{Killswitch engage's "Loyalty" blasts over the PA system as Alex Jones steps out wearing his wrestling trunks and an Alex Jones shirt, he makes his way down to the ring walking around it before grabbing a mic. He stops and shakes his head before stepping on a chair and then onto the announce desk.}Vasco Dias: Well...hello Alex?....
Terri Morasco: He has a mic.......yay....
{Alex looks around as the music fades down and smiles}Alex Jones: You know, this business is all about peaks and valleys. Not just in the company but also the career's of the talent signed. Now for the last ten years or so that I have done this I have gone through ups and downs. I was looked at as the young kid for years sitting in the shadow of Spike Kane and then Angel.
{Alex pauses for a moment as the crowd pops for the legends names.}Alex Jones: But then as my career has gone on in IWF I have noticed it go on an incline upwards. I became a champion, I defended the belt. I showed you all that I am one of the best of the best in this business. But I don't need the title right now to prove that. I lost that to a guy who was better that night. And I had no problem with that, I didn't complain, I didn't cry, I didn't bitch. I didn't even demand a title shot....
Unlike Mike Laszlo....
See I just wanted to earn a shot, I wanted to jump in to Heir to the throne, beat everyone in my way and face Renee again...but Roberto Verona held me out. Held...me...out.....and why?. See, when this show goes live and we have all these slots of dead air when anyone can walk up and grab a mic and cut a promo but who is actually worth listening to?....
{Alex lowers the mic for a second and smiles.}Alex Jones: When Spike Kane and Angel grabbed the mic, people listened. Renee Pleasant maybe?....with subtitles?....No, the two people in this company that command attention, and I mean real attention..are myself...and Mercedes Vargas....
{Alex bursts out laughing and raises the mic back to his lips}Alex Jones: No, I'm kidding. Mercedes is garbage....the two people that make the fans in the arena stop looking at their phones, that make the people at home shut of their tablets and laptops...are myself and Ana Valentine Jones. And we do it because we are the two most decorated professional wrestlers in this business.....and no matter what Jess Reed and Roberto Verona say or do...they can't take that away....
{Alex lowers the mic as "loyalty" plays again, he jumps off the announce tabls and leave the mic as he walks to the back}----------------------------------------------------------

{ A lengthy pause. }Kathy: Oh no! It fell out again!
{ Kathy laughs as we hear a bang and a sigh of frustration from Jake. }Jake: I'm sorry darling, this doesn't usually happen to me.
{ Jake and Kathy are stood in front of a claw machine. Jake is wearing only sunglasses, shorts and sandals whilst Kathy is in a white summer dress next to him.
Aware of the camera presence, the couple turn to it and the mood shifts subtly from pleasure to business. }The Ace: It's a hard life being on the road for some three hundred days of the year as a professional wrestler. I know to the average person it doesn't seem like it, but this is more often than not a very thankless business. This life, it moves pretty fast so weeks like this are precious. These are the kinds of special little moments that make it all worthwhile...
{ Cut to Kathy and her husband sharing chips from the same cone as they walk along the beach in the wind, together. The cries of seagulls are heard around them. The Ace continues seamlessly. }The Ace: It's hard work raising a family in this business, harder than raising the bar on what it truly means to be the best pure athlete in the business today, but I - we - have proven it is possible and now it's almost become a trend for those very same people who criticised us in the beginning and tried to tell us this wouldn't work and that this job would tear us apart to try and follow...

Malaki Toala vs Marco Keller
----------------------------------------------------------
{"Warrior" by Disturbed blasts out of the speaker as Joey Leroux and Malaki Toala step out from behind the curtains to a chorus of cheers. Malaki stands still as Joey walks confidently and cock-surely a few feet away before he begins to perform the Siva Tau Samoan war dance before letting out a large roar as pyro explodes either side of him. Marching down to the ring with intent Joey psyches up the big man whilst arrogantly insulting the crowd, despite the fact they're cheering him, on their way to the ring. As they reach the apron Malaki lifts himself up as he climbs into the ring whilst Joe begins to circle clapping and both psyching and winding up the crowd into a frenzy.}Vasco Dias: Malaki Toala is a monster, an absolute beast that is tamed by Joey Leroux...
Terri Morasco: That is not true at all, he's very smart and is a former Imperial and Man of steel champion....
{The opening of "Galvanize" bursts over the speakers, and the lights flash red and white on each bass hit. As the main drums kick in, Marco Keller saunters out on stage, a smirk on his face. He cracks his knuckles, grinning as he walks down to the ring, and hops up onto the apron, kneeling and glancing out over the crowd. He slips through the ropes, straightening up and walking to a neutral corner. He checks his pads, waiting for the match to begin with a confident grin.}Terri Morasco: This is a man with unlimited potential but he just can't focus....
Vasco Dias: He may be able to match Malaki in power though....
{Malaki and Marco move around one another. They size one another up and lock up, Marco a little taller than Malaki tries to push him back, Malaki doesn't budge. They release the collar and elbow tie up and Marco nods slowly as Malaki grins. Malaki tells Marco to hit the ropes, he does and slams into Malaki with a shoulder block. Malaki stands strong and shakes his head. Marco points to the ropes and Malaki hits them slamming into Marco the same way Marco did him. Marco to doesn't move and the two men stand toe to toe.}Vasco Dias: Well that was just two big men testing each other out...
Terri Morasco: And neither gave an inch!
{Marco turns and pivots off his back foot as if about to hit the ropes, suddenly he launches with all his might hitting a right hand to Malaki sending him stumbling back against the ropes. Marco steps forward and whips Malaki across the ring, he ducks down and hits a back body drop sending the big samoan up and over. Malaki holds his back and rolls up to his knees. Marco comes in and hooks his arms around Malaki's midsection hitting a release german suplex. Malaki lands on the back of his head and Marco gets to his feet looking arrogant.}Vasco Dias: Marco has taken over here and has grounded Malaki....
Terri Morasco: But Malaki can come back, he's a beast of a man...
Vasco Dias: But so is Keller....
{Malaki pulls himself up, Keller measures him up and leaps forward with the MO-93 bicycle kick connecting with Malaki. Toala goes down and Keller covers 1....2.....Malaki kicks out. Keller straight away sets Malaki up for the moment of triumph. Malak blocks it and slams his elbow into Keller's head staggering him, Toala hits the ropes and hits a clothesline from hell. Toala gets to his feet and roars as the crowd goes insane}Terri Morasco: The beast is loose...
Vasco Dias: It loos like it's curtains for keller...
{Keller stumbles up looking out of it. Toala hits the ropes and wham! he hits the speasr he calls the hospital pass! it's over 1.....2.....3}----------------------------------------------------------
HEIR TO THE THRONE
FOUR WAY MATCH
Jack Gaither vs Andrew Jacobsen vs Alexander Atwater vs El Guernica
----------------------------------------------------------
{We transition to ringside to find Alexander Atwater all ready to go as "The Justinian Code" by Byzantine plays on.}Terri Morsaco: Howdy folks, we're just about set to this four-way match that could shape the Heir to the Throne series in the favor of one of these four men. You're seeing Alex Atwater nowâhe's in this spot thanks to a solid win over Nighthawk in his qualification last week.
