Backstory:
Samira had a brief career as an IWF wrestler, having been denied her dream by a controlling and domineering husband. She sought to escape him figuring that a life on the road would keep her and her family safe. However, it was during a visit to Miami in November 2020 that she discovered Eric was determined to get her back after she believed she had escaped him. By chance, she found herself in a local police station, pouring over the details of how to file a restraining order. As fate would have it, she was aided in this endeavour by Detective Jason Conway. A man she was instantly taken with and extremely grateful for, whom wasted no time in asking her to dinner shortly after.
Something of a whirlwind romance followed over several months, and by mid 2021, the couple learned that they were expecting their first child together. Samira was quickly allowed to leave IWF programming to focus on her personal life and blossoming relationship and ended up proposing to Jason on June 14th, who accepted without hesitation - in part to finally get over the tragic accidental death of his first fiancee, Laura, who had been killed in a drunken hit and run several years earlier.
Determined to do the right thing and not have their first child together out of wedlock, the couple quickly got married on the first year anniversary of the day they met, November 1st, 2021 in Las Vegas. Since then, Samira has taken a lighter and more backstage focused role in IWF that gives her more freedom and flexibility around her still growing family. Since stepping out of the spotlight, Jason and Samira have had two daughters of their own, Jasmine and Ruby and are currently expecting a third child, whilst also assisting Samira’s oldest from her first marriage through a journey of self discovery and acceptance.
