”Miss us?”
----------------------------------------------------------
{As the pyro goes off for the opening of Sacrifice, “Cult of Personality” by Living Colour hits the speakers and the crowd erupts in a chorus of boos as the Joker in the Pack winner Mike Laszlo, and the Diamonds Champion Alexis Caffrey walk out onto the stage. They look around and then at each other with huge grins on their faces as they hold their prizes high in the air for everyone to see. The boos rain down some more as the two make their way to the ring.}Terri Morasco: Well this is a surprise.
Vasco Dias: Yeah, we haven’t seen these two since they defeated Spike Kane and Firenze Everett the week before Bloody Assizes.
{They get to the ring where Alexis is helped onto the apron by Mike who jumps on it himself, holding the ropes open for her as she gets in the ring. Mike follows and grabs a mic from the ring announcer as the music starts to die down. The boos however…don’t.
Mike raises his hand to quiet the crowd, but that only makes them boo louder as he scowls at them before demanding their attention.}Mike Laszlo: We get it, you hate us, NOW SHUT UP!
{Anyone with ears could hear the crowd for miles from the arena as Mike and Alexis simply laugh it off, knowing they caused it. Mike raises the mic again.}Mike Laszlo: Did you miss us?
{Boos.}Mike Laszlo: Stop…we know you did. You couldn’t stand the fact that me or my lovely wife, haven’t been on your television set for the last month or so.
Vasco Dias: Did he just say wife?
Terri Morasco: I think so.
Mike Laszlo: Oh, did I say that out loud?
{The two hold up their hands with wedding rings attached to each finger.}Mike Laszlo: That’s right folks, you heard it here first…we had more important things to do then be on your televisions or I-pads or whatever the hell you use to watch this program. We were getting married, and thanks to the boss, it was a great time being away on a honeymoon away from the likes of all of you.
{He hands the mic to Alexis as the crowd continues to boo. She shows off a cute little smirk, waiting for them to calm down.}Alexis Caffrey: You know, on the way over here I was thinking about this whole Heiress to the Throne get up. I was thinking that again I see my pasty English Muffin Amber Richards at the top, and some little brat who needs to get off her period. Then I looked at the bottom of those standings and couldn’t help but feel just a tad bit sorry for them. So I thought I’d do something to prep them up a bit.
{She takes her hand and puts it near the mat and rises it up to about chest level, showing all who are watching the opportunity she’s about to present.}Alexis Caffrey: Tonight, Alexander Atwater takes on that ogre Renee Pleasant, and if he wins he gets 20 points. So why not be fair and equal? By the end of the night, whoever has the lowest point total in the Heiress to the Throne…will face me…next week…with a shot at 20 points of their own.
Vasco Dias: That’s pretty generous.
Terri Morasco: Oh please, she just wants to embarrass them further.
Vasco Dias: Terri, she’s giving one of those girls a shot to severely impact their standing in the tournament.
{Alexis interrupts the commentators.}Alexis Caffrey: It’s not like you’ll really have a shot to beat me. But at least I can say I was generous and gave you an opportunity, and that helps me sleep better at night. Good luck girls.
{She hands the microphone back to Mike.}Mike Laszlo: I know, you’re wondering what I’m going to do…the answer…nothing, because I don’t give a crap about this waste of space city in this crap country. You can all kiss my ass!
{Mike drops the mic as “Cult of Personality” plays again, the newlywed couple exiting the ring as we go to commercial.}----------------------------------------------------------

Vasco Dias: ...No.....
{"war of change" by thousand foot krutch blares out as Kayla Richards emerges from the back. She stands at the entrance and looks around at the fans shaking her head. She makes her way down to the ring before running and sliding under the bottom rope, she gets onto the second rope and shakes her hair around to the music, she turns and nod's at Eliza who stands at ringside}
Vasco Dias: Kayla Richards has been on a roller coaster lately. Winning against Firenze, losing to Eliza and then Paige....ca she bounce back?
Terri Morasco: She will try but..Tess an is huge....
{The bell rings and Tess steps forward talking to Kayla, Kayla looks around and realizes the big woman has basically cornered her against the ropes, Kayla slides to the side to the corner and shakes her head as Tess swings with a right hand, Kayla ducks out of the corner and attacks Tess with some stiff forearms, Kayla then quickly hits the ropes and takes to the air with a dropkick, Tess staggers back but Kayla can't take her down, she pops up and hits the ropes again and again the dropkick does nothing.
