Using the referee as a shield.. hitting me with a low blow.. almost stealing the victory..
You know what I think of what you did last week Davey?
It almost brought to a tear to my eye.
You see big guy, I don't live in the world of philosophers and dreamers.. the world where we have house show matches ending without a winner because one man refuses to beat the other. In my world, you're either a winner, or you’re a loser. I think that's something we share Davey.. and having someone like you on my team, someone who will do anything to sneak a victory.. that leaves me in good spirits going in to our match this week.
Because let me get one thing straight. The little love triangle between you and the Kane brothers is nothing to do with me - and I don't want involved. The way I see it - this match is about Spike Kane and Criminal Intent, with Davey Ortega thrown in to the mix to spice things up. I'm just here to make up the numbers - and that's fine by me. Because I'm going to leave Indiana on Monday night with another victory - one way or another. So this is my request to you Davey, man to man. Bring that win at all costs mentality you brought to the ring with me last week, and put your personal vendetta with Spike to the side. Let's face it, Spike's immediate concern is with Criminal Intent. They will be more worried about him than they will us, and vice-versa. Look at the opportunity you have this week, and ask yourself.
How long do you want to go on in IWF without a win under your belt?
Because like I said.. you’re either a winner, or you’re a loser. So let’s put personal feelings to the side, and let’s take of business this week. And hey, after that?
What happens between you and Spike goes back to being none of my business.

{The morning after Monday Night Sacrifice..}
"Here, Tara. You have to drink something at least."
She barely looks up at me, but accepts the cup from my hands. She hasn't eaten, and I'll bet she didn't sleep last night. It pains me in a way, seeing her like this. This upset, unable to face the world with her usual drive and vigour. But this is a necessary step.
A withdrawal before the recovery.
"You know, Doc.."
She speaks, for the first time today. I rest my hand on her shoulder as she sits.. still not looking up.. just staring.. blankly..
"I just.. I just can't believe that Angel would-"
"Shh. Don't upset yourself over him any longer Tara. That son of a bitch will pay for what he has done to this family, I give you my word on that. But until then, as tough as it is, you have to move on and accept that Angel isn't a part of your life anymore."
She sips away at her cup, not acknowledging my comment in any way except with a shake of her head. Deep down, she doesn't want to believe that it's true. That her precious Angel would ever hurt a fly. I take my hand off her shoulder and grab the remote control.
"I know it's hard, but at least try to take your mind off it. You have a match this week that you have to be focused for, and a title defence coming up in two weeks time. You have to use that hurt you’re feeling Tara, you have to channel that anger. I noticed that Amber Richards had recorded a promo straight after Sacrifice, so I recorded it for you."
I press on the remote and turn on the television, allowing Amber Richards promo to play. Suddenly Angel appears on screen, and a comment he makes echoes around my living room, my sister and I so quiet you could hear a pin drop. “So, are you enjoying your time in IWF?. I think that now they all know you’re more than just a pretty face….”
"That son of a bitch!"
I press pause on the control and shake my head in disgust.
"One day after his wife walks out on him, and where is that fucking idiot? On the phone, begging for forgiveness? At home, asking himself what he's done? Look Tara - he's on TV flirting with another woman, looking like he isn’t bothered in the slightest! He makes me sick/i]!"
I look down at Tara, who has obviously taken all of this in, but hasn't reacted. For a moment, she says nothing. Silence fills the room and I say no more, not wanting to hurt her any more than Angel has already.
Out of the blue, she launches the cup across the room, smashing the screen of my television set. She stands up and storms towards the front door.
"Tara? .. Tara, where are you going?"
"I've had enough. I'm going to get Edward."
She leaves and slams the door shut behind her. As sadistic as it may be, I can't help a little smile. Angel has brought this upon himself.
He doesn't deserve to see his son anymore.
I can’t quite get my head around whether Criminal Intent are really brave, or just very stupid.
Although I could venture a guess.
Instead of just being grateful that the IWF Tag team division blows so much horse cock that you two guys actually have a shot at the belts, you seem to have gone out of your way to make things personal between Criminal Intent and InFamous. All I want to know is..
Why?
What’s the need for all this? To me, what you guys are doing reeks of desperation. Two guys, who know that they just aren’t good enough to beat the tag team champions, trying to even the odds in a different way. Getting under their skin.. setting up a match in the rules of your choosing.. these little "stunts" all might seem like a good ploy to someone on the outside. It may look like you’re gaining every advantage that you can in the build-up to a match that you could only have dreamed of when you were both stuck in a prison cell thinking that anal sex with a fellow convict was as good as life was going to get. But trust me, I’ve been around this business long enough to know that when you mess with someone’s family – it usually doesn’t end well. Don’t believe me?
Ask the head of the cruiserweight division how his life’s going.
All you two idiots have managed to do is get two far superior wrestlers so pissed off that they want to murder you, then handed them a noose to hang you with. You think that giving two men hell bent on revenge a match where they can inflict more pain than they otherwise would is sensible?
But hey, that’s none of my business. It’s just that me, Doc, a wrestler so far ahead of you guys that I could beat both of you at the same time with two broken legs and a chicken wing dislodged in my right eye socket - I don’t see the need for making things personal when I wrestle. People want to make things personal with me? Be my guest, I’ll end whatever you want to start. But that’s not my style. Nah, my style is strictly business, going out to that the ring every week and busting my ass to make sure I win by hook or by crook and then moving on. But that’s because I know I’m capable of beating the guys I come up against, unlike you two.
And speaking of moving on, here’s my advice to you Cyrus. Find yourself a tag team partner with more intelligence than a radiator and I can see you doing big things in this business. If you have the ambition, if you have the will, then make it happen. Or you can stick with your retarded friend/partner/pet (delete as applicable), I don’t really care..
Just stay out my way and don’t make me waste five minutes having to promo against you two idiots again.
