just barrelling him back into a corner with a shoulder! The champion works the Raven's midsection with repeated punches To The body, over-and-over, driving the air from Knox's lungs! Going back to the head, Stephen changes it up with some repeated clothesline-like blows that catch Knox high on his dome while Knox is smothered in the corner. The King serves up a hard headbutt, slumping Knox against the buckles. With Knox reeling, Stephen pulls a pair of needle-nosed pliers out of his back pocket and starts to just rip the stitches out of Matt Knox's head! }Rayne: Those stitches are bullseyes in Terrella's eyes, Iyo!
Iyo Kenshin: You appear to be correct, Rayne, and unfortunately Terrella has zeroed in on those early!
{ Every light in the MGM is extinguished in the blink of an eye and the sound of a clock ticking begins to play at an almost deafening level. Every few seconds another clock joins the chorus until an alarm bell rings to quickly be replaced by the eruption of pyros that sends ghost white flames high into the Las Vegas sky. Then as the flames are quenched the opening keyboard of Blood for Miles by Deathstars begins to play. }
Iyo Kenshin: What in the world?!
Rayne: I think Nick Knight might have just arrived.
{ The arena stays dark except for a ring of fire with a figure standing in the center. The man is dressed in an ankle length black trench coat, wide brimmed black hat, a black leather plague doctor mask trimmed in brass covers his face, and he is carrying a cane. Stepping through the flames the man makes his way towards ringside, a spotlight tracking him on his way down the aisle. Halfway to the ring he stops and pulls an ornate watch from the pocket of his coat to check the time. The moment that he returns the watch to his pocket the words “Ticktock The End is Now,” appears on every single LED board. }
Iyo Kenshin: Ever since he lost to Angel Blake back at High Stakes we’ve seen a different side of Nick Knight, but we’ve never seen anything like this from ‘The Hollywood Butcher.’
Rayne: We’ve always just thought of Nick as a garbage wrestler, but this is a more cerebral side of him.
{ Knight slowly walks to ringside, stopping just short of the ring to methodically strip off his hat and coat leaving him in black pants with a pair of brass colored handcuffs through the belt loops and his mask. The lights come back up and, with Terrella having turned to stare him down, Knight unstraps his mask and hands it over. Terrella storms over, stopping to grab the ropes in front of Knight, barking at him to, "Go the fuck home!" Portia is also verbally berating Knight from a safe distance away, which draws a glance and a smirk from Knight. The 'Hollywood Butcher' quickly shifts his attention to Terrella though, grabbing an ankle and catching the champion off-guard by pulling him underneath the bottom rope, to the floor! Knight blasts Terrella with a punch, jacking the champion's jaw! Knight then goes low with a kick that catches Terrella south of the border, instantly dropping the champion!}Iyo Kenshin: It would now seem that Stephen Terrella and Portia have two very large problems on their hands!
Rayne: This is the last thing Stephen wanted! Knight has been in the ring against him as much -if not more than- anyone in this company. Knight knows his strengths, he knows his weaknesses... and he's seen a lot of the playbook Terrella and Portia are going to want to try and run!
{ Nick has a few choice words for Portia, then reaches under the ring and pulls out a fire extinguisher. Knight draws the fire extinguisher back and cracks Terrella straight in the forehead with it. The champion falls the rest of the way to the cement floor from his knees, and Knight gives him a few sprays to the face for good measure. With Terrella down, Knight makes his way up the stairs to meet the Raven, who has made it to his feet in the ring. Bleeding profusely from his head already, the Raven dares Nick Knight inside.The crowd rallies behind Matthew as Knight takes his sweet, sweet time wiping his boots on the apron before stepping between the ropes. Portia goes over to tend to Terrella on the outside. Knight and Knox square off opposite of each other in the ring. }Iyo Kenshin: This is a moment the crowd has been waiting for!
Rayne: The Hollywood Butcher isn't obligated to do anything on anyone else's time, Iyo! You don't just rush in to save an industry without a plan! You have to be calculated!
{ Knight raises his arms like he's looking for a tie up, cautiously moving in to meet Knox. At the last second, Knight changes tact and rakes Knox's eyes! Knox rubs at his eyes through the blood, and Knight delivers a heavy chop to Knox's chest that echoes through the arena. Nicky rattles off a few hard headbutts, aiming for the open wound on Knox's head. Knox drops to a knee, and the 'Hollywood Butcher' wrestles him up from behind and dumps him backward on his head with a German suplex! Terrella is up at this point, but Portia puts a hand on his chest to hold him back. As Knight wrestles Knox up for another German, Portia points inside the ring, telling Terrella to "let them kill each other, baby. You can pick the bones." Terrella backs up, nodding as Knight dumps Knox backward with another German suplex! Knight gives them a glance; but for the moment they seem to content as spectators, and Knight seems content to punish Knox. }
{ Matthew sits up, holding his head.Knight runs the ropes, building a head of steam and catching Knox across the head and throat with a sliding clothesline! Knight stays on Knox by first delivering a kneebreaker, then taking him up and over with a snap saito suplex! Knox suffers another blow to the head, but it's hard to see the glassy-eyes of his through the blood cascading down his face. Terrella puts his arm around Portia, hollering up to Knight to "get the fucking job done!" Knight shouts back at Terrella, but the veteran doesn't take his eye off of Knox for long. He pulls the Raven up, delivering a huge 'Welcome to Hollywood' to Knox's head, drawing boos from the crowd. Terrella again shouts up: "stop fuckin' around and put him down!" Knight again barks back. He pulls Knox up, but as Portia and Terrella are conversing about something, Knight shoves Knox down and slides to the outside with a burst right in front of them! Portia flees as Knight cold cocks the champion! Terrella comes right back with a left hand of his own though, staggering Knight! }Rayne: Knight and Terrella may share a common goal, but they definitely aren't on the same page!