Kayla looks around and hits the ropes a third time, she leaps in the air and this time tess steps forward and catches Kayla out of the air before slamming her down across her knee. Tag Team Match
If Amber and Eliza win, they both gain 10 points in the Heiress to the Throne Tournament.
Amber Richards & Eliza vs Paige & Sara Garcia
----------------------------------------------------------
Alison Valance: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is scheduled for one fall! If Amber and Eliza win, each will get ten points added to their Heiress to the Throne point total.
{“Over You” by Girlicious plays throughout the arena. Seventeen seconds into the song, Paige and Sara come out to a negative reaction as they holds their hand in the air above their heads, their index fingers pointed down at themselves as they do a quick spin around before walking down to the ring, talking themselves up to all of those in attendance and everyone watching at home.}Alison Valance: At a combined weight of 261 pounds, Paige and Sara, the Garcia Twins!
{The two sisters jump up on the apron, posing for the crowd, showing off their beauty before each sitting on the middle rope and swinging their legs to the left, pulling the rest of their bodies in as well. They pose again for the crowd who boo as the two talk strategy for the match.}Terri Morasco: These girls are riding high after Paige’s victory over Kayla last week.
Vasco Dias: Could you imagine how proud they’ll be if they can defeat both Richards’ sisters and Eliza in a two week span?
Terri Morasco: We may never hear the end of it?
Alison Valance: And there opponent…ELIZA!
{Bad reputation - Blacklisted Me hits the speakers and Eliza walks out onto the stage. She pauses and stares out over the crowd with a blank expression before shrugging and walking down the ramp. She again pauses at the steel steps to survey the booing crowds before she climbs the steps and slips through the ropes, bouncing off to one side, rolling her shoulder back to warm up as she awaits her opponent.}Terri Morasco: This young lady has blazed a trail here in the IWF Diamonds Division.
Vasco Dias: She’s beaten everyone put in front of her.
Alison Valance: And her partner…from Norwich, England, weighing 140 pounds…AMBER…RICHAAAARDS!
{"Heavier than heaven" by Cold driven blasts on the PA system, the lyrics rolling out. As the song explodes after the first verse Amber makes her way out her black hair flowing down as she throws her head back and lets out a laugh. Amber makes her way down to the ring, she runs and slides on her knee across the apron before resting her body against the ropes as the music fades out.}Terri Morasco: The former three time Diamonds Champion.
Vasco Dias: She’s been cutting through the Heiress to the Throne lately as well.
Terri Morasco: It’ll be a tough test for the Garcias who were unable to qualify for the tournament.
{The bell rings and the two sides decide who will start first, being Paige and Eliza. Paige mocks Eliza as she did earlier in the week with her promos, but Eliza is all business and kicks her straight in the gut before dragging her by the hair into the corner. After a few forearm shots, the younger Diamond stands on the second rope and sticks her foot right into the throat of Paige and holds it there til the referee’s count gets to four, pulling her foot away and letting Paige fall to the canvas.}Terri Morasco: She said she wanted to get her hands on these girls real bad, and she’s taking advantage of her chance here.
{Paige crawls out of the corner, trying hard to regain her composure, but Eliza is right back on the attack, grabbing her by the hair and pulling her into a Suplex with a bit of a ferocity to it. She floats into a quick cover and gets a quick two count before pulling her opponent up by the arm and into her corner to tag in Amber who steps through the ropes and drives her elbow down across Paige’s arm. Paige stumbles away trying to shake the pain away. Amber tries to go right back on the attack, locking Paige up for a Snap Suplex but Paige hooks her leg, blocking the move, hitting Amber in the abdomen multiple times before turning the move around into a Spinning Neckbreaker.}Vasco Dias: Great counter by Paige.
Terri Morasco: It buys her some time, but will it be enough to possibly tag out?
{Paige tries to crawl to her corner but Amber grabs her by the ankle. The two start to stand and Amber spins Paige, looking for a Clothesline, but Paige ducks it and out of nowhere drops Amber with a “Heart Break” cutter.}Vasco Dias: This could be her opening.
