Welcome IWF Verse, I'm Mercede's Lewis, You may remember me, from NCW, for being the last ever, NCW Starlet's Tag Team Champion.
(You hear a voice off-screen)
You Lost that to the women I left you for.
Whatever Trent, We all know I was the final Starlet Tag Team Champion, before the belt was stripped from me.
Anyways, Roberto Verona has seen too it, that I have a job here, where I will begin a new segment, looking at past NCW Events, and alternating them, to see what the future would of been.
Why not start at the very beginning, We all know how things went down, The first ever Road to The Gold Tournament, Where 16 men battled in a tournament to decide the first ever World Champion, We all know the Iconic Lance Ryan won the Title, defeating Davey Ortega in the finals, and started a war between The Empire, lead by Davey Ortega and ultimately taken over by Spike Kane, against Lance Ryan's No Warning Shots, We all saw how the three men, dominated the NCW World Title scene for the four first months, but there was another man, who was Enveloped in that War, Lance Ryan's second in command, Jack Manson.
We all remember Manson, from his historic Barbed Wire Cage Match with Spike Kane for the NCW National Championship, which Manson was the first ever, Manson added a second National Title reign before competing for the NCW Championship in a the first ever Three-Way World Title Match, against Lance Ryan and Spike Kane, Manson lost, and some say, this lead to a decline for Manson, but I'm here to bring you to a Alternate version of NCW's first months.
WHAT IF JACK MANSON WON THE ROAD TO THE GOLD TOURNAMENT!?!?!?!?!?!?
Manson had a great first year in NCW, Winning the National Championship twice, and later adding the Tag Team Titles alongside Davey Ortega, and engaged in Pay Per view matches with Phillip Burns, Spike Kane, Ricky Johnson and Steve Awesome, Manson however in this reality, things changed.
Road To The Gold Semi-Finals
Lance Ryan v. Jack Manson
THe match that set the tone for No Warning Shots, and Lance Ryan and Jack Manson careers, where the two friends, faced off with each other, however in this version, Jack Manson defeated Lance Ryan, which set off a series of events.
No Warning Shots was never formed with Lance Ryan as it's leader, and there was no group to battle The Empire.
Why This happened - While Lance Ryan is a great man, there is one thing he is also known for, not taking things lying down. When he lost the NCW Championship to Spike Kane, he twice took part in the Age Of The Revolution, both times triggered by losing the NCW Championship , Lance Ryan lose to Jack Manson caused him to focus on battling his friend, as opposed to the Empire.
Road To The Gold Finals
NCW Championship Match
Jack Manson v. Davey Ortega
Result - Jack Manson defeats Davey Ortega to become the first ever NCW World Champion.
Ripple Effect - Scorned that he didn't win the NCW Title, Lance Ryan along with Spike Kane, force Davey Ortega out of his own Empire, as the two men destroy Ortega's Empire, kicking out all it's members and replacing them, There Roster includes - Lance Ryan, Spike Kane, Brad Kane and Phillip Burns.
NCw Collision - One Week Remove From Jack Manson's Title Win
The Iconic Empire (As I'm calling them for this segment) target Jack Manson, who has became a beloved face within the company, Manson is beat down by the group, however as powerful as the group could be, Spike Kane and Lance Ryan can't seemingly co-exist due to their ego's, The Empire suffers a setback when Davey Ortega helps Jack Manson, setting the stage for the Ujpper Echolon Tag team to be formed,
NCW Second Pay Per View - Mind Games
Due to Davey Ortega siding with Jack Manson, Ortega never became the self obsessed man who felt he was destined to be NCW Champion, and focus on helping Jack Manson dealing with his former Empire out of respect, and while a powerful group, the rift between Lance Ryan and Spike Kane seems to be too strong, as Lance Ryan, The National Champion feels he should receive the first shot at Manson, and Spike thinks otherwise, because Manson defeated Ryan in the Semi-Finals of the Road To The Gold Tournament, However both men are in Single's action.
Match 1
National Title Match
Lance Ryan (c) v. Davey Ortega
Result - Davey Ortega defeats Lance Ryan for the NCW National Championship.
Match 2
NCW World Title Match
Jack Manson v. Spike Kane
Result - Jack Manson defeats Spike Kane to retain the NCW World Championship, after Lance Ryan "accidently costs Spike Kane the match"
Ripple Effect - The Empire explodes, as Ryan reveals he pulled the strings behind the whole thing, losing the National Championship, due to NCW ruling on Dual-Champions, while costing Spike his shot, and shifting the power back to Ryan, The Empire begins to dis-solve causing Ryan and Kane to battle each other for power, Burn sides with Ryan, while Brad Kane sides with his brother.
Week leading up to Transgressions.
The War between the Empire members rages on, setting NCW to look for alternate challengers for Jack Manson's Title, after a Battle Royal, in which up and comer, Joe Everyman wins to the shock of many and set's himself to battle Jack Manson for the NCW Title.
NCW Transgressions

NCW Family Values
Main Event
NCW World Title Match
Jack Manson v. Spike Kane v. Lance Ryan
Result - Spike Kane wins the match, for the NCW World Championship, And in turn, gains full control over The Empire.
The Wrap-Up
Following Jack Manson's lost of the NCW Title, at the beginning of the new year, Spike Kane dominated NCW for a large period of time, holding the title, for nearly seven months, before ultimately losing it to Trent Helms, this reign would stand as the longest World Title reign, for a very long time, upon losing the NCW World Title, That's where the story merges into it's real-life counterpart for the most part.