Vasco Dias: Anyone can beat the Borg, Terri---especially one that uses the same ol' garbage every week without learning to truly change his game.
Terri Morsaco: How unsporting of you to think of Nighthawk that way! His style's what's earned him respect from fans worldwide over the years he's been in the gig.
Vasco Dias: Who gives a crap...Atwater's my pick to win it all.
Terri Morsaco: Oh shut up!
{As his theme hits, he appears on the top of the stage, looking down. He looks up and lets his cape drop, before walking, or if he's in a good mood beforehand, skipping shallowly down to the ring slapping the hands of any fans that are within reach. He enters the ring, climbs to the top turnbuckle, and raises his arms to the sky or to his side, before jumping down to the ring, facing his opponent.}Terri Morsaco: Guernica's here! He outfoxed Marco Keller in his qualifier to get here!
Vasco Dias: The dude just got luckyâthat's all.
{The drumbeat of "When the Levee Breaks" begins echoing through the arena, and a raspy harmonica heralds Andrew Jacobsen as he walks onto the stage. Andrew adjusts his gloves, eyes zeroed in on the ring, and walks with purpose down the ramp, ignoring the crowd as he walks. He picks up a burst of speed as he leaves the ramp to leap up onto the apron. Andrew kneels on the apron, hanging onto the middle rope with one hand as he turns to look back at the ramp. He closes his eyes, taking a deep breath, and stands up, stepping between the ropes. Andrew walks to a corner, slumping slightly against the ropes, and stares ahead, eyes practically tunneling through the turnbuckle as he waits for the bell.}Terri Morsaco: Here comes Andrew Jacobsen, who impressively beat Todd Williams to earn his place in this match.
Vasco Dias: Yeah, he beat some respect out of a guy who's lucky to even still have a JOB here.
{The familiar screech of an eagle is heard, and a burst of pyro goes off as Rage Against the Machine's "Bulls On Parade" kicks into high gear. Within the plumes of white smoke, a lone spotlight shines brightly as the figure of Jack Gaither appears on-stage, his head covered by a gleaming silver mask featuring blue and gold trims on all sides. Wearing a sports jersey and all silver tights with a pattern of gold and blue flames on both sides--not to mention blue boots with silver tassels--the "Golden Eagle" quickly springs down to ringside, high-fiving random folks along the way. As he approaches the ring, Jack takes off his mask and gives it to a lucky fan. A cannon goes off just as the lights come back on en masse.}Terri Morsaco: Uh-oh! Here comes Jack Gaither into the frayâlisten to this place go crazy!
Vasco Dias: OK, now...anyone but Jack oughta win! Anyone but Jack!
Terri Morsaco: Alright, if ya wanna play it that way Vasco...Jack's MY personal pick to win the Heir to the Throne series! He's lookin' mighty good after teaching Kyle Mason what happens if you don't do your homework in the ring!
Vasco Dias: Wanna bet on that?
Terri Morsaco: Sureâname it.
{All four men stare each other down in the ring as the refereeâknowing full well that he probably won't have control of the match for very longâcalls for the ball!}Terri Morsaco: Here we go! Remember my friends, whoever scores the pinfall here wins the match and a head start in the Heir to the Throne series by picking his next opponent and stipulation to boot!
Vasco Dias: Now that that's settled, if Jack Gaither doesn't win Heir to the Throne, you have to strip down to a sexy bikini after the series is over and call a Sacrifice show wearing said garments!
Terri Morsaco: OK, but if Jack does pull it off you gotta wear a T-shirt that says âI Love Jack GaitherâThat's How I See It.â
Vasco Dias: You're on!
[DING!]
{We start things off with all four men continuing to stare each other down, but as Jack moves up to the top turnbuckle to pose for the fans, Guernica decides to jump him from behind, knocking the Arlingtin native to the outside! Meanwhile, Andrew Jacobsen has found a fighting partner in Alex Atwater, and the two gentlemen begin trading punches in the ring! Eventually, Atwater wins the slugfest and sends Jacobsen for the ride; the native Minnesotan bounces off the strands and winds up being flipped head over heels with a back bodydrop! Jacobsen kips back up to his feetâonly to eat a trio of dropkicks for breakfast! Finally, Atwater picks Jacobsen up and plants him tot he deck with a massive German suplex, arcing the maneuver into a bridge!}1...!
2...!!
NOPE!!!
{Atwater tries to transition from a bridge to an armbar, but Jacobsen sees what's going on and wiggles out of the hold before it can take effect. The two men eventually wind up back on their feet and in a Mexican standoff; Atwater and Jacobsen start to engage in a test of strength before the ex-mercenary takes charge once more, sending his opponent stumbling toward the ropes with a series of left uppercuts. Jacobsen ends up going for the ride a second time, bounding off the ropes and into a massive T-bone suplex before switching to a more conventional Boston crab. As Jacobsen is bent out of the shape, the referee checks to make sure he wants to quit but gets a negative response. Jacobsen fights the hold with everything he can muster, eventually crawling towards that bottom rope and latching onto it, forcing a clean break. Atwater breaks the hold and drags his rival towards the center of the ring and attempts to apply a second Boston crab, but he's shoved down to the mat by Andrew's feet! The Minneapolis resident pulls himself back to his feet, countering Atwater's charge with an inverted atomic drop, followed closely with a discus chop and, finally, a massive spinebuster which shakes the ring! Jacobsen goes for the pin!}1...!
2...!!
KICKOUT!!!
{Jacobsen picks his opponent up and sends him towards the turnbuckle; Atwater crunches the buckles hard and eats a massive clothesline for lunch! The Central Texas native stumbles around the ring, finding his way towards his opponent and winds up on the receiving end of a trifecta of quick suplexesâthe third a snap suplex that is easily transitioned into a pin!}1...!
2...!!
NO!!!
{Eventually, Jacobsen decides to chuck Atwater over the top rope and out of the ring, where the two men start trading punches once again!}Terri Morsaco: All this action, and we haven't seen much of Jack and Guernica yet!
Vasco Dias: Nobody wants to see those two buffoons.
{Meanwhile, Jack Gaither and Guernica have gone at it, matching each other move for move, blow for blow. Eventually, Jack is unceremoniously dumped back into the ring; the Arlington native slowly manages to prop himself back to a vertical baseâyet he doesn't see the man who once shared Jack's âGolden Eagleâ nickname flying off the top buckle, planting Jack to the canvas with a hurracanrana, transitioning the move into a pin!}1...!
2....!!
NOPE!!!
{Guernica picks his opponent up and flips him down to the canvas with a sleek-looking headscissor takedown, but only getting a two-count after switching the hold into a pin. Eventually, the native quickly heads back to the ropes and leaps off the top, hitting Jack with a wild corkscrew crossbody pin!}1...!
2...!!
KICKOUT!!!
{The luchadore slowly shakes his head, wondering what he's gotta do next. But that moment of hesitation costs him as Jack gets back to his feet and kicks him in the ribs. Yet just as he's about to apply the Screecher, the Tijuana resident moves out of the wayâonly to end up on the wrong end of a massive sidewalk slam! Jack goes on the attack, picking Guernica up and nailing him with a tornado DDT before going for the cover!}1...!
2...!!
KICKOUT!!!
{Jack picks his opponent back up again and applies a rather slick crucifix pinning combination!}1...!