{Paige grabs Amber by the hair and hits her with a headbutt before dragging her into the Garcia corner and tagging in Sara. The two grab hold of Amber as the referee admonishes them and lift her up and over into a Double Vertical Suplex. Amber crashes hard and Sara quickly falls onto the cover as her sister exits the ring, the referee hitting two before Eliza intervenes and breaks up the count. Sara yells at Eliza who simply retreats to her corner. Sara picks Amber up and is rolled up into a small package, getting a two before both spring out of the pin attempt and to their feet where Amber manages to kick Sara right in her face with a Superkick!}Vasco Dias: Oh no! Not the face!
Terri Morasco: Oh shut up.
{Amber goes for the cover but only gets two. Amber stalks Sara and awaits before hitting her with a right hand to the face sending Sara stumbling before returning with a Knife Edged Chop. The two trade blows before Amber goes for a huge right that Sara ducks before trying to hit a German Suplex which Amber blocks, repeatedly hitting Sara in the side of the head with an elbow before hooking Sara and throwing her up into the air and catching her with a Neckbreaker of her own. With both women sucking wind, they both slowly make their ways to the corner. Amber is first, tagging in Eliza who enters as Sara tags Paige. Eliza drops Paige with a Clothesline not once or twice, but three times. As Eliza waits for Paige to get up, she strikes her hard in the face with a Chick Kick that sends the twin to the mat where Eliza jumps on the cover only to get a long two before Sara lunges on top of the cover.}Terri Morasco: So close to ten points!
{Eliza knocks Sara out of the ring and runs back to her corner, tagging in Amber before running back to Sara and sliding to the outside to take on Sara. The two start punching one another in the face as Amber gets out on the apron after seeing Paige is still down, holding her face. She looks at the fight on the floor and takes out both with a Front Flip Attack off the apron, hitting Sara more so than Eliza.}Terri Morasco: What a move from Amber! She wants the ten points!
{Eliza and Amber help each other up to go and attack Paige, but she comes flying through the ropes with a Suicide Dive! All four girls are down as the crowd shows their appreciation with a “This is Awesome!!” Chant. Amber is slowly getting to her feet as the referee tries to restore order. One of the twins is still down as Amber grabs the other and rolls her into the ring. Eliza is forced back to her corner, and the referee admonishes Paige on the floor. Amber grabs hold of Sara in the ring and drops her with the BLOODY MURDER V 2.0 as Paige runs by Eliza, grabbing both her legs and tripping her off the apron, Eliza landing on the back of her head and neck before falling to the floor. Amber goes for the cover as Paige slides into the ring, sticking her boot right into the back of Amber’s head!}Terri Morasco: I think Paige is the legal twin!
Vasco Dias: Unintentional Swap!?
{That straight kick did damage as Paige pulls Amber off her sister and into the “All About Me” (Rack Attack), quickly jumping on the cover!
1!
2!!
3!!!}Vasco Dias: HOLY CRAP!
Terri Morasco: Paige Garcia just pinned Amber Richards!!
Vasco Dias: Upset central here!
Alison Valance: The winners of this match, Paige and Sara…the GARCIA TWINS!
{“Over You” plays over the speakers as the Garcias roll out of the ring and celebrate up the ramp as Eliza rolls in with a look of shock and anger on her face, all at the same time.}Terri Morasco: The Garcias perhaps with the biggest wins of their careers.
Vasco Dias: What else is going to happen tonight!?

Heiress to the Throne Triple Threat Match
Eternity vs Mercedes Vargas vs Mirsada Tanovic
----------------------------------------------------------
{Suddenly, the arena lights turn off and the crowd is hyped up for what was in store. As the opening of “Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me” by U2 blares across the PA system, the mood of the crowd changes instantly and the arena is under the subtle glowing of the lights. As the lyrics finally kick in, a figure emerges; the highlight of their attire is being under the illusion. Mercedes Vargas stops short of the entrance ramp, hands on waist, and overlooking the crowd.}Allison Valance: Introducing first from Buenos Aires, Argentina, weighing in at 127 pounds…MERCEEEEEDEEEES VAAAARGAAAAS!
{Cheers, boos and catcalls soon greet her. Oblivious and yet satisfied with their reaction for several seconds, she flips her long hair, then makes her way to the ring. As she goes up the steps and walks to the end of the ring apron, she climbs to the turnbuckle, then turns her head back as the camera shows her determined expression-perhaps a message that her opponent will be in for a tough fight. She vaults into the ring and walks over to the opposite corner where she relaxes along the corner ropes while waiting for her opponent(s) to arrive}Vasco Dias: Mercedes Vargas is here and she's...whatever...
