Pre-Show
------------------------------------ Triple Threat Match1000 Word LimitTJ Alexander vs. Juste Richelieu vs. Dhillon Michaels ------------------------------------ { Black out, two spotlights merge at the entrance as Dhillon hits the stage. Gold smoke billows up as Nightmare begins to play. He’ll start to the ring and unless he’s in Cali, he’ll ignore the fans. If they heckle then he’ll get into the face of one or two on his way to the ring. He’ll stomp up the ring steps, pose for the camera on the outside of the ring, then slip between the top and middle rope. If he’s out before his opponent, he’ll bounce in the far corner. }Iyo Kenshin: Dhillon Michaels is here and he’s looking to expand on his successful debut! Rayne: I like this guy! TJ Alexander and Juste are in for some trouble here tonight! I think he’s going to definitely expand, and probably be a quick person to move up in the rankings. { As "The Touch" By Stan Bush blares out of the PA speakers, TJ Alexander walks onto stages and raises his hands out to the side, he walks down the ramp with a cocky arrogance and chip on his shoulder, and TJ runs into the ring and climbs the nearest turnbuckle and looks into the crowd with a smile on his face. }Rayne: TJ Alexander has had a bit of an up and down effect here in the IWF. Unfortunately, I just don’t see him getting the “up” tonight. Iyo Kenshin: He does have a chance to be a breakout star here still, as he is a former world champion and one of the youngest to do it, but he’s gone against our own youngest champion of all time, and was not able to make the most of that opportunity. He definitely is looking to rebound, and I think he could have a good rebound here tonight. { The lights go out and a white spotlight is shone on the ramp. Juste comes from the rafters and then heads down the aisle to cheers. He looks at the fans and nods in approval. }Alison Valance: Ladies and gentlemen coming down the aisle from Avignon France. He stands six feet five inches and weighs in at two hundred twenty pounds. He is Le Gentilhomme Fantôme d'Avignon..Juste Richelieu!!! { He slides in the ring and he climbs the turnbuckles and looks around as the crowd cheers for him some more. }Iyo Kenshin: The crowd does enjoy Juste Richelieu, and he’s still looking to see some success here in IWF! This is his chance, in a big triple threat, against two of the newcomers to IWF! Rayne: What are you saying, Iyo? He has no chance here tonight! DING!{ The three circle the ring to start the match, each one looking at the other as they are looking for the opening against another… Juste, with his attention on TJ Alexander, gives Dhillon the opening he needs as he fires a knife edge chop! The series of chops going against Juste resonates throughout the crowd, and TJ Alexander rushes in! TJ shoves Dhillon away from Juste, and starts firing away with his own knife edge chops against the Gentleman Ghost of Avignon! Dhillon steps back in and delivers a couple more chops, but TJ pulls him back and restarts his chops! }Iyo Kenshin: These two are just punishing Juste! Rayne: There’s no team here, though! I think they both just want to outshine the other! { Dhillon pulls TJ away, and shoves him further back, this time climbing the corner and beginning a punch combo! TJ grabs Dhillon by the waistband and pulls him off just as aggressively, and Dhillon looks frustrated now– he charges in and goes for a clothesline against TJ Alexander!
TJ DUCKS!
Dhillon continues forward into a boot from Juste! Juste rushes out of the corner and looks to take TJ Alexander down with a clothesline of his own, but TJ ducks underneath that one, too! Juste continues forward to rebound off of the ropes and comes back for a running DDT that catches TJ Alexander!
Juste goes for a quick cover, but Dhillon breaks it up with a double axehandle smash! Juste and Dhillon fight to their feet, but Dhillon is on the offense the whole way– Juste fires for an elbow, but Dhillon ducks and catches Juste with a spinning backfist!
TJ returns to his feet, and is able to get Dhillon into a sleeper hold! Dhillon struggles to try to get free, and even tries to throw himself forward to grab the ropes– however, TJ is able to keep in position! Dhillon circles a little bit with the referee trying to see if he’s going to fade away…and Dhillon reaches forward for the referee, as if to cling onto something to keep his consciousness. He pulls him a little closer, and then brings his foot back to deliver a hard low blow to TJ Alexander! }Rayne: Colt didn’t see that one! { Colt Collins tries to look past Dhillon and is asking him what happened, but Dhillon shrugs his shoulders as TJ Alexander’s legs buckle, and he falls to his knees. Dhillon snaps back and catches him for a tornado DDT! Dhillon goes for the cover, but Juste breaks it up at the count of two. }Iyo Kenshin: That’s the difficult part about a triple threat. You have to remember that there is always a third person that is there to break up these covers! { Dhillon is getting to his feet, and Juste and him both start fighting back and forth, Juste with the upperhand. Dhillon fires back in retaliation for a couple of strikes, but the momentum is behind Juste! Juste keeps firing away, until Dhillon finally ducks underneath one and pulls Juste into a pumphandle position– SOUR GRAPES! Dhillon scrambles for the cover. }ONE! TWO! THREE!??! { TJ ALEXANDER WITH THE SAVE! }Rayne: THAT WAS THREE! Iyo Kenshin: As close as you can without it actually being three! { Dhillon staggers from TJ Alexander’s huge save, as Juste stirs beneath them… TJ pulls Dhillon back to a standing position, keeping his own fight against him. Dhillon tries to defend himself as long as he can, but TJ Alexander is also gaining the edge over him– Dhillon gets a successful eye rake that breaks up TJ’s momentum, and TJ backs away before firing blindly for THE GAME CHANGER!
IT CONNECTS!
Dhillon Michaels goes back against the corner, preventing himself from falling to the ground. Meanwhile, Juste gets back to his feet, and TJ Alexander with GAME OVER!
With the adrenaline pumping through his veins, TJ Alexander gets to his feet and flaunts to the audience– nearing himself too close to the ropes, and Dhillon comes toward him and sends him barreling over the top rope with a clothesline! TJ Alexander takes a hard landing on the outside of the ring!
The time bought Juste enough time to get back to his feet, but a stiff kick from Dhillon Michaels causes him to keel over! Dhillon draws him in and picks him up and brings him down with BIG BREAK! Dhillon covers! }ONE! TWO! THREE!!!! Alison Valance: Your winner! BY WAY OF PINFALL! DHILLON! MIIIIICCCCCCCCHHHHHHAAAAAEAEEEEEEELLLLLLSSSSSS!!!!!! { “Nightmare” plays over the PA as Dhillon sits on his knees for a moment to soak in the victory. He pumps his fist a couple of times toward himself before finally standing up and having his arm raised by Colt Collins to display him as the winner of the night. }Iyo Kenshin: It wasn’t the cleanest– Rayne: The cleanest doesn’t win, Iyo! Dhillon Michaels went out there and did what he had to do to win! And that’s all that matters! ------------------------------------ Tag Team Match3000 Word Combined RP Limit Per TeamJennie Fenix & Zasshu II vs. Rowan & April Madrox ------------------------------------ { The arena begins to strobe purple as the intro to Victorious by Nita Strauss starts to play. As the lyrics kick into gear, Zasshu comes walking out through the curtain to a burst of pyro with her hands up. She poses on the stage in a fighter’s stance before continuing to the ring. She rolls in under the bottom rope and runs across the ring to jump onto the second turnbuckle. She holds her hands up as the chorus wraps up before dropping off and waiting for the match to begin. }Iyo Kenshin: Zasshu II is in the ring looking to go into the fight of her life against The Murder! She is not someone that should be taken lightly, though, where she has had a pretty successful debut in professional wrestling! She took quite the fight to Tara Fenix, and some would argue that she was moments away from winning! Rayne: But that was against Tara, and this is against Rowan and April. THE MURDER! The stakes are completely different. { The lights in the SAP Center go out, and the crowd is already going crazy for who they know is the next arrival. The audience sings along with the opening of the song. As the opening of “Centuries” by Fall Out Boy plays, the neon Purge masks alternating in colors all light up the stands. }
Du du du-du, du du du-du Du du du-du, du du du-du Du du{ The crowd mildly stops singing along after that section. I mean, I’m sure there’s people in the audience still singing because they know the lyrics, but y’know what? You! You, sitting there reading this right now! You sing if you want to sing! } Some legends are told Some turn to dust or to gold But you will remember me Remember me for centuries And just one mistake Is all it will take We'll go down in history Remember me for centuries He-e-e-ey ya, oh he-e-e-ey He-e-e-ey ya Remember me for centuriesRayne: {Humming along.}Iyo Kenshin: Rayne? Rayne: IT’S CATCHY! { When the final note hits, the crowd around the concourse becomes louder than the rest of them. }Iyo Kenshin: Is she…? {Looking toward the spotlight moving to the location.}{ The spotlight encircles the lone figure with an arm held up in the air, and the crowd becomes louder. }Iyo Kenshin: Jennie Fenix is here! The Djinnie! Rayne: We haven’t seen Jennie in action here since she lost to Brooklyn Madrox at Bloody Assizes, and now she’s going to be standing side-by-side with Zasshu II to take on the team that made their debut– THEIR RETURN– over her! { Donning the neon mask as the lights start flashing in sequence with the music as Jennie, with a pep in her step, starts making her way through the crowd, and the crowd swarms around her giving her enough space to pass through. She greets as many of the fans as she can while en route to the barricade. }
Alison Valance: ON HER WAY TO THE RING! Coming out of GLASGOW, SCOTLAND! She is the former IWF Women’s World Champion! SHE IS! DJINNIE! THE LEGO LORD! THE SIREN! JENNIE! FEEEEENNNNNIIIIIXXXXX!!!!! { As Alison makes her announcement, the crowd becomes absolutely deafening. }Iyo Kenshin: Jennie Fenix said via social media that she wanted to be back in the ring, and heard from management that Zasshu II was in need of a partner, and so she wanted this match! She wanted to be in the ring to take on The Murder! She is the Celestial Champion of Valkyrie, and has remained on the circuit, but I do have to say that it is great to have her back! { Jennie nears the barricade when she sprints toward it, and springs to the top of the barricade– she wobbles a little bit whilst regaining her balance and holds one arm up in the air again to get the crowd rallying behind her louder. She drops down to the mat in front of her, and crouches slightly while the fan behind her aims for a selfie, and she happily takes the selfie with the fan before finally flinging her beanie, mask, and jacket into the crowd! }Iyo Kenshin: Some lucky fans are leaving with souvenirs here tonight! { She runs forward, sliding under the bottom rope and springs back to her feet, then starts sidestepping around the center of the ring before finally joining her partner in their respective corner, where the two high five each other. }Rayne: And now we have The Murder left to come. {The lights throughout the arena flicker and go black, with several of the lights around the entrance seeming to overload, sending sparks flying down the stage. One by one, the screens flicker back to life showing a harvest moon hanging in a cloudy sky as the sound of fluttering wings and screaming crows fills the building. The screens soon swarm with the silhouettes of these birds, drowning out the moon and filling the arena once more in darkness as the opening strings of “The Devil’s Gonna Come” by Raphael Lake & Royal Baggs begins to play. }“The Broken and Fallen, dangled souls been sent to burn, Nowadays they been calling, telling me soon it’s gonna be my turn…”{ A dark red spotlight hits the stage, revealing five figures standing in a wedge - Rowan MacDonnough at the front, with Brooklyn and April Maddox on one side of her and Vivienne Rodgers with Astrid Hall on the other. They stand together, in stillness before Rowan raises a hand and snaps her fingers, igniting lines of flame down the sides of the entrance ramp before leading the advance with confident, inevitable certainty. . }“Now I know… the Devil’s gonna come when the sun goes down…”{ The five of them surround the ring, Rowan stepping into the center as the other four take to its corners. Red light and smoke fills the ringside as the five of them glare into the audience or their victims within before they join together in the middle of the ring, each of them raising a hand into the air. As one, the hands clench into fists as the house lights return to normal. } Rayne: How could Zasshu II and Jennie even hope to win this?! Iyo Kenshin: They’re not two people you want to underestimate, Rayne. { The rest of The Murder leave the ring, and finally, Zasshu and Jennie are talking amongst themselves to decide who is going to start the match while Rowan and April talk. } DING!{ Zasshu and April start the match, and have some nice back and forth action! Zasshu uses the ropes to zig and zag her way around the ring, springing off of them to attempt to catch April off of her guard, but April is able to catch her each and every time! Zasshu persists, and finally does catch April a hurricanrana, going for a quick cover in the process but April kicks out just before the count of two!
Following the kick out, April becomes a little more aggressive in her own right and is landing every strike, seemingly, flawlessly– April takes Zasshu to The Murder corner and brings Rowan into the mix, where Rowan becomes more fierce with each strike and putting all of her power behind every strike! She continues with a series of uppercuts against Zasshu into the corner, and tags April back in, as April starts stomping a mudhole into Zasshu, and then April tags Rowan back in who starts using her heel to choke the life out of Zasshu!
The referee finally intervenes and pulls Rowan back, warning her that she could be disqualified… Rowan moves forward again and brings April back into the mix, as April rushes away before running in with RICOCHET EXPRESS! April tags Rowan back in right after that, and Rowan pulls Zasshu back and sends her a little bit away from the corner, then springs to the rope and comes back with BEAST OF WAR!
Rowan covers, but Jennie is able to break up the count just before April can stop her! }Iyo Kenshin: The Murder are just picking Zasshu apart right now, and unless Jennie can get some action in the ring, I don’t know how much longer Zasshu is going to be able to hold on. Rayne: Zasshu is just out of her element here! She had a nice start, but April was ready for her. { Zasshu tries to make the tag for Jennie, but Rowan snatches her leg and drags her back to The Murder corner where she tags April back in, and April hits a knee drop against Zasshu’s back! April goes for another cover, but before the referee can even get into position, Jennie is there to break it up with a low dropkick that connects against April’s head! Rowan is caught off-guard with a wild haymaker from Djinnie, and the referee tries desperately to bring control back into the match!
He successfully gets Jennie back to her corner. April staggers after being kicked in the side of the head, and is looking to make the tag to Rowan– Zasshu is crawling to make the hot tag to Jennie, and it looks like she’s going to get it! ROWAN ENTERS THE RING! ZASSHU WITH THE TAG! The referee misses the tag when he had turned to stop Rowan from getting into the ring, and Rowan immediately points out Jennie being illegally inside of the ring and the referee interjects… }Iyo Kenshin: The tag was made! Jennie is pleading her case, but he doesn’t believe her! This crowd is letting them hear what they think of the missed tag! { April takes the opportunity to drag Zasshu away from the corner, and the referee turns in time to see Rowan brought back into the mix. Zasshu gets to her knees when Rowan fires for BALOR’S GAZE!
ZASSHU DUCKS!
Zasshu springs to her feet gaining energy from the crowd as she delivers a beautiful dropkick to send Rowan into the ropes! Zasshu starts making her way toward her corner where Jennie pounds the turnbuckle ferociously in hopes of finally getting into the ring… Rowan cuts her off just in time, grabbing Zasshu by the head, but Zasshu drops her with a jawbreaker! Zasshu crawls now toward the corner– Rowan grabs her leg again!
ZASSHU DIVES!
JENNIE IS TAGGED IN!
Jennie enters the ring in a blazing fashion, taking Rowan down with a clothesline! April enters the ring, and Jennie rolls forward taking April down with a ROLLING CLOTHESLINE! Rowan, back to her feet, only for Jennie to take her down with hammerlock headscissors into a small package that earns her a near fall! }Iyo Kenshin: Jennie comes close to ending this match with one of her quick covers! { While Jennie is still down, April looks to take advantage of the moment but Jennie drops her with a DROP TOE HOLD onto the second rope! Jennie then flings herself up and over a leg drop and lands back on her feet on the outside of the ring right in front of The Murder! The rest of the members take a step back just to ensure that the referee knows they’re not interfering, but they start encouraging April to get back into the fight…
Jennie rolls back under the ring, and as she’s getting up, she meets Rowan! DANCE THE SPIRAL!
Rowan goes for a cover, but Zasshu makes the save! The referee looks to finally regain control over the match, first getting Zasshu to her corner, and then April. Rowan controls Jennie in this situation looking to bring an end to it, and she takes Jennie back to The Murder corner where she tags in April– April enters the ring, and Rowan shoves Jennie back, causing her to be off-balance slightly… April goes for GOTCHA!
Right as April goes for the maneuver, Rowan steps out of the ring.
JENNIE SHOVES APRIL OFF!
Jennie rushes for her own corner, and makes the tag to Zasshu– but in stride, she turns toward April just as April faces her and OUT OF WISHES! Jennie rushes the ropes and springs to the middle rope to attempt to catch Rowan with a dropkick to send her off the ring apron– ROWAN AVOIDS IT! Meanwhile, Zasshu hits the ZASSHU DRIVER on April and holds her for the cover!
