He climbs on the turnbuckle cursing maniacally while naming other countries. He also waves his arms like a glorious eagle.
Special Entrance: How can it be any more glorious than waving your arms like an eagle, but sometimes he carries sparklers and fireworks which he will blast into the crowd in a very dangerous situation that almost will certainly cause a fine from the fore department.
