The IWF Extinction Event match is an annual event held at the IWF Survival of the Fittest pay-per-view and includes all singles champions on one side against and equal number of opponents on the other. When a member of the Team of Champions is pinned by a member of the Team of Contenders he loses his belt to the member who pinned him, however, the new champion is simultaneously eliminated from the match, conversely when a contender is pinned the champion remains in the match. The women involved in the match can only wrestle other women, they are not eligible to pin a male champion. The match continues until the Team of Contenders is completely eliminated, either as champions or otherwise. First Ammendment: When a challenger outside a champion's weight class pins said champion, the champion is eliminated and the challenger retains their place in the match. |
