It's been over four months since Shelly Diamond last stepped into an IWF ring and IWF.com has an exclusive update on her injury status. As was previously reported her left shoulder sustained an injury during her match against Tara Fenix. At the time it was believed to be just a strain and she would rehab and work through it. However upon her match against Jennie Fenix the strain turned into a complete rotator cuff tear. As of this update we are not sure if Shelly has gotten surgery or will be going into surgery soon. That being said, the usual recovery time for this type of injury is anywhere between 12 and 18 months. We will keep you updated when news becomes available and we here at IWF.com wish Shelly Diamond a speedy recovery.
