Come on… This is when you all get treated to the likes of a very special Roulette promo and I think it’s a well known fact that I want to be apart of a match as established as this is. Wait a moment? You mean to tell me that you aren’t really expecting that much out of me? You mean to tell me that you haven’t heard from me in a matter of weeks and are actually quite surprised that I am still even on the roster?!
Now hold on a minute just because I may not be as active as some of these other wrestlers are doesn’t mean I don’t necessarily care. OF COURSE I CARE! I mean why else would I be apart of this wonderful company?
AFFIRMATIVE ACTION?! TO MAKE SURE THEY REACH THEIR BLACK GUY QUOTA!!!
Damn it! Have more belief in Todd Williams than that. I am not the token black guy on the roster. Totally not believing that… Anyway you clearly don’t want to hear me banter for hours upon hours. Oh no what you want is results and what you are all dying to hear is to see that legendary wrestler who came here from that “other” company actually step into the ring and showcase to the world why exactly he means business.

I know you are all just waiting in anticipation to hear me utter the phrase that TODD MEANS BUSINESS. You are dying to see what I am going to do in this big Roulette match and to be honest you all should have your eyes glued right to the television because I guarantee it’s going to be something that none of you will ever forget.
I have been in this company on and off for quite some time now, and I have only had one title shot since being here. That’s one chance at ascension, one chance to really showcase that I have what it takes to fight to be on top.
I remember as clear as day. It was for the Man of Steel championship and I gave Andrew Jacobsen the fight of his life. The only problem is somebody interfered in that match and cost me a chance at becoming the champion.
It’s really sickening when you think about it. A chance to further my career ruined because some sorry ass fucking scrub who isn’t even on the roster anymore saw it fit to stop the birth of Todd Williams.
But that’s all in the past now and the only thing I have on my mind as of right now is doing whatever it takes to get back on top. There’s no better way to prove that a person is ready to kick it up a notch than by outlasting the entire IWF roster and beating everyone else that is in front of you. Only by then will people accept me as a legit threat to the rest of the roster. Only then will people see that I am ready to write my name in the history with the best of the best of this company by fighting for the Imperial Championship.
At the end of the day isn’t what that this is all about?
Having the ability to call yourself the best at something?
It sounds so ridiculous that a wrestler of my calibur got caught up losing to people who I shouldn’t have been losing too but that’s just the deck that life deals a person sometimes. Especially when it comes to me. I really haven’t been myself for the past two years.
The divorce to Crystal really didn’t go so well with me and although I thought that money could solve things for me. It just ended up being the root of all my problems and it is almost as it corrupted me. I don’t want to ever be in the same place that I once was when being apart of a wrestling company was more about the power, the ego trip, and the fame.
I want to be in a wrestling company for the sake of doing what I do best, and that’s being one of the best wrestlers on the planet.
And as Crystal divorced me I tried to find a replacement. I put my solitude into a woman named Fiona but that was a marriage that was short lived. She took half of everything I owned in this last divorce and since then it’s really been building my character.
I have learned ways to be a better father, learned ways to be a better person, and the only thing that’s left is for me to become a better wrestler.
Life keeps on blessing me and I have found a beautiful blonde angel in the form of Kimberly who loves me for who I am and is ready to forget my past.
But that’s the thing I just don’t simply want to forget it. I wish to learn from it and I wish to finally take my spot on top of the wrestling world for all the right reasons, and High Stakes seems like the perfect place to start conveying that message.
So whether you are a T Will enthusiast or a doubter to be honest it doesn’t really matter. All you need to know is that at High Stakes I will infact make an impact. I will in fact do whatever it is I have to do in order to get the job done.
I know everyone is sick and tired of seeing the same old faces in the main event so let me be the one to bring some fresh air to things. This is the chance to make a difference and it’s one I plan to make one step at a time… One wrestler over those top ropes at a time…

It had been a while since Todd had caught up with his good friends in the Knites but after making some arrangements with one another. It seems like Todd was going to hang out with Adam for some dinner. Todd along with his girlfriend Kimberly are standing outside of Adam’s door when they decide to ring the doorbell. A few moments later the door swings open and we are able to see Adam standing. Adam and Todd smile at one another as Todd just nods his head in agreement forming a wide cheesey grin as they continue to smirk.
Todd: CHICKEN & GRITS!
Adam: THE GREATEST TAG TEAM! To have never been made an official tag team!
Kelly walks over to where they are standing and just shakes her head at the both of them.
Kelly: That name sounds absolutely horrible and I know you don’t expect me to make chicken or grits right?
Todd shakes his head as he stares at the petite blonde from head to toe forming a wider grin than usual.
Todd: OMG if it isn’t my homegirl K2… Damn still looking as amazing as ever I see. Like damn Kelly… I was thinking that you and I well….
Before Todd could even say anything else Adam spots the woman standing behind Todd and his mouth drops to the floor.
Adam: ASHLIE?!
Kelly gives a look now as she beams to the woman standing behind Todd. Todd seems befuddled as he looks around before glancing at Kimberly.
Todd: Ashlie? Where the hell are you getting Ashlie from?!
Kelly: OMG IT IS ASHLIE… I thought the rule was to not date within a group of friends.
Adam: You broke the code man. Not only did you take Trent’s wife from him but you are DATING one of my EXES…
Todd: WHOA… Now you cut that down. Why is it that when a brotha gets blonde woman of caucasian descent you automatically have to assume I took her from somewhere. Damn man damn! This is my girl Kimberly we kinda met at a…

