Wrestler's Name: April Madrox (April Elizabeth St. Croix)
Gimmick: April is the younger sister of Imperial Hall of Famer Brooklyn Madrox and definitely the other side of the same coin.
April, seeing her sisters rise to stardom, was encouraged to try her hand at wrestling herself. Signed to a developmental contract April began working her way through the developmental system but was released from her contract after only a few short months. Rather than give up on her dream of working with her sister, she began traveling through the various smaller independent wrestling companies dotting the landscape of the American Midwest.
Once she'd polished her skills she made her way back to IWF, but rather than try and seek out opportunities in the ring , she was offered a position helping to train the young talent at the IWF Performance Centre. April worked her way up the ladder until she became one of the head trainers at the Performance Centre. Through this opportunity she was able to travel across the globe searching for new recruits.
Most recently, she’s taken a leave from the Centre to join her sister as a part of the Murder and help keep Brooklyn grounded.

The screens soon swarm with the silhouettes of these birds, drowning out the moon and filling the arena once more in darkness as the opening strings of “The Devil’s Gonna Come” by Raphael Lake & Royal Baggs begins to play.}
“The Broken and Fallen, dangled souls been sent to burn,
Nowadays they been calling, telling me soon it’s gonna be my turn…”
{A dark red spotlight hits the stage, revealing April standing with her hands on hips.}
“Now I know… the Devil’s gonna come when the sun goes down…”
{April makes her way down to the ring, quickly climbing the ring steps and wiping her feet on the apron before stepping into the ring and walking with purpose to the middle of the ring, raising a hand into the air and clenching it into a fist as the house lights return to normal.}

Strengths: April had traveled the world working for the smaller Indy promotions scene after her initial release from IWF, soaking up everything like a sponge. The fragile, still-new to-the-game rookie has been replaced with a much more confident and technically sound competitor. Her background training in gymnastics allows her body to perform maneuvers that seem gravity-defying. She brought everything she learned to the IWF Performance Centre where she’s been integral in training the young talent that IWF has signed.
Weaknesses: Towards the end of her initial run in IWF, she took a few serious beatings and as such, ended up going under the knife for a shoulder injury. Nagging injury to her left knee in high school that, someday, will need to be repaired. For now, she does her best to mitigate damage to that knee in the hopes of delaying surgery as long as possible.
