An Iron Maiden match is a female exclusive match which takes place at the annual "Viewer's Choice" Pay-Per-View and earns the winner a guaranteed Diamonds World Championship title shot at Night of the Immortals. It is contested inside a large, circular steel cage that surrounds the entire ring. The chamber contains four "Maidens" which contain four of the six competitors in the match. The other two start the match inside the ring. A "Maiden" opens every five minutes to let another competitor into the match. The first competitor to score a pinfall or submission inside the ring wins, meaning that it is theoretically possible for the match to end before all of the competitors have officially entered the match. |

Anybody who pins Kate Steele will become the IWF Shieldmaiden, regardless of the overall result, if Kate survives she will retain her belt.