Terri Morasco: You don't like her do you?
Vasco Dias: She broke my heart Terri...
{The lights in the arena go down to a blue hue and purple smoke begins to fill the entrance way as the banging drums of "Apex Predator" by Otep resound throughout the arena, the sirens and the lyrics introduce Eternity to the audience and as the adults boo, the children seem to fear the shadowy woman who is wearing a black hat and a veil with her head bowed as she walks down the ramp. She stops in the middle of the ramp and takes a bow, taking her veiled black hat off and posing with it in her outstretched arms. She continues her journey down the ramp, skipping and carrying her hat in her right hand accompanied by the chorus. She slides under the bottom rope into the ring and when she reaches the centre, she transitions into a skip, over to the turnbuckle where she hangs her hat on a ringpost, patting it. She then skips to the middle of the ring and gets down on one knee, a leg outstretched behind her, as she looks heavenward and raises an arm in front of her, her hand reaching towards the sky. This gesture now triggers the lights to slowly be raised back up to normal levels as her music starts also to fade away.}Vasco Dias: Eternity creeps me out....but she's a former diamonds champion and a hell of a competitor...
Terri Morasco: She has a great chance of being the heiress to the throne...
{Mirsada slowly walks to the ring in her wrestling gear with no music and no personality whatsoever.....}{The bell rings and Mirsada attacks Vargas right away who was looking over at Eternity. Eternity claps her hands and laughs as Mirsada stomps Vargas down in the corner. Eternity just watches and leans back in the corner with a smile, Mercedes rolls out to the floor shocked at the quick attack from Mirsada. She turns to Eternity who blasts out from the corner with a flying clothesline she calles the fallen angel. Mirsda lands hard and Eternity just laughs before going for a fast pin 1....2...and Vargas slides in and slams her forearm into the back of Eternity's head, as Eternity rolls away Vargas stomps down on Mirsada hard over and over again before hitting a pendulum elbow and going for the pin 1....2....Eternity dives in dropkicking Mercedes in the side of the head}Vasco Dias: Fast start to this match here terri...
Terri Morasco: Mirsada took out Vargas only for Eternity to pounce
{Eternity grabs Mercy by the hair and drags her to the corner before laying in some hard right hands to Mercys body and then head before headbutting Mercedes over and over again before she drops to the mat in a sitting position, Eternity turns just in time to see Mirsada running at her, Eternity moves and Mirsada slams into Vargas in the corner who had just made it to her feet, Eternity grabs Mirsada around the waist and goes for a german suplex, at the same time however Mirsada hooks her arms around Mercedes so Mirsada gets suplex by eternity while belly to belly suplexing Mercedes!, the crowd chants and cheers as Eternity gets up and notices the carnage}Vasco Dias: Wow!....
Terri Morasco: That was unique....
Vasco Dias: That was awesome!
{Eternity locks Mirsada in a noose and nail (hart lock), Vargas runs and springboards off the ropes spinning in the air hitting a splash onto Eternity forcing the hold to be released. Mercedes pulls Mirsada to her feet and snapmares her down before hitting a fast low dropkick to her back, Mirsada rolls outside the ring to the floor, Eternity runs at Mercedes who ducks and backdrops Eternity over the top rope onto Mirsada. DING DING DING!
All three men go out of the ring to look for several tables under the ring. Trauma however gets out a kendo stick and begins smashing the taped up ribs of Nighthawk. Hawk tries to fight back with punches but the pain to his ribs is too much. Toala jumps over the steel steps and delivers a thunderous slam to Trauma. Malaki then throws him over the barricade and soon follow suit. The fans buzz with adrenaline as the men fight up the stairs with Malaki high fiving several of them. Trauma smashes a cup to his head before delivering a hard suplex to the concrete steps!Vasco Dias: That has to hurt!
Nighthawk soon jumps over the barricade and slowly makes his descent to catch up with both men as Trauma gets the upper hand with punches and kicks. He pulls Malaki’s long hair towards the top of the stand and near the edge. He looks over and sees tables set out on top of one another.
Terri Morasco: Uh oh….
