Kai sat in the Performance Center lunch room eating a cheeseburger while she scrolled through her phone watching different tiktoks while Yusumi was leaning back in her chair watching something with her airpods in.
"Hay, Kai?" Phillip Deforrest sat down at the table.
"What's up?" Kai asked looking up at Phillip.
"You speak English..."
"Very observant of you. Careful now or they might actually think you're smart."