2...!!
NOPE!!!
Terri Morsaco: Wowâlots of quick pins from all four men!
{With a warm grin on his face, Jack puts his rival back to a vertical position and applies the Iron Claw! Meanwhile, Alex Atwaterâwho's just sent Andrew Jacobsen crashing into the outside safety fenceâhops back into the ring and decides that Jack and Guernica have had just about enough playtime with one another. But instead, the Liberty Hill native winds up on the business end of a second Gaither-approved Iron Claw! The crowd goes wild as the ex-QB has the double move locked in good and tight; just as Jack guides his two victims toward the ropes, Andrew Jacobsen has picked himself up from the outside and has snuck back into the squared circle! The Minnesota native charges toward Jack, but he ducks out of the way! The ensuing double clothesline sends both Guernica AND Alex Atwater flipping head over heels to the outside!}Vasco Dias: Yikes!!
Terri Morsaco: Guernica and Atwater are outta there!!
{As Jacobsen looks down upon his other two opponents, he doesn't notice Gaither sneaking up from behind him. But just as Jack is about to go for the killshot, Alex Atwaterâafter sending Guernica flying over the safety rail and into the peanut galleryâhops back into the ring! First, he dispatches the Arlington native with his DRAGON'S TAIL back hook kick combo before plastering Jacobsen to the deck with his DDT OF NIGHTMARES signature! Atwater goes for the cover!}1...!
2...!!
THREEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!
[DING-DING-DING!!!]
Vasco Dias: Well that went well!
Terri Morsaco: Two successive big moves, and Alex Atwater wins! I wonder who he will pick as his first opponent? I think he got a good look at these guys tonight, and they put on an absolute clinic.

"Wish You Were Here Still"
----------------------------------------------------------
{ The scene transitions to the lush green hills of the Lake District as the Conways continue their ramble. }
Kathy: But they've never been able to capture our magic and they still don't understand why. It's hard being a successful businesswoman and a mother. It's almost sad that whilst so many of our critics concern themselves with keeping up with the Joneses, they forget that they were already left behind by the Conways. We used to be like all of you common people, so concerned with the rat race and presenting an image of who we wanted you to believe we were in this world...
{ The Conways are now shown with their two young daughters at an amusement park. Each has an ice cream in hand as they smile for the camera. }The Ace: Now we realise that it's much easier to just let all of you believe whatever it is that you want to about us because ultimately it doesn't change the truth. The truth is we love our jobs. The truth is we love our family, and the truth is we work for the kind of boss and live the kind of life you have only dreamed about...
Kathy: Because we've earned it. Years of our hard work is finally being recognised. What your jealousy condemns as a free vacation and a corporate perk, we see as a just reward. We are everything so many others pretend to be. We're happy, we're in love, and we deserve all of this...
The Ace: And you continue to hate us because it's just so hard to admit that you wish you were here, don't you?

TWO OUT OF THREE FALLS MATCH
Alex Jones vs Nighthawk
----------------------------------------------------------
Alison Valance: âThis next contest is scheduled for the best 2-out-of-3 falls.â
{The entrance fills with red mist as two voices are heard over the PA.}Justice, for my sister and her children
If you want justice you've come to the wrong place....
I disagree, I want to bring those who have wronged me to justice and all those who have wronged me are right here...
{Killswitch Engage's "Loyalty" blasts over the PA as Alex Jones steps out onto the stage. His long two tone hair wet down his back and sides. He wears a black Alex Jones shirt and his wrestling gear. He holds the IWF Imperial Championship as he makes his way down to the ring with Ana Valentine by his side. They get down to the ring and Alex leaps up onto the apron before helping Ana, he opens the ropes for her before getting in himself.}{As his opponent stands in a neutral corner the lights in the arena slowly click off, one by one, as the sold-out crowd rises to its feet in anticipation of what is to come. And as the opening strains of "Holding Out For A Hero (The Autumn Wind Intro)" by Emery boom out over the sound system Nighthawk walks out through the curtain and stands at the top of the ramp, hands on his hips as he looks all around at the sold-out crowd with the barest hint of a smile on his face. Walking down the ring, shaking hands with the fans in the first 2 rows of the building and making a special effort to shake the hands and give out hugs to the kids in the front row as behind him blue-and-white Roman columns of fireworks go off, the "Wrestling Machine" finally gets to the ring and stands on the top turnbuckle while raising his left hand above his head as the crowd chants "Best in the World.}Alison Valance: âIntroducing first, in the corner to my left, he is accompanied to the ring by Ana Valentine. Wearing blue and white he comes to us from Dallas, Texas and weighed in today at 220 pounds. He is a former IWF Cruiserweight, Tag Team, and Imperial Champion. He is also a former Joker in the Pack Winner. Please welcomeâŠ. âThe Black Dragonâ Alex Jones!â
{As Nighthawk glares a hole through him, Alex Jones calmly and arrogantly removes his t-shirt and pantomimes as though he is going to throw his t-shirt into the crowd before cackling and handing the t-shirt to his wife as the crowd responds to this disrespect with chants of âDie Alex Dieâ and âNighthawkâs going to kill you!â even as the ring fills with blue, white, and black streamers}Alison Valance: âHis opponent, in the corner to my right, he is from Chicago, Illinois and weighed in today at 185 pounds. Wearing blue trimmed with orange and white, please welcome⊠âThe Man of 1000 Holdsâ⊠âThe Wrestling Machineâ Nighthawk!â
{As Alex Jones blithely holds a conversation with his wife Nighthawk steps out of his corner and raises his left hand above his head, as the crowd bombs the ring with blue, white, and orange streamers and chants âLetâs go Nighthawk!â and âBest in the World!â}Terri Morsaco: âThis has been a match that a lot of people have been eagerly anticipating ever since the events of the 1st Sacrifice after Night of the Immortals. No matter where I go, everyone asks me who I think is going to win this match. Simply put, Alex Jones has acted like an entitled ass since BEFORE he won the championship and it has only gotten worse since his loss to Renee Pleasant. Conversely, Nighthawk is universally recognized as perhaps the best pure wrestler on the IWF roster, and is currently the top contender to Jake Conway and his Man of Steel championship. However, every single time he has stepped up to this level, he has lost. Will tonight be any different?â
