Fuck. I fucked up. I think I indeed fucked up again, and I don't know how to feel about this. He said he wanted me to be better by any means necessary, so what do I have to prove? Sometimes, I wonder how pathetic I am to allow myself to be in these situations.
EMBARRASSING.

Attacking the therapist needed to be corrected. She knew that.
There was a better way to handle the situation, but her arrogance and anger once again took control of her decisions. Emotions do screw everything up.
However, much more was on her mind about meeting with Mr. Verona. She knew he was powerful, but she had no idea how much power a man could have outside the ring. Well, outside the professional wrestling business. The wrestling industry is a world she was born into, meaning all the mess and chaos inside is helpful, but outside of it? Serenity's accurate life perception has been awakened by reality.
She continues to sip on her coffee but scrolls through the news feed about the reports and other media regarding Serenity's arrest. It was everywhere. The definition of going viral: She sighed and placed her phone down until she just stood from her seat to grab her phone and her purse and left the shop to walk down the street to her hotel, not too far down the road. She tugged on the string of her purse, feeling her heart beginning to beat faster the moment she thought about the humiliation she had suffered online.
Then Verona's words kept digging into her mind. She couldn't escape anywhere, and it was affecting her badly. It couldn't wait. Serenity dived off her path and found herself in a more open area, a local park away from the civilians in straight lines. She needed peace alone.
A park bench by the water sufficed, and Serenity sat down, leaning forward on her knees, contemplating the next move. She looked down to the water and rubbed her head, knowing her next move must be to ensure she didn't cross Roberto Verona. Serenity Holmes may have signed herself into a deeper issue than she expected.
What have I done?
She shook her head and rolled her eyes, staring into the water.
Again and again. The moment something good happens in my life, there is the roadblock I create through the dumb decisions that knock me back to square one. Amber, do you know what that's like?
To work for everything and then have it be ruined? No. You wouldn't. I'm troubled and volatile. When I saw your name against mine for Sacrifice, I couldn't feel more sorry for you.
Wrong place, wrong time.
Serenity sat upwards before leaning back on the bench with her arms spread out.
By now, you understand who I am and exactly the type of predicament you're in. I know you're one of Jennie's little trainees, pushing for that same opportunity to make a name for yourself. I've been there, but this is a life lesson I'm experiencing that I'm passing to you.
Amber, there will be times when people believe everything they're doing will get them far in life until they're met with consequences that tell them otherwise.
Right now, you're asking what you did to deserve this. To be put into a match with a woman who has the experience you dream of and especially in the path of that same woman who wants nothing more than to hurt people? Exactly.
She sighs and stands up again to pace around the pond.
Life doesn't care about us. We're pawns in the grand scheme of things. Amber, you'll learn that when you step into the ring with me. I am not the woman who will be happy to be teaching you. No, I'm coming to beat the living piss out of you to the point I'm sick of seeing another face that means absolutely nothing to me! The most significant pain in the world is knowing that sometimes you are just not worth it.
Amber. You're not worth anything to me other than being a punching bag.