He head butts Toala several times before trying to lift him up. But Nighthawk smashes Traumas back with a steel chair! He repeats this over and over until Trauma is screaming in pain on the floor. Hawk turns his attentions to Malaki who comes back with a massive belly to belly suplex over the top of steel chairs! He sees Trauma and decides to lift his injured body over the safety rail and top of the tables. The drop is near 30ft as Nighthawk holds his injured ribs.
Vasco Dias: This is going to end badly!
Terri Morasco: Someone is going to get hurt!

Vasco Dias: Hey wait!

But Nighthawk managed to hold onto the stand to avoid being put through the table!
He grits his teeth and manages to throw his body over to a more secure step to lift himself up on. He takes massive breaths while holding his injured ribs. Malaki goes to lift him up but Nighthawk counters with a gogoplata submission using the safety rail! Toala tries to break it off but the blunt rail means he can’t! After several minutes pass by, Malaki falls to the ground as
Hawk lets go of the hold and climbs over to safety.
Terri Morasco: Great counter!
Nighthawk picks up Malaki and throws him down the steps and crashing into the barricade. Bruises can be seen visibly all over his body as Nighthawk carries on the assault by a jumping clothesline over the barricade!
Vasco Dias: Good upper hand here for Nighthawk.
He rolls back into the ring and sets up several tables up against the turnbuckles. He takes several breathes before going to turn around.

NIGHTHAWK DELIVERS A MASSIVE KNEE TO THE CHIN OF TOALA!
Toala is stunned as he dazes back and forth with his vision blurred from that vicious knee shot. He picks up a steel chair and hits a massive shot to the head that buckles on impact.
Vasco Dias: He’ll be seeing stars tonight!
Nighthawk goes to lift Malaki for a bridging tiger suplex through the table, but the Samoan brute drops his knee so the move doesn’t go through! He tries again, but can’t lift the big guy! He tries one more time!

Heir to the Throne Triple Threat Match
Aaron Owens vs Kyle Mason vs Jack Gaither
----------------------------------------------------------
{AFI - Miseria Cantare blares through the PA system as Kyle Mason steps out from behind the curtains. Natasha appears behind him as he thrust his hands in the air. Natasha runs her hand on his chest before kissing him on his cheek and joining his side as he walks down to the ring. Mason hops up on the ring apron and sits on the ropes to allow Natasha in the ring. Natasha smiles at Mason as she climbs up on the ring apron and slowly bends over in front of Mason before stepping into the ring. Kyle joins her in the ring as streamers fly into the ring. Natasha gives Kyle a few words of advice before leaving the ring and Kyle leans against the turnbuckle waiting for the match to begin.}Terri Morasco: Kyle Mason has been on a bit of a downward trend in recent weeks.
Vasco Dias: Haven't we ALL at some time or another?
{"Blackstar" hits and Owens bursts from behind the curtain, bouncing up and down atop the stage area. He makes his way down the ramp, slapping the outstretched hands of the fans, and quickly scales the ring steps before stepping through the ropes and making his way towards the nearest corner. He continues to bounce in place while waiting for the match to begin.}Vasco Dias: Ya know, the more I see this Plinkohead do his song and dance, the more I can't stand him.
Terri Morasco: Our Invictus champion is looking WHITE hot out there!
{The familiar screech of an eagle is heard, and a burst of pyro goes off as Rage Against the Machine's "Bulls On Parade" kicks into high gear. Within the plumes of white smoke, a lone spotlight shines brightly as the figure of Jack Gaither appears on-stage, his head covered by a gleaming silver mask featuring blue and gold trims on all sides. Wearing a sports jersey and all silver tights with a pattern of gold and blue flames on both sides--not to mention blue boots with silver tassels--the "Golden Eagle" quickly springs down to ringside, high-fiving random folks along the way. As he approaches the ring, Jack takes off his mask and gives it to a lucky fan. A cannon goes off just as the lights come back on en masse.}Terri Morasco: Jack Gaither is the iron horse of Imperial!
Vasco Dias: More like the cowboy from Brokeback Mountain...
Terri Morasco: SHUT UP!
[DING!]