Rowan tries to get into the ring, but Jennie is at the ropes to hold her at bay–}
ONE! TWO! THREE! DING! DING! DING!Alison Valance: Your winners! BY WAY OF PINFALL! Iyo Kenshin: I can’t believe it! { Before the referee can raise their arms, Jennie rushes over to Zasshu and the two escape the far side of the ring– The Murder get into the ring, and make a short chase toward the unorthodox team as Jennie and Zasshu II escape to the audience! }Alison Valance: JENNIE FENIX and ZAAAAASSSSSSHHHHUUUUUU II!!!!!! Iyo Kenshin: Jennie Fenix and Zasshu II are able to thwart The Murder at Legacy here tonight! Rayne: And they’re running now! They should be! { The lights in the arena dim around the audience, and Jennie and Zasshu continue through the crowd almost disappearing into it as the crowd harbors them to keep them safe from The Murder who are now tending to April Madrox inside of the ring. }Iyo Kenshin: What an opening show for Legacy, and up next! We have the battle royal! ------------------------------------ Invictus Proelium Regium 2,000 Word Limit (Winner Will Receive A Future Invictus Title Shot) ------------------------------------ ULTIMO Valiente Emmanuelle Frank Black Virginia Stepanov Nick Knight HIJOU Caleb Cannin ITAMI Chris Diamond Legion ------------------------------------
{ We come back to a sweeping shot of the jam pack SAP Center in San Jose, California before settling on Ryane and Iyo Kenshin at ringside. }
Rayne: The Legacy pre show continues and our next match has a lot on the line!
Iyo Kenshin: A ten person battle royal with the winner receiving an Invictus Championship match!
Rayne: We’ve got some of the biggest names in the company in this one including Emmanuelle, Virginia Stepanov, Nick Knight, Caleb Cannin and Chris Diamond!
Iyo Kenshin: Along with several newer but absolutely talented contenders in Frank Black, Ultimo Valiente, HIJOU, Itami and Legion!
Rayne: Any one of them would be an incredible challenge for Invictus Champion, Alexandra Calaway but only one of them can win!
Iyo Kenshin: And we are about to find out who that will be, right now!
{ One by one all the entrants to the battle royal come to the ring. They each stand a few feet apart from each other lining up all sides of the ring. }
Rayne: We’ve got three refs on duty for this one! Only way to be eliminated is to be thrown over the top rope, last one in the ring wins!
Iyo Kenshin: Here we go!
{ The main ref in the ring, Tommy Knocker calls for the bell. We’ve also got Jessica Andrews and rookie official, Ike Nabisco. All ten participants go right at it, pairing off in and around the center of the ring, except for Chris Diamond who quickly powders out under the bottom rope! }
Rayne: Chris making a quick exit to avoid the conflict.
Iyo Kenshin: A bit of a cowardly move but possibly smart considering the rules of the match.
Rayne: You’ve got to do what you’ve got to do in a battle royal!
{ Emmanulle and Valiente are paired up, Caleb and Virginia are paired up, Legion and Itami are both working on Nick Knight, leaving Frank Black with Hijou. Legion and Itami have Knight in a corner of the ring and are working on sending him over. Emmanuelle has taken control of her fight with Ultimo Valiente and driven them into a corner. Caleb is attempting to have a wrestling match with Virginia in a battle royal and when that doesn’t work he goes for a stiff kick below the belt that has little to no effect on his female opponent who fires back with a clothesline! Frank Black is doing the best he can against Hijou but Hijou connects with a headbutt and an Overhead Kick that sends Frank Black over the top rope and to the outside! }
Eliminated: Frank Black!
Rayne: Hijou with the first elimination of the match, a fan favorite, Frank Black!
Iyo Kenshin: That was an extremely impressive kick and a good reason to keep your eye on Hijou in this contest!
{ Chris Diamond lurks on the outside of the ring as Nick Knight starts to fight back against Itami and Legion. Caleb has escaped to the outside of the ring which causes Virginia to turn her attention to Hijou who is also without an opponent. Emmanuelle hits Ultimo Valiente with the Queen Bee Bomb out of the corner. Now it’s Emmanuelle, Hijou and Virginia in the center of the ring, the three of them start exchanging right hands and chops. Nick Knight sends Itami flying out of the corner with a kick and grabs Legion for the Non Dairy Creamer over the top rope and to the floor below! }
Eliminated: Legion!
Iyo Kenshin: Nick Knight just yeeted Legion out of the ring!
Rayne: Yeeted?
Iyo Kenshin: Yeah, it means he threw Legion out.
Rayne: Yeeted isn’t a thing anymore.
Iyo Kenshin: Well, impressive none the less!
{ Knight spots Chris and Caleb on the outside of the ring and ducks out to go after them. Itami joins in on the fist fight in the center of the ring making it a four person slap fest while Chris and Caleb team up on the outside and take the fight to Knight! Chris and Caleb send Knight back first into the steel ring steps. On the inside we see Virginia pair off with Emmanuelle and Hijou pair off with Itami. Itami takes Hijou to the mat with a snapmare while Virginia sends Emmanuelle into the corner. Virginia comes in with a running European upper cut. Itami looks to maneuver Hijou to the a corner of the ring but Hijou turns the tides with Clear Mist and follows it up with a Ripcord Dropkick! Virginia connects with a rising knee strike in the corner! Back on the outside it’s Caleb and Chris working over Nick Knight who is against the crowd barrier. Chris instructs Caleb to a get a table from under the ring. }
Rayne: Looks like Diamond is looking to physically incapacitate Nick Knight!
Iyo Kenshin: It’s not quite an elimination but it serves the same purpose!
{ Back inside the ring we find that Emmanuelle has taken back control against Virginia and landed a Pasadens Bomb! Ultimo Valiente comes back in and attacks Emmy. Hijou and Itami are fighting for the dominant position in the corner of the ring. Emmanuelle hits Valiente with a liver punch and then clotheslines them over the top rope to the outside! }
Eliminated: Ultimo Valente!
Iyo Kenshin: Another body out and another body closer to an Invictus title contender!
Rayne: Three out, six to go, only one person can win!
{ Chris and Caleb have Knight set up for a double power bomb through a table but Nick fights back with a low blow to Caleb and a back drop through the table for Chris! Inside the ring we find Itami on the ropes as Hijou looks to send them out. Emmanuelle turns her attention to that corner when Virginia comes in with a chop block! Virginia then sends Emmy into the ropes and looks to send her out with a clothesline but Emmy drops her shoulder and back drops Virginia over the top rope! Stepanov lands on the apron and Emmanuelle connects with the Platinum Dynamic that sends Virginia to the floor! }
Eliminated: Virginia Stepanov!
Rayne: Virginia is out, Chris and Caleb are down, I think we’re starting to see who’s going to make it to the final three!
Iyo Kenshin: We’ve got six people left in this match and none of them can be discounted!
Rayne: True but we are seeing who the dominant forces are in the match!
{ Emmanuelle joins Hijou in the corner trying to eliminate Itami who is fighting back with everything she has. Nick Knight comes into the mix and rips Emmanuelle off Itami and connects with Welcome to Hollywood! Itami takes the moment to escape Hijou and nails the Baku! Itami now has Hijou in the corner and is trying to throw her over the top rope. Chris and Caleb are both up on the outside and head back into the ring. No sooner are they in the ring than Chris Diamond hits Caleb with the Mule! Chris then picks up the body of Caleb and looks to send him out of the ring when BAD TO THE BONE HITS THE PA!!!! }
Rayne: WHAT!?
{ Chris looks up at the ramp as ROB DIAMOND COMES RUNNING THROUGH THE CURTAIN!!! }
Rayne: Rob Diamond is back!
Iyo Kenshin: I don’t believe it!
{ Rob Diamond rushes into the ring, ducks a clothes line from Chris and then hits a DIAMOND CUTTER!!! Rob quickly rolls out of the ring as Caleb looks on in shock. Then Caleb grabs the limp body of Chris Diamond and sends him over the top rope!!! }
Eliminated: Chris Diamond!
Rayne: Rob just assisted in eliminating his brother!
Iyo Kenshin: Good! Chris has been running his mouth for long enough and now he got a taste of his own medicine!
{ Chris is on the outside and looks astonished as Rob is back up the ramp throwing a crotch chop in his brothers direction. Back inside the ring we see Nick Knight is now working with Itami to throw Hijou out of the ring but Hijou is holding on with everything they have. Caleb spots Emmanuelle who is back on their feet who he hits with Hindsight! Caleb pulls Emmanuelle up to their feet after that and tries to throw her out of the ring but she fights back against Caleb. Knight and Hijou finally get Itami over the top rope but she lands on the apron and hits a spinning back kick that drives Knight away. But Hijou is right there and throws a Glitter bomb in the face of Itami and follows it right up with an Overhead Kick that sends Itami to the outside! }
Eliminated: Itami!
Rayne: Itami is out after a Glitter Bomb and an Overhead Kick! We are down to the final four!
Iyo Kenshin: This is when the desperation starts to kick in!
{ Caleb and Emmanuelle are still jockeying for position but Caleb over powers her and looks to hit the Cannin Ending! Emmanuelle fights back and pushes Caleb off of her! Nick Knight sees an opening and gets some retribution for earlier by charging in with a headbut on Caleb and then sending him over the top rope with a clothesline where he crashes onto the arena floor! }
Eliminated: Caleb Cannin.
Iyo Kenshin: We are down to the final three, Emmanuelle, Nick Knight and Hijou!
Rayne: It’s about to get real in that ring!
{ The three remaining fighters meet in the center of the ring with an exchange of chops, punches and elbows. Nick is throwing the elbows, Emmanuelle is throwing the chops and Hiju is throwing some closed fist punches. Nick starts to get the upper hand on the other two with his elbow strikes but Hijou and Emmanuelle fight back with chops now and drive Knight backward into a corner. The two then grab for his legs and try to send him over the top rope. Knight connects with a vicious headbut on Hijou which breaks them loose. Knight then goes after Emmanuelle and drives her backward across the ring with elbow shots. Knight has her in a corner now and looks to send her out but Hijou is back with a roundhouse kick! Knight is staggered and Hijou sends him over the top rope. Knight lands on the apron and fires back with an elbow strike on Hijou. Nick comes back into the ring and grabs Hijou with Banned in Memphis! }
Rayne: Oh, I don’t think Hijou will be getting up from that anytime soon!
Iyo Kenshin: An absolutely brutal pile driver.
{ Nick is up but Emmanuelle is there with a shoot headbutt and a Malibu Shine! Emmanuelle is fired up now as she pulls Nick Knight to his knees and delivers an absolutely disgusting E Trigger that looks like it sends a tooth into the tenth row of the fans! Emmanuelle is feeling it now as she pulls Nick to his feet and sends him into the corner. Emmanuelle grabs his legs and starts to position Nick Knight on the top rope. Nick is in a daze as Emmanuelle starts to try and push him over the top. Knight suddenly comes back and starts throwing wild right hands at Emmanulle as she pushes with everything she has trying to send Nick over. Knight grabs Emmy as he starts to slide with a bulldog choke and pulls Emmanuelle over the top with him, both landing on the apron! }
Rayne: This is Hijous chance! If she can just get back to her feet she could eliminate her final two opponents!
Iyo Kenshin: She’s stirring, this could be it!
{ Hijou is almost back to their feet as Nick and Emmanuelle are on theirs on the apron. Nick and Emmanuelle go into a vicious chop exchange trying to gain the advantage before its too late. Emmanuelle starts to get the upper hand and drives Nick backward across the apron. Emmanulle hits a jumping knee strike that dazes Knight! Emmanuelle runs down the apron, bounces off the ring post and looks to connect with the Platinum Dynamic but as soon as she leaves her feet it’s Nick who connects with a clothesline swatting her out of the air and sending her body to the arena floor! }
Eliminated: Emmanuelle!
Rayne: Emmanuelle is out and now we are down to Nick Knight and Hijou!
Iyo Kenshin: Hijou still has an opening here if she can get to her feet!
{ Hijou sees Knight leaning on the ropes from the apron, she runs across the ring looking for a knee strike but Nick moves out of the way and Hijou crashes against the ropes and falls out onto the apron. Nick comes in with a boot to her head and pulls Hijou up to her feet. Nick looks to throw Hijou off the apron but Hijou hits a headbutt! Hijou then bites the forehead of Nick Knight which opens a nasty cut on his head. Hijou runs across the apron now and comes roaring back with a hip attack on Nick Knight against the ring post! Knight nearly falls off but he manages to grab the post. Hijou kicks at his hand but Knight fires back with a chop that forces her back. Knight connects with a lariat that very nearly sends Hijou off the apron. Knight grabs her and looks for the Banned in Memphis but Hijou fights back with a back drop, again Nick nearly falls but holds onto the bottom rope. Hijou kicks at his hand but Knight lets out a yell before pulling himself in and gripping the bottom rope with both arms! }
Rayne: They are fighting with everything they have to earn the right to fight for the Invictus Championship!
Iyo Kenshin: This is what IWF stars are made of and we are only on the preshow!
{ Knight fights his way to his feet with chops as Hijou throws muay thai kicks at him. The two are toe to toe and Knight is still hitting Hijou with nasty chops while she responds with stiff kicks to the much larger man’s legs! }
Rayne: Hijou is trying to chop the tree while Nick is trying to just mow it down!
Iyo Kenshin: Which tactic will win!?
{ Knight lunges in and grabs Hijou for the Non Dairy Creamer! Hijou lands hard on the apron but gets right up to their feet and hits a roundhouse kick followed by a German suplex! Neither of them are willing to fall off the apron as they both get back to their feet! Nick and Hijou tie up but Hijou manages to move around him and looks for another German, Nick stuffs it with a back elbow and looks for Welcome to Hollywood but Hijou turns it into a Russian Leg Sweep attempt that nearly sends them both off the apron. Nick has the top rope and Hijou is pulling with everything she has! Eventually they both break loose from each other and connect with dueling thrust kicks in a last ditch effort to knock the other off the apron! }
Rayne: This is insane! They're having a wrestling match on the apron!
Iyo Kenshin: And all they have to do to win is throw the other off!
Rayne: It’s a matter of sheer will at this point!
{ The two of them use the ropes to pull themselves up. Knight throws a huge chop to the sternum of Hijou which nearly knocks her off but she fires back with a nasty kick to the the knee that almost causes Nick to fall. Knight lunges in with an elbow strike, Hijou fires off a palm strike! Knight goes for another elbow but Hijou hits the Clear Mist! Knight is blinded for a moment and Hijou goes for an Overhead Kick but Knight senses it coming and fucks it! Knight kicks Hijou hard in the gut and doubles her over. Nick grabs Hijou and pulls her up for the Banned in Memphis 22!!! Knight drives her head first into the apron and lets her limp body fall to the arena floor! }
Eliminated: Hijou!
Alison Valance: Your winner of the battle royal and next challenger for the Invictus Championship! NICK KNIGHT!!!
{ Nick sits on the apron, his face a little bloody from the bite earlier but with a smile on his face. }
Iyo Kenshin: Nick Knight managed to pull it out in the end with a banned in memphis 22 and the victory!
Rayne: That was an incredible final few minutes with the two of them dueling on the apron!
Iyo Kenshin: It was a moment that is sure to live on in people’s memories! And we are only a couple matches into one of the best on paper cards we’ve had this year!
{ Nick Knight definitely stands on the apron making the belt motion around his waist when the Imperitron flickers. A camera comes up on Alexandra who is standing next to a monitor, where she had been watching the entire Invictus Proelium Regium. She turns to face the camera sarcastically clapping for the winner. }
Alexandra Calaway: “Congratulations Nick, you won the battle. I hope you’re ready for the war. I hope that you are ready and more importantly willing to sacrifice that very last inch. To beat me, it’s going to take your heart, your soul, and that very thing you hold most dear. You’re in deep water now kid, I hope you’re ready to swim with the sharks. Calaway out.”
{ With that she pushes the camera out of the way and walks off. Nick Knight just smiles as h cracks his neck, ready for the next fight. }

MAIN SHOW ------------------------------------ SEGMENT “Let’s Rock & Roll Again” ------------------------------------ {The lights alternate, flashing green, white and orange time with an unfamiliar heartbeat rhythm.}
Terri Morasco: What is this now?
Vasco Dias: I don’t know Terri, there’s nothing like this scheduled in my notes for tonight.
{The Imperialtron comes to life with a green ECG beep, then a white one and an orange one, then an Irish tricolour fourth beat which transitions a flatline, replaced by a stronger, bolder, more assertive identity in uncompromising gold against the black: SHEA O’HARA. The sold out Legacy crowd erupt at the unscheduled and unsuspected surprise, almost drowning out the opening riff of a brand new song. A brand new ball of energy, Shea O’Hara explodes through the curtain. She surveys the electric crowd for a moment.}
Terri Morasco: SHE’S HERE! SHEA O’HARA! A FORMER IWF WOMEN’S WORLD CHAMPION & A FORMER TWO TIME IWF OPENWEIGHT CHAMPION HAS RETURNED AT LEGACY!
Vasco Dias: LISTEN TO THE REACTION HERE TONIGHT! WE HAVEN’T SEEN SHEA O’HARA IN AN IWF RING IN FIVE YEARS, TERRI!