We both have a thing for Power Rangers, and well she wore this pink ranger cosplay. Simply amazing. The things I would do to this woman. Especially when that little outfit came off than she really knew that TODD MEANS
Kelly: BUSINESS!!! As in that’s none of ours… Too much info and I don’t really need to know what you do in your spare time.
Todd: Right… Which is why you were so damn concerned over the way I met her.
Adam: I find it hard to believe that a woman that looks like THAT would just pop up at one of those conventions. Aren’t those conventions for people like…
Todd: Your pale ass sister?!
Adam: Well there’s your sister who tries to be like my sister…
Todd: Then again you have women there like Jessica Reed…
They both glance at one another offering each other a wicked grin.
Adam: Good point… I’ll allow it… Anyway….
Kimberly: All of you are rude… Every single one of you…. I thought we were just going to have a nice dinner between friends but all of you seem so judgemental of me. So what if I happen to be a little nerdy. Is there a problem with that?!
Kimberly gives everyone in the room the look and Kelly smiles as she walks over to her.
Kelly: Sweetie it’s a pleasure to meet you, and I am happy that you aren’t a pushover. These boys need to be put into their place every now and then.
Kimberly: Thank you… I do try sometimes… Come on you need help setting up the dinner or whatever?
Kelly: Sure… We can leave these two to their bromance…
With that Kelly and Kimberly walk away leaving Adam and Todd to themselves. Todd smiles wide as he looks at Adam.
Todd: Dude you ready for some CHICKEN N GRITS!!!
Adam: If it was a real thing sure… I will make sure I get the hot sauce to make it appropriate you do prefer that on your chicken right?
Todd: Dude you have no idea… Our team could be better than CLOSE ENCOUNTERS OF AN AWESOME KIND… Better than DDKNITE… Better than KNITINGTON!!!
Adam: Whoa!!! Nothing is better than KNIGHTON!!!!
Todd: Anyway let’s go celebrate man… Grabs the chicken… Get the grits, because CHICKEN N GRITS is where it is at!!!
Adam: Alright let me go get the hot sauce!
Todd: also about that whole steal an EX thing… Do I look like Steve Awesome to you?
Adma: No… You aren’t in shape, and have no abs.

So the Roulette match isn’t that far away and when it comes to competing in matches like this. It’s where I really get to shine. Not that I wish to boast about the past or anything but in that other company I just so happened to get my big start by winning the likes of a match like this, and once that happened the rest was history.
It doesn’t matter if I get drawn a high number or a low number you can rest assured that I am going to do everything in my power to make it to the very end. For some people they want the glory of everything that comes with a win. The title, the main event spot, and while all of those things are excellent in their own right.
Winning this match could potentially get me something that I have been longing for a very long time. A win here could rekindle the Verona and Williams feud, and when I think of myself and Verona mixing it up in the middle of the ring. I think of months upon months of him and I battling for the rights to be a midcard champion.
That was like four years ago and now look how far we have both come. He’s ascended to the very top of the mountain and I am the man that is looking to climb my way up to get to him. It’s a match that I want more than anything and a win essentially can set that up.
The best thing about being involved in a match such as this one is the fact that I don’t have to take the gradual climb in order to get to the big dance. Oh no all I have to do is simply win one single match and it’s like an instant path to the top.
It’s as if I was caught up playing Super Mario Bros and I took the double warp to get me all the way to world 8. This is what every wrestler in this business dreams of. Every one wishes to be the man. They wish to be able to be considered the go to guy and it’s been awhile since I have been that.
With my divorce to my ex wife Fiona I was literally left with nothing. My family didn’t want anything to do with me. My daughter looked down upon me. It’s as if the entire world was just crumbling right before me, but this match right here is my golden ticket. This is what I have wanted all along.
So let the Roulette begin and if I play everything right the ball is going to spin and spin until it lands on the very spot that I want it too.
I know it’s going to be rough to get to the top with all of the wrestlers in the company entering this match wanting the same exact thing that I do, but at the end of the day it all comes down to who wants it the most., and you don’t need to look any further as to who that is going to be exactly.
To the people who have HELD any gold in this company it clearly isn’t you because with me. It’s a case of just getting into the equation and since you have already been to the dance you haven’t experienced the pain of a never been there.
That’s what I am going through right now. Just trying to break out of my shell for the sheer joy of being mentioned in the conversation.
But bring on the best of the best. Bring on whoever it really doesn’t make a difference. This will be the year of Todd Williams and win lose or draw. I get to go home to a lovely blonde woman… Yeah I know it’s amazing right?
