Lizzie Damon, new Diamond in the Imperial Wrestling Federation, has come to the aid of her father, Dave Damon, who has begun to garnish some heat for his remarks made towards Willy Carter at Diamonds Are Forever. Lizzie had this to say:
"First and for most, I want to go ahead and break the tension - my father is NOT a racist. My father has always been protective of me and believed Willy to be a significant other that he did not know about. While I do not condone how my father responded to it, I just want to let everyone know that he is not a racist and should not be thrown under the bus for his reaction to the situation. I also do not want this to be a problem with me just starting off my career and would like to make note that we have sent an apology to Willy for the way my father acted at the pay-per-view."
Lizzie was asked about her upcoming six woman tornado tag match at the next Sacrifice.
"It's a great opportunity for me. You know, a nice portion of the IWF Diamonds are going to be in that match. If I am able to pick up the win for my team, that will be a big boost in my career that just started. I plan on going out there and stealing the show."
Lizzie was also asked about what she thought about her opponents, targeting new Diamond Eliza and what now seems to be former Ana Valentine lackey Kayla Richards.
"Well, bitches talk. I thought I would have some sympathy for Eliza, because of her troubled past. But if she wants to be an enemy, then that is how I am going to see her then. Personally, I am not going to fall into their little game of sh-- talking and leave my talking in the ring."
Dave Damon was unavailable for his comments on the Willy Carter situation.