Iyo Kenshin: I'm not sure they're even reading out of the same book, Rayne!
{ Terrella buries a knee into Knight's midsection, then overpowers him to throw Knight up the ramp! Knight rolls a few times before getting to his feet in a state of retreat. Terrella pursues, with Portia following not far behind. They move up to the top of the ramp. Terrella grabs Knight by the head and rams him face-first into the steel structure by the curtain that helps to hold up the Imperialtron! Knight gets busted open with the hit; but he comes right back to bite Terrella on the nose! Knight kicks Terrella in the gut, trying to position him for the 'Banned in Memphis' on the stage! Portia steps in for her man, however, by jumping on Knight's back and digging her fingernails into his eyes! With Knight blinded, Portia steps aside, and Terrella nearly cuts the 'Hollywood Butcher' in two with a savage spear! The King stays on Knight, too, punishing him with hard, deliberate left hands to his forehead! After ten punches, Terrella switches gears, just grabbing Knight by the throat and smashing the back of his skull against the steel grating on the stage! }Iyo Kenshin: Stephen Terrella's offense is far from what wrestling purists would label pretty, but it is damn sure effective.
Rayne: If a wrestling purist tuned into this match with any expectation of seeing a headlock takeover, they deserve to be disappointed.
Iyo Kenshin: Look who just rolled out of the ring though, Rayne! The Raven is heading for the stage!
Rayne: If he had an ounce of sense in his head, he'd head for the exit! Terrella and Knight may have already beaten that out of him, though!
{ Portia is quick to direct her man's attention toward the incoming threat, and Terrella lets go of Knight's throat to go meet Knox. Matthew staggers a bit coming up the stage from the blood loss, but he doesn't back down from Terrella. Knox tries to bullrush Terrella, but Stephen lowers his center of gravity enough to catch Knox and fling him up the stage. Terrella runs up and straight kicks Knox in the head, knocking him flat from his previous position on all fours! Terrella puts his tactical style boot on Knox's windpipe, pressing down to choke him as he flips Matthew off. }Stephen Terrella: You want to fight me now, motherfucker!? Do you!? I know about hatred! I hate you! And before we're done, Knox, I'm going to leave your brains laying on this fucking stage! And you know why!? Cuz' you ain't man enough to stop me!
{ Terrella has to relinquish the choke when he sees Knight flying in! Knight dives onto Terrella, and the champion trips on Knox's body and falls backward onto the stage! Knight has a pair of brass knuckles on his hand this time, and he hammers away on the top of Terrella's head in rapid fire fashion until Terrella is busted wide open! Portia puts her hands on her head, not quite sure what to do. Knight sheds the brass knuckles in favor of his pair of brass handcuffs now, and he wrestles with Terrella, trying to get the handcuffs on his wrist. Knight finally gets the cuffs locked on one of Terrella's wrists, but the bloodied Terrella stands up with Knight on his back! Terrella turns around, walking right into a roundhouse kick from Matthew Knox! }Iyo Kenshin: The Raven is up!
Rayne: How!? He's had to have lost a gallon of blood!
{ Terrella drops to a knee, only kept from being knocked flat by Nick Knight holding onto his throat ironically enough.Knight tries to go after Knox, but the Raven delivers a Mae Geri Keage to his chest! Terrella stands up, but like a tornado, Knox spins and takes him off his feet with a Ashi Barai! Knight is still gasping for breath when the second wind coursing through Knox's body sees him push into Knight and deliver a Fumikomi to Knight's foot! The Raven follows up with a Hiza Geri knee strike, then a Kansetsu Geri to Knight's bad knee, a Kin Geri to the groin of the Hollywood Butcher, which sets Knight up for an axe kick to the back of the head! Knox lets out a primal yell before turning his attention back to Terrella, who has managed to get up! Knox catches Terrella in the chest with a Mae Tobi Geri, driving him back; but Terrella won't leave his feet! Like a tank, Terrella rumbles forward, and Knox strikes him with a Mawashi Geri to the head that knocks him off balance! Knox backs up as Terrella lingers at the edge of the stage, rushing forward and putting both boots into Terrella's chest with a Nidan Tobi Geri! Terrella is knocked backward off the stage, crashing through a table below! }
Rayne: This is like one of those karate movies you see on tv late at night where all the voices are horribly dubbed over!
Iyo Kenshin: Matthew Knox is kicking anything that moves!
Rayne: Well sit still, dammit! I know you're excited, Iyo, but I don't want your blood on me!
{ Knight is up. The crowd is on their feet in firm support of the Raven! Knox bends down, lifting Knight up and delivering the 'Into the Void' on him! Knight is out cold on the stage! Knox goes digging into his boot, pulling out a pair of handcuffs. He bends down, cuffing Nick Knight's right wrist to the stage! }
Iyo Kenshin: The Raven has eliminated Nick Knight from the contest!
Rayne: He's got to cuff Terrella though to win! The match isn't over!
{ Having lost a ton of blood, Knox is forced to a knee after the flurry. Terrella can do nothing to capitalize, however, as he's laying in the wreckage of the table on the side of the stage. Knox looks down, watching the droplets of sweat and blood fall from his head onto the stage. Portia is already running down to check on Terrella, knowing her man is in a bad way. The crowd is stomping their feet, trying to will Knox up. He finally rises, staggering down the ramp a little like a zombie with the side-to-side sway in his step. Terrella rolls over, but with a bad back and the spill on the floor from so far up, he can't get his three hundred pound frame up out of the debris even with Portia's attempted help pulling. Knox makes the turn at the bottom of the ramp, grabbing an empty seat out of the audience section and folding the chair up on the walk past. }Iyo Kenshin: Matthew Knox may be looking for a little payback, Rayne!
