IWF.com can exclusively reveal that our first official fight for the brand new Monday Night Sacrifice: Open Fight Night on September 14th has been set, pitting “The Wrestling Machine” Nighthawk against the new IWF Man of Steel Champion, Andrew Jacobsen. Nighthawk was quick to make use of the open platform by requesting his “dream match” against Jacobsen who, despite being slightly worse for wear after his attack at the end of Jake Conway, was happy to accept.
Although both men are now due to lock up in just over a week and half, they both will be focused on their respective clashes this week on the inaugural episode of Sacrifice in the Immortal Era. Nighthawk will make his return against newcomer Austin Mercer who emerged following the Jessica Reed and Ana Jones bout whilst Andrew Jacobsen will do battle with the Union of Jobbers alongside his Body Count stablemates Kyle Mason and Aaron Owens.
With our first match set the question remains, who else will be called out?
