After wrestling a brutal career versus career match that saw Rob Diamond lose a third of his right index finger to a pair of bolt cutters, doctors are hopeful they can reattach the finger. They said while it is unlikely he will regain full movement in the finger, the cut was clean and he should only need one surgery.
Rob was not available for comment but the winner of the match, Spike Ksne was, he said "He's lucky I only got the one I wanted his whole damn hand."
At this time it looks to be unlikely that Spike Kane will be punished for his actions. Several fans have made complaints about the level of violence IWF allowed to be shown on free television but the owner of the company only had this to say in response "Most of the match took place well into the 11 o'clock hour, our programming was no more violent than an episode of The Walking Dead which airs two hours earlier."