Terri Morasco: SHE’S BEEN WORKING BACKSTAGE & HAS OCCASIONALLY JOINED US ON THE PRE SHOW PANELS & COMMENTARY, USUALLY FOR DIAMONDS ARE FOREVER, OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS BUT THIS IS LEGACY! NOBODY EXPECTED HER HERE TONIGHT!
{The crowd show no signs of dipping in their energy as they are greeted by the fiery redhead in shades, scarlet leather jacket, Iron Maiden shirt and denim jeans. Taking centre stage, Shea plants her feet firmly, bouncing into a slight squat as she throws up the ‘devil horns’ on each hand. The gesture is coordinated with the start of the chorus of “Coming For Blood” by Eva Under Fire (featuring From Ashes To New) as a trio of small intermittent flame pyros are set off on either side of her.
Shea then sprints to the ring, sliding under the ropes, where she bounces up to her feet and runs to the ropes, playing to the camera as she places her left foot on the bottom rope, bouncing before throwing up the ‘devil horns’ on her right hand again, triggering yellow sparkling pyro explosions from each turnbuckle either side of her.
The crowd remained vocal even as the lights returned to normal and the music started to fade away. She motions for a microphone and is tossed one by a stagehand. She makes a show of catching it, before she walks to the centre of the ring.
She raises the microphone slowly to her lips, opens her mouth to speak, but is drowned out by a loud ‘WELCOME BACK’ chant. Shea can’t help but grin at one of the biggest ovations she’s ever received in her life. It is sustained for several minutes, and as Shea removes her shades, it is clear how much it has caught her off guard as her eyes glisten with barely held back tears.
It may have been five years since she’d been a main attraction in the IWF Women’s Division, but her fans clearly had not forgotten about her, showering her with sympathy and adulation in equal measure.
When the crowd finally quietens, Shea finally speaks.}
Shea O’Hara: Wow, guys…just wow. I thought I knew what I was going to say out here tonight, I thought I was prepared for everything, but the rockstar reaction you guys just gave me proves just how wrong I was, so before I get down to the business of why I’m out here tonight, let me just go off script for a moment and say thank you. Thank you to each and every one of you who has never forgotten about me. Thank you to all of you who ever expressed concern for my wellbeing over the last five years, either online or in person. You, the IWF fans, truly are the best in the world!
{Another wave of cheers erupt.}
Shea O’Hara: The last time I was in an IWF ring was in 2018 - just over five years ago, like and as much as things have changed in this company over the last half decade, even more has changed for me personally, like. So many of the people I had the privilege of sharing the locker-room with back then don’t even go here anymore, like. In many respects, I am the last one standing from a particular generation of Superstar, neither an originator nor the latest addition but rather from somewhere in the middle of this company’s history. And that means I’m neither trying to coast on my past nor ignorant to what it truly takes to make it here in the best professional wrestling organisation in the world - the Imperial Wrestling Federation.
{An ‘IWF’ chant forces Shea to pause, she simply nods along to it for a few moments.}
Shea O’Hara: Whilst I won’t ever claim to have built any aspect of this company, like I will absolutely lay claim to maintaining it. You see, unlike most, when the shit hit the fan in my personal life and everything went to the seventh layer of hell, I didn’t just put this company and all you wonderful fans in the rear view mirror. I didn’t just move on from IWF and the most supportive boss I’ve ever worked for.
{Shea pauses and swallows hard as if considering her next words carefully.}
Shea O’Hara: Long story short, like Roberto Verona was there for me in my darkest hour five years ago and in being there he showed me not only the kind of man he really is, but more importantly the kind of man my boyfriend at the time could never be. So when it came time for me to make a choice between being unhappy in a lowkey toxic relationship with a man who claimed to love me but could never be man enough to fucking show it when I needed him most or dedicating myself to a place that really valued me, it was a no-brainer, like.
{Shea takes a breath, slowing herself down to maintain her composure over some obviously personal and painful memories from her last run here as an active competitor.}
Shea O’Hara: Dumping his pathetic ass and taking a backstage role as an agent, scouting talent whilst I healed up and got my shit together seemed like a worthwhile compromise. I could still be involved in the business that is as close to my heart as anything other than music has ever been. I love this business and I love each and every one of you, and as I stand here tonight, it has never been more clear to me that you guys love me back…
{A ‘WE LOVE YOU TOO’ chant forced Shea to slow down, take a deep breath, compose herself for a few minutes.}
Shea O’Hara: And like that is exactly why I’m here tonight to tell you all that as of a couple weeks ago, my five year full time road agent deal is up. And honestly, it couldn’t come at a more opportune time, because as fun as it has been to be a part of selected preshow panels and commentary booths over the last couple of years, my professional legacy is worth so much more. You all deserve more from me as much as I deserve more for myself - that is why I can think of no better time or place than right here and now to announce that…I’M BACK TO ROCK THIS WHOLE DAMN PLACE AS ONLY I CAN!
{Another thunderous reaction erupts at the official announcement.}
Terri Morasco: This is huge, Vasco. Just over five years ago, Shea was sidelined with an injury during which time she appeared to have reconsidered pursuing an active in ring career in favour of a long term backstage deal, but now she’s back!
Vasco Dias: It is always tragic to see such a promising young career cut short in this business, but every now and then you get to witness moments like this where the story you thought was over gets another chapter and a shot at redemption. Shea was only 19 and a few months into her IWF career when she dethroned another young champion to capture her first title seven years ago. She’s always had tremendous potential, never fully realised in my opinion.
Shea O’Hara: Like, as much as the entire landscape of this company has changed over the last five years, it seems fate has presented me with the perfect chance to pick up exactly where I left off, years ago. Rowan MacDonnough and her cronies were practically at their peak when I was last here, and now she’s back to try and play out that same old song and dance again…only this time with even more of the people I thought were my closest friends in this business.
{The crowd boo The Murder.}
Shea O’Hara: Astrid Hall and Vivienne Rodgers may have had their personal insecurities manipulated just enough to willingly sell their soul to the biggest snake in professional wrestling, and whilst I may not be able to drive you all out, I can and will stand as an example that we don’t all fall in line or run the fuck away when the spectre of Rowan MacDonnough darkens our door once more.
{The crowd cheer Shea’s blatant show of defiance, even in the face of overwhelming odds.}
Shea O’Hara: When I was World Champion, you dogged me my entire reign and eventually it was your little snuggle bunny Brooklyn who managed to cut my reign prematurely short. Something I allowed to stand without much of a response for far too long, but now I get a second chance to stand against both of you, and make no mistake Rowan, I will always stand against you no matter how many of my closest friends you surround yourself with, like.
{More cheers.}
Shea O’Hara: I stood and ultimately fell against the principles of The Pack before, but that doesn’t mean I have to stay down, or be afraid to fall again, because if I am, you’ve already won, and that just doesn’t jive with me. I defied you at every turn once, Rowan, and you can bet your ass that I am willing to do it again. Even knowing full well that when this inevitable fight comes, I will likely stand all alone against you and most of MY friends. You see this was always the goal, to get back here and -
{Shea’s passionate show of continued defiance is cut off as she is interrupted.
The lights in the arena dim at the opening drums and guitar. Abigail walks alone out under a soft white spotlight to a mixed reaction, carrying a microphone. The lights flash sand yellow and soft orange in time with the rhythm. The lyrics of ‘Hallelujah (I’m Not Dead)’ by Citizen Soldier accompany her walk down the ramp. She clenches her jaw before pausing in the middle of the ramp, and looking heavenward. She flings her arms out either side of her offering herself up to a Lord she knew to be no longer there.}
Terri Morasco: OH MY GOD! I CAN’T BELIEVE IT! First Shea returns, now Abigail is here too, we haven’t seen this former Women’s World champion in almost two years either!
Vasco Dias: As much as I love IWF, more recently some of the chatter online from our fan base has been about how the women’s division needs a shot in the arm to even have a chance to come close to the glory days of a few years ago. Well, it seems that if you ask, you shall receive…never let it be said that this company doesn’t listen or care about it’s passionate or dedicated fan base.
{Abigail cracks her neck, raising the microphone to her lips as the music slowly fades and the lights return to normal once more.}
Abigail: Forgive the interruption, I didn’t come out here to steal your thunder, Shea. Believe me nobody is happier than me right now that ya finally stopped feelin’ sorry for yourself enough ta not let your lastin’ legacy be defined by the actions of a select few women who can’t or won’t even go here anymore.
Terri Morasco: The less said about The Best Friends Club the better if you ask me…
Vasco Dias: Wow, way to be impartial, Terri…
Terri Morasco: Oh please, like you are in a position to criticise anybody’s impartiality…
Abigail: All it takes for evil to triumph is for good ta do nothin’ an’ you’ve always been one of the good ones Shea. Ya deserve so much better than the most memorable moment of your career bein’ when ya made Crystal Hilton even remotely relevant for the first an’ dare I say the only time in her IWF career…
{More cheers.}
Abigail: Speakin’ of fair weather best friends, ya and I may never be as close as you and Vivienne or even you and Astrid were, but I appreciate your willingness ta stand against a risin’ tide rather than just go with it, just ‘cause your friends are…
{Abigail takes a moment to smile.}
Abigail: Ya stuck by your own set of principles and you’re willin’ ta call it like ya see it. I admire that. I respect the courage an’ conviction that takes, truly. An’ that is why I’m out here tonight ta say, when the time comes and you need some real friends with some integrity ta back your play against The Murder, you Shea O’Hara will never be alone…
{The crowd erupt, piecing together the implications. There were still those brave enough not to be terrorised into bending the knee to The Murder. Shea still had friends, if she knew where to find them.}
Abigail: And neither will I…
{Abigail drops to her knees in the middle of the rampway, throwing her arms out again, offering herself up for deliverance. The lights go out and familiarly soft chilling female laughter fills the arena, the crowd begin to cheer as they anticipate a third big return here at Legacy because it is often observed that Death comes in threes.}
Terri Morasco: Oh my! Could it be?!
Vasco Dias: It was only a matter of time, these two disappeared together, remember Terri…
{Sure enough, when the lights return, the crowd have their faith rewarded as now stood behind Abigail in a long dark brown sleeveless trench coat and forest green front-laced top hat is yet another former Women’s World Champion, perhaps the greatest of them all, Eternity!
The crowd erupt into split chants of ‘HOLY SHIT and ‘THIS IS AWESOME!’}
Terri Morasco: IT IS! IT’S ETERNITY! FIRST SHEA, THEN ABIGAIL AND NOW THE IWF HALL OF FAMER AND MOST DECORATED FEMALE IN COMPANY HISTORY HAS RETURNED!
Vasco Dias: BETWEEN THEM, THESE WOMEN HAVE SEVEN IWF WOMEN’S WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS AND FIVE OF THEM BELONG TO ETERNITY IF YOU NEEDED A PRIMER ON THE CALIBRE OF COMPETITION THIS TRIO OF RETURNS IS BRINGING BACK TO THE WOMEN’S DIVISION IN ONE FELL SWOOP!
Terri Morasco: THEY MAY NOT BE AS OFFICIALLY UNITED AS THE MURDER BUT SEEM TO HAVE DECLARED AN UNOFFICIAL PACT TO HELP MAKE UP THE NUMBERS AGAINST THE CURRENT WOMEN’S WORLD CHAMPION BROOKLYN MADROX’S FRIENDS AND FAMILY SHOULD THEY EVER NEED TO!
{The sustained roar of the crowd takes several moments to die down, during which Eternity has stood deathly still, eyes forward, a gloved hand on each of Abigail’s shoulders. Eternity finally lifts her right and grabs the rim of her top hat, tipping it in Shea’s direction as a mark of respect and recognition. The lights then go out again.
When they return a faint wisp of purple smoke is all that remains where Abby and Eternity stood as Shea is once again left to embrace the adulation of the crowd as she exits the ring and walks up the ramp, secure in the knowledge that she would not face Brooklyn Madrox and The Murder alone if and when the time came.
She may have to fight her best friends, but she didn’t have to do it alone. She had allies to count on, even if they were some of the most unlikely. Things certainly had changed a lot over the last five years, but then so had Shea O’Hara herself. It was only matter of time before everyone found out just how much…} ------------------------------------ SINGLES MATCH
LAST WOMAN STANDING 3,000 Word Limit Tara Fenix vs. Serenity Holmes ------------------------------------
Vasco Dias: WELCOME! TO! LEGACY! And we have a big match in store for you to open the regular show!
Terri Morasco: This one has been a long time coming, and these two are just going to tear right into each other! The Last Woman Standing match– the only way they can win is to incapacitate the other for the count of ten.
{ "Synthetic Sympathy" by Trash Boat immediately explodes from the arena's surrounding systems, sparking a positive reaction from the audience. The bass and repeated opening lyrics synchronize with the lights flashing around the venue's interior, leading to Serenity Holmes sprinting from the backstage area to center stage, where the fans of the Action Wrestling universe greet her. She stands center stage before taking off her hat and throwing it into the fans for amusement until looking down the entrance path, where she takes off into a run for the mere moment of interactions on her fast-paced run to the ring. }
Alison Valance: Introducing on her way to the ring! Hailing from Houston, Texas! At five feet, seven inches tall, weighing in at 127 pounds. She is "22nd Century Girl" Serenity Holmes!
{ Serenity slides under the bottom rope before unloading onto her feet, where she quickly hops onto the middle turnbuckle of an unoccupied corner to greet the fans at ringside. She flips her hair and throws up a peace sign with her tongue hanging out while winking at the camera. Serenity hops down and lands on her feet before running around the ring to show love to every possible fan in the atmosphere before staying in her designated corner, waiting for the next moment. }
Terri Morasco: The 22nd Century Girl, Serenity Holmes, is in this ring and she is ready to have the match against who is arguably one of the greatest to ever step foot in the ring!
Vasco Dias: It’s not arguable, Terri! Tara is one of the best, and Serenity is going to have her hands full here tonight. And if you want my bet! Serenity is not going to walk out tonight as the winner!
Terri Morasco: I think you could be wrong. Serenity is very impressive in the ring and has broken records at every company she’s been to, and while nothing is on the line here tonight except a personal rivalry, Serenity Holmes could still walk out with another huge win in her career!
{ The house lights all go down… The crowd buzzes in anticipation for the arrival of The Great Phoenix, Tara Fenix. }
Vasco Dias: And here we go.
{ The Imperitron suddenly lights up with the blue Purge mask, and the crowd can’t help but let out a cheer for the legend of the industry. }
I’M BACK FROM THE DEAD!
{ Lzzy Hale’s voice resonates throughout the SAP Center as the opening vocals scream throughout the PA. The camera angle catches a glimpse of Serenity Holmes inside of the ring, her eyes locked on the curtains…and the camera transitions back to the stage where the fog shoots out onto the stage, and Tara marches out from behind the curtains. Clad in her black pants and combat boots, and sleeveless top tucked into her pants– she wears the black denim jacket decorated with her logos, and The Fenix Sister logo, and the blue Purge mask covering her face as well as The Fenix Sister beanie over her head. She has her hands tucked into her pockets while sashaying out to the stage. }
Vasco Dias: The Goddess of Professional Wrestling is here! The Frozen Phoenix! The Great Phoenix! The Queen of Queens! The Queen of Kings! She has– a presence! A presence that is unmatched! Anyone betting against Tara Fenix is sorely mistaken here tonight!
Alison Valance: ON HER WAY TO THE RING! Coming out of Hartford, Connecticut… SHE IS! “THE GREAT PHOENIX”! SHE IS! TARA! FEEEENNNNNIIIIIX!!!!
{ Tara continues her stroll from the stage as she looks out toward the audience, a good amount of people bowing down to the legendary fighter. }
Vasco Dias: These fans have nothing but respect for her! I hope Serena Riot is watching right now because this is who she wants a rematch with! But tonight is about Tara Fenix! Tonight is about Serenity Holmes!
Terri Morasco: There’s no denying the respect that these people have for Tara Fenix, and she has earned it! She has earned all of the respect that she is given! But tonight–
Vasco Dias: TONIGHT! Serenity Holmes learns to respect her!
{ Tara reaches the bottom of the ramp, and gazes over the audience as lights from cameras and phones continue flashing in rapid succession of Tara. She points to the audience to acknowledge the audience, then walks toward the steel steps– Tara ascends the steps and circles on the ring apron, then hooks both of her arms on the top rope and faces the crowd. After a couple of seconds, Tara glances over her shoulder at her opponent, Serenity Holmes, and despite the mask covering her face you could tell that she was smirking behind that mask. She turns her attention to the audience again and pulls the mask off, and flings it off to the crowd– she then takes the beanie off, and flings it also into the audience. Tara pivots on her heels to now face Serenity inside of the ring, and drops her arms, letting her vest also drop as it falls to the outside of the ring. Tara grips the top rope and jumps over the top rope, landing back on her feet inside of the ring, then rushes to the far side and springs to the middle rope, catching her balance as she throws up the devil horns to the crowd! }
Vasco Dias: She just commands respect, Terri. There’s no other way to say it. She commands it!
