The IWF Heiress to the Throne is an annual tournament to determine the number one contender for the IWF Women’s World Championship. The Heiress to the Throne is a multi week tournament which starts in October and concludes in November at the IWF Survival of the Fittest pay-per-view. The winner will then receive an IWF Women’s World Championship opportunity at the female exclusive pay per view event, Diamonds Are Forever against the current reigning Champion. The Heiress to the Throne is an eight woman tournament who compete every week to accumulate points which determine their place in a points table. This year, participants will earn points as follows: 10 points for Championship victories. 8 points for Open Fight Night challenge victories. 7 points for non title victories over reigning Champions. 6 points for Specialty Stipulation victories. 5 points for regular Pinfall or Submission victories. 3 points for Count Out or DQ victories. 1 point for Draws Different rewards can be applied to matches at the discretion of tournament officials, but they must be applied across the board to all matches involving the participants. On the final Sacrifice before the Survival of the Fittest pay-per-view, the top four participants will enter an elimination phase where 1st place competes with 4th and 2nd with 3rd before the winners of those contests compete against each other to determine the Heiress To The Throne 2019 at Survival of the Fittest. In the event that 4th place and below are tied on points the semi-final match will be a multiple-participant gauntlet with the 1st placed combatant entering last. If a participant is forced to drop out of a tournament they will be replaced at the discretion of IWF management. In this event all of the points they have accumulated will be removed and their replacement will be given a number of points equivalent to 5 less than the bottom placed participants if they drop out before or during IWF October Revolution , any participant who is forced to drop out after this will not be replaced.

Heiress to the Throne 2013Alysson Gardner was the first woman to qualify for the Heiress to the Throne Tournament 2013 by winning a 5 Woman Battle Royale on the first ever episode of IWF Sacrifice. Eternity qualified by defeated Addisyn Star to qualify whilst Jessica Reed defeated Isabella Maldini, Ayla St. James defeated Alexis Morrison, Emma Danielson defeated Angel Black, Ryleigh Knite defeated Kate Steele, Kathleen Conway defeated Louise McDowell and Tifa Heafy defeated Ashley Mastrangelo. Ryleigh Knite was subsequently injured at IWF Bloody Assizes after a vicious attack by Ayla St. James and Alysson Gardner following a four way match which also included Tifa Heafy. The following week a Lingerie Invitational was announced to determine her replacement, which was won by Isabella Maldini, completing the final eight. FINAL STANDINGS1. Eternity - 30 Points Jessica Reed - 30 Points 2. Ayla St. James - 15 Points Kat Conway - 15 Points 3. Isabella Maldini - 5 Points 4. Tifa Heafy - -5 Points 5. Alysson Gardner - -15 Points Emma Danielson - -15 Points Jessica Reed and Eternity both qualified automatically for the final four by finish join top of the leaders boards whilst Kathleen Conway overcame Ayla St. James in a sudden death match and Alysson Gardner defeated Emma Danielson, Tifa Heafy and Isabella Maldini in another second death match to secure the final place in the finals. SEMI FINALSKathleen Conway vs Eternity Kathleen Conway defeated Eternity. Jessica Reed vs Alysson Gardner Jessica Reed defeated Alysson Gardner. FINALJessica Reed vs Kathleen Conway Jessica Reed defeated Kathleen Conway. Heiress to the Throne 2017 Singles Matches: The wrestler who secures a pinfall will be awarded 10 points, if they win by submission they will be awarded 15 points. If a participant deliberately gets themselves disqualified their opponent will be awarded 20 points. The loser will lose 10 points. Multiple Person Matches (Triple Threat Matches, Four Ways, etc): These are subject to the standard scoring rules for singles matches, except that only the points of the individuals directly involved in the match decision are affected. Other participants do not win or lose points. Team Matches: The wrestler who secures a pinfall will be awarded 10 points, their partners will be award 5 points. The wrestler who is pinned or submits will lose 10 points. Reigning Champions: Anybody who secures a victory over a reigning champion will be awarded double points, if they lose they will be deducted 10 points. Former Imperial/Diamonds Champions: Anybody who secures a victory over a former Imperial champion will be awarded double points, if they lose they will not be deducted any points.
