Alexandra rolled her eyes at the nickname. She hadn’t heard that in years either, something about it was almost nostalgic until she was reminded by the now two tone hair she sported.

“I haven’t been called that in years. If you haven’t noticed I’m not exactly a redhead anymore.”

She leaned against a wall, looking over at him.

“As for bringing you back in. If anyone can compete with the caliber of talent here, it’s you. This place could use a man like you, Dhillon. And I know that you can go far here, besides, it’ll get you out of that house now and then.”

She gave a tiny laugh.

She chuckled softly at his words, it's true, Cass certainly kept her protection detail on lockdown.  Shame though, Paulix and Koya with Dhillon could spell serious trouble for the IWF roster.  Hell Cass would be a steal for them. However, she understood wanting to keep it low for a while, hell she had. She rolled her eyes looking at him.

"You stopped bleaching your hair I see." She couldn't help but bring it up. It was something she noticed the moment he showed up here.

"Hey!" He feigned being hurt by her words.

"Hey I'm not saying it doesn't work, but I figured since it was a topic of conversation."  She chuckled hard. "So attack dogs?  Is she having issues with someone? Or is it purely for fun.  I'm sure it's the latter."

She took the time to pause giving him the chance to answer her.

She nodded listening to Dhillon, he was right she and Cassie were friends for a very long time. But when the world fell apart, Alexandra lost contact with a lot of people and closed herself off from most of the outside world. A child getting kidnapped isn't an easy thing to just get over. In a lot of ways, Ally was still dealing with all of that. But he was very right, she should reach out.

"You're right.  I should. I hadn't really thought too much on it. I knew she's keeping busy and don't want to get in the way of her life."

It was different hearing that. Having someone she trusted without a doubt or a fear, here.  Someone she knew didn't feel obligated to be here.  A friend.

"Okay Okay, I'll call her if you promise to not fill me in on all the dirty details."  There's a laugh from both of them. "Seriously though, it's good to have you back D."