{The ref calls for the bell as Kyle Mason elects to sit on the ringside floor, thinking to himself “gee, let's let Jackie and Aaron duke it out,,” and true to his thinking, Owens and Gaither DO start trading punches. Left, right, left, right—back and forth they go until the Southern Californian eventually takes control, sending the North Texan for the ride. The Arlington High alum bounces off the strands and eats a standing dropkick for lunch—and a second for dinner! Jack kips back to his feet quickly after the second dropkick, only to end up taking some knees to the ribs before being sent to the deck via modified tornado DDT. The crowd eats it all up as Owens pulls Jack to his feet and leaves him standing; Aaron heads up to the top rope and connects with a flying crossbody on a woozy ex-QB, going for a pin.}1...!
2...!!
NOPE!!!
{Owens shakes his head but maintains control, dragging his opponent back to a vertical position and kicking him square in the chest with a sharp front kick. Before Jack can even think straight, Aaron smacks him in the temples with a roundhouse, sending him crumpling to the canvas. Eventually, Owens picks Jack right back up and sends him down with his trademark double-arm German suplex, transitioning the move into a bridge.}1...!
2...!!
NO SIR!!!
Vasco Dias: Wow...these two knucklebrains are putting on a snoozefest...
Terri Morasco: Do ya ALWAYS have to be negative,eh?
{Kyle Mason looks on with a sly grin on his face as Owens tries to maintain control, but Jack springs to life, elbowing his opponent in the stomach regions before sending him for the ride. Owens bounces off the ropes and into a Jack-approved armdrag, followed by a second and a third! Holding onto his rival's left arm, Jack transitions the third armdrag maneuver into a heavily-modified, one-armed snap suplex! Finally, the Arlington native—still holding onto the Santa Barbaran's arm—applies a slick crucifix pinning combination.}1...!
2...!!
KICKOUT!!!
{Jack puts Owens back to a vertical position and takes him down to the deck again with a vertical suplex, followed by a second; yet just as he's about to compete the trifecta, Owens reverses the hold, getting behind Jack and forcing him into a hammerlock. But Jack reverses the hold, getting behind his rival and taking hiim down with a modified hammer and waist takedown, putting all the stress on the West Coaster's arm! Eventually, Jack grabs Owens' legs and arcs himself into a bridge!}1...!
2...!!
Vasco Dias: Oh boy, Kyle's in the ring--this is gonna be fun!
Terri Morasco: Gimme a break!
{Before the referee can hit the mat for three, Kyle Mason decides that these two boys had enough quality playtime together and yanks Jack off of Owens. Chucking the Texan to the outside, Mason goes to work on Aaron, firing away with a series of sharp knees to the ribs before applying a fireman's carry. The European folks in the gallery boo and whistle as Kyle takes Owens to the deck with a wheelbarrow facebuster! Sauntering around the ring with an evil smirk on his kisser, the Calgary native pulls Owens back up to his feet—only to send him crumpling back to the deck with a vertical suplex, followed by a second and the third—which Jack wasn't able to complete moments ago—before transitioning the move into a pin.}1...!
2...!!
KICKOUT!!!
{Mason retains control, smashing Owens in the chest with a series of sharp Muay Thai knees before shooting his opponent in. Aaron bounds off the ropes and into a devastating exploder suplex that sees him crunching the turnbuckle hard! Mason goes for a methodical pin—unaware that Jack has pulled himself up at ringside!}1...!
2...!!
Terri Morasco: Jack breaks up the pin!
Vasco Dias: Dammit!
{Jack hops back into the ring and yanks Kyle off of Aaron before planting the Canadian with a Screecher! Mason stumbles around the ring but doesn't quite go down just yet—but he runs into Owens' signature DESTINY DRIVER! The fans leap to their feet as Mason goes down to the canvas. With Kyle out of there, Owens makes an attempt to hit Jack with a second Destiny Driver—only to get plastered with a Screecher instead! Owens is chucked out of the ring, leaving Jack wide open to go for the pin!}1...!
2...!!
THREEEEEEEE!!!!
[DING-DING-DING!!!]
{“Bulls on Parade” plays again as Jack warmly grins to his “Barmy Army” supporters in the crowd!}Vasco Dias: Ya know...someone cut his music. I despise Slipknot!
Terri Morasco: That's Rage Against The Maching, ya Plinkohead!
Vasco Dias: Quit stealin' my nicknames, lassie!