{ Tara jumps from the middle rope in a one-eighty, and lands back on her feet…she walks right by Serenity Holmes, brushing shoulders with her as her crystal eyes fixate on her until she reaches the turnbuckle, and climbs to the second rope. Her arms remain at her side as she scours the audience one more time– afterward, she jumps again from the second turnbuckle and lands back in the ring. The music ends, and the lights return to normal. }
Terri Morasco: This is going to be quite a way to start the show here tonight, and Serenity Holmes and Tara Fenix are looking to get this war underway!
{ Serenity Holmes and Tara Fenix circle the ring before the opening bell. The crowd is already going crazy for the opening bout of the main show just on the mere presence of the two phenoms standing across from each other. }
Crowd: THIS! IS! AWESOME! { Clap, clap, clap-clap-clap. } Crowd: THIS! IS! AWESOME! { Clap, clap, clap-clap-clap. } Crowd: THIS! IS! AWESOME! { Clap, clap, clap-clap-clap. } Crowd: THIS! IS! AWESOME! { Clap, clap, clap-clap-clap. } Crowd: THIS! IS! AWESOME! { Clap, clap, clap-clap-clap. }
Terri Morasco: This crowd knows that they are in for a real treat as we are finally getting this showdown between Tara Fenix and Serenity Holmes!
Vasco Dias: This is ridiculous, Terri. Utterly ridiculous! Tara has been nothing but a– a guardian for someone the likes of Serenity Holmes. She has paved the way! She has tried to guide her! And this is the thanks that she’s getting? Despicable.
{ Colt Collins glances back and forth at Tara and Serenity, and asks if both are ready… with a subtle nod from both competitors, Colt signals for the bell! }
DING!
{ Tara fires for a GENOCIDE KICK off the bat! There is a huge pop from the crowd when it looks like it may have connected, but Serenity holds Tara’s foot in her hands just over her shoulder. She wags her finger at Tara and then spins her around, and charges forward to attempt to take her down with a clothesline! The clothesline hits the mark, and Tara goes down, but springs right back to her feet only to be decked with another clothesline! Tara hurries back to her feet, but is met with rights and lefts from Serenity Holmes as she battles the veteran back into the corner. }
Terri Morasco: This isn’t at all how I expected the opening of this bout to go, with Tara being backed into the corner! But Serenity is not a pushover by any means of the word, as she is one of the youngest to ever call herself a world champion–
Vasco Dias: BUT! She has never called herself the IWF Women’s World Champion! So as talented as she may be–
Terri Morasco: As talented as she is, she is not someone that you can underestimate.
{ Serenity backs Tara into the corner and starts firing away with thunderous knife edge chops that electrify the crowd with every successful strike. }
Terri Morasco: Serenity Holmes is taking the fight right to Tara and lighting up her chest with a series of knife edge chops!
{ Serenity fires three more knife edge chops that reverberate throughout the SAP Center, and then snatches Tara’s arm– she sends her to the opposite corner, and follows her in! Tara is able to use the ropes to spring herself up and over Serenity, landing back on her feet, whilst connecting with a spinning back kick to Serenity’s midsection! The kick drives the wind right out of Serenity and staggers her into the corner. }
Vasco Dias: But that’s why you can’t count Tara out! The experience she has…she knows the importance of remaining calm, and she has amazing athleticism! She’s like a cat! And she can turn the match against you in the blink of an eye!
Terri Morasco: There’s absolutely no way that we’re going to try to deny that. Tara is taking the fight to Serenity Holmes right now with some devastating kicks, but Serenity is firing back with punches of her own!
{ Tara and Serenity are pummeling away at each other, still gaining more and more approval from the audience as the match dissolves into a brawl! Tara breaks free from Serenity’s grasp, and avoids one of her shots before driving a straight kick against her midsection and immediately follows in with an elbow– Tara snatches Serenity by the head and spins her around before tossing her shoulder first between the top and middle ropes and straight into the steel post! Serenity clutches her shoulder, groaning in pain as she tries to regain her footing and turn back toward Tara. }
Terri Morasco: Serenity is definitely going to be feeling that one with the impact she had against the steel! Colt Collins can’t even do anything to stop these two in this situation, as this is a Last Woman Standing match and the only way to win is to incapacitate the other for the count of ten!
{ Tara delivers a hard kick to Serenity’s midsection, but continues in with several more kicks until Serenity loses her footing. Serenity tries to protect her stomach with her arms, but a relentless Tara continues driving in devastating kicks and stomps a mudhole into her! Serenity reaches her arms for the middle rope to try to pull herself up to her feet whilst Tara takes the top ropes and uses them to gain her own leverage as she comes down with a heavy knee drop! Tara presses her knee against Serenity’s throat, and Serenity barely gets her hands in-between Tara’s knee and her throat to alleviate some of the pressure. }
Tara Fenix: I told you you were in over your head! I told you to STAY! DOWN!
Terri Morasco: You can just hear Tara screaming at Serenity right now, and you have to imagine that she’s looking to break her down mentally with some of that. But Serenity has also been able to take the fight to Tara.
Vasco Dias: Serenity has no one to blame but herself for the situation that she’s in! Tara warned her many times over that she needed to stay out of a fight that didn’t concern her, but Serenity wanted to get involved anyway, and so had to send the message!
{ Prolonging the choke against Serenity, Tara finally stands up and shakes her head at Serenity. The color starts coming back to Serenity after a couple of seconds, but Tara walks away and points at Colt Collins. }
Tara Fenix: Count it!
{ Without further ado, Colt begins the count. }
Colt Collins & Crowd: ONE!
{ Serenity breathes heavily against the mat. }
Colt Collins & Crowd: TWO!
{ Serenity reaches for the middle ropes. }
Colt Collins & Crowd: THREE!
{ Serenity tugs on the ropes. }
Colt Collins & Crowd: FOUR!
{ Serenity pulls herself up against the ropes, first to one knee, and then one foot, and finally to the other as she is a little wobbly. Colt calls for the count to stop, and the crowd claps for Serenity as stands back up. }
Vasco Dias: Tara is being generous by trying to let her stay down early in this match, but Serenity is just so ungrateful for everything Tara has tried to do for her!
{ Serenity falls back into the corner, and Tara charges in for a body splash! SERENITY LEAPS UP AND CATCHES TARA WITH TWO BOOTS! Tara staggers from it, but shakes it off– Tara spins for a discus elbow, but as she turns around, Serenity lifts her up and over with a back body drop to the outside of the ring! Tara crashes hard on the outside of the ring, holding her back as the crowd pops for Serenity! }
Terri Morasco: Tara with a huge fall right there, and Serenity is trying to shift the momentum back in her own direction!
{ Tara manages to get herself back to her feet, in visible pain after the drop. Inside of the ring, Serenity charges against the far ropes to gain some momentum and comes back for a suicide dive! The impact causes Tara to fall back against the barricade, and into a seated position as she arches her back from more damage being done– Serenity quickly collects herself and searches underneath the ring for something…she pulls out a steel chair, gripping it tight with both hands whilst closing the distance between herself and Tara. }
Vasco Dias: No, no, no! She’s got some bad intentions with that!
Terri Morasco: There’s no disqualification!
{ Winding up, and swinging! Serenity looks to trap Tara’s head between the steel chair and the barricade! TARA NARROWLY AVOIDS IT! The vibration from the miss stuns Serenity momentarily as Tara hurries back to a standing position and she snatches the chair to try to wrestle it away from Serenity. }
Terri Morasco: Whoever gets the chair could be at a distinct advantage!
{ The two continue fighting for possession of the chair until– TARA RELEASES! Serenity stumbles back, and Tara fires…GENOCIDE KICK! }
Vasco Dias: Right into–
{ NOOOOO! Serenity drops the chair and side steps to avoid the impact! }
Terri Morasco: Serenity Holmes dodges a huge bullet with that one because that chair would’ve bounced right off of her skull!
{ Tara regains her footing as Serenity looks to continue her attack, and jumps up to catch Tara around the neck with her legs! Serenity is looking for a hurricanrana but Tara shows her own power by holding Serenity up and is looking to powerbomb her on the outside! }
Terri Morasco: Tara caught Serenity, and now Serenity is in trouble again!
{ Kicking her legs, Serenity holds on for dear life against Tara– she manages to get Tara off-balance and causes her to stumble back a couple of steps, and Serenity grabs the ropes as a safety! Tara tries to pull Serenity from the ropes and force her down, but Serenity has a firm grasp– she pulls herself over Tara and onto the ring apron, but Tara reaches back and pulls Serenity’s ankles out from under her! Serenity’s head collides against the ring apron! }
Vasco Dias: Again, Terri: the veteran prowess that Tara has is undeniable! Every time that you think Serenity is going to have some sort of comeback, Tara is there to snuff out her light!
{ Colt slides out of the ring and is looking to start the count, but Tara snatches Serenity by the head to show that she’s not done with her– she rushes Serenity head first into the steel post giving a chime from how hard she hits, and Serenity collapses on the outside of the ring. Colt hesitates in going to count this time, but Tara calls for it. }
Colt Collins: ONE!
Vasco Dias: Serenity Holmes is definitely going to have to go through concussion protocol after this match is over!
Colt Collins & Crowd: TWO!
{ Serenity is raising her head, but still lying out. Meanwhile, Tara starts searching under the ring and pulls out her own arsenal of weapons: a steel chain. }
Terri Morasco: Tara has a lot of history with that steel chain as that has been one of her go-to weapons throughout her twenty-three-year career.
{ Joining her arsenal is also a singapore cane, and even a table is brought out…one more object happens to come out: a sack. Tara looks into the sack and shakes her head a little bit muttering something under her breath. Colt Collins has gotten the count up to five in the meantime, and Serenity is clawing at the ring skirt to pull herself back up. }
Colt Collins & Crowd: SIX!
{ Serenity stands up on her own only for a CRACK from a singapore cane to her spine! Even the crowd winces from the impact. Serenity cringes and arches her back but remains standing. }
Terri Morasco: We could all feel that one, Vasco!
{ Tara swings a second time, and the cane cracks again against Serenity’s back, this time causing her to stumble forward and reach her arm back to try to block the next attack– she catches herself against the barricade, and Tara continues in with another crack! Serenity turns to face Tara, protecting her back from another shot, and Tara goes for the midsection this time! The shot connects, but Serenity drops her arms around the cane and prevents Tara from withdrawing to go for another. }
Terri Morasco: She’s hurting, Vasco, but I think she knew she had to take one more shot to have a chance to take that weapon away from Tara!
{ Serenity grips the singapore cane and rips it away from Tara, and Tara hurries back now picking up the chair– Serenity reacts fast, and just as Tara turns to face her, Serenity with a huge DROPKICK sending the chair back against Tara’s skull! }
Vasco Dias: I’m going to give her some credit there on the toughness, and the fast reaction time. Tara looks like she didn’t have any chance to pull the chair away!
Terri Morasco: Oh, absolutely! And Tara is definitely seeing stars after that one, but she’s still moving. The crowd is trying to rally behind Serenity, who is taking a moment to recollect her own thoughts– you can see some of the physical damage that has been done against her thus far, and she’s definitely going to need to start inflicting damage to Tara for a chance to keep her down for that ten count.
{ Tara is on her hands and knees and trying to create some distance between herself and Serenity, and after a couple of seconds to regain her bearings, Serenity rushes forward and goes for a low dropkick hitting Tara in the head with it! Tara still continues to try to get up, but Serenity is there now wailing away with forearms and fists! }
Vasco Dias: It seems Serenity is looking to dish out some of what was handed to her!
Terri Morasco: This fight is swinging back in her direction, and it looks like she’s just not done with punishing Tara!
{ Serenity snatches the chain and starts wrapping it around Tara’s neck. }
Terri Morasco: Serenity is definitely looking to punish Tara here!
{ Serenity creates a makeshift pulley system with the ropes and the chain, as Tara scrambles to try to get the chain free from her neck– Serenity stands on the other side of the steel post as Tara, and then uses her feet against the steel post to gain extra leverage while pulling on the chain and starts choking Tara! Tara is still grasping for the chain to try to alleviate the pressure, and pull it from her neck, but Serenity has it in before Tara can get free and continues to choke her. }
Vasco Dias: Oh, come on! You can’t allow that! Colt Collins! Get in there and do something!
Terri Morasco: It’s no–
Vasco Dias: Blah, blah, blah! No disqualification! I know! But there’s a limit, Terri, and Serenity Holmes could become guilty of MURDER if she doesn’t let go!
{ Serenity screams with intensity while pulling on the chain, as Tara’s face is starting to match the color of her hair. }
Vasco Dias: This is sickening, Terri! Absolutely sickening!
{ Tara starts giving less and less resistance, and when Serenity feels zero resistance, she finally releases the chain and Tara falls forward, face down. Serenity walks around to the other side of the post where Tara is lying down, and then points toward her while looking at Colt. }
Serenity Holmes: Count it!
Colt Collins & Crowd: ONE!
Vasco Dias: I hope she’s alive!
Terri Morasco: I mean– Colt checked for a pulse, and seems satisfied, so the count is underway. But Serenity is making use of the time in the off-chance that it's not enough and is also looking under the ring for more tools.
{ Serenity pulls out another table, a trash can, a fire extinguisher, a couple more chairs… Colt Collins continues the count up to four whilst she is searching. }
Colt Collins & Crowd: FIVE!
{ Tara props herself up on her elbows, shaking out the cobwebs– she immediately goes to loosen the chain from around her neck, but it doesn’t go unnoticed by The 22nd Century Girl, as she snatches the chain and gives it a rough tug! The attack breaks the count, but forces Tara back down! Serenity loops the chain back around and uses it as a whip across Tara’s back! Tara arches her back, and Serenity kicks Tara’s stomach to force her to roll over, simultaneously wrapping the chain around her fist, as she then crouches over her and begins using the chain as added damage for the punches! Before Serenity is able to get too many, Tara is able to send Serenity over with a monkey flip, also loosening the chain as it untangles from around her neck. The crowd pops when both women are finally back on their feet. }
Terri Morasco: The damage that both women have taken is insane, but they’re both back to their feet and Tara charges at Serenity Holmes!
{ Breaking into a sprint, Tara unexpectedly hits Serenity with a spinning headscissors takedown! Serenity lands on the ramp, and rolls through, as she turns around to The Phoenix Queen already rushing forward with a heavy elbow aimed for the temple! Serenity is able to block the elbow, but Tara snatches her arm right away and sends her hard into the barricade– Serenity manages to flip around so her back hits the barricade, and cringes from the shot, as Tara snatches her arm a second time and sends her into the opposite barricade! Serenity topples over it and ends up with the crowd! }
Vasco Dias: This action has spilled into the audience, and they’re here for it! Tara isn’t going to run from this one!
{ Tara follows Serenity into the crowd, and Serenity connects with a backfist to Tara’s collar. Tara staggers from the shot, but grabs a handful of Serenity’s hair before driving her head down while raising her knee with a muay thai knee strike! }
Terri Morasco: We’re going to need to get security there, and it’s probably for the best, to protect the fans from collateral damage!
{ SERENITY IS ABLE TO BLOCK THE KNEE WITH HER HANDS! Serenity regains her vertical base, and grabs Tara’s head with one hand and begins pummeling with the other– Tara fires back with her own shots as the two are tangled up with one another. }
Vasco Dias: I don’t like this action spilling out to the crowd, Terri. There’s anything that can happen out there! It looks like security is there to create a perimeter, but some of those chairs are now also getting damaged! This is just– it’s not good, Terri! It’s not good at all!
{ Security has arrived, and is ensuring the crowd doesn’t get caught between the two. Tara starts gaining the advantage over Serenity and is winning the striking battle, and Serenity in turn is losing ground as they head further and further up the stairs until they get to the concourse– Tara uses a series of uppercuts! One more for good measure, but Serenity deflects it! Serenity grabs Tara by the arm and spins them around, sending Tara toward the tunnel– Tara stops on her heel, and pivots, only for Serenity to catch her with a SPEAR! }
Terri Morasco: This action is starting to spill to the backstage!
{ Tara gets her hands to the back of her head just in time to protect it from the fall. The standard camera crew, security, and the referee, Colt Collins, are all following the duo– Colt rushes forward, prepared to start his count against Tara, as Serenity raises an arm toward the crowd to rally them. }
Vasco Dias: There is no limit to what can be used as a weapon back there! Colt Collins really needs to do his job and get this action back to the ring!
Terri Morasco: There is no set battleground for this kind of match, Vasco, you should know this! Everything, and everywhere is their disposal!
{ Just as Colt is about to start the count, Serenity waves him off– Tara is up to one knee, wobbly, and Serenity goes to the cameraman. }
Serenity Holmes: Gimme that!
{ The camera wavers a little bit, and we get a close up of Serenity gesturing for the cameraman to give it up. }
Serenity Holmes: Gimme!
Vasco Dias: What does she have in mind here?
{ Serenity holds the camera to face herself. }
Serenity Holmes: GET THIS SHOT!