Vasco Dias: âIf youâre Nighthawk, and you entered the ring with all the confidence weâve seen in him, you donât do it because you THINK that youâre going to win. If you come into the ring and glory in the chants of âBest in the Worldâ, you have to believe you are winning. To see that kind of confidence, it makes me think that Nighthawk has to really believe what heâs been saying about how he has found flaws in Alex Jonesâs game.â
{As the referee checks both men for contraband the crowd now lathers itself up into a full-throated roar and seemingly decides to all be on the side of Nighthawk, drawing Ana Jones to inform them to be quiet at ringside to the point where she gets into a rather vociferous argument with the VIPâs at ringside about the whole thing. Moving into the center of the ring Nighthawk and Alex Jones stare holes through each other as the referee tries to break them apart, before finally giving up and ringing the bell to start the 1st fall. Continuing to stare holes through each other Alex Jones finally breaks the stalemate by feinting as though heâs going to throw a forearm strike before simply going to a collar-and-elbow lock-up where he quickly backs the pair of them into the nearest corner and mockingly delivers a clean break, sing-songingly leading chants of âBest in the Worldâ as he does so before punctuating that with a pat on the top of the head which is responded to with a death glare from Nighthawk. Moving back into the center of the ring Alex again goes for a collar-and-elbow lockup and is this time trapped in the corner by Nighthawk who finds himself quickly reversed into the corner himself. But as both men find themselves separated by the referee the âBlack Dragonâ canât help himself and paintbrushes the âWrestling Machineâ who responds with a hanging armbar, letting go on the count of 4 and landing cleanly on the floor right in front of an apoplectic Ana Jones who screams insults at the referee for not breaking the hold quickly enough. Sliding back into the ring carefully, his eyes never leaving those of his opponent, Nighthawk goes back to the collar-and-elbow lockup and immediately goes for a double-leg takedown which Alex blocks by hitting a standing headscissors and then slowly pushing down on the hold until he has a crooked version of the hold applied. Posting his forearms on the shoulders Alex tries to keep the headscissors on tight only to see Nighthawk counter his way out of it by doing a full headstand before slowly coming down and prying apart the knees as he does so as Ana Jones again screams at the referee that the âMan of 1000 Holdsâ is breaking every conceivable rule.}Terri Morsaco: âEarly on in this match, and the 1st fall specifically, we are seeing that Nighthawk is not tolerating any of the extracurricular stuff that Alex Jones tried in their 1st meeting. Alex tried to slap him, and Nighthawk countered that right into a hanging armbar. Simply put, Alex Jones needs to be taking Nighthawk seriously. If he canât, or more to the point if he doesnât want to, this is going to be a lot harder night for the former Imperial Champion than anyone might have expected.â
Vasco Dias: âNighthawk has, and even his critics will freely admit this, one of the most expansive arsenals in IWF today. Tonight, if heâs going to pull off this upset, he has to empty that arsenal. He has to throw everything he has, every weapon in the book, to try and beat a man who until recently was a dominant Imperial Champion. If he can do that, heâs in a great place.â
{As Nighthawk and Alex Jones move back into the center of the ring again, and again go back to the collar-and-elbow lock-up, Nighthawk tries to get a wristlock but canât do it as Alex counters that by bridging all the way back until until the back of his head touches the mat before quickly popping up with a back heel trip which he quickly follows up at by hooking in an Indian Deathlock which he quickly turns into a Bow-and-Arrow submission as Ana Jones crows over her husbandâs advantage at the moment. But as the Dallas native looks to lock his hands together Nighthawk rolls his way out of the hold right into a lateral press which he slides through right into the Windy City Stretch, pulling back tightly on the hold as he tries desperately to win the 1st fall from the âBlack Dragonâ via submission as Ana Jones almost has a fainting spell at ringside. Finally grabbing the ropes to force a break from the hold Alex quickly takes advantage of that opening to roll out to the floor and try and think things through, Ana Jones offering him advice as he shakes out his left arm while the âWrestling Machineâ stares at him from in the middle of the ring. Finally sliding back into the ring carefully, shaking out his left arm as he does so, Alex stares at Nighthawk before raising his hand out for a knucklelock challenge which is taken almost immediately before both men try and jockey against each other for position as the crowd chants âLetâs go Nighthawk!â and âDie Alex Dieâ. Eventually, however, neither man can get that much in a way of advantage as they find themselves tied up in the ropes where the referee quickly moves in to separate them. But as he does so Alex canât seem to help himself and spits in the open mouth of Nighthawk before rolling to the floor as an incensed âMan of 1000 Holdsâ has to be held back by the referee.}Terri Morsaco: âAnd for a man who has seemed to enjoy finding new and interesting ways to act like an entitled little goon, spitting in someoneâs open mouth takes the cake. If I was Nighthawk, Iâd be chasing him all around the ring looking to rip his limbs off.â
Vasco Dias: âBut I think Nighthawk has seen too much, and been around the world too much, to try and fall into what you and I both know Alex wants him to do. He has to keep his cool, no matter what.â
{Moving back into the center of the ring, exhaling several times to try and keep himself from completely losing his temper, Nighthawk waits for Alex Jones to come back into the center of the ring where he immediately goes for a collar-and-elbow lockup which again backs both men into the ropes where the referee again moves in to break both men, this time watching carefully to ensure that the Dallas native doesnât try anything untoward. But again, having clearly made the pre-match decision that agitating Nighthawk is in his best competitive interests, Alex again goes to paintbrush the Chicago native only to lock in a side headlock and walk backwards up the 2nd strand before taking it over as Ana Jones whoops in exultation at ringside. But as he tries to cinch it in tightly the work already done on his left arm bears fruit as he canât squeeze with the force needed allowing Nighthawk to escape the hold and hook in a gorgeous Kimura lock which he wrenches in tight. Crawling desperately to the ropes to try and force a break of the hold, which he manages to do so when Ana pulls him the last few inches. The referee looks up and just catches them and calls for the bell, disqualifying Alex! Nighthawk picks up the first fall as Jones' plan backfires on them. }Alison Valance: âThe winner of the 1st fall, as a result of a disqualification, the âMan of 1000 HoldsââŠ.. âThe Wrestling Machineâ Nighthawk!â
Terri Morsaco: âOh come on, seriously?"
