-------------Wrestler Info-------------
Wrestler's Name: Fiona McFly
Nickname(s): "The Belfast Bombshell"
Gimmick: Fiona McFly is a very cheerful Northern Irishwoman who truly enjoys a love for life and its fruits. She doesn't flaunt her raw beauty unlike some of her other colleagues in the gig. These days Fiona is very opinionated, eschewing her previous need to use logic in favour of simply having fun.
Fiona has quite the love and desire for going on grounded (and sometimes outlandish) adventures--even if it meant getting into trouble. Despite protests of complacency from others, she's always maintained her sense of optimism even in the darkest of hours, taking her job and role very seriously.
Fiona carries her trusty "Cat O' Nine Tails"--a bullwhip she received at age 12 and still carries to this day--and uses it for self-defense...NOT in the bedroom as others might think. She is also quite conservative in nature and, thus, strives to uphold a good moral standard, not wanting to flaunt her beauty unlike the other Diamonds in the division by wearing anything she considers "too revealing."
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 135 lbs.
Birthdate: 7 April 1982
Place of Birth: Belfast, Northern Ireland, UK
Current Residence: Arlington, TX
Alignment: Tweener (leans face)
Pic Base: Katie McGrath
Wrestling Base: Aoife Murphy
APPEARANCES AND ATTIRES
Civilian (Out-of-Ring): With a few exceptions, you can usually find Fiona wearing black jeans, white running shoes, and a jersey/hat combination that represents her favourite football (that other sport which you can't use your hands to touch the ball) club, Chelsea. For formal events, she'll usually don a conservative coloured dress and outfit with matching heels.
In-Ring (Standard Weekly Shows): Fiona often wears silver, green, and gold boots with matching long pants and a modest sports top. Shoe often displays her two tattoos, one on each shoulder -- on her right shoulder is the McFly Family crest and motto, and on the left hand side is a tattoo of a bear, with "MAMA BEAR" written as a caption.
In-Ring (PPVs/Title Matches): Fiona will sport a tailored version of her late husband Jack Gaither's blue, silver, and gold wrestling gear.
{HANDLER'S NOTE: Fiona NEVER wears anything that might be considered "too revealing." She believes that being a public figure is more than just being men's room wanking material! }
~MUSIC AND ENTRANCES~
Theme Music: "Love Bites (So Do I)" -Halestorm
Special Entrance Intro Music: "Heart of Fire" -composed by "BrunuhVille"
Common Entrance (for standard weekly shows):
{ A video package begins playing to a rock-remix version of Rachel Platten's "Fight Song," showing a montage of Fiona McFly at various stages of her life... }
"Like a small boat
On the ocean
Sending big waves
Into motion
Like how a single word
Can make a heart open
I might only have one match
But I can make an explosion"
{ ...including home movie footage of the famous 1994 go-kart race in the Texas Hill Country. We see photos of Fiona from her high school and college graduation ceremonies. The song eventually becomes distorted and scratchy, like someone dragging a needle across the vinyl. And then... }
"ONE! TWO!!
ONE, TWO, ONE-TWO-THREE--GO!!!"
{ A burst of pyrotechnics goes off, and Fiona suddenly appears on stage to the sound of Halestorm's "Love Bites (So Do I)". With signature bullwhip in hand, she pauses for a moment to take in the noise before marching down to the ring... }
"Don't listen what your girlfriend says
She reads those magazines
That say you failed the test
You don't have what she needs
I slither like a viper
And get you by the neck
I know a thousand ways
To help you forget about her
That chick can eat her heart out...
Love bites
But so do I
So do I
Love bites
But so do I
So do I
LOVE BITES!"
{ Another blast of pyro goes off as the song kicks into high gear. Fiona then proceeds to hop into the ring and pose for the fans, before looking up to the heavens above as a tribute to those in her life who've long since passed. Fiona then goes to a neutral corner and silenly prays before the music fades out. }
Special Entrance (indoor arenas or stadiums with closed/fixed roofs; for "major" PPV events):
{ The lights go out, and we see a combination of eerie green lighting and fog fill the entire arena. Suddenly, a dancer, clad in green, walks onto the stage and performs a tap dance routine to an original Celtic piece, stopping to look at herself in front of a giant mirror--which projects an image of a very young Fiona McFly, aged seven, standing in front of a proud Royal Navy sailor as the first excerpt from the final tweet given by famed actor Leonard Nimoy is shown on the big screen above. }
"A life is like a garden..."
{ As the music increases in intensity, a second dancer, sporting a silver uniform, performs a slightly longer version of the same tap dance routine until stopping to look at the mirror--which then projects Fiona as a preteen, posing with her first go-kart racing trophy she'd won in the summer of 1994 at the age of 12. The second excerpt from the "Star Trek" legend's tweet is shown as the photo in the mirror fades into nothingness... }
"Perfect moments can be had, but not preserved..."
{ A third dancer, wearing a gold uniform, walks onto the stage to join the other two in a frenzied "Lord of the Dance"-style routine as the music reaches its crescendo. At this point, all three dancers stop to look at the mirror once again -- this time, it projects an image of Fiona sporting blonde hair, wearing her old University of Wisconsin, followed by a photo of her beating up on Ana Valentine, her first IWF opponent, as the final except for Nimoy's tweet is displayed. }
"...except in memory."