{ She fixes the lens so it’s aimed at Tara… Tara gets to her feet, and just as she does, Serenity charges forward, the lens hitting Tara directly on the skull! The camera falls when Serenity throws it to the ground. }
Vasco Dias: That’s expensive equipment, Terri! That’s definitely going to be coming out of her paycheck!
{ The camera shifts to another camera, getting a shot of Serenity waltzing forward while pointing at Tara. }
Serenity Holmes: Count it!
Terri Morasco: We could get a winner right here!
Colt Collins: ONE!
{ Tara curls herself onto the floor, holding her head, as Colt Collins continues the count. Serenity continues forward and grabs a cup from a fan at the concession stand, and downs it…as the count gets higher, Tara moves more and more, and finally at the count of six, Tara uses the wall to get herself back up much to the delight of the audience! Serenity doesn’t have to look back at her to know she’s standing, and Tara is the one closing the distance– Serenity fires for a kick, but Tara catches it, and drives in with a hard elbow! Tara then grabs Serenity by the head and slams it against the concession stand– Serenity retreats away while trying to shake the cobwebs out. She regains her bearings and posture just in time for Tara to deck her with another elbow! Tara drives in with a heavy front kick to Serenity’s midsection causing her to keel over, and then takes a shirt from the stand, and wraps it tight before finally wrapping it around Serenity’s neck and pulling on both ends to strangle her! }
Vasco Dias: Is she gonna have to pay for that?
Terri Morasco: I guess on the bright side, RAM is getting a merchandise sale.
{ Tara snapmares Serenity, and in doing so, Serenity rolls forward to pull the shirt from around her neck. She tumbles forward but the wall breaks her fall! They just happen to be at the elevator, and Serenity hits the button a couple of times and the doors open– the elevator has a glass wall across from it and Serenity backs against the wall. Tara rushes into the elevator for a running GENOCIDE KICK! Serenity dodges to the side! }
Terri Morasco: She nearly took her head off there, and – wait…wait, those doors are closing!
{ Neither security nor Colt are able to make it into the elevator, but we’re able to see the action ensuing from the glass! Tara and Serenity continue fighting back and forth with one another! The elevator moves downward while everyone is scrambling to catch them at the doors, Colt Collins showing off his own speed as he is the first one to make it just as the doors open– Serenity catches Tara with a dropkick that sends Tara to the outside of the elevator! The doors attempt to close, again, but Serenity uses her arm to catch the sensor and the doors reopen…Serenity clears the elevator, and Tara rolls onto her stomach and hurries to get back to her feet. She stumbles forward into a door reading “AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY” and charges through with Serenity still in pursuit. }
Vasco Dias: I feel like there’s a rule that Serenity should be following here. Something quite important!
{ The door swings shut before Serenity can get to it, and Serenity pushes the door back open with force– Tara grips the edge of the door, and slams it back against Serenity! Serenity is able to get her arm up to block the blow, but cries out from hitting her arm as she tries to shake the pain off… }
Vasco Dias: Never chase! That’s the rule!
{ Tara grabs Serenity and pulls her toward her, catching her with a tomoe nage in the process! Tara and Serenity are both scrambling to get to their feet– Tara rushes forward, and Serenity takes her over with a hip toss, slamming her down on one of the crates! Serenity brings an elbow down across Tara’s collar, battling for an inverted headlock– Tara rolls onto her side and pushes herself from the crate but Serenity is able to switch it into a side headlock. }
Terri Morasco: Serenity Holmes looked like she was looking for something devastating there, but I think Tara was able to avoid it…somewhat. That headlock is locked in, and Tara is going to have to find her way out of it otherwise Serenity is going to dictate where they go next!
{ Serenity drags Tara down the hall with the headlock locked– Tara gets a surge of life and raises Serenity for a back body drop! Serenity keeps the momentum, and lands back on her feet behind Tara– she immediately launches herself for a front dropkick to Tara’s upper back, sending Tara stumbling forward and to the ground! Tara, on her hands and knees, continues forward while Serenity is still in pursuit. }
Terri Morasco: Tara is just looking to escape Serenity right now.
Vasco Dias: With everything that’s available in the back, and the veteran that Tara is, this is not the safest place! She knows it! And I’m not saying that she can’t handle it, but she knows her best chance is to get back to the ring! Serenity is a maniac! Serenity is unhinged!
Terri Morasco: It looks like they’re at the Gorilla Position, and they’re– they’re scrambling for their own protection.
{ The crowd is getting louder and louder as Serenity runs in and goes for a diving forearm! The forearm connects, but Tara is still standing and both of the women are now coming out from the tunnel and back into the arena! }
Vasco Dias: They’re back!
Terri Morasco: They’ve been around this whole arena, and somehow are still alive!
{ Serenity sprints forward while Tara is regaining her balance– as Serenity closes in…REVERSAL! Tara raises Serenity up and drops her down with a flapjack! }
Vasco Dias: That’s gonna flatten her out right there!
{ Tara rolls off the side of the ramp to get back to her feet, and watches Serenity momentarily as she covers her face in pain. }
Vasco Dias: Every time Serenity has had some life, Tara has been there to snuff it right back out! That’s why she’s been doing this as long as she has been. That’s why she’s still regarded as THE BEST IN PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING! There is nothing Serenity can do that Tara does not have an answer for!
Terri Morasco: Tara is absolutely one of the best, and one of the greatest to ever step foot in the ring. Serenity Holmes is going out there and giving her a fight, though!
{ Tara moves down the side of the ramp with many of the fans stretching their arms toward the veteran, but she pays them no mind, as she reaches the bottom of the ramp where the weapons were left behind. Tara takes the table and drags it up the ramp while looking at Serenity, who is still down…she drops the table, and then moves back to the ring, where she searches under the ring for more to add to the arsenal. Another sack, and Tara peeks into it looking a little more satisfied this time around.
Up the ramp, Serenity stirs and sees Tara busy looking for more weapons underneath the ring… she takes the time to set up the table on the ramp, and then turns toward Tara and rushes her yet again! Tara turns just in time to avoid Serenity, and catches her with a low kick! An alternating middle kick! The kicks alternate against Serenity until finishing her off with a spinning roundhouse kick! }
Vasco Dias: Some of the deadliest kicks in the business right there!
{ Serenity looks like she may be out after the kick, but Tara isn’t finished– before Colt can start the count, she pulls Serenity back to her feet and controls her with a butterfly lock! }
Terri Morasco: We could be looking at a variant of Phoenix Wings right here!
{ Tara pushes and pulls Serenity with the butterfly lock still in, and Serenity is trying to break free from her grasp– but to no avail! Tara has it in, and looks to capitalize with a huge move! Tara jumps off of her feet to go for PHOENIX WINGS! SERENITY POWERS TARA OVER WITH A WATERWHEEL DROP! The crowd pops for the reversal! }
Terri Morasco: Serenity with a huge reversal! And that could be some of the momentum she needs to swing things back in her favor!
Vasco Dias: Prolong your suffering! I like it!
{ Serenity sits up after the reversal and starts moving for the barricade, as Colt Collins is looking at both competitors who look like they’ve come out of a car crash… He starts the count, but Serenity Holmes is back up before the count of two. She tosses a few of the weapons into the ring as the crowd pops and Tara is up at the count of five– Serenity doesn’t anticipate Tara being up so quickly this time, and Tara is able to catch her with an axe handle smash to the back! }
Vasco Dias: Y’see what happens, Terri? She completely forgets about her opponent! That’s why she’ll never reach the level of Tara! Tara has eyes in the back of her head, and is always looking to see what her opponents are up to.
{ Tara gets Serenity into a side headlock while dragging her up the ramp, and then slams her head against the table set up on the ramp. Tara picks up the table and moves it further up the ramp until it’s on the stage while Serenity is stunned and shaking the cobwebs…Tara pulls Serenity back to a standing position, and hits her with a hard overhand chop! Tara then pulls Serenity onto her shoulders… }
Terri Morasco: Burn to Ashes, Vasco! We could be seeing a devastating knee strike that could put Serenity down!
{ Tara walks with Serenity on her shoulders up the ramp.
Serenity kicks her legs rapidly trying to break free from Tara’s grasp! A couple of elbows come in against Tara’s temple, and Tara keels forward– she catches herself against the table, and Serenity backs up fast…she charges in and MOVING HOLMES! The running shining wizard connects! Colt Collins is already in position to start counting, but the crowd is going crazy while Serenity pulls Tara back up and she looks to be out of it. Serenity puts Tara on top of the table, and delivers a couple more elbows to keep her out of it…and she receives a huge pop from the crowd when she points to the top of the tunnel! }
Vasco Dias: What does she have in mind here, Terri?! I don’t like this at all. WHAT DOES SHE HAVE IN MIND?!
Terri Morasco: It looks like she’s– she’s going to go high, Vasco! She’s climbing up to the top of the tunnel!
{ Colt pleads with Serenity not to, and even starts his count at a regular pace to try to stop Serenity from doing the move, and to save Tara in the process. Tara is laid out when Serenity reaches the top of the tunnel, and the crowd grows louder and louder as the 22nd Century Girl looks down at The Phoenix Queen– a brief hesitation at the top of the tunnel, and Serenity bellows out a howl before diving from the top of the tunnel! Colt’s count is only up to six, and he hurries out of the way when: PHOENIX SPLASH! }
Crowd: HOLY SHIT! Crowd: HOLY SHIT! Crowd: HOLY SHIT! Crowd: HOLY SHIT! Crowd: HOLY SHIT!
{ Serenity and Tara both lie in the rubble of the table, Serenity just over Tara as Colt Collins checks on both of them… }
Vasco Dias: I just– I can’t believe the lengths that Serenity Holmes is willing to go through here tonight! Terri Morasco: This has become personal, Vasco, and Serenity has told Tara that she is going to have to kill her to get her to stay down!
{ Colt starts his count to the resounding crowd chanting with him. }
Colt Collins & Crowd: ONE!
{ Neither opponent stir. }
Colt Collins & Crowd: TWO!
{ Still no movement. }
Colt Collins & Crowd: THREE!
{ Serenity rolls off of Tara to the approval of the crowd. }
Colt Collins & Crowd: FOUR!
Terri Morasco: It looks like Serenity Holmes could be getting to her feet! Serenity could be the last woman standing!
{ Serenity crawls away from the debris before finally pushing herself to her hands and knees. While she’s doing that, Tara rolls over onto her stomach. }
Colt Collins & Crowd: FIVE!
{ Serenity gets to one foot and a knee, wobbly in position… }
Terri Morasco: And Serenity iiiiis…
Colt Collins & Crowd: SIX!
Terri Morasco: Up! Serenity is up!
Vasco Dias: Barely!
Colt Collins & Crowd: SEVEN!
{ Tara pushes herself onto her hands and knees. }
Colt Collins & Crowd: EIGHT!
{ Tara to one foot, and just before Colt can count to nine…SHE’S UP! }
Vasco Dias: I don’t know how either one of them is able to stand after going through that table! The Queen of Queens, Tara, The Phoenix Queen, The Great Phoenix, she has proven herself time and time again in her career! A twenty-three-year veteran, she has proven herself time and time again, even winning with a broken wrist in one of her greatest matches! She proved how tough she is against The Black Widow at Night of the Immortals in the first-ever Phoenix Nest match! But even that had its limits!
{ Serenity hobbles toward the ring, stopping to pick up one of the bags, flings it into the ring, and then the second bag, and flings it also into the ring, and then finally the trash can lid. Tara takes a deep breath while trying to recollect herself from the new scars that Serenity has gifted Tara with. Tara goes toward the ring, picking up the steel chain in the process, and rolls under the bottom rope to reenter the ring! }
Terri Morasco: And this action has spilled back to the inside of the ring, and Serenity is there with the lid!
{ Serenity swings the lid as hard as she can, and Tara tries to avoid the blow but gets struck on the back! Tara cringes from the shot, but fights her way back to her feet– she holds the chain tightly overhead, able to deflect the lid with it! Tara steps forward and delivers an elbow! Serenity fires with a shot of her own, but Tara avoids it and brings the chain up catching Serenity around the neck with it– she tugs hard to make sure it stays in place before rushing Serenity forward and dumping her over the top rope, only to be stopped and hung by the steel chain! }
Terri Morasco: She’s gonna choke the life out of her here!
{ Standing with just her toes in the ring apron, Serenity gets a hand back to grab the top rope and prevent herself from falling and gravity doing more damage against her! Serenity fixes herself on the ring apron, and then grabs the chain so Tara can’t get too much leverage, and then falls forward with a stunner across the top rope! }
Terri Morasco: A beautiful counter from Serenity, and she looks like she saw her whole life flash in her eyes!
Vasco Dias: That’s vintage Tara, and Serenity dodges a huge bullet!
{ Tara lies down on the mat as Serenity pulls the chain from her neck and tosses it to the outside of the ring– she looks toward Tara on the mat while Colt Collins is looking to start the count, but Serenity now moves to the nearest turnbuckle and climbs as the crowd approves! }
Vasco Dias: You’ve done enough! There’s nothing more you can take from her!
{ Serenity takes a deep breath whilst standing tall atop the turnbuckle, and then comes off for a SHOOTING STAR PRESS! }
Terri Morasco: SHOOTING! STAR!
{ NOOOOO! Tara springs to her feet while Serenity is in mid-flip, and FALLEN PHOENIX! }
Colt Collins: OH, BABY!
Vasco Dias: FALLEN PHOENIX! That’s how you do it, Terri! FALLEN! FUCKING! PHOENIX!
Terri Morasco: Whoa…
Vasco Dias: SIT! DOWN! SERENITY! HOLMES! SIT! DOWN!
Terri Morasco: You might want to dial it back there.
Crowd: HOLY SHIT! Crowd: HOLY SHIT! Crowd: HOLY SHIT! Crowd: HOLY SHIT! Crowd: HOLY SHIT!
{ Tara and Serenity both are down on the mat, face up, heaving for oxygen. Colt Collins takes a moment to contain his own excitement before finally starting to count both of the women out, but the chant from the audience floods out his count. Regardless, the count is up to three before Tara gets her first movement. Four, and Tara is in the corner; five, and Tara uses the ropes to pull herself up. }
Tara Fenix: Stay down, Serenity! It’s time for you to stay down!
{ Despite Tara’s statement, Serenity rolls onto her stomach… Six! She reaches for the ropes, and Tara shakes her head. Seven! Serenity gives a tug on the rope. EIGHT! She successfully pulls herself back up, breaking the count right as Colt counts the nine! }
Terri Morasco: There’s just no quit in Serenity, as she fights her way back to a vertical base! But I don’t know how much longer either one of them can stand or fight!
{ Tara steps out of the corner and fires in with a knife edge chop that resonates throughout the arena! The crowd pops for the strike, and Serenity answers in kind! Tara fires with another! And Serenity answers! Each time they strike one another, the crowd gets a bit louder each time, and each time they also rally themselves to start fighting harder again… Serenity catches another wind, and she starts firing on all cylinders! }
Vasco Dias: They have to be running on fumes right now!
Terri Morasco: Keep in mind that Serenity Holmes has experience inside of the octagon, so she does know how to strike with the best of them!
Vasco Dias: But with that being said, Tara is no slouch in that department, as we’ve established her as having some of the best kicks in the sport!
{ Serenity battles Tara into the corner with enough force that Tara rebounds out of it for a moment, but a stiff kick from Serenity causes her to keel over, and Serenity catches her in position for a DDT! Serenity runs off of the corner and spins around to go for a TORNADO DDT! TARA SHOVES HER OFF! Tara rushes forward and catches Serenity with a RUNNING ENZUIGIRI! }
Vasco Dias: It’s like I said, Terri. Everything that Serenity can throw at Tara, Tara has an answer! Every time it looks like Serenity may get the momentum in her favor, Tara just puts it all on a halt!
Terri Morasco: Serenity is down, but she is still moving so Colt has opted not to start counting her out quite yet. Tara is taking this moment to get a breather, but it looks like she knows that Serenity still has more to give and is preparing for– wait, she’s preparing for something nasty, and I don’t like the looks of it!
{ Tara picks up one of the bags from the ground, taking a quick peek…she smiles, satisfied with the contents inside, and dumps the contents onto the mat! THUMBTACKS! }
Terri Morasco: Ill intentions from Tara right now!
{ Serenity has backed herself into the corner, and Tara goes to grab her and pull her to her feet– SERENITY CATCHES TARA WITH A SCISSOR LEG SWEEP! Tara goes head first into the second turnbuckle, and Serenity now uses the ropes to pull herself up as the crowd cheers for her. }
Vasco Dias: This can’t happen!
{ Serenity takes the other bag on the ground, and dumps its contents with the previous one but the crowd stifles a chuckle when LEGOs come out from the bag and join the thumbtacks… Serenity blinks a couple of times. }
Terri Morasco: It looks like Jennie left some stuff under the ring for these two.
{ Serenity shrugs her shoulders and walks over to Tara to pull her to her feet– Tara fires with a palm strike! Serenity battles back with a heavy knee, knocking the wind back out of Tara, and then pulls her and positions her for a suplex. }
Vasco Dias: DON’T DO IT!
