Bio: Frank Black is the younger brother of Eddie Black, the two teamed together as the Brothers Black. They were former IWF Tag Team Champions back in the early days of the company but were both let go once the division dissolved. The brothers continued to tour the indies as well as Japan since their release. However, recently Eddie Black passed away. With the news of Eddie’s passing, the IWF reached out to give Frank another shot at the big time.