Alexander Atwater vs Renee Pleasant
----------------------------------------------------------
{The opening bar of I smell a massacre hits the speakers as red lights swirl around the crowd, before settling on Reñee Pleasant who stands in the middle of the stage, Amber Richards by his side, smirking at the crowd as a chorus of cheers rise up. Reñee shrugs and walks down the ramp with purpose, he jumps up onto the apron and holds down the middle rope for amber before he enters the ring through the top and middle ropes. He approaches the referee for a moment and towers over him with a laugh, before walking away, shaking his head still laughing as the music fades out.}
Terri Morasco: The Imperial Champion has a big test on his hands here tonight.
Vasco Dias: This could certainly be a stumbling point for the champion or a really huge night for him. One thing is for certain, this is going to be a hell of a fight!
{“The Justinian Code” by Byzantine hits the speakers and Alex Atwater storms out from behind the curtain. He marches down the ramp and slides right into the ring, eyeballing the Imperial Champion intently, like the only thing he wants is to fight.}Terri Morasco: Atwater looks like he came for a fight tonight.
Vasco Dias: Well, he’s damn sure going to be getting it!
{The match opens up with Atwater and Pleasant meeting in the center of the ring. The two men tie up and both struggle to get position on the other. Each backs the other up towards the corner, only to shove their way back to the center of the ring. When they both realize that they won’t be able to gain any ground, the both break from the tie up. Immediately, Atwater shoots in and gets a double leg on Pleasant. Stepping over, Alex hooks in an ankle lock. Pleasant rolls around and tries to kick away, shoving Atwater towards the ropes. Atwater rebounds off the ropes and charges towards Pleasant, who is just getting up. Atwater puts his head and shoulders down and rams his whole body into Pleasant. When he lands on top of Pleasant, Atwater starts to unload with a flurry of punches. Pleasant does his best to block them, but some shots get through, but some don’t. Pleasant arches his back and shoves Atwater to the side, getting free from Atwater’s dominant position. Atwater tries to shoot in again, but is stopped by Pleasant firing back with a mean right hand.} Terri Morasco: These two seem to be evenly matched in the strength and size department and that’s a rarity for someone like the Imperial Champion
Vasco Dias: Atwater is displaying those technical skills and it seems to be having some effect on the champion. He seems to be struggling to get away from Atwater here.
Terri Morasco: Atwater is charging like he’s coming at the champion full bore, and he’s going to need that. He’s going to need that and then some.
Vasco Dias: Pleasant is battling back Terri. This is a really even contest and I think it’s going to stay that way.
{Pleasant gets back to his feet and throws a couple of more punches that Atwater takes. Atwater takes a step back and Pleasant closes the gap and throws another punch. Atwater blocks the punch to the side and throws a quick kick to Pleasant’s ribs. Pleasant eats the kick and drives his elbow into Atwater’s jaw. Atwater shrugs it off and returns with an elbow of his own. Pleasant takes the elbow, rocks with it, and rifles off his response. Atwater returns fire with an elbow. Pleasant absorbs it and returns one of his own. Atwater takes the shot, but Pleasant shoots off another one too fast for Atwater to block. It backs Atwater up into the ropes and Pleasant uses it to whip him across the ring. Atwater comes back and gets caught with a sidewalk slam.} Terri Morasco: These two are trading blows and seeming shrugging off the best the other has to offer.
Vasco Dias: Pleasant is getting the upper hand here. He’s got Atwater reeling!
Terri Morasco: Pleasant has Atwater up and…. Big side walk slam on Atwater!
Vasco Dias: That is by no means enough to end this battle. You can see it in their eyes. Neither one is going to quit tonight.
{Pleasant picks up Atwater and hooks his arm for a vertical suplex. Pleasant scoops Atwater up and drops him flat in the center of the ring. Atwater hits the mat hard and rolls over, trying to get up. Pleasant marches towards Atwater and tries to lay into his ribs with a vicious kick, just like he had done the week before to Nighthawk. Atwater leans back on his knees and the kick misses him. Atwater rifles off a punch that strikes Pleasant in the stomach. Atwater pops up and nails Pleasant with an uppercut that rocks the big man and sends him staggering backwards into the corner. When he does, Atwater charges at him and jumps, driving his knee into Pleasant’s face. Pleasant drops down from the force of the knee and rolls out of the ring, looking for refuge from the assault. Atwater climbs out of the ring and grabs Pleasant on the ground and bounces him off a ring post before rolling him back into the ring. Atwater climbs up onto the apron as Pleasant starts to get up. Atwater catches Pleasant with a forearm as he comes to the ropes. When Pleasant stumbles backwards, Atwater hops onto the top rope and springboards forward, throwing off a tornado kick that drives Pleasant to the mat.}
Terri Morasco: Pleasant has Atwater up and he drops him hard in the center of the ring. This is a bad position for Atwater to be in! Pleasant is known to hurt people when they’re laying there like that.