Terri Morasco: I can’t watch!
{ Serenity raises Tara up slightly– TARA HOOKS HER LEG WITH HER OWN! Tara starts delivering hard knuckles to Serenity’s ribcage, but Serenity persists with trying to lift Tara up until it’s just too much… Tara breaks free from Serenity’s grasp, and the two are back in a back and forth strikefest! Serenity goes for a spinning kick, and Tara ducks! TARA LIFTS SERENITY ONTO HER SHOULDERS! Tara has Serenity’s arm hooked to prevent her from being able to deliver any elbows this time around, but Serenity continues wriggling trying to get herself off of Tara’s shoulders. }
Vasco Dias: Don’t look yet, Terri!
{ Serenity still battles, still battles, and still battles, and– PHOENIX DRIVER! Tara delivers a PHOENIX DRIVER to Serenity Holmes, sending her into the thumbtacks and LEGOs! From the pain of both, Serenity sits up immediately with her back fully arched as she breathes heavily as if she had just been dunked into a frozen lake. }
Colt Collins & Crowd: OH, BABY!!!!!
Vasco Dias: You wanted a war, Serenity! Tara is not the one you want a war with!
{ The crowd is going absolutely crazy for the length that these two warriors have gone through to try to put the other down for the ten count. Terri winces a little bit as she opens her eyes. }
Terri Morasco: {Sucking in air through her teeth.} It looks like Tara did land on some of those as well, and she’s trying to get them out of her skin.
{ Tara scootches backward while picking at the thumbtacks from her legs and back side. She points to Colt Collins. }
Tara Fenix: Start counting! NOW!
{ Serenity Holmes twitches while lying in the thumbtacks and LEGOs. Colt Collins starts the count, and the crowd chants the count along with him… }
Vasco Dias: Y’know, I just want to take a moment to say that Serenity Holmes has fought valiantly! She has proven her merit! But the fact of the matter is that she was just in over her head here tonight… She was in with the greatest of all time! Ugh… Can you believe this crowd? Giving her false hope! Anyways, Serenity has pushed herself to her own limits, and I just hope she learns from this experience. I hope she becomes better after this experience! This opportunity, an opportunity that not everyone gets the chance to have! An opportunity to be in the ring with the great Tara Fenix! It is an honor that many would kill for!
{ Vasco continues ranting about the opportunity while Colt Collins counts. But the crowd urges Serenity on as the count reaches six, and Serenity is clawing for anything she can to get back to her feet– there is nothing, though. SEVEN! Serenity starts pulling some of the thumbtacks from her skin while trying to get her feet back beneath her. EIGHT! Serenity on one foot, wobbling back and forth. NINE! Serenity tries to get her other foot under her, but continues wobbling, and Tara watches on in disbelief…Colt is about to signal for ten, but SERENITY IS UP! }
Terri Morasco: THIS CROWD IS ALIVE! And somehow, someway, they rally The 22nd Century Girl, Serenity Holmes, back to her feet!
Vasco Dias: WHAT AN IDIOT! WHAT A FOOL! WHAT A– UGGGHHHH!
{ Tara and Serenity hobble toward each other, but Tara with the first haymaker! Somehow, Serenity manages to stay in position, and fires back with a haymaker of her own that does a little more impact, and sends Tara back one step– Tara fires with a second, and Serenity answers! The two continue going shot for shot with each other, coming at a faster pace, but Tara finally ducks under– Serenity’s momentum sends her spiraling, and Tara connects with a spinning back kick to her midsection that sends Serenity against the ropes. Serenity rebounds back, and Tara lifts Serenity onto her shoulders. }
Vasco Dias: PHOENIX DRIVER! Drive her RIGHT BACK INTO THOSE THUMBTACKS! FINISH HER!
Terri Morasco: Serenity is trying to fight her way out of this position, but Tara has a firm grasp!
{ Serenity wriggles, doing everything she can and exerting everything she has left in the tank just to try to break free– Tara lifts Serenity up, and gravity takes over as Serenity comes down for BURN TO ASHES! The GTS! }
Vasco Dias: And down she goes!
Terri Morasco: Serenity– she’s saved by the ropes!
{ The impact causes Serenity to stumble back, and she hooks both of her arms on the top rope to keep herself standing…her legs almost give out from underneath, but Serenity steps out of the ropes and beckons Tara to keep fighting! }
Terri Morasco: You are truly going to have to kill her to keep her down!
{ GENOCIDE KICK! Tara closes the gap between herself and Serenity and catches her with the superkick that puts Serenity flat on her back. }
Vasco Dias: SHE! DECAPITATED! HER! Tara Fenix with the huge Genocide Kick, and this whole thing is over, Terri! It’s over!
{ Colt Collins grabs his head in utter shock with the impact and power that Tara got behind that kick, as Tara stumbles back, a bit off-balance, but saves herself on the ropes. Colt starts counting Serenity out. }
Vasco Dias: AS I WAS SAYING! Serenity Holmes has proven her heart here tonight, and there’s nothing, Terri! There’s NOTHING that anyone can say against Serenity Holmes here tonight, but she was just in over her head from the start! She was born into this business, and she has learned a lot, but she still has a lot to learn!
{ The count is up to seven when Serenity reaches for the nearby ropes– EIGHT! Serenity tugs on the ropes. NINE! TE– SERENITY IS UP! }
Terri Morasco: I can’t believe what we’re witnessing, Vasco! Serenity Holmes is still standing up!
{ Serenity Holmes doesn’t even look conscious as she stands up, but she again takes a step toward Tara and beckons her again… GENOCIDE KICK! }
Vasco Dias: Another Genocide Kick! And– wait– wait, Tara isn’t done with her now.
{ Before Serenity can drop back to the mat, Tara grabs her wrist and keeps her from falling all the way down– Serenity falls forward now, onto her knees, and Tara shakes her head at Serenity while pulling her back to her feet… Serenity can hardly stand on her own two feet, but Tara backs up and fires for a THIRD GENOCIDE KICK! Serenity goes down! Colt Collins starts the count. }
Terri Morasco: I really don’t know if that was necessary.
Vasco Dias: It absolutely was necessary, Terri. Serenity Holmes has not learned for weeks, or even throughout everything Tara has put her through in this match alone! She! Has not! Learned! Tara had no choice but to finish her off in such a dramatic fashion, and I just hope– for her sake— that she finally accepts that she’s not on Tara’s level. I hope, for her sake, that she finally understands that Tara was only doing what’s best for her! She’s got a long career ahead of her, and undoubtedly, Terri, undoubtedly, she’s going to turn heads wherever she goes! People are going to remember her as the one that took this fight to Tara! People are going to remember her as the rebel! People are going to remember her as the one that almost beat Tara Fenix! But she wasn’t good enough here tonight, and it’s nothing to be ashamed of! Just– just let it end. Just know when to throw the towel in. Oh… my…
{ The crowd sparks to life yet again as Serenity pulls herself back up to a standing position, using the ropes as a crutch. }
Terri Morasco: I can’t believe I’m saying this, but Serenity is back up! Serenity Holmes is standing! This match is going to continue!
Vasco Dias: This girl has a death wish, Terri!
{ Serenity holds onto the ropes for a prolonged amount of time, as Tara just looks in disbelief that Serenity has still not stayed down. }
Crowd: THIS! IS! AWESOME! {Clap, clap, clap-clap-clap.} Crowd: THIS! IS! AWESOME! {Clap, clap, clap-clap-clap.} Crowd: THIS! IS! AWESOME! {Clap, clap, clap-clap-clap.} Crowd: THIS! IS! AWESOME! {Clap, clap, clap-clap-clap.} Crowd: THIS! IS! AWESOME! {Clap, clap, clap-clap-clap.}
{ Tara, hardly able to walk on her own two feet, still closes the gap between herself and Serenity– she grabs her by the wrist and pulls her away from the ropes, and Serenity shoves Tara back in an act of defiance! Serenity tries to charge forward, but stumbles in the process– Tara catches Serenity with a knee to her midsection and then gets her into the butterfly transition before leaping up and dropping Serenity Holmes down with PHOENIX WINGS! Both Tara and Serenity land on the thumbtacks and LEGOs again. Tara is in visible pain as she lands, but Serenity lands face down. }
Terri Morasco: Serenity Holmes just went facedown into those thumbtacks!
Vasco Dias: And LEGOs,Terri. Don’t forget the LEGOs.
Terri Morasco: And the LEGOs.
{ Colt Collins starts the count, yet again. }
Colt Collins: ONE!
{ The shock surging through Tara’s has her still sitting up as she drags herself backward. }
Colt Collins: TWO!
{ Tara continues backward and sits against the ropes as Colt continues the count. }
Terri Morasco: Tara is going to have to get up to her feet at some point, because as of right now, she’s still going to be counted out!
Vasco Dias: She’s got some time! But Serenity Holmes– well, I’m going to go ahead and say that we should get some medical attention for her right now! She did everything she could… she fought as hard as she could, Terri, but damn, you just need to stay down! You just need to accept that you’ve been beaten! I know there’s people out there that are angry at Tara for being as good as she is, and they’re always looking for some sort of excuse, but I’m telling you: she’s the best at what she does! She’s the best! There’s no shame in this! There’s no excuses for what happened here tonight. Serenity did her best. But her best wasn’t enough.
Colt Collins: EIGHT!
{ Tara pulls herself up using the ropes, using them to hold herself up. }
Colt Collins: NINE!
Terri Morasco: I think this crowd is looking for Serenity to have one more miraculous kip here, and still fight…
Colt Collins: TEN!
DING! DING! DING!
Vasco Dias: FINALLY! That’s it! That’s all she wrote!
{ The crowd is deafening from the war that they had just witnessed. }
Vasco Dias: This audience was treated here tonight, and opening LEGACY! Serenity Holmes versus Tara Fenix! MATCH! OF! THE! YEAR! Maybe?! We’ve had a lot of bangers throughout this year, but this one is definitely going to be one that people are going to be talking about for a long, long time!
Terri Morasco: Tara had to give everything to keep Serenity down for the count, and yeah, both of them left absolutely everything, not just in the ring, but in the arena! This match took us everywhere!
Vasco Dias: The elevator, Terri. They fought in the elevator!
Terri Morasco: The elevator, the crowd, the backstage, just everywhere!
{ “Back From the Dead” by Halestorm plays throughout the PA as the medical staff is rushing down to the ring to tend to both of the competitors, but before they can reach the ring, Tara limps forward and crouches down in front of Serenity– she lifts her up a little bit, whispering to her. }
Terri Morasco: What do you think they’re saying?
Vasco Dias: No idea, but I wanna know!
{ Serenity and Tara continue talking amongst each other as the crowd is still going crazy for the spectacle. The medical staff finally gets into the ring, and some of them pull Tara back and give her a concussion protocol, while the rest of the medical are helping clear the thumbtacks and even LEGOs stuck to Serenity Holmes. }
Vasco Dias: Well, we do need some time to clean up! Up next we have RAM taking on Nick Danger and… this one… is heated…
------------------------------------ SINGLES MATCH 3000 Word RP Limit
Nick Danger vs RAM ------------------------------------ "This progam has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down..." { will.i.am's "Geekin'" begins playing as Ram hops into the picture, and as pyro goes off around him he pretends to do the famous Buster Sword "victory" pose before heading down to ringside. While he gets a mixed reaction from the crowd, he takes a moment or two to look around and admire the gathering around him before stepping inside the ring. Yulia Malakova follows him down to the ring, wearing a sapphire-blue dress and smirking from ear to ear. }Terri Morasco: We’re gonna be in for a very combustible situation. The only way a man can win this match is to force his opponent to say those two magic words – “I quit.” Vasco Dias: Gotta be humiliation’ to say those words. { "Out Of The Black" by Royal Blood comes on the speaker and red smoke follow on the entrance ramp . Nick Danger walks out onto the entrance ramp wearing his wrestling attire having a determine look on his face he makes his way down the entrance taking off his leather jacket toss it to fan and giving them high fives. Nick climb the stel steps then climb the top turnbuckle and and sees his fans saying "Rising Ace" he jumps inside the ring and gets ready for the match to start. We see that Fiona McFly has also made her way to ringside, sporting a Western-style cowgirl’s outfit…along with a pair of handcuffs that extend out to form a leash! }
Vasco Dias: What’s this loony doin’ out here?! Terri Morasco: Karma for last week. She wants to make sure Yulia doesn’t pull any bullshit stunts! { Fiona whispers something into Alison Valance’s ear, and the latter nods her head along with referee Blue Shoes. }Alison Valance: Ladies and gentlemen, I have just been informed that Fiona McFly and Yulia Malakova will be HANDCUFFED together at ringside! { The crowd goes wild! Yulia vehemently protests this, but Fiona simply smiles before grabbing the Russian by the hair! The Hall of Famer wraps the first silver bracelet on Yulia’s right wrist before doing the same to her own left wrist! Yulia tries to run around the ring, but Fiona is there to yank her back! }Terri Morasc: Those two women are gonna be tethered together on a leash! Vasco Dias: Look at the look on RAM’s face! He ain’t happy about this… [DING!] {Nick and Ram walk up to each shouting at one another and up going into a whole fistfight. Nick performs a headbutt on Ram to leave him stunned for a moment that goes on his left knee. Nick runs to the ropes to perform a spear and Ram pulls out a spiked brass knuckle out his left shoe and hits Nick on his head. Ram then starts clobbering Nick on his head. Ram gets Nick up and performs a Superman punch with the spiked brass knuckle leaving Nick a blood mess. Smirking with glee, RAM grabs the microphone and forces it into Nick’s face! }RAM: Say it, bitch! SAY IT!! Nick Danger: NOOOOOO!!!! { Marshall blasts his old friend in the face with the microphone before he kicks the spikey-knuckles away! On the outside, Fiona and Yulia are dragging each other around at ringside the latter tries desperately to grab her trusty little handbag at the announcer’s table – only for the Hall of Famer to drag her right back! We hit the 10:00 mark as Nick and RAM keep trading punches, both managers looking on in bewilderment! }
Terri Morasco: Nick Danger is a bloody, bloody mess! Vasco Dias And he and RAM are both going out towards backstage! { RAM grabs Nick and shoots him toward the big ImperialVision screen on the stage! Cackling, he then charges forward…only to find himself running into nothing but steel support as Danger got out of the way of RAM’s spear! Nick Danger decides that he’s gonna get a little creative and takes off his right boot! We see that he’s wearing a specialized shoe – like the ones football players wear – and just as Marshall turns around, he eats a superkick right to the chops! RAM goes down hard on the stage and covers his face, drawing blood as we find that Nick’s new shoe had thumbtacks stuck on the bottom! }Vasco Dias: That sneaky little bastard! Terri Morasco: And look at this, Nick Danger is stomping away at RAM’s mug! {Nick grabs both of Ram's wrists and begins to stomp at Ram's face and head. Nick stops stomping at Ram's head making Ram a crimson mask. Nick gets Ram up on his knees and Nick pulls out a steel chain and wrap it around his right knee and performs a hard-hitting Ace Trigger on Ram's chin. Rams spit out his tooth after the Ace Trigger from Nick. Ram crawls down the ramp but Nick unwraps the chain off his right knee and starts hitting Ram on the back a few time. Nick wraps the chain on his right forearm and hits Ram with a Strikeout rolling forearm smash and grabs Ram into a powerbomb position and performs a Powerlung blower. Nick grabs the mic and puts it to Ram's face}Nick Danger: I can do this all night if I have to you son of a bitch. Say it or I will break your goddamn neck. RAM: AAAAHHHH…HELL NO!!! { RAM is able to squirm free of the hold and grabs Danger’s chain! Using it like a boxing glove at first, Marshall throws a wild jab that connects, followed by another, before wrapping said chain around Nick’s neck and dragging him back towards the ring! On the outside, Yulia and Fiona are still tussling and trying ot get out of those handcuffs, and RAM uses this as a distraction and drags Nick towards the timekeeper’s table, where the Russian’s handbag is located. He reaches inside and pulls out a small bottle – spraying it into Nick’s eyes! }Terri Morasco: Oh, gimme a break! Vasco Dias: Strawberry perfurme!?! I’m lovin’ it!!! { With Danger’s eyes blinded, Marshall chucks him back into the ring and reaches into Yulia’s handbag once more…but Fiona spots him and gives him a dirty look! RAM decides against pulling something else out of there and instead proceeds to pound Nick Danger in the ring some more with that chain! He then grabs the cordless microphone and forces it into his opponent’s face! }RAM: SAY IT!! SAAAAAY IIIIIT!!!! Nick Danger: NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! { As we hit the 17:00 mark, both men look like they’ve just been involved in a car accident! RAM throws away the chain and takes Danger down with a Samoan drop! On the outside, Yulia is able to grab a wooden chair and toss it one-handed into the ring – before being laid out by the Hall of Famer! }Terri Morasco: Oh, no!! RAM just broke that wooden chair in half with his knee! Vasco Dias: He’s got a…NO WAY! RAM’s gonna spike him with it!! {Nick gets up from the Damian drop still blinded by the perfume. Ram is about to hit Nick with the leg of a wooden chair and is about to hit Nick with it. But Nick ducks hitting the rope and connects with a single leg high knee to Ram's face. Nick rolls out of the ring and ask for a water bottle and he pours it into his eyes and now he can see and look under the ring reenter the ring and with a bag and pours it out to be tacks in the Rams stands up looking at Nick. Nick low-blows Ram with a kick to the balls and grabs Ram to perform a RED EYE DDT ON THE THUMBTACKS HEAD FIRST!!!}Vasco Dias: JESUS CHRIST!!! Terri Morasco: Nick Danger’s gonna have this – but he ain’t done! Vasco Dias: The hell’s he doin’...?! { Nick goes over to the wooden chair and breaks off a piece of it himself! At ringside, Yulia’s eyes widen in shock as she realizes she’s powerless to try and give RAM an assist; on the other hand, Fiona has a perverted smirk on her mug, watching as Danger stalks RAM with the broken wood in his right hand! }Vasco Dias: Oh, no….oh, God! God, no!! Terri Morasco: Nick’s got a piece of that CHAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIIIRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!! { Nick Danger SPIKES RAM IN THE FOREHEAD WITH THAT WOODEN SHARD! RAM screams out in agony as Blue Shoes checks on both men as they are covered deep in crimson! }