Vasco Dias: âAlex and Ana are the golden couple for a reason. All is fair inside a wrestling ring, you've got to do everything to win, he may have given a pin away but he's inside Nighthawk's head now. You know how he feels about honour.â
{As Nighthawk gets up Alex jumps up and hits him with a vicious clothesline and begins to stomp heavily on Nighthawk. Jones unleashes his anger, pounding down over and over onto Nighthawk to put himself well in the ascendancy here and right back into the match. The referee pulls him back slightly and wanrs him allow Nighthawk to lift himself up. Rushing in Nighthawk attempts to go for a monkey flip only to be alley-ooped onto the top turnbuckle, where he quickly steadies himself and backflips off right into another armdrag that sends the Dallas native to the floor. Getting up a head of steam and exhorting the standing room-only crowd to make noise the Chicago native attempts to go for a diving armdrag off of the ring apron only to see Alex Jones then counter with a picture-perfect superkick before climbing up to the ring apron and hitting a gorgeous Arabian Press to the floor. Rolling Nighthawk in the âBlack Dragonâ follows him in with a slingshot senton followed seamlessly by a quebrada moonsault. Deciding to try and go for the 2nd fall as quickly as he can Alex pulls the âWrestling Machineâ up to his knees and lands a seated dropkick to the face followed by a sliding cutter, quickly covering and getting another 2-count as Ana Jones demand the referee count faster at ringside. Mockingly kicking the forehead of Nighthawk as Ana Jones singsongingly chants âBest in the Worldâ Alex Jones turns to rebuke the crowd for their support only to turn right back around and walk right into a knife-edge chop to the chest from Nighthawk who is still on the knees. Getting utterly disgusted Alex grabs a hold of Nighthawkâs hair and lands machine-gun kicks to the forehead before following up with a Liger Bomb that gets another 2-count.}Terri Morsaco: âWe talked about it at the end of the 1st fall, and it bears repeating. Alex Jones baited Nighthawk into going faster than he wanted, and right now heâs making it bear fruit for him. He might not be able to get a tying fall at this point, but he is just throwing everything he can think of at him. And for Alex Jones, that is a lot.â
Vasco Dias: âIf youâre Nighthawk you have to try and get Alex Jones off of you any way that you can. It doesnât matter if itâs an armdrag, a strike, or anything. He has to find a way to break this pressure, because if he canât, heâs going to lose a fall.â
{Continuing to keep the pressure on Alex Jones heads to the 2nd turnbuckle and comes off with a beautifully timed cannonball-style diving senton, following that up with a running snap legdrop right across the throat again covering for a 2-count and again being shocked when the referee informs him that Nighthawk was able to kick out. Getting absolutely disgusted Alex Jones drags the Chicago native to the ring apron and drops him chest-first on the ring apron before coming back in with a slingshot elbowdrop right to the sternum followed by a split-legged moonsault. Pulling Nighthawk back up to his feet Alex Jones hits a step-up enzuigiri, followed by a short-arm elbow to the temple and then a Knox-Out before covering and hooking both legs as the âWrestling Machineâ is unable to kick out in time.}Alison Valance: âThe winner of the 2nd fall, tying the match up at 1 fall a piece, âThe Black Dragonâ Alex Jones!â
Terri Morsaco: âWith this match tied up at a fall a piece, itâs instructive I think to see what each man did to win their respective fall. Nighthawk held to the mat game and ground down the left arm of Alex Jones. Alex Jones won his fall by just blitzing Nighthawk with high-impact offense, and keeping the pressure on. In this 3rd fall we have to wonder what will happen: Will Nighthawk get to the arm again, or will Alex Jones be able to just overwhelm Nighthawk?â
Vasco Dias: âHereâs the interesting thing. Nighthawk has stated that he believes he can beat Alex Jones. This 3rd fall is going to prove if that was just an empty boast from an overconfident man, or if he really can beat the former Imperial Champion.â
{As the referee rings the bell to start the 3rd and deciding fall Nighthawk tries to pull himself to his feet only to be hit with a boot to the stomach right into a Michinoku Driver that gets a long 2-count. Running his thumb across his throat Alex then places a woozy Nighthawk on the top rope before hitting a gorgeous floatover superplex that gets another 2-count, quickly sliding through into a Koji Clutch as the âBlack Dragonâ tries to get the 3rd fall via submission as Nighthawk screams out in a toxic mix of pain and exhaustion. Crawling on his fingertips, every step leaving fingernail marks in the canvas, Nighthawk finally is able to reach to the ropes as a sweaty and tired Alex Jones complains to the referee while Ana Jones exhales loudly at ringside and hands her husband a bottle of water. Taking a gulp of water Alex nonetheless stays on the attack by again picking Nighthawk up to his feet and drilling him with a kneelift to the stomach followed by a Black Tiger Bomb that gets another 2-count before kicking the ropes in frustration as the sold-out crowd tries to rally the âWrestling Machineâ to keep going by chanting âLetâs go Nighthawkâ which does nothing but further infuriate Alex who responds by hitting a frog splash that gets another long two count that draws the air out of the arena. Picking the battered Nighthawk up by the hair the âAmerican Nightmareâ whips him into the nearest corner where he sags against the turnbuckle, where Alex follows him in with a handspring elbow right on the point of the jaw right into a folding powerbomb that gets another 2-count. Kicking the ropes in supreme frustration Alex runs his thumb across his throat and picks Nighthawk up by the hair and paintbrushes him with a pair of open-hand slaps while yelling at him to stay down and stop kicking out before taunting the crowd by chanting âBest in the Worldâ at his exhausted opponent. But as he turns back around the âMan of 1000 Holdsâ finds enough energy to land a gorgeous palm strike that echoes throughout the arena before collapsing to the mat exhausted.} Terri Morsaco: âAfter taking a frightful assault, Nighthawk somehow found the energy to land one big blow in the form of that palm strike. The question is this: Does Nighthawk have enough left in the tank to take advantage of it?â
Vasco Dias: âHereâs what Iâve got to wonder: Was Alex Jones getting frustrated? Before he landed that palm strike, he was throwing everything he could think of at Nighthawk and he just kept kicking out. You have to wonder what he has left in his arsenal to deal with the âWrestling Machineâ.â
{As Nighthawk slowly pulls himself up to his feet with the aid of the ropes, exhaustion clearly evident on his face, Alex Jones follows him to his feet only to be caught on the way in with a tooth-rattling European uppercut followed almost seamlessly by a springboard clothesline. Heading up to the top turnbuckle in one smooth motion the Chicago native measures his man and then comes off with a gorgeous swandive elbowdrop right in the pit of the stomach, covering and only getting a 2-count as Ana Jones appears to be completely nervous at ringside. Letting out a war cry as the standing room-only crowd is now clearly on his side Nighthawk signals for the Deliverance only for the âBlack Dragonâ to knee his way out of trouble and instead go for the Dragon Sleeps which the âWrestling Machineâ counters out of in mid-air to a hurricanrana that gets a heartstoppingly close 2-count before rolling through that right into a Windy City Stretch as Alex Jones scrambles desperately to the ropes to force the break. Picking the âAmerican Nightmareâ up Nighthawk signals for the Lakeshore Drive II only to see Alex spin his way out of that and land a falling reverse DDT. Going to the ring apron the Dallas native taunts the crowd with more sing-song chants of âBest in the Worldâ before going for a springboard 450. But as he sets up for that the âMan of 1000 Holdsâ is waiting for him with a perfectly timed running Yakuza kick followed by a spaceman quebrada moonsault to the floor.} {Rolling Alex back into the ring Nighthawk cues up for the Pressure Drop only to see Ana Jones grab his foot just long enough for Alex Jones to hit him with an AJ-Guri that lands behind the ear sending him tumbling over the top rope into the ring where he is easy prey for the Dragon Sleeps and the 3-count.} Alison Valance: âThe winner of the 3rd fallâŠ. âThe Black Dragonâ Alex Jones!â
Vasco Dias: Ha ha, I knew it! Alex picks up the win!
Terri Morasco: Alex did well here but let's not forget that Nighthawk managed to stay in this too.
{ Alex lifts his arms in celebration and smirks down at Nighthawk as his music begins to play. Jones celebrates as he walks up the ramp, winding up the fans as he goes, getting a huge kick at their disgust. Standing at the top of the ramp he throws his arms up in the air and smiles one last time before departing backstage. As Nighthawk stands up the fans applaud him as he gathers himself, but as he does so a creaky old music begins to play, singing "I do like to be beside the seaside..." }Vasco Dias: What the hell? WHAT YEAR IS THIS!?
Terri Morasco: Will you calm down, Jesus...
{ The music continues to play as Nighthawk looks on in confusion, the tron lights up with random shots of the British seaside as he continues to watch. Suddenly, a figure hops the barrier carrying a rake before he slides in the ring. Nighthawk turns around but it's way too late as the stick cracks down over his skill and splits his temple wide open. We soon see the man is none of the Ace who stands over the bloodied body of Nighthawk. The crowd erupts with boos as he asks for a microphone and kneels down beside Nighthawk. }The Ace: Did you think I wasn't here?
