Sources close to the COO of IWF have revealed that after a thorough health check by doctors over the early stages of this week it was confirmed that Roberto Verona has suffered a concussion following the sickening attack by the son of the CEO of IWF, Bernard de Montfort. Bernard assaulted Verona during his speech announcing his immediate sabbatical from active duty on the roster with a crowbar which left the COO in a bloody mess. It was confirmed earlier today that Verona would not be present at the second episode of Sacrifice after it was recommended that he allowed the injury to heal itself and despite attempts to obtain a response from Simon de Montfort he has remained unavailable for comment at present.