Rayne: I won't condone what Terrella did to him, but that doesn't make what might be going through the Raven's head right!
{ Knox closes the gap. Portia retreats, and Terrella rolls over, telling her to stay back as struggle on to all fours. He looks up at Knox with the same defiance the Raven showed him two weeks ago, telling him to "go fuck yourself, bitch." The Raven lifts the chair overhead, slamming it down on Terrella's back. He lifts it up and delivers another shot. Again he raises the chair and slams it into Terrella's spine! Portia covers her face, unable to watch. Over and over he bashes Terrella in the back with the chair as the crowd counts along until they reach twenty! Terrella's back is reddened, and blood is pouring from his head as the Raven brings the chair up one more time- but he stops! He drops the chair, bloody and beaten himself. He takes the hand of Terrella that Knight already cuffed as Terrella lays grimacing in anguish, and Knox buries a knee in Terrella's back as he reaches for Terrella's other hand and cuffs his arms together. The referee calls for the bell. }
Ding!
Ding!
Ding!
{ Knox gets real close to Terrella's ear, telling him...}Matthew Knox: I still owe you one.
{ Knox's music hits almost as soon as he whispers the words to Terrella. Knox grabs the steel chair and steps back, raising it in the air as Portia rushes over to check on Terrella. }Alison Valance: Your winner of the match... and NEW INVICTUS CHAMPION!... THE RAVEN!... MATTHEW KNOX!!!
{ Knox turns around, watching as Portia wipes tries to wipe the blood from Terrella's head with her hand. }
Iyo Kenshin: Matthew Knox has done it, Rayne! He has ended the nearly seven month reign of Stephen Terrella!
Rayne: It's hard to say he didn't earn that title tonight! He came in here a wounded man! He's leaving a wounded man! But he's also leaving Invictus Champion!
{ Knox quickly spins around, grabbing Portia by the hair and pulling her off of Terrella! He pulls her away as Terrella yells at the top of his lungs, "No! Fuck you, Knox!" Knox pushes Portia to the floor with a chair in hand, placing a boot between her shoulder blades to hold her down. }Stephen Terrella: Knox! I will kill you! You better hit me 'cuz I will fuckin kill you!
{ Knox raises the chair over his head... }Rayne: No!
{ Knox brings the chair halfway down before stopping his swing! Terrella's blood is boiling as he's trying to get up with the cuffs on, even through the pain with the aid of adrenaline and rage. Knox tosses the chair away, holding up one finger for Terrella. He takes his boot off Portia's back and collects his Invictus Championship, holding it high over head before he staggers to the back and disappears off the side of the stage. }
Winner: Matthew Knox

Jennie Fenix © vs
Sorcha Wynn vs Brooklyn Maddox
------------------------------------
Vasco Dias: As we have learned earlier in the evening, this match has turned into a one-on-one match between the Queen’s Gambit, Brooklyn Madrox, challenging Jennie Fenix for the IWF Women’s World Championship! It is a rematch from High Stakes!
Terri Morasco: It is unfortunate to have heard of Sorcha Wynne’s injury, but the show must go on! But now there’s a question that I have: does this swing things in favor of Jennie? Back when it was a triple threat, Jennie has not been successful in those types of matches… One-on-one, she shines! More than one? She seems to struggle. So does this give Jennie an edge?
Vasco Dias: Honestly, Terri: yes. Yes, I do believe that the champion is now holding the advantage of this match, but not by much!
{The lights go dark again, the arena filling with swirling tones of purple light on black. It is a much darker tone than her usual fanfare. The mood is tense, and the arena fills with the screeching and cawing of crows. At first it seems as though they are coming over the sound system… but it is quickly apparent that a huge flock of ravens – have suddenly begun swooping through the rafters of the stadium. A long, distorted tone rings through the arena as purple smoke floods the ramp and “MissUnderstood” begins to play.}Alison Valance: Making her way to the ring, weighing in at 112 pounds: THE LITTLE BAD WOLF ... BROOKLYYYYYYN MAAAAAADROOOOOX!
{A wind seems to kick up from the entrance arena, blowing the smoke through the audience, revealing Brooklyn Madrox standing there in the dark mist – her usual attire covered by what appears to be a dress of raven feathers. She stands there, grinning with a cruel gleam in her eye as she stares down the ramp. After a few moments, she strides towards the ring while maintaining eye contact with her opponent. She shrugs off the dress after climbing onto the apron. The crows land around her, perching on the ropes as she ducks under the top. She takes to the center of the ring and slowly spins, closing her eyes and chuckling as the crows take flight, swirling around the ring. When she stops, the sound of a thunderclap rings through the arena, causing the crows to fly off and vanish.}Vasco Dias: The challenger is in the ring, and she looks ready for tonight. She looks like she’s going to for sure be taking the title! It’s hard for me to say that Jennie has the edge after this turned into one-on-one, but it’s going to be a close one. I do hope that Brooklyn will shock the world, though! I don’t know how much longer I can stand to see Jennie degrade the championship!
Terri Morasco: What do you mean?! She’s been doing the best she could. She’s doing meet and greets, touring, everything she can because she wants the best competition to come against her.
{ The lights throughout the MGM Garden Arena all go out and the crowd is already buzzing before the champion has emerged… Enshrouded in darkness, but just then: the masks. The Purge masks all begin to take over the audience, all with alternating colors– a lot of the Jennie-specific lavender ones, but blue, green, yellow; every color begins to show in the crowd, and just then, “Strange Girl” by Halestorm plays. }Do I make you nervous?
Do I make you scared?
Do I make you wanna just stop and stare?