{ The crowd boos. }The Ace: Oh, I couldn't miss this for the world. Look at you Nighthawk, wrought low in your own arrogance. You won a title shot at the only belt in this company with a true fighting champion and how do you repay this great honour? You let your "fee fees" get hurt by Alex Jones and completely ignore the honour bestowed upon you. You know what? I'm happy to announce that I am officially rescinding your title shot at Bloody Assizes.
{ The crowd boos even more heavily. }The Ace: Instead, you're going to earn it. You're going to prove that you deserve this opportunity, by running a gauntlet. If you manage to survive, I will reconsider allowing you to have the honour of facing me for my championship. It's time to stop ignoring your true challenge, Nighthawk.
{ Ace throws the mic down as he raises his arms in the air and smiles as we cut to a commercial break amidst a chorus of boos. }----------------------------------------------------------
SEGMENT
"All or Nothing"
----------------------------------------------------------
{ We open up to the backstage area and it is there where we are able to see A Girl Has No Name Robbins. She has a microphone locked tightly in her hands as she looks over at Crystal Hilton who is standing in front of her. }A Girl Has No Name: Ladies and gentlemen my guest at this time is a woman who came so close to beating Amber Richards just a few shorts weeks ago. I give to you the one and one Crystal Hilton.
{ Crystal Hilton appears in the shot and there seems to be a heavy mixed reaction. Half of the crowd seem to be booing Crystal while the other half seem to be cheering her. Crystal just looks at the camera as she shrugs her shoulders not really knowing what to say or think about it. }A Girl Has No Name: Crystal a few weeks ago you went out to that ring, and many people are saying that you and Amber Richards stole the show. You girls left it inside that ring until neither of you had nothing left. I know you are accustomed to getting booed every night from the crowd, but on that night you actually seemed to win some fans over, as some fans were actually cheering you on. Do you have anything to say regarding that?
Crystal: Honestly thatâs surprising to me. I just went out to that ring and did what I normally do. I left it in the ring. Do I like Amber? No not really I feel like I canât because of who my best friend is, but do I respect her? And to answer that question⊠Thatâs a yes she earned my respect in the course of that match and I wonât question that she beat me. I wonât deny and said she didnât do it. It was a fluke it never happened. Truth be told she did win but out of that match the fans saw something in me and that brings a smile to my face. I have never been one for being someone these people actually care about but for some reason they all took a liking to me.
A Girl Has No Name: So now that you are out of the Heiress of the Throne what do you want to focus on now?!
{ Crystal smiles widely as she looks back at A Girl Has No Name. }Crystal: Actually thatâs what I wanted to discuss because you see after working my ass off like that, after gaining the respect of some of the fans. I simply refuse to go away like that. I just wonât I made strides. I tried to build myself up but what I really want is that Diamonds Championship and I will do anything I can to simply be in the Heiress of the Throne.
A Girl Has No Name: Such as what?!
Crystal: All or nothing. The way I see it we are at the halfway point of the year and since being in this company I have never gained a shot at the Diamonds Championship. I want to be in the Heiress of the Throne I want a second chance and I am willing to put it all on the line if I am granted that chance.
A Girl Has No Name: And what exactly is that?
Crystal: That if I donât win Heiress of the Throne I will not be in the Diamonds contention for the rest of the year. Seems drastic but thatâs how much I believe in this Heiress to the Throne. The fans started to see something in me and I just canât let them down. This is my year and I need to show that this rose refuses to wither away that she will forever blossom...

MIXED TAG TEAM MATCH
Mike Laszlo and Alexis Caffrey vs Spike Kane and Firenze Everett
----------------------------------------------------------
Alison Valance: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and is the MIXED TAG TEAM MATCH! Introducing firstâŠ
{Red lights will start flashing as the music starts and as Firenze Everett walks out, a red spotlight will shine on her as she walks down with a smirk on her face toward the crowd who boos her rather loudly. She walks and simply revels in their reaction toward her as she slowly steps into the ring, smirk ever present as she heads toward a corner of the ring, sits on the top turnbuckle to await her opponent.}Alison Valance: From New York City, weighing in at 145 poundsâŠshe is the IWF RUBY CHAMPIONâŠFIRENNNZZZE EVERETT!
Terri Morasco: Another chance for the Ruby and Diamonds champions to face off here on Sacrifice.
Vasco Dias: Last time, Firenze took her eye off the ball, and Alexis wrapped her up in the Entanglement for the winâŠand thatâs before she became champion.
Alison Valance: And her partnerâŠ
{"Hail to the king" starts up as the spotlights flash on and off in rhythm with the music and the beat, Spike Kane makes his way out and down to the ring, the fans start to chant "Spike" very loudly as the former champion smiles and looks around putting his arms out to the side, he then cups his hands around his mouth and screams "GOD OF XTREME" making the crowd pop again, he slides in the ring and grabs the top rope pumping up the crowd.}Alison Valance: From Boston, Massachusetts, he is the God of XtremeâŠSPIKE KAAAANE!
Terri Morasco: The man who has been letting Renee Pleasant know that he wants a shot at the Imperial Title.
Vasco Dias: Renee accepted and I look forward to a war.
Alison Valance: And their opponentsâŠ
{âCult of Personalityâ by Living Colour hits the speakers and the crowd erupts in boos. As the couple of Mike Laszlo and Alexis walk out from behind the curtain, they pause and glare throughout the audience at those who show them hate. They, together, hold up their Joker in the Pack briefcase, and Diamonds Titles together, with smiles on their faces, only drawing more ire from the crowd as they head to the ring.}Terri Morasco: These two had arguably the biggest night of any couple at Night of the Immortals.
Vasco Dias: Itâs because they saw the light Terri. They donât care what anyone thinks of them, they do whatâs necessary to win.
{The two make their way up the steps as Mike holds the ropes open for Alexis who steps inside, holding her belt in the air as she spins a couple of times for all to admire as Mike applauds her before stepping in the ring himself and holding the briefcase as high as possible.}Alison Valance: At a combined weight of 352 pounds, she is the IWF DIAMONDS CHAMPION, and he is the JOKER IN THE PACK WINNERâŠthe team of ALEXIS CAFFREY and MIKE LASZLOOO!
{The bell rings and the two teams decide that the women will start this match off as both men step out to the apron. Both women discard their belts and get ready to fight, eye balling one another as they circle the ring before finally locking up in the center of it. Firenze goes behind Alexis and locks in a Waistlock, trying hard to take her smaller opponent to the ground, but Alexis hooks her legs around the calves of Firenze, blocking the hold before ramming her backside into the Ruby Champ, breaking her grip before going behind her and simply smacking her in the back of the head, laughing as Firenze stumbles forward but has a furious look on her face as she snaps her head around at Alexis who has an âOh shit!â look on her face before Firenze runs at her, but Alexis cowers into the ropes causing the ref to back up Firenze.}Terri Morasco: Bullying, cowardly tactics by the Diamonds Champion.
Vasco Dias: What are you talking about? Thatâs smart! Piss of Firenze and then give her time to think about it.
{The referee backs up Firenze as Alexis comes back through the ropes, dusting herself off, and flinging her hair back behind her head. The two lock up again, and this time Firenze is quick with an Arm Drag takedown into a armlock transition. Alexis struggles and grimaces in pain as Firenze cinches in the hold. She uses the hold to pull Alexis up and throw her into the ropes. She then runs off the ropes, by Alexis who stops and turns confused as Firenze leaps up and spins, hitting Alexis with a Springboard Clothesline, followed by a quick coverâŠ
One!
