Faction Purpose/Goal: The improve the lot of the humble jobber, demanding fairer treatment and respect from their colleagues and an end to demeaning matches.
Faction Members: Gibberg, Soloman Khan, Domi Natrix,Afro-American Rob Diamond and Thunder Sid.
Faction Leader (can be a manager type or a non-active sixth member if appropriate to faction goal): Nobody.
Faction Theme Music: The Union of Jobbers have thrown off the oppression of the proletariat and the need for theme music (they can't afford to pay royalties for any).