Weird, bizarre, unusual
Sicker than sick, atypical
A perfect picture of your fucking worst nightmare
{ The spotlight scours the audience for several seconds but the loud uproar from one particular section of the crowd brings the attention there… }Vasco Dias: I hope security is ready for whatever these lunatics try to do!
Terri Morasco: They’re just showing their support, Vasco!
{ The spotlight lands on Jennie in the audience with a mask of her own, and the two titles that she still holds being held high into the air– the IWF Women’s World Championship that is on the line here tonight, and the Interstellar Gemini title that she holds along with Tara. She holds her pose for several seconds as the lights begin to come back on, and then hops down from where she was perched. She drapes both of the titles over her shoulders as the fans stretch their hands out toward her… Security is not there to protect the champion, so they are successful, but they make a hole for the champion to walk freely through. }Alison Valance: Ladies and gentlemen! On her way to the ring! SHE IS! The IWF Women’s World Champion! SHE IS! THE FAMILY JINX! DJINNIE! THE SIREN! JENNIE! FEEEEENNNNNIIIIIXXXXX!!!!!!!!!
{ At the announcement of her name, the crowd gets even louder; Jennie continues her march through the audience before finally reaching the barricade, and hops over– she takes off her mask and beanie and flings them into the audience where a small brawl occurs over them. With both titles in her hands, she slides under the bottom ropes and lies down in the center of the ring for a couple of seconds, even hopping up and down several times while on her stomach. }Vasco Dias: I hope she savors this moment because after tonight– I’m changing my vote, Terri– after tonight, we will be seeing a new champion!
Terri Morasco: Jennie is– on a level, Vasco. She has taken this entire industry by storm! She is turning heads wherever she goes, and she is getting better each and every day! Truly, Vasco, I think the day may come where she could truly surpass Tara!
Vasco Dias: Crazy talk!
{ Jennie springs to her feet, and glances at Brooklyn who holds her arms out to gesture that she’s standing right there. Jennie shrugs her off, and gets to the nearest turnbuckle– she holds both of the titles high again before jumping off the turnbuckle and doing a one-eighty, landing back on her feet. She hands the Interstellar Gemini title out to the timekeeper, and the IWF Women’s World Championship to Blue Shoes.
The lights return to normal. Brooklyn and Jennie meet in the center of the ring, and Blue Shoes holds the title overhead to show it to the audience… this is the main event of Night of the Immortals! This is an IWF Women’s World Championship match! The crowd is already going crazy! Blue Shoes gestures for the two women to go to their corners, and hands the title out before returning to his place in the center of the ring… }DING!
{ Jennie and Brooklyn are going right for each other at the start of the match; they each have a hand holding the other, while going into wild swinging with the other hand! The rapid strikes continue alternating back and forth! }Terri Morasco: What an explosive start!
Vasco Dias: Brooklyn and Jennie are going right at it, and just– this crowd, Terri, this crowd is going back and forth!
{ The back and forth action continues until it seems like Brooklyn is gaining the upper hand; she battles Jennie back into the corner, but Jennie immediately reverses Brooklyn into the corner– she is able to break free from the clinch, to the cheers from the audience, and Jennie fires with a knife edge chop! Brooklyn covers her chest, but Jennie moves her arm out of the way and gets a second knife edge chop! Brooklyn lunges forward, and Jennie answers with a knee– Brooklyn gets the wind knocked out of her, and Jennie climbs to the second rope and begins to use the ten strike combo! }Crowd: ONE!
Crowd: TWO!
Crowd: THREE!
Crowd: FOUR!
Vasco Dias: The crowd is absolutely adoring that Jennie is using an illegal closed fist against her challenger!
Crowd: FIVE!
{ Brooklyn gets her arms under Jennie and starts to carry her out of the corner in a powerbomb position! }Vasco Dias: What the– what resilience from Brooklyn!
{ Jennie counters with a hurricanrana sending Brooklyn to hang over the middle ropes!}Terri Morasco: And a great counter from Jennie, too. She is proving every day that she’s not the type of person that you want to count out of any contest.
{ Jennie charges toward Brooklyn while she’s hung out on the ropes– Brooklyn moves out of the way, and counters into a scissor leg sweep! Jennie is now hung on the middle rope, and Brooklyn springs back to her feet driving a knee against Jennie’s back to use the ropes and her knee to choke the life out of Jennie. Brooklyn holds the choke for the allotted four count before releasing– she pulls Jennie back to her feet and connects with a short arm clothesline! Brooklyn maintains her grasp on Jennie’s wrist and pulls her back up. A second short arm clothesline. Brooklyn releases this time, and Jennie is trying to shake the cobwebs out while Brooklyn stalks her momentarily. }Vasco Dias: The challenger has control of the situation, but she’s going to want to stay on top of her. Don’t give her an inch, because she will take a mile!
Terri Morasco: You’re absolutely right, Vasco. Let’s remember how close Brooklyn came to defeating her at High Stakes, just for Jennie to come in with a surprise reversal–
{ Brooklyn gets Jennie into a reverse waistlock as she’s getting up, and Jennie tries to maintain her own footing– Brooklyn pulls her back slightly, and Jennie is able to bring Brooklyn forward with an arm drag, and transitions into a FISHERMAN CLUTCH! }Terri Morasco: And just like that, Vasco! Just like that!

{ BROOKLYN KICKS OUT! }Vasco Dias: PHEW!
Terri Morasco: Jennie came close to stealing another one from Brooklyn with that one, and–
Vasco Dias: I don’t think Brooklyn would be too pleased with losing to Jennie two times in that way!