TWO!
NOO!! Alexis gets the shoulder off the mat.}Terri Morasco: Great move by the Ruby Champion who looks focused tonight.
Vasco Dias: She looked focused the other times too, she lost that at the end.
{She grabs Alexis by the leg and spins around, looking for the Figure Four but Alexis kicks her off and quickly squirms to her corner and tags her fiancé. Firenze looks annoyed as she exits the ring and Spike enters. The crowd starts to really get into this as they know the history that these two men have.}Terri Morasco: Here come the heavy hitters.
Vasco Dias: This is gonna be great!
{The two men have words in the center of the ring before Mike pie-faces Spike who turns right back around and rocks the Joker In The Pack winner with shots to the face, backing him up into the ropes before hurling him to the other side. Spike grabs Mike upon return and looks to hit him with a Tilt-a-Whirl Backbreaker, but Mike lands on his feet, and shoots Spike into the ropes. Mike runs at him, stopping their momentum, leaping in the air, looking for the Stalling DDT, but Spike pushes him off and both men run into one another, both hitting massive Clotheslines in the center of the ring!}Vasco Dias: Great minds think alike?
Terri Morasco: Indeed, as both men are down in the middle of the ring.
{Both struggle to their feet, and Spike is the first to hit a haymaker on Mikeâs jaw before Mike retaliates. It goes back and forth for a moment before Mike hits Spike with a knee to the gut, then kicks him in the same spot, setting him up for the âWelcome to the CLEâ Double Underhook Backbreaker. Spike gets his arms free and Backdrops Mike.}Terri Morasco: They know each other so well.
{Spike is up as Mike is getting to his feet with his back turned. Spike grabs hold of Mike by the head and hits him with a Reverse DDT, hooking the leg.
ONE!
TWO!
Mike kicks out.
Spike doesnât let up, grabbing Mike by the head and pulling him to his feet, and into the corner. Spike gets up on the turnbuckles and grabs Mikeâs head, looking for a Tornado DDT, but Mike throws him off last second toward the center of the ring and then looks for a Superkick, but Spike ducks and THUNDER-NO! Mike throws him off into the ropes, and as Spike returns, SPINEBUSTER!}Vasco Dias: Counter after counter, this is great!
Terri Morasco: And the fans echo those sentiments with a âThis is awesome!â chant.
{The crowds going crazy as Mike sees Spike down in the center of the ring and goes to the outside, climbing up the turnbuckle for the Diving Elbow, but Spike is up and trips Laszloâs legs out from under him, crotching him on the turnbuckle before climbing it himself.}Terri Morasco: Theyâre in a precarious position there.
Vasco Dias: This can only end one wayâŠbad.
{Spike climbs to the top rope with Mikeâs arm over his head, looking for a Superplex, but Mike hits a few shots to the ribs out of desperation. Mike then lifts Spike in the air and falls forward, hitting the modified NO MERCY OFF THE TOP!}Terri Morasco: DID YOU SEE THAT!?
Vasco Dias: He could have killed him.
{A âHoly Shitâ chant breaks out as the two men appear motionless. The referee starts a count and gets to six before both men start to stir. Theyâre up and again they trade blows as Spike hits a kick to the gut and again goes for Thunderstruck, but Mike pushes him off and goes for a Thunderstruck of his own on the originator, only to have Spike push him into the corner, chest first. As Mike turns, Spike hits him with the THUNDERSTRUCK and goes for the cover, but the referee waves him off. Spike gets up and argues, and the referee signifies there was a tag!}Terri Morasco: What!?
Vasco Dias: Alexis made the tag!
{Alexis is in the ring and flies toward Firenze who is as confused as everyone, and sends her flying off the apron into the announce table ribs-first. Spike canât believe it and looks on as the Diamonds Champion heads to the outside and drives the Ruby Champion into the ring apron before sending her back into the ring. Alexis stalks Firenze and runs at her for the âKiss Goodnightâ (Spinning Codebreaker) but Firenze blocks it and grabs hold of Alexisâ legs. She looks to lock in the STF, but Alexis scrambles to the ropes, and grabs them. Firenze lets go and Alexis charges, but Firenze catches her along the side of her body and looks for a backbreaker, but Alexis wiggles her body, and contorts into the Entanglement as Mike is getting to his feet and charges Spike, spearing him off the apron, sending both crashing to the floor below. Firenze crumples to mat, her knee appearing to buckle very awkwardly as she yelps in extreme pain. The pair wriggle on the mat as the referee looks incredibly concerned. Firenze struggles, but it is no use, and she taps out to the hold.}Terri Morasco: What a match!
Vasco Dias: Alexis gets the better of Firenze again.
Alison Valance: The winners of this match, Mike Laszlo, and ALEXIS CAFFFREEEY!
{ The couple celebrate as the referee throws up and X as Everett looks in serious trouble here. The camera cuts away quickly away from Everett to focus on Mike and Alexis as we go to an unplanned commercial break. }----------------------------------------------------------
MAIN EVENT
SINGLES MATCH
Renee Pleasant vs Mohamed Al-Thani
----------------------------------------------------------
{The opening bar of I smell a massacre hits the speakers as red lights swirl around the crowd, before settling on Reñee Pleasant who stands in the middle of the stage, Amber Richards by his side, smirking at the crowd as a chorus of cheers rise up. Reñee shrugs and walks down the ramp with purpose, he jumps up onto the apron and holds down the middle rope for amber before he enters the ring through the top and middle ropes. He approaches the referee for a moment and towers over him with a laugh, before walking away, shaking his head still laughing as the music fades out.}Terri Morsaco: Here comes the Imperial Champion and one hell of a monster inside of an IWF ring!
Vasco Dias: Renee Pleasant managed to take home the gold at Night of the Immortals, and heâs certainly going to have his hands full with his next task.
{The Qatari National Anthem begins to play and Mohammed Al Thani comes down the ramp, accompanied by his manager.}Terri Morsaco: Here comes the Pearl Gladiator, a man that has been on an incredible tear here in IWF.
Vasco Dias: No doubt, he could be a contender for Renee Pleasantâs title, and a win here could go a long way in cementing his roll in that position.
{The match kicks off with Al Thani and Pleasant meeting in the center of the ring. Pleasant wastes little time and swings for the fences, trying to take Al Thaniâs head off with a big right hand. Al Thani ducks the right and goes behind, shoving Pleasant into the ropes chest first. When Pleasant rebounds off of them, Al Thani clubs him across the back of the head with a forearm. Pleasant stumbles back into the ropes and Al Thani follows him in, kneeing him in the stomach viciously. Pleasant hangs against the ropes, but Al Thani hooks him for a suplex. Al Thani picks up Pleasant and hangs him across the top rope on his stomach. Al Thani charges the corner, jumps up on the turnbuckle, and dives off at Pleasant. Al Thani goes for a missile dropkick, but Pleasant catches him in mid air, spins him, and drives him down on the ring apron with a spinning powerbomb, leaving them both crashing to the outside}Vasco Dias: They are wasting no time here. This isnât about technical prowess tonight. Theyâre going for it.