{ As the dancers begin their final tap dance, the four different photographs, all black-and-white, fade in and out as the tune reaches its climax before coming to a stop. The trip walks over to the end of the stage to grab a giant mallet; as a group, they carry the object over and, with all their combined strength, aim it directly at the glass, which shatters into pieces. At this moment, Halestorm's "Love Bies (So Do I)" begins to play as Fiona McFly, with a gold-hued whip in hand, leaps through the busted mirror, prompting pyrotechnics to go off as a shower of confetti rains down from the ceiling. With the dancers tapping to her entrance theme, Fiona smiles lovingly before joining the dancers for a routine of her own before walking down to the ring, hugging fans along the way as the lights come back on. Before stepping into the ring, Fiona gives the whip to a lucky soul as a souvenir. }

2. Undersized
Favourite Moves:
1. Scoop Slam
2. Deep Armdrag Takedown
3. Snap Suplex
4. Vertical Suplex
5. Waistlock Takedown
6. Nelson Pin
7. Headscissor takedown
8. Crucifix
9. Flying forearm
10. Hammerlock Takedown
11. Dropkick
12. Spinning wheel kick
13. Belly-to-back Suplex
14. Russian Leg Sweep
15. A Gamut of Martial Arts Maneuvers, including Roundhouse Kick/Punch Combinations
Trademark Move(s) and Description(s):
1. "Iron Claw" -- Fiona sticks her nails right into her opponent's temples. This was her late husband Jack Gaither's favourite maneuver.
2. "Penalty" -- A running football kick to an opponent who's seated on the deck (a la Katsuyori Shibata's Penalty Kick)
3. "Challenger" -- Sliding football tackle from behind, to the back of an opponent's knee (like the one that'll get you a card on the pitch )
4. "The Cunt Punt" -- This is Fiona's "Shattered Dreams"... (NOTE TO MATCH WRITERS: I've coded this move in red 'cuz this is NOT to be used regularly--only sparingly. Fiona will use this move ONLY on opponent's she STRONGLY dislikes--for example, the Garcia Twins! )
Finisher(s) and Description:
1. "KimbleLock" -- In this move, Fiona sneaks up from behind her opponent and puts him/her in a heavily-modified kimura hold.
2. "Sending Off" -- This is Fiona's straight inverted DDT (a la Sting's Scorpion Deathdrop)
3. "Raise the Cup!" -- In this move, Fiona places her victim in a cutthroat torture rack before spiking her head-first into the deck.
Special Finishers: (Use ONLY in title matches or major PPV events)
"Chelsea Clutch" -- This is Fiona's version of a Diamond Cutter--with a twist. After the cutter, she immediately performs a back roll, transitioning into a cobra clutch.
"Mantis" -- This was Jack's signature top-rope maneuver, and now Fiona has added it to her repertoire. She'll climb up to the top buckle and get into a praying mantis pose, and just as her opponent gets to her feet, she leaps off and connects, flush in the schnozz, with a single-legged kick. As Fi RARELY goes to the top rope, this move has a 50% miss rate.

All Fiona McFly ever wanted to do in life was to succeed without losing her smile.
Born in the spring of 1982, her early existence was marred by an ongoing civil war that tore her native Belfast, Northern Ireland, in half. Despite all this, Fiona lived a simple life on a small homestead located due west of the main city with her prim and proper, sheltered mother Katherine and Royal Navy serviceman William Sean McFly, who helped raise the young girl as her father--even though a startling truth had been kept from Fiona for years. She often watched as her parents routinely clashed over their beliefs and ideals--with the introverted Katherine going round-and-round with William's extroverted personality.
After witnessing William's attack in a Belfast pub in 1990, Fiona moved to Fredericksburg, Texas with her mother soon after. It was there, in the dusty, aging, used part of the Central Texas Hill Country, where Fiona became a scavenger, helping aging former cowboy Luke Digiglio run a salvage and antique shop. This lifestyle often clashed with the stay-at-home, don't-get-involved attitude of her mother, but Fiona used her hobby as a way to learn about the world around her.
Upon meeting Luke's granddaughter, ex-kindergarten teacher-turned-local small-time racecar driver Regina Kimble, Fiona was given the daunting task of keeping a boy's mother's spirit alive. The boy, Kimble's former student, was named Jack Gaither.
The two officially met while students at Arlington High School in 1998, and eventually became a mother at age 16 to a son, named after Jack's father Kirk. To keep this a secret from family and friends, it had been decided to send the young Kirk to a boarding school in Northern Ireland, where he was eventually booted for hacking into the school's computer system. Sadly, Fiona could only watch as Kirk was murdered by vengeful prosecutor--and ex-high school bully--Russell Janeway on the final day of Jack's DWI trial--a moment which caused her to be locked up in a psychiatric hospital.
Yet she and Jack never lost their spiritual connection to one another. Despite going their separate ways in the 2000s--leading to a lesbian relationship with a volleyball player at the University of Wisconsin--Fiona never fully lost sight of him. Today, the couple lives in Jack's childhood home, on Wolf Creek in Arlington, Texas.
Fiona, over the holidays, suffered the worst defeat in her life--not from anyone on the roster, but from Death itself--when her husband Jack Gaither suddenly passed away due to a heart attack. Now, as 2018 approaches, she begins the healing process by fully committing herself to the thing she loves the most--as Jack always did.
However, a nagging neck injury along with mental health issues nearly derailed her career and cost Fiona her life. After contemplating suicide at a Tokyo high rise in 2018, it was James Gilmore and Rob Diamond who convinced her to take time off and get the help she needed. After nearly seven months on a hiatus, Fiona came back in August 2019 and ascended to new career highs. As the fourth member -- and perhaps, the secret weapon -- of the stable Being InFamous, she went on to capture her second Iron Maiden in 2020 before earning her first Women's World title at Night of the Immortals VII. She was inducted into the IWF Hall of Fame for the Class of 2021.