{ Brooklyn and Jennie are both getting to their feet, and Jennie is the first one to spring forward only for Brooklyn to take her over with a Japanese Arm Drag! Both of them are quick to their feet, and Brooklyn sails Jennie back over with a second Japanese Arm Drag! Yet again, back to their feet, and Brooklyn now catches Jennie with an elbow that staggers her back– Brooklyn sends her off with an Irish-whip, and rushes to the center of the ring to catch her…
Jennie handsprings forward against the ropes, and uses the momentum to come back for a backflip– looking to transition into a Moonsault/Reverse DDT combo–
Brooklyn charges forward as Jennie is in mid-flip. Jennie loses her balance and falls to a single knee, and Brooklyn comes back and charges in for BALOR’S GAZE! }Terri Morasco: She just about took Jennie’s head off with that one, and we could be looking at a new champion right here!

{ JENNIE KICKS OUT! }Vasco Dias: It was some great timing from Brooklyn to catch Jennie with that, and great athleticism on Jennie’s part. I’m not going to try to deny that!
Terri Morasco: But it still wasn’t enough to keep her down, Vasco!
{ A dazed Jennie is trying to shake it off while getting back to her feet, and Brooklyn is there to pull her the rest of the way to her feet. Brooklyn starts a combination with an uppercut, and then several elbows and knees to battle Jennie against the ropes– Brooklyn presses her elbow against Jennie’s neck momentarily, and then takes her wrist with a free arm… Brooklyn sends her across the ropes to the opposite corner, and follows in immediately.
Jennie springs to the top rope, and backflips over Brooklyn and lands on her feet! Jennie springs forward and connects with a front dropkick that sends Brooklyn tumbling into the second turnbuckle; she grips the middle ropes to try to bring herself back up, and Jennie continues forward and lifts herself into a handstand on the turnbuckle…she comes back down and drives both of her knees to Brooklyn’s back! Brooklyn cringes from the knee strike and goes into a seated position in the corner. Jennie does another handspring to gain some momentum as she comes down with a dropkick to Brooklyn’s chest! }Terri Morasco: And just like that, the champion is swinging the momentum back into her favor!
Vasco Dias: Brooklyn is hurting after that series.
Terri Morasco: This crowd loves it, though, and it looks like Brooklyn is escaping to the outside of the ring. She’s hurt, Vasco. She’s definitely hurt after that combination.
{ Blue Shoes is calling for Brooklyn to get back into the ring. Brooklyn leans against the ring apron to regain her composure– Jennie stands back up, and looks for her next move…she charges to the opposite corner, and comes back with a baseball slide! }Vasco Dias: Come on! Give her time to reset!
Terri Morasco: That’s not how this goes, and you know it, and this crowd doesn’t want this action to slow down at all!
{ The slide connects, and Jennie lands on the outside of the ring as Brooklyn tumbles backward into the barricade; she manages to stay on her feet, using the barricade to hold herself up… Jennie dashes forward just as Brooklyn straightens her posture, and clotheslines her over the barricade and into the audience! The crowd bellows with a loud cheer as Brooklyn goes over, with Jennie still en route. }Vasco Dias: I don’t like how Jennie is doing this. I really don’t!
Terri Morasco: She’s doing what she has to do, and she knows she has to be the aggressor.
{ Jennie climbs over the barricade just as Brooklyn is getting on one knee… Blue Shoes is still calling for the fighters to take the action back into the ring, but refusing to execute any kind of count as this is the main event of Night of the Immortals! Jennie delivers an overhand forearm smash connecting against Brooklyn– Brooklyn shakes it off and shows her own resistance while getting to her feet…but Jennie drives a hard knee against her midsection to drive the wind back out of her, and Brooklyn stumbles backward through the audience while security is trying to hold the crowd back.
Jennie charges in for a double axe handle smash as Brooklyn is getting up– Brooklyn counters with a mule kick! Jennie stumbles back, and Brooklyn is able to run in and drag Jennie down with a sitout facebuster! }Terri Morasco: Jennie could be feeling that one! That’s right onto the concrete!
Vasco Dias: Serves her right for taking it out to the audience!
{ Jennie was able to save herself slightly by getting her arm between her face and the concrete, but she tries to stretch out her arm a little bit afterward…Brooklyn sees Jennie favoring the arm slightly, and delivers a straight kick against her shoulder, and then pulls at that arm and completes an arm wrench before dropping her back down to the ring. Jennie grimaces from some of the damage, but still clutches her arm– she rolls onto her stomach and moves toward one of the audience chairs and places a hand against it…Brooklyn stomps on the hand, driving her heel down against it! }Vasco Dias: I’m pretty sure I heard a crack there!
Terri Morasco: Brooklyn is battling back, and battling smart. I’m not arguing it, Vasco, but she’s still gotta be able to get Jennie back to the ring.
{ Brooklyn pulls Jennie back up and hits her with an elbow to her midsection then grabs her arm– she sends her toward the barricade with force! JENNIE REVERSES! Jennie stops all of the momentum and pulls Brooklyn into a heavy kick that causes her to stumble. Jennie takes a step forward and goes for a palm strike with her good arm– Brooklyn catches it and flings Jennie forward a little, and charges in behind her with a double knee strike to her back! Jennie tumbles forward and falls against the staircase. }Terri Morasco: Brooklyn is keeping the pressure on Jennie, and that concrete is unforgiving, Vasco!
Vasco Dias: Listen, all she had to do was keep this as a good, clean fight, but she couldn’t do that. She had to try to showboat. She had to go out to the audience–
Terri Morasco: The fans love her!
Vasco Dias: But they have no business being part of the show in this regard!
{ Brooklyn pulls Jennie back to her feet and gets her into a side headlock using this position to control Jennie as she walks her back toward the barricade– as the two get closer, Jennie shoves Brooklyn off and Brooklyn collides with the barricade and goes right over! }Terri Morasco: There’s the spark of the champion!
