Nick Danger: Hey JJ how are you?
James Gilmore: I'm doing fine, just wanted to pay respects to the people I lost.

Nick Danger: When you hear the word Legacy. What does it mean to you? The past of your ancestors that lived a long lasting life. But to me legacy means I get to make an impact as my wrestling journey continues.

Nick Danger: Sometimes I think that I haven’t lived up to my legacy. Because I look at all my losses and things said in the past it leads to me not accomplishing those goals. But I’m glad that I stuck with it and grew, plus tried new things inside the ring. Little by little I saw myself progress inside the ring. Last year I won the IWF World Television Championship at Night Of The Immortals. I thought to myself I finally proved that I belong in IWF. But I hit a roadblock and that roadblock name is Madjin.

Nick Danger: I know a lot of people called me crazy for defending the title against him. But I have to be honest, I wanted to prove that I can handle fighting someone on a higher level than myself. The result was that I lost against him four times for the same title.

Nick Danger: I felt disappointed when I failed to win the championship. But I can't focus on the past of losing matches. I have to answer this simple question for everyone. Why is Nick so worried about winning back championship gold?
That is very simple because I want to know if it wasn't a fluke that I won the title last year. The match was a forty-five-minute Ironman match but ended in a sudden death. If the match never went to sudden death I could have still won the title from Caleb Cannin.

Nick Danger: But I have to focus on what is going to happen in three days. Here in this very area in the Tokyo Dome. I will be facing two rising stars in their own right. TJ Alexander and RAM. I know we all teamed up together but let's be honest it was just a showcase of what is to come out of our triple-threat match. Not going to lie, I didn't have a goal of winning the match to earn a stipulation.

Nick Danger: So whatever the stipulation you choose TJ Alexander I will be ready for you. TJ I have all the respect for you in the world. I can catch a glimpse of all the achievements you've made outside of IWF. But don't say things like I only got here in IWF or this far in my career because I am a third-generation superstar from the Danger family. Because that is not true I've put in the hard work like everyone else did in the IWF locker room as well. I always plan to get better each time I am inside that ring. My family doesn't run IWF and I don't want to be given a title shot. I want to earn them without anyone's help.

The only pressure you have is to make sure you win each match and people will at least know your name. So that is why I can't let this opportunity to be the new number-one contender for the IWF Gladiator Championship. I've read this quote before and it goes like this “Opportunities are like sunrises. If you wait too long, you miss them.” I missed so many opportunities to go for the IWF World Heavyweight Championship. So I can't let this opportunity slip through my fingers again.

Nick Danger: That is why I must win at Legacy to become the number one contender for the Gladiator Championship. Because I still plan on leading the Gladiator division into a new era.