RAM: AYAHHHH!!! AAAAAHHHHHH!!!! AAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! { Marshall’s screams continued as the crowd goes apeshit! And then… }RAM: YES! YES!! YEEEEEESSSSSS!!!!!!!! Nick Danger: SAY IT!!! RAM: IIIIIIIII…I QUIT!!! I QUIT!!!! [DING-DING-DING-DING-DING-DING-DING-DING-DING…!!!] Alison Valance: Here is your winner…NIIIIICK!!! DAAAAAANGER!!!!!! {Out of the Black by Royal Blood comes on Nick has dropped the piece of wooden chair on the ground and raised his hands in the air leaving Ram in pain. Nick rolls out of the ring and walks up the ramp with Fiona McFly. With the fans chanting his name}Terri Morasco: Ram tried to make an end to the Legacy of Nick Danger but ended his tonight. Nick's legacy has just only begun. Vasco Dias: Hate to say it. But Nick had fought in a bloody war tonight. {JJ walks out the entrance giving Nick a hug and raising Nick's arm in the air celebrating a tough fight.}------------------------------------ SINGLES MATCH3000 Word RP LimitEmmanuelle vs Vivienne Rodgers ------------------------------------ { Emmanuelle stands at the curtain as “Say Go” by D Smoke begins to play. She walks out, taking time to soak in the reaction of the crowd before making her way down to the ring. }Vasco Dias: Can you believe the nerve of Emmanuelle? She really wants to challenge for the IWF Women’s World Championship, and feels that she deserves it, and for what?! What makes her deserve it?! Terri Morasco: I would say that she definitely is deserving of an upcoming shot, but that honor goes to Caroline Machado here tonight. A win tonight could further convince everybody that Emmanuelle is not far behind! { The lights in the ring drop, leaving gold and green spotlights on the stage and ramp as the sounds of rain and thunder hits. The lights in the arena pulse with similar colors as the opening of "Win Win" by Set It Off feat. Scene Queen begins as the crowd gets on their feet and the lights dim down. When the vocals begin strobe lights begin to flash off and on making for an awesome effect. Pyro explodes from the stage as sparks begins to rain down from the top of the tron screen as out steps Vivienne Rodgers on a single knee encouraging the crowd to get even louder to make the arena shake. Vivienne looks out at the crowd before popping up to her feet letting out a loud primal war scream. Vivienne begins her trek to the ring while doing her best to hype the crowd. Vivienne takes a walk around ringside before sliding into the ring. Once in she heads to the closest turnbuckle and goes to the top rope before throwing her arms out into the air as the lights come back to normal. She hops down and backs into said corner ready for her match to get underway. }Vasco Dias: And this is where Emmanuelle is going to fail! She is going against an IWF Hall of Famer! She is going against a former women’s world champion! She is going against someone handpicked by The Murder to step into the ring with her! And Vivienne Rodgers is just going to crush her here tonight! Terri Morasco: But you can’t overlook what Emmanuelle is capable of doing! She, too, is a multi-time world champion in the industry, and now she’s trying to get to the grand prize here! It’s only a matter of time! And I think Vivienne Rodgers would be foolish to overlook her! DING!{ Doc backs away from the center of the ring, and Emmy and Vivi meet in the middle of the ring with a traditional collar-and-elbow lock up. Emmy wins the exchange and transitions into a side headlock, but Vivi answers by shoving The Platinum Standard off right away into the ropes! Emmy springs to the middle rope, and comes back with a crossbody that catches Vivienne, and Emmy goes for a quick cover! }ONE! { KICK OUT! }Terri Morasco: Emmanuelle goes for a quick cover after a crossbody that caught Vivienne Rodgers unaware, but Vivienne kicks out with ease. Emmanuelle is the first one back to her feet, and– { Emmanuelle connects with a running big boot to her seated opponent, and Vivi falls backward. }Terri Morasco: A heavy boot that looks like Vivienne may need some dental work done after this match! { Emmy springs back to her feet, and goes for a springboard moonsault! Vivi is able to bring her knees up, and Emmy collides with the knees, clinging to her ribs which took the brunt of the impact… }Vasco Dias: And just like that, Vivienne Rodgers turns this match back around! { Vivi uses the moment to get to her feet, and connects with a European Uppercut that staggers The Platinum Standard! Vivi pulls her forward, and lifts Emmy up and slams her down with a belly-to-belly suplex! Vivienne springs back to her feet, and Emmy rolls through to get back to hers– she pivots on her heels and turns right into a spin kick! }Vasco Dias: Vivienne Rodgers starting to get fired up! And that just means trouble for Emmanuelle! { Emmanuelle rolls onto her stomach to try to hurry back to her feet, but Vivienne takes her around the waist from behind and sails her back with a GERMAN SUPLEX! Vivi keeps the bridge to go for the cover… }ONE! TWO! { EMMANUELLE KICKS OUT! }Terri Morasco: Emmanuelle with a kick out, but Vivienne doesn’t look surprised. { Vivienne beats Emmanuelle to her feet and comes down with an elbow drop! Vivi springs back to her feet, and drops down with another elbow drop! She springs a third time, and a third elbow drop! Back to her feet, and Vivienne now leaps up and comes down with a heavy knee drop! }Vasco Dias: The brutality that Vivienne has going into this match is terrific! { Vivienne covers Emmanuelle. }ONE! TWO! { Emmanuelle gets her shoulder up! }Vasco Dias: That’s good, Emmanuelle! That’s good! Kick out, and prolong your suffering! { Emmanuelle sits up while trying to recover, and Vivienne circles behind her, driving a knee into her back! Vivi reaches forward clasping Emmy’s neck, and pulling back with a reverse chinlock as Doc is checking if Emmanuelle would like to tap out– Emmy shakes her head frantically, refusing to tap out. She pumps her fist into the air a couple of times to try to get the crowd to rally behind her, and the crowd is cheering Emmanuelle on! }Terri Morasco: The crowd trying to get Emmanuelle some life against Vivienne Rodgers here, but Vivienne has just been dismantling her! Vasco Dias: That’s exactly what is going to happen when she goes against someone the caliber of Vivienne Rodgers! And what’s she expecting if she can get into the ring with Brooklyn Madrox? Brooklyn is the IWF Women’s World Champion FOR A REASON! And she doesn’t owe Emmanuelle any sort of shot at the title! Terri Morasco: That’s exactly why Emmanuelle is looking to earn it, and it looks like– yes, Emmanuelle is starting to get herself out of this situation! { Emmanuelle is able to angle herself out of the chinlock, and Vivienne immediately transitions into a side headlock– Emmanuelle persists, and is able to get to her feet, but Vivienne still has the headlock locked in. Emmy with an elbow! A second elbow! A third elbow! And the crowd goes wild when the wind is knocked from Vivi’s sails, and Emmy breaks free from her grasp, and Emmanuelle starts firing away with rights and lefts against the Hall of Famer! A front toe kick to Vivi’s midsection, and Emmy draws her in and rushes forward to swing her around with MALIBU SHINE! The tornado DDT! }Terri Morasco: And that’s exactly why you’re not wanting to count Emmanuelle out at any point! She is definitely capable, and everybody should know! She is constantly having classics throughout this business, including two HUGE matches against Tara Fenix! Vasco Dias: Matches that she LOST, Terri! Terri Morasco: But they were hard fought! Emmanuelle is scrambling for the cover! ONE! TWO! THR– NOOOO!!! { Vivienne Rodgers kicks out at the last second, and tries to shake the cobwebs out as she rolls over and returns to her feet, but Emmanuelle keeps the pressure up! A series of knife edge chops sends Vivi back a couple of steps until she’s got nowhere to go except for the corner…the crowd bellows every single time that Emmanuelle throws in another knife edge chop, and Emmanuelle snatches Vivienne by the arm to send her across to the opposite turnbuckle! }Terri Morasco: Emmanuelle is in the driver seat now, and– wait, Vivienne with the reversal! { In the center of the ring, Vivi is able to reverse to send Emmanuelle toward the corner– Emmy springs to the top rope, and comes back to look for a hurricanrana! Emmy spins Vivi around in the middle of the move but VIVIENNE REMAINS STANDING with Emmy’s legs locked around her neck! }Vasco Dias: Vivienne Rodgers showing off her power right here! { Vivi raises Emmy up and SLAMS HER WITH A POWERBOMB! She doesn’t stop there, though, and raises Emmy back up to slam her back down for a SECOND POWERBOMB! SLUMBER PARTY! Vivi raises her a third time for good measure and takes her down for a third one! She remains in position, rolling Emmy up for another cover. }
ONE! TWO! THRE– NOOOO!!!! { Emmanuelle kicks out at the last possible second! }Terri Morasco: Vivienne Rodgers looks a little more angry this time that Emmanuelle didn’t stay down! Vasco Dias: That was three! THAT WAS THREE! DOC IS JUST A SLOW COUNTER! AND THIS INJUSTICE CANNOT STAND! { Vivi shakes off her disappointment and gets back to her feet, pulling Emmanuelle up in the process– she takes her by the arm, and sends her for the ropes! EMMANUELLE COUNTERS! Emmanuelle with a tilt-a-whirl, a somersault around Vivienne Rodgers, and The Platinum Standard brings her down with PALISADES BOMBER! The crowd goes wild! }Terri Morasco: WHAT A DDT! { Emmy covers her, rolling her up in the process! }ONE! TWO! THREE!!!!! DING! DING! DING! Alison Valance: YOUR WINNER! BY WAY OF PINFALL! THE PLATINUM STANDARD! EEEEEMMAAAAANNNNNUELLLLLEEEEE! { “Say Go” plays through the PA, and Emmanuelle rolls out of the ring to celebrate as members of The Murder are already coming down to ringside– Emmanuelle climbs over the barricade to celebrate amongst the fans. }Terri Morasco: A wise move from Emmanuelle to get out of here fast! Vasco Dias: She stole the win! But she’s not going to get very far through the rest of them! ------------------------------------ IWF WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH 3000 Word AccumulativeSavage By Nature vs Sanguis Immortalis (c) ------------------------------------ Iyo Kenshin: As we prepare for a World Tag Team Championship defense, it may be only fitting that our esteemed broadcast colleagues have tagged us in to do the commentary for this one, Rayne! Rayne: They tagged me in, Iyo. Me. I'm the hot tag. You're the desperation play. I'm just stuck with you the same way Vasco is stuck with Terri– because someone believes it's best to spread the talent between the programming. Iyo Kenshin: Are you implying that Terri and I couldn't call a show together? Rayne: Not at all. I'm saying that commentary would just be too boring for anyone to remember afterwards. Iyo Kenshin: I disagree! I do, however, believe we can both agree that this next match will be anything but boring! Sanguis Immortalis versus Savage By Nature, championships on the line! Rayne: I've been looking forward to it since it was announced! Iyo Kenshin: Then let's allow Alison to take it away! { A camera focuses on a shot of Alison Valance standing in the center of the ring. }Alison Valance: The following contest is scheduled for one fall, and it is for the IWF World Tag Team Championships! Introducing first, the challengers!… { The lights go down. "Winner Takes All" by Nita Strauss starts to blare from the arena speakers. A blend of purple and red and light washes over the stage, fog rising from the floor. The silhouette of three figures can be seen at the top of the ramp. Alexandra Calaway stands on the right, posing with her Invictus Championship. To the left of her, Portia clings to the imposing frame of Stephen Terrella. Fifteen seconds into the song, the lights start to rise as the lyrics kick in. }I got no ball, I got no chain Nothing can hold me down I got hard knocks, I'm the King of Shock It's written on my crown{ Alexandra starts to make her way down the ramp, towards the ring; with Stephen Terrella and Portia following behind her, holding hands. }Never crawl, pass you all I'm calling all the shots Never crawl, I'll pass you all I'm something you can't stop
Blood and guts, your back's against the wall (The winner takes all) Blood and guts, your back's against the wall (Winner takes all){ Stopping halfway down the ramp, Alexandra stops to look out over the crowd. She smirks seeing some of the signs people made. Less amused, Terrella rips one of the signs from a young boy's hands and tosses it on the ground, drawing the ire of the crowd. Stephen challenges the audience to "fucking do something", drawing a laugh from Portia. }Alison Valance: Making their way to the ring, accompanied by Portia!... Weighing in at a total combined weight of four hundred thirty-four pounds, representing Savage By Nature!... Stephen Terrella and the IWF Invictus Champion, Alexandra Calaway!!! { Finishing her walk down the ramp, Alexandra climbs onto the ring apron and up onto the turnbuckle. Meanwhile, Terrella helps his fiancee, Portia, up the steel stairs. Stephen follows Portia up as Calaway slips into the ring and poses on the ropes, leaning forward on the ropes, sometimes talking shit with people in the front row. Terrella walks the apron to the center of it, stopping with his left hand resting on the top rope to stare down the crowd as Portia stands beside him. Calaway drops down into the ring, messing with her hair as Stephen ducks between the ropes and raises both arms in the air to flip off the jeering crowd. }Rayne: This is a team I'm incredibly excited to see more of, Iyo! Our very first ever Invictus Champion, Stephen Terrella, teaming with his friend -and current Invictus Champion- Alexandra Calaway; forming what may be the most violent pairing we've seen in the IWF to date! Iyo Kenshin: The moniker Savage By Nature certainly applies, Rayne. We have all witnessed Stephen Terrella perpetuate some of the most vile, heinous acts we've ever seen on IWF Television in the name of victory. Now he has the talented, yet blood-thirsty Alexandra Calaway -a woman who has shown no regard for her own body, nor her opponent's- by his side. Rayne: Calaway is absolutely fearless, and she should be feared. The thing I love about her is she went to war with Terrella before they joined forces, and she didn't flinch. She earned his respect, Iyo; and Terrella doesn't respect very many people. The last time he thought enough of someone to form a tag team, Terrella and Chris Diamond beat Angel Blake and Dean Harper for the World Tag Team Championships! It just gives me this feeling that tonight is going to be Savage By Nature's night! { The camera captures another shot of Alison Valance. } Alison Valance: And their opponents… { All the lights in the arena go out as the crowd starts to murmur with anticipation. After several long moments of dark silence, The Wolf You Feed by Nita Strauss hits the PA as the arena lights flash like lightning to the beat of the music. Just as the lyrics kick in, a spotlight shines down on the entrance ramp where Wraith and Angel Blake both stand. The crowd lights up in excitement as the lightning effect continues. Wraith and Angel make their way toward the ring. }Alison Valance: Coming down the aisle, weighing in at a total combined weight of four hundred thirty-eight pounds!... They are the reigning IWF World Tag Team Champions!... Angel Blake and Wraith!... Sanguis Immortalis!!! { Wraith heads up the steps first as Angel follows. The two climb through the ropes together and then head to opposing corners facing the camera. Wraith climbs up and glares out at the crowd with a crooked smile as Angel climbs up and throws his arms up in the shape of an X. The two climb down as the music slowly fades and the lights return to normal. }Iyo Kenshin: They are, in some people's estimation, the most dominant set of tag team champions we have ever had. Nearly one full year ago, Angel and Wraith won those belts. With a win here tonight, they march deeper into their already record setting territory, Rayne. Rayne: Look, I won't take anything away from Angel or Wraith as competitors. Someone needs to ask the question though: what about that Television Title shot Angel has coming against his partner here tonight? I don't buy that a leopard can change his spots. Obviously both of them want to retain those tag titles, I'm sure– but wouldn't it behoove Angel to let his son take the bulk of the punishment in this match to soften him up? They may be family, but a championship is a championship, Iyo. Iyo Kenshin: In my estimation, knowing the proud competitors both Angel and Wraith are, that won't factor in whatsoever. Tonight I believe they will both be focused on a singular goal: defeating Calaway and Terrella. Rayne: We'll see. All I'm saying is I've been in that ring, and I know how wrestlers think. I know what goes through a person's mind out there that they may not necessarily want to say, especially when you may have to explain it to your significant other later on. { Portia steps out of the ring, taking her place in Savage By Nature's corner. Wraith takes the ring to start for Sanguis Immortalis. On the other