{ Brooklyn rolls forward and stands back up. Meanwhile, Jennie rushes forward and springs to the barricade, and comes off with a shooting star press! Jennie crashes into Brooklyn, but manages to land back on her feet as she shakes her arm again with this brief moment and can see that there’s no serious damage…merely a minor pain from it hitting the concrete. Jennie grabs a handful of Brooklyn’s hair and pulls her to standing up, then slams her head against the ring apron! NO!
Brooklyn is able to stop the momentum to the shock of the audience– Jennie raises her head back up and goes to slam it down with more force this time, but Brooklyn counters with an elbow to Jennie’s midsection! Brooklyn with a second elbow! And a third! Brooklyn breaks free from Jennie’s grasp, and gets her into a side headlock again before rushing forward this time and coming down with a running bulldog across the steel steps! }Vasco Dias: Very intuitive right there! That’s knowing how to use the items to your advantage, and in such a way that there would be no disqualification!
Terri Morasco: Vasco, I think Jennie’s been busted open…
Vasco Dias: Lemme see.
{ The camera gets a shot of Jennie as she’s pushing herself up, and blood is trickling from her forehead– Brooklyn pulls Jennie back up and delivers a bionic elbow, aiming for that cut! }Vasco Dias: Like a shark, Terri, and I absolutely love it!
{ Jennie stumbles back and covers her head, trying to wipe the blood from her head as it now covers her hands… she gets a glazed look over her eyes while looking at it, and Brooklyn turns her toward her again and connects with a second bionic elbow, aimed for the same spot! }Vasco Dias: She sees that blood and she’s going for it!
{ Brooklyn goes for a third bionic elbow– Jennie answers with a backhand strike. Brooklyn persists with her own strikes and Jennie is still competing back and forth as the two are now clinched, taking every shot they can against the other whilst battling around the outside of the ring! }Vasco Dias: W-w-w-wait a minute, Terri! They’re getting too close to us!
{ The two are barreling toward the commentators tables, and Jennie gains the leverage as she slams Brooklyn’s back against the commentators table! Terri and Vasco retreat to a safe distance. Brooklyn catches Jennie with a front headlock after cringing from the attack, and tries to angle it to apply pressure with the hold– }Terri Morasco: Brooklyn is keeping calm under the pressure and some of the chaos that we’re seeing happening here tonight, and you can see Jennie’s face starting to drain– she can’t breathe, Vasco, but she can’t even tap out while outside of the ring!
Vasco Dias: Y’see, where this’ll fully benefit Brooklyn is that she’s going to force Jennie to black out and then get her in the ring and just bring it to an easy end.
{ Blue Shoes slides out of the ring and is instructing both of the women to get back into the ring, but Brooklyn ignores it as she wrenches more and more on the hold– Jennie delivers several punches against Brooklyn’s ribs, driving her knuckles right against her ribcage! Brooklyn is able to hold on…Jennie spins them around, locking her arms around Brooklyn’s waist before raising her– Brooklyn has to release the hold, trying to save herself from a crash landing– Jennie completes a waterwheel drop! Brooklyn lands on the table, and Jennie lands in a seated position against the table.
Blue Shoes takes a moment to check on the cut on Jennie and ensure that she can medically continue to go… You can see the two conversing back and forth with one another, but not audible until Jennie shouts. }Jennie Fenix: I’m fine!
{ She screams while standing back up. Meanwhile, Brooklyn rolled through and stands on the opposite end of the table. }Terri Morasco: This is still too close for comfort, Vasco.
Vasco Dias: Do your job, Blue Shoes! Get them back in the ring!
Blue Shoes: I’ve told them!
Vasco Dias: START COUNTING THEM OUT!
{ Blue Shoes shakes his head at Vasco.
Jennie climbs onto the table as Brooklyn still has her hands on the table– Jennie stomps against one of Brooklyn’s hands, and Brooklyn wails for a brief moment, but quickly bites down on her lip. Brooklyn lunges forward, grabbing both of Jennie’s legs as she forces her down against the table! Jennie slides to the edge of the table and begins to strike rapidly against the challenger as she tries to defend herself the best she can…Jennie finally pushes Brooklyn off and sends her back into the barricade… Brooklyn seems unphased, running purely on adrenaline, as she charges forward just as Jennie gets off of the table and lifts her up and takes her down with a huge SPINEBUSTER THROUGH THE TABLE! The high impact from Brooklyn earns a huge pop from the crowd! }Crowd: THIS IS AWESOME!
Crowd: THIS IS AWESOME!
Crowd: THIS IS AWESOME!
Crowd: THIS IS AWESOME!
Crowd: THIS IS AWESOME!
{ Brooklyn lays down momentarily to regain her composure, and as she does get to her feet, she pulls Jennie along with her…Jennie almost falls right back down, but Brooklyn keeps her up before sending her toward the ring and finally slides her back into the ring. Blue Shoes is the next one in the ring, and then Brooklyn finally rolls under and covers Jennie. }Vasco Dias: Finally back in the ring, and we’re looking at the new champion right now!

JENNIE SPINS OUT OF IT! The crowd lets out a huge gasp when Jennie spins out of it, but Brooklyn still has a lock on Jennie. }Vasco Dias: She’s just too slippery!
{ Jennie rushes Brooklyn against the ropes, and goes for an O’Connor roll– Brooklyn hooks her arms against the ropes, and Jennie rolls backwards on her own…Brooklyn rushes forward, and Jennie lunges forward to close the gap unexpectedly toward Brooklyn, and hooks one of her arms! { Brooklyn looks out cold after the kick, and takes a step back before falling to the ground, flat on her back… Jennie scrambles to her feet– Brooklyn, playing possum, is able to sit up just far enough as Jennie closes the distance to pull her forward, then push her the rest of the way out of the ring! }Vasco Dias: Brooklyn Madrox buys herself some time there!
