Spike TV: Episode 4
Highway to the……
Ladies and gentlemen it has been quite some time since Spike TV graced your television screen. Much has happened throughout the land we all know as the Imperial Wrestling Federation. Alas though, I’m back to help you understand whats going on in this virtual minefield we call Wrestling. With the fallout of Danger Zone ready to come, and a full card booked for Battleground, we’ve got a lot to look forward to. Not to mention slowly but surely, we’re closing in on a year baby!

ALL HAIL!

ALL HAIL!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This weeks superstars who deserve their moment in the spotlight!
Sephiroth Du Lac - The creepy dude who makes you wish Buffy the Vampire Slayer or Van Helsing was around finally made a statement at Danger Zone. He took on the Might Mouth of Mike Laszlo, and like many before him - emerged victorious. So now a vampire is the Man of Steel Champion. Can he even challenge for that? Y’know, cause he’s un-dead and stuff? Either way….we’ll be looking to see if Seph can hold onto it longer than Laszlo did.
Kristoff Liam Bates -Just act normal. Perfectly normal. Kristoff burst onto the scene here in IWF and many a head was turned, eagerly waiting to see what the nCw Veteran had in store for us. His battles with Mason St. Croix have surpassed interesting, and now KLB finds himself the heavyweight champion. If the rumours are to be believed, it seems like Mr Bates might have a meeting with Mr Pooler at some point in the near future!
Jimmy Zane- I don’t care what anybody thinks about this guy, I’m so happy to have him back on an active roster. Jimmy has undergone some drastic changes during his active wrestling career, so sometimes you cannot be sure which Zane will show up, but I for one am incredibly excited to have him back, and I’m looking forward to what he has in store for us.
Gibford Famularo- I hold my hand up and say, I was a little heart broken at Danger Zone. Knowing that the career of one of the greatest wrestlers I’ve ever faced has come to an end. Still, Gibby did what not many get the chance to do. He went out on top. He made the choice to hang up his boots knowing he could take on the best that this company has to offer…..if I don’t say so myself. Congratulations Gibford. We’ll miss you.
Bob Pooler - The only Empire member to still have any gold manages to retain in a match for the ages. Bob Pooler has been on a tear since he came into this company and has torn up the cruiserweight division. There is a reason I have him at my side. Pooler is just going from strength to strenght, and the question we find ourselves with rumours of the cruiser and heavy weights being merged…...what won’t he do next?.
FINAL THOUGHTS
FINAL THOUGHTS
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Danger Zone lived up to the hype, and I wonder if anybody else - like me - had the theme song stuck in their head for weeks leading up to the event itself?
New champions.
Seeing the new MoS and the new Heavyweight champions lock up should make good TV.
I have the Imperial Championship.
Jimmy Zane vs Todd Williams, a personal match up for sure.
Amber and Bob retained, so who’s next?
But remember guys, in IWF anything can happen, and who knows where we will be this time next week? Tune in to the Thursday Battleground and Monday Night Sacrifice! This is your host, Spike Kane, signing off.
Adios.