side, Calaway will be the one to start for Savage By Nature. The referee for this contest, Tommy Knocker, checks in with both competitors to see if they're ready; receiving a nod from Calaway and a tilt of the head from Wraith. Tommy interprets the latter's as a "yes" and signals for the opening bell. }Ding! { Calaway and Wraith tie up to start. Wraith drives Alexandra back into the ropes. Tommy Knocker calls for a break, quickly starting a count on Wraith. The monster offers up the clean break. Calaway with a big slap across the face, taunting Wraith in the aftermath with a smirk as she opens up her arms widely Wraith tilts his head, touching his jaw where the slap connected. The 'First Son' fires off a shoot kick in response, catching Alexandra hard! An Irish whip from Wraith sends Calaway across the ring! Bouncing off the ropes, she runs into a big back elbow by Wraith! The 'First Son' snatches Alexandra into a side headlock, using it to secure a takedown onto the canvas on her. Wraith appears to temporarily have control, but the crafty vet, Calaway, manages to bring her leg up and counter with a headscissors! Alexandra puts the squeeze on as Wraith feels for an escape. Knowing Wraith is an accomplished technical wrestler in his own right, Calaway releases her grip as she can feel him starting to try to maneuver his way out of the hold. She brings her leg up, striking Wraith with the back of her knee three times around the head and face! Both competitors then roll away from each other, quickly getting back to their feet! }Iyo Kenshin: A little tit-for-tat on the mat there from two wrestlers who, while very different as people, are stylistically somewhat similar to a degree, Rayne. Rayne: They are, yeah. Calaway has one huge edge in my mind though: experience. As decorated as Wraith is, it's easy to forget he's so young. Alexandra has been wrestling for longer than Wraith has walked this Earth. Iyo Kenshin: Both competitors are circling each other… searching for that opportunistic opening to inflict maximum damage upon the other once again… { Wraith advances in, but Calaway catches him with a spin kick coming in! Alexandra takes Wraith by the wrist and pulls him into a stiff ripcord rolling elbow! The blow knocks Wraith to the canvas, giving Alexandra the chance to tag out to Stephen Terrella. With her wealth of experience, Alexandra wisely turns to put the boots to Wraith as Savage By Nature's heavy makes his way inside. Eventually Terrella joins in as the duo try to stomp Wraith into a stain on the canvas for the full extent of the official's very slow count. Calaway exits with her arms up as the crowd boos, avoiding the disqualification. Stephen reaches down and digs his meaty fingers into Wraith's mouth, using a fish hook to pull him up. The King goes straight for Wraith's eyes with a gouge, blinding his adversary. A hard headbutt from Stephen staggers Wraith, but the monster keeps his feet. Terrella stings Wraith under the jaw with a left-handed Uppercut. This allows Terrella to hoist Wraith up over his head with a gorilla press and toss Wraith all the way out onto the concrete floor! The 'First Son' lands with a hard thud! Stephen turns around, marching across the ring and shoving Angel in the chest with both hands before giving him two middle fingers to try to incite him. The play draws Angel in, but the official quickly cuts him off at the pass as Terrella jaws at Blake. Calaway seizes the moment to throw caution to the wind, leaping off the apron and landing on Wraith with a crushing Senton! }Iyo Kenshin: The barbed wire Barbie putting her own body on the line to drive the air from Wraith's lungs behind the official's back! Rayne: She may have done half as much damage to herself as she did to him, but that sadistic smile of hers says it all– she doesn't give a damn, Iyo! And it's her quickness, as well as her aerial ability that pairs so well with Terrella's brute force as a team. Iyo Kenshin: Angel is understandably livid, which is clearly what Terrella and Calaway want… and Portia blatantly steps right on Wraith with those heels of her's on her way over to celebrate their manipulation of the rules to their favor! Rayne: They have a right to celebrate. Maybe Wraith should watch where she's going? It's not her fault he's in her way! { Calaway gets back to a vertical base, pulling Wraith up and rolling him back inside of the ring. Angel has a few words for Tommy Knocker before grabbing the tag rope and taking his spot back on the apron. Terrella drops down, making a cover on Wraith while simultaneously driving his forearm into the side of Wraith's head. The official drops down into position quickly. }One!.. Two!!.. { Wraith kicks out, capitalizing on Terrella's failure to hook the leg despite a rather fast count. }Iyo Kenshin: The cadence of that count was certainly questionable, but it results in a close fall for Terrella nonetheless! And now it's Terrella mounting Wraith, just punishing him with those heavy left hands to the head! Rayne: Terrella has an intense hatred for Wraith, and you can feel it creeping in behind every one of those shots! They are hard, and they are purposeful, Iyo! Iyo Kenshin: Wraith has an almost inhuman ability to absorb punishment though Rayne, which we've witnessed on multiple occasions. It is so difficult for an opponent to tell how much they're hurting Wraith -if they're hurting Wraith- because he doesn't show it. { Portia looks on intently from the outside, encouraging her fiance, Terrella, to pour it on. The crowd rallies behind Wraith with the familiar chants of… }Crowd: You- Can’t- Kill- Him! {Clap! Clap! Clap, clap, clap!}Crowd: You- Can’t- Kill- Him! {Clap! Clap! Clap, clap, clap!}Crowd: You- Can’t- Kill- Him! {Clap! Clap! Clap, clap, clap!}Crowd: You- Can’t- Kill- Him! {Clap! Clap! Clap, clap, clap!}Crowd: You- Can’t- Kill- Him! {Clap! Clap! Clap, clap, clap!}{ Terrella's temper is further fueled by the crowd chants. Both Portia and Alexandra jaw with the audience, trying to get them to quiet down. Every blow from Terrella grows harder than the last until puncher's fatigue begins to set in on Stephen. He takes a heavy breath as the sweat pours down his head, then slowly brings Wraith to his feet. Wraith defiantly crosses his arms, not even trying to protect himself. Stephen takes a swing, but Wraith uses his speed to evade it. A step slow, Terrella hurries another wild swing that Wraith evades. Terrella tries for a third, which Wraith rolls out of the way of to a big pop from the crowd! Wraith turns on his jets, bouncing off the ropes to catch Terrella with a front dropkick that knocks the hulking figure to the canvas! With another burst of speed, Wraith makes the tag to Angel Blake! }
{ Angel comes into the ring with a fury, plowing into Stephen with a leaping knee! A hard elbow from Blake clears Alexandra Calaway off the apron! Blake then cuts a recovering Terrella down with a chop block to the back of his right knee! The bulky brace Terrella wears beneath his jeans shows through like a bullseye, and Angel immediately sets out to further dissect the limb. Angel takes Stephen's right ankle in hand, dropping an elbow with all his weight behind it to the inside of Terrella's knee. The King grimaces in pain as Angel pops up and drops another elbow to the same spot! Not finished, Angel rapidly springs up again and lands a third elbow drop to Portia's dismay on the outside. This time Angel pins Stephen's leg to the canvas and drops a knee on it. Maintaining control of the leg, Blake locks Stephen Terrella in a figure four leg lock! Terrella pounds the mat with both hands from the pain, forgetting the placement of his shoulders. The official drops down, forced to make a count… }One!... { Tommy draws the count out for the heel's benefit, and the official's obvious bias enables Terrella to lift his left shoulder before the two! Lacking the technical expertise to escape, Terrella reaches his hand out for ropes that are a long way away. Alexandra Calaway dives into the shot though, dropping down on Angel to break up the submission! Calaway stays on top of Angel, throwing some furious punches his way! She doesn't catch Wraith coming up behind her though, and the 'First Son' drops her with a bulldog! }Iyo Kenshin: This match has devolved into complete chaos! Rayne: The people love it though! { Terrella comes up limping, looking for the 'Diffuser' on Wraith– but Terrella's knee buckles, enabling Wraith to escape. Wraith delivers a 'Genocide Kick' to Terrella's jaw, sending a ball of spit flying! Terrella staggers about on spaghetti legs, turning around to catch a 'Genocide Kick' from Angel Blake too that topples him! Calaway tries to make a save for her team, but Wraith and Angel catch her with the 'Genocidebreaker!' to the crowd's delight! Portia pops up onto the apron with her shoe in hand, just verbally annihilating Sanguis Immortalis from the apron. Wraith tilts his head, looking at her with no hint of emotion as Angel gets back to his feet. The Champions exchange a glance before delivering stereo 'Genocide Kicks' to Portia! The crowd pops huge! }Rayne: What did they do?! Iyo Kenshin: She wanted to be a part of the match, well now she got to be part of the match! { Terrella, driven by rage, tries to get up. Angel and Wraith both start teeing off on him with 'This is Buushit', and for a moment sheer rage and his massive chest keep pushing him to try to stand. The strikes, his knee and the physical toll of the match up weigh heavily, however. Sanguis Immortalis sets him up, hitting 'Welcome to the Family'! Angel Blake, the legal man, makes the cover! }One!.... Two!!.... Three!!! { The crowd erupts as Tommy Knocker signals for the bell! }Ding! Ding! Ding! { Sanguis Immortalis music hits. With all of Savage By Nature wiped out, Sanguis Immortalis is handed their championship belts. }Alison Valance: Your winners and still World Tag Team Champions!... Sanguis Immortalis!!! { Wraith stands holding his title at his side as Angel throws his on his shoulder. }Iyo Kenshin: The nearly year long reign of Sanguis Immortalis will continue!! Rayne: They kicked Portia in her face, Iyo! If you think that's the last they've seen of Terrella, you're terribly mistaken! Enjoy the belts, but keep those heads on a swivel boys! ------------------------------------ IWF WOMEN'S WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP SINGLES MATCH 4000 Word RP Limit Caroline Machado vs. Brooklyn Madrox (c) ------------------------------------

Alison Valance: Your challenger, hailing from Rio de Janiero, Brazil, Caroline Machado!!
"Her ongoing mission...to boldly go where no one has gone before..."
{The voice of Sir Patrick Stewart echoes throughout the arena before Dua Lipa's "Levitating" begins to blare. A blast of a pyro goes off as Caroline Machado heads out to the stage, dancing to the beat of the tune while sporting a brief, but warmhearted grin on her face.}
"(Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah) I got you, moonlight, you're my starlight I need you, all night Come on, dance with me (I'm levitating) You, moonlight, you're my starlight I need you, all night Come on, dance with me (I'm levitating)"
{The Brazilian shimmies and twirls down the ramp, often stopping to give some lucky fans a hug or two. Her motion is fluid as she makes her way down to the ring, again dancing to the beats.}
"You can fly away with me tonight You can fly away with me tonight Baby, let me take you for a ride (Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah) (I'm levitating) You can fly away with me tonight You can fly away with me tonight Baby, let me take you for a ride (Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah)..."
{The lights fade out to a rotating green and yellow hue, with Caroline continuing to dance and pose for the cheering crowd. Eventually, the lights come back on as she gets into her MMA fighting position and waits for the match to start. The lights in the arena fade to black as purple and white strobe lights begin to flitter about the crowd and a low misty fog envelopes the entranceway. The frantic strobe effect over the top of a drum beat stops suddenly as they begin. "I’M NOT AN OUTCAST” blasts forth from the speakers of the arena and all spotlights turn to the top of the ramp to illuminate the figure standing there, eyes closed and head lowered.}
You think I'm evil “Say I'm obscene Call me a misfit I'm just unique”
{As the song continues, Brooklyn's head snaps upwards, smirking around at the audience as her shockingly blue eyes glint in the smoke and strobe lights. She takes a step forward, unconsciously cracking her neck from side to side, her eyes fixated on the ring in front of her.}
Alison Valance: Making her way to the ring, weighing in at 112 pounds Ms Can't Miss, BROOKLYYYYYYYN MAAAAAAADROOOOOOX!
“You say I'm trouble Call me a freak It's not intentional It's just me”
{Brooklyn looks up, her smirk turning into a snarling smile, tongue tracing along her upper teeth, before she begins her walk to the ring. She seems to glide up the ring steps before wiping her boots on the apron and stepping into the ring.}
“I'm just misunderstood I'm just miss misunderstood I'm just miss misunderstood I'm just miss misunderstood.”
{She makes her way to the center of the ring, raising an arm high into the air before lowering it, finger pointed at her opponent as she refuses to break eye contact.}
Vasco Diaz: "Ladies and gentlemen, we have a highly anticipated match for you tonight! It's the challenger, Caroline Machado, taking on our Women's World Champion, Brooklyn Madrox. This one promises to be a classic! Brooklyn Madrox has had a dominant reign, but Caroline Machado is looking to make a statement tonight."
Terri Morasco: "And what an entrance by Brooklyn Madrox, those ravens and that eerie atmosphere really set the tone."
The referee held up the Women's World Championship, displaying it to both competitors, before handing it to the timekeeper.

Terri Morasco: "Caroline Machado with that MMA background, and Brooklyn Madrox, the longest-reigning Women's World Champion in IWF history. This is going to be something special."
Vasco Diaz: "Brooklyn Madrox showing her striking prowess right out of the gate."
{ Caroline initiated the action, darting forward with a quick takedown attempt. However, Brooklyn's experience allowed her to counter with a well-placed knee strike to Caroline's midsection. Brooklyn followed up with a series of stiff kicks to Caroline's legs, targeting her base and trying to weaken her. But Caroline wasn't one to back down easily. She blocked one of Brooklyn's kicks and delivered a sharp elbow strike to Brooklyn's face. }
Terri Morasco: "Caroline Machado isn't backing down, and she's letting Brooklyn Madrox know it."
Vasco Diaz: "This is turning into a striking battle, and neither competitor is holding back."
{ The two competitors continued to trade blows, with Caroline using her MMA strikes and Brooklyn relying on her unorthodox striking style. It was a back-and-forth contest, neither woman giving an inch. As the match progressed, Brooklyn Madrox gained the upper hand. She managed to catch Caroline with her signature "Up, Up, Down, Down" jumping reverse STO, sending the challenger crashing to the mat. Brooklyn goes for the pin. }

Terri Morasco: "What a move by Brooklyn Madrox! She's in control now."
Vasco Diaz: "Brooklyn Madrox working on Caroline's neck and trying to wear her down."
{ Brooklyn attempted an early pinfall, but Caroline kicked out at two, showing her resilience. The champion didn't waste any time, though, as she locked in a vicious chinlock, putting pressure on Caroline's neck and upper back. Caroline fought through the pain, slowly working her way to her feet while still trapped in the hold. She managed to break free with a jawbreaker, stunning Brooklyn for a moment. Caroline seized the opportunity, rebounding off the ropes and connecting with a high-impact forearm smash that sent Brooklyn stumbling backward. }
Terri Morasco: "Caroline Machado with a jawbreaker, creating some separation. Caroline Machado is starting to build some momentum here!"
Vasco Diaz: "German suplex with a bridge! Could this be it?"
{ Caroline followed up with a beautiful German suplex, bridging for the pin. }

{ The referee's hand came down for the count, but Brooklyn kicked out just in time. The champion wasn't ready to relinquish her title just yet. }
Vasco Diaz: "Brooklyn Madrox showing her championship heart, kicking out of that German suplex."
{ The match raged on, with both competitors pushing themselves to the limit. Brooklyn attempted her finisher, "Big Bad Wolf," but Caroline countered with a DDT. Caroline climbed the turnbuckle, looking to capitalize on her momentum. She leaped off with a high-risk maneuver, attempting a diving crossbody. However, Brooklyn had it scouted, and she dodged at the last moment, causing Caroline to crash and burn. }
Terri Morasco: "Caroline Machado counters the Big Bad Wolf! This match is full of surprises."
Vasco Diaz: "What a counter by Brooklyn Madrox! She's so experienced in that ring."
{ Brooklyn quickly capitalized on the situation, pulling Caroline up and executing her signature move, "Tooth and Nail," which backed the challenger into the corner. Brooklyn followed up with her finisher, "Wolf at the Door," a vicious knee strike that connected squarely with Caroline's jaw. }
Terri Morasco: "Tooth and Nail in the corner! That could be it!"
Vasco Diaz: "Wolf at the Door! It's over!"
Brooklyn hooked Caroline's leg for the pinfall.
Terri Morasco: "Brooklyn Madrox is looking to retain!"

This match is scheduled for one fall and is for the IWF MEN'S WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP!
{The tron fills with lightning as static comes over the speakers. Slowly each current of electricity on the tron fizzles out until the word 'Skoden' (And the logo for Prairie Fiber remains in the lower right corner) At the sight of the unofficial war cry of Pax appears on the tron the audience roars into cheers as the opening rhythm of Stadium Pow wow thrums through the air. As the singers kick into the song he pumps his fist in the air along with them before bounding down the ramp as the bass drops. After a few moments he turns and settles into his corner, tossing his hood and jacket to ringside.}