{ Jennie tumbles to the outside of the ring but shows off her catlike reflexes by landing on her feet, albeit off balance…
Back inside of the ring, Brooklyn is still dazed after that headshot but uses the ropes to pull herself up and paces back and forth inside the ring to regain her bearings. Jennie springs to the ring apron, and then to the turnbuckle– in one fluid motion, she reaches the top rope, and Brooklyn turns just in time for Jennie to dive off for OUT OF WISHES!
Brooklyn EVADES!
Jennie bounces off of the mat, but is able to quickly recover as she turns right into Brooklyn Madrox and UP, UP, DOWN, DOWN! The jumping reverse STO! Brooklyn rolls Jennie right over, and rolls her up, pushing all of her weight against Jennie’s shoulders in the process.}ONE!

THR– JENNIE KICKS OUT!
Vasco Dias: Unbelievable!
Terri Morasco: She took a pretty hard landing with missing Out of Wishes, and then just the icing on the cake was the Up, Up, Down, Down, and I’m not gonna lie, I thought for sure that we were going to be crowning a new champion here tonight!
Vasco Dias: And we should be! By all rights, we should be!
{ Jennie is a bloody mess as she looks like she had come out of a car crash. Brooklyn is in shock that she did not get the three off of that sequence. Brooklyn rolls toward the corner and gets to her feet halfway through, still not looking to waste time or play with the champion…Brooklyn stalks Jennie for a moment while she’s trying to recover. }Vasco Dias: This is going to be it, though. This is it, Terri. I know it in my heart, this is it! Brooklyn is prepared for something big!
Terri Morasco: The crowd knows what’s coming, and they’re trying to warn Jennie!
{ Jennie stumbles to her feet, and Brooklyn charges out for the WOLF AT THE DOOR! }Vasco Dias: WOLF! AT! THE!
{ JENNIE EVADES! She uses the same counter as she did at High Stakes, and has Brooklyn rolled into a LEG-HOOK TORNADO CLUTCH! }Vasco Dias: NOOOOO!
Terri Morasco: Jennie saw it coming, and she had the same counteR!

THRE—NOOOOO!!!!!
{ BROOKLYN KICKS OUT AT THE LAST POSSIBLE SECOND! }Terri Morasco: And Brooklyn gets out of it!
Vasco Dias: Lightning WILL NOT strike twice! Check my pulse, Terri. Check it!
{ Jennie is becoming frustrated that Brooklyn kicked out of that one, and is thinking of what else she has to do… She stands up near the center of the ring, and Brooklyn also gets up– Jennie reaches to get the blindside attack against the challenger, but Brooklyn answers with a mule kick! Jennie falls backward to a seated position, and Brooklyn charges in for BALOR’S GAZE!
Jennie counters into a drop toe hold, dropping Brooklyn against the second rope!
The crowd is going crazy as Jennie pulls herself back up, and Brooklyn is still draped over– Jennie vaults herself over the top rope and comes down with a LEG DROP across Brooklyn’s back! Brooklyn bounces between the ropes several times, but is still hung out on them. }Terri Morasco: The back and forth action between these two are crazy. They know each other so well, and always have an answer for the other.
{ Jennie climbs back onto the ring apron, just as Brooklyn is trying to get her feet back under her… Jennie jumps over the top rope for a sunset flip! Brooklyn goes down into the roll up! }ONE!

{ Jennie reverses it back in her favor, but Brooklyn rolls through and steps forward for a low dropkick before Jennie can recover! }Terri Morasco: Two near falls there, but Brooklyn is smart enough to get out of the back and forth.
Vasco Dias: And she capitalizes with a well-placed dropkick.
{ Brooklyn draws in a deep breath while standing up, and she uses the ropes to jump and elevate herself higher while coming down with a knee drop! Brooklyn is back to her feet, and a second knee drop! The knee drops continue three, four, five, six, seven, eight, NINE TIMES! }Vasco Dias: I genuinely feel that Brooklyn is over this. She wants the next pinfall she goes for to be the final pinfall! She is going to be walking out of Night of the Immortals tonight!
Terri Morasco: She is starting to pick Jennie apart, but Jennie is still one of those people that you can never count her out. Never count her out! You can hear this Las Vegas audience trying to rally behind the fan favorite, but Brooklyn looks content with keeping it in her favor.
{ Jennie is pulling on the ropes to try to regain her own footing… but Brooklyn is there with several more elbow strikes, and a straight kick to her ribs! Brooklyn grabs Jennie by the head to pull her from the ropes– BACK ELBOW! Jennie reverses with a back elbow, and Brooklyn stumbles back but springs herself forward– Jennie swings herself between the ropes, and catches Brooklyn with a PENDULUM KICK! }Terri Morasco: Where did that one come from?!
Vasco Dias: Brooklyn is seeing stars!
{ Brooklyn stumbles back toward the center of the ring, but manages to stay on her feet; she is wobbly the entire way. Jennie gets onto the ring apron and beckons out to the audience to get them to rally further behind her, and Brooklyn turns toward her…Jennie springs to the top rope, and leaps off!
OUT OF WISHES! }Terri Morasco: Jennie CONNECTS!

Vasco Dias: Bah– Terri– I just– I don’t know…
Terri Morasco: I’m at an absolute loss for words right now, Vasco, but this match goes on!
{ Jennie is in complete disbelief that Brooklyn had kicked out, and is pleading her case with Blue Shoes– she gets to her feet, and continues to argue with Blue Shoes over the count, but Blue Shoes is quite insistent that it was only a two count. The crowd is baffled, half wanting to agree with Jennie, and the other half wanting the match to go on.