Because Jack Manson won the NCW Title The Following Things never happened.
Lance Ryan - Never became NCW World Champion, thru he was the first ever National Champion, He quietly retired after losing the Triple Threat Match (Where the Real World Counterpart teased retirement for several months until he lost the World Title, which never happened here) Lance sadly would never gain entry into the Hall Of Fame.
Spike Kane - Did win the NCW World Title, two months after his real-world Counterpart did so, However his World Title reign last much longer then his real-world counterpart, When he won the Title, The Empire disolved, and no other versions of it took it place.
Davey Ortega - Won the National Championship and held it for several months, He eventually lost it to Joe Everyman (which ties up it's history to the point of Everyman first National Title win, which in this cause, came against Ortega, and not Jack Manson)
Age Of The Revolution - Never happened due to Jack Manson's World Title win, as Brad Kane was apart of the Empire, However the two brothers formed a tight bound for several months, but never ventured outside of being a Tag Team until Spike lost the World Title.
Joe Everyman - Only was a two-time National Champion as opposed to Three Time, outside of that, His title history remains the same, except Jack Manson took the mentor role instead of Lance Ryan.
As For Jack Manson , His career pretty much stayed the same, despite winning the NCW World Title, he never claimed The National Championship, Him and Ortega would still win the NCW Tag Team Titles in 2009 before he left the promotion, Thru his career was nearly the same, Jack Manson's World Title win, did make him the first ever, Hall Of Famer!
Other Events that never happened
Christian Kane's Fifteen Minutes of Fame, never came, as he never challenged Spike for the NCW Championship, as he left NCW before the end of 2007, because of this, He also never took over the Empire.
Mid-Card Uprising - Because The Empire was disolving, This group never happened either, Trent Helms and Steve Awesome never formed a Tag Team, nor a Rivalary, despite the fact, Steve Awesome defeated Helms for the NCW Championship.
Trent Helms didn't almost die - Because of Jack Manson World Title win, The Rivalary of Davey Ortega and Trent Helms never happened, Helms infamous Moonsault didn't happened either, and Him and Brad Kane exchanged The X-Division Championship several times, in a series of epic battles, The X-Division merged with it's Real Life Counterpart when Angel defeated Trent Helms for the Title, The only difference with the X-Division Title was, The Group Social Distortion never formed, due to Spike's lengthy World Title run, and instead Xavier Williams pinned Angel as opposed to the screw job ending that originally occured.
Angel's Undefeated Streak - Angel streak of never being pinned or submitted didn't end to Trent Helms, in their one and only encounter, Instead Xavier Williams claimed the nod instead, Ending Angel's unpinned streak, just two weeks prior to it's Real World Counterpart.
============================================================
What happened with Other Titles?
Just to try to tie-up any plotholes, I will discuss what happened with other NCW Titles.
X-Treme Title - The Title shares nearly the same history, Dr. Pepper winning the X-Treme Title, Joe Everyman defeating him for the belt, THe only differences were Davey Ortega never winning the belt (due to him being National Championship), Vertigo Dirtmurder defeated Joe Everyman for the X-Treme Title, instead of beating Davey Ortega, due to the fact, Insurrection Inc never formed, nor did the Cult Tag Team, which consisted of Joe Everyman and Vertigo Dirtmurder, The Ace never won the belt (Because him and Steve were still Tag Team Champions at this time, and battled in a Triple Threat for the NCW Title against Spike Kane) Adam Knite never won the belt, due to the fact, The Ace never won it, Because the whole Framing Adam Knite Storyline never happened, Xavier Cross was the one who ended Sexy Jason's X-Treme Title run, which lasted nearly six months (two months longer then his real-world reign) Xavier Cross winning the Xtreme Title, merges it, into it's real history.
Reigns that never happened.
Davey Ortega
The Ace
Adam Knite
Tag Team Titles - Has exactly the same history, The only differences were, The Brother's Hollands never had to defend the Tag Belts, against The Cult, before finally losing them, To the Smokin Aces, another note was, The Ace and Steve Awesome won the rights to be number one contenders beating Double Trouble, who still formed, just not as members of The Empire, Knitemare On Helms Street, also never formed either, and The Smokin Aces reign lasted longer, until Picture Perfect, when both members agreed to vacant the Tag Team Titles, for a chance to face Spike Kane for the NCW Title, and when John Anthony and Ricky Johnson won the vacanted Tag Team Titles, The Skyslayers of Talon and Falcon reigns lasted much longer, because they never had to deal with Lance Ryan or Adam Knite, They finally lost the belts to Upper Echolon in a Tag Team Turmoil Match, merging it, with it's real world history.
Reigns that never happened
A Knitemare On Helms Street
Lance Ryan & Adam Knite
Trent Helms & Spike Kane
X-Division Title
Brad Kane still won the X-Division Championship and was challenged by Trent Helms, who defeated him, THe following Month, Kane won the rematch, and a final match happened at Sovereign in a Two Out Of Three Falls Match, in which Helms won, Angel defeated Helms at A Night To Remember for the X-Division Championship, Where it merged for the most part with it's Real World Counterpart, with the exception of what was mentioned above, The reigns stayed the same, just the way the matches ended changed.
Reigns That never happened.
Shaun Wilson
Ricky Johnson
Extra Reigns that happened
Brad Kane was a two-time X-Division Champion, as opposed to a one time.
Trent Helms was a two time X-Division Champion as opposed to a one time.
