As of this morning, Friday January 8th 2016, the Imperial Wrestling Federation has come to terms with the immediate termination of Esperanza Serranto. This decision comes shortly after the young, outpoken former IWF Diamond failed to capture the Diamonds World Championship from current reigning Diamonds Champion, Alexis Caffrey this past Sunday at Diamonds Are Forever.

IWF.com received the following statement from IWF Head of the Diamonds Division, Kathleen Conway:
"It is an unfortunate truth in nature and in business that those who fail to sufficiently adapt to changes in their environment are the first casualties when that environment starts to change, and regrettably for young Miss Serranto, the landscape of this company and of my division is always changing.
Those who repeatedly fail to realise their potential must invariably be sacrificed in favour of those who have yet to be given the kinds of opportunities that Esperanza Serranto not only was given, but also squandered during her tenure as an IWF Diamond, a fact made abundantly clear when one stops to consider that this was her second opportunity to be a part of the premier division of female wrestling talent in the world.
Neither the IWF, its devoted fans, nor I can be expected to tolerate performers who consistently fail to meet our standards of excellence and thus Miss Serranto's termination has opened the door for other more promising prospects currently being trained in our IWF Performance Center to be given the single most important call of their lives, a call up to the main roster.
There are those few in this company who will insist on placing the blame for this decision on anybody else's shoulders but Serranto's but for the rest of those still under my employ, her abrupt departure has meant that their Pay Per View win bonuses for Diamonds Are Forever were larger this year, as in the interest of fairness, I made the executive decision to reward those women who went out on their night and proved they could thrive in the spotlight of their show this past Sunday by dividing the extra money saved as a result Miss Serranto's contract termination equally amongst each of the winners.
Only the strongest Diamonds will be allowed to continue shining their brightest on my stage and in my company..."
