Gimmick: The biological son of one of the most legendary wrestlers in history, Spike Kane, Warren's career has been a long and hard campaign struggling under his father's shadow while being repeatedly manipulated by people who wanted to use his strength for their own gain. Years of abuse left Warren a psychological mess that culminated with the death of his mother, causing him to snap entirely .
Warren’s extensive abuse history manifested in severe anger issues for most of his life, that he bottled up and compartmentalised into a “demon” called Aleister. This darker side of Warren is who he blamed for the death of one of his lovers, Maxine, who fell sick whilst pregnant. Warren believes Aleister caused her sickness as a direct response to Warren’s jealousy over having to share Dean Harper. Her death ultimately meant that Warren ended up with Dean, all to himself, just like he thought he wanted, whilst he struggled with polyamory. Racked with guilt over this, Warren sought out Eternity’s help in purging Aleister from his damned soul. She warned him there would be a great cost, but Warren was determined to purge his darker impulses at any cost. Eternity’s exorcism efforts were apparently successful, and he hasn’t been troubled by Aleister since.
The price for the liberation of his soul was the permanent loss of many memories prior to the exorcism. In order to deal and process, Warren went on a six month trip around Europe reconnecting with himself. Now returned once more, from a significant time away in therapy again, Warren looks only to salvage any person or place he values, everything else can burn in Hell with the rest of the demons he’s slain throughout a lifetime not entirely comfortable with who he is or who other people expect him to be.
He has never quite belonged anywhere, being beaten regularly alongside his mother by his stepfather, John Kidd and being largely shunned by his biological father for being a disappointment to the Kane family legacy. In the wake of his recent marital failure, Warren is now entirely divorced from not only his husband, but also the entire Kane bloodline. He was born a Kidd, he’ll live out the rest of his days a Kidd and he’ll die a Kidd. He doesn’t carry himself with the burden any longer of professionally representing an immortal legend like Kane, having chosen to no longer wrestle under his biological father’s name, but instead simply strives to be a better man, better than not only his peers but also the bastards who raised him, both inside and outside the professional wrestling business.

Warren perches himself on the corner, head bowed and eyes closed. He takes a series of slow deep breaths, relaxing himself in a brief meditation almost. Warren finally raises his head, no longer looking down on anything, but ahead. He slowly opens his eyes and relaxes, confidently, smiling again.
The music slowly fades away and the lights return to normal as he hops down into the ring and waits in the corner. A true fighter and sportsman unlike so many in this business and in his bloodline before him. Warren was a much better man, he well and truly believed that now.

The lights stop flickering and smoke stops pouring as the opening guitar riff plays. The lights quickly switch to a golden yellow flashing in rhythm with the guitar and drums.