Vasco Dias: Atwater moved and he’s going off with the strikes to the Imperial Champion. He’s rocking him with combinations and using his knees like it’s no one’s business!
Terri Morasco: Atwater is on the apron. What the hell is he going to do here?
Vasco Dias: Holy shit! One of the big men got air!
Crowd: Atwater! Atwater! Atwater
{Atwater goes to pick up Pleasant, but Pleasant rifles off shots at his gut. Pleasant gets back to his feet and nails Atwater with a kick to the gut. Pleasant takes off for the ropes and comes back, leveling Atwater with a big lariat. Atwater rolls away and gets up with the help of the turnbuckles. As Atwater turns around, Pleasant charges towards the corner and drives Atwater through the ropes with a wicked yakuza kick. Atwater manages to hang on somehow and stay on the apron. Pleasant looks at Atwater, lines him up, waits for him to start getting up, and then hops over the top rope; catching Atwater’s head and drop down to the floor, hitting Atwater with a DDT on the apron that leaves Atwater a pile of jelly on the floor and Pleasant standing and gathering his wits.}
Terri Morasco: This is crazy! Pleasant is battling back after having his head kicked off. And the fans are just eating this up!
Vasco Dias: Pleasant is coming back in a big way, and he’s putting a hurting on Atwater!
Terri Morasco: Pleasant has Atwater on the apron, and it looks like he’s got something on his mind!
Vasco Dias Holy hell, what a DDT! Atwater is dead! He’s dead!
Crowd: Pleasant! Pleasant Pleasant!
{Pleasant picks up Atwater and whips him towards the guard railing. Atwater eats the guard railing with his back and hangs there for a moment. Pleasant charges in and tries to hit Atwater with a big boot, only for Atwater to move and Pleasant to crotch himself. Atwater sees Pleasant hung up on the guard railing and gives him a vicious round house kick that takes Pleasant’s head off and puts him on the hard concrete floor in one vicious motion. Pleasant crawls around dazed, until Atwater picks him up and whips him at the stairs. Pleasant takes the stairs at the knees and topples over them. Atwater stays in hot pursuit and as Pleasant gets to his feet, Atwater is there to club him with a nasty forearm several times before he hooks him for a gargoyle suplex . Atwater takes a step back and launches Pleasant with the suplex and leaves him strewn across the concrete floor.}
Terri Morasco: Pleasant is destroying Atwater, and it looks like the assault is going to continue!
Vasco Dias: Damn! Coming from man land, the champ is going to be singing soprano tonight! Or not!
Terri Morasco: This has been a hellacious back and forth battle between these two!
Vasco Dias: That concrete floor has no give and they’re tossing each other all over the place like their bodies don’t matter.
{Atwater picks up Pleasant off the floor and rolls him back into the ring. Atwater scoops up Pleasant and drives him down on the mat with a quick body slam. The second he hits the mat, Alex grabs Pleasant’s legs and hooks him into a Texas Cloverleaf, leaving Pleasant writhing in the center of the ring and trying to find a way out of the hold. Pleasant struggles against it, but can’t find a way out of it, so he just lays in the center of the ring screaming and trying to hold out. Atwater eventually lets go of Pleasant’s legs and turns around, scooping Pleasant off the mat. Atwater stuffs Pleasant between his legs and scoops him up, putting him in a Canadian backbreaker position. Atwater swings Pleasant down and drives him head first into the mat with a wicked piledriver that looks like it could have killed Pleasant. Atwater goes for a pin after a couple of seconds.}Terri Morasco: This might be it for Pleasant. Atwater is going technical again, and that isn’t the champs strong point!
Vasco Dias: That could have killed the champion! It’s over! It’s over!

Atwater hits the mat hard and gets up slowly, and when he does, he walks into a boot to the gut. Pleasant stuffs Atwater between his legs and picks him up; driving him down with a wicked powerbomb that leaves Atwater rolled up on his shoulders and the back of his head.
