(The scene opens up and we see TJ Alexander, sitting in a hotel room, he is sitting on a black leather sofa, leaning back into, TJ who is wearing a black tracksuit, and a gold chain around his neck.)
“It’s been in the making now for a few weeks, pick your poison match is now finally here, where six competitors go against each other in order to grab a briefcase, and in that briefcase is an opportunity, the possibilities are endless, the opportunity could be anything, and I am gunning for a damn briefcase.”
(TJ pauses)
“Six briefcases will be suspended above our heads with an unknown stipulation because of the roulette, by any means necessary are we to retrieve those briefcases, but the outcome could be everything and that is what I am gonna’ fight tooth and nail for, because of the outcome, the chance of gaining something extraordinary, something that can push me up the ladder in IWF, and soon, one of those briefcases will be in my hands.”
(TJ smiles)
“But there’s no smoke without fire and I know I’ve got a battle on my hands, Tytus Rost, Nick Danger, and Allan Chaney are more than capable of being a threat to my chances, and but I know what I’m capable of when the chances are high like this too, and I go into fight or flight mode and I will come out with one of those briefcases.”
(TJ pauses)
“Allen Chaney last time we met I underestimated you, I thought you was just another joke of a wrestler, actual living jester just making do in your own lane, but you surprised me, you came out the winner in a triple threat, and since then I’ve waited to get my hands on you again, because the second time, I won’t underestimate you, I won’t look down upon you and I won’t see you as a joke, but I will see you as a threat, I will see you as someone who is in my way and I will run through you, Allen Chaney one of those briefcases are not gonna end up in your hands, and I’m cool with that.”
(TJ smiles)
“Allen Chaney you like to take the funny out of yourself, but when you’re empty handed in the ring, the funny won’t be in you anymore, the funny will be laughing at you, the jokes will be targeting at you, knowing you are empty handed and on your arse, Allen Chaney the jokes will be on the wrong side of your face, Allen Chaney you’re not getting in my way this time.”
(TJ cracks his neck)
“Then we have Tytus Roth, a man beast, someone who is favoured in most of the matches he is up against, his strength and size is unmatched, but while all of that is on your side Tytus, you’re up against five others, five other’s all looking in order to win the same prize, a briefcase, but as you stand there Tytus with gas still left in the tank, you’re up against someone younger, someone more hungrier, someone who has the ability to evade and be evasive enough to stay away from your bear like hands. You may have all the strength in the world, but I see a flaw, I see something that most don’t in you, I see you’re weakness.”
(TJ smiles)
“You’re probably wondering what that is right. Because it’s not you’re repaired left shoulder, even though that’s a good target to go after, it’s your knee, but not you’re repaired knee, it’s the other knee, it’s both knees, because when a man of your size and strength have enough miles in the tank like you have, the interior of those knees are more damaged than you can imagine, you may have enough to get through regular matches, but this match is not a regular match, briefcases are suspended high, so high someone like you Tytus are too heavy to climb up and reach, especially with your knees.”
(TJ smiles)
“Especially when you have someone like me coming after your knees with my speed and agility, every turn you take Tytus, expect the floor to go from behind you, because that’s gonna’ be a knee being popped out of its sockets, by the end of it, you’ll be lucky to walk on your own fruition, but I’ll gladly buy you a walking stick or a Zimmer frame for your troubles big guy.”
(TJ winks)
“Nick Danger both you and I are similar in many ways, we both like fast-paced maneuvers, striking, and going airborne, any given day you and I inside a ring is a jaw-dropping spectacle, in fact, last time we met, you won the first bout, and since then I’ve been wanting to get back in the ring with you, but this time, the stakes are high bruv, literally the stakes are high, high enough to be above our heads and have us climbing the mountain to gain the opportunity, six chances either of us can achieve, but we only need just one, just one chance to grab one of those briefcases and that is our shot cemented, Nick Danger, I am getting one of those briefcases, no matter what, so Nick just know that.”
(TJ pauses)
“It’s funny because as Odyssey is fast approaching, really fast approaching, most of my opponents are coming up with strategies in how to win in this match, in this pick your poison match, but as the stipulation is easy enough, I’m the only person to have actually been in one this year and have grabbed a briefcase and became a champion because of it, I became a tag team champion because I grabbed a briefcase, now the name might have been different, but the stipulation was the same, and therefore I have the advantage, I have the advantage of succeeding in one of these matches and it will help me even more to getting a briefcase again, so boys, I’m gonna get my briefcase before anyone of you, and I am gonna’ pick the best briefcase this time, and I’m gonna make it work for me, see you at Odyssey boys.”