Brooklyn is slowly able to recover while Jennie is distracted with Blue Shoes, and Brooklyn lunges forward to roll her into a schoolyard pin! }Terri Morasco: Brooklyn looking to steal it!

Vasco Dias: …
Terri Morasco: The champion with the shoulder up! And now Brooklyn is equally just as frustrated with Blue Shoes, but Blue Shoes is counting it right down the middle! Just– something– something is willing on both champion and challenger here tonight. Something is keeping them going!
{ Brooklyn argues with Blue Shoes while getting to her feet, still rubbing her own head in the process from feeling the effects of Out of Wishes– Jennie lies out on her stomach in the center of the ring, her blood still leaving a trail on the canvas as she tries to muster the strength to crawl to the edge of the ring… }Vasco Dias: Focus, Brooklyn! Focus! You’ve still got this! It’s yours for the taking!
{ Jennie sees her opportunity while Brooklyn is still distracted and launches forward to get her in her grasp! She’s looking to lock on FALL OF THE EMPIRE! }Terri Morasco: A submission?! We rarely see Jennie go for submissions, but she could get it locked in–
{ Brooklyn battles out of it with a couple of elbows, and swings wildly for Jennie– Jennie ducks, and immediately leaps up to catch Brooklyn with a hurricanrana and transition for the BER-DJINN TRIANGLE! }Vasco Dias: Just– just when you think that you’ve seen it all out of her, she’s pulling out something new!
Terri Morasco: The arm triangle!
{Tara uses it as The Phoenix Triangle, and Shouta helped train her with mastering how to get this in– she doesn’t get quite the same amount of pressure, but she could have it…Brooklyn rolls Jennie up!}ONE!

{ Jennie rushes Brooklyn before she can get to her feet, and jumps to her shoulders into an electric chair position– she has one of Brooklyn’s arms trapped, and spins around her to take her down and into a side cradle! }Terri Morasco: Jennie has it! Brooklyn’s shoulders are down!

Terri Morasco: Jennie won! JENNIE WON!
Vasco Dias: It was two, Terri! Blue Shoes is signaling that Brooklyn was able to get a shoulder up! Just barely!
Terri Morasco: I’m telling you Vasco! That was THREE!
{ The crowd bursts into a premature cheer, and it takes them a little longer to realize that the bell never sounded… Jennie heaves after another close call, and remains seated while arguing again with Blue Shoes about the count. }Vasco Dias: You said it yourself that Blue Shoes calls it right down the middle, and so we still have this one going!
{ Brooklyn is breathing heavily against the mat with her shoulder only slightly up– Jennie wipes her face while getting back to her feet, and then looks at Brooklyn… She stomps her a couple of times before dragging her by the arm and leg toward the corner and then signals that she’s going to go high! The crowd cheers when Jennie begins her ascension to the top rope, glancing over her shoulder periodically to ensure that Brooklyn is still in place. }Terri Morasco: What’s Jennie thinking?
Vasco Dias: She’s getting desperate, Terri. There’s not much else she can do!
{ Jennie turns on the turnbuckle to face the inside of the ring, and looks down at Brooklyn who is still laid out– she lets out a heavy breath before jumping off: COUP DE JINX!
BROOKLYN ROLLS OUT OF THE WAY! }Terri Morasco: Brooklyn gets out of the way!
Vasco Dias: And just like that, a surge of momentum coming her way, she’s stalking Jennie!
{ Jennie’s knee buckles on the landing, and she goes down to one knee… She does regain her footing just in time to turn toward Brooklyn, as Brooklyn charges forward and WOLF AT THE DOOR! }Vasco Dias: THAT KNEE! That same knee that Brooklyn has tried to end Jennie with, and– NOOO! NO! NO NO!
{ Jennie is able to move far enough out of the way!
Brooklyn turns toward Jennie only to receive a swift side kick to her midsection; Jennie turns her around and snatches one of her arms in the process, getting Brooklyn into a half nelson and pumphandle position– just as Jennie tries to lift Brooklyn up, Brooklyn gets her arm free from the half nelson and delivers an elbow! Jennie eats the elbow, but then a second one comes in succession! Brooklyn gets back to a vertical base, and turns with a heavy mid-kick to Jennie’s stomach– Jennie keels over, and Brooklyn rushes the far ropes…she comes back and WOLF AT THE DOOR! Brooklyn collapses over Jennie. }Vasco Dias: WOLF AT THE DOOR! There’s no escaping it this time, that wolf isn’t going to stop to knock! IT’S COMING IN!

DING! DING! DING!
{ “MissUnderstood” by New Years Day blasts throughout the PA, and the audience is giving mixed reactions after the spectacle they witnessed… Brooklyn sits up, and pumps her fist into the air in succession. }Vasco Dias: She did it! She’s now a two-time IWF Women’s World Champion, and could be on her way to take back her reign as the longest reigning champion in the history of the company!
Terri Morasco: It’s unbelievable what she and Jennie went through, but Brooklyn comes out on top. But these fans– they don’t seem happy with this ending.
Vasco Dias: These fans need to get over it!
Terri Morasco: Jennie, one of the ultimate underdogs in this business– people seem to connect with her, and this is just heart shattering.
{ Blue Shoes retrieves the title and hands it to Brooklyn, then assists Jennie to the ring apron where the medical staff is there to help her… Jennie begins shoving a couple of them back, frustrated with her own performance; it wasn’t enough for her to win. Brooklyn stands in the center of the ring with Blue Shoes holding her arm into the air, and Brooklyn holding the IWF Women’s World Championship. }Vasco Dias: We can finally bring some prestige back to the championship as Brooklyn went through absolute hell to take it away from this pretender! But that is all the time we have for tonight! Thank you to everyone in attendance, thank you to all of you watching at home! GOOD NIGHT!