Terri Morsaco: Al Thani is taking it to the Imperial champion, and putting him in a bad way to start.
Vasco Dias: Al Thani is airborne!
Terri Morsaco: HOLY HELL! He broke him in half on the apron of the ring! Pleasant improvised and overcame!
{Pleasant gets up from the tumble rather quickly and picks up Al Thani and whips him down the aisle. Al Thani crashes into the guard railing, and Pleasant charges him, hitting him with a big boot that drives Al Thani over the railing and into the laps of the fans in the front row. Al Thani gets up, trying to shake the boot off, but Pleasant is over the railing and already pummeling him with lefts and rights. The shots stagger Al Thani down the aisle and send fans running in all directions. Pleasant grabs the back of Al Thaniâs tights and head and launches him at a row of chairs. Al Thani hits the chairs, and goes skidding across the floor for a good fifteen feet. Pleasant marches on, chasing after Al Thani. Al Thani gets to his feet just in time to catch Pleasant with a drop toe hold that puts him face first into a chair.} Terri Morsaco: Pleasant is clearly in charge now. Al Thani is taking a beating here on the outside!
Vasco Dias: And I think our fans just got an experience theyâre going to remember for the rest of their lives. Itâs not every day Mohammed Al Thani ends up in your lap!
Terri Morsaco: Al Thani reverses! Pleasant is tasting the steel!
Vasco Dias: The crowd is just eating up this battle that is unfolding in the middle of them.
{Al Thani grabs Pleasant and whips him back towards the guard railing. Pleasant hits the railing and hangs against it. Al Thani charges in and Pleasant drops his shoulder, launching Al Thani over the railing with a back body drop. Al Thani twists in mid air, lands on his feet, and hooks Pleasant from behind; nailing him with a german suplex that drives Pleasant back into the hard ground. Al Thani gets up and picks up Pleasant, running him down the aisle and head first into the ring post. Pleasant bounces off it, and Al Thani rolls him back into the ring, leaving him hanging off the apron a bit. Al Thani climbs up on the apron and runs down it, jumping up and nailing Pleasant with a jumping knee to the head. Pleasant spasms and kicks wildly as he rolls around the ring and Al Thani climbs back into the ring.}Vasco Dias: The Pearl Gladiator is showing that his skill inside the ring can translate in a brawl outside of it!
Terri Morsaco: Pleasant just got dumped on his head on the floor! His bell has to be rung after that.
Vasco Dias: Al Thani is leaving no doubt who is in control right now!
Terri Morsaco: Pleasant is howling in pain! That knee drop was something vicious, but we should expect nothing less out of Al Thani.
{Al Thani stalks around Pleasant and waits for him to get up. When he does, Al Thani hooks him for a tiger suplex. Al Thani tries to lift Pleasant, but he fights it and ducks his head, charging for the corner. Pleasant ducks his shoulders between the ropes and Al Thani hits the turnbuckle hard, releasing Pleasant. When he does, Pleasant spins around and charges Al Thani, leveling him with a huge lariat that sends him spinning and crashing to the mat. When he does, Pleasant goes for a quick cover.}Vasco Dias: Pleasant finds a way to escape!
Terri Morsaco: Forget that, Pleasant found a way to take Al Thaniâs head off!
ONE
TWO!
{Al Thani kicks out forcefully}Terri Morsaco: He kicked out! TWO!
Vasco Dias: This war is not over by a long shot!
{Pleasant gets up and waits for Al Thani to get up, and as he does, Pleasant hooks Al Thaniâs head and hits him with a wicked DDT. Al Thani rolls through it and slides part way through the ropes. Pleasant gets up and picks up Al Thani, dragging him back towards the center of the ring. Pleasant picks up Al Thani and puts his hand on the back of Al Thaniâs neck. Pleasant goes for the RAV, but Al Thani spins out of it. When pleasant turns around, Al Thani hits him with an RKO and then rolls him over; hooking in an anaconda lock. Al Thani tries to make Pleasant tap, but Pleasant swings around and gets his feet on the ropes }Vasco Dias: Pleasant is still not done with Al Thani, but it looks like heâs closing in on the end!
Terri Morsaco: Iâm not sure how much more Al Thani can take!
Vasco Dias: The Pearl Gladiator reverses! He escaped! Heâs going to make the Imperial Champion tap out!
Terri Morsaco: He was so close! It was almost over, but Pleasant gets his feet on the ropes!
{Al Thani gets up, looking like heâs ready to put an end to Pleasant. Pleasant gets up, and walks into Al Thani who hooks him for the start of the Wrath of Sharia. Pleasant reverses out of it, and takes a big swing at Al Thani. The shot connects and drives Al Thani back into the ropes. Pleasant charges and nails Al Thani with a big forearm that drives him through the ropes. Al Thani gets up, in time for Pleasant to hook him for a suplex. Pleasant lifts Al Thani, and then leaves his feet hanging from the top rope. Pleasant switches his grip and drops back, driving Al Thani head first into the canvas with a hanging DDT. Al Thani rolls lifelessly to a stop in the middle of the ring. Pleasant takes a few seconds to crawl over and make the cover.}ONE
TWO
{Al Thani kicks out.} Vasco Dias: Pleasant is on dream street. Al Thani wants to end this!
Terri Morsaco: Itâs not over. The champ had that scouted and is laying a beating on Al Thani!
Vasco Dias: Oh good lord what a DDT! Itâs over! Itâs over!
Terri Morsaco: TWO! Al Thani kicked out at two! Itâs still not over!
{Pleasant gets up and picks up Al Thani and whips him into the ropes, looking for a lariat. Al Thani ducks under the attempted lariat and comes back, hitting Pleasant with a dropkick to the knee. Pleasant gets up quickly, and takes a swing at Al Thani, but Al Thani ducks it and hits Pleasant with a backbreaker. Al Thani picks up Pleasant and nails him with a big European uppercut. Pleasant blasts back with a right hand of his own. The two men start to trade hands with each other, with neither getting the better. Al Thani finally blocks one of Pleasantâs punches and nails him with a shot. Pleasant swings for the fences, but Al Thani ducks it and hits him with a Tiger Driver and goes for a cover.}ONE!
TWO!
{Pleasant kicks out.}Vasco Dias: What a war! These two are slugging it out!
Terri Morsaco: Pleasant is rocked! Tiger driver! This could be it!
Vasco Dias: He kicked! He kicked!
Terri Morsaco: Nothing is going to keep Renee Pleasant down, you know that Vasco!
{Al Thani picks up Pleasant and whips him into the ropes. Pleasant comes back and gets nailed with a boot to the face. Pleasant goes down and Al Thani stalks him for the Wrath of Sharia. Al Thani hooks him for the Wrath of Sharia, but Pleasant reverses and gets behind Al Thani, hooking him for the RAV. Pleasant slams Al Thani down and rolls him up for the pin.} ONE
TWO
THREE!
{ Pleasant stands up as he raises his arms in victory, but suddenly his attention is drawn away. Standing on the stage, clapping slowly, is Spike Kane. The camera flips between the pair as they stare one another down. Pleasant raises the Imperial Championship high in the air as he begins to mouth some words to Spike who simply nods as we fade to black. }